about. in which the stark racing f1 team talks about the 2025 strategy and beyond

notes. with this chapter i wanted to involve a bit of politics and 'realistically' explain why stark racing won't immediately win a wdc (because with the whole set up, it would be possible). f1 are politics and no matter how many drivers say cash is king, connections have sometimes more worth

"welcome, everyone. thank you for tuning in", greets tony with a big smile on his face, spreading his arms as if going in for a hug.

"as you can see, i'm not currently with any departement, i'm doing the finishing touches in my own lab back in new york... since i don't want to drag anyone here to the US for meetings, we will proceed like this until january next year."

"now, i know it will be annoying with dragging your equipement with you and it's also unsafe, since you know... data secrets bla bla- so, in the next few days, each stark racing employee will receive the so called 'tactical intelligence glasses', which you can see me wearing. it's voice activated and can only be used by the one who sets it up, which will be you!" while speaking, tony fiddles with a pencil in his hand and starts walking around in his lab, showcasting it to every viewer.

"to cut things short, you'll receive a tutorial on how to use these glasses and set them up once you receive them. if you ever lose them, don't worry, we can track them. destroying them is pretty hard, but please don't try to make it a challange... our plan is to use them not only during meetings but also during the race, to keep our data from the cameras. with netflix, paparazzi and other cameras from the news, it's easy to steal data that shouldn't be accessible."

"alright then", he ends his ramblings with a clap, "we're going over the interesting part now. let's talk strategy..."

y/n let's her father's voice wash over her, her own glasses perched on her nose and feeding her constant information. in front of her are two holograms, projected by the hologram table in the meeting room she's currently in. the standing figure of her father and the presentation he's currently rattling off, all of it in a glowing blue.

next to her sits kevin, her future teammate, exhausted from the long 24 season but still paying attention. the rest of the room is filled with their team, the race engineers and trainers- each of them having their own glasses on.

to outsiders it looks like they're clowns, but it's a common sight in stark industries. decades ahead of the general public, stark stands for the future. of course they're trying to push it to the outer world, selling hologrammic equipement to both the industry but also private customers, but it's a slow progress.

the marketing team of SI hopes with their public use of the glasses and other devices they'll attract more customers, leaving the age of apple and samsung behind and instead welcoming the age of holograms. powered by starkanium, the production of phones, tablets, computers- anything really, is much cheaper and enviroment friendly than what's currently dominating the market.

shaking her head, y/n focuses on the presentation again. of course she knows it by heart already, she helped writing it, brooding over the strategy with the team ever since the team got announced.

"... the plan is to finish between 5th-3rd on the construction championship. not higher, not lower. we don't want to place higher, because this is our testing season. we will be practically sandbagging from the beginning, not revealing our true power for 2026."

yes... the construction championship. it will bring in money, not that they would need it, but it will justify the expenses they're going to make during the season to prepare for their second one. y/n is under no illusion, if they want, they could go all out and snag at least p2, if not p1. maybe she would even get her world championship- only then for everyone to say she won because she's driving a stark machine and not because of her own skill.

it sounds arrogant, she knows. but y/n believes, no, she doesn't only believe, she knows, she is one of the best in the whole world. if she can go against her father in an iron man suit, who can be only piloted by less than ten people in the world... winning in an f1 car is nothing.

but they've already made enemies for not waiting until 2026 like audi, 'enemies', who have much more pull within the motorsport world than them, simply because they're already established. christian horner is one, followed by toto wolff, the iconic red racing team not far behind.

with they're entry, they didn't make friends on the paddock, so for their first season... they can't be too good. or else their future seasons will be ruined.

it's stupid, to think like this, to think so far ahead, to think of others, in a sport where winning is everything. but it's not. cash and connections influence everything you do, how far you succeed. they have plenty of money, but are practically poor in connections. heck, even haas is better established than them.

they won't be, not after they're done after their first season. they will show the world, what stark racing is truly made of. and y/n will prove, that a woman can win.

