“Oh my days– you almost did it, you know? You almost made it ten whole minutes without mentioning Y/N. It’s been 2 years, bro, we get it, you’re locked down, it’s cute, whatever.”

Jadon shrugged, a smile on his lips that he didn’t care to hide.

“I’m jus sayin.”

Reiss laughed, and switched subjects to show him another TikTok he thought was hilarious, but the picture in Jadon’s mind that his friend had summoned was too strong to ignore now, the warm feeling in his chest too sweet to pass by quickly. He half-listened while Reiss explained the meaning behind the joke, and scrolled to your Instagram profile. He went back a few weeks to spring break photos where you were sea-side in a flowy linen outfit with waist length braids falling over your shoulders, caught in the ocean wind. A minute later, he’d reposted the photo to his story, with a caption below.

“I love box braids. 😍 And my girl 😍”

He smiled again when it published, his thousands of followers viewing the image and leaving a flurry of cherry red hearts rising in the corner of the screen. Reiss, realizing he was no longer being listened to, peeked over Jadon’s shoulder, and rolled his eyes.

“You are such a simp, bro. I would banter you more if I wasn’t a little bit jealous.”

“Don’t worry, brother, it’ll happen for you one day. When you stop hating on girls’ hairstyles, I bet. Saying braids are dead, nah, you’re mad.”

Reiss shoved against his shoulder, but quickly slipped back down his internet rabbit hole, and a text came into Jadon’s phone.

Y/N: not u reposting my old pics lol you were lurking?

Jadon: No Jadon: Actually yeah Jadon: Reiss was trashing braids and i had to set him str8 Jadon: Can you come by?

Y/N: you 2 are mad i swear Y/N: and i thought u and him had plans after the match?

Jadon: Nah the braid comment was too much Jadon: I wanna see you

Y/N: yeah thats poor from him. i can be there in an hour :) Y/N: and i just got fresh braids done yesterday, i forgot to tell you lol

Jadon: 😍

“What’s your middle name then? William? Zachary?”

The question registered only faintly in Jadon’s headset, all his focus instead zeroed in on the pixelated movements of his starting XI as they ran alongside Marcus’ XI. The teams were so well-matched that every possession was a battle, and the 85th minute found them in a deadlock with one goal each. It wasn’t quite the time for casual conversation.

“My middle name? What do you mean? No-no-no-no!”

One of his center backs made a sloppy pass, and a pressing forward had intercepted it. Thankfully, the keeper recovered and the score remained 1-1.

“Stop trying to distract me, bro! It won’t work.”

“M’not, I swear! It’s just the letter there on your bracelet. It’s catching the light and I can see it through the screen. And it’s not J or S, so.”

Jadon looked down at his wrist for a moment, at the thin gold chain draped along the left one with a capital letter and small, earth figure hanging in the center. Marcus was right – the jewelry did shine in the light coming in through the window and glowing from the computer monitor, and the sight twitched the sides of his mouth.

“It’s not my middle name, it’s for–wait, wait–”

Jadon paused the game and Marcus cursed over the headset. Still, he went on unbothered, more than happy to provide context around the question his teammate had innocently or not so innocently posed.

“So the letter, that’s for my girlfriend's name. She bought it for me for my birthday, couple years back. It’s nice, innit.” The grin that had started as a twitch now stretched across his mouth. “And the little earth thing is like, it’s like a reminder. That when I’m away, different country, different city, whatever. She’s always with me.”

Marcus smiled at him over the monitor, shaking his head even as his fingers itched to get back to the match.

“Aw look at you, Sanch, big softie. It’s too bad your missus ain’t here now though, to save you gettin whooped in FIFA.”

“No, you’re lucky she’s not here, really, cause I’d have been on a hattrick. It’s a miracle you’re even gettin a sniff, bro.”

“Yeah, yeah, yeah, stop chatting then and press play. Five more minutes and then we’ll see.”

