A BREAKDOWN OF THE POTENTIAL S5 EPISODE TITLES!!
Okay, so today entertainment journalist Jeff Sneider shared some alleged insider info about S5 of ST, mainly directors and titles of the first 6 episodes.
Here’s a screenshot
Tumblr media
It’s important to keep in mind that this guy isn’t always the most reliable, and considering he also said he believes S5 could come out before the end of this year, let’s not take any of this too seriously. (Many cast members have mentioned they’re filming until December of this year so that’s literally impossible). The information about the possible directors I believe is correct, because it’s been circulating around from other sources too.
The episode titles I’m less convinced about because it’s also possible the Duffers could’ve put out fake episode titles in case they leaked. I remember for S2 all the episodes titles they announced were changed later on lol. But for the sake of fun, here’s an analysis of all of them:
1. The crawl (only confirmed title) is a very broad, open title. It personally makes me think of the UD and vines, or maybe even the idea of Vecna crawling back to life. Could also be an allusion to the military.
2. The Vanishing of ___ Wheeler is arguably the most insane one. The journalist said he wasn’t revealing the actual name of the person because it’s a spoiler ofc. My gut tells me it’s gonna be Holly, mainly because of the recast and her supposedly being involved in the hospital plot, which we have guessed takes place in episode 2. Could explain why she’s suddenly “more important” this season, especially if she’s used as a plot device of sorts. Could also tie into what Ted’s actor said in a podcast back in February about the first episodes being a rollercoaster of emotions, and that comment he made about Ted having a soft spot for Holly. It would be a perfect tie in for Karen to find out about the UD as well. The implications of naming the episode the same as the first episode, which is so intrinsically tied to Will, is very interesting. It’s also a new connection/tie between the Byers/Wheelers that I assume will bring the families closer together. I don’t think it’s about Mike because I doubt he’ll go missing in ep.2, or be dragged to the UD just like Will was. It would be an interesting concept but I doubt it. I also don’t think Nancy’s gonna go missing. Karen could be interesting but I doubt it as well. Ted would be an incredibly funny choice. Imagine he just goes missing while at the house 😭 Nonetheless, I think Holly is the clear choice here, and I do very much worry for her if she goes missing. Mainly because while Will survived this, I’m not sure they’ll do the same for Holly :(
It also ties into Vecna’s threat to Nancy against her and her family.
Here’s an interesting leak from the same anon that leaked the hospital stuff (which seems to be correct)
Tumblr media
I think this could be the very same scene Holly goes missing.
3. Turbow Trap 😭 This one is utter nonsense. I have no idea what a Turbow is, so I assume it’s gonna be a code or nickname for something. Absolutely clueless here.
4. Sorcerer is incredibly interesting, and imo a clear allusion to Will. His D&D character being a cleric, basically a wizard. Could also be a reference to Vecna imo. Or both 😉
5. Shock Jock is clearly tied to the radio station plotline. Imo the title could be a reference to Steve, Jonathan, or even Murray (he fits that eccentric, somewhat annoying personality quite well) In case you guys don’t know a shock jock is like a very eccentric radio host.
6. Escape from Camazotz is another crazy title. He’s a figure from Mayan mythology who’s a bat spirit. That immediately makes me think of Eddie, but also Steve ofc. However, camazotz has a larger meaning that goes beyond “bat spirit”, it’s also a representation of death and night. So the title seems to be alluding to someone escaping from death or a perilous situation.
Even more interesting perhaps is that kamazotz is a name of a planet in A Wrinkle Time. It’s the planet where IT resides, the mind controlling antagonist of the narrative. So I guess in this comparison Kamazotz is the UD, and IT is Henry.

