諏訪湖サービスエリアで見つけたお菓子、チーズケーキアントルメ。

どうやら諏訪湖の近くにある洋菓子屋、丸安田中屋さんのチーズケーキのようです。

サービスエリアでは冷凍の状態で売られていたので、家で解凍して食すという形です。諏訪から自宅まで保冷バッグに入れて運んだら、ちょうど良いぐらいに解凍されていました。

各地のサービスエリアで「○○牧場のチーズケーキ」とかよく見かけるので、そんな感じかなぁ、と思って食べてみると……。

このチーズケーキ、一味違う……！？

食感としてはレアチーズケーキなんですが、かなりツルッとした感じで、ケーキというよりチーズを食べている感覚に近いです。甘さもかなり控えめで、クリームチーズ味のさっぱりしたパンナコッタを食べているような感じ……(伝わって)。

お取り寄せ界では既に人気の商品のようで、人気になるのも頷けるわぁ……と大きく首を縦に振るぐらい、さっぱり美味しいチーズケーキでした。

諏訪方面に行く時にこれはリピートせねば！こうやって美味しいものと出会うのも、遠出の醍醐味ですねぇ。