"-bought data packs from previous seasons, dating back a whole decade, from mercedes and aston martin. cost a pretty penny, but data is everything. not to mention, after the big leak that happend in the middle of the season, we managed to grab enough data on all teams to calculate 3523 outcomes to this season. points, standings, anything." kevin wheezes at the number, which is followed by several data sheets. he gapes at the calculations, which predict another world championship for max 2064 times. all from the data they managed to collect.

"insane, right?", y/n whispers to kevin, who turns his head to her. his wide eyes make her snicker.

"welcome to stark racing, mate. just you wait until JARVIS and FRIDAY start feeding in new numbers and information." a muttered 'holy shit' is the only answer she gets and y/n has to snicker again. toto wolff once said something about formula one being war planning... well, he should know that stark industries and it's most brilliant minds know everything about war. be it on the market, by income or an actual alien invasion.

"we want to achieve at least one win, be it in a proper race or sprint, three podiums per driver and at least two fastest laps. and it will be possible", her father continues, pointing at a hologram of their car. it spins lazily in a circle, showing off it's aeorodynamic curves.

"this car is faster than the rb19, goes on par with the rb20. we don't know the upgrades from red bull, but another year and we can pretty much predict their stats for 2026. newey is predictable, all his upgrades point towards the perfection of the car, he focuses on what to make better and not invent something completely new. and if he does, he takes ages to prove it's better than what they had before. newey is brilliant, but he's no stark." there it is again, the facts of their rivals, taken apart and put back together to summerize their data in a few simple words.

"so, our motto for this season is testing, collecting data and improving for the next season. we're sandbagging, we're restricting ourselves. so if we ever do bad... we all know we could do much better. the engineering team will send first comparisons between the SR-1 and SR-2 out next week, y/n has already tested both cars in the sim, so we will have some data to read off."

"so, with that, we're pretty much done. thank you everyone for listening, i know for some it's very early right now, so if you have to read over the spark notes- JARVIS has put a summary of the most important information together, you'll receive the mail right after this converence. thank you again and welcome to stark racing, everyone!" claps fill the room and y/n takes off her glasses. it's exhausting to play mindgames like this, to calculate the desired outcome, but it will all come together.

hopefully, with her as a world champion, with the bold stark name on her back.

I'm typing this from an ancient samsung galaxy note 5, which is barely keeping up with the speed of my typing, and will never be able to keep up with my work. for context, it hasn't been used in 6 years.

it's a lot more urgent now, because classes/work start up again in 1 and a half weeks. my most pressing phone-related matter is planning a vision consultation for the advocacy organization i work for. this will take place january 20th, so i need! a! phone!

the phone of all time in my opinion . did the matte back glass before it was trendy. perfectly sized and very google-ey if that makes sense. also it had two full sized speakers on the front and also you could squeeze the phone does anyone remember that. you could squish this phone to pull up google assistant it was the coolest feature of all time.squishy phone. this is my favourite phone of all time & you can tell bc it’s this exact same soft and squishy look & feel that led me to my current phone (foreshadowing)

does anyone even remembered this phone because i was obsessed with it as a kid and frankly if you look past the dated ui the actual phone is so sick. it’s the squarest phone of all time. it has lights on the back. it’s blue. what’s there not to like

also i think it turned into the razr phone (Nextbit got bought by them)which is so funny to me bc it’s so far devorced from the actual original Point of this phone nobody ask me about the Robin i will write essays

i know this website hates iphones but guys this is the softest phone in the whole wide world. it’s the pixel 3 but for the whole phone. the back is so soft and also the fact that the glass is actually tinted makes me go crazy it’s so nice it’s like a pillow if it was a phone. i own this one so i can confirm it feels exactly how it looks it does

JSAUX Nylon Braided Cords (Micro USB/Lighting) - Part 1 (first half recorded) (Apr. 6th, 2024)

After going through my Fintie Slim Case review two weeks later, I’m now finally moving with the next one that me and to one of my closest friends are been waiting for. This here’s my two related items from Mar. 12th to the 24th (even after on the 25th that I’d eventually got my new tablet case as I’d mentioned).

