kat, *shakes empty cup* spare coochie (uni jean hcs) pls
Spare coochie (jean headcanons) incoming!!!
Pairing: jean kirstein x fem!reader
Content/warnings: university! au, fluff, jean is nail artist because i said so, overstimulation
SFW
Kinesiology/exercise science/physical therapy major. Minors in either design or visual art as stress relief (we’ll come back to this). Eventually finishes up those required courses by the end of his 3rd year, so he decides to double major in business management because he didn’t feel like graduating early.
He has a general sense of what he wants to do. He knows he likes helping others, which is why physical therapy is appealing to him. But if that doesn’t work out, he doesn’t mind entering the business field. Has enough confidence and leadership skills to make it big there.
Remember how I said he minored in visual arts as a form of stress relief? Big mistake. As much as Jean loves painting, sketching, drawing, you name it, he realized that he hates doing it for a grade. He’s a perfectionist, and he hates the pressure that due dates put on him. He always feels like he’s half assing his work (still looks amazing) and he doesn’t want school to ruin his passion and inspiration.
Can get away with putting very minimal effort in studying for his classes. He remembers things pretty well, and is good at conceptualizing topics and applying them when it comes to tests.
That being said, he’ll gladly accompany you to the library or cafe to study. Means he gets a free pass to ogle at you all focused, without you noticing (most of the time).
When you do look up and find your boyfriend staring at you, he just cocks his head to the side and gives you a smile while reaching across the table to give your hand an encouraging squeeze.
Has an eye for photography. If you wanna live out your IG baddie influencer dreams, Jean will gladly be your photographer and hype man. If you’re camera shy, he (un)intentionally builds your confidence over time because of all the photos he takes of you. He’ll tell you how to pose, what expression to make, etc. You best believe he’ll buy an expensive editing program just to use their nice ass presets.
Has...a bit of cuteness aggression? Sometimes he sees you and just wants to squeeze the life out of you. He doesn’t tell you that though, and he has yet to give into those urges.
Likes it when you have your nails done, especially if they’re a bit on the longer side. Likes it even more when you run your nails across his skin or scratch his scalp lightly.
Speaking of nails, he doesn’t mind paying for them!! But there was one time where he found a really cool design that he wanted you to have but the nail tech couldn’t replicate it, so he decided to take matters into his own hands. 2 days later, Jean invites you over and he has a mini nail salon set up in his living room (thanks Amazon Prime).
Starts out with just those press on nails that he paints cute little designs on, but eventually progresses to using gel extensions (Jean: “the tutorials I watched said that acrylics are bad for your nail beds, babe. I’m just watching out for you.”)
He’s proud of his work LMAO. He’ll take pics of him holding your hand to show off your nails and also posts timelapses of him doing your nails on tiktok/instagram. Somehow goes viral overnight, and now people are seriously asking him for his prices. Maybe this is his calling.
He is very romantic, and very much likes to play into “traditional” dating stereotypes. Very chivalrous. If he could help it, you don't have to even lift a finger. He respects your independence, but also wants to help as much as he can. (“What’s the point of you dating me if you won’t let me carry your bag?”)
An excellent cook. He is, however, very particular about how things are done in the kitchen. Probably has to do with the fact that none of his housemates (Eren, Armin, Connie) even know how to properly julienne an onion. They are to stay clear of the kitchen when Jean is in there, lest they want a handful of flour to the face. You, however, can watch. He even lets you help him, even if it’s just by being a taste tester.
Don’t be surprised if he’s shoving a tupperware full of last night’s dinner into your hands when you show up to class, or texting you to come over because you just have to try his handmade ravioli. His love language is food and I will die on that hill!
NSFW
I’ve said this before, but Jean will turn you into a pillow princess. You don’t have a choice. His baby girl deserves only the best, so just sit back and enjoy the ride babe <3
It’s not that he dislikes having you do work, because he’ll gladly concede when you ask nicely (most of the time), it’s just that he likes seeing your body talk— and he likes seeing what it has to say when he’s the one causing it.
