Lily had a panic attack during her performance

First person narration, angst, panic attacks, tears.

This was an important performance, SKZ prepared very carefully.I've been preparing for so long, I wanted to be the best for STAY, I wanted to be proud of me! It was a big award where we wanted to receive a big award, Daesang. The boys were tense, they did everything professionally that was needed. The performance was supposed to be with the song "MEGAVERSE" and everything turned out perfectly.

"What are our lovely lady thinking about?" Minho jokingly asked, patting me on the back as I was warming up in front of the studio mirror.

"I'm worried, Ho, I want to show YOU that I deserve to be a part of Stray kids." I bit my lip and shook my body before turning to Minho in a half turn.

"You are an integral part of us, and whoever disagrees with this goes fuck themselves," Minho said briefly, but very accurately. Lily laughed at his words

"What are you laughing at, it's time for us to go"

"And where are the others?"

"Seungmin and Changbin are now buying water for everyone, Chan is discussing some points with staff, and everyone else is waiting in the car. Come on,Bear...You're too slow"

I left with Minho, the atmosphere was quite tense and everyone felt it. We sat down in the car:I was sitting next to Felix, who was taking new selfies for Bubble and we took a selfie together; Jeongin had already fallen asleep on Chan's shoulder, Changbin and Hyunjin were jokingly arguing; Seungmin was listening to music on headphones, and Jison and Minho were pestering each other. Lily exhaled and whispered to Felix, "I'm so worried, freckle..as if I don't have the right to make mistakes."

"Oh... Lily..this is absolutely normal, our work anticipates constant stress. Firstly, you are an ordinary living person and life without mistakes is impossible, STAY will love you any, like other Members, you will not get worse from this," Felix said with a smile and took Lily's hand in his, he understood how important support is to her now.

Some fans literally used the phrase "I'm ot8, but Lily..."

I put my head on Felix's shoulder, and he squeezed my hand harder.

We arrived at the filming location, and staff began to prepare us. I had bright makeup done with black shaded arrows, blue lenses were put on and the tone of my face was adjusted so that it shone aesthetically, perfectly. My dyed burgundy hair was twisted into a lot of curls, and my clothes were a rather strict version, an earpiece was hooked on my ear.The boys were having fun and laughing, of course it was loud and noisy in the SKZ Dressing Room...I tried to join in their conversation, but I just made it worse for myself.I don't belong here.I looked at myself in the mirror, my throat constricted, I just whispered to myself:"a living doll." I don't want to be here, I have to be somewhere else. Why such thoughts?The first signs of anxiety.

Chan noticed my condition and gently patted me on the shoulder: "Princess,is everything okay?".I'm scared."Chan frowned and took me to the nearest couch so the boys wouldn't see them.He stroked her hands with his fingers, his lips briefly kissed her forehead so as not to erase the tone from her face."My beautiful one, you are perfect and everything will go well, you make the STAY and boys so happy. You'll like this performance," Chan patted his back and gave a bottle of water in his hands, "And after the award we'll go home and watch some movie, okay?"

I nodded and hugged him briefly, my lips were frozen: "Thank you, my love"

It was time to go on stage, I gave the boys a bright smile and we went on stage to the noisy STAY, it became dark.The spotlight fell on me, and I took a deep breath, ready to dive into the dance. But suddenly my heart started pounding wildly, pounding loudly in my chest, I'm suffocating again. The light became blinding, the sounds became unbearable, and the air around me became suffocating. My vision was blurred, and my hands were shaking uncontrollably. Tears welled up in my eyes, I want to cry so much, fear gripped me. I was engulfed by a powerful force that engulfed me, completely paralyzing me. Every muscle in my body was tense, and it was impossible to control the waves of panic that were spreading through me.I was engulfed by a powerful force that engulfed me, completely paralyzing me. I desperately tried to regain control, to suppress the panic, but it continued to intensify. The adrenaline coursing through my veins only fueled the fire of my anxiety. The performance I had been working so hard on was slipping away, disappearing into the darkness around me. The music deafened me, I looked around in confusion, it's time to perform. My body was moving, I didn't understand what I was doing, my body was working automatically.The reality of the situation has dissolved, and all that remains is an overwhelming sense of impending doom. Thoughts raced through my head, saying that I wasn't good enough, that I would embarrass myself in front of everyone. It was as if the weight of the world was pressing down on my shoulders, hampering my every move.It was my turn to play, my body continued to move gracefully at the same time sharply, singing broke from my lips, I tried my best to suppress tears and shaking in my body, just not now, please.During one of the elements of the choreography, I exchanged glances with Hyunjin when the scenes were going on at the frn while there was a part of Jison. Hyunjin nodded to me softly and squeezed my hand for a moment, and I smiled gratefully.With all my determination, I overcame my fear. The path ahead was uncertain, but I didn't let panic dictate my fate. The support of my boys and the love of art that fueled my passion became beacons of light leading me forward. "Welcome to the Stray Kids HOT MEGAVERSE" Felix and I dictated this last line together. The lights went out, and Staye's deafening support swept through the hall.When the last notes echoed through the hall, I was overcome by a sense of accomplishment. I faced my fears face to face without giving in to panic. It wasn't a flawless performance, but it was filled with sincere emotions and unwavering determination.The applause that followed was dedicated not only to the performance, but also to the resilience and strength it took to overcome my panic attack.I exhaled exhausted and we went down from the stage to the idol area. I bowed politely to my friends and colleagues. We sat down at our table, and under the table I felt Chan's supportive grip and Hyunjin's proud gaze.I squeezed Chan's fingers under the table.From that day on, I vowed never to let fear dictate my path. I knew that panic attacks were part of my personality, but they didn't define me. I will continue my work. I'm part of the Stray Kids. Hwang Lily will never fade away.

