Like when they first met as young kids, and then when they married in their pre teen (?) years.

Honestly there is no history of anything wrong going on between them it's all Marrav's fault

M/N and Marrav were bethroted to each other when the omega was four and the prince was eight.

Marrav's father, the late Emperor was the one who picked out the h/c pup specially for his son, telling Marrav to watch and take good care of him and for a while the young pup did.

He saw his young fiance as weak and fragile so he took it upon himself to make sure well taken care of and eating properly.

Young Marrav made sure M/N had the best, made sure the servants treated him properly and met his every need.

After all his husband only deserved the very best.

The first two years were honestly fluff filled.

These caring moments are the ones the d/c man still hold on to dearly.

When Marrav turned eleven his attitude started to change.

The kind caring pup was gone and in it's place was a young brash rude alpha that had suddenly developed a god complex.

This Marrav absolutely detest the thought of M/N being his future mate.

How can he, a strong powerful prodigy that has talent and strength be paired up with a scrawny good for nothing omega ?!

What had his father been thinking ?!

He tries to push away the h/c pup away from him, not wanting to do anything with him.

What changed this sweet boy that formerly would do absolutely anything for his future husband was noting his over growing ego.

People have always been praising him because of his imperial blood and being recognized as being a genius, but it hadn't really changed his innocent childlike mind set ( he had been a little arrogant before but nothing too bad ) but then people started saying he was too good for something like M/N.

The people would praise his strength and then say that something like M/N who couldn't even cast any single månå spell didn't deserve to be his future husband.

And after hearing this so much he started to believe them and his mother's pampering just makes this attitude worse.

The empress Evangeline absolutely hates the thought of her precious little pup having to marry that little devil's container.

And she makes it known with how she's constantly fighting with her sickly husband to get him to change his mind and with how horribly she treats the h/c boy.

Marrav is a momma's boy and since his mother refuses for M/N to be the person to carry the next generation of Vermillion heirs, then he doesn't want him too.

But nothing they do will make the Emperor change his mind.

So Marrav gets creative.

If he can't get his father to listen then he'll make M/N leave.

So from then on his treatment becomes worse.

From insulting to publicly disgracing the poor pup to even going as far as hitting him in some times to get him to leave him alone.

But no matter what he does M/N doesn't ever complain or leave him alone. It's almost as if the s/c pup has been brain washed to not find any fault in anything he does.

If Marrav yells at him he doesn't cry.

If he makes fun of him he takes it quietly.

If he pushes him down to the ground he just gets up and dusts himself even if he scrapes his hands and knees.

He hates hearing his name come out of that ' things ' mouth so he bans the other from saying it.

" Of course your majesty , if that's what makes you happy then I'll do it "

The young pup says giving him an innocent smile.

A smile that Marrav has now grown to hate.

When Marrav turns fourteen his father dies and he's set to inherit the throne.

That's if he marries M/N.

If he doesn't the throne will be passed to either one of his younger brothers or cousin.

This is the turning point for Marrav.

Being forced to marry who in his mind is a good for nothing useless bug that will bring nothing but shame to his family name solidifies the already massive hate he has for the innocent omega.

The marriage ceremony between the two is bleak, colourless and depressing.

Once the vows are said Marrav doesn't move to kiss the M/N, he just stared at him with venom and hate before walking out of the hall.

Once the marriage has been concluded the dark haired alpha has M/N shipped off to the small dingy mansion at the edge of the imperial palace grounds.

How he treats him from then on is very well known by now.

But M/N at least this version of him doesn't see any fault in Marrav's attitude so he blames himself and goes through extreme length to get his husband to notice him.

Doing all the kingdoms paperwork, striking deals with neighbouring country's, listening to the former Empress every word and over all just over exerting himself to make Marrav happy and notice him for even just a second.

He misses the warm look and sweet smile that the alpha used to give him when they were younger.

He misses all the care the dark haired man used to have for him.

It hurts him so much how drastically his love has changed.

All those happy moments.

He'll do anything to get that back, even if it means sacrificing himself and we'll being to achieve it.