House hunting with anyone is difficult, but house hunting with Gojo Satoru was an entirely different beast that you never realized you'd have to deal with. A six eyed one, who is hellbent on spending a small fortune on a house for two people.
"What about this one?" He asks, turning his phone screen over to you.
On the screen is a listing for a goddamn mansion. 8,000 square feet, three stories, eleven bathrooms, a movie theater, an arcade, the list goes on. It looks like a celebrity home for a family of about... fifteen people.
You give him a concerned glance, "Satoru, that house has thirteen bedrooms."
"Yeah," he answers, confirming it enthusiastically, "and a pool."
You resist the urge to laugh, "Let me rephrase... Why would we, as two people, need a house with thirteen bedrooms? Babe, that's basically a hotel."
"What if we have twelve kids?" He asks, giving you a serious expression, even though a smirk threatens to tug at the corners of his lips.
"We are not."
He continues, cutting you off, "God forbid Satoru the eleventh and Satoru the twelfth have to share a bedroom. They'll kill each other."
"No. Okay," you sigh closing your eyes, "I love your enthusiasm, but I'm not playing the hypothetical game with you because it never ends, and--"
He cuts you off with a kiss, chuckling against your lips. His arms encircle your waist, pushing you down onto the couch beneath him as he shifts himself on top of you.
"I don't know why you wanna raise our fourteen kids in a shoebox--" he says, kissing your neck between his words.
"Fourteen now?" You ask with a gasp.
"Fifteen. But okay, I'll look at regular houses, too," he concedes, running his hands up underneath your shirt, "not tonight, though. God, scaring you gets me hard."
"What a concerning thing to say-- ah!"
He's already snuck his hand into your pants before you can argue, and as per usual, neither of you picked a house that night.
Tumblr media
Eventually, you were able to talk him down to something slightly more modest, more fit for the two of you (and just the two of you, not the fourteen or fifteen babies he proposed you have).
It’s not that you hated any of the mansions that he offered to buy, it’s just that you’d like your home to feel a little more homey, a little less easy to get lost in.
When you bought your house in the city (still extravagant, of course), and wanted to repaint a couple of the rooms, Satoru already had professional painters on speed dial. When you suggested that the two of you do some of the renovations yourself, he looked at you like you’d shot him in the chest.
“C’mon, it’ll be fun,” you say, “this place needs some character, and I’d be embarrassed if a bunch of strangers saw the sex swing.”
It does need character. Right now, it looks like you bought it right out of a better homes magazine. You feel weird when things are too pristine and too manicured, like you’re living in a model home.
Having a team of professional renovators moving in and out of the house for the next few weeks seems less than ideal, too, considering that you and Satoru tend to fuck like rabbits day and night.
“I can’t think of anything less fun than manual labor,” Satoru argues, wrapping his arms around your waist, “and if they ask about the sex swing, I’ll just tell them you put me in it when I’m getting on your nerves.”
“Oh, really? Why don’t you go get in it now then?”
His grin widens, “You mean it?”
You elbow him gently, furrowing your brows before continuing what you were doing before he intervened to bug you. You’re holding up two different paint swatches against the wall of your bedroom, unable to decide which looks better.
“Which one do you like more?” You ask Satoru, whose chin is propped on your shoulder.
He hesitates for a second, “... Those are exactly the same color.”
“Huh?” You gasp, turning your head to look at him, “What do you mean? They’re, like, two shades different.”
They’re both close to white, but slightly different shades of white. One is more cool toned, the other is slightly warmer. You picked them out at the store earlier, so you’re sure that they aren’t the same.
“Baby,” he hums, wrapping his hands over yours, “not to pull rank here, but one of us has the best eyes in the world,” he pries your thumbs away from the bottoms of the slips of colored paper, “and the other one has been trying to choose between moonlight white and moonlight white for half an hour.”
You audibly gasp when you realize that he’s right. Printed at the bottom of the slips of paper is exactly the same name, twice. Your eyes must be playing tricks on you, because you could’ve sworn you were looking at two different shades this entire time.
“Why didn’t you tell me?!” You rasp, dumbfounded, “and... how did I not notice?”
“I thought you just needed to see it twice for some reason,” he replies with a shrug, laughing, “it’s been a long day, let’s just go to bed.”
You concede after that, seeing as it’s already past midnight, and standing here clearly isn’t doing you anymore favors than riding him in your new bed would.
Tumblr media
The next day, you start painting a couple of the rooms together. And while Satoru eventually agreed that he was willing it give it a try, that never meant that he wouldn’t whine the entire time. Which he does, because of course he does.
Satoru is many things: he’s the strongest sorcerer in the world, he’s the (self-proclaimed) best teacher in the world, he’s also hilariously fucking bad at housework.
It makes sense that he wouldn’t really know how to fix a sink, or paint a wall, or hook up a t.v. His childhood was spent surrounded by servants, while he spent his time outside training, and fighting, and training, and fighting.
Put him in the ring with the greatest martial artist of all time, he’d win. Put a paint roller in his hand, and he just squints at it for a good thirty seconds before handing it back to you.
He doesn’t know how to be domestic, and at this point, he’s afraid to learn. But he’ll do it for you-- at the very least, he’ll give it a try for you.
Letting you call the shots right now is the least he could do, after making you wait ages for real commitment from him, after getting panicky and distant when you spent the night for the first time, after you’ve loved and taken care of all of the jagged parts of him that are so incredibly, irreparably broken.
Maybe it’s out of some fear that he’ll eventually lose you, too. Maybe that’s why he tries all these normal, domestic things with you that would never cross his mind if you were anyone else. Maybe that’s why he wanted to buy you a fucking mansion in the hills, or a castle with a moat in Scotland.
If it would make you happy, he’d do it. Anything and everything, all for you.
But painting a wall that’s already off-white to moonlight white? It’s so insufferably boring that he contemplates tearing all of his hair out and mixing it into the paint, so that he’d at least have something stimulating to do.
The only thing he likes about this task is that he can hear you humming to yourself in the other room, some song that he barely recognizes. You’ve played it in the car before, but he can’t remember the name.
Frankly, that’s where the majority of his mental energy is going right now, not towards these tedious up and down strokes, because you said that side to side strokes were wrong for some reason.
He floats down from the corner of the room where he’s been levitating for the past twenty minutes, finishing up a corner, and when he looks at the little tray on the ground, he gets an idea that you’ll (probably) hate.
You’re lost in thought, daydreaming about how the kitchen would look with new countertops, when Satoru seems to appear out of nowhere, looming over your shoulder and blocking the light from above.
“Fuck! Oh my god, you walk so quietly,” you hiss, after looking over your shoulder and noticing him.
“You missed a few spots,” he hums thoughtfully, looking over your work.
Your eyes shift back toward the wall, now searching desperately for missed sections. Certainly, he can see them better than you can, but you don’t recall missing anything yet.
“Where-- Oh, what the fuck!” You hiss, as his big hands grip your asscheeks underneath your shorts while you were focused elsewhere.
That wouldn’t normally be a problem, because of course Gojo cannot keep his hands to himself, but they’re wet and cold.
He laughs at your screech, you whip around to look at him, “is that paint? Why?!”
“Painting is so fucking boring,” he complains, smirking at your protest, “getting to put handprints on your ass is my reparation.”
And then he takes his (indeed, paint-covered) hands, and pulls you against his chest, again holding your ass as he does so.
“Gojo, you have some paint on you,” you murmur, trying to hold back a grin, as you swipe your own painted thumb along his cheek.
“Oh, really? Do I?” He asks sarcastically, smirking as he backs you up until your back hits the wet wall that you were just working on.
You gasp, as the cold liquid seeps through your shirt and gets into your hair, and he only leans down to kiss you smoothly. In spite of yourself, you kiss him back, not fighting as much as you should when he hoists you up by the backs of your thighs, wrapping them around his waist.
“I just-- ah-- finished that wall,” you breathe between frenzied kisses.
He’s grinding his hardening length against your core, tugging at your bottom lip with his teeth, “Do you wanna finish on it, too?”
“Shower-- oh, god, fuck--” you hiss, as he takes to sucking at the skin of your throat and pulling your shirt up and over your head, “so you can touch me without getting paint in my--”
“Say less,” he rasps, before warping rather than walking to the master bathroom.
He sits your ass on the sink, using his infinity to turn the water on while he undresses the both of you hastily, still kissing you with desperate need to be inside of you.
When his cock springs free from his briefs and slaps against his abs, you start stroking him in your palm, listening to the stuttering gasp that escapes his lips when you run your thumb over the sensitive tip.
You lean down to kiss his neck, his clavicles, his chest, as you leisurely stroke him in your palm, and he kneads the fat of your ass. Your run the flat side of your tongue over the scar that extends down the center of his chest-- it always makes him shiver when you do that.
He’s picking you back up before you can make it to his cock, practically throwing you into the shower with anticipation.
There’s a bench in the shower, big enough for you to comfortably sit on, and Satoru all but pushes you down onto it, “Open,” he demands, tapping his cock against your lips once.
“Are you desperate today, Satoru-- oh--”
You try to tease him, but as an opportunist, he just takes the momentary openness of your mouth as a chance to slip inside of it, moaning with relief when you run your tongue along the underside of the head.
“Just fucking suck it for a second, baby,” he rasps, threading one hand into your hair as the other is pressed flat against the wall where he braces himself, “just suck it-- just like that, just like that-- god, you’re so good.”
The muscles of his thighs twitch, betraying his desire to thrust his hips forward and make you take the rest of it down your throat. He’s so long that it’s difficult-- if not impossible-- to do so. Especially on a day like today where he’s so obviously need and excited, and he’s harder and thicker than usual.
You swallow around his length, looking up at him sweetly as you bob your head up and down him.
“Let me fuck your face,” he asks hoarsely, looking down at you for permission as his hips involuntarily flex forward, “just for a second, you can do it for a second. You can take it, baby, you can take it.”
You aren’t so sure, as tears are already welling up in your eyes, but you do as he asks anyway, hollowing your cheeks and relaxing your throat as much as possible. He starts thrusting, really thrusting, and holding your head down until it’s at the base of his cock, while he fucks into your throat and moans wantonly.
“Fuck, fuck, you’re gonna make me-- god, you’re gonna make me cum,” he warns, before pulling out of your mouth abruptly.
You close your eyes and open your mouth, you stick your tongue out and wait for the couple of seconds that it takes, because you know Satoru, and you know that there’s almost nothing he loves more than cumming all over your face.
“Oh--oh--ooh,” he moans, holding your tongue out of your mouth even further with his thumb, as he cums onto it, “oh, good girl, good girl.”
He hits your face, too, before eventually just grinding the underside of his tongue through the puddle of cum in your mouth. He feeds it back to you slowly, murmuring praises as he watches you swallow it all down.
“Pretty baby,” he purrs, as he cleans your face off before kneeling down to kiss you and taste himself, “now let me clean you up and make you cum really hard, yeah?”
He kisses the entirety of your face, from your forehead to your cheeks to your chin, as though he’s saying thank you for letting him wreck your throat. And he does exactly as promised.
He cleans every part of your body slowly and reverently, partly because he wants to show his appreciation for you, and mostly because he can see the way your thighs are squeezing together, and you’re dying for him to just lick you already.
He licks you, though not in the spot that you need him to. No, he licks and kisses your earlobes, your neck, the inside of your mouth, your shoulders and arms and hands. he kisses your chest, between your tits, the underside of your breasts-- he kisses a line down the center of your stomach, even though it tickles.
When he reaches the bottom, your legs spread involuntarily, and you push your hips outwards. Satoru smiles up at you wickedly-- he knows you need it, that’s why he’s making you wait.
That’s why he sucks your nipple into his mouth and massages your other breast, before switching sides and doing it all over again. Before long, you’re moaning whenever his hand brushes your thigh, he doesn’t even have to get near your pussy.
“Please, need-- please, I need you to--”
“I know what you need,” he hums, as he lifts you up and kisses your lips languorously again, turning you away from him, “and you can have it, baby.”
He bends you over at the waist, making you place your hands on the bench you were just sitting on, as he kneels between your legs. He runs a slow finger along your slit, noticing that the wetness there is different than the water. It’s thicker, creamier, tastes like you when he presses his finger into his mouth.
Satoru kisses your asscheeks, before dipping down between your legs to where you really need him to be. His tongue is slow and lazy, as he licks between your folds and across your clit, dipping inside of you experimentally.
You moan and struggle to hold yourself up already, as he sucks and kisses your clit lovingly, presses two fingers inside of your needy hole. If there’s one thing Satoru is good at, it’s eating your pussy.
As in, the first time he fucked you, he licked and kissed every inch of you until he figured out precisely which spots made you cum the hardest, which ones made you cum the fastest, which ones made you squirt, and then he never forgot the key that he made for your body.
Satoru can drag an orgasm out of you when you don’t want one, but when you do... You’re crying and clenching around his fingers, you’re rocking your hips back onto his face as he tongue-fucks that one spot that gets you there so well.
The way he licks your pussy is worship for Satoru, it’s love and dedication and adoration, because he’ll please you until the end of the world if you want him to. Maybe he’ll even do it if you don’t want him to.
You’re spasming and creaming on his tongue once, and then he doesn’t stop, he overstimulates you until it happens again, and then again, and then when he’s almost finished playing your body like a virtuoso would a piano-- he makes you squirt, just to prove that he can.
He stops after you’ve fallen apart so many times that you’ve lost count, and your knees buckle. Of course he catches you, chuckling as he holds your spent body up with his muscular arms.
“Think you can still ride me, baby?” He asks to tease you, knowing fully well that you can’t even stand up right now without some assistance.
“No, nonono, need a break,” you respond, laying your lax body against his hard one.
In the end, he dries you off and takes you to bed, he lays you down on your stomach. And then he massages your spent body for a long while, rubbing your arms, your shoulders, your back, your thighs, your ass...
A good long while, it is, before he stops resisting the urge to run his fingers along the slick surface of your cunt and notice that a string of cum connects the two.
He’s hard again, just like that, so fucking hard that he can’t stand it.
“Baby,” he purrs, asking your permission as he slides his cock between your asscheeks, desiring the friction, “you’re dripping again, like you want me to put my cock in you.”
“Please,” You ask, somehow still so aroused after every other orgasm he’s given you, “Mm, want you to make me cum again-- please, please-- oooohhh, fuck.”
He’s already sighing in relief as he slips his length into you. Satoru loves it when he has plenty of time to warm you up for his cock, because you’re so smooth and pliant and accepting of it afterwards, and even after a good four or five orgasms, you still clench and whine and shake, because your pussy is so, so sensitive.
So sensitive, and so wet, and sucking him in so fucking good, and you’re so fucking hot-- and, god, he loves your ass.
Satoru slaps it once, watching the fat of it jiggle as he fucks into you. He grips your waist, leaning down so that his forehead is pressed pressed between your shoulder blades. You’re keening and whining, fingers gripping the sheets for dear life as he rolls his hips into yours again and again.
“’M gonna-- Gonna cum-- Satoru, can I-- Please--”
“Cum for me, baby, cum for me-- wanna feel it, wanna hear it, wanna see it-- cum on my cock-- yes, fuck, there you go-- that’s it, that’s it-- let me hear it.”
You do let him hear it, and see it, and feel it, and he can practically taste it when he’s buried so deeply inside of you. Your muscles constrict, your breaths stagger, and you bite down on the pillowcase to muffle the cry that you let out.
Satoru loves the feral side of you that he sees when he’s fucking you from behind, and you can barely take it. He loves it so fucking much, he loves you so fucking much-- sososososo fucking much.
So much that he needs to show it to you, needs to give you his love with his body and let you accept it and carry it and bring it to life.
For the first time in your relationship, Satoru can’t find it in himself to pull out of you before he cums. No, not today, not right now. You’re practically begging to have his fucking babies, loving him like you do.
Your body needs his babies-- with your wide hips, and your soft smile, and your pillowy tits. He needs to fuck a baby into you, and he doesn’t know why the thought’s just now occurred to him when he’s balls deep, buried inside your cunt.
Like a man gone mad, he rambles, “Baby, I need to—need to— fuck, I need you. C‘mere— Come here. I’m gonna—“
He grabs your ass and hoists your hips upwards, his own hipbones slam against your lower half, and he moans out every syllable of your name as he fills you up with his seed, fucking every last drop of his cum into your cunt, a sign of adoration, a sign of love.
As soon as he loosens his death grip on your hips, your knees buckle, and his cum spills out of your pretty pussy. Satoru pushes it back into you with his fingers, eyes transfixed on the sight of moonlight white cum dripping out of your pussy.
“Did you cum inside me?” You ask, hoarse, out of breath, and likely confused, considering that he’s always been on top of his pullout game.
“I said sixteen kids, didn’t I?”