“Oppa!” Sua giggled as she waddled her way in the car with Suga and Jin, both who are waiting for her as she jumped at the back seat, waving and greeting the cameras before closing the door.

“I’m with my reliable oppa!~” Sua cheered at the camera as she situated herself in the back seat causing Jin to laugh at her antics.

“Wear your seatbelt Hyun-ah.” Yoongi spoke, pulling his mask down as he buckles his own seat, getting ready to drive.

Sua shuffled on the back pulling the seatbelt stuck from the top, her face scrunches up as she pulls the seatbelt harder shaking it multiple times.

“Oh? Why?” Sua let out an exasperated sigh causing the older members to turn around and look at her.

“What’s taking you long?” Jin glanced from the mirror, laughing as he watched Sua struggle to fight the seatbelt.

Yoongi smirked at the younger member, “Why are you like this Hyun-ah?” he asked in sarcasm, teasing Sua.

“You’re acting like a rookie, haven’t you been in a car ride before?” Jin shouts from the front seat before removing his seatbelt and turn around to help the younger.

“You don’t need to pull so hard, just release it from the top.” Jin showed Sua how to do it, and buckled her in her seat himself to avoid any more complications.

“Oooh oppa is so cool.” Sua giggled, doing a small dance smirking at the camera in front of her, “he’s like a boyfriend- no a father!”

Jin sat down in his seat buckling himself as Yoongi begin to drive, in the hopes to catch up to the members. “It’s like when I met you back then, I would do your seatbelt for you. Such a kid Ahn Seohyun.”

Jin sighed as Yoongi shook his head in agreement, “We were worried that Sua would begin dating other guys when she turned 20, but till this day she’s still-”

“Oppa! You can’t say that in national tv.” Sua gasped trying to change the subject, but she know they’re never going to stop teasing her anytime soon. “I have a crush, what if they see me.” Sua replies jokingly causing the members to look behind her.

“Yah! Who do you tell tell me?” Seokjin glanced at the younger from the mirror as she raised her brows, chuckling mischievously.

“It’s ARMY of course! I need to be on my best, and show off my charms.” Sua shouts to avoid any more dating allegations stacked on her name.

Yoongi sent Sua an unknowing smirk before ignoring her previous statement, “What are you talking about? ARMY’s love all your charms.”

Sua shakes her head avoiding conversation, holding back the giggles in her mouth.

“You better tell me later, send me a message right now.” Jin mumbles under his breath opening KakaoTalk to ask her.

“I can’t believe it, she’s already 20 years old.” Hobi faced the camera, drying fake tears as the group huddled to surprise her.

Sua was called to film an interview after their schedule in Melbourne, which gave the boys enough time to design and surprise their hotel room with cake and balloons.

“Sua is already an adult, it’s sad to see her grow, but I’m happy of the all the things she will achieve.” Hoseok smiled at the camera before continuing to design her cake.

“What about you hyung! Suga hyung! Say something to Sua, it’s a letter for her.” Jimin ran to his direction placing the camera in front of him.

Getting his emotions ready, Suga let out a short sigh before looking at the camera, “That little squirt is already 20, how fast does time go. We’re here in our first world tour and I’m happy that she got to experience these memories and moments with us.

The first time I met Sua, she was 15 years old, such a baby, and now she’s already an adult. I’m proud of her.” Yoongi smiled softly and waved to the camera, before continuing to help the rest of the members.

Moving on, Jimin went to Namjoon to ask him to send Sua a message. “Sua, when we first met you were so small, and I showed you around BigHit, you were timidly following behind me, and now you’re walking on a flowery path.

I wish you all the best, and I hope you enjoy your time as an adult. Remember that the members are here with you, and together we will walk together. Happy birthday Sua!”

Namjoon smiles before sending a finger heart to the camera, before Jimin smiles, leaving him to find the rest of the members and their messages.

Sua shake the award in front of the camera before staring at in, honey dripping from her eyes. “I’m so so happy. This is our first award and woah, it’s just shocking. I’m shaking right now.”

Sua shows the camera as Seokjin walks from behind you, “Are you okay Hyun-ah?” Seokjin rubs her shoulders comforting her as she show him her shaking hand.

“I’m still processing the whole thing, you know, our first win. It’s nice, I- I didn’t think we would win. Thank you ARMY!~” Sua smiles pulling Seokjin inside the frame and pose with her.

“I’m so proud of you!” Seokjin smiled at Sua and pat her head lovingly, pinching the sides of her cheeks.

Turning around, Seokjin faced the camera saying, “I can’t believe I’m here to witness Sua grow up as an idol. I raised her you know.”

Namjoon, who was walking near him, listened to the conversation and nodded his head behind Jin, pointing to himself and mouth the words, “me too”.

“Sua has become a lovely girl, and when I let her she was so adorable and sweet.” Seokjin spoke, showering Sua with compliments.

“I met her first! I met Sua back then, even before Yoongi and Hoseok!”

“Ohhh, I want to go to a park! Maybe we can hang out outside the dorm? I can treat you out because I saved some of my allowance, I can’t go home either and my parents will be sending me money I think?

“Yeah, perhaps, did you forget when my birthday is?” Sua asked, playing sad as Jungkook frantically waved saying he knows.

“Sua is growing well, let’s hope we don’t have any schedule’s planned during your birthday.” Hoseok spoke before closing Sua’s segment and moving on to a different topic.

“I practically raised her.” Yoongi shrugs his shoulders, unfazed as he mumbles staring at the camera.

“Did the other hyungs say Sua is their child?” Hoseok looked at Jungkook from behind the camera as he jumps and laughs along with Hoseok.