⬆️ (1st to 2nd images; from March 2024 after obtained these packages from Amazon.com)

Say hello to my new charging cables of 2024. Guess you’ve never expected to have two new charging cable I’d asked my mom to ordered from Amazon.com last month. You see, I’d originally planned to have just one charging cable for my Samsung Tab E device; especially what happened to my original usb cable years later. Link Here

Though I was thinking of getting a second charging cable for my recent iPad device I’m holding. It wasn’t a bad suggestion or anything, but sure glad to save up both boxes as of this writing. On the left (Dated: Mar. 12th) was the first one to obtained, but also said that it only supported on Apple devices such as phones or tablets. Meanwhile on the right (Dated: Mar. 24th) is a second delivery I’d been waited for days later. At least now knowing that this is the one for my android device to set up with. Sure looks identical on both of their box designs, but doesn’t mean they’re in a same sizes when saving in comparison soon. Same goes when doing the unboxing part that you wanted to see.

⬆️ (3rd through 6th images; on Mar. 31st from 2:26 to 2:32 P.M.)

Saving it at the end of March 2024; during in the afternoon is where I’d made some comparisons with both boxes. As you might of guess, it was pretty much different in sizes as expected to be. Guess what I’m doing the unboxing part first? Though nevertheless, it was not bad from the beginning for each boxes I’d compared to.

⬆️ (7th through 10th Images; from 2:38 to 2:46 P.M.)

I’m now moving on with the unboxing part within seconds later. Gotta say, it looked unique than my other original cables I’ve been using for years. This time, they’re nylon braided colored red and blue cables in display. I’ve been waited to get one of those that promised for strength and protection, but also hoping that can work for any devices to charge well without error.

So anyways, the first one is the blue Micro-USB cable(s), but never expected of owning two cables in one box before. Sure, I can save the second cable if I’d possibly lost the first cable to find; at least not necessarily. That being said, I think having two cables for myself was an odd yet thoughtful choice to take. So I don’t see why not it was worth it.

Nevertheless, as I’d continued on is having a small booklet to mostly its elastic straps. That’s good news to see it came from the box. 😃👍 Now I can wrapped around them unlike some other original cables In tangled mess. Though I have been using bread ties as alternatives, but sometimes it might break easily if pulling it too much. Thank goodness now that I’d had some elastic straps for the first time. Same goes to my red colored Lighting cable; at least for just one strap made.

⬆️ (11th through 13th Images; on Apr. 6th, 2024 from 7:36 to 7:38 A.M.)

Now this here I've been saving for this month later, but finally got to test out with my blue Micro-USB cable onto my older Samsung device; during the afternoon. I'm sure everyone and mostly one of my friends are hoping to see; if it can detect while charging through my old tablet that is.

Before I can set things up, I'd loosing up those two white rubber bands that was secure from said usb cable packaging. As for how long does this item is? Just about 6.6 ft actually. Now if I can save some time to compared with my original Samsung cable later in extras. Also, another look of this elastic strap as I'd notice there's two of them sticking together. So that’s explained why I’d gotten two cables in one box/package, but should’ve show of myself taking each elastic straps off together before moving on. 🤷‍♂️

⬆️ (14th through 21st Images; from 7:40 to 7:59 A.M.)

Next up, I’d used this recent adaptive Samsung charger to connect with my new charging cable. Believe or not, this still works that I’d been using it for my older Samsung device years later. Until its original usb cable gotten worn down and aged you’d already seen before. At least knowing its adaptive charger still running well as I’d connected to my older device again. Nice! 😉👍

⬆️ (22nd through 25th Images; from 7:59 to 8:00 A.M.)