He especially likes it when you get that hazy look in your eyes, legs trembling from overstimulation
In my head, Jean is pretty gentle. I think he’s aware of his own strength and doesn’t lack spatial awareness (unlike a certain green eyed brunet) so he doesn’t want to accidentally hurt you. Unless you ask for it, of course.
When you suck him off, his hands are restless. Gripping your hair, jaw, neck, but he lets go quickly because he doesn’t want you to bruise. He eventually opts for fisting the sheets, knuckles turning white as he shoots cum down your throat.
Loves you in lingerie. The way the straps and lace hug your body has him sucking in his breath.
Will also ask you to nude model for him under the guise of it being “anatomy practice.” I thought artists weren’t allowed to touch the model? Then why is your boyfriend feeling you up?
Oh, and he will definitely be your photographer if you want a boudoir shoot. As long as he gets to keep the photos, of course.

Hiya I meant to send you asks like forever ago but I'm bad so I didn't do that so here they are now they're from this ask prompt thing you reblogged
Feel free to answer these about any of your OCs cause I don't really remember any except rabbit and Knight so~
1, 10, 25, 29, 33, 37, 46, 50, 61, 63, 78, 80, sorry there's so many you don't have to answer them all, I am just cursed with insatiable curiosity only balanced out by my fear of asking too many questions and being annoying—
Hi!!! You’re not bad!! You’re one of the coolest aliens ever!!!!
I am absolutely answering them all with multiple OCs because I will take every opportunity I get to talk about them.
Putting it under a cut because it is LONG and I don't wanna bother.
1. What is their gender?
The Knight: (she/her)
Rabbit: agender but they use (they/them) pronouns
The Apprentice: (he/him)
Dijon: (he/him)
Julienne: (she/her) (they/them)
Monty: (he/him) (they/them)
Diana: (she/her)
Captain Pumpernickel: (he/him)
William: (he/him)
10. What are some of their talents/skills?
The Knight: Swordfighting, Dancing, pottery
Rabbit: Parlor magic, puppetry, Acting
The Apprentice: collecting, Dunescotch [the world's rough equivalent of chess], chemistry
Dijon: cooking, writing, gardening
Julienne: biking, photography, bird watching
Monty: people watching, bingo, garage sales
Diana: fencing, archery, calligraphy
Captain Pumpernickel: Singing, acting, swordfighting
William: whittling, philosophy, accordion
25. What is their biggest flaw?
The Knight: her naivete
Rabbit: Their reluctance to be vulnerable
The Apprentice: His aversion to change and the unknown
Dijon: his self-pitying nature
Julienne: Her self-centeredness
Monty: his...not quite human-ness
Diana: She’s uptight
Captain Pumpernickel: hooboy where do I start? For one, his complete and utter dismissal of everything that doesn’t contribut to ADVENTURE
William: his lack of ambition
29. How would they describe their own personality?
The Knight: “Hmmm. I try to be as nice as possible and I’ve been told I’m rhapsodic! I don’t think my singing’s that good but it’s a sweet compliment!”
Rabbit: “Witty. Yes. Sarcastic? Yes. The people’s demon? In more ways than one~ Even hell can’t handle me.”
The Apprentice: “Simple, studious, and an enjoyer of quiet studying. I tend to be rather straight-forward in my methodology.”
Dijon: “God do I even have a personality? What am I besides a vaguely human shaped pile of mistakes and disappointments?”
Julienne: “A fun loving fun person!”
Monty: “Just your average Earth person! Nothing else to see!”
Diana: “Calm, cool, collected, the perfect dignitary”
Captain Pumpernickel: “AN ADVENTURER! And a lover! Of your mother! Bring out the good ale my good fellows! Your captain has won another battle of the wits!”
William: “Personality? Never heard of it. Wouldn’t even begin to know what the word means. I know no such words such as sarcastic, laid-back, carefree. Nooooo.”
33. What is their biggest fear? How would they react to having to face it?
The Knight: Being ignored and unheard. She’d probably get really frustrated and maybe cry a little as a result. If it really got to her, she’d need help being pulled out of a dark place.
