You bet! I love getting comments, especially on older fics. Usually people don't comment on drabbles or don't comment in certain fandoms, and receiving comments on those fics make me feel like I made it. lol

6. What is the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?

I'm not sure! I guess I'll go with 'He waits.' [Harry Potter, Snarry, 300 words, Rated M]. It's an expansion on a microfic I wrote for Microfic May. Infidelity + First Person.

7. What’s the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?

All of my fluff fics! I've written tons. But I guess I'll say my most recent fest fic -- Invisible String [Harry Potter, Snarry, 3.7k, Rated G].

8. Do you get hate on fics?

Once or twice. Then I turned off guest comments. If people want to leave hate, they need to be logged in so I can block them. 😈 YKINMKBYKIO, DLDR and SALS, people! I do occasionally get weird comments. They get deleted, too.

9. Do you write smut? If so, what kind?

Not usually. I'm more of a G-T rated girl, cause apparently if I write smut, I'll go dark. [Link leads to my HP Kinktober works. Mind the tags!]

10. Do you write crossovers? What’s the craziest one you’ve written?

Not yet! But I did write fusion fics/inspired/AU fics before.

11. Have you ever had a fic stolen?

I write drabbles. I don't think people will steal those. Right? 🥺 [Please, don't steal. 🙏]

12. Have you ever had a fic translated?

Nope!

13. Have you ever co-written a fic before?

I've written fics that has art, but I've never co-written a fic before. I feel like I'll be too controlling or I'll be MIA. There's no in-between. 🤣

14. What’s your all time favourite ship?

Thorki, my love! I'm still waiting on the sun to shine on them again. BUT WHEN, MARVEL? WHEN? You might not think it's Thorki given how little I've written for the ship, but I'm Mr. Knightley. If I loved [them] less, I might be able to talk about [them] more.

15. What’s a WIP you want to finish but doubt you ever will?

Restoration [Harry Potter, Snarry, Rated M]! My only WIP fic. One day! And I guess my Interacting with Unusual Creatures series [Fantastic Beasts, Gramander, Rated G]. It's suppose to be a 5+1 Things fic. There are only two moments. 🤣

16. What are your writing strengths?

Packing a (emotional) punch in as little words as possible. Did I mention I write drabbles? lol

17. What are your writing weaknesses?

Writing anything longer than 2k. It's always a *struggle*. Don't come to my AO3 account looking for a 100k plot-heavy fic. You'll be mighty disappointed.

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language in fic?

You do you!

19. First fandom you wrote for?

Teen Titans (the Cartoon Network series) and the X Files. You will never see them. Ever. 🤣

20. Favourite fic you’ve written?

I don't have an absolute fav. I have been thinking lately about a coffeeshop AU fic I written --- Warmth [Harry Potter, Snarry, 1k, Rated G]. I might write a sequel for that.

I got tagged by the ever talented @mr-laveau, thank you veauifer for that! I love games like this actually

I think I'm gonna tag @maxpaulll because you hate tag games and I think it's funny, and also @dizzy-n-busy even though I know you don't have a lot on ao3 at the moment (I just like telling people you also write fics on top of doing cool artwork/lh), also anyone else who wants to do this can! (do it. you don't need my permission. this is a threat. /lh)

1 - How many works do you have on AO3?

41. I have no social life.

2 - What's your total AO3 word count?

168,758. Again, have no social life.

3 - What fandoms do you write for?

Currently, I write for Redacted Audio and NeXus. We don't talk about my past fandoms /j

4 - What are your top 5 fics by kudos?

Welp. Let's get into this.

#1 is Natural Enemies an unfinished spider!deku x Rody Soul multi-chap fic.

#2 is Dances in the Morning a Matchablossom (Kojiro Nanjo (Joe) x Cherry Blossom (Kaoru Sakurayashiki) one shot.

#3 is Infinity another Matchablossom one shot.

#4 is Paranoia an emotional hurt/comfort Denki & Sero one shot.

#5 is Symphony yet another Matchablossom one shot.

I will not explain anything.

5 - Do you respond to comments? Why or why not?

I do! I love getting comments and I usually respond as soon as I get the email (because if I don't, I will forget they are there-)

6 - What is the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?

Uhhhh one sec I have to remind myself of what I wrote. OKAY SO I think the closest contender (I don't write angsty fics) would be The Mission a Kaminari/Shinsou fic. Or possibly even Oh, Captain, Let's Make a Deal which was something i wrote for a fandom event. The only other thing I can think of is an Imp!Milo fic where he loses Sweetheart and basically becomes the same shell that Asher is, but that one is unpublished. I don't really write angst-ending fics, I'm more start with angst and end happily. OH BUT WAS I WRONG (i was looking for examples for another question) I forgot about Space Between an Imp!Freelancer/Vindemiator fic. Oh my god, it’s not my best but fuck does it hurt.

7 -What's the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?

Oooo okay so top contenders are Four Years, Not Forever a Sero/Todoroki fic, or once again Dances in the Morning or Infinity. Those last two are in my top five for a reason.

8 - Do you get hate on fics?

I. Don't think so. If I did I don't remember. I think there was one whole comment where someone fucking pulled out one word of the fic and said "it ruined the fic" for them and "they had a hard time continuing" which i won't even get into cause it was like a one-time thing. It was a rediculous comment in context anyway.

9 - Do you write smut? If so, what kind?

I don't, I want to, unsure if I'll ever post it though.

10 - Do you write crossovers?

No? I definitely don't now but I think I've gotten close in the past.

11 - Have you ever had a fic stolen?

I don't think so.

12 - Have you ever had a fic translated?

There was one offer, but I don't think it ever went anywhere.

13 - Have you ever co-written a fic before?

Technically yes, but it fell through. Would consider co-writing with someone though, depending on who they were/what the fic was.

