The day before was the start to a very long grieving process but I wasn't alone. My family rallied around me for support. I still had Leo and he had me. Mouse was the most special of kitties. She would let me snuggle her just like a teddy bear. I learned to let go of my guilt and to love Leo the best way I knew how.