among us au please?
hi \o/ firstly i'm going to direct you here for some backstory/information about the au
next: here is a bit of the first chapter \o/! it's 2500 words basically so reblogs are appreciated but it does cut off before a proper chapter resolution
Really, there are better things Felps could be doing with his life. But technically he’s obligated to do this, and he hasn’t found anything else to do, so, here he is. Handing over the fake ID Cellbit made for him.
The security guard barely even scrutinises it before passing it back, and nodding him through. It’s always a gamble, though. So, he keeps walking until he’s far enough out of view that the other guards won’t really pay attention to him, and lingers until Cellbit catches up.
“Easy.” Cellbit mutters. “I don’t even think he read our names.”
“Well, easier is better, right?”
“So careless. It’s like they’re asking us to kill them.”
“He’s not in the line of fire.” Felps says with a shrug. “Even with all the security crackdowns, no ports have been attacked yet.”
“We should change that.” Cellbit says, far too determined for Felps’ liking.
“I dunno… you know the plan. Cucurucho won’t like it if we deviate from it.”
“Fuck him.” Cellbit hisses. “Any day now I’m going to get you your freedom, and then we can kill whoever the fuck we like.”
“Keep your voice down.”
Felps says it calmly, but he won’t deny that the slight rise in Cellbit’s volume sent a spike of fear through him. Cellbit doesn’t seem to care as much—confident that he’ll be able to break them out of whatever prison—but Felps would rather not chance it. That’s the whole reason they’re doing this, after all. He’s caught between a prison sentence from the Federation, and a prison sentence from the human government.
Ultimately, Cellbit would prefer the latter, Felps is sure. If the Federation finds out he’s travelling with Felps, they’ll probably just kill him.
Thankfully, though, Cellbit changes the topic to something less incriminating, and Felps spends the rest of the walk through the station feeling calmer. Until they hit the body scanners.
The ID check is always easy. Even when heavily scrutinised, Cellbit is good enough at making them that they always end up passing through with no problems.
The body scanner is a different subject.
It’s finicky. Relies entirely on Cellbit’s ability to successfully use sleight of hand to put in the USB with the code that’ll make Felps look human, and then take it out again. Without any guards noticing.
One of the reasons they hit this port specifically, though, was that they haven’t been involved in any incidents. No caught aliens, and no departing ships that never arrive to their destinations. The crackdown has been intense, but people are lazy. A persistent, unconscious thought of, but it’d never happen to me.
This station is fairly busy, too. A lot to keep an eye on, no reminder to keep an eye on it—it’s the best shot they have.
Cellbit steps on first. The holographic grid climbs up his body, and then back down. He’s waved along. He stops, and leans close to the guard—his elbow resting on the desk, hand lingering past their view. Easily, he slips the USB into the computer.
“I’m just gonna wait for my friend, is that okay?”
Felps can’t hear him over the crowd, but they’ve gone over the plans a million times.
The security guard nods, looking bored. Felps steps onto the platform. The scanner sweeps over him, static and nerves following it. But it’s easy enough to keep his cool while his heart is beating in his throat. He’s always been good at that, even without the amount of practice he’s been put through recently.
He steps off the platform. Doesn’t even get the chance to worry as the computer quickly confirms him as human. The guard waves him through. Cellbit pushes himself away from the desk—USB safely retrieved, and quickly hidden back in his sleeve.
“Easy.” Cellbit mutters again.
“Easy is good.” Felps reminds him again.
When they first started doing this, Cellbit used to revel in all the gaps of transport security, and how easy it was to exploit them. Felps thinks, maybe, Cellbit misses the challenge a little. He doesn’t know a lot about what put Cellbit on that prisoner transport ship, but with the gleeful look in his eyes when he murders, he can take a guess.
“Do you remember where our ship is?” Felps asks, before Cellbit goes on another rant about lax security.
“Of course I do.”
Cellbit takes his arm, and pulls him off in a direction. Felps lets himself be led.
It’s a smaller ship, as usual. Which means it’ll stay in port until they arrive. Felps is tempted to take a detour to eat a proper meal before they leave, but he knows they need to stake out the situation.
The information on this ship is frighteningly scarce. Usually Cellbit can have a whole crew list pulled up, as well as general spaceship schematics. This one has nothing, though. All they managed to find was a list of potential departure stations so they could sway the choice their way.
It’s not the kind of mission Felps is happy to take. Cellbit’s eyes had practically lit up the second he realised it wasn’t going to be easy, and had spent roughly the next forty eight hours trying to dig up any scraps of information he could.
Felps hid all his coffee sometime around hour number thirty nine; when he was too focused on the investigation to remember how much he had in stock, and figured he had just run out. Or, that’s what Felps assumes, considering Cellbit never bothered him about the missing coffee. Either way, he eventually passed out at his desk.
The point is, even though they should be through the difficult part, Felps still feels his unease grow.
Cellbit stops abruptly, Felps bumping into him.
“There.” He points over to airlock number six. “That one.”
Felps cranes to try and look at the ship through the window. It doesn’t look like a model he’s familiar with, but he’s a little too far away to tell.
“Let’s go introduce ourselves then.”
They walk over, dodging through the crowd. There’s no one waiting outside the airlock yet, but Felps catches a glimpse of someone with bright pink hair carrying cargo onto the ship.
He makes a beeline towards them. Out of the corner of his eye, he sees Cellbit heading to the window facing the ship. Felps knocks quickly on the edge of the airlock to announce his presence.
“Yeah, hold on.”
The voice is familiar, but Felps can’t place it. Probably just the accent.
They place down the boxes hastily, turn around—and practically jump five feet into the air.
“What the fuck?” Mike exclaims, eyes wide. “Felps? You’re alive?”
Ah. That’s why it’s familiar.
“Oh. Yeah!” Okay, this complicates things. “Hi, Mike!”
“What are you doing here?”
“I’m the pilot.”
“You’re—? Ugh.” Mike swipes a hand under his glasses, and drags it back down his face, clearly annoyed. “These stupid fucking blackout documents. Well, it is good to see you, at least.”
“It’s good to see you, too.” And it is, really. Felps had grown… maybe too attached to him and Pac. “I’m here with Cellbit—he’s my co-pilot.”
“Cellbit made it out, too? Damn, soon you’ll be telling me the murders just completely stopped after we left.”
“Ah, I wouldn’t know.” Felps lies. “We took a page out of your book.”
“Good idea.”
“So, you’re working here?” Felps asks, dread curling through him.
He managed to get Cellbit to leave them alone before, but this ship is a lot smaller. They probably won’t get that luxury this time.
“Yeah, me and Pac. We’re the engineers.”
“Nice!”
Not nice. Really not nice. Shit.
“Well,” Mike points a thumb behind him, “Pac’s in the engine room setting some stuff up if you want to go say hi.”
He resolutely tries to ignore the butterflies floating through his chest at the thought of seeing Pac again. He’s probably going to have to let Cellbit kill them, now is not the time.
“Thanks. I think Cellbit’s taking a look at the ship.”
“Cool, cool. I’ll see you later, then.”
“See you later.”
As they go their separate ways, Felps quickly messages Cellbit the news. Then he tries to find his way towards the engineering room.
It’s more difficult than it should be. The ship’s layout isn’t like any he’s been on before, and there’s absolutely no maps, or directions anywhere. But finally, he stumbles into the place. The heat from the engines is overwhelming, but nice. Felps rarely feels temperatures that mimic the types of weather he grew up with.
There’s a grate on the floor that’s pulled up, and Felps can see a blue hoodie, and black hair crouched down in the space revealed.
“Hi!” Felps calls out over the sound of idling engines, trying not to startle him.
It doesn’t work. Pac yelps, and there’s the distinct sound of something being dropped. Then he pokes his head out from the space, and grins.
“Felps!” Pac pulls himself up so he can sit on the floor, legs still dangling over the edge. “Mike told me you were here.”
In lieu of taking off the hoodie, he’s just pushed the sleeves up to his elbows. Grease covers his arms—there’s spots of it on his face, too. He looks good.
“Yeah! It’s good to see you again.”
“You too! Man, I’m so glad you’re alive.” Pac winces. “Sorry we didn’t take you with us. It’s just the lights went out, and we couldn’t find you, and then—uh, yeah. We, like, had to get out.”
Felps keeps his eyes carefully trained on Pac’s face, instead of letting them dip down to where his legs are. He’s not supposed to know about that.
“It’s fine.” He says with a shrug. “Me and Cellbit got out pretty much right after you, anyway.”
“That’s good.” Pac clicks his fingers. “Oh, hey, have you met Miss Government Agent yet?”
“Miss—huh?” He laughs, not worried about the fact it sounds nervous. He thinks anyone would be in this situation. “A government agent?”
“Yeah! She’s who we’re transporting. Bagi, her name is.” Pac lifts his legs out of the hole so he can stand up. He’s wearing long pants, so from Felps’ brief glance, he still has no idea what his leg looks like now—how well it managed to heal, if it did at all. “I know, I know those blackout documents are so annoying, right? But, yeah, that’s the reason—safety protocols, and all that. I don’t even know what she does in the government, it’s that top secret! I can introduce you guys, if you want?”
“Oh, sure. Thank you.” He watches Pac shift the grate back in place. “Unless you’re busy?”
“Nah, Mike’s better with all this stuff, anyway.” Pac shrugs, and wipes his hands together as if that would do anything but just smudge the grease more. “He’ll do a check over on my work, and finish up anything I missed.”
“Okay, nice.”
God, he never should’ve let Cellbit accept this mission. A government agent? Who the government is going to these lengths to protect? They’re never going to live comfortably again if they follow through with it—constantly on the run from authorities who would never leave a case as big as this alone.
Pac grabs a rag near his toolbox, and absently attempts to clean the grease from himself.
“Also, don’t be surprised if you see a kid running around.” Pac informs him. “His name is Richarlyson, and—my god, Felps—he’s so cute.”
Felps feels the blood freeze in his veins.
“A kid? There’s a kid here?”
“Yeah, he’s mine and Mike’s actually.” Pac says, unaware of Felps’ escalating crisis. “We adopted him—totally legally, by the way—hm, maybe earlier this year?”
“Oh, how cool!”
A kid. Felps can’t kill a kid. Well, technically he hasn’t really killed anyone, but he knows that the blood on Cellbit’s hands may as well be on his, too.
They’ve never been in a situation where a kid was on the line. Felps doesn’t know how to proceed now that there is.
He knows he’s gotten a reputation within the Federation of being brutal, but efficient. All Cellbit, really, but Cucurucho doesn't know about him. Maybe that’s why he was given this mission.
But he hasn’t even come to terms with the fact he’ll need to let Cellbit actually kill Pac and Mike this time. And now there’s a kid. And they also need to kill a government agent, too, and there’s no way the aftermath of that is going to be pretty.
This is very quickly spiraling out of control—veering heavily away from the kind of chaos Felps enjoys with these missions.
He needs to talk to Cellbit. Quickly.
But, for now, he also needs information. So, he follows Pac out of the engine room, and down the confusing hallways.
“The ship layout is very strange.” Felps comments.
“Yeah, you can thank Mike for that.” Pac says with a laugh. “He designed it.”
“Really? That’s cool.”
“We built it a couple years back. I don’t know why the government wants to use our ship, though. Surely they’ve got better ones at their disposal, right?”
“Must be to do with the whole secret thing.” Felps shrugs. “Like, if people want to attack the ship a government agent is on in the middle of space, they’re probably not going to look for something two random guys built, right?”
Not like it really worked out for them. Somehow Cucurucho still got their hands on the information.
“Ohhh, very true, very true.” Pac sends him a smile, and Felps tries not to trip over his feet at the sight of it. “You’re very smart, Felps.”
“Thanks!” He thinks he’s smiling a little too much like an idiot at the compliment, and quickly changes topics. “Wait, but if it’s your ship, why are me and Cellbit here? Surely you both can fly it.”
“Well, we can, but… I dunno. More hands on deck if there’s an emergency, maybe?”
“Ah, true.”
“Here, let me connect to your comm—I’ll give you a map.”
Pac stops in them in the middle of the hallway. While he’s distracted with the task, Felps takes the opportunity to drink in the sight of him—now that they’re closer and he can see all the little details more clearly. He looks mostly the same as Felps remembers, honestly. Still beautiful. If Felps had to point out what’s changed, he’d say that Pac looks less scared.
See, Felps hasn’t been able to forget the expression on Pac’s face when the lights turned out, and Cellbit tackled him to the ground. Even after all this time, he can still conjure the sound of Pac’s screams of pain, and desperate pleas for help clearly in his mind.
Felps usually likes to let Cellbit have his fun. This was the first—and only—time he’d ever interrupted that.
It’s… nice to see Pac not so scared.