Rabbit: Abandonment. Their general reaction to it is to put on a veneer of not caring and close off from the outside world more, even going so far as to act annoying and unlikable so that people leave before getting close.
The Apprentice: Not knowing. Or, by extension, not being able to learn. He’d probably lash out in anger and storm off.
Dijon: Being an unredeemable person. He faces it every day and he deals with it by being melodramatic in all of his writings and wallowing in misery. AKA, not dealing with it.
Julienne: People being genuine. They’d probably get really uncomfortable and try to excuse themselves from the conversation or make jokes to redirect the conversation.
Monty: The republic finding him hiding out on Earth. He’d fight or do anything possible out of desperation.
Diana: Being a disappointment
Captain Pumpernickel: Not being able to bang your mom not having adventures with his crew. He'd probably be reduced to a shell of his former self.
William: Not being able to talk his way out of a situation.
37. How easy is it for them to say “I love you”? Do they say it without meaning it?
The Knight: Pretty easy but she means it when she says it. She's just full of love tbh.
Rabbit: It's really hard for them to say "I love you". Really really hard. Especially at the start of their arc, they would never say it, however much they mean it.
The Apprentice: It's hard for him to say, simply because it's not quantifiable enough. How does one properly explain how much they love someone? He prefers showing love through actions and more direct compliments.
Dijon: It's not easy for him to say, but he says it without meaning it, both knowingly and unknowingly.
Julienne: She doesn't say it often, but she says it to the people she cares about occasionally. She prefers to say it through time spent and physical touch though.
Monty: The Dude Loves Everything. But they also barely understand the meaning of the word so...
Diana: She doesn't say it almost at all, but prefers to use acts of service and gift giving.
Captain Pumpernickel: He never says "I love you" because he usually doesn't really mean it. He'll use some other compliment or compound of it.
William: He doesn't throw it around easily, so when he says it, it has so much more weight behind it.
46. How easily can they express emotions? How easily can they hide emotions?
The Knight: She expresses her emotions a lot and very easily, but she has a hard time hiding them.
Rabbit: They think they're sly at hiding their emotions, but they let micro-expressions slip constantly. If anyone decided to notice, one would
The Apprentice: He's a blank sheet baybee. What is he thinking? Unless it's frustration or anger, you'll never know.
Dijon: He's just kinda sad all the time. He's miserable and everyone notices.
Julienne: She allows some emotions to come through. It's a bit of a calculated effort.
Monty: All of his emotions come through all the time and he doesn't mind.
Diana: Well, she hides her sadness and happiness, but allows her frustration and such to shine through.
Captain Pumpernickel: He expresses emotions very openly and very loudly. He is a dramatic ham of a captain.
William: He keeps a near perpetual smile that occasionally wavers when things go wrong. He doesn't like to open up emotionally.
50. How would you describe their style of clothing? How would they describe their style of clothing?
The Knight: "fun and comfy!" Light armor with room for mobility but colorful
Rabbit: "...sexy" literally naked except a cloak.
The Apprentice: "practical and sensible" like a fucking nerd
Dijon: "presentable" the best time to wear a sweater, is all the time
Julienne: "quirky" quirky.
Monty: "human clothing for humans! :D" weird mixture of 1800s stuff and modern day stuff. Weird guy.
Diana: "regular??? Clothes???" Fancy ballgown at first then swashbuckling but still expensive.
Captain Pumpernickel: "EXTRAVAGANT AND ASTOUNDING" sexy hobo pirate.
William: "only the highest tier clothing/s" ...rags. doesn't care enough.
61. Which season is their favorite season?
The Knight: Spring
Rabbit: Autumn, harvest festivals and such are good for demons.
The Apprentice: Winter, you have excuses to stay inside and work. Plus the vibe is nice when it's harsh outside and cozy inside
Dijon: Summer, fewer holidays and he's not really cold resistant.
Julienne: Summer. They like the general vibe and popsicles and shorts and sunglasses and such.