“Sua is my child, I fed her, and made her food when she was in high school. You were there!” Seokjin shouts as Jungkook nods his head in agreement. “You made us lunchboxes hyung! Noona and I would eat them together.”

“Hyung would say he raised Sua, but I also raised her! I gave her pocket money so she can hang out with her friends after class.” Yoongi nods his head, full of pride for Sua.

“Just so you know I shared the money with Kookie.” Sua spoke from the back leaving Yoongi shocked. “What!”

Ahn Seohyun, you’ve grown so much, not just as an idol, but also as a person. How fast the time goes by, when I met you seven years ago, you were but a child, an 8th grader to be exact. When I met you, I just felt the need to take care of you, it was a natural instinct that came over me, and I fed you and helped you especially when you still had classes.

“Who taught you to drink?” Yoongi drawled as he watches Sua take a shot of alcohol.

“I’m bad at drinking though, I only drank once with Jin-oppa, after the Red Bullet Tour? We went out to celebrate and he poured me a drink.” Sua explained as her face scrunched up to the burn of the alcohol down her throat.

“Woah! You went out on a drink with hyung? How come we never knew this, you went out all along with hyung?” Hoseok chided, asking for more details to this unknown scenario.

“Yes, we went and oppa gave me a glass of soju, it was horrible, I didn’t like it, so I never drank in front of you guys.” Sua shrugged it off, ignoring the fact that she’s been drinking before without the boys knowing.

“Why didn’t you call me instead?” Yoongi pouts feeling sad you went with Jin instead.

“Because you were in the studio after the tour remember? And we didn’t plan on getting drinks we were just eating dinner that one time.”

Yoongi shook his head in disappointment, “I can’t believe our Sua can drink by herself already.”

His statement causing the members to laugh at him, “Yah! Hyung what are you talking about?’

"I can drink alright, I thought you guys knew though.” Sua tilted her head sideways thinking of the time she told them before.

“I can’t believe I’m witnessing you drinking for the first time and you’re so nonchalant about it.” Yoongi rolled his eyes in a playful notion as Sua giggled at his actions.

“Let’s get a drink together, I’ll treat you out!” Sua shouts from the other side of the table as the members holler and cheer.

“Woaaah she’s going to treat you out hyung!!!.”

“Can I come with the both of you?”

“How come you only invite Yoongi? Do you forget we’re also here?”

“No, you don’t have to pay. I’ll pay like a cool older brother, just like I always have.” yoongi brushed it off coolly.

“I can’t believe Sua is already at the age where she can go out drinking, she’s growing old.” Namjoon mumbled feeling sentimental.

“What are you saying oppa? It’s been years since I can drink!” Sua laughed from her seat, “You’re acting like I drink all the time, this is probably the third time I drank alcohol.”

“You’re still a baby Seohyun-ah!’ Namjoon shouts all of the sudden making Sua giggle at him.

"Oppa, are you drunk already?”

I Saw It In A Dream

Idol Room was a variety show that Seventeen had continuously been going to for their comebacks. This was their third comeback in a row, and Coni and Doni (the hosts), were asking the members for tmi’s.

Dk was the first to speak up, “Yun predicted the weather today.”

Both of the hosts were visibly shocked, and some of the members laughed at their reactions.

Coni starts waving his arms and speaks directly at the camera, “No, you guys don’t understand, all week we’ve been told that it was going to be sunny. Even today! But an hour before we started filming, it suddenly started pouring! Everyone was surprised.”

“Yun has very good intuition,” Mingyu explains. “Her gut feelings are always right.”

Doni shakes his head, “I don’t believe you.”

Yun herself is watching this entire interaction go down, smiling to herself. The members' excitement for this was greatly amusing her. Luckily, the members rush to defend her.

“This other time,” Edyth says, “I was supposed to be on a rising platform for a performance. The staff always makes sure it’s working before I get on it for rehearsal. Apparently, they had never had problems with their lifts at this venue, and it was working fine so everyone was confident that the show would run smoothly. The rehearsals went well. But right before the actual performance, Yun pulled me aside and told me that there was something wrong with the lift and to be really careful during the performance.”

Everyone was listening to Edyth’s story and anticipating what was going to happen next.

Doni gasped, “The platform didn’t work?”

“The platform didn’t work,” Edyth confirmed. “It buffered while it moved me up and then wouldn’t come down for the rest of the song. Luckily, it went back down smoothly after the song.”

Coni shook a finger in Yun’s direction, “It sounds to me like Yun tampered with your platform.”

Yun laughs at the accusation and shakes her head. “I would never,” she says.

“I have another story,” Jeonghan says. “I didn’t believe the members when they talked about this either until this happened a couple of weeks ago.” “You don’t have to tell this story!” Yun protests.

Jeonghan waves off her reluctance to share what happened, “Recently, we did a concert in Osaka. There were a couple of us in a hotel room, I think it was Hoshi, Woozi, Nix, Yun, and me. We had just ordered food and were waiting for the hotel staff to bring it up. So, a couple minutes go by, and there's a knock on the door. I assumed it was our food and got up to answer the door. But as I’m walking to the door, Yun tells me to not open it. I checked through the peephole and it was a person in uniform, with a cart of food, so I really did just think it was staff with our food.

I really was going to open the door, but then Yun started freaking out, telling me not to open it. Hoshi and Nix believed in Yun’s ability while Woozi and I didn’t, so we didn’t open the door. We sat in silence for like 5 minutes while the person outside kept knocking on the door and saying they had our food. They finally left and I was complaining about how that was our food and I was hungry, but we got another knock on our door. It was one of our managers, and they told us that apparently some criminals had gotten into the hotel and were pretending to be staff in order to come see us. Right before I went back into our room, the staff came with our food. I asked if any other hotel staff had already come by, and they said no.”