3. What fandoms do you write for?

Currently, I'm writing for The Quarry and the Batfam fandom (primarily DickBabs and BatCat)... I have posted fics for The Flash TV series and Brooklyn 99 on AO3 in the past... plus, some other stuff that is only on my old fanfiction.net account (although I've been considering updating my old Young Justice fics, so I may post them on AO3 some day)

4. What are your top 5 fics by kudos?

Um, Rush Hour, Partners, Knight in Shining Armor, Loveable Nerds and Superheroes and Thank You, Becky Cooper - except for Partners, these are all Flash fics, which is wild, because aside from Rush Hour and Loveable Nerds and Superheroes, both of which I'm still quite proud of, I don't necessarily think that my Flash fics are my best works, but okay ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

5. Do you respond to comments?

Sometimes? I often don't know what to say in response 😅- but I appreciate every single one of them sooo much! 💕

6. What is the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?

Okay... so this question prompted me to do some re-reading of my older fics... and honestly? Nothing on my AO3 account had an angsty ending to begin with ^^; So I had to go waaaay back, to my old ff.net account - and I think my Young Justice fic "Pain" had the angstiest ending (and even then, it's pretty moderate... even 17-year-old me was fairly mellow ;)

7. What’s the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?

Hmmh... Maybe my Flash fic "Coming Home"? It certainly has a very warm and fuzzy ending ☺️

8. Do you get hate on fics?

Not that I can recall, no...

9. Do you write smut? If so, what kind?

Nope; smut is not for me

10. Do you write crossovers? What’s the craziest one you’ve written?

No, I don't really write crossovers (only multiple fandoms that already share a universe, i.e. Batfam-comic fandom)

11. Have you ever had a fic stolen?

Not that I know of...

12. Have you ever had a fic translated?

Nope!

13. Have you ever co-written a fic before?

Nope - since I'm a very slow writer, I wouldn't want to punish any potential co-writer of mine with that curse either...

14. What’s your all time favourite ship?

To write? Hmmh... BatCat and DickBabs for sure! (Plus, LauraMax are getting there, too... I just need to give them some time to cement their position ;)

15. What’s a WIP you want to finish but doubt you ever will?

Oh boy, there are plenty of fics I'm worried I'll never finish... but I choose to stay optimistic enough to think that I will, someday, finish all the WIPs that I want to finish... (please, writing Gods, please help me accomplish this task!!!!)

16. What are your writing strengths?

Umm... I like to think that my writing is quite, um, pleasant? What I mean is, that it's pretty accessible (not too convoluted or complex, but also not boring) and while I sometimes write angsty/tense/sad moments, my stories generally have happy endings... And even though my writing isn't exactly groundbreaking, I still stand by all the ideas/concepts behind every story I've written so far, so... yeah...

17. What are your writing weaknesses?

The process of writing itself (I have to fight for every single word I commit onto the page... I swear, me and writing are engaged in the most tedious wrestling match nobody ever wants to see... ever). I get excited for a particular story, start to jot down some basic ideas, maybe even put in some research for a few points that need to get tackled beforehand - and then psyche myself out of being able to write down that dang story 😩 (Doesn't help that I have a hard time making decisions and get super intimidated when faced with all the possible directions a story could go)

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language in fic?

Depends on the context - if we're talking about two foreigners (e.g. Germans) that are talking to each other in their native tongue and maybe don't want to be understood by the people around them (who, for the sake of this argument, are all English speakers) - then, maybe I would give it a whirl, because it would fit the idea behind the conversation (especially if it's a short exchange that people, who would be interested in learning what the Germans said, could look up via Google translate) - but, imo, this only works in very specific circumstances and for short exchanges - otherwise it can get tedious real quick... and personally, I don't like writing in German and don't feel confident enough in my Spanish skills to attempt it for that language, so writing English all the way is it for me

19. First fandom you wrote for?

Um... a quick look at my old, old fanfiction.net account tells me that my first posted fanfic was for the "Sonny With A Chance" fandom when I was 14 years old - the writing is a little... rough, for sure 😅 (although, to be fair, this was written at a point when I had only had, like, 3-4 years of proper English class... all things considered, it's not that bad)

20. Favourite fic you’ve written?

Don't make me choose, I can't pick just one!

I very, very much love my BatCat fic "The Chase" - it just feels like pure Selina, the pacing of it is great and I think it portrays Bruce/Selina's relationship dynamic so very well (plus, it has some of my favorite sentences I've ever written in there!)

