"Go away!" Y/N yelled at the Tae's, Jimin and Jungkook. "I'm going alone!"

"Then we're coming with you!" Taehyun cried. Jungkook jumped into Y/N's boat, while Jimin, Taehyun and Taehyung had another.

"Oppa." Y/N fling herself onto Jungkook and tears poured down her cheeks. "Oppa, I'm scared."

"Don't worry." Jungkook said. "We'll be there with you the whole way."

"Where did they go?!" Jin yelled. He was desperately searching for seven if his siblings, two having been taken by Orcs.

"They can't have gotten far." Namjoon reasoned. "Me, Yeonjun, Beomgyu, Chan and Kai will look for Soobin and Changbin."

"The rest will look for Y/N, the two Tae's, Jimin and Jungkook. I'm sure they went together." Hoseok said. Minho nodded.

"There!" Jisung yelled, spotting two canoes making their way down the river. His face fell. "They wouldn't want us to look for them. Y/N may not even have wanted them to go with her."

"You're right." Jeongin said dejectedly. "Hyung, let's just go with Joonie Hyung and his group."

Jin nodded in defeat and the remaining siblings trooped to Namjoon's group.

"Joon, she wouldn't want us to look for her. And Bang PD said they would be safe." Everyone tensed at the mention of their beloved Wizard, Bang Si Hyuk.

"What's that noise?" Y/N stopped her older brothers. A rustling in the tree. Then a fierce creature attacked them. "Ahhh!"

"Nasty little humanses, stealing Gollum's precious!" The creature, now identified as Gollum, snarled and lunged for the ring. Y/N's eyes widened and she scrambled aeay, but Gollum got hold of her. Then a rope went around his neck. Jungkook stood there, with the rope in his hand.

"PSY gave it to me." He explained, referring to the elf king and his wife, Jisoo. (I'm not shipping, their age gap is way too big.)

"It burns!" Gollum wailed. "It burns us!"

"If we loosen it, do you promise to obey us?" Y/N asked. Gollum nodded pitifully.

"We swears to be loyal to mistress. We swears on..." He paused. "We swears on the precious!"

"Jungkook, untie him." Y/N said. Reluctantly, Jungkook untied Gollum. He jumped in front.

"This way, humans, this way!" He galloped across the threshold and they followed warily, reaching a marsh.

"Jungkook, I don't trust him anymore." Y/N whimpered. "I just want to ditch him!"

"Me too." Jungkook said. Behind them, they heard the others murmuring in agreement, as they watched Gollum go ahead. "If we want to, we can kill him."

"No!" Y/N whispered. "We aren't direct murderers, we only kill if necessary."

"Guys." Taehyung called. "Look ahead."

Their mouths fell open. In front of them was a great mountain. Mordor.

"It's here." Y/N gasped. "We've arrived."

Then she let out a pained groan, clutching the ring on her chest.

"Are you okay?" Taehyun asked worriedly.

"I'm fine." Y/N gasped,her hands still holding the ring.

"Drop it in!" Jungkook yelled. "Do it now!"

Y/N held the ring above the lava, ready to drop it.

"Do it!" Jimin and Taehyung cried together. She turned around.

"No." She said. "It's MINE."

"Y/N come on!" Taehyun cried. "This isn't you!"

"Give me the precious?" Gollum surprised them, and Y/N put on the ring. But Gollum saw her footsteps and he tried to bite off her finger. He failed, but he got the ring. Y/N reappeared, and lunged Gollum. They both tumbled down the cliff. Y/N's brothers were stuck in a silent scream. Then Jimin ran to the edge, to see Y/N just hanging on.

"Help me!" He roared at his brothers, who immediately rushed to help him pull Y/N up. They somehow managed, and she now lay on a rock with them.

"I'm glad you guys are here with me." Y/N murmured faintly. "I don't know what I would have done without you."

"Don't mention it." Taehyung said.

"At least we die together." Taehyun said. "Siblings forever."

"Separated Never." The others echoed, putting their hands over Y/N's for the sibling chant.

They slowly blacked out, feeling tiredness overtake them.

"She's waking!" A voice said excitedly. "Can you hear me, Y/N Kim?"

"J-Jin Oppa?" Y/N squinted at her eldest brothers face. He grinned down at her.

"How're you feeling?"

"My head hurts, Oppa."

"Here." He produced a bottle of Advil from his backpack. (A/N this is a modern lotr au)

"Thanks." Y/N popped spill into her mouth and grabbed the water on the nightstand. "When-when did I get here?"

"Last night." Bang PD said.

"U-Uncle Bang?" Y/N gasped, and he nodded. Then two figures dove onto her bed. "Hannie Oppa? Innie Oppa?"

"Guess who waited for you all night?" Bang PD asked. Y/N looked questioningly at him and Jungkook ran to her bed.

"You're up! I was so worried! I couldn't sleep!"

"Did you stay with me all night?" Y/N asked.

"Well duh." Jungkook said. "Listen, you're never going to go thorugh that again."

"Never again." Y/N smiled. She knew her brothers would be there for her through thick and thin. She was ready to go back to Daegu

If my mom sees a significant amount of blood she gets lightheaded, and has fainted on some occasions. Once it happened when we were kids, I wasn't there to witness it but I heard the story from my dad. Basically my brothers, around 7 or 8 at the time, were playing outside while my mom was making their lunch, and she accidentally cut her finger. It wasn't anything serious, but it drew a fair bit of blood and she passed out. My dad saw this and rushed over, but he didn't really know what to do so he just sort of started slapping her to wake her up (not recommended, but he had no idea and panicked)

At that exact moment my brothers both came in from playing, and all they saw was our mom unconscious on the floor and our dad slapping her. So, like, without even saying a word to each other they both just INSTANTLY start whaling on him, like, full blown attack mode to defend our mom. Which obviously didn't help the situation, but she did wake up and everything was fine.

Now our dad says that he's actually really glad they attacked him over what they thought was going on, because it means he raised good boys. And I still think that's true, they're very good boys.

#i think about this story sometimes like yeah I'm proud of them for that too actually. good job baby brothers #they're not babies anymore of course they're turning 20 next year which is crazy #but they're still the type of people who'd do something if they saw something of this sort happen for sure #respectful of women and everyone else too. they're good guys #I'm glad I ended up with them living in my house against my will for like 14 years #anyway i have no idea where i was for all this but my best guess is probably a friends house given the time period #i was always at my besties house lol #i hope she's doing well too actually. haven't spoken in forever... #bestie from greek elementary school... if you're out there... let's get muffins and fanta at the bakery across the street again someday 💜☮️