“Random people were trying to get to you guys?” Doni asked.

Jeonghan and some of the other members nod enthusiastically..

Doni nudges Coni, “Maybe she’s some sort of a witch.”

“How do we test this?”

Yun is still shaking her head, “I’m not a witch. I just know when I should follow my gut feeling.”

The members are quick to protest this again. “No – she’s totally a witch.” Dk says.

Doni and Coni laugh. “What do you think?” Coni asks Minghao, as he hadn’t really spoken up with his own opinion.

Minghao smiles and looks over at Yun, there's a teasing glint in his eye before he looks back at Coni, “Maybe she’s not a witch, but she must have some sort of spiritual ability. She can predict the future with her dreams.”

Doni is quick to intervene, “How do you know it’s an ability though? Couldn’t it just be a coincidence?”

Minghao shakes his head, “It’s happened way too many times to be considered a coincidence.”

“Raise your hand if Yun has predicted something about you from one of her dreams?” Doni asks everyone. Him and Coni’s mouths drop open when all of the members raise their hands. “Are you guys trying to prank us?”

“One time,” Seungcheol said eagerly, his arms moving animatedly as he told his story. “Yun told me that she dreamt that a red jacket would give me a rash on my arm. I didn’t believe her but then a couple weeks later it happened! I bought a jacket but I had to get rid of it because it gave me a rash.”

“What about you?” Doni nudges Woozi, hoping that he’ll disagree with the members.

“I never give out the password of my studio to anyone. Only one of the managers, Bumzu, Hoshi, and I have access to it. One time I asked Yun to get me food while I was in the studio. I ask members all the time to do this and they always knock or just leave it outside, so I thought Yun would do the same. She had texted me that she had arrived at the building so I got up to accept the food but someone was opening the door to my studio. She just walked in and handed it to me super casually –” Everyone laughs when he makes the confused facial expression that he had as he told the story, “– I thought that maybe she had gotten the code from Hoshi or our manager but when I asked them they said that they didn’t. No one had given her the code and I was so confused. When I finally asked her, she said she dreamt coming into my studio and wondered if the code she saw in her dream would be the same one in real life.”

Coni points accusatively at Hoshi, “You gave her the code!”

He raises his hands up in defense, his voice loudly denying it, “I didn’t tell her anything! Woozi would kill me if I told anyone the code, I wouldn’t even be here!”

Everyone laughs at Hoshi’s ability to make any situation humorous and the mc’s move on from this segment into a game. Yun hadn’t thought much of this moment when they were filming it, in fact, she thought that it would get cut. But it was aired and it went viral, carats were amazed with her ability while others didn’t believe her.

Fascinated with the alleged ability, this often became a topic of discussion between the media and Yun. Interviewers would ask her what her latest dreams had been about and sometimes members would tell stories of Yun predicting things during a vlive. Of course, there were always people that were skeptical of the entire thing so Yun usually opted to not talk about this. The last time it was really a topic of discussion was when a fan went viral for telling their own Yun story:

“As a carat, I had heard the rumors of Yun’s ability of being able to see into the future through her dreams. I thought that it was a joke that all of the members were in on, but now I’m a believer. Yesterday, I went to the Seventeen fansign. I was excited to meet all of the members. I was one of the last carats to say hello to them, and Yun was the last member I would say hello to. When I finally got to sit in front of her, she was very excited and pleasant to talk to. When I told her my name, her eyes lit up with realization. She asked me if I had a boyfriend and I said yes. She then told me his name and how long we had been together (3 years). I was shocked and confused about how she knew, but she only laughed and said that she had seen our wedding in her dream. I told her that I wasn’t married, but that I wanted to marry him. Yun smiled playfully and said that my boyfriend would propose to me that upcoming Saturday. Imagine how surprised I was when it was true, yesterday my fiance proposed to me.”

The post went viral and gained over a million likes. Yun only responded in the form of a weverse post:

Hello everyone! Chaekooknation's back to discuss Jungkook's last live together. Seeing him so sad breaks my heart and I think everyone's common interest is his happiness. However, I couldn't help but notice a rather 'ambiguous' song choice. Did you notice? Could this be yet another sign of a past relationship between him and Chaeri?

It reminds me so much of Chaeri's live in January this year (2023) where, under painkillers, she spilled a lot of tea. For those unaware, she had broken her ankle and got painful injuries while snowboarding

Reminder: Sometimes high doses of painkillers make you less clear-headed, I don't think the company would have allowed her to say such things

Do I need to add anything else? Because it all seems FUCKING clear to me

mia and changbin are uncertain of what they are.

hi friends, missed you all. and ofc I’ve missed writing. I hope you guys enjoy this post! I’ll try my best to be more consistent again, it’s just work has gotten to me fr.

[9th member of stray kids]

“changbin, you’re doing it wrong.” mia groaned. “again.” the girl had became a little frustrated with changbin as she was in the middle of teaching him a new choreo. but, he just didn’t seem to be getting it right. even after going over it for almost two hours.

“yah!” changbin yelled. “again? what am I doing wrong?!”

“everything!” mia yelled back. “you’re too stiff, you keep missing the steps and you look like you’re distracted.” the girl crossed her arms, letting out a loud sigh.

“well, your face is just too distracting.” changbin said. “you’re just so beautiful, my mia.”