okay fuck it i posted about hypothetical arknights fighting game and immediately got massive brainworms about it so without further ado:
My Pitch For An Arknights Fighting Game Roster
Amiya - Obligatory standard Shoto with her sword and Arts. She has relatively mediocre projectiles, but her metered projectiles are extremely strong to reflect that her Arts take a lot out of her to use. Honest, but with a lot of mastery required to truly excel.
Ch’en - Rushdown Shoto with some close-range projectiles with Chi Xiao - Unsheathe and maybe the inkbrush Arts she uses in her skin because let’s face it, they’ll never give her the water cannon. The Sol to Amiya's Ky, the Ken to her Ryu.
Kal’tsit - Puppet character with Mon3tr. Her close range buttons are competent, but flawed, but they’re just enough to give her absurd combo synergy with Mon3tr. Can trade her own meter to heal Mon3tr’s Obligatory Pet Balance Meter.
Talulah - Midrange projectile-focused character who uses powerful multihit projectiles to confirm into brutal melee combos. Can enter an Install state where she does self-damage as she catches on fire, but hits like a goddamned truck. She stays back, destroying you from afar, then closing in to make you regret being born when she has to.
Frostnova - Full on zoner, keep the opponent away, dominate the stage, and freeze them in place before they can ever think of approaching you. Has a kit made of long-ranged, disjointed full-screen normals like Hilda (UNIST), but in exchange, they’re all highly situational with massive blindspots, forcing you to play smart, predict your opponent, or they’ll close in and overpower you.
Patriot - Bigbody Grappler. Hits like a truck, but advances slowly. Changes the entire pace of the match simply by existing, and feels like an unstoppable force who you are never safe from until you’re sure he’s dead.
Skadi - Midrange melee-focused character. Simple and honest, she doesn’t need a lot of frills to absolutely kick your ass. Has very little mechanics, but is nonetheless intimidating partially because of that. Has an Install providing herself with a buff that looks like the Corrupting Heart buffs. Honestly only here because she consistently tops popularity charts by a huge margin.
Texas the Omertosa - Extremely fast rushdown, Chipp Zanuff-style. Is able to extend combos that would otherwise drop with her Sword Rain that works similar to Seth (UNIST)’s Orbs. Either she ends the fight before you have a chance to even start it, or she dies quickly as a result.
Nearl the Radiant Knight - Mixup heavy aggressive character, pushes against the opponent with unrelenting force until they break, feeling like an unstoppable force that rushes in, full speed ahead. Has tools to punish basically any sort of behavior, but all her options are extremely reactable. But when you’re up against someone who is capable of so much, it may not matter that much. I-No (Strive) and what little I remember of Roa (MBTL) is a bit of a touchstone here.
Ling - Trap-heavy setplay character with powerful full-screen combo potential. Extremely powerful, but has to get her summons set up first, and if she is able to get the opponent playing her game, she is almost unstoppable with her summons’ projectiles and powerful combo-extending sword swings.
The Endspeaker - A technical, setplay and stage-control heavy midrange zoner. Can spread Nethersea Brand by summoning Sea Terror minion that, when killed, drops a patch of Brand. You can then fire projectiles that leave Shells on the Brand. You can dive into the Brand to pop out of the ground with a bite, consuming the shell to grow stronger. After consuming two shells, you cap out, and your teleport changes to a low that teleports you to your opponent, acting as a starter to do brutal melee combos on counterhit. Focuses on feeling like they control the very environment, like an unstoppable force of nature that only grows stronger as you desperately try to stop it. Yes, this is only here because I had a strong-ass pitch for it.
Emperor feat. Penguin Logistics - Joke character, kinda. Emperor’s kit involves summoning the other PL members for his specials, which are all really solid to cover for the fact that his normals are shit on account of his stubby little penguin body. Exusiai focuses on ranged attacks, allowing some sort of zoning in specific directions. Croissant gives approach tools by shielding him as he walks or by golfing him with a hammer. Texas gives combo extenders with Sword rain or with long flurries of blows that keep the opponent locked there for a short time. Sora is entirely in your taunts because she's not much of a fighter like the others.
But what would a fighting game be without DLC that's planned from launch?
DLC Lineup 1
Gavial the Invincible - A relatively mobile grappler, focusing on long combos and hitgrabs similar to Bullet (Blazblue), Beowulf (Skullgirls) or Grappler (DNF Duel). Has the ability to heal herself with a special that requires her to stand still, encouraging an opponent to approach her when they otherwise would play defensive, because Gavial is the kind of person who you have to face head-on, she wouldn’t have it any other way.
Specter the Unchained - Stance change, switching between Laurentina and Specter. Laurentina is a shield pressure monster, a mixup-heavy character with strong multihit overheads and lows like Bedman? (Strive) or Anji (Strive) (but good). Meanwhile Specter is a defensive neutral-heavy character with strong space control with her Arts, with high meter gain on her moves that Laurentina can easily capitalize on. Plays with the opponent like she is dancing, forcing them to keep up with her rhythm, confusing them with steps they can never understand, then asserting her own tempo if they try to take it back.
Mlynar - A highly defensive character who completely relies on counterhits for combo starters. But those combos, hoooly shit. Has parries and counters to play defensive, read the opponent’s options, and then strike when he is sure he can land a blow. He only draws his sword when he’s sure it will land.
Chongyue - A technical, rekka and cancel-focused close-range fighter similar to Jam (Xrd) and Enkidu (UNIST). Has a hard time getting in, but has massive reward when he does. Has the ability to use mid-range sandstorm-based strikes and Orbs like Aoko (MBTL), but has to focus to gain charges on his sandstorm specials like Jam (Xrd). Takes mastery, but when you learn his complicated kit, he’s an unstoppable force. Takes off his jacket in round 5, and yes, this is important.
Redblade - Install-focused character. Gains new Contracts as the match progresses similar to Susanoo (Blazblue), growing stronger with each Contract, until he gains 8 stacks, where he becomes the strongest character in the game. Maybe he straight up hijacks the music to play Operation Basepoint when he gets max Contract.

Zhongli’s kids going succession war or potential mini council??? Ningguang losing her mind sometimes???? Liyue and Inazuma being more populated and developed because their archons have heirs??? All three nations becoming a federations? Alliance??? (Pusey) Politics.
Each kids has their own primary adepti companion/adviser btw. It would also be interesting if some of them actively chose to head certain industries or areas instead? Maybe some kids focus on economics, education, etc??? Diplomacy!!!! (Issue should be gnosis but that has so many outcomes like what are the fatui doing????? Touch Scara and choke.)
Just imagine Scara holding the Teyvant version of the chancla and getting his misbehaving siblings to stop causing trouble lmao. I love him.
Venti and Zhongli basically going: can’t claim the next kid if I nut in reader first!!!! (Ei just looks at these idiots as if she’s not one of the simps involved in this horny disaster.)
Traveler to the archons: Have you tried pulling out? Even better, get off your wife and stay off!
To this day, Diluc can’t believe someone legit married the alcoholic baby faced twink of a bard who almost lives in his tavern. Are you okay high priestess? Do you need help? -Wait does this mean Venti had a harem of nuns this whole time? Diluc is awake at night with cursed knowledge and questions. (Bonus if Diluc ends up marrying one of Zhongli’s kids and Venti looks so betrayed.)
Traveler ends up accepting babysitting as commissions because the mora makes them unable to say no.
And now I’m distracted by potential political marriages thanks. Love the brain rot. Teyvant blessed the structural integrity of Reader coochie. God bless. 10000000000/10 Archons approved.
just imagine dance of the dragons kind of drama going on, which is ironic considering who their father is. zhongli’s eldest being the most vocal about being his rightful heir, the others forming factions and the more ambitious ones saying they have more right to it because they’re worthier blah blah. the other kids who don’t really want the title of geo archon rally behind the sibling they support. it’s a very chaotic mess and osial gets pushed to the back of their mind until he comes strolling in. the best way to be united is to have a common enemy, so they have a cease fire for a moment. when they find out zhongli gave away his gnosis, a lot of them become disinterested in becoming the geo archon. so the topic is pushed away. for now.
then beisht comes and the topic gets thrown back in by the eldest. at that point, all the other kids have settled into their own hobbies and interests, so it’s only really the eldest who feels like it’s their birthright. along with cloud retainer, they come down to criticize them only to get their ass verbally handed to them by ningguang. they’ll claim it was love at first sight.
ohh i love the idea of them becoming an alliance but that’s probably a one way ticket to getting celestia’s attention on them so they nope out of that one.
scara is definitely used to handling his rowdy siblings. whenever they try to sass him, his harsher side comes out, “don’t use that tone on me! i used to change your diapers when our parents were too busy banging each other to care!”
venti eventually gets that kid he wants within a year of him waking up. so i hc venti to have been in mond for about a year or two before the traveler arrived, which makes the mond archon quest so funny. because diluc and jean (before their suspicions were confirmed that venti is barbatos) are in a constant state of bafflement on why they’re bringing this teenage-dad-looking bard over their self-appointed mission of taking back the holy lyre der himmel and saving dvalin. venti’s just chilling with his baby in a sling on his chest because it was his turn to take care of them. dvalin being hesitant to attack venti on starsnatcher bc of the baby. ok but since this is the mond archon quest and reader is the high priestess, i’d imagine she’s a very constant and integral figure throughout the quest.
diluc ending up with one of zhongli’s kids omg i can see it. growing up with zhongli constantly complaining about barbatos and how alcoholic he is but then having to listen to him lament about wine and something something. they grow up interested in the process of wine making. they travel to mond after venti’s return to meet their long lost stepfather and end up meeting diluc in the process. and the rest is history. venti cries about him being the indirect reason they ever met.
traveler is gonna be drowning in mora after each commission. they’re the kids’ favorite uncle/aunt and always asks traveler to show them cool tricks using multiple elements.
god bless reader’s holy coochie. wars have (almost) been waged for it and three archons (almost) recreated the archon war for it. if venti was there 500 years ago they definitely wouldn’t have come to an agreement.