Jadon resumed the game and leaned forward in his chair, his thumbs flying over the buttons. When his team paused for a corner minutes later, thoughts of you, which had been simmering under the surface ever since Marcus’ inadvertently brought you up, flashed through his mind. It was hard when he was in Manchester, and you were in London, but the little spiel he’d given his teammate reminded him, just as the bracelet did, that if the two of you could ever be considered “apart” it was only ever in a physical sense, never an emotional one. There was nothing that could separate him from you as far as he was concerned, unless he were to tear his own heart out of his chest or something equally dramatic. He decided instead to raise his hand to his mouth, pressing the letter charm softly to his lips. It was your name he whispered against the gold, uncaring if Marcus could hear, as he sent the cross flying towards the box.

“Can I help you find something, sir?”

The salesgirl rested a hand on his forearm as she asked, and Jadon flinched at the touch. He’d been in the shoe store for a few minutes already and no one had noticed him yet, but the intensity of her look told him he’d been recognized. She was suddenly stood so close some of the hair from her ponytail brushed against his shoulder, and he could see the dark clumps in her heavy lashes. Her fingers were cold.

“Yeah, actually,” He stepped away from her while he talked, letting her hand drop. “I’m looking for a pair of those, uh, ugg slippers, slides, the ones with the fur. Do you have those?”

“I believe we do!” She flashed him a smile that lasted too long to be comfortable, and then turned slowly on her heel. “Follow me.”

They walked to the winter footwear section and she lead the way, walking slower and swinging her hips more than was necessary for the 30-second trip. Her performance, however, was lost on Jadon, who had opened up his phone to read his most recent text thread.

Jadon: Baby pick a color, it’s important

Y/N: for what?

Jadon: Don’t worry about it just pick Jadon: Red, blue, black or brown

Y/N: don’t even know what i’m choosing 😳 Y/N: but i’ll say red, it’s our fave

Jadon: 👍🏽

They’d come upon the display of slip-ons, and the girl swept an arm over them, slipping back into a sales monologue about their current popularity with customers, and how the fur-lined interior was more comfortable than any other ugg shoe she’d tried. He thought her boss must be somewhere around, but noticed there was no one near them.

“Do you have the red ones in an 8? And also a 5.5.?”

“Let’s just see!” She bent at the waist, searching the rack of boxes for the numbers he’d requested and making little noises of exertion all the while. Jadon’s eyes were still on his phone, searching for the notes app entry where he’d saved your clothing and footwear sizes and preferences years ago.

“Ooh, I’m sorry, sir, it looks like we only have the red ones in a size 8 and up. Are you sure you need the 5.5?”

She’d moved down into a squat, and now looked up at him through her lashes, biting on her lip. Her eyelids fluttered like there was something stuck on them.

“Yeah, I gotta have them. One second, please.”

Jadon: Pick another color, sorry Jadon: show you why in a bit

He looked up from his phone, waiting on your reply, and found the girl staring back at him. She took his returned gaze as some sort of invitation.

“You know, we sometimes have more stock in the back, extras that don’t make it on the shelves. We could go take a look together, if you want? The door has a lock on it.”

Jadon’s eyebrows flew into his hairline. He looked around the store bewildered, at a temporary loss for words, because all he could think to say was “Don’t you see my girl standing here?” and regrettably you weren’t. He couldn’t believe that anyone could look at him and not see that he was yours.

“Woah, no – absolutely not–” He stepped away from the girl for the second time, putting his hands up between them to maintain the distance. “I’ve got a girl, still.”

“And? I’ve got a man, too. But you’re Jadon Sancho.” She blinked her lashes harder, looking at him again with a challenge in her eyes that he wanted no parts of. Now, he wished he’d said “no” when she’d asked to help him.

“Nah, you have lost it.” Jadon laughed shakily, still in disbelief that she was propositioning him so boldly when he had your name written right there on his forehead. Or at least that’s how it felt. He shook his head and walked to the furthest part of the shelf where the brown colorways were kept, keeping a wide distance from her crouching frame.

“I’ll find them myself, yeah, thank you.”

