James Wesley Headcanons (Childhood Edition)

Summary: I had this idea. This is the idea.

Pairing: Wesley and his childhood

A/N: This is currently from the stand point that Wesley was born in a rich family, because I really really like that headcanon that he’s rich.

He used to read a lot of mythology

Gets forced into the bounce house at birthday parties.

In the bounce house he’d send kids to beat up other kids and he’d be the only one left untouched.

Coordinates “The Flipping” of the bounce house.

Can also be found hiding under tables and reading during the later hours of the party.

His manners were mostly taught by his mother and aunt.

Held very important meetings with his teddy bears. (They were VERY important 😡)

Liked creating the to-do lists for the family.

I have this vision of him holding his moms hand in the grocery store, helping her pick out veggies and such.

I also have this one vision of him standing with his parents greeting the guests like a little gentleman.

HIM SITTING AT THE LONG TABLE EATING STEAMED VEGGIES BY HIMSELF????

Bro imagine if his mom put him in a little baby blue sailor costume and they have a picture of him looking really sad/angry cause he’s Wesley and he’s got to make everything hard.

He also has those science kits!

Has definitely burned an anthill at least once

His room was probably a violet blue with white accents, like a violet blue wall, a marble flooring, white fluffy carpet, white cabinet for things and a white desk. Oh, and he was a room off of his bedroom that’s his closet.

He likes reading on the swing-set in his big backyard.

I rrreeeeaaalllyyy hope the tv film makers in charge of shooting Daredevil Born Again take note of just how stunningly beautiful the Netflix Daredevil was shot.

The detailing of dust particles in the air, the blurring of surrounding images to focus on what Matt is listening to, every grain of dirt and rubble sticking to surfaces- be it Matt’s skin or some else. The symbolism and imagery of the past, religion, foreshadowing, etc. the little details of organic spices/food/tea Matt has and uses, the details of his vision impaired aids- the key board, the alarm, the labels on his clothes.

I know the new series kind of has an opportunity for “newer” slate with the storyline, but there was a reason why the Netflix series was so well loved and popular and it wasn’t just the actors or plot.

(I have slight hope they’ll keep the grittiness of the show even if it’s different, based on the fact that Disney+ actually added that MA/R rating before being the shows on it. But who knows)