Thoughts on the SPNWIN Finale
Okay so I’m gonna divide this into two parts: Implications for the future of where this show will go, and then implications for a potential continuation.
**This is me writing after only seeing the episode once and then popping through here and there to try and remember things, but I may mis-remember or misinterpret but I wanna get these first thoughts out of the way!**
First off, just to quickly summarize my thoughts at the top: I really loved it.
They had a hard hand dealt with this show, which is, only 13 episodes and no promise of a season 2. Because of that, they had to write it in a way that both closed this season but kept the door cracked open for more season. It’s a very very hard balance to do, but I think they still did it.
To me, I have a lot of questions, but I LIKE having questions because that draws me back for season 2. And, if done properly, it can also lure people into the continuation.
Implications for the future of SPNWIN
This episode was a whirlwind so I apologize if I mis-remember anything!
I think the key thing that I took away from this in terms of future potential was the journal. They have Dean’s journal in the sense that Dean and Sam had John’s journal.
John and Mary take off in the end but I have no doubt in my mind Lata, Carlos, and Ada will all come back and play a part some how as well.
Which, by the way, the fact that this Carlos was THEE Carlos that was referenced in a Robbie episode a million years ago is so amazing, idk why. Robbie you madman!
But, now we more or less have the confirmation that this isn’t truly our world, however we are going to be sticking with these characters in the future. Therefore, I don’t know if that means they’ll be universe hopping too, I don’t know if it means they’ll uncover more mysteries from Dean’s journal? I think that’s likely. I also think that will be fun.
I also ALSO think that will provide more world building for the continuation, like this season already did.
There is the obvious issue in the room of that being there were only 13 episodes and this may have felt more like a mid-season finale rather than a finale, however not being promised a season 2 has had to have been thee most annoying thing to write around.
But, for a first season, it set up some solid base foundation work for them to continue to explore more stories while also not screwing around with canon.
There are still questions I want answered and who knows when or if they’ll ever be answered. The biggest one, however, is what on earth is in that journal?
I have more questions but I need to rewatch the show to form them so they’ll be in a follow up post most likely.
Another question I have is: Was that really Dean from start to finish? The hair is the biggest thing for me bc J finished filming Big Sky and there was no reason not to cut it, or use a wig of some kind [lol]. But also in general it felt different a little bit. Like it’s still him but also it didn’t feel like him from the pilot and from the photos we were seeing. But it really may well be him all along! I imagine that’s part of the mystery.
I don’t think we’ll see him again, or if we do, it’s not going to be the same version. I think he served as a launching point. Several friends have made this point already but basically he laid the foundation for all this multi-verse stuff and now the kiddos are on their own and there’s a lottttt to explore.
Again, I have to rewatch in order to fully form my thoughts on the future for the show.
My question is gonna be basically are they going to explore different universes? And, how, if Chuck kinda offed all of them? But I’m okay with my questions for now because I like to go with the flow of the show. I don’t want to figure everything out right now.
Implications for a SPN Continuation
I’ll talk about this first since I have some frens who were disappointed that 1) Cas wasn’t with Jack and Bobby and 2) Cas wasn’t mentioned.
If you’re new around here, then I’ll cut to the chase now: I am a full on “Cas Is Not In Heaven” believer. There are several reasons why. I am also a “Chuck Won” and “Jack is Chuck” believer. Also several reasons why.
I don’t believe Cas is in Heaven because they never showed him getting there. “Well Jack got him out of The Empty,” is one of those things that I’ll believe it when I see it, because otherwise, it’s too shady for me. Cas was last taken, alive, to an Empty where everything else was awake and alive and taken on behalf of a deal, not because he died. The Empty has wanted Cas for a while, and has been pissed that he’s gotten out. Cas is a PRIZE for The Empty so I don’t really see it giving up Cas any time soon for any particular reason.
Especially if that reason is Jack.
I don’t believe The Empty likes Jack either, especially after their last interaction being so bad (Jack exploding in The Empty, waking everything up). I don’t feel like The Empty is willing to do any favors for him.
God isn’t supposed to be able to influence The Empty but I think, since Lilith and Lucifer were brought down, that Chuck and The Empty had an arrangement. And from 15x18 to 15x20 I had literally no reason to believe that Cas, a threat to Chuck, would have been let go for any reason, even if Jack was “God” now.
It would have been sloppy story telling, in my opinon, if they tried to explain how Cas got into Heaven in such a short amount of time, and would have extremely taken away from the emotional magnitude of 15x18.
And that’s how I felt with 1x13 of The Winchesters.
If we had seen Cas I would have been upset, I think. Because again, there’s no explanation for him being there. If it wasn’t going to be a *wink wink nudge nudge* thing like “We’ll explain it in the continuation” then I didn’t want it.
The reason why I feel so passionate about this is beacuse of the Chuck Won theory. And because of that theory, and how Cas’ role evolved over time in Supernatural, I don’t believe Chuck can “recreate” Cas. Because Cas exists outside of Chuck’s narrative, and isn’t beholdened to Chuck, that means Chuck can’t reproduce Cas. It’s just never going to happen.
And I feel strongly about Chuck not being able to do that SPECIFICALLY because when all is said and done, I don’t EVER want Dean to look at Cas and wonder if he’s real or not (throwback to 15x02 anyone?).
Therefore, I did not want to see Cas in The Winchesters except for very very very specific ways that I knew deep down wouldn’t happen because this isn’t the show for that.
And I’m sorry I wish I could go along with the Cas in Heaven memes because they do make me laugh — but also the thought of him being there with no explanation and still not showing up makes me more sad than not.
And that’s another thing—
With 15x20, and no Cas, there had been conspiracy after conspiracy for the last two and a half years as to why, everywhere between network censorship to Misha secretly filming and then them not showing anything. I’m personally more inclined to believe a mixture of: Censorship (Dean can’t reciprocate so what’s the point) and a deliberate choice on behalf of Dabb. But that’s for a different post because this is already very very long.
But, him not being in the finale — while it fed into the Chuck Won theory — it also didn’t have enough stability to truly land on one theory or another because COVID restrictions were also blamed (in whatever manner people saw fit to blame it).
However, NOW — with Cas NOT showing up next to Jack and Bobby — even tho in 15x20 Bobby said that Cas helped Jack — was very LOUD to me.
So what does that imply, to me?
1) No Cas until they have the time and space to put the story and emotions into it that it deserves. AKA — since I’m a Cas Is In The Empty believer — A rescue, by Dean. Even Jackles at JIB11 said that he’d want to explore that. Both of them have expressed an interest in exploring a follow up to 15x18. They can’t do that in the season finale of a spin off show that hadn’t mentioned them virtually at all (apart from parallels) all season.
2) No Cas because Cas isn’t there. I’ll get into my “Jack isn’t Jack” thing in a second, but because there was also this choice not to have Cas there — once is a mistake, but twice? Now it’s starting something. Especially since this time, they DID have Jack there. It’s like they’re showing us a Cas-shaped puzzle piece missing. The piece may be missing but you can clearly see the hole and know what’s supposed to be there (kinda like Dean’s reciprocation!).
To me these are interesting storytelling tactics. And that’s what this is, storytelling.
I feel like maybe we lost the plot a little bit, we being The Fandom, in terms of long-term storytelling efforts.
Cas being in The Empty still really does open up a TON of plot ideas for a continuation. Is it sad he’s not with Dean right now? Absolutely. But I’d rather have them apart than have a flimsy, unexplained reunion just to have a reunion.
“They didn’t even mention Cas,” and yeah, maybe they could have, but as friends in Discord servers have pointed out, that also locks them into a story that they may not be able to tell so it’s better to keep it like how it was in 15x20 where Dean never spoke his name. That is, it adds to the uncanny valley of it all.
Jack isn’t Jack
Look at this lovely post. This reminds me of the first time I was ever exposed to Chuck Won, Chuck is Jack theory way back in ... I want to say December 2020. Someone had compared Jack’s clothes to Chuck’s, and here we are again.
Also these tags from @clarkenting
Tumblr media
Jack didn’t feel like Jack. He hasn’t felt like Jack since 15x19.
I already freak out and ramble a lot about Chuck Won when it comes to Becky’s Notes in 15x04 about “no one even mentions Cas” and the line about rock music and the like. But another note she made was regarding the villain’s monologue at the end and how it kinda sucked. Jack had a monologue at the end. Jenny, in 15x20, said 8 words.
So Jack post-15x19 has always been suspicious to me! And last night was no different, especially since it’s the most Chuck Like he’s looked.
Also, another thing that got me, was the reference to Carry On (the Kansas song). It felt super duper pointed and not just an Easter Egg but like — hey this IMMEDIATELY reminds me of 15x20 and how Dean was like, weirdly, “I love this song!” a little too out of character in heaven as he began to drive off.
Dean’s favorite band isn’t Kansas, it’s Led Zeppelin.
Also, the reference felt like a fourth wall break, something that Chuck would do.
So no, I don’t believe that Jack was Jack last night. I’m sure if I go through the dialogue, which I plan to do lol, I’ll find even more reason to believe that.
Another thing that confused me was Bobby being there. Dean drove off, alone, and was continuously shown alone, throughout his drive. But BOBBY was there last night? Confused I am. But in the good way.
We know now that Baby can hope planes of existence so I really really hope she can hop into The Empty.
I’m someone who believes that Dean’s “Heaven” is in reality just The Empty. Or, as sometimes my friends will hear me call it, Chuck’s toy shelf. I am also someone who believes we DID see Chuck in 1x08 as part of the band and it wasn’t just a Rob cameo. Rob’s character has too much implication to just casually toss him in as a background character.