The girl made a frustrated noise that he would’ve had to strain to hear, before she stood, her eyes still focused on him. She paused a moment, and with a shrug, took off to another part of the store.

Jadon breathed a sigh of relief. Just after, his phone buzzed with your response and it was just as he imagined.

Y/N: brown, then. it looks good on both our skin (whatever it is)

His smile returned.

At the register, he snapped a photo of the two stacked boxes just before they were bagged up and pressed send.

Jadon: Early bday present for u ❤️ Got a pair too cus I wanted us to match

Y/N: 😁 omg! thank u babey Y/N: that’s so sweet Y/N: i didn’t think you fancied them tho

“That’s what you’re wearing? You're sure?”

Jadon continued primping himself in the mirror beside you, flattening the crease in his jeans, and fitting clear glasses onto his face. Lastly, slowly, he dragged his palms down the lines of his shirt, and turned to admire the details on its back.

“Of course I am, what you mean? Got it customized and everything, just for your special day, didn’t I?”

The shirt was jersey material and a bright lilac purple with two grey stripes down the front, but the other side was what had made your breath catch when he’d pulled it out of his bag. Y/N’S BOYFRIEND it read, in sparkly block letters across the back.

“I love it! I love it so much. I love you! Come here.” was all you managed at first, through rapid kisses to his lips, cheeks, and neck, but now that the shock had passed the meaningfulness of the gesture began to set in. You hugged him from behind then, feeling the prickle of the glittery letters against your chest through your robe. The love and appreciation you felt was overwhelming.

“How’d you know I’d wear purple, too?” You murmured into his back.

“Cause I just know.” He answered, looking extremely proud of himself. His hands curled around yours as they travelled up his chest, bringing the left one up to his mouth for a kiss.

“You'll make me cry, you know. Ruin my make-up.”

“Nah, none of that. Go on, finish gettin ready.” He squeezed your butt gently. “They’ll have shut the lights off already, and I need everyone to see.”

Now, inside the small party being held in your honor you were convinced the shirt looked even better, shimmering under the flashing dance-floor lights and complimenting his tanned skin. Together with your lavender shirt-skirt set you looked like brown-skinned Barbie and Ken, like two halves of the same whole, and knowing so made your “birthday girl” glow increase tenfold.

Through the night you floated between groups of friends and acquaintainces, trading memories, laughing hard, and saying thank you for the thoughtful gifts and warm messages given from those who’d come to celebrate. Jadon stayed by your side without fail, clocking the eyes on his garment as he passed, and it seemed the the edges of his smile extended each time there was a whisper of “Aww” or a gasp of surprise. Every now and then he would drop your hand, letting you stray a little ahead of him before wrapping an arm around your waist or joining hands again, so that anyone who hadn’t seen the first time knew exactly who “Y/N” was. When you realized what he was doing, it first made you laugh, then feel warm, and then drag him onto the dance floor so you could pull your bodies close.

“I’m not gassin it, am I?” He asked into your ear, hands carefully pressing your back to his chest. “I’ll go chill, let you dance with your friends.”

“Nah, you’re exactly where I want you.” You leaned your head back onto his shoulder for a moment, closing your eyes, feeling the gentleness of his hands on your waist, of his voice in your ear. Remembering how it was your name on his back for all these friends and strangers in the party to see. The music bumped and your bodies’ continued swaying to it.

“I’m happy you’re here, baby. And I can’t stop thinking about your shirt.” You let out more of the happy giggling that had characterized the night. “It’s my favorite gift so far.”

He shrugged, and you felt the movement against your back.

“I’ve been out the city for a while, innit. Just want to make sure people know what it is, that they ain’t forgot.”

“Do you think I don’t do that?” Your body stilled between his arms. “Is that why you’re on about it so much?”

“No, I don’t think that.” He guided your waist to keep moving again, making a lazy circle in time to the beat. “But I gotta make sure. You know that with me people always got something to say, innit. Always speculation, rumors and that. So I do what I can to make sure there ain’t no questions, about us, I mean. Cause there ain’t.”