14 - What's your all time favorite ship?

As of right now Milo/Sweetheart, but I go through favourite ships faster than I go through fandoms so I never have a real answer for this question.

15 - What's a WIP that you want to finish, but doubt you ever will?

Oh god, probably Eddie... The Love of My Life, or my All I Want series, just because I'm not in those fandoms anymore. I also have plenty of fics in my fic graveyard of a gdocs.

16 - What are your writing strengths?

I'd say my strengths are dialogue/describing non-sexual intimacy. Maybe my world-building? technically? uhhh that's all I can think of actually.

17 - What are your writing weaknesses?

Longer fics/keeping up with multi chaps (again, Eddie... The Love of My Life and Like Real People Do my beloveds I'm so sorry), MY FUCKING COMMAS if you read ANY of my fics I bet you there's way to many commas in it I have a problem, ummm I'd say any descriptive violence, I really wanna work on that. That's all that's coming to mind but I bet there's more.

18 - Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language in fic?

I am not against it, but I have not tried it (that I can remember). I wouldn't mind though I just would be VERY meticulous about how it's written.

19 - First fandom you wrote for?

Off the record? Harry Potter or Percy Jackson (shivers in wattpad days) but if we're looking at my AO3 it would be BNHA with I'm Here (yet another unfinished multi-chap)

20 - Favorite fic you've written?

Oh god, I don't even know. All my fics are my babies. If I had to pick from my published ones I would probably go with Promise Me, Please (I Promise) which is an Imp!Milo/Sweetheart fic of mine that I wrote a year ago. But I am currently working on one that might surpass that, but only time can tell.

ANYWAY I'm supposed to be working on finals but this was fun! I have way too much free time on my hands at all times, and it shows in my writing. I'm gonna go hide in a hole now.

Oo, that's a great question! Thanks for asking, friend! Let's see..

Blue Lock: My comfort show/absolute brainrot fandom right now. Any characters will do- though admittedly I'm incredibly biased towards the fearsome four (Isagi, Chigiri, Kunigami, Bachira) but yee- give me some characters and a prompt when they're open and I'll gladly write it! :D

Demon Slayer: I feel like I write for this one alot but I just really love Demon Slayera kjrajkerjerkaj. Admittedly I'd love to get some more prompts with the Kamaboku squad (Tanjiro and friends)- I love writing the Hashira/12 Kizuki (sans Muzan) and will always do so- I just also really miss writing for Tanjiro lols. I'll have to start working up ideas for them aoerajkrjkarjk

Sk8 The Infinity: The absolute JOY I feel whenever I get to write for these dorks arekajraerkarker It's a bit rare these days but not uncommon! I love the characters so much- the potential for tickly shenanigans is unstoppable!

Here's a few honorable mentions :D

Hell's Paradise: It's fairly new so I don't get nor expect many requests for it but the ones I get- oooooo I love it! I also have a ton of my own ideas I turn into fics for it so it's a good time all around!

Bungo Stray Dogs: I need to watch more/start the manga but kajkjraekjrajklerjkarjkaewjkraekjwrjkaew YES. Dazai beloved- I love writing and reading him so much! My friend got me hooked on the two major ships (Shin Soukoku and what- Sou Koku? If I butchered it my bad- AkuAtsu and Dazuuya there you go :D)

Fruits Basket: My literal babies I adore them so much! Part of me really wants to rewatch the anime again cause it's just that sweet. Whenever I get the chance to write for them my heart does a happy little dance aklerajrjaekrj

Um. Hello. This may be weird of me to ask but um do you perhaps have some steve/loki fics to rec 👉👈

yeah... yeah i can do that

Well, I'll start you off with the 125,000+ word ongoing (like literally updated last week ongoing) series Favors Unsought (Explicit.) It starts off with Loki basically haunting Avengers tower while the Avengers are all "where the fuck is Loki!?" and also Steve has a crush on Loki. It's plot heavy, has a lot of theorizing about Odin and I can't say I'm on board will all the points made, but overall the story is really interesting. Also I never considered the ship of Tony and JARVIS but this fic very much has me sold on it.

Then we've got <2000 word one-shot Pining and Cones (Mature) which is of the "Loki is just part of the Avengers now for some reason" genre. Loki asks Steve out for ice cream and he has a big dumb crush and UST.

And for a "Loki is part of the Avengers now and it's explained in like a single sentence" fic, we've got We Were Never Boy Scouts (Mature) with 5000+ words, Loki and Steve are on a mission during the slow part where they're just walking and talking. Eventually they take shelter in a little shack with only one bed.

We've got Whats Trust Between Lovers (Teen) at 2000+ words. Another "Loki is part of the Avengers now and it's explained in like a single sentence" fic, the Avengers are some nosy motherfuckers and all rush to the security monitor room once it's clear Steve is heading to Loki's room to have an argument with him about his actions during the previous mission.

Then we've got the Remember This Cold (Explicit) series, it's- jesus fuck- it's 850,000+ words. I've only read up to part 15 of 77, so I can't speak for the whole work, but those first 15 parts are solid. It starts with an excellent slowburn (the first three fics don't even have relationship tags and the 4th fic is Steve denying to himself that he might have feelings for Loki despite some compelling evidence.) Loki keeps showing up to talk to Steve, and Steve is letting it happen. Just make sure to read the tags of each fic bc there's a vivisection fic in there somewhere and if that's not your thing you can absolutely skip it.

Who Would You Rather Be Stuck in an Elevator With, the Hulk or Loki? (Teen) at 3,000+ words is pretty obviously a stuck in an confined space fic. Conversations are had. I won't spoil the ending but I fucking love love love the reveal and I wish there was a whole genre of Avengers fics using the premise presented in the reveal.

