I’ve officially decided that my cheat days will be whenever my other half wants to go on a little lunch/dinner/breakfast date. He knows I’m on a “strict diet” so he promised to keep it to once every 2-3 weeks.

I feel so sick to my stomach I don’t even want the comfort of food.. I don’t deserve the comfort of food. We come into this world the same way we go out.. alone, so I won’t use food as my crutch. Today I will start a 4 day fast, I will stop when the scales tells me I’m worthy of love, comfort and sustenance.
I will be worthy & accepting of his comfort and love when I am comfortable & love what’s underneath my own skin.

Successfully fasted to make up for my c/s disaster yesterday, so all I drank was water & Diet Coke. Also walked >11,300 steps so I’m happy that I’ve had at least a -150 cal day.

Dinner: Made a burger with half a Quorn Peppered Fillet (69cal), 1/2 an onion (32cal), 1.5 cup of lettuce (9cal), jalapeños (8cal), 1 slice of thin wholemeal bread (59cal), 1 tablespoon of ketchup (7cal), lighter than light mayo (15cal).
Used the rest of the lettuce with a carrot (22cal)
My Smartwatch estimated I burned 221cal on my cycle today.
Total calories: 232 - 221 = 11cal
