Etymology-

Agdistis, A deity of Greek, Roman, and Anatolian mythology who possesses both male and female sexual organs.

Their androgyny was seen as a symbol of wild and uncontrollable nature. This trait was considered threatening by the gods and ultimately led to their destruction.

Of course, this label has nothing to do with genitalia or genital preferences. I more so picked Agdistis not only as a androgynous god but also because they confused the other gods in greek mythology and for alot of multigender individuals or people with mixed/ "controdictory" labels their experiences and identity can also be misunderstood and then belittled by their peers.

For anyone wondering why I deleted my bonobo bi coining post its for multiple reasons. I intended to make a post like this a while ago and kept forgetting until I got a notif that someone liked the post and so I deleted this post

The term eros bi has been coined to mean 'bi person with a preference for sex/sexual actions (over romance/may not engage in romance at all/etc.)' which fits way better with similar terms like aphrodite lesbian, and Im glad someone coined it! My approach of making it an animal term like terms like squirrel bi and fox pan (which mean the opposite: preferring romance over sex/may not engage in sex at all/etc..) is less fitting and also the specific animal I chose makes some ppl mainly other bipoc ppl and other ppl who have faced specific forms of dehumanising sex negativity uncomfortable for understandable reasons. Plus it kind of applied human/ sapient being(?) (the wording there is a bit clunky but is to include nonhumans like myself) orientation terms to animals in my interpretation of it which I find a bit nonsensical looking back on it, even if I was not the one who initially claimed 'bonobos display bisexuality in the wild'. I also apologise for not taking those concerns as seriously back then.

I no longer id'd as bisexual maybe around like a year ago and now I id as queer (still alloaro apl) and gaybian (lesboy turigirl) and unlabeled-mspec bc Im mspec and multigender but don't feel any mspec labels work for me, this means I'm not someone who should probably be making terms for bi ppl. This means I id w aphrodite lesbian and whatever the equivalent term is for gay sorry I have not come across such a term yet, and an equivalent for unlabeled-mspec.

If you still want to use the term up to you but I don't really feel associated with the term anymore for the above reasons, despite having coined it in the past.

Fanfiction idea/headcanon about Nico di angelo

So we know about Nico's beaf with Eros/Cupit but in contrast to Percy who went out and battled Ares Nico takes a more suddle roud.

So what if he makes friends with Psyche.

They could meet. Psyche is the goddes of the soul and Nico is the ghost king who spends quit a bit of time with the souls of the dead in the underworld. I think Psyche would be scared of going to the underworld based on what happened the last time she went so Nico might be send to her as an escord and a friendlier face.

Just imagine Eros coming home to find Nico and Psyche chilling on the Sofa gossiping about Solangelo. Which would just add salt to the wound when you consider that Eros had beaf with Apollo and now his wife if making friends with Will and Nico.

Tapeesa is our protagonist, and the heir to the kingdom of Cher. (see below o=for name meaning)

Sangilak is the love interest and the eldest son of the Antarctic Emperor, his name means "Strongest of All"

Then of course the Emperor himself, Atkonartok, ruler of the Antarctic Empire, his name means "God that lived on land"

Second pic is Tapeesa and all of his sisters and cousins.

Sibling groups are as follows;

(Onartok and Palartok) (Tapeesa, Inungoark and Silatuyok) (Unnuk and Quvianuq) (Ipiktok)

Onartok is the eldest out of all of them, her name means "Warm"

Unnuk is the second eldest and elder sister, her name means "Evening"

Ipiktok is third eldest but an only child, her name means "Keen"

Tapeesa is the eldest of his family and the only boy, his name means "Artic Flower"

Inungoark is the second born in her family, her name means "Doll"

While the story is kind of based in an Antarctic region its not the Antarctica of Earth, its a Pseudo-Fantasy world where the people are based off of various animals like Penguins, Seals, Orcas and such things.

honestly speaking back when i watched yoi for the first time while it was airing, i disliked that they chose not to let yuuri take the gold at the GPF. i thought it was a decision purely made to set up a second season, and as such, pandering.

now that i’m not 13 though, i’m having different thoughts. yoi isn’t really a story about an underachieving skater redeeming himself in front of his idol at the competition where he faced one of the lowest moments of his life. yuuri wasn’t really underachieving to begin with, and he didn’t need to redeem himself by clinching first.

it’s a story about finding reasons to come back to, and continue doing, what you love. a story about accepting and improving yourself — putting into words how to help those you love adjust to your needs, realising there are people who love and support you all around you. about realising how to be there for them the way they have been there for you. it’s about finding someone who loves you in new and exciting ways, and is willing to put in the work to be with you because you too show your love to them in new and exciting ways. it’s about making the world realise what was in front of their eyes. it’s about realising the person you’ve been all along. yuuri’s theme for the season was an exploration of love. they really could not have put into clearer terms what the show’s about.

it’s such a good show that rings so deep about coming to terms with yourself and growing into a healthier outlook as someone who’s spent much of their life embroiled in internal conflict over their own mental health issues and queerness. and even so, it’s lighthearted and ridiculous and fun to watch. it was a cultural phenomenon and a story i still love viscerally.