The Muse Of Battle (Explicit) (22,000+ words) is fucking great. I do appreciate that the author saw Loki die in Infinity War and said "No, fuck that, he's fine." So Loki shows up during the battle in Wakanda and uses the Casket of Ancient Winters to great effect, but which also reveals his Frost Giant form, which Steve sees and is absolutely awestruck by. Loki of course has image issues regarding his true form.

The Two Captains (General Audiences) (7000+ words) is a fun little concept where Loki is sent to Midgard during WWII to get the tesseract out of the nazis' hands, and he does this by going undercover as a normal human of Captain rank in the Howling Commandoes. Cue some unrequited slowburn because Steve still ends up in the fucking ice. There's not a happy ending to this fic, but it's also part of a larger series I'm not recommending because I personally didn't like the direction it went (it was canon-divergent when i would have liked to have seen where it would have gone while mostly following canon,) but I think a LOT about what this set-up could have been and i keep coming back to this fic.

[This fic did cause me to think up the idea of Steve waking from the ice, google searching (he's competent enough to google) his old howling commando buddy, and then inadvertently watching a buzzfeed unsolved parody (he's not competent enough to discriminate his internet sources yet) about the howling commando who didn't exist on any record except within the military as a Howling Commando, and then mysteriously disappeared after the death of Captain America. And the episode proposed theories range from "he's a spy" to "he's an alien" to "he's just some guy whose records got lost during a world fucking war." And then a week later Nick Fury shows up asking Steve to help save the world from the alien that just showed up that Colson immediately recognized as the missing Howling Commando of dubious identity]

And, finally, for something that's just straight p*** (whereas the other explicit fics i've listed have been plot first) the two part Not Entirely Accidental series! (Explicit, obviously) (7,000+ words). I'm not explaining this one.

Also, now that i just spent like 3+ hours writing fic recs, could I possibly interest you in the concept of the ship of Loki and Matt Murdock? In fucking typical fashion i am once again obsessing over a joke ship. Not really any fics i can recommend out of the 11 with that tag, BUT I feel like it's similar to Loki and Captain America except Matt Murdock has the ability to tell whenever someone is lying. I wanna see the liesmith and the lie-detector kiss please and thank you! And in the comics they fucking literally made a character with a lie detecting ability just to be Loki's friend, they shoulda just used Daredevil! I can't even find a moment in the comics where they interact, I'm so disappointed.

(In regards to my WIP/snippet meme!)

gone fishing (NOT the actual title lmao) is my Starkercest AU where Peter does not tell his dad about his new superpowers because he wants to prove himself as a superhero first, and then is very, very irresponsible with his secret identity once Iron Man starts flirting with the new hero on the scene. (Or in other words, he catfishes his dad.) It has also literally been like 95% complete since June but I keep just not working on the only scene I have left to finish, you gotta love ADHD.

It was maybe one of the most awkward moments in his life full of awkward moments, but the next time Peter saw Iron Man on patrol, he did find the strength to take him aside and say, "About-- last time--" "Oh, we're going to talk about it," Iron Man said, and it was so hard to read his tone when he was in the suit, but Peter thought he sounded nervous. "Yeah, um," Peter said, rubbing at the back of his neck and trying to remember the script he'd come up with. "I'm-- sorry for running off like that, I know that wasn't-- super mature, but I just… panicked a little, because I'd never thought about… if you actually…" 'Wanted me' stuck itself under Peter's tongue and wouldn't come out, because thinking about someone wanting him still felt foreign and ridiculous and embarrassing, and he was agonizingly aware that he was talking to his dad in a way that he wished he would have been when Tony had kissed him, and when he didn't finish his sentence Tony shrugged.

neighbor's cat Flash is a SpideyFlash fic where Flash essentially annoys Spider-man into being friends with him (much like your neighbor's cat who pressgangs you into being their second owner even though you KNOW they're getting fed across the street because they just keep showing up at your door and aggressively demanding your attention,) and over time they turn into real friends(/Flash's immature hero crush becomes a very real and present crush) and it causes ~ripples~ for their dynamic at school because Flash stops being such an asshole under Spidey's influence. Lots of exploration of Flash's home life/internalized homophobia/things that I think would be interesting if they were influencing his canonical assholishness!

I don't have a genuine snippet to share because it's only in outline form, but it IS 100% outlined from beginning to end-- I'm not sure if I'll actually write it or just rework the outline into a bulletpoint fic, since I came up with the idea during the very narrow window between first getting into MCU Spider-man fandom and then pivoting H A R D to specifically Starker fandom, haha.

You know EXACTLY what aliens2electricboogaloo is lmao, but for everyone who doesn't, this is an idea of @king-of-kaoss's riffing on the scene in Infinity War where Peter's like, "if an alien lays eggs in my chest and I eat you, I'm sorry," and that's not exactly what happens but Peter DOES end up as a mutated monster alien thing and he makes it Tony's problem in a sexy way.

Peter crowded Tony against the wall and bent to bring those sharp teeth toward his throat, and if Tony couldn't believe how many things he'd survived just to get his throat ripped out by the mutated version of his own protégé, he was at least grateful that he wouldn't have to face May Parker's wrath at seeing what he'd allowed to happen to her nephew. And then Peter nuzzled into his neck, and said with a voice that was low and guttural and still somehow Peter's, "Mr. Stark, I think something's wrong with me."

Color-coding! It's kinda-sorta by ship, and then kinda-sorta by specific type of AU so that it's not just a wall of Starker-color? Green is complete, bright red is for whatever chapter of YNYD I'm currently writing (or, eventually, whatever my main priority at that time is, once I'm done with YNYD), deep red is Starker, purple is omegaverse ideas (so daddy long legs was also purple until I finished it), blue is Spiderio stuff and the lone yellow one is because it's Toomes/Peter. (That one and post-spiderio are ALSO Starker, but like, I gotta break up the wall of deep red somehow.)