“Well, I don’t think nobody’s gonna get confused after tonight. You couldn’t have made it any more clear.”

Jadon only laughed, his actions tonight already saying far more than a million words could. He ducked his head down into your neck for two, three warm kisses, squeezing at your hip, and his soft lips on your skin made you shiver.

You turned in his arms towards him, wrapping yours around his neck.

“It makes me feel so good, though, that. That you’re so proud to be with me. Makes me feel very lucky, and special, very in love with you.”

“You are special.” His lips twitched, fighting a smile, and you scratched one hand into the hair at the back of his neck. ”You’re everything. And you’ve held me down for so long, baby, there ain’t even nobody else to think about. It’s just you, innit.”

“I love you” you spoke, a smile breaking across your features, leaning against him, cradling his face, parting his lips in a gesture that said mine. He returned the kiss and the three words in one breath, his heart thumping, and the only thought in his head a repeat chorus of yours yours yours.

okay so being a little more serious about today, I do think is a little weird that so many of you are ready to pass judgement and take sides on a break up that, at the end of the day, we don’t know a single thing about.

opinions on the Damiano/Giorgia break up below the cut, a little critical, read at your own risk

Yes, seeing your ex kissing someone that was close to them only a few days after you break up is shitty. But it’s also not Damiano’s fault since he wasn’t the one to put out the video. He was a dummy for thinking people weren’t gonna record him but that’s also not his fault. He probably felt safe around those people and someone betrayed his trust. Also, “acting like a harlot in the club bc you’re sad” is very me coded so I can’t be harsh on him for this lmao

At this point all we can do is wish the best for both of them - I’m sure we will know more/be force fed information in the next few days - and not act like fucking animals on Damiano’s, Giorgia’s or Martina’s socials. No one did nothing wrong, it’s not a criminal offense to break up with your partner and/or make out with someone at the club.

That being said, some of you gotta stop being

1- Weird and too parasocial. You weren’t involved in this relationship whatsoever. I get liking a couple, but chill the fuck out. Giorgia/Damiano is not your friend that was broken up with or something. I still can’t believe that there were girlies having anxiety attacks and going to the hospital bc a celebrity couple is no longer together, please go outside a little lmao

2- Naive. Just because they looked like a “””perfect couple”””* on IG doesn’t mean that the relationship was perfect at all.

*I put a lot of quotation marks because I think there’s a deeper conversation here about how lifestyle influencers kind of milk their private lives - and the private lives of their partners/family - for this sort of “relatable” content and how much that sort of personal exposure must suck for people around them. Like, girlie was literally recording stories from their bed at one point. People could guess they were no longer together because that’s how much locals (not stalkers, normal people) knew the inside of their apartment. I wouldn’t last 2 weeks with someone like this. This is not an attack on Giorgia exclusively, it’s an attack on influencers in general.

3- Nosy. Listen, I love a good gossip, I’m not gonna lie, and I do think that we will know a little more about it in the coming days. However, we have to make peace with the fact that we will never know everything that happened and that’s not only okay but normal. They don’t owe us any sort of explanation about this or an apology like some weirdos on twitter were suggesting

4- If I see a single person blame Vic for anything related to this I will personally show up at your house with a machete

Anyways, that’s my opinion so please don’t send the police after me. I wish both of them the best and I’m excited for Damiano’s single era, I just know he’s gonna serve CUNT

When I was in school, there seem to be a camp of two types of girls when it came to literary choices. You had the Twilight/vampire romance girlies and the Hunger Games/dystopian gals, and you would have thought these two groups were the two families from Romeo and Juliet. Yours truly was part of the Hunger Games camp, and middle-school me was obsessed. I’m talking book and movie premieres, Team Peeta shirts from Hot Topic, wearing a mocking jay pin publicly, the whole gambit. God forbid if you read Twilight, that poorly written, low-brow, dumb, vampire romance. We were the readers of dystopian fiction, which was superior because it made you FEEL things about capitalism, broken societies, being true to yourself, etc. etc. etc.