With that, I’d eventually turn on my android device shortly after taking some photos out of it. Looks promising so far, but it was odd that where the progress begin at 11% of battery life from the start. It should’ve been from the beginning at zero percentage after letting my device running dry days later. Nevertheless, at least that’s all according to my plans as of this recording.

⬆️ (26th through 28th Images; from 8:01/8:02 to 12:35 P.M.)

And now after waited through hours; while keeping an eye of exact timing, my older Samsung device now fully charged at 🔋100% of battery life. Good! 😁👍 I’m really glad to see it lit up again, but also with my 128GB SanDisk card that kept with my photos/drawings I’d been transferred to. At least it still there after few years later, but sure does felt like forever to be honest. Getting back to this review though, my new charging cable did an fine job albeit slightly than I would’ve hoped. You see when examining the time through with some photos; from 8 to 12 P.M., it took about 5 hours of charging up my older Samsung tablet device. Not exactly for quick charging results to have. That being said, it did tried its best of helping my device out without some issues. With having the nylon braided material for hopes of better protection, consider my original Samsung cable being replaced.

My Overall Thoughts/Impressions: ⬇️

As far as this first parter, testing out with my new micro-usb cable wasn’t too bad during this review. Despite having to wait around five hours or less, it still detect to my older Samsung tablet for the first time I’d connected with. At least now it helped fully charged up once more.

Hope you guys enjoy this review, but sorry if I’d been keeping this waited from weeks ago. Though stay tuned as I’m saving for the second parter soon. Until then, I’ll be taking some break time already.

What advice would you give to new fanfic writers that are just getting started?

I actually really wanted someone to ask this question. I'll answer from two different POVs, a reader and a writer.

As a reader, something that turns me away from fics is punctuation/spacing. Something I learned in school was that every paragraph should be around 5-7 sentences. Obviously, with fiction writing, it's a little looser but try to steer clear from page-long paragraphs. They can be hard to keep up with, sometimes.

Usually, as long as it's nothing crazy, I look past spelling errors and stuff, but I personally use Grammarly (the free version) and just have it enabled on my laptop (it's also great for school papers if you're still in school, FYI). I honestly don't look over my writing more than once most of the time, but the big stuff is marked in red and I can usually catch it before posting.

Also, if you don't feel comfortable/don't want to swear in your work, just don't. I've seen some other people say similar things (and I don't see it nearly as often anymore) but when people use "#%@*(" instead of swearing it pulls me out of the fic. There's non-swears you can use as alternatives and they flow better in my opinion.

As a writer, I'd say don't force yourself to write things sequentially. A lot of the time when I get the initial idea for something, I write a scene and work my way around it. For Days Into Decades, I wrote my beginning, then wrote some nonsensical scene that'll end up as my ending, and did some big scenes scattered throughout as my middle. Now, I go back through my doc and reread what I've written to pick and choose what I want/don't want to use.

Also, don't write on social media when you're creating a post. What I mean, is use something like Google Docs, which saves automatically, in case your device crashes or lags and deletes everything. The amount of times I've flat-out rage quitted something because I've lost like 2k of thoughts is uncountable.

I really like Google Docs and work pretty much exclusively on there when working on my drafts. I'm bad at labeling my docs, but trying to work on it more given the sheer amount of 'untilted documents' I have to search through when I'm looking for a specific old project. It also just works well with what I'm using, because I have a Chromebook (mostly because it's the closest I could get to a Nokia-level of durability).

At the end of the day, what really helps is keeping with it. I cringe at the thought of this, but my OG fanfic was a PJO x Avengers Tower AU with my own OC named "Paxton, but everyone calls me Pax". It had clipart and I used Pic Collage and I had a linked Instagram filled with Batman memes. No part of it made sense and because I wrote on my (barely functioning) 2015 Samsung (in 2017) it was riddled with spelling errors and every other sentence was an Author's Note filled with random emoji's.