If I hear S*lkis use, "if you complain about how S*lki 'broke up a gay ship between two men', then your misogynistic" one more goddamn time, I'm gonna to tell you off right now:

Most people who don't ship S*lki don't ship Lokius either! Both ships are toxic as shit when you look at them and break down what they actually do to Larry/TVA!Loki! But, since y'all can't go back and look at what people are actually saying, I'll be doing all of you a favor and telling you what people are actually saying instead of pulling the "Every S*lki anti is misogynistic and they just wanted their gay ship to happen" card from their ass.

I want to see Sylvie be a compelling villain for the remainder of the series. She has traits that fit a villain but that is a separate discussion for another day.

If you are not willing to read what I have wrote with a learning eye and can't put your Biases away to learn, and your first instinct is to send DEATH THREATS/KYS messages to me or to other tumblr users (whose posts I have linked here) - DO NOT INTERACT! Please block me and move on!

A quick definition of Domestic Abuse: "'Domestic Abuse' is a very specific category of acts criminal in nature included by not limited to homicide, assault, terroristic threats, kidnapping, criminal restraint, sexual assault, and harassment." It also can be referred to as Domestic Violence or IPV (though there is a slight difference, the DA being more between married couples and DV between non-married partners).

And as mentioned, it isn't strictly for married couples as it also takes place in between the dating scene, too. According to Rewire.org, "'They were more likely to push and shove, to grab, to punch,' [Susan B. Sorenson] explained. 'They were more likely to strangle—some pretty awful behaviors toward a partner. They were also more likely to use a knife, a bat or another kind of weapon. We were not expecting to find this.'"

Sylvie, during the first season's run, has done this list of grievances to/towards Larry/TVA!Loki, but isn't limited to:

-Threatened to/attempted to commit homicide (repeatedly, during episode two, episode three and episode six especially), using a weapon (a machete) and/or her own magic to fling them hard across the floor, bookcase (either by the enchanted individuals [that she enchanted, no one else] see episode two or by her own use) to deliberately cause harm to Larry/TVA!Loki.

-Assaulted Larry/TVA!Loki repeatedly (again, deliberately causing harm to Larry).

-Harasses Larry repeatedly (calling Larry harsh names, insults their plans - all prior to the finale, accuses them of lusting for the throne [when they never wanted the throne - please see Thor {2011} again if you forgot], tells them to shut up harshly when they are offering her support, etc.,).

-Manipulates them emotionally and gaslights them (especially during episode six, gaslits Larry then kisses them as a distraction to grab the TemPad and pushing them to the TVA, where both are still wanted criminals)

And Larry does nothing of the sort in return, only being there to support her all the way; it is only till Episode six when Larry tries to defend themself and to talk to her. They both fight during episode three's opening, yes, but they were both enemies to each other. But even when Larry becomes loyal to her wants and needs, she doesn't remotely return the favor. And before anyone says, "Well, Loki sided with the TVA", they didn't, they never did.

"But Loki's a narcissist, surely it makes sense for his character!" Gosh, y'all are adorably naïve that it makes me sick. Loki isn't a narcissist - they never were (please watch Thor, The Avengers, Thor: The Dark World, Thor: Ragnarök, and Avengers: Infinity War again and pay attention to them closely), nor is this a story of self-love; it is about codependency. Larry is codependent on both Mobius and Sylvie to the point where it isn't a far-fetched guess that Loki, being an abuse victim, would be used to these types of relationships as that is what they are used to/familiar with. Just because something is more familiar doesn't mean it is healthy. Out of the thirteen symptoms presented by MAYO Clinic, Tom's Loki can roughly fit in, maybe, three or four of the symptoms, whereas Sophia's Loki can fit in roughly with eight or nine of the listed symptoms, maybe (I am sure those with Psychology degrees can help in that more than I ever could as I am an animation student). And people who have dealt with narcissistic people in their past have said that Sylvie more aligns with the narcissistic person than Larry does. And y'all, don't say Loki deserved it - who ever deserves to be abused? Loki has been through it enough! They don't need more of it! And if I see another instance where people say, "if I were Sylvie, I would've done worse lmao" I am going to lose it.

Also, I don't want to get onto the "B-but they are not related/not the same person" train, please tell me that, after the show reaptedly told us that they are, again; from to which extent (either the same timeline [very likely as Sylvie and Larry came from a branch on the same timeline, not two separate timelines] or another timeline [which didn't happen till after Sylvie killed HWR]). Also, I don't want to hear people defend/attempt to this transphobic nonsense. Yes, it is transphobic. Everyone on the creative team is Cisgendered and they have made some very, very TERF-ish statements, "jokes" and comments that people are repeating again and again and again to the point it makes me sick. And yes - LGBTQA+ community members can, are, and have been bigots. Doesn't help that Waldron, a known bigot and sexist pig, wrote Sylvie, who ended up being a misogynistic caricature of female characters. So really, you are defending the work of a misogynist.

And, since most of you S*lkis don't ever pay attention and have made it this far - DO NOT SEND DEATH THREATS TO ANYONE!! IT ISN'T HELPING ANYONE! BLOCK AND LEAVE!

Betrayal (Gale x Wynmoira)

Hello lovelies! I wrote a little thing for my babes, Wynmoira and Gale. It's a little angsty but I couldn't help but have a little inspo during my playthrough to write. More will definitely come from them, so be on the lookout!

The branches crunched beneath Wynmoira's feet. Her body ached all over; she was sticky, covered in a thick layer of blood, guts, and goo. A few strands of hair stuck firmly against her moist cheeks. Gods, was she desperately in need of a bath. She couldn't wait to be free of her ruined clothing, to submerge herself entirely in the warm waters by camp. A faint smile crept on her lips at the thought alone.