This is super duper long, and I apologize but also not really!
Some final thoughts (for now) (any follow up posts I make also will be under #spnwin thots):
I think this finale set up things for both a season 2 AND a continuation. I’ve been a contination believer since literally the SPN finale finished airing. At first it was a way to cope, but then it became a full blown belief for me the more and more first Jackles talked about it, and then the rest of the cast.
I’m really excited for season 2 of The Winchesters should it happen. I really hope it does. I personally believe it has a high chance of migrating to HBO Max for a home — and if that’s the case that’ll be awesome bc I also believe that’s where a continuation will go.
All of our favorites of the season will be in season 2 as well. We will see Carlos, Lata, Ada, Millie, Betty, Tony, etc. back. There are still questions about their characters too that we need answering. I’m still suspicious of Betty!
I liked that they contained this just enough for the finale just in case they don’t get a season 2, but still left dangling plot threads to catch for a season 2 (which felt very season 15 of SPN to me. In my eyes, they really did leave some things dangling for a continuation.)
What kind of potential world building will we get now that we know space and time is but an illusion, lol. I like the prequel being used to expand worlds more and expand the canon more, especially when it comes to hopping planes of existence.
Is The Empty really the big villain, or Chuck? I personally think so, and I personally think that this will help funnel some stuff into a continuation.
“What about Destiel” yes what about Destiel? That’s a continuation problem but one that I know Jackles and Dee and whoever else will be involved will ultimately tackle as well. I may have more faith and optimism than others, but that’s because I know from past experiences from SPN that I won’t be burned no matter what happens — so if you need me to clown for you, I can!
What about the Akrida? Do they just stop at this place? Why this particular storyline? What’s going on? We already have alternates to our own timeline that is the Akrida did not finish off our Men of Letters, Baby got into John’s hands via a car dealership (well, according to Chuck anyway), John didn’t know about hunting in our world, etc etc.
So what else is different? Will they see OUR world? Who is dead, who is alive? Is Chuck gonna send them to other places too?
Only time will tell I guess!
Time to light those manifestation candles for season 2 and a continuation!

some notes and suggestions on MD2 hard mode for people struggling with it;
- you are expected to lose clashes, the game up to this point has largely framed losing a clash as a freak accident. It Will Happen in MD2H and learning how to take these losses gracefully is important, in abnormality fights inparticular try to line up clashes you can’t beat with units that have a resistance to the enemy’s damage type, bonus points if their stagger resist is high, Meur is great for this as a lot of his IDs have a very generous starting stagger resist, usually around 60% as opposed to 75%, many shi IDs have good stagger resists as well. You can obviously do that in a non abnormality fight too, but you obviously have less options. Do your best, and remember defense dice exist, they have very generous rolls and can save you from a bad time sometimes, and block dice straight up reduce damage via a shield so they’re usually good.
- Do Not Use An EGO Just Because You’re Losing A Clash; this partially ties in to my above point, but if you’re using an EGO to avoid losing a clash that’s going to do like 2 damage because it’s 1 coin and the target has ineffective resist to the damage type and applies no status effects you’re wasting EGO resources that are going to be Very Valuable on the higher floors; most final MD2H bosses require some degree of EGO spam at this point, uptie 4 may change this. Again, Losing Clashes Is Okay; enemy attacks can be surprisingly ineffective in the right circumstances.
- EGO gift meta right now leans towards ego resource generation gifts and healing gifts; if you’re struggling healing gifts will give you much more wiggle room, homeward and phlebotomy pack are both extremely good, but any heals you can get are great. Other EGO gifts aren’t bad nessacerily but they’re obviously more comp dependent and often more reliant on winning clashes
- Stacking similar damage types and resists is a heavy risk, especially in your initial party. If you’re anything like me you have all 4 liu units built up, but if you take all 4 into your initial party and guido shows up on the first boss, he is going to turn you inside out. Him and his gang do mostly pierce damage, liu IDs are all fatal resist against pierce damage, and all his buddies roll extremely well and will roll extremely Better when they start dying; gregor and meur liu are basically useless in this scenario and they can’t even risk taking a losing clash because they’ll take boatloads of damage from basically anything they do. Crusaders might be weak to blunt, but that doesn’t mean they’re weak to liu.
- some ID/EGO suggestions: Base heathcliff is honestly surprisingly good, his sk2 and sk3 clash well in lower floors and he has a self power buff that can make them competitive even on higher floors. Lobotomy Corp Remnant faust was and still is among the best clashers in the game, she can neutral clash even some surprisingly big rolls in higher floors with opportunistic, and her sk2 shreds on lower floors. This is counterbalanced by her having maybe one of the worst sk1′s in the game, keep an eye out for skill swap machines with her face on em.
Shi don isn’t incredible for general use but overbreathe is an EGO tier coin that can help take some pressure off your EGO resource reserves.
R Heathcliff is as always decent, though he can struggle to clash sometimes (though not more then base heathcliff! would argue he’s always worth taking over base heath, though I’m still working with base heath, his self power buffs might end up making him clash better on higher floors)
Defensive IDs in general are helpful as they can usually take clashes more gracefully, meur is a surprisingly good sinner in general just because all his IDs are skewed towards being able to take shots; presumably K corp hong lu is a beast as usual but I don’t have him so I can’t confirm on how well he clashes.
If you have Fluid Sac Faust, it’s an excellent support EGO that is also an AoE; it’s the best of both worlds.
Pursuance is a targeted heal and can really save a sinner’s butt if they’re in trouble
AoE EGOs can be helpful in general for boss fights that summon adds; they’re also just good damage in general on non boss fights. Legerdemain continues to be extremely good.
MD2 Hard mode is mostly hard because the game up to this point hasn’t really been encouraging good play habits, I suspect as time goes on this content will get “solved”, but for now this stuff should help you out if you’re struggling to clear. As you get some of these habits into your system I suspect the content will get much easier to handle; again this is mostly just learning there’s more to the system then auto win and use ego when clash bad (I certainly know that’s how I was playing before MD2H).

DIDude ramblings warning im being silly again.
P2’s a bit of an unwilling participant when it comes to the events of Postal 1. For most of their life all he’s tried to do is help P1, whether thats protecting him, standing up for him, getting him to socialise and making friends, the usual stuff you’d do as a kid/teen. And later on in the years he helps get them a job etc. it’s never fully clear to P1 what P2 is so he always gets confused on how he’s suddenly able to function without having to stammer his way through apology after apology for things that weren’t his fault. P2 tries to let him know he’s doing it all, but he’s never fully listened to because P1 still thinks he’s a demon.
He doesn’t care at first, he even finds it funny. But when it starts getting in the way of being listened to, and he’s never really thanked for what he does, it gets to him and he acts out in retaliation. Cuz to him P1’s just ignoring him and pretending he doesn’t exist and refusing to accept him despite him trying to help, so he instead goes along with the title of being some malevolent force. Lots of nasty arguments, judgement and picking apart every single flaw P1 has. Because that gets him to listen, when he’s not being nice. That has an effect.
When 1997 comes around and P1’s at his worst, he doesn’t try to talk him out of his mental spiral into paranoia and what his brain is tricking him into seeing. He just keeps taunting and pushing him, and when the massacre does happen he sees it as a confirmation that he was right and P1 was wrong. And it makes him feel good.
What doesn’t make him feel good is seeing the person he cares for most slowly degrade and become a former shell of himself. That scares him to his core, and what makes him try to get P1 to realise that what they’re doing isn’t right and that they’re heading towards a very bad end. He doesn’t succeed, of course, and so his only option left is to just keep him safe at any cost and try to enjoy the remaining few days they have left. Forces himself to enjoy it, even if he really doesn’t.
When he’s eventually left alone and forced to live as himself he just represses everything he went through, and even when P1 comes back years later they never really talk about it. It makes him feel awful thinking back because he was so immature to P1 that he only made things worse instead of just trying to get through to him. They do talk it out at some point but even then its something that hangs around in the back of his mind as something he’s still capable of falling back into, just how flawed he truly is.
I like to think his “regret nothing” mindset is just a positive mantra that gets him through each day and allows him to see the joy in a world full of shit, but I also like to see it as a rule of sorts he has to follow. Because if he did have regrets (and he DEFINITELY does) they would eat him alive. His definition of acceptance is never actually what acceptance is. He thinks its “this exists/happened and I’m acknowledging it” and not “this exists/happened and thats okay, I’m willing to use this as a way to become a better person and heal”
Dude’s system basically works as both a way to survive and cope with their trauma, but also as a way to accept everything the Dudes are without shame or hatred. Yeah, they’re violent assholes with a lot of issues, but they’ll never be able to improve themselves if they don’t accept that’s who they are and learn to love the good parts of themselves too.