“seo changbin.” mia grunted as changbin let out a loud laugh. “see that’s your problem! you don’t take anything serious!”

changbin went closer to mia, wrapping an arm around her. the girl was frowning at him, “let’s not frown, it’ll mess up your pretty face.” changbin went in to give mia a kiss but she ended up turning her head so his kiss was on the side of her head.

the boy chuckled, smirking against mia’s head. “oh, mia. don’t act different around me now.” changbin kissed mia’s neck which caused her lips to curl up. “mhm.” changbin said, satisfied. “I hate you, seo changbin.”

“no, you don’t.” changbin tilted mia’s head from under her chin, finally kissing her and the girl letting him. mia didn’t turn away, letting changbin kiss her and her kissing him back.

the two stayed in that position for awhile. mia’s heart racing each second. it wasn’t the first time they had done this, it being one of the many times they have had small make out sessions when being alone. it was beginning to become more common now, at first only doing it once in a full moon.

but now, the two had found themselves always being with each other again. sharing kisses and affection towards each other more than ever. the only thing wrong, they weren’t a couple. mia and changbin never spoke on the topic of what they were doing. mia knew it was a risky game they were playing.

and with it going this far now, she wanted to know where the two stood and what exactly were changbin’s thoughts.

did she see herself being with changbin? it was possible. but only if it was a mutual feeling. the last thing mia wants is to be hurt again.

the two were too caught up in the moment, almost getting caught by none other than chan as he barged in the dance room. mia jumped away from changbin, the both of them wiping their lips.

and that was another thing. they were keeping it a secret once again.

it wasn’t that they didn’t want the members to know, it was more at the fact that they weren’t officially back together.

“there you two are!” chan exclaimed, coming up to the two. “was beginning to get worried, no one was answering their phone.”

mia and changbin chuckled, “lo siento.” changbin said proudly, looking at mia which the girl gave him a thumbs up. “muy bueno, bin.”

chan chuckled, “so what are you two up to?” he questioned.

“uh.” mia stuttered. “you know, teaching bin the new choreography.” which was in fact true, at least partially true. changbin stayed quiet, staring at chan to see if he bought it. mia was always good and making people believe her, so he knew chan wouldn’t see right through her. “very well then.” chan said. “I wanna learn it too.”

“see we could do that, but I actually remembered, mia and I have a studio session.”

“i do?”

“you do.” changbin gave her a look. “oh yeah! now i remember, silly me.” mia laughed.

“I’ll come with then!” chan exclaimed.

“no!” changbin said back. “I mean, no, it’s okay. I got it from here, leader.” changbin grabbed mia’s hand and began to drag her away, leaving chan alone in the dance room. “hm.” chan shook his head before heading back to the dorms.

“I got it from here leader.” mia mimicked as she went inside the studio giggling, changbin following behind. “I can’t believe he actually believed you-“

mia was cut off by changbin as he went in to kiss her, wrapping his arms around her. the girl cupped his face, kissing him back. they sat on the couch, mia on top of changbin as they continued to kiss.

but as they were doing so, mia kept thinking about asking changbin a specific question. and as much as she tried to push it down, the question wasn’t leaving her mind until it was answered.

“bin.” mia whispered when breaking apart from changbin. “hm?” he answered, looking at mia. his face turned into concern when seeing her face expression. “something wrong?”

“it’s just,” she began. “we’ve been doing this for awhile and, I don’t know. I’m just uncertain as to where we stand?”

“ah.” changbin nodded. “if I’m being honest I’ve been thinking the same as you.” he said. “do you see us trying this again?”

“I don’t know.” mia looked down. “it just feels like we can’t just be friends, you know? I mean look at us right now.” the girl laughed, causing changbin to laugh as well. “you’re right about that.”

the two sighed. mia got off of changbin’s lap, sitting closely next to him as he wrapped an arm around her shoulders, bringing her in. “you’re very special to me.” changbin said after a minute of silence. mia stayed silent, grinning. she scooted closer to changbin. “well, whatever this ends up being. let’s not get hurt okay?” mia said, looking up at the boy.

“sure thing, my mia.”

the two stayed close together for awhile. although her question wasn’t really answered, she was okay with it. her problem now, was when she began to think about hongjoong.

daisy’s relationships with hyung line

sangyeon (ship name: daiyeon)

her big brother. like she truly loves sangyeon! he’s helped her with so much. even when they were trainees he was helping her! sangyeon is one of if not her biggest supporter. when she was on produce 101, he was rooting hard for her. her relationship with sangyeon is something she values IMMENSELY. she puts a lot of trust in sangyeon, more so than any other member. when he visits his family, he usually invites daisy to join him because of how much they love her! the sweetest brother/sister duo!!

jacob (ship name: jooyu)

the angel of the boyz. they definitely have very different personalities. she is very loud and outgoing while jacob isn’t necessarily quiet but is on that side. their differences make them very compatible, though. she gets a very calming feeling from jacob when she’s around him. she is one of the younger members so she has the tendency to act that way, jacob is usually the one who can at least reel her in (not sunwoo or eric, though). i mean he’s called the mother of the group for a reason, right?

younghoon (ship name: daihoon)

his dog, bori, gets stolen by daisy on a daily! it’s not his dog, it’s their dog! daisy adores younghoon! she always quietly admires him from afar. it doesn’t matter what he’s doing whether it’s acting, singing, dancing, performing in general…she absolutely admires him. there’s just something about younghoon that draws daisy in. he’s like a magnet that she always ends up getting pulled into, not that she minds. he’s usually confiding in her if he has any type of issue. another really cute brother/sister duo.