Wynmoira, Shadowheart, Astarion, and Gale were returning from their battle against Auntie Ethel. The battle was a rough one; Wynmoira was distracted the entire time. Her mind kept going elsewhere, causing her to miss a few spells here and there. If it weren't for Shadowheart dealing the final blow, Wynmoira probably wouldn't have returned to camp in one piece. Shadowheart didn't let it go unnoticed. She called her out for her lack of action, which Wynmoira quietly apologized for. She eventually went silent, too tired to continue arguing. Her eyes then glanced over to Gale.

His face was equally covered in blood, guts, and goo. He was just as tired and beaten as she was. But he walked with a stride that she always secretly admired. But right now, she couldn't feel admiration for the man. She felt a twang of jealousy, slight anger. Before their battle, he finally admitted why he needed to consume magical items. He was a walking time bomb, and it was all because of his intense love for Mystra, the Goddess of Magic herself. Hearing him go into brief detail about his love for her goddess brought a sour taste to her mouth. At first, she found it disrespectful to her deity. But then, feelings of jealousy began to form.

They had been traveling together for quite some time now. They've spent countless nights around a campfire, enjoying Gale's cooking for the group, discussing their favorite books, and making one another laugh during these troubling times. Whether she wanted to admit it to herself or not, Wynmoira began falling for the man. Things have changed since that night when they were messing around with the Weave. There were longing glances from time to time, her strong desire always to have Gale accompany her during their outings, even opening up more to him about her past. She felt more comfortable with him, something she hadn't experienced in so long.

But now, she can't help but feel like all that was for nothing.

"I hope Karlach has something cooked up. Honestly, I could go for a nicely cooked chevon," Gale smiled, gently patting his stomach. His eyes fell onto Wynmoira. Her breath caught in her chest momentarily as she locked eyes with him. "What about you, Wynnie?"

Wynnie. It was something only Gale would call her. Typically, hearing it brought small butterflies to her stomach and made her heart race. But now, it was different. It was like a punch to the gut. Reminding her that despite how close they had been becoming, it would never be as close as he was with Mystra. She mentally cursed herself for thinking such negative thoughts about her patron. She cursed Gale, too, for making her feel this way.

"I'll settle for berries," Wynmoira replied flatly. The smile fell from Gale's face, and he watched as Wynmoira picked up pace, now leading the tired group. Some smoke could be seen in the distance, letting the party know they were almost home. Wynmoira pushed past a few branches until she saw their camp. Karlach was gathered around the campfire, eating soup from a bowl and chatting with Wyll. Their eyes darted towards the incoming crowd, smiling.

"About damn time you got here," Karlach called out with a large smile. "I made soup," she raised a bowl towards Shadowheart. "And it's edible," Wyll teased, earning a playful kick from Karlach. Shadowheart smiled faintly, letting out a tired laugh. She didn't hesitate to make it to her tent. No doubt, she wanted to be free of dirt and bodily fluids before chowing down.

"I'm sure it'll be great, Karlach," Wynmoira smiled. "Just gotta freshen up first, then I'll join you guys." She turned her attention to her chest that rested beside Shadowheart's tent. She carefully undid a few of her bindings, allowing her to remove her armor and place them on the ground, leaving her in her dirtied tunic. Beside the chest was a bucket of water. She scrubbed the grime off her hands and fingers for a few minutes before being satisfied. She grabbed a change of clothes and a cloth to help her dry off after her bath. She made her way through the woods. There was a small river nearby, one that only Wynmoira seemed to know about. She tossed her change of clothes on a small stump before she began to free herself from her blood-soaked clothing slowly. The material practically stuck to her skin, and after a few moments of struggling, she was finally free. She tossed the clothes on the ground and slowly entered the river.

The water was cool on her skin, and she welcomed it. The night seemed hot, and the stark contrast was something she welcomed. She didn't stop until the water was just barely below her collarbone. She wiped at her skin under the water, trying to loosen the gunk from her body. She then pinched her nose, dipping beneath the water. She stayed under for a few moments, enjoying the silence. There were no chirping birds, no sounds of a busy city, no voices.

Just her.

For that moment, she could forget about everything. She could forget about her urges, pushing her to do horrendous things to innocents. She could forget about the tadpole wiggling around in her skull. She could forget about the trouble within the Grove. But most importantly, she could forget about Gale. Be free of the thoughts that plagued her mind, the thoughts of him making love with Mystra.

When she couldn't handle it anymore, she came up for air. She let out a few deep breaths. She was pushing herself, maybe even punishing herself. Why did she let herself get close to Gale? Why did she have to let him in? If she kept him at arm's length like she did everyone else, maybe she wouldn't be feeling this way. Why was he so nice, so welcoming?

Why did he have to tell her about him sleeping with Mystra?

Damn. She cursed under her breath, realizing how aggressive she was being with her hands as she scrubbed at her body. It didn't take long until she was clean, free of dirt or grime. She exited the water, dried herself off, and changed into clean clothes. She wrapped her dirty clothes in the cloth and carried it back to camp before discarding it with her dirtied armor. She made her way to the campfire, where Gale had joined Wyll and Karlach.

He was clean; his hair was wet with nice waves that rested just slightly past his shoulders. He had a large smile, which used to bring butterflies and warmness to Wynmoira's face. She said nothing to him, focusing on the soup Karlarch had made that rested in a pot above the fire. She made herself a bowl before sitting next to Karlach, wanting to be as far away from Gale as possible.

"And after all that, it turns out the old Hag tricked the poor girl! Her husband came back all right but as a zombie!" Gale boomed. He recounted their adventure, a sharp reminder to be careful about what you wished for. He took a spoonful of soup before turning his attention to Wynmoira. He noticed how quiet she was. His brows furrowed as he tried to study her, reading her face to figure out what was wrong. "Wynnie, are you all right?"