WHG 19 Prompt 5 Iggy
It took me a long time, but I finally wrote the next part! Tagging: @ratracechronicler, @maple-writes, @pen-of-roses, @drabbleitout, @clocksandchaos, @knmartinshouldbewriting, and @forthesanityofsome!
I stared at the chariots. I was told to stand, that I didn’t need a seat like the other humans. The costumes…were interesting. Some of them were beautiful! And others were concerning. And others were downright hard to look at because of the clashing colors. When President Snow started speaking, I paid attention to him. He was lying.
Once everyone clapped, someone approached me. “C13SO, I have a task for you.” I looked around, and it was Esha. She frowned at me. “Malice Andalori, one of your tributes, is required for something the Capitol wants to do. If they agree to this, they won’t have to go into the Hunger Games and get forced into it. Try to convince them, if you can.”
I stared at her. So, it was most likely true, what Mal had said. That the Capitol wanted to use them as a weapon. I just nodded, and Esha turned around and left.
I thought about what she had said as I walked to where the chariots ended up, what she had basically confirmed for me. I was a replacement for humans when they were going to die. The best thing I could do was hope Chess could get them to safety. It didn’t matter what happened to me. I just needed Sabre and Mal to be safe.
I finally found them, and they were talking to each other. I tilted my head at their clothes. I hadn’t been able to look closely at them before this. “Are your stylists not good?”
Sabre looked over and grinned at me. “They’re fucking terrible. My stylist hates how I look and got mad when he couldn’t cut my hair, and Mal’s decided making them look like the canary in the cage was a good costume. So, we swapped shirts!” She looked so proud of herself, wrapping an arm around Mal’s shoulders, and even they were smiling.
I couldn’t help but smile too. “Let’s head up to the suite.” I ushered them along, and Sabre wrapped an arm around my shoulders once we got into the elevator. I froze for a bit, loving the touch but still unsure if it was ok for them to be so casual with me. I bowed my head. “Mal, um, a Celestial named Esha talked to me and told me to convince you to agree to what they want.” I hesitated as they looked over at me with a frown. “I have now told you, so I would like to say that I don’t think you should take their offer.”
They looked down at the ground too. “I’m…I’m worried I won’t have a choice.”
I looked over at them, trying to figure out how to guarantee that they wouldn’t, but there was no way to guarantee that. Even if Chess turned out to be a perfect option. There was no way to promise.
Sabre just hugged Mal closer. “I’ll be there too. I’ll make sure they don’t take you. No worries.” She grinned crookedly.
They frowned. “But if they find out about you, they’ll find out a way to hurt you. They’re…” They swallowed hard. “The Celestials are terrifyingly powerful. My parents forced me to go to an execution where they were the executioners, and their powers are terrifying.” They squeezed their eyes shut. “I don’t want them to hurt anyone else either.”
Sabre nodded and leaned down to kiss their temple. “But I want to help you.” She looked over at me with a soft smile. “Both of you. You’re the first friends I’ve had in a long time.” She leaned down and kissed my temple too, and a high pitched whine escaped my lips. “We’re all making it out of this alive, okay?”
I nodded, unsure if I could, but maybe…Mal also nodded, wiping at their eyes. “Thank you. I’d…I’d like that.”
Sabre hugged us both closer, and I settled into the touch. She was so soft and warm, and I couldn’t imagine a better sensation than a hug.
*
It was around midnight that we were to meet Chess. Mal and Sabre didn’t want to talk, so they just hid and watched as I walked onto the roof and found someone standing near the edge, looking out at the Capitol. She was only a few inches shorter than me, but she looked terribly confident as she turned around with a smirk on her face. She had dark pink eyes, freckles all over her face, and wavy, bright green hair that went halfway down her thighs. She…she was stunning. Not in a romance kind of way, but her aesthetic was amazing. I couldn’t help but stare for a bit, my scanners confirming she was indeed Chess.
“You’re Iggy, correct?” She looked like she already knew the answer as she walked forward and held out her right hand to shake, and I just noticed that she had a prosthetic arm. Wow! Amazing!
I nodded. “Yes, and you’re Chess?”
She bowed with a flourish. “The one and only! Well, I assume.” She snickered and stepped back a bit. “And you’re still intent on as many tributes as possible escaping?”
I nodded. “Yes, and I heard that you’ve escaped from the arena before?”
She nodded too. “I’m experienced in it. And also in being a big pain in the ass to the Capitol. So, I’m always up for the challenge.” She winked. “I must admit, I was a little concerned about the battle android the Capitol commissioned finding me, but I know the person who made you, and she had nothing but good things to say about you, so I’ll go ahead and trust you. Doesn’t help that you’re cute.” She winked again, and I tilted my head. I was cute? Why?
But I smiled anyway. She was going to help! And she wasn’t lying, at least from what I could tell from my scanners. “Thank you! What resources do you have?”
She shrugged. “Most anything you’d like.” She grimaced a little. “Well, the people I know who have a hovercraft are far away right now, so I can look for another one, and you can look for one too. But other than that, I have an apartment that’s absolutely safe from the Capitol, and some tools to sabotage the Capitol from the outside while you work on the inside. All you’ll need is to figure out how to escape.”
There had to be a way! The tributes had some odd magic abilities. Someone had to be able to help escape! I nodded. “That sounds fair. However, is there a way to prove you’re not lying? I know that’s difficult to ask, and I do trust you, but still.”
She nodded and smirked. “I would have been concerned if you had just blindly trusted me. Here. An offering. It doesn’t prove that I’m not lying, but it’s information that the Capitol definitely doesn’t want to get out, and I think you’ll find it very enlightening. I stole it from the Capitol a few months ago. Hope it’ll be enough to convince you.” She held out a USB drive, and I scanned it. There were no viruses on the USB.
I took it and nodded, pocketing it. “Thank you. That’ll help. And I’ll keep in touch with updates.”
She grinned and nodded. “Me too. I hope you have a good night with your tributes who are totally behind the bush and behind the wall.” I sensed Mal and Sabre walk out sheepishly, and I laughed a little. She saluted me and left. She disappeared from my sensor, and I looked around, but she was gone.
I turned back to Sabre and Mal. “What do you think?”
Sabre sighed. “She’s our best chance. And I think she isn’t lying. I’ve heard of her before, and the Capitol is definitely looking for her. She’s pissed them off so often, there’s no way she’d sell anyone out to them.”
I nodded. “She wasn’t lying, from what I could tell. So, we’ll need to discuss some things.”
Mal still looked nervous, but they nodded. “There’s a chance.”
Sabre grinned and wrapped her arms around our shoulders again. “Yeah! So, let’s go discuss ideas and cuddle!”
We…we could cuddle? My machinery whirred, and I nodded. “I love that idea.” There was a chance, and I’d check out the USB tomorrow to see what Chess had given me.

As an aro person, I am sooo sick of people saying “this character who had no canon relationships in the media must be aroace!!”
As much as I would love more aromantic representation in media, the absence of romance does not mean the character is aro. It’s NORMAL to not constantly be seeking a romantic relationship!! The same with a sexual relationship!!
ALSO aro ≠ ace!!! Just because a character isn’t exploring romantically doesn’t mean they’re ace!! Sometimes it’s not appropriate in the media to disclose a character sexual orientation/preferences and that’s perfectly okay!! But that isn’t confirmation that they’re completely ace!!
This mainly comes from my frustration with most media’s happy ending having everyone in “happy couples uwu.” That in and of itself annoys me but if there’s multiple characters remaining, they’ll be shipped together. If there’s only one they’ll basically be declared as the token aroace. And I just hate it so much.

Okay I had this casual idea like two days ago but now I’ve fallen completely down the rabbit hole and I need to subject you all to my nonsense as well.
So, like, say Julian gets notice that his records have been updated to list his species as human-Augment sometime pre-Statistical Probabilities. So when he’s contacted about taking over “treatment” for the other Augments, he calls absolute bullshit and (rightly) argues that, by the Federation’s own standards, these are his people whom he’s being asked to take responsibility for (in a medicalized context) and train to act like humans which, legally, they are not, with the added threat that if he refuses, they’ll continue to be kept locked up.
And, of course, Starfleet Admiralty hears about this and basically sends him a warning not to make this a species issue (even though he wasn’t the one who did that) because if he did, the Federation would be within its rights to expel Augments, as a race-group, from Federation membership on grounds of incompatibility with UFP principles or whatever.
But instead of backing down, Julian just goes: cool, sure, in that case I would like to demand the release of four confirmed political prisoners please and thank you. (And Starfleet’s like oh shit that wasn’t supposed to happen.) So obviously now there’s got to be a huge, drawn-out, horribly complicated Thing, but at the end of it, we’re left with:
The Singh, recognized by the UFP as an Independent Polity Habitation Vessel (essentially, a very small flying nation), of which Julian and the Jack Pack are the first legal citizens.
And as they go about figuring out how the fuck to do government because none of them were actually prepared for this, they also end up taking in more people— other Augments, a few of the Bajoran-Cardassian orphans that Bajor still can’t really afford to care for, various other exiles, refugees, and otherwise unwanted individuals from several different planets both inside and outside the Federation.
It’s a lower-tech civilization, of course, since they don’t have access to the same resources (esp. energy-wise) as larger nations. Fewer replicators, more community gardening. Possibly no Universal Translators, so being multilingual becomes more of a necessity (though this is easy for the Augments, at least, and they can translate for others when necessary).
Occasionally they accept requests for assistance with various problems nearby planets/ships are having in exchange for resources, and they end up forming proper alliances/friendships with several worlds, including Bajor, so (acting Administrator?) Julian can still get in touch with his friends and such.
Anyway yeah that was a lot so, uh, thank you to anyone who went on this little mind-journey with me lol

okay soooo since it’s basically been confirmed that all 12 WoT heroes will be available in the game at some point
i wanna propose the idea that i think heroes are getting banners in order of story appearance,, but if the hero up next is someone who Died,, then that specific character will be skipped & they’ll go to the next one who Survived
so like for reference right. syphfride was the first person we met back in chapter 1,, and she was Also a hero who survived the war,, so she was the first person to get a banner. ondal was supposed to be next,, but since he’s someone who’s supposed to die,, he got skipped and they went straight to brandon
after brandon’s banner ended a few days ago,, raligon would’ve been next,, but since y’know. he died at the end. he got skipped,, and now dragon knight helga is up and running
i’m assuming that young walther & aslan will be coming after helga leaves,, and then arkanath will probably be skipped after those two since She Dies,, and then we’ll see whoever else gets introduced after her
the thing is…i don’t know how they’re gonna do banners for the people who died. i’m guessing that after all the people who Survived are finished,, they’ll introduce the remaining heroes at the very end. maybe it’ll be a special kind of link across timelines since they’re no longer living,, like we link to them when they’re still alive?? there’s a lot of possibilities with this but i think it’ll be interesting regardless