It’s been over a decade since 2008. To all my Twilight girlies, I would like to offer you my most sincere apologies. I should not have judged you so harshly.

Recently I watched Twilight for the very first time as an adult. A friend of mine came over for a painting/movie night, and Twilight was our featured film. I knew the memes, I knew roughly what the plot was, but I wasn’t ready for the experience that was to come.

So without further ado, I’d like to offer my thoughts and review on the 2008 masterpiece, Twilight. If you aren’t familiar with the Twilight story, go read a quick synopsis and then come back.

🌘So, did you like it?

I had an absolute blast watching this movie. Would I say it’s a good movie? Probably not. Did it age well? Nope. But it was delightfully cringey, as you had to suspend all believe of realism. You couldn’t take this movie too seriously, because this movie took ITSELF way too seriously. It’s like they cranked the drama/teen angst meter up to 100 and everything seems so life-or-death…even though the main characters, Bella and Edward, are 17 year old juniors (ok so Edward actually isn’t 17 because he’s an old vampire but you get what I’m saying). It was very much that kind of relationship where “they can’t even bear to be apart or they will DIE” oh no how tragic (I think we now call that co-dependency).

When I was 17, I sure as heck didn’t know what love was. But again, this story is based in absolute fantasy, not realism, and that’s the fun part. Oh to be swept off your feet by a mysterious, handsome, brooding vampire that you met in your biology class!

🌓Favorite part of the film?

The script for this movie is pretty bad, I’m not gonna lie, and that’s part of the charm. It’s so bad, that it’s kinda good. Here’s some of my favorite quotes:

“You better hold on tight, spider monkey." -Edward to Bella because he can jump really high and run really fast. I about peed my pants from laughing when Edward said this.

“This is the skin of a killer, Bella." -Edward to Bella because vampire skin *literally sparkles* in direct sunlight. Again, almost peed my pants.

I will say that I love Edward’s family, the Cullens, as a whole. This vampire family tries to cook a regular meal for Bella, Edward’s human girlfriend, and oh my heart. Vampires don’t cook because they don’t eat normal food; the Cullen family had never used the kitchen in their house. The fact that they would go out of their way and attempt to do something so foreign to them in order to make the human girlfriend feel comfortable? Um, wow that’s actually really sweet.

Also, shout out to Bella‘s dad, Charlie for actually trying to connect with his daughter. Bella and Charlie have a bit of an awkward and tense relationship but this doesn’t stop Charlie from trying to be a good dad. I will say that one of my other favorite scenes was when Bella asked her dad if he wanted to meet her boyfriend Edward… while he was cleaning his shotgun. When he said, “sure, send (your boyfriend) in” and loudly snapped his shotgun shut, I about lost it. What a dad move! A national treasure.

🌒Would you watch it again?

Under the right circumstances. I would need either anesthesia or a large sangria. If I ever showed this film to my children, it would be for a study of what not to do in a relationship. If your significant other says “I can’t live without you” when you’re 17…that’s some big creepy co-decency energy.

🌑Team Edward or Team Jacob?

Um Team Charlie all the way. Hands down the best and most sane character in this whole film. We love to see a dad do his best and love his daughter…even when she starts dating a super weird pale dude.

🌘Conclusion

Watching this film made me think about guilty pleasures. We all have them, and they all look different at unique stages of our life. One of my favorite guilty pleasures is watching Judge Judy. My 70 year-old grandmother used to watch the Bachelor. For a friend of mine, it’s those cheesy Hallmark Channel movies. Others enjoy vampire romance novels. Are these things high-quality and sophisticated? No. Are they of good taste? Meh. But they are meant to be enjoyed, and that’s the whole point.

Twilight is the same way. Is it good? Not really. But that doesn’t matter, because it’s a cringey/angsty teen fantasy that’s meant to be enjoyed.