"I'm fine," she replied flatly. She brought a spoon to her lips, sipping on the soup. It wasn't anything too special. It was potato soup, though there were some uneven chunks of potato. Despite the possible choking hazard, the soup wasn't too bad.

"Are you sure? You're more quiet than usual," Wyll asked. Karlach gave Wynmoira a slight nudge with her arm, carefully searching her companion's face. Wynmoira's lips were slightly downturned, and Karlach could tell something was off. Wynmoira locked eyes with the Tiefling momentarily and gently shook her head.

"I think we should call it a night," Karlach suggested. She then yawned, stood up, and headed to Wyll. "Besides, we got a long day ahead of us tomorrow, and you need your beauty sleep," she teased Wyll. He scoffed playfully at her words as he stood up. He said his goodnights to Wynmoira and Gale before leaving the two alone at the campfire.

The silence was loud between the two. The only noise between the two was the crackling of the fire before them. Wynmoira tried to enjoy her dinner, but she had no appetite. She idly stirred her soup before Gale finally broke the silence between them.

"Was it something I did?" He asked finally. Wynmoira took a deep breath before she spoke. She was mentally trying to play out this scenario. Does she tell him the truth, a half-truth, or a lie? She wasn't ready to come out and say she was jealous of her patron or feeling insecure about it all.

"I just..." She paused for a moment, trying to think of what to say. "I just didn't like how you kept your orb a secret," she lied. Her eyes finally lifted from her soup, meeting his dark brown eyes. "I thought we were friends, honest with one another, no secrets, you know?"

He breathed, placing his bowl on the ground before settling beside her. He radiated a warmth she'd come to love. A warmth she found so welcoming, a warmth she'd come to crave. But now, she felt uneasy.

"I know I should've said something sooner. Frankly, I didn't know how to go about telling it. And thought I had everything under control." He rubbed at the back of his neck sheepishly.

"But you don't," Wynmoira protested. "You're a ticking bomb, and you did all this for power? For a woman?" Her voice cracked slightly. She felt a lump form in her throat as she felt herself grow a mixture of anger and sadness. He was willing to risk his life all for power. He didn't have to do that. She would've never made him do something so reckless, she thought.

He sighed, breaking eye contact with Wynmoira. "You don't understand. You don't know what it's like to be loved by Mystra. It's a powerful thing, something so strong it hurts, something that can't ever be matched."

His words stung. The way he talked about their relationship, it made her heart sink. She couldn't compete with something like that. She hoped for something special with Gale, but there was no way he'd go for someone like her. She was a simple human, there was nothing truly special about her. How could she ever be better with the Goddess Mystra? She felt her eyes begin to sting, tears quickly forming and threatening to fall down her cheeks. She couldn't cry. She didn't want him to see her like this.

"Nothing is worth risking your life like that." She placed her bowl on the ground. She stood up, ready to leave him alone, but she was stopped when he reached out to her, crabbing her wrist.

"Wyn, don't go," he pleaded. She hated herself for feeling like this. She hated herself for trusting him so easily. She hated herself from letting herself fall for him. She hated him for welcoming her. She hated him for making her believe that there was a chance for her to be happy, to find happiness with someone. But he was still caught up on his love for Mystra. Her eyes met his and his mouth dropped slightly.

No doubt he could see the tears forming in her eyes. A tear or two had fallen down her cheek, and his heart sunk. She was crying, and it was all because of him. The last thing he wanted was to hurt her. He tried to open his mouth to protest her leaving, but she cut him off.

"I think it'll be best for you to stay at camp for a bit," she quietly said. She sniffled before her eyes meeting his. Her stare was colder than normal. "It's been a rough couple of days. You could use the rest." She wiggled her wrist free from his grasp before retreating to her tent for the night.

OTP: Does it has to be in the Harry Potter fandom? Cause my TRUE otp is Thorki. They are my love. I have suffered so much pain through their journey and experienced so much joy in imagining the what-ifs and the could'ves and the must've beens. One who is so self-absorbed and all about self-preservation and who gives it all away without a single thought for their brother; the brother who could be so arrogant and cocksure and yet so caring, especially for the ones he loves. How both are so full of emotions on both side of the spectrum and expresses those emotions in a consequential, universe bending way.

Anyway, enough about Thorki. I'll stick with Harry Potter, since that's the fandom that is currently holding my interest.

OTP for HP? Snarry. No argument there.

I'm an unabashed multi-shipper and I'll name basically all the ships in the fandom, so I'm just going to go with the three that pops in my mind first.

Sirius/Severus - I mean, who doesn't love a classic enemies to lovers scenario? Though, I confess. I was not a big Sirius Black fan. I don't hate on any characters or ships. Most of the time I just give no thought to characters/ships that doesn't interest me and Sirius Black was in that category. It was only after getting into fandom and talking with people who loves Sirius that I started to think more of him. And then I read one Snack fic and then another and then another and now they possess a lot of my time????? The only two characters who had books named after them. The two characters who were best friends with Harry's parents. One who came from a rich, pureblood family and rejected the society he came from. The other who came from a poor, half-blood family and tries desperately to integrate himself into the pureblood circle. They each suffer from the choices they made. They both feel too much. They both have tragic endings. They have a lot in common but they are both too emotionally stunted and too prideful to be anything more than enemies in the books. Though, in fanfic? It's the beginning of a beautiful (and spiteful/emotional/not good for each other but they can't help sleeping together) relationship.

Cho/Pansy - I feel like the narrative did them both wrong in the books. Cho is more than Cedric/Harry's girlfriend. She is more than a crying wreck and something pretty to look at. The same could be said about Pansy. Pansy is not just the mean girl. She speaks what she feels. Also, wouldn't it be fun that Harry's and Draco's ex get together and dominate the world? Cause I feel like they could. Dominate the world, that is.

