Quick question, what are your thoughts on the One Piece live action 💖

Oh thank you so much for asking!

I am so FRIKEN EXCITED for it, man, you have no idea.

One Piece is obviously going to be very difficult to transition into a live action setting, but i think theyre doing the absolute best they can with the cards they were given. I like to keep my expectations low so that im always surprised, and boy howdy was i surprised with that trailer. I literally watched it like 5 times over in pure glee.

I really cant explain why… i think it’s just the childlike wonder within my soul being like “omg my fav characters doing something fun :O!! Im so excited :DD”

Plus the actors (from what ive seen) are all really fun and i really wanna watch their full on screen chemistry. Like sure its childlike wonder, but its also so much curiosity. Like how are they gonna pull this off :D??

The only thing i could see happening that would make me dislike it is the cgi, but like… i know in my heart that i Will Not Care if the cgi is bad. I used to watch Supergirl AND The Flash CW TV shows and didnt mind.

Actually that’s not true, i have another fear for the show. About a year ago or so there was some kind of leak (idk if its even real or not) for the script that depicted luffy acting not very luffy-like. But like… surely they fixed that. I dont want to live in a world where luffy is depicted giving genuine pep talks and not just telling someone that “yeah if i dont accomplish this then I’m probably dead” (which winds up being more inspiring than anything else he could possibly say)

Plus, if this live action thang turns out to be good????? Ohhhhh ohh hohohoooo. The friends of mine who dont watch one piece and have no intention of watching one piece will be secured tightly in a chair with duct tape and forced to watch it.

I think this little bite sized nugget of one piece could be a lot less pressure to try to get others into since it’ll be so short (in comparison to its 2d counterpart). And who knows, maybe watching the first bit will inspire them to continue watching. :’).

So i guess you can say ive got high hopes.

I can really tell this whole thing has been a labor of love, and thats enough to get me hype.

And also luffy’s actor is very cute.

i like being sillygoofy, but if anyone ever insinuates thats all there is to her im going to get bitey about it. i dont know What she could have going on, but shes one of those characters that Burns. something is burning there, someway, and i am so excited to see what that is. she feels like a character threaded in a specific kind of Wanting, a specific kind of Drive, one that goes and goes and goes, and im so deeply hoping thats true. its difficult to explain.

a lot of her Is masked by her role as a comedic relief, even when she has "moments," and that is Suspicious As Hell. not in a "shes lying" way necessarily but in a "Hey What Was That." kinda way. i Need to know how she thinks. what she Wants, how she Reaches for it. i want to know whats at the deepest part of her, if that makes sense. so much of her is clouded by something or other, but its there theres Something... its something.

i want to know what she stands for and why, what matters to her, where it all comes from. she feels like such a heartfelt character-- i want to know where it lies. no matter what it is though, good for her. she can do whatever she wants forever. i think she should kill about it honestly.

OMG a coriolanus fic!!! AND a yandere one at that 😳 I cant even begin to explain how excited I am lol. It was soooo good like coriolanus was MADE to be in a yandere fic, it fits him so well. I love how you described his charm and "kind smile" but it almost being like a mask hiding what was really underneath. I also loved the moment he calmly sent reader out the door after she said she didn't want to stay, immediate chills lol. I feel like after lucy gray (and his whole breakdown after she left) coriolanus almost wouldn't allow himself to get enraged over things anymore and definitely wouldn't let someone affect him like that anymore. So him being calm but literally not letting reader tell him no and deciding for her fit him SO well in my opinion. Coriolanus has quickly become my hyper fixation and favorite character so I just wanna thank you for the fic and tell you how good it was lol 🙏

I really think he can be made to work well as a yandere, the blueprints (at least book wise) are all there with Lucy Gray. But I do think that as you said, he would change after her, keep himself more composed. He's no longer willing to allow cracks in his armor, hence taking a hard line immediately with reader. No room for compromise or weakness. Just. Immediate correction of reader's behavior to see what they do and how well they can behave.

Narancia was never the best artist. He always tried his best, but he never found himself to be good at it. But when you asked if you could spend Valentine's day at one of those painting pottery studios, he couldnt say no. Plus, he wanted to give art one last try and to see a smile on your face, even the thought of it, already made him excited. You two showed up to the studio and he picked out a comically large mug and you picked out a plate. He was so excited, picking out tons of colors. You two talked for hours, even getting a coffee or two while you painted. You finally decided to paint your with your favorite colors and designs and Narancia decided to go for a Valentine's theme. It felt like time flew, but it was actually about an hour and a half of the two of you just painting. You finished something you were proud of, smiling at the little designs. Narancia jumped up with a bit of paint on his nose that made you giggle. "I finished!" He exclaimed, facing his mug towards you. There was a giant heart painted on it and thousands of colors covering the whole thing. Besides it looking a bit like a kindergarten art project, it actually looked kind of good. My experience with limerence was very unique in the sense i had real things to cling on to and give me real hope and these things have also forced me to do some serious self reflecting and healing, it started off just normal chats on a dating app didnt think anything of it and we had spoke on multiple occasions but never in my wildest dreams did i think i was going to end up as i did

Fast forward a couple weeks he texted me one night saying he came to my area. Details to consider was that he wasn’t comfortable with meeting with men he had just worked a double shift and on top of that we had a large age gap he didnt know what to expect of me, despite these things he wanted to and committed to meeting me not know where it would go.