I also love Partners for being the longest, most ambitious story I've written so far (yes, despite the fact that I still need to add that epiogue!) and On the Reciprocal Attraction of Heavenly Bodies has the potential to become my best fic of them all, with the Austen-esque writing style and all the historical and literary research I plan on putting into it... I'm certainly very fond of the two chapters that already exist.

And This Is Not Over, But Just the Beginning is so fun and challenging in a different way; being a Quarry fic, with the whole werewolf element, it's darker and more angsty than anything I've written in a long time - but that's what makes it so fascinating for me to write (and read)

Hello there, E.'s mum again! First of all, happy to see your answers and prayers back here, you were frequently in my thoughts these past few days. 💕 Hope you're doing all right!

It feels almost superfluous to ask you to join me in prayers with Sunday readings working in my heart (especially Isiah 55,8-11), but knowing you pray with me always gives me additional strength ---

We still are dealing with some long term issues with E.'s health and despite being surrounded by literal miracles every step of our way, I find myself constantly at the end of my rope. Discovering new ends of it, as it goes!

Please pray for my humility and trust, mostly, and for E. and my husband, and our care team, too!

Aww thank you so much for thinking and praying for me too along with the previous anon and others. That means a lot to me I truly appreciate all these prayers. I’m feeling much better after that retreat, some rest offline, and taking long walks in prayer. Almost the end of the work week so I can’t wait to have a hike this weekend.

Thank you for the update as well. I’ll be sure to keep you, your family, and care team close in my prayers. There is an image of our Lady and her title is Our Lady Undoer of Knots. OK so I've started watching 911 cus youre post have peeked my interest. I just wanna know beforehand is this Eddie and bucky thing actually possible or fans wanting it. How hurt am I gonna be that nothings happening 😂

Ah, that makes me so happy, it's such a fantastic show, I hope you're liking it! 💕

(I just did a really long post as a response to this and I accidentally deleted it, now I have to do it again. Dear god, please send soup. And strength.)

ANYWAY.

Regarding Buck and Eddie going canon, there are a lot of different ways to look at this and different ways to see it, but personally? Where I am at, at this point, I just do not see how the story could be heading in any other possible direction. Most days I am 100% sure it's happening, sometimes 99, but it never really goes below that.

(I do want to make sure that you and anyone else new in the fandom does understand, however, that this is not something to be expected soon. Dealing with their trauma as individuals is going to take a lot of time, and just because it's not happening within the next two episodes doesn't mean it's not happening. Give it time, my loves. These writers are absolutely fantastic.)

Now. I understand the need to be hesitant. I do, believe me. Especially as a part of the community, you know? We're used to being let down, disappointed and thrown the scraps (This post by @yramesoruniverse touches on why we feel this way despite having so many signs that point to this storyline and it is something I highly recommend reading, it's fantastic.) I also want to point out that the couples that people tend to compare Buck and Eddie to (aka couples that never went canon) are couples that I don't personally see the relevance in comparing them to. Comparing Buddie to other ships that never went canon just doesn't make sense, because none of those shows were shows like 9-1-1. 9-1-1 focuses on a lot difficult topics. Comparing 9-1-1 to Supernatural, or Suits just doesn't make sense to me. It's irrelevant.

Now. I could sit here for hours pointing out things that may be pointing to them going canon, but at the end of the day, there is way too much, and there are people who have done it already, and done it far better than I ever could (I will be tagging some of my favourite blogs at the end of this, if you want to go and ask them some things, I'm sure they would be more than happy to answer you! Speaking of, though, this post is also absolutely phenomenal, and very interesting to consider.)

There are two more things I'd mention though, the first one being this livestream with Ronen and Oliver around the time of the crossover, where Ronen refers to TK thinking Buck is hitting on him as 'opening a door'.

And the second thing is the fact that Eddie's actor, Ryan Guzman is someone who doesn't really know the art of um... keeping his mouth shut. And he doesn’t always have good opinions, so I also have a feeling that if there was no way that Buck and Eddie is happening, he would have told us to fuck off a long time ago, and he never really has. So there's also that.

In conclusion, before I point you to some other wonderful people, I also would like to say that - at the end of the way, this is fandom, it's supposed to be fun, it's supposed to be a distraction. So while I absolutely understand people being hesitant and not wanting to be disappointed - my main thing is also the fact that... I'm going to be a lot happier leaning into this, and expecting it, and following along, even if it doesn't happen (which I highly, highly doubt, but if the show does end without Buck and Eddie together, I'll just take the L and move on. But I'll still have the wonderful memories of freaking out with everyone else and anticipating this revolutionary story.) It's a lot more fun than just walking around with a big cloud over my head, being bitter, and rolling my eyes at everyone who dare have a glimmer of hope about it all, you know?