Harry/Hermione - Harmony! Harry always have faith in Hermione, and Hermione never left Harry's side. While I do love Hinny, Harmony hits a different spot in me. Maybe cause they were my first HP ship back in the day, so there's some nostalgia mixed in there. (Side note— baby me wanted them together by the end of book 1, even if I didn't know what shipping was. lol) Hermione always tries to help Harry solve whatever trouble Harry got himself into, and Harry respects her opinions even though he doesn't always agree with them. They are best friends and I'm a sucker for best friends turn lovers. I do love enemies to lovers ships. (See above) But best friends to lovers???? That is also MY JAM. Just look at my love for Matchablossom (SK8 the Infinity).

Notes : Here’s MY take on Gojo Satoru in a relationship as well as him as a person for future reference as how I will be writing him in my works as both sfw and Nsfw and honestly, it is really complicated to describe this man… but I shall try my best. (Some manga spoilers… so skip if you do not want them)

Pairings : Gojo Satoru x reader

When it comes to relationships, I feel that Gojou is inexperienced. He hasn’t been in a relationship before and most of the references he gets, on how a relationship works is from cheesy and clichéd romantic movies. So, if he does become your significant other, then he would do the most cheesy things couples do in movies he has seen, and he thinks those are romantic gestures that a woman would like. So, if you decided to drop doing all cheesy things as the movie showed, he’d be clueless.

When it comes to his personality, I feel that he has a playful nature towards people he likes and does flirt with them but it doesn’t make him a player. Since he has watched a lot of romance movies and has gone through a rollercoaster of emotions, he would have watched troupes like cheating or being cheated on or a man who is a womanizer having women at his beck and call (Sure, I am reading into this too much… but when he was asked what kind of a girl he was into… He didn’t even emphasize on a body type and took a very vague quality of Miwa being nice and he was able to remember her because of her bangs and not her name) so I don’t think that he would be that kind of a man (But I may use it later for some fics I have in mind… maybe. I’m not too sure at the moment)

As I mentioned, Satoru does flirt and is playful towards people he is close with… but it seems more of a façade or a coping mechanism for his loneliness. He has a habit of making light hearted teasing statement, while slipping in a serious statement and at times it is difficult to tell whether it is a joke or not. (And this is precisely the reason why I said it is a coping mechanism)

Being in a relationship with Satoru is not easy as it seems, as he is distant at first. Being on a mission is a part of the excuse while on the other hand, he is afraid to get close to you. He is attached to Yuuji and was sad when he died (false alarm he is alive). However, it is a part of the job. And you were a romantic interest. It brought him to a conflict of separating his feelings for business with feelings of pleasure which he thought were the same thing (which is another reason why I don’t think he has been in a relationship before)

Getting through him would be hard as he has built his shell over a lot of years. He has been in the process of building it ever since he found out Suguru had become a murderous cursed user… and it is because of this, he doesn’t let his guard down around you, since the person he trusted the most hurt him and he was afraid you’d do the same. It would take a lot of time to gain his trust as this man has gone through hardships (getting him to crack would be impossible but if you keep trying hard, he would really show you the real him if he believes you’re not leaving anytime soon). Although he is from the well-known Gojo clan, he does stand lonely at the top as he believes anything he is meant to have is taken away from him or lost. So, I’d also think that he has moments or brief periods where he feels numb.

Satoru is touch starved. So, when both of you do get into a relationship, and he lowers infinity, he loves the feeling of holding your hand or your hand caressing his face. Any sort of skin ship is important to him as his body language is more honest than the words that escape his mouth. His words are playful and flirty which does cause you to push him away. But he won’t budge and hug you instead… as he’d want to be as close to you as possible.

I headcannon the fact that he bakes because of his sweet tooth. Baking is a therapeutic activity and a stress buster and when he does make something he always makes an extra serving for you so that he can give it to you. I’d like to think of the fact that he bakes at night as the silence kills him and he’d probably pack his sweets and eat it over a sky scraper or High-rise building with his legs dangling over the edge watching cars and people pass by at extreme early hours in the morning (maybe 1 or 2 am) And maybe this is where he meets you instead of a club or any partying place… (I don’t think Satoru parties… as he does seem mature although his personality is playful)

I’d also say that he suffers from nightmares every night which is another reason he bakes. And when does wake up from one, he rushes to the fridge to get ice cream (which he always keeps just in case) and try distracting himself with a rom com movie. When you’re there, he uses his phone to annoy you by sending selfies and starting playful banters while masking his true feelings regarding his trauma and after effects of the nightmare he had really well.

He doesn’t care about a person’s appearance but focuses more on their personality. He will push your buttons if you are stubborn and will annoy you till you give in. When he is in his playful personality, he does pout when you do not give into him. But when an argument ensues, he would either be calm (if your relationship is in its early stages) or he would argue back (Which would happen in the later stages of your relationship) [This is why I said this man is complicated J]

When it comes to his job, he does have a calm mind and thinks fast of how to get out of a dangerous situation… However, due to his inexperience in a relationship, he wouldn’t know how to handle the heat and instead argues back. (I feel that as he is good at his job more, but when it comes to people, he is bad at reading them. And would aggravate the situation but making it seem to not be serious which is another reason he would be inexperienced at relationships and neither would he have ever had one)

When it comes to taking responsibility, Satoru makes it look like he is doing a sloppy job, but that is not true as he knows perfectly well about what he is getting himself into. Coming from a powerful clan, he does have money and fame (which he doesn't show neither does he let it get to his head) which he can use to get what he wants or help people near him getting what they want. (He would be distant at first because of this and would think you have ulterior motives to dating him... but when he understands why you like him and what quality you like about him because of his looks. He stops wearing a blindfold around you and smiles more often)

Lowkey headcannons : Satoru will not hesitate to wear a maid outfit or a skirt. We saw him. If he ever found one of your skirts lying around while you were at work or had gone out while leaving him alone in the house, he will spam your chat with a lot of mirror pics and selfies of him in your clothes. ( He will even lift up the blindfold for you.😳)

How experienced is Satoru with women… I don’t think he would be. The rational part of his thinking knows that he if he is intimate with women, his family would probably traumatize them with money and to keep them off. He would also avoid having an illegitimate child as growing up, I am sure he has seen examples.