For me i was shocked to have a person put in so much effort into me, up until this moment i still just thought wow i havent been excited to meet him but hey anyone willing to go these extens for me is worth meeting and having in my in my life, so i ran out no shirt just a sweater shorts and crocs,

When i saw him in my parking lot he was parked on his motorcycle just waiting for me snd when i looked at his eyes in person it was like they twinkled with positivity and from that alone i was yanked into another realm and from my shock he couldnt help but smile and for what did he do that i just fell even deeper i couldnt begin to form words except saying his name like omg i cant believe you’re here you showed up, but i also cant believe how HANDSOME you are wow it felt like prince charming pulling up on me

From there on i got my act together to a very short extent, i almost felt star struct 😂😭 but i found the words to let him know how appreciative i was to just see him, we went on to talk about how my day went and i had some vocal lessons earlier on that day , so i explained what i had learned and i wasnt going in much depth to not bore him but he asked me to and my heart smiled because im very very passionate about music

This is where my experience differs from other limerent people i wasnt seeking someone to fuel my dreams or desire to live i was more so excited to have someone by my side to share all these dreams i have and wanting to be a big star we’ve seen some celebrities crumble under all the pressure so despite how strong minded i am i felt having a person to talk to about these things was all i needed so for him to seek more information just as i said made my hesrt smile

Before this i had always considered myself a hopeless romantic ready for real love but a si said earlier i never imagined id begin to feel those strong feelings with this person,

with that said the intrusiveness began to take over i didnt think i wanted to know more about him or even get around to meeting him but in the moment everything else seemed faded away and my only focus was bullding this connection even further

after that conversation about music which im going to save more info for a 4 page letter to him inspired by aaliyah but long story short i found out later he already knew about music and was simply allowing me to fully express my thoughts which again touched my heart in ways it hadnt been touched

before in all my previous experiences i think i was also limerent in terms of really seeking reciprocation but i let very simple superficial things fuel that fulfillment of reciprocation in example fast responding, smoking me up with nothing in return nothing truly meaningful but i still would feel oh this person likes and values me soooo much

But after the conversation of music we went on to talk about past sexual experiences and how unfulfilling they were for both of us and again i gained a new found respect and attraction here we were two in opinion very attractive people who havent had a mutual respectful intimate bond with someone of the same sex, his experiences were un consented mine were with people i truly truly was settling for for enjoyment in the moment and before me was a guy i felt i wouldnt be settling in any area it was like my dreams were in reach of grasping

With all that said an hour had passed we chatted about a few topics and got heavily into each of them and i simply did not want him to leaveee but he had to and so i started goofing seound sitting on his motorcycle so he wouldnt be allowed to leave i put on his gloves for shits and giggles and i even let him teach me how to ride it even tho i had ZERO intentions of ever doing so but i thoroughly enjoyed hearing his passion as well but when i noticed how late it was and being considerate of him having to work in the morning another double i thought itd been enough so i stopped goofin

again i was touched that he allowed me to goof around he goofed with me and he had just spent all this time with me cloud 9 was an understatement all this with no physicality and before he was leaving i looked in his eyes and this part is kind of blurred but i remember thinking idk if this is what i said or if any words were said but i was like i would regret it if i didnt ask or act and i wanted a kiss next thing you know we did and that was just as people have described limerence pure ecstasy i couldnt think of a moment i felt happier the kissing felt so correct and i enjoyed it so much didnt wanna let go and after the kiss he gave me what felt like the tightest hug of my life i felt my lower back getting ready to collapse in his arms and again i couldnt think of a time i felt more vulnerable but okay with it and just pure enjoyment pure magic as if i was struct by lightening and when he left and i walked away i was still on my cloud 7365 i felt like i had birds flying above my head like in the cartoons i just remember feeling like wow this feels unreal what a beautiful human what a beautiful moment wow wow wow this is what ive been waiting forrr 😍😍😍 i screamed before getting inside im a very loud person so its one of the first things i think of doing when overwhelmed with joy snd when i got inside i wrote in my journel things i remembered from our conversation which in the moment wasnt a lot because i was so deep in my deep fondness of him my cloud 9 state