Monty: Winter, they love the holidays.
Diana: Summer, she likes the heat.
Captain Pumpernickel: Autumn! He just thinks the weather and vibe are RIPE FOR ADVENTURE!
William: Winter! He like staying inside and the cold.
63. What is always guaranteed to make them smile?
The Knight: her partner! Or a silly joke! Or a delicious snack! Or friendship!
Rabbit: schadenfreude
The Apprentice: order and productivity
Dijon: his favorite childhood book
Julienne: her pet rats! Or pet frog!
Monty: A human thing like paperclips
Diana: this one is a hard one. Succeeding at any of her hobbies.
Captain Pumpernickel: ADVENTURE. and friends
William: seeing Diana smile and be free.
78. Who do they consider to be their best friend?
The Knight: The prince!
Rabbit: the Knight
The Apprentice: books
Dijon: julienne
Julienne: no one. Monty is close.
Monty: ALL HUMANS ARE BEST! AND FRIENDS!!
Diana: no one [William eventually]
Captain Pumpernickel: The sea. And his first mate. And his quartermaster.
William: no one [Diana eventually]
80. Are they a morning person or a night owl?
The Knight: Morning person
Rabbit: Night Owl
The Apprentice: Morning Person
Dijon: Night Owl
Julienne: Morning Person
Monty: Morning Person
Diana: Morning Person
Captain Pumpernickel: Morning Person
William: Night Owl

PHOT202: Stop Motion Photography History.
1895-1928: The silent film era:
It is estimated that 80 to 90 percent of all silent films are lost. Extant contemporary movie catalogs, reviews and other documentation can provide some details on lost films, but this kind of written documentation is also incomplete and often insufficient to properly date all extant films or even identify them if original titles are missing. Possible stop motion in lost films is even harder to trace. The principles of animation and other special effects were mostly kept a secret, not only to prevent use of such techniques by competitors, but also to keep audiences interested in the mystery of the magic tricks. Stop motion is closely related to the stop trick, in which the camera is temporarily stopped during the recording of a scene to create a change before filming is continued (or for which the cause of the change is edited out of the film). In the resulting film the change will be sudden and a logical cause of the change will be mysteriously absent or replaced with a fake cause that is suggested in the scene. The oldest known example is used for the beheading in Edison Manufacturing Company's 1895 film The Execution of Mary Stuart. The technique of stop motion can be interpreted as repeatedly applying the stop trick. In 1917 clay animation pioneer Helena Smith-Dayton referred to the principle behind her work as "stop action", a synonym of "stop motion". French trick film pioneer Georges Méliès claimed to have invented the stop-trick and popularized it by using it in many of his short films. He reportedly used stop-motion animation in 1899 to produce moving letterforms.

Segundo de Chomón: French filmmaker Segundo de Chomón (1871–1929) made many trick films in France for Pathé. He has often been compared to Georges Méliès as he also made many fantasy films with stop tricks and other illusions (helped by his wife, Julienne Mathieu). By 1906 Chomón was using stop motion animation. Le théâtre de Bob (April 1906) features over three minutes of stop motion animation with dolls and objects to represent a fictional automated theatre owned by Bob, played by a live-action child actor. It is the oldest extant film with proper stop motion and a definite release date. The Sculptor's Nightmare Segundo de Chomón's Sculpteur moderne was released on 31 January 1908 and features heaps of clay molding itself into detailed sculptures that are capable of minor movements. The final sculpture depicts an old woman and walks around before it's picked up, squashed and molded back into a sitting old lady.

1930s and 1940s: Starewicz finished the first feature stop motion film Le Roman de Renard (The Tale of the Fox) in 1930, but problems with its soundtrack delayed its release. In 1937 it was released with a German soundtrack and in 1941 with its French soundtrack. Hungarian-American filmmaker George Pal developed his own stop motion technique of replacing wooden dolls (or parts of them) with similar figures displaying changed poses and/or expressions. He called it Pal-Doll and used it for his Puppetoons films since 1932. The particular replacement animation method itself also became better known as puppetoon. In Europe he mainly worked on promotional films for companies such as Philips. Later Pal gained much success in Hollywood with a string of Academy Award for Best Animated Short Films, including Rhythm in the Ranks (1941).