hyunjae (ship name: daijae)

if i say daisy’s favorite thing in the entire world is when hyunjae smiles, then what? because it truly is. she LOVES hyunjae’s smile so he always makes sure to smile around her. if he’s not smiling when she’s around, she’s definitely making sure to find a way to make him smile and hyunjae loves that. he loves that she’ll try to hard to make him smile, which in turn just naturally makes him smile. so basically, she doesn’t have to do much. he’ll just smile in her presence because he knows she’ll try really hard to make him smile. he loves how much she loves his smile. aside from his smile, they are best friends. they bicker like an old married couple, but they love each other!!

sua's relationship with bts

♡ namjoon x sua - - - namsu ๑

๑ more of a teacher than a leader, just like the rest of the members, sua also looks at namjoon fondly (she looks at all the members fondly but!!) it’s all the admiration, respect, and awe in her eyes that light up whenever namjoon is around

๑ 1/3 line of the “i raised sua” because he did, (even though yoongi would disagree because he was also part of sua’s antics) give him credit where it’s due because namjoon was the first trainee sua met back in 2010

๑ now it’s the opposite because sua is in charge of keeping namjoon in line as well as the other members, and she’s always there looking out for namjoon, watching him from afar. they adore each other <3

♡ seokjin x sua - - - sujin ๑

๑ the original oppa, seokjin is the next door older brother who sua can always talk and gossip to, they keep talking and talking for hours whether they’re close or apart

๑ seokjin knows a lot about sua, because he’s the first one sua tells especially when something happens to her life, she’ll message seokjin and they just talk for hours like they don’t live in the same place, they never stop messaging each other, and never run out of things to talk about

๑ spends a lot of time in the kitchen together, back when they were less busy, they would cook dinner once a week and do groceries (not that frequent anymore but they bonded the best doing chores common to them) also seokjin taught sua to play video games with him so he can ask for sua’s stuff

๑ where did sua get her laid back and snarky answers? yes. him. and even now, yoongi himself gets shocked at sua and what she’s saying because according to him she’s “the sweetest, most lovely, adorable, pure, amazing woman”

๑ 1/3 of “i raised sua” and will actually fight namjoon and hoseok because according to him, “i raised sua, i even combed her hair before she goes to school” and he gives her a small amount of pocket money from his part-time jobs TT TT

๑ proudly brings blankets for sua in award shows, not even embarrassed like, sua can bring them herself (which she insists) but yoongi has put himself and assigned himself in doing it, will ask the manager to hold it for him while they’re in the red carpet but almost immediately grabs them once they’re backstage

♡ hoseok x sua - - - hosu ๑

๑ cleaning fairies TT TT because, they really are, keeping the dorm tidy along with seokjin, once fought on who should wash the plates in their old dorm as trainees and hoseok was all, “you should rest and wash up.” but sua was also, “oppa you practiced hard, let me wash and then you rest.”

๑ 1/3 of “i raised sua” will not fight the rap line, but will make sure it is known that he contributed in raising sua, doesn’t like to admit but he asked his sister a lot of questions about girls so he knows how to help sua and he stuff

๑ reliable older brother! sua looks at him softly as well, and also has that sparkle in her eyes, monitors hoseok during performances and it’s like, sua wants to be like hoseok so much, unconsciously mirrors his movements and habits

♡ jimin x sua - - - sumin ๑

๑ called sua noona on when he met her, and taehyung just watched him, let him call sua that and fumble to his words, which ngl made sua lost because taehyung said jimin is the same age as him but didn’t say anything to jimin about her

๑ jimin never stopped calling sua noona though, it was out of habit and would call sua noona off camera most of the times, especially in the soop, it was evident that jimin called sua noona a lot of times

๑ sua was assigned to give jimin a tour of the company and dorm when he first joined and taught him a few of the ropes around bighit, hence they hung out a lot with taehyung especially as their debut got nearer

♡ taehyung x sua - - - taesu ๑

๑ sua treated taehyung burgers for dinner on his first day in seoul and fully decided that sua was a good person and he should take care of her once they debuted

๑ taehyung has a lot of pride for sua, he looks at her like the whole world, honey dripping from his eyes and he’s staring at sua fondly, always praises her and cheers her during performances and his eyes are just, they never leave sua

๑ doesn’t like calling her sua, never does actually, it’s always seohyun, hyunnie, and a bunch of other nicknames he calls her which drives army’s crazy when he’s looking straight at her and just says “seohyun-ah” and sua looks back, eyes wide and lips already curled up to a smile TT TT

♡ jungkook x sua - - - sukook ๑

๑ all the members find it funny how they got close in a span of a week when jungkook first joined because he didn’t really talk to a lot, and sua being the second youngest, she made it herself to interact with jungook

๑ no one knows how they got close really (the hyungs are especially curious how sua became close to jungkook) and it was something between them, like that secret and endearing bond between the both of them as maknaes

๑ both have grown with each other and are definitely the closest, saying they’re both bunnies and siblings, treats each others as siblings more often than friends, very loud together and jungkook confides in sua more often then not, seokjin’s babies dare i say

- she usually goes for looser fitting, baggier clothes for practice!! especially cause their dances are always very hiphop, she feels more confident that way!

- loves to dress like soulja boy circa 2006 for recording??? and for other…work stuff

- if she’s doing a solo practice or a more sensual dance she’ll trade in her baggy clothes jersey for a tighter fitting outfit

- since she’s usually at the company from 9-5 she just likes to be comfy (but still cute)

☆ - AIRPORT FASHION

- nobody can ever guess what she’s gonna wear because she’s so spontaneous

- will either be in uggs and sweat pants or a blazer and heels, no in between

- literally the definition of never let them know your next move

- also always has on a pair of some type of sunglasses, used to get criticized for it until she stated that she pays for/collects these sunglasses and would like to wear them lol (also you try walking with all those cameras in your face…like)

- she used to hate going to the airport cause the way she dressed was always a topic of discussion but now she’s a proud idgaf war veteran

New Trainees

Nariko is getting used to the trainee life.

a/n: since this is predebut, the girls use their first names since they haven't gotten stage names yet

warnings: feelings of insecurities and awkward conversations

The bright green walls that held the giant group of trainees were giving Nariko a headache. She scanned the crowded space, observing trainees practice dance choreographies while others did the same vocal run over and over again. It was only her second week as a Pledis trainee, yet doubts started to plague her. Was this all worth it?