But as someone has mentioned limerence has a very dark painful aching side as well which is how i was able to remember more because the day he told me we had to stop progressing due to him not being anywhere near the deepness i was which was understandable i had to reflect on all the positive time we had and i relived it in the sense of remembering how amazing it felt and now how low i felt in the moment how could i have felt two drastic feelings from the same person, i cried my heart out in a way i didnt even come close to when i lost a dear dear family member of mine and the same involuntary control limerence had on me when i was on cloud 9 and couldnt help it i couldnt help but grieve my highest hopes were shot down and it felt like my heart was shot as well i didnt have a clue of how to begin healing so crying sufficed and i cried so much my face became swollen and i looked at myself in my camera in disbelief it was like i didnt recognize myself and that hurt me more that i got so low due to someone elses actions so the phase of guilt and blame came on me like why did i pour so much emotion so so soon im at 110 of course he doesnt feel at the same place as me and it was definitely a rollercoaster of emotions just as i felt i had never been happier in my life i had never felt as sad as i did

You would think i would never want to feel this limerence towards another person but innthe right situation with the right progression i know it could be a jackpot magical moment

hiii moon anon here i have a lot to say but first off: i've been analyzing the title song settle down and i've been listening to it over and over again and is the story gonna parallel the lyrics itself?? "and i don't seem to be having any effect now" like thats… oooh the angst is gonna be delicious. i hope you take this as a compliment when i say this but the whole fic takes me BACK to 2013-2015 YOU KNOW THAT ERA HAHAHA the tropes, the ambiance, the CHARACTERS!! side question: is mark or jisung gonna play bigger roles? or did they just act as plot devices for reader and haechans development. would not mind either way but given the concept of the story i can totally imagine reader coming back and just wreaking havoc on the band. sorry i love mess lol. maybe i'm delusional or maybe its the fact that it's haechan but it makes me more understanding of the character?? i trust you when you say that there's more to rockstar hc than meets the eye, and especially from his perspective it's pretty realistic that he has his guard up when it comes to really connecting with people, and we see his walls slowly crumbling down by the end too. and even in the earlier parts of the story i didn't expect him to have his sweet moments?? i honestly expected him to be worse but god him calling her PRINCESS has me on my knees i will defend reader's choices with my life because i'd do the same, i'd probably still go to the concert by the end she's so much stronger than me helppp (tho DISCLAIMER i would not be doing this for just any man its bc its haechan why i am easily swayed by the little things,,, just like reader), but i liked how she decided to take a step back this time, especially when at that point haechan is basically offering her what she has always wanted, but knowing his past actions it won't be truly easy to hang onto every word said. this is the culmination of every mixed signals and rejection that haechan gave her, and the build up to it is veryyy well done. also im still reeling from reading the fic i felt sooo many emotions and dk how to fully articulate it yet,, maybe i'll come back when i do. i even made a playlist of my own w songs that reminded me of the fic to help me move on (at least until pt 2 gets posted, cant wait tho!!)

Yes. In the very first chapter you get a tiny glimpse into Doyoung’s thoughts and he already decided to name her the next editor in chief, but he was really on the hunt for who would replace him as the head of neonet.

The texts were from Jisoo (notice she kept texting during their meeting.) Ten has been hooking up with Lisa (confirmed in chapter 5) and Lisa is close with Jisoo and Rose for obvious reasons and that’s how Ten knew about them. Lisa said reader exposed her for hooking up with a teacher. Not neonet. That kinda gave away that they were lenient with her. Ten does their bidding because they have dirt on him.

Doyoung is the spider weaving the web. The girls are the admins and run the site. Doyoung is the boss (which is why Jisoo was panicking when reader didn’t fall in line because she knew she failed to recruit her and Doyoung will not be pleased.) The girls were in charge of blackmail and Doyoung was in charge of the girls and manipulating everyone from a distance.

They do NOT know that it’s Doyoung. He does everything anonymously that way no one can ever roll on him. The real alpha of neonet has to survive or the site dies. He will have to find a replacement, but he said NCTU deserves some peace so he’s not mad about the site going underground for a while. They’ll come back with a vengeance with a new ruler and admins, but reader and her boys will be long gone by then.

Yep. In chapter one he had already picked her to be editor in chief (but didn’t tell her yet) so everything after that was a test to see if she could run neonet. Someone asked me if neonet was run by a person or a group and I said both. The 3 girls were the admins, but Doyoung was running it. Neonet survives because they will take all the heat but no one caught him.

The boys inadvertently helped her do that and with her finally allowing herself to heal and move on, lust for power had no more sway over her. She was never ruthless enough to rule neonet. 😁