My writing compared to then, even compared to a year ago, has completely changed. I've probably written at least five pages a week since I was thirteen. Now, almost twenty, I feel really confident about my writing style and the things I publish. I also usually ask for comments so I can get feedback on what I've written (and because I really like talking).

Some thoughts i had if reader was the killer. They could be someone who was living here since it was built, or even a homeless living in an abandoned house bc its free property. And then weird things start to crop up, or The Hole beckons for them, or könig and horangi try to scare/psychologically torture reader and readers like "meh, my family was worse" (or even caved in and mindbroken 👀). Potential!!!!!

Fuck imagine könig/horangi killing reader and reader became a vengeful spirit but after years theyre like "yeah we kinda chilled out. We dont go to each others necks anymore and even enjoy each others company. He apologised and i forgave him. It wasnt a big deal anyway, got nothing going on for me in life."

The way the ghosts doesnt have to be normal 👻👻 ghosts, you can be any ghost from your own culture ! How amazing is that! Id love to be a kuntilanak just chilling with my beautiful long hair, not having to wash it anyway because im dead.

Even if theres potential for hot sloppy earthshattering cumsplattering ghost sex, i dont wanna think about it. Im thinking of the more 🩷 romantic 🩷 aspects of being like this. I dont know why but theres something romantic about killing other people for someone you love.

FACT About My Sona Why did she apply to a camp? she drop out of school many times but she graduated at high school she is not interested on collage instead she is looking for a job, she was hire as waitress but her jobs did not go well due to lack communicated, she found a promotion poster for camp willow that maybe she can learn from camp willow to communicated well and oh boy does she in for a ride :)

Yay, an introduction for this account. It's been 2 years, and I still haven't made an intro of this baby, so.. Im gonna do it right now!

Sorry this is a bit of a mini interview, but I’m really curious because I’m thinking about doing something similar with a different piece of media.

What made you want to start rewriting Warriors?

How do you keep yourself going? (Since it’s a big undertaking)

And lastly, is it as popular as you had hoped? Or do you think the popularity will change over time?

Oh goodness, you don't have apologize for asking me questions! It's all good!

(Though... Is Tumblr having an issue with anyone else with asks being squished?)

I wanted to start rewriting Warriors since my deep dissatisfaction with the series as a teen when I read Bramblestar's Storm and DNF'd DOTC. I didn't know about a new writing team, but I knew something was wrong. I took a break for years, just occasionally watching a new Multi-Animator Project or rarely adding my own AU ideas into a big page in Samsung Notes. "Just in case" I said to myself. Taking notes on what I would do differently, specifically post/during the Great Battle with the cats who would live or die. That is where the rewrite truly began. A better version of the series that I would enjoy.

Later, I started saying "huh... Some of these ideas could co-exist." And started seeing what other people did, what people wanted to see, what I wanted to see, some of the flaws in the series I'd forgotten about, things like that. It snowballed and I made a note SO BIG that Samsung stopped allowing autocorrect on it because it was too big. (I've been splitting it up since then across all arcs, also helps me go more in depth to be able to take all the notes in when working)

Keeping myself going can be hard, but it helps that I have my partner who reminds me to keep going (and not get too in my own head about things) and that... Well, it's for my own pleasure, WCR is a gift to my younger self and to my own mind, as I love Xenofiction but don't... really like the people who write it. (I have my own xenofiction stories I keep in my head when I want to throw something for my brain to chase. Horses, birds, and cats that aren't Warriors to be precise).

Because god has cursed me for my hubris, and my work is never finished.

I mean, I certainly enjoy qhen it gets some attention, who doesn't enjoy it? I made my favorite cookies for me but if someone wants to snack on them too, I would be happy. Of course, I'd love to also be a millionaire writing about silly animals all day and making people happy. Popularity will change over time, that's how all things work! I always laugh when a post I make explodes, (the Leaders choosing which lives to lose still gets reblogged!) And it's always good fun. I'm happy with what I have, and I'm always happy to share it.