1960s and 1970s : British television has shown many stop motion series for young children since the 1960s. An early example is Snip and Snap (1960-1961) by John Halas in collaboration with Danish paper sculptor Thok Søndergaard (Thoki Yenn), featuring dog Snap, cut from a sheet of paper by pair of scissors Snip. Apart from their cutout animation series, British studio Smallfilms (Peter Firmin and Oliver Postgate) produced several stop motion series with puppets, beginning with Pingwings (1961-1965) featuring penguin-like birds knitted by Peter's wife Joan and filmed on their farm (where most of their productions were filmed in an unused barn). It was followed by Pogles' Wood (1965-1967), Clangers (1969-1972, 1974, revived in 2015), Bagpuss (1974) and Tottie: The Story of a Doll's House (1984).

21st century: The BBC commissioned thirteen episodes of stop frame animated Summerton Mill in 2004 as inserts into their flagship pre-school program, Tikkabilla. Created and produced by Pete Bryden and Ed Cookson, the series was then given its own slot on BBC1 and BBC2 and has been broadcast extensively around the world. Other notable stop-motion feature films released since 2000 include Fantastic Mr. Fox (2009) and $9.99 (2009), and Anomalisa. In 2003, the pilot film for the series Curucuru and Friends, produced by Korean studio Ffango Entertoyment is greenlighted into a children's animated series in 2004 after an approval with the Gyeonggi Digital Contents Agency. It was aired in KBS1 on November 24, 2006 and won the 13th Korean Animation Awards in 2007 for Best Animation. Ffango Entertoyment also worked with Frontier Works in Japan to produce the 2010 film remake of Cheburashka.
Variations of stop motion: Stop motion has very rarely been shot in stereoscopic 3D throughout film history. The first 3D stop-motion short was In Tune With Tomorrow (also known as Motor Rhythm), made in 1939 by John Norling. The second stereoscopic stop-motion release was The Adventures of Sam Space in 1955 by Paul Sprunck. The third and latest stop motion short in stereo 3D was The Incredible Invasion of the 20,000 Giant Robots from Outer Space in 2000 by Elmer Kaan and Alexander Lentjes. This is also the first ever 3D stereoscopic stop motion and CGI short in the history of film. The first all stop-motion 3D feature is Coraline (2009), based on Neil Gaiman's best-selling novel and directed by Henry Selick. Another recent example is the Nintendo 3DS video software which comes with the option for Stop Motion videos. This has been released December 8, 2011 as a 3DS system update. Also, the movie ParaNorman is in 3D stop motion.

Healthy eating apps: SideChef
SideChef searches for recipes based on ingredients on-hand. With over 1,000 step by step recipes, you’ll find it hard to get bored. The app keeps track of what you’ve cooked in the My Table feature. In addition to the step-by-step cooking and preparing instructions, there are over a hundred new ingredient-specific videos. For example, video on how to supreme grapefruit, julienne carrots, and the proper way to mince an onion right when you need it.
I aim to take some inspiration from sidechef, One of the main features to my app is the ability for people to share and download recipes. Sidechef has all of the recipes there for anyone to get, but the way they have laid out the app is what will help me get some inspiration. The app is super easy to navigate and use. I have actually started using this app since I found it and can say it is definitely a good app.
One of the other things I really loved about this app was their onboarding. Onboarding is such an important part of any app and one that I know I need to get right for my own. The onboarding used for sidechef is simple yet very useful, they bring you through a few screens letting your chose if you have any food allergies and then choosing what type of recipes you are wanting to find. For example, you can choose to see only vegan meals or meals that can be cooking on a budget.
The last thing that I gained from using this app that will help my own is that initially I was planning only using illustrations but after using this app I have noticed that the use of photography can really add to the meal and recipe page, so I think I am going to try and use a mixture of both.