You can be both a Twilight girlie and a Hunger Games gal, and still have a pretty darn good time 🖤

oh em gee this whole fic has such a grasp on me??? i literally read this in one go and i have never felt more emotions in one sitting. AND HELLO? GOJO? CHOSO? who do i pick fr😝 but trust me its only because of how you write gojo because if this was a real life situation, i’m sending him to a fucking psychologist.

Anywho, I love how beautifully written your writing is to the point where it feels like I’m watching a MOVIE. I never want this fic to end and it’s definitely one of my favorites so far! Now, to talking about gojo and choso😈

Final revision of season 1 hell yeah you guys know the drill patch notes are below (also apologies that this one took forever I kept walking away from the computer due to the physical full body cringe and forgetting for weeks):

Clarified some points of Joe and Andy’s plan to make it canon compliant and in line with the previous chapter

Lowered the original needlessly high emotions of Andy and Andrea in their hotel room with a not-crying baby

Made Patrick blood loss symptoms a little more apparent (what can I say i’m a stump-whump girlie before all else)

Removed pete’s weird simile about rotten fish (I literally make a joke about how he can’t lie and no human being would smell like this after not showering for a few days that’s like… a decomposition smell, not a sweat thing)

Removed implication that Pete was somehow finding time to sleep with their captor

Removed dialogue stolen from “The Social Network”

No longer imply that patrick has a thing for hannah/pete

Attempts have been made to tone down melodrama

AND THE BEST FUCKING THING ABOUT THE AOTY NOMINEES???? NO COUNTRY ALBUMS (or Foo Fighters)!!!!! So I would assume that Taylor has a high chance to get a lot of support from the country branch of the grammy voters. She is beloved right now, so I doubt they would steer away from her, especially after she re-released Speak Now TV this year, too (and man, was it successful!!!). I would assume also that the votes from the other music genre branches might get split between the other girlies, some of which going to Taylor too, so she definitely has higher chances of winning a 4th AOTY making history (or shall I say HERSTORY) as the only person to ever win 4 AOTY grammys. She's on the biggest tour of all time, biggest album debuts of her career in the span of a year, highest grossing concert film of all time, etc, dominating the music industry all throughout the year. IT'S LITERALLY HER YEAR. Even if it's debatable that Midnights might not be her best album (and some refer to it as MID 😒), there's still a high chance she might win.

Also, Morgan Wallen getting glossed over and left with 0 grammy nominations and 0 CMA wins even though he was topping the charts will make the BBMAs look like a joke 🤡🤡🤡🤡when he'll win certain awards over Midnights cause they erased a couple of its first week sales.

Taykarma and tayvoodoo are stronger than ever, and the Universe always works in Taylor's favor, even if that might not seem to be the case sometimes on a surface level.

These are such great, interesting points Anon.

Not gonna lie: was super pleased for all the nominations for women AND no Morg*n or Jas*n Alde*n. (Would have been ok with a Foo Fighters nod, because it was so f*cking brave to have that whole, difficult album about debilitating grief. Dave is a tender-hearted guy and he lost two of his beloved people—Taylor Hawkins and his Mom—within a couple months, plus all his unexplored Kurt grief. Just gutting.)

The nomination landscape does open the door for some fun possibilities:

- in a year that is just overflowing with badass women, have Taylor make HERSTORY, especially with the potential support of her country supporters (and those in other genres), by winning AOTY 4. It doesn’t have to be her best album—I’d argue that two that routinely are called her best have already won AOTY—just the best of the year/of those nominated and it could absolutely be considered that. (Also - Justice for Midnights! It’s terrific.)

- with cross-genre support, we see her finally getting SOTY. It’ll be days before she heads off on the major overseas thrust of the tour no one will ever forget, and an amazing achievement. More HERSTORY.

I guess we will see next weekend if Blondie effectively ignores the BBMAs because of them rigging sh*t against her.