Did your ability to express yourself improve or worsen/deteriorate over time? Or did it stay the same? Is it different depending on how you communicate (spoken language, written language, signed…)?

My expressive language has increased over time, and my communication in general has also increased in accuracy and clarity. I put a lot of work into this (especially when I type, because that can be more challenging than symbol AAC for me), and I’m very proud of myself for how much I’ve accomplished. And most of all I am proud of the work I put in.

I went from not even understanding my own mind enough to know that the scripts that were reflexively spilling out of my mouth meant the opposite of my thoughts - to being able to express myself in writing like I am doing now. It took many years but I’m so relieved to have this level of communication now. There’s still things to work on (for example, remembering that I am able to communicate and that it’s a good thing to do, in a lot of circumstances), but I have come a long way.

I find some forms of communication easier than others, and each of them have benefits and disadvantages. For example, body language/gestures and noises is often the most automatic response for me (and easier because I don’t need language for that), but it’s not accurate and people can easily misinterpret what I mean. BSL is good for quick things because signs, symbols and shapes connect to meanings better in my mind. For face to face communication, I use symbol AAC, which I don’t always form grammatical sentences on, but the symbols help me process my thoughts and transfer them into an understandable message much faster than when I type. But when I do take the time to either type or make full long sentences or passages on AAC, it takes the most effort but gets my thoughts across the most clearly.

Most of my daily communication (other than my posts on here) is on WhatsApp with my mum, and has been for years. Getting my first phone was really the thing that started to unlock my mind to the possibility of real communication (although that tiny keyboard - on a Samsung Galaxy S, I believe - was not the best for my motor skills!).

23. I'm gonna be completely honest here. I truly have no idea what exactly got me to watching the series. All I remember is I started watching it when I was in the 5th or 4th grade when my great obsession and utter fascination with Sherlock Holmes first started. I do, however, remember how my obsession with said dumb homo detective actually began. As embarrassing as it may sound it all rooted from the cartoon show Sherlock Holmes in the 22nd Century that aired on Qubo which was the only channel I really ever watched as a wee lad besides the occasional PBS Kids since it was some of the only cartoons I could get without cable. I'm not entirely sure what element precisely about Holmes as a character really took ahold of my little self's brain so much, but from there I just kept studying him and the books anytime I could. And eventually I somehow ended up on YouTube watching the greatest Sherlock Holmes there ever was, and ever will be, move with grace upon the screen on my shitty Samsung tablet and capture me in a way that nothing or anyone had ever done so up to that point in my life. He became my hero and someone I became rather attached to as I felt I could relate to some of his characteristics and felt a little less alone with that fact in mind. Eight years later, here I am. Writing far too much for anyone to bother reading about the exact same man I watched on my screen back then, finding more and more comfort in not just him but the man who brought him to life so beautifully who I love too much for my own good, and having 'Sherlock' as my legitimate name and being addressed as such by everyone in my life. Sorry for the memoir but hopefully that answered your question <3.

30. I'd just like to thank everyone who consistently interacts with this account and provide so much great content for this small fandom to enjoy while most other platforms provide little to none. My life has taken a turn and put me on entirely new grounds where I'm yet to figure things out and left me somewhat scared and confused. But I can say with certainty that this fandom has kept my worried mind from running a little too fast for me to catch up and fall into a bad place. Everything from ACD hating Holmes with a passion and trying to kill him off only to have his own MUM tell him to resurrect him, to Jeremy Brett sending himself a fan letter because he was sad, has kept me on my feet and I cannot thank you enough for that. Thank you 100 times for sending in questions and giving my weird posts the time of day as it means the most, and feel free to send more or just ask anything in general and I'll absolutely try and answer. First week of school is in the books! Must say, I thought a lot during the week, "This time last year, we were in Jamaica." I don't think I need to go back there but I did have a good time and I'm glad we went.