It's a nice dream but i wont EVER ever sacrifice my standards for it and will 1000% choose to volunteer, have plants, pets, and sponsor kids on my own than negotiate on them --- No porn whatsoever, No alcohol, i consider myself a Christian prolife feminist and need a man who is similar, I dont tolerate ANY abuse since I came from an abusive home. It took me some time to reply to you bc to be honest I could have written this ask myself and it hit close to home so hard it was hard to handle...

I TOTALLY ENTIRELY COMPLETELY feel you about having such standards you hardly think it's possible for you to meet anyone living up to them. But the worst thing is that....they aren't even that hard to meet when thinking about it. Not watching porn, being abusive or a drunkard is a bare minimum. I too came from a abusive home and there is no way I would ever tolerate an abusive or violent partner. That's the case of most women I know. Same for wanting someone having their life together and not being a slug watching Netflix/anime or gaming all day....

Since when "the bare minimum" has become "standards" in men when these standards are the norm for women? Probably because expectations have always been higher for women? When for men it was only being able to provide for a family and moderately well behaved. But now that gender roles got broken (for good and bad reasons - I won't elaborate on this post), it's become quite chaotic. We have manlet, but not men. I can feel my body physically ache whenever I see these men curved into their seat on public transport, bending over their tiny phone screen, watching these stupid Netflix shows or worse, silly anime when they are 2 or 3 times the age of the characters... Even on a symbolic level it tells a lot - you know a civilization is cursed once GROWN ADULTS start looking up children antics. That's why many men behave like children : collecting toys, dressing up, shoving themselves into escapism do deal with the responsabilities they have IRL, whiny, over emotional (which often translates through abusive behavior), slave to their fleshly pulsion (porn addiction).... Homo degeneratus. There's no way women can respect mess. Hence radical feminism.

And then we act shook at divorce rate. Girl, your husband is spending more time looking at a screen than using his hands & his brain, OF COURSE his brain is getting fried and is for no use when around the house!

Being focus on what you can controlled is indeed the best solution to overcome this dreadful feeling of missing out on your own life. Do a list of all the list you managed to achieved this year. I am sure there are many💙 Being married with a man won't suddenly make your life better. Maybe the reason God hasn't put the love of your life on your path yet is precisely because He doesn't want you to be distracted by this relationship for now? I'm telling you this but I also tell myself the same thing. Maybe if I did get married 2 or 3 years ago my life wouldn't be where it was supposed to be. Only God knows.... But I'm also praying for God to give me the strength to accept my fate of being a lifelong celibate if that's His will and to bring me fulfillment through a Life within in Him💙

PS/ I'm glad my hottie young Staline simp post made you laugh. Only true queens got it right!!👸♥️ we are united in the non judgemental appreciation of the the timeless baes of History, regardless of what jealous, hateful receding hairline dudebros have to say!!😤

as of now i’m not planning on writing more than 5-7 routes of this series bc oh my god that’s an even bigger commitment than sc (so far the word count of ayakashi is like 5k less than sc but i’ve only written the prologue and 1.25ish routes lmao) but!! i may drop a small blurb, set of bullet points, or general summary of what i’d imagine the other members’ routes theoretically might have looked like some time; there will also be bonus info abt characters n routes in the planning doc, which will be released after the whole series is finished!

Hi skippy, may I ask for a prayer request. I have a lot going on trying to care for both elderly parents who are sick while dealing with my own serious health problems. I’ve been in an ongoing panic attack today n the meds aren’t seeing to work. I have some pressing business n can’t afford to take the day off to deal with this. I’m on my 3rd Valium (I have GAD, so they come out of nowhere, with no triggers). Please ask for Jesus to confront my heavy heart. Thank you.

Skippy would you be so kind to say a prayer for my brother Richard who had a stroke early hours Sunday morning,he’s lost feeling down his right side with none in his hand at all. He’s only 51 & when I look at him I can see that he is scared of his future, of his ‘tomorrows’ & what they may or may not bring. Thank you Skippy for welcoming me here at this amazing place with replying to my first time post last week.
