funny realization about rain world

yknow how the iterators have messengers (hunter, spearmaster, ect.), little dudes they send out to deliver stuff

the definition of an angel is "a spiritual being believed to act as an attendant, agent, or *messenger* of God, conventionally represented in human form with wings and a long robe."

the iterators are artificial gods, which makes any messengers they create angels.

idk if this is significant its just funny calling the "stab everything to death and absorb its nutrients" scug and the cancer scug angels

I'm having so much Galaxy brain rn. Wasn't bilbo influenced to join the company through a song? Like, thorin played the harp one time and bilbo decided to go on this wondrous adventure? Is that not Fate? Is that not a magic in and of itself?

Isn't the magic of the dwarves the ability to sing to the earth and hear its song in return? Do the elves not sing to the stars and the seas?

So, to me, it makes sense that bilbo baggins an unremarkable little hobbit, son of "The Remarkable Belladonna Took", touched by Fate even from the beginning, was the one who started it all? Was the beginning of the end not the day a baby Bilbo first cried into the air and the world sang back?

Bound in two red, rectangular leathers and three pieces of oval metal, the Binder of Silly contained nothing but silliness, and in fact, it was too silly that the government actually banned it just an hour into its publication. No one knew who the original writer was; not even the Publishing company itself that distributed several copies of the Binder to every library and bookstore all over the country.

The CEO of the said Publishing company was sent to jail the morning after, and all personnel were threatened to pay a fine, and despite multiple protests by both the workers of the company and citizens of the country, the government was hard at work locating and burning every copy they could find.

After one whole year, the government managed to find and destroy 993 copies of it, and only seven more to go...

uhhh starting with twilight?

Twilight is aroace in my au and wasn't to fond of her wings when she first got them, still isn't only barley using them when not needed, she focused on her magic more, but on her friends, with the help of spike shes doing fine. :)