Her gaze wandered through the room, finally her eyes settled on a glowing red light settled in the top corner of the room. The knowledge that anyone could be watching her every move, live, sent shivers down her spine. Nariko was still getting used to the people around her only speaking Korean, how was she supposed to get used to being in the public eye all of the time?

Nariko’s attention is abruptly pulled back as a cluster of trainees approach her. For whatever reason, she noticed that many of the juniors were drawn to her. When Samuel, the youngest of the group, reached for her hand and tried pulling her up, she felt discomfort mingled with gratitude.

“Come practice with us, Nariko!” Seungkwan says, his voice warm but insistent. “Sooyun said she’d teach us the new choreography for the monthly test.”

Nariko hesitates, a part of her was urging her to retreat into the safety of being alone. Yet, a part of her longed for connection, to be part of the group of trainees she often saw laughing together and supporting one another. With shaky hands, she allows Samuel to guide her up.

“Okay,” she murmurs softly, her voice barely audible above the chatter going on in the room. “Thanks, guys. I’ll try my best.”

As they make their way to the front of the room, near the mirrors, Nariko watches Sooyun speak animatedly with Chaewon. Of course, all of the trainees had been nice to her so far, but she couldn’t shake off the feeling of being an outsider looking in. While everyone had introduced themselves to her, some even making an effort to learn some phrases in Japanese, it was evident that most trainees had already formed tight-knit groups, leaving her to be on her own.

Sooyun and Chaewon, the only other girls, seemed to have their own separate roles. Sooyun was often by herself, working on choreography with Soonyoung, or sometimes even trailing after Jihoon. Meanwhile, Chaewon was usually fulfilling the older sister role, helping the younger trainees with anything and everything, leaving little time for personal connections beyond her circle of 95 liners.

Chaewon joins the group of trainees, leaving Sooyun to lead the makeshift practice. The tone of the practice is rather lighthearted, as many of the trainees talk as they are led through stretches and new people join their practice. Nariko notices that Chaewon is standing in the back, finally on her own. She takes a deep breath, trying to work up the courage to approach her, but is disappointed when she sees Jeonghan approach her.

During the practice, Nariko puts all of her energy into learning the choreography, determined to prove herself. She notices how a lot of the trainees watch her, but is unable to tell if they are impressed by her dancing or see her as competition. Their gazes are a bit unsettling, but she does her best to ignore them and focus on dancing.

Nariko has a background in traditional dance, so she had trouble adjusting her dance style to fit Sooyuns hip hop style. She attempts a turn repeatedly, trying to make it seem less fluid. Nariko grunts in disappointment as she watches herself in the mirror.

“Woah. You’re a really good dancer.” The trainee to the left of her says. His voice cuts through her concentration and startles her. Nariko turns in surprise to look at him… she vaguely remembers him introducing himself as Seokmin. “Can you help me with the turn? I keep falling over.”

His question once again catches her off guard. “Thank you,” she responds, a shy smile growing on her lips. “I can help you. Do you mind doing it again? So I can watch?”

Seokmin does the turn a few times, seemingly falling in a new direction every time. Nariko nods in understanding, “You’re putting all of your weight on your heel and you lose balance. Try it again on your toes.”

Seokmin follows her instruction, this time doing the turn on his toes. He still tilts a bit to the side, but at least he is no longer falling over himself. “That worked! Thank you so much!” He sends Nariko a large grin and excitedly does the spin again, no longer having issues with it.

“Of course. Once you're used to putting more of your weight forward, you don’t have to go on your toes, Sooyun doesn’t.”

Seokmin nods in understanding. The two of them keep talking as practice continues and by the end of it, Seokmin has showered her with compliments, unknowingly lifting her spirits.

After the practice session ends, Nariko says bye to Seokmin before getting ready to leave. However, before she can slip away unnoticed, Sooyun approaches her, a smile on her face, despite clearly being tired from leading practice.

“Hey, Nariko, I saw you at practice helping Seokmin, thanks!” Sooyun says, her tone friendly. Her gratitude perplexes her, prompting Nariko to question the unexpected gratitude.

“Why are you thanking me?” Nariko asks.

“Seokmin can be kind of shy, so asking for help can be hard sometimes. Whenever I lead practice, I feel bad I can’t help him at the moment.” Although Nariko wasn’t sure she really understood the depth of what Sooyun was saying, her understanding of the Korean language was okay, she seemed to understand that small acts of kindness were often appreciated amongst the trainees.

Their conversation comes to a lull, as neither girl really knows what to say. Sooyun’s gaze drifts to Chaewon standing near the exit of the room, prompting her to extend an invitation.

“Do you want to grab a drink with us? With Chaewon and me, I mean,” Sooyun explains. “We were thinking of trying out that new bubble tea down the street. Chaewon said it was her treat.”

Surprised by the invitation, Nariko hesitates a bit before nodding yes. Sooyun cheers in excitement before grabbing her arm and pulling her in Chaewons direction.

“Look who’s joining us!”

Chaewon looks visibly stunned by the news, but only for a second before she’s grinning,“You’re really coming?”

Nariko nods again, feeling a bit shy as the center of attention, but excited by the idea of being included as one of the girls.