Ok so my thoughts of chapter 14…

Jin: Yo I know y/n be jelly but I’m glad y/n was able to put her jealously aside bc if I was in Jins place I’d be worried and SO HAPPY that my bf is alive. That being said feelings are feelings and they’re hard to control. OMG WHEN Y/N SHOWED PICTURES OF ALL THE BOYS AND HANNA SAID HES HANDSOME AND SHES LIKE YEAH ALL MY BOYS ARE HANDSOME LIKE OMG. And the way Jin looked at her after she said that omg Y/n ur giving urself away! But also like who wouldn’t want to gush over them!?? And then later when he scents her OMG THAT SCENE WAS WILD JIN WAS SO BOLD. And he was like I wanna get Hannah’s scent off u bc I already gotta share you OMG Y/N U DO NOT HAVE TO WORRY GIRLIE POP. I understand why Hannah said to be carful with Jins heart bc he’s been hurt so many times and I wonder how he took with finding out y/n and yoongi have been sneaking around 🥺.

Yoongi- This man is such a menace to society LITERALLY I CANNOT- the teasing looks and flirty glances! Oh and you KNOW HE LOOOVES shoving it in all their faces that he’s with her. Poor Tae tho, yoongi she loves ALL of them u know this! I guess maybe he just doesn’t wanna let go of this small moment of her being JUST his and he is quiet a possessive boi but they all are and I can’t wait to see all their moments of jealousy! Yo that sec scene was WILD holy moly! We got to see yoongi a pov a bit during the sex scene and hearing more of how much he loves her is so sweet 🥹 I’m glad they finally had that moment and he taking care of her and then cuddling eeeek. OMG NOT THEM KISSING IN THE KITCHEN AND GETTING CAUGHT- he stood by her side and supported her and I’m sure it was super overwhelming for y/n so I’m proud she was able to speak part of the truth, she she loves yoongi (but didn’t say she loves all of them bc that would be awkward not the right timing). AHHH THE DOMESTIC BLISS IM GLAD THEIR TOGETHER AND HAPPY NOW!

Joon- He doesn’t wanna see or make her angry again which is why he’s very cool and calm abt her decision. He’s matured a lot and deep down it does really bother him, but he doesn’t wanna ruin things for her which is why he tried to act chill. OMG NOT HIM SUSING YOONGI AND Y/N OUT LIKE HE KNEW FOR WEEEKS OMG- AND THEY MADE BETS HOLY SHIT- I love joon and jk omg their banter is so much fun lol. OMG THE CHOCKER HER GAVE HER FOR CHRISTMAS WAS SO CUTE I MELTED INTO MY FLOOR BOARDS!! I feel like that was his way of showing his feelings for her tho- like Jimin said. Joon never hated her just his situation and werewolves mate for life so like… COULD IT BE TO MARK HIS TERRITORY IN A WAY. Maybe he just doesn’t understand his feelings yet bc he was isolated in his trailer just trying to survive for who knows how long.

Hobi- his concern for y/n and yoongi’s relationship before and now finding out what’s been going on :0 He wasn’t expecting it AT ALL and I feel bad :,( he was shocked and yet he was able to roll it off afterwards for the most part bc I feel like that’s a defense mechanism for him since he’s been in uncomfortable situations. In all honestly I would love to get more in hobi’s Pov because I find him to be more mysterious than jk. Jk tries not to be obvious but is, he just likes to hide his emotions and I think a part of him does not really care atm bc she hasn’t grown on him in that way yet. With hobi tho her and him have similar personalities and bc they mesh so well I feel like finding out abt her and yoongi was like an ice bucket thrown over him. I dunno how what to say to his reaction ig hmm 🤔 he always bounces back and I can’t wait for the moment when we learn more about his past maybe specific points that made him who he is? I would love to know more about their pasts! When I ask this I don’t wanna pressure you (lol that sounds like such a lie but I do mean it 🥺), but when do u think the prologues for each member will come out? Do you think it would be better to wait until trouvallie has further progressed to not give too much away?

