2022 heard me saying that it was a shit year but at least it didn’t try to kill me as many times as 2021 did, and was like ‘y’know what? Let’s end this bitch’ and made me sprain my knee again

#hahahahahahahahaaaaaaaa i hate it here #i don’t even know what happened this time. i was just in the bathroom existing and i guess i skidded on the laminate floor but i didn’t even #realise i’d done that until i heard the pop and felt the searing pain #and had to immediately sit on the ground and rest my head on my calves #we’re talking full just……. i got folded; essentially #it went back into place obviously but it hurts like a bitch and i am so tired #i told my mom immediately because if i don’t complain about something then it didn’t happen. & she was like ‘i think when you dislocated it #you weakened the joint’ fucking great sandra that’s fab. (my mom’s name isn’t sandra). i have a fucked up knee forever at the age of 26 #does anyone want a timeline? okay so i dislocated my knee in october of 2021 by falling down in my own house and now i don’t wear slippers #anymore because i tripped over loose slippers and i still get flashbacks. that was the worst pain i’ve ever felt. i screamed the house down #anyway i put my own kneecap back into place (while screaming) which was probably my first mistake because now it is fucked #back in.. i think april? may? probably may. i wrenched it again while trying to sit on a table #it stopped hurting within the week but that was because i wore the brace and took enough codeine to cause chaos in the united states #and it’s been fine for months. until tonight apparently. which is fine and cool. it’s not like i have a dog to walk or anything #except… oh wait….. i do. and there’s ice on the streets!!! feels good feels organic #my mom has offered to walk mabel for me but it is looking like i’m going to cancel the sound bath thing my friend wanted to go to on monday #which on one level is fine because i don’t know how badly i want to pay £12 to lie down on the floor and be assaulted by sound #i can definitely do that here. maybe the experience won’t be as good with my shitty bluetooth speaker but like.. crucially; it’s free #anyway. tl;dr i am once again in pain. thank you for your time #personal #rant

They tend to be animal/environmental activists and they will go the extra mile to spread awareness.

The Green Witch makes their own ritual tools from found objects in nature and they make sure these are ethically sourced materials. They might also work with Animal Guides and Plant Spirits. The forest is the Green Witch's sacred temple and they often spend time hiking or visiting parks and gardens.

02. Crystal Witch

Crystal Witches focus their magick on healing and manifesting. Crystals are known for their healing energies due to their ability to raise one's own vibration. Crystals emit this constant vibration, that when met with a lower vibration, has the ability to raise, in turn, providing healing qualities through an energetic level, which can therefore fast track our own physical healing.

Crystal Witches may also be drawn to rocks and stones alike and generally appreciate the gift of nature. They may also be attracted to the study of geology and often work with chakras/practice chakra meditation.

Kitchen Witches personalise their space with great intention and care. They instantly know when a space resonates with them or not. They often cook with whole, organic foods and they may also grow their own food. They also tend to enchant ingrediants before using them in a dish and they might sometimes make dishes to treat illnesses.

Sea Witches forge a deep bond with the sea and its inhabitants, working with its energy to manifest their intentions and achieve their goals.

Sea Witches are naturally sensitive and empathetic. The ocean is their sacred space and often times they might live near the ocean or are very drawn to it. They are also very drawn to stroms and enjoy the rain. They might study oceanic mythology and sea animals. They also often collect seashells, pebbles or other beach treasures and may use them in their craft.

A Divination Witch may draw power from the earthly elements, mediation, or with the help of seasonal changes that open portals and lower the veil between the physical and spiritual worlds. Synopsis:

A small town in Mexico is divided when the child of the Ríos family, one of the most important families in town, starts claiming to hear voices and see things that aren't there: half the town believes it must be the devil's work while the other tries to find a medical solution. The situation escalates with the arrival of a foreign guest, who clashes immediately with one of the most beloved and respected men in town.

Dr. Sebástian de la Torre: (25, he/him) A young Spanish doctor asked by the Ríos family to take a look at their child, Sebastián likes to do things his way, trusting only logic and science. Cassandra "Sandra" Ávila Reyes: (29, she/her) Félipe's older sister, unlike her brother, Sandra isn't catholic and instead practices santería, much to her brother's dislike. Maribel "Mabel" Ríos Juárez: (17, she/her)The youngest child in the Ríos family, Mabel scares the whole town with a sudden and strange behavior, claiming to hear voices in the dark and screaming for no apparent reason. Lucía Juárez de la Cruz: The matriarch of the Ríos-Juárez family and the one who's most concerned for the daughter, Lucía is the one who calls for Sebastián to help her family. Alejandro Juárez de la Cruz: Brother of Lucía and uncle of Mabel, he lives with her sister's family in the Ríos family house and is the one in charge of Mabel most of the time. Alba Gracián Ríos: Felipe's fiancée, and a relative to the Ríos family.

It makes a play at it in the very start of the film. It loudly proclaims that, HEY, WATCH THIS MOVIE, IT’S ABOUT FREE SPEECH AND THE HOLLYWOOD BLACKLIST!!!!! And it does it as loud as it can… …and then it kind of forgets what the movie is about up until the last 15 minutes. However, the bulk of the movie does seem like the kind of film that would fit in the Hollywood Blacklist Era. The plot, the acting, the setting, all seems to be very much a 1950s feel good movie… …and then it veers off again and delivers on the 1st Amendment moral to end the film with a light heavy hand…if that makes sense. So, it feels disjointed, but in a way that oddly fits the premise to begin with. Almost as if it is trying to be a movie in a movie, which might have been the point. Watch it once, it will entertain you. Watch it more than once and you’ll be bored.