As the three of them made their way to the bubble tea shop, ignoring the whining from the boys that wanted to tag along, Nariko found herself smiling as she watched Sooyun and Chaewon interact more closely. The constant banter between the two of them was amusing and she found herself laughing along. Despite the pang of envy she felt at their effortless friendship, Nariko can’t help but to feel grateful for the opportunity to spend time with them outside of practice.

Inside the boba shop, the atmosphere was quite infectious, filled with the scent of sweet drinks and light hearted music. Chaewon and Sooyun eagerly place their orders, barely breaking their conversation. Nariko stands a bit behind them, not really knowing when to come up to give her own order.

Luckily, Chaewon notices her and turns a bit towards her. “Come on, Nariko, what flavor are you getting?” she asks, flashing a reassuring smile.

Nariko steps forward, mustering her own smile as she places her own order. The three soon settle into a booth, Nariko facing the other two, and as they drink and chat, the awkwardness that once surrounded them starts to fade away. They exchange stories from their childhood and from training. The two girls try their best not to pry too much about Nariko's private life, noticing that she was giving short, straightforward answers, but quickly got into the rhythm of asking each other funny questions.

“So,” Sooyun says in a sing-songy voice, “Do you have a crush on anyone?”

Nariko cocks her head to the side, confused by her choice in words, “Why would I want to crush someone? That sounds mean.”

Chaewon and Sooyun laugh. “That’s not what she means,” Chaewon explains, “Crushing on someone means liking them romantically, she’s asking if you find anyone cute.”

“Oh.” Nariko ponders the question for a while, before shaking her head, “No, not really.”

Sooyun gasps in shock, “Really? Not even a little bit?”

Nariko feels herself flush in embarrassment at Sooyun’s surprise. She shifts a bit in her seat and plays with the end of her sleeves, suddenly self-conscious under this line of questioning.

“No, not really,” she repeats, her voice quiet but firm.

Chaewon slaps Sooyuns arm, scolding her. “Hey, not everyone is boy crazy like you. Maybe you’d know all the lyrics to that song we’ve been practicing if you didn’t spend all of your time thinking about boys.”

Sooyun whines, trying to hide the tinting in her cheeks, “Chae that’s not fair! How could you say that?”

Nariko cocks her head to the side, “Do you have a crush on someone?”

Chaewon smiles as she realizes that Nariko is attempting to use the new word she just learned and laughs as Sooyun becomes even more flustered by her question. Nariko can’t help feeling some satisfaction from turning the tables on Sooyun. She watches in amusement as Chaewon teases a squirming Sooyun.

“Chae, that’s not fair!” Sooyun protests, attempting to deflect attention away from herself.

Chaewon continues to laugh at Sooyun’s expense, a mischievous twinkle in her eyes. “Sorry, Sooyunnie, but you set yourself up for that one,” she teases, earning a playful glare from her friend.

Nariko has been watching their back-and-forth bantering before asking, “Who do you have a crush on?”

Sooyun adverts her gaze, debating if this was something she wanted to share, if it was worth the teasing she would probably receive from the girls in the future. She mumbles her answer, almost hoping that they wouldn’t hear her, “It’s Hansol… and Channie.”

“Both of them!” Chaewon exclaims. Her and Nariko exchange amused glances, barely containing their laughter at the younger girl’s admission. “Ooo, Sooyunnie’s got a double crush!” Chaewon teases, unable to stop herself from reaching over and pinching Sooyuns cheeks, despite her attempts at swatting her hand away.

“Whatever,” Sooyun says dryly, unimpressed by their shenanigans. Yet, the hint of a smile tugs at the corners of her lips. Suddenly, her eyes light up, remembering something. “Narkio, Jihoon is totally into you!”

Nariko’s eyes widen in surprise at Sooyun’s unexpected announcement, her cheeks flushing with embarrassment. She opens her mouth to respond, but before she can utter a word, Chaewon chimes in.

“Ooh, please spill, Sooyunnie.” Chaewon teases, her curiosity piqued. “What makes you think he likes her? I don’t think they've even properly spoken.” She turns to Nariko for confirmation, and receives it in a nod.

Sooyun leans back with a satisfied grin, enjoying the reactions she received from her revelation. “Are you kidding? Whenever they’re in the same room, he’s staring at you with heart eyes.”

Nariko’s eyes widen in surprise, her mind racing to find a response. She had never even considered having a crush on any of the other trainees, and even less if someone was into her. Despite her lack of romantic interest, she knows the importance of handling these situations delicately.

“Really?” Nariko says, her tone light but non-committal. “I hadn’t noticed.”

Chaewon eyes her, trying to read her reaction, “Jihoon can be shy, so if he does like you, I wouldn’t be surprised if you haven’t noticed.”

Nariko offers a small, understanding nod. “Yeah, that’s true. I’ll keep an eye out, I guess.”

Sooyun can’t stop herself from prying into Nariko’s thoughts, “You don’t think he’s cute at all? You wouldn’t want to date him?”

Nariko pauses, carefully considering her response. “Well, he’s nice and all… but I don’t really see him that way. I’m still getting used to training, you know?” She offers a tentative smile, hoping to express her sincerity.

Chaewon and Sooyun are quick to agree with her, and Nariko feels a wave of relief wash over her. She’s grateful for their reassurance and for not pushing her to pursue a romantic relationship.

Despite the many moments of awkwardness, Nariko finds herself enjoying her time with the other girls. They finish their drinks before walking back to the dorms together. Maybe, she thinks, if she got to know everyone else the way she gotten to know Chaewon and Sooyun, she could find herself enjoying being a trainee. The thought fills her with a newfound sense of optimism as they laugh and talk on their way back home.