Jinnie: AH I'm such a jealous gal and I'm proud of Y/N being able to rein in her envy during the lunch with Seokjin, Hannah, and Sarah. She cares so much about Seokjin, I think the idea of cutting his communication with Hannah off outweighs her jealousy. AH Hannah thinking Joon is cute from the pictures like yeah girl 💀 OOF the scenting scene was steamy, he was showing his ass a little bit. Seokjin is definitely into Y/N, and I think when he was trying to get Hannah's scent off of her, it was a subtle clue that he's fallen in love with her, rather than holding onto old feelings for Hannah. heehe!! I have more to say about Jin's past and his patterns of heartbreak, but thats for future chapters (and his eventual prequel!) He seems pretty disappointed about the news of Y/N and Yoongi. I wonder how he'll end up with Y/N, himself (said evilly) 👹

Yoongiiii: MENACE is correct!! He's milking the ability to kiss her in front of them and enjoying their jealousy or weirdness about it for sure. Additionally, I think you're right-- he's probably soaking in the amount of time he has her just to himself. Yoongi is def one of the more possessive of the bunch so far, but a few of the others will have that streak in the future, too. 😉 EEEE the wild ass sex they had... I've been waitingggg to write some steamy scenes for a YEAR jdkalfdj so I got a little overexcited ah. I liked writing a bit of Yoongi's POV, too, and I think I'm going to do much much more of that in the rest of the chapters. Getting insight through their eyes now that we're further along in the story I think makes sense! The aftercare scene was important for me, too. I love when Yoongi gets all tender and mushy for her 🥺 Them getting caught.... at least it finally forced Y/N to be honest about her relationship status with Yoongi. He's very supportive of her and I think it was him standing beside her during that situation helped her to be brave. AH I love them so much they're really so in love 😭

Joonie: I agree with you, Joon has done a lot of maturing in the months he has spent living with Y/N. She's become someone important to him, and he saw how much he hurt her when he fought with Tae... I don't think he wants to provoke those feelings from her ever again. I've said in a previous ask that Joon isn't so much concerned with romance at the moment, and is more interested in pursuing his interests (paranormal, occult, cryptids, UFOs...) But we'll see how he falls in love slowly, over time, and I think it will be delicious 😋 Joon's perceptivity is KEEN dude! Not much gets by him, and he's super territorial and protective, so he keeps close watch over Y/N (who is oblivious to that). Joon and JK's interactions are some of my favorites to write!! As for the choker, that was self-indulgent of me.... my dream gift from Namjoon. I also agree with your thought that it is a sort of "mark of territory" or some kind of mark of approval of her. AH! Jimin WAS right, Joon never hated her, he just has high expectations and struggles with regulating his emotions. I love him.

Hoseok: Foxy is giving best friend to Y/N. He knew that her and Yoongi were on the outs, and doesn't like seen Y/N upset. He's the resident clever fox, so I think the shock that he wasn't able to figure out her and Yoongi's secret relationship was a tad overwhelming. He's kind of like Joon, not overly concerned with romance at the moment, and more interested in letting loose and having the freedom to do what he pleases for the first time. He's always the one to break awkward tension, and he and Y/N have an easygoing friendship with their similar personalities. He does seem mysterious, as he isn't quick to give out personal information or details of his past, but there is a lot beneath the surface for Hoseok that is yet to be revealed. I can't wait to tell you all more about our Foxy 🦊

AH the prologues! I had planned on having at least one of them out by now, but that's not how the cookie crumbled LOL. I plan on having them being like BEHEMOTHS like 50k each, and at the moment, all of my time is devoted to the main story chapters... I think I'll end up releasing them later than I thought, and I'd probably do it like one month is a main story chapter, the next is a prologue and the main story is put on pause. I agree, I think that releasing certain prologues would give a lot away (such as Hoseok's and Seokjin's) so I think they'll be a little ways off.... BUT I'm excited to write them bestie!

A lot about you- your enneagram, your MBTI, the types of audios you like- gives me the impression of someone very sweet and thoughtful, someone who spends a lot of time in their head and dreams. I think Anton would be a lovely partner for you in the way he complements that.