I wanna start writing about Hearbreak High, but I do not know where to start since its a pretty new fandom! Any suggestions? 🌼
Oooh, yes of course I’d be more than happy to suggest a few things! I’m in the same situation actually so this is going to be a helpful little brainstorming post haha
Firstly, I’d say that since we don’t have confirmation for a second season yet, speculation fics might be a good way to go. No one knows what’s going to happen next, we all want more, there’s tons of theories and ideas you could totally run away with, and I think people would really love to be introduced to any new possibilities while we wait for future seasons. Basically just write about the things you would like to see happen! It’s almost guaranteed that someone else will want it too.
If you want your work noticed then I’d go for the most popular ships, even if they’re not your cup of tea (if your writing is focused on ships anyway). Off the top of my head I would guess this is most likely to be Darren/Cash and possibly Amerie/Malakai as a runner up. I think that’s what most people are going to be looking to read, especially after the position Cash is left in at the end of season 1. Or - and honestly this is probably better advice - just write about the ships that make you happy! I think HH is a really good example of a show where you can ship anyone with pretty much anyone else and most people will be okay with it, so have fun exploring new dynamics or rewriting ones that could’ve gone differently.
Write about really common tropes. Fanfics always get slow starts with new fandoms because there’s not always a massive audience for them, but the more common tropes we write about (whether that’s coffee shop AUs, enemies to lovers, historical/magical/supernatural AUs, didn’t-know-they-were-dating, etc) the more fics there’ll be, the more inspiration other people will get, the bigger the audience for these fics will grow, and it becomes a win-win situation for everyone. Don’t be afraid to write about typical tropes because it might be cliche or someone’s already done a version of it - every fandom has to start somewhere and tropes are an excellent way to get the ball rolling.
I sort of touched on this already but I want to go into more detail with it - explore dynamics and relationships that we haven’t seen very much of yet. Personally I love thinking about Spider’s interactions with the other characters and how they could develop. I think other interesting dynamics to explore are ones like Harper and Quinni, Malakai and Ant, the history between Sasha and Missy, Malakai and Jai, Dusty and Spider, Cash and literally anyone. With just one season it means there’s so much more to be developed on and until we get a second season we can use fics for that exact purpose.
I guess my main take away is just to do what you want and have fun with it. Write what you would want to see on the show. Write silly little fics about missing scenes that could’ve fit into s1, write longer fics about characters and their various problems (Dusty and his anxiety could be an EXCELLENT thing to stick you teeth into). Yeah that’s it basically, just enjoy yourself, think about what you love about the show, let it form ideas in your mind and spill it all out across the page.
Oh, and I’ll include this because it so often ends up being a problem for me: don’t expect too much from yourself. It’s a new show and a new fandom so it’s totally normal if you don’t have many ideas, or you don’t immediately find yourself able to write heaps and heaps about it in one sitting. Let yourself write shitty fics first if you need to - they’ll be great practice to get into the swing of things and start writing even better!!
Have fun! I really hope this was helpful!!
If it’s not the sort of answer you were looking for then feel free to message me again if you’d like, I’ll keep anons on and my DMs are open! ❤️❤️❤️
EDIT: holy shit minutes after I posted this they announced the renewal lmao

I agree with you and I honestly don't why everyone is freaking out about stancy getting back together. From all the interviews/reviews/etc. I have read (and there have been A LOT) I interpreted the Steve and Nancy storyline as more of reconnecting as friends and maturing past their differences (even if Steve is pining for her... I hope he gets over that quick (such a bad move for HIS character...)). Even in the one interview when the Hawkins group is directly asked about Steve and Nancy getting back together, Natalia gives a diplomatic "never say never" type of answer that felt more like a 'eh, no they won't.' I don't know, I love both characters, and am excited to see them interact, but them getting back together makes absolutely no sense at all. I think all of the comments/reviews/interviews will make more sense after Friday and we basically have to stop reading into them so much or we'll all get worked up over nothing (myself included, obviously).
Yeah idk… I’m just not a fan of fucking over Jonathan when it comes to this stuff… idk. I really don’t think Nancy is going to get back with Steve, not now and not in S5… it would be horrible. And paint Nancy in not a good light and it would truly hurt Jonathan… he’s not going to come out of being broken up a better person lol.. he’s not going to be okay. at all. it’s not going to make him not be dependent on Nancy or whatever… idk… it’s just weird… I think that distance in a time of no technology was tough, that’s it. And I think the fandom is making a bigger deal out of something that isn’t a big deal. Jonathan has really no plot in S4… he’s heartbroken and confused about Nancy and his future, smoking pot doesn’t help with ANY of that. At all. And crazy stuff happens.
They’re going to reunite at the end of the season and be back together. That’s it. It’s not going to be that complicated. Steve is just gonna have to deal.
And yeah the cast CANT say anything and for baiting purposes of course they’re not going to deny or confirm anything. So I don’t think they’re breaking them up… spoilers aside. And into S5 they’ll be a team again. They’ll grow closer and that’s that.
The series will wrap up with jancy being together… could the show do this? Yes. Will they? No.

DARK HARMONY (THE BARGAINER SERIES 3)
SPOILERS
.
.
.
Well damn, we’re just gonna pick up right where we left off. I love that he’s not trying to talk her into staying where it’s safe. 🥰
First the women, and now the men. There’s no way they survive. There’s got to be something that’s going to happen.
And there it is. Part of me was wondering if her powers would change after becoming immortal. She can glamour faeries now 😳 I wonder what else she’ll be able to do.🤔
Flora and Fauna are basically gone. Somehow the Day Kingdom beat the soldiers. 🤔🤔🤔 wonder how that’s possible. And Des reveals his magic didn’t work because it doesn’t work on it’s own kind. 🤯.
The bathtub scene was so precious ❤️🥰❤️🥰❤️🥰
For once I really wanted to be wrong, but nope. His father’s body is gone, and I am not surprised. 🤷‍♀️
Daaaaaaaamn, Des and Callie in prime form. That was awesome! And I was right about the Thief of Souls and Des’s dad working together. Still unclear as to how they ended up working together though.
And they’re off to visit the Day Kingdom. 🤣🤣 they have to walk.
Drunk and truthful Callie is a riot! 🤣❤️
Can the Thief of Souls just parade around as anyone who has died or does it have to be recent? Based on her “dream” it seems like he collects the souls, but why? For what purpose? An army of the dead?
Awwww, I think there’s going to be a good friendship blooming between Night and Day now 💕
Ambush, of course he ambushed them. Okay, maybe it’s just me, and don’t get me wrong I love the intimate scenes between characters, but sometimes I get tired of them happening after every battle or life threatening scene.
Awwww he’s taking her home to Earth. 😊
Awwww they’re engaged, and her ring is made of starlight. 🥳🥰🥳🥰
Okay so Thief of Souls can walk through dreams and can only get to her while she sleeps/small death. Seer confirms he’s after her then reads Des and they find out darkness will betray him, and you know what, I was starting to think that may be a thing that happens. Because between the Thief and his father it’s not out of the realm of possibility because he said the shadows don’t speak of the Thief, either from fear or loyalty.
Of course! Why didn’t it occur to me that the Thief and Galleghar are cobound? That explains everything except how they met and why they decided to be cobound.
Awwww that ring idea was genius! ❤️❤️
And now they’re married!! yay!!! 🥳🥳🥳🥳 I also get the distinct feeling that Temper and Malaki may end up together permanently too 🥰
Okay, so for a split second I thought maybe Malaki was behind all of this, but then he freaking showed up in her dream. They have a serious problem if the Thief is from far, far away does he mean like he’s not one of them but maybe from another world?😳😳😳
Oh my goodness. I totally forgot about the other two kingdoms. It is weird that he was asleep and then awake though.
Okay, so just how long has Des known more than he was letting on? And what exactly does he know? I’m glad Callie chose to trust him, but still. It’s got to be bad if he wouldn’t share it right?
What fucking understanding?!?!?!🤬
FUCKING HELL NO! HE CAN’T BE DEAD AND GONE! NO. I REFUSE TO BELIEVE IT!🤬🤬🤬
😵😱😵😱😵😱😵😱😵😱😵😱😵😱😵😱😵😱😵😱😵😱😵😱😵😱
*straightens clothes and hair and acts like nothing happened* Well…the darkness betrayed him. I still have soooo many questions. One being, is this all part of Des’s master plan?
Awwww the guard ❤️
Be strong Callie. Breakdown and then get up and whoop his ass.
And by golly she does it, and does it gloriously. the Shadow King deserves what he got. I think Des would be proud of her.
Damn I forgot he can’t actually die yet. At least they’ll put him to use. Yay for Temper not letting her go alone.
The names 🤣🤣 I can’t. They’re too funny. “My Great Goddess of Fuckery and Other Magical Things.” 🤣🤣🤣 “Oh Dark Queen Who Thinks I’m a Douchebucket of the Most Epic Proportions.” 🤣🤣🤣 and “Galleghar O’Malleghar, King of Asshats, Killer of Boners, Wannabe Emperor Who Needs to Eat a Bag of Dicks and Die.” 🤣🤣🤣 I mean you can’t get much better than that.
Of course she wasn’t going to let Temper go all the way with her. LOL he thought he could run away, that’s so cute.
Wait so the Thief isn’t the true King of Death? If I understand what Galleghar just said, then he came from somewhere and Galleghar helped him overthrow the Kingdom of Death. Is that right? 🤯🤯🤯
Good news: we found Des. Bad news: the Thief is still winning
Oh sweet mama, I was worried for a minute. I thought she was going to be thrown in the pool and come out hypnotized to the god. By the way, I did not see the Thief turning out to be a god coming. Nope. Did not see that one coming at all.
Yay Des is okay!! 🥳🥳🥳 And this was all part of his plan…?
Yay the Thief is dead!! 🥳🥳🥳🥳
Wait she said Darkness died. Am I reading too much into that line??? 😳😳😳
Yep, definitely read too much into that line.
Yay! all the bad guys are dead, Temper and Malaki definitely have something more serious going on.🥳❤️🥳❤️
7 years later. Awwww, they lost 7 years so we’re skipping ahead 7 years. I see what you did there. These two are so cute. 🥰🥰
WHAT?! That’s where it’s going to end?! “I have a secret.” Yeah, I know what your secret is buddy. Callie is pregnant and you can’t change my mind. So happy for them. Sad to be finished though.
I have to say this was not what I was expecting when I first read the blurb for the first book. That being said, I am not disappointed in the least. I really enjoyed this series, and I’m probably going to look into more of Laura Thalassa’s books.