It is no news that if he took off his blindfold, he would pull another woman. But I get the feel that during his teenage years, he spent time honing his skills to be the world’s most powerful sorcerer along with Suguru and they didn’t spend time on fooling around with women.

How would you improve movies :Infinity War and Endgame?

Ngl this was a hard question. And as I was thinking about it, I realized how even TR was much better than these two movies. I've written a post before about how I would change TR and honestly that didn't need a lot of thinking. With some small changes it could be a good movie. But the plot, retcons, time travel rules, story arcs for each character is a mess to fix in IW and EG.

If I wanted to write IW and EG, I would have written it very differently but since I'm working on a TR, IW, EG rewrite(I'm still figuring out the plot details. Nothing is ready), I won't include that version. One thing I'm definitely changing in my rewrite is how Thanos is written. He will be mostly evil and in love with death.

To answer this ask, I'm going to use movies' premise and canon with some small changes. I'll use their same retcon that infinity stones can be destroyed for the time travel in EG to be possible. This version is not perfect but neither are the movies :D

Infinity War changes:

1. Opening scene with Thor and Loki: Let's go with Classic Loki version that he used a very good illusion that fooled Thanos. But before he could go to Thor and assure him that he is alive, their ship explodes. Guardians find Thor but Loki drifts into space until he finds a planet. He doesn't know where Thor is. Whether he survived or not. But he knows his people would go to Earth, so would Thor if he has survived and also Thanos. So he tries to find a secret path to go to Earth.

2. I would change the rule for retrieving soul stone to sacrificing a soul that causes you the most grief. The message of the movie is harmful that an abuser kills his victim and the narrative portrays the abuser's emotions as "real love". Grief on the other hand can happen even when you lose a dear property or tool. Which is how Thanos sees his "children". I would also portray Thanos as more evil and less caring about killing Gamora. Because how the narrative tries to portray him as caring about her makes me nauseous.

3. The heroes in battling with Thanos, try to cut off his arm and thrown back by an explosion of protective magic that stops it from happening. Thanos wakes up and tells them that's a spell casted by Maw and they can't take the gauntlet from him. The battle continues like how it happened in the movie.

4. Loki reaches Earth, offers his help to Avengers. Bruce vouches for him. Loki, Shuri and Bruce work on a way to retrieve the mind stone from Vision.

5. The battle in Wakanda happens with Loki joining the Avengers. Thor reaches Earth. The brothers share a brief happiness over reuniting again.

6. Thanos arrives, Thor attacks him but still Thanos manages to snap his fingers. Loki would be one the people dying in the snap.

Endgame changes:

1. Thor's depression is treated with compassion by the narrative. No fat shaming. He also doesn't act irresponsible toward his people. He is shown helping them and building Asgard but he is also really hopeless and depressed. During the time heist he looks at Loki in prison with sadness and it's shown or expressed that he misses his brother.

2. In 2014, Gamora secretly escapes Thanos before he travels to future, either because she sees what Thanos does to her in the future or the fact that she didn't want him to win and even then she wanted to double cross him after getting the orb.

3. Clint is the one who sacrifices himself in Vormir. Because I hate the trope of fridging women and it would be Clint's way of redeeming himself for murdering people since IW.

4. After Hulk snaps people back to life, Loki joins the fight the final and we get Thor and Loki fighting side by side. Loki with full use of his magic and Thor with lightning. Their eyes shine with the light of their powers. It would be terrifying and beautiful when they join forces.

5. Gamora and Clint also come back to life since their soul were pulled into soul stone(yes, I made it up. If the writers can retcon and make up so many things, so can I), and the snap brings back everyone whose life was taken by the infinity stones. Also I didn't like that the narrative treated women like they're interchangeable if they look the same. So no 2014 Gamora in future and Peter Quill and Gamora who has come so far together, will reunite.

6. Gamora and Nebula manage to get through to 2014 Nebula and get her on their side, but when Thanos sees her fighting against him, he kills her. Because I hated that a female abuse victim was killed by another version of herself.

7. Gamora, Nebula and Loki manage to subdue Thanos together and take the gauntlet from him. Because they deserve their revenge against the person who tortured them.

8. Thor is the one who kills Thanos and his army with a snap. He is as strong as Hulk. Or even stronger and he too deserves to get revenge for everything Thanos took from him.

9. Steve won't stay in the past with Peggy. She had told him to move on with his life and Steve in AoU says he is home. So he would stay with Bucky and help him deal with his trauma.

10. Loki, Shuri, Bruce, Wanda and Tony manage to bring back Vision to life by combining their science and magic.

11. Thor and Loki stay in New Asgard and together built it into a developed magical society.

Everything is OK and everyone is fine.

Gosh how do I choose one haha. I think ultimately it's her heart and how she does try to be there for the people she loves even when she doesn't know how to best do that. Hers is a constant battle against fear of vulnerability but a need for connection and it's very special when she makes it work.

least favorite thing about them

This won't be a big surprise, her cruelty. I think it makes her a compelling character because she has an internal reason to it but as I keep highlighting time and time again that doesn't excuse her behaviour. And when she doubles down she can really hurt people, even or especially those close to her. I think her brand of cruelty also comes from reading people well which means she knows exactly how to hurt them. Ouch.

favorite line

I'll never, ever, ever get over "I used to count the number of times you'd smile at me and I'd die on days that you didn't", god the pining of it all. But also shoutout to her speech to Rachel in 5x18 and her character-defining quote in 6x08 about being a strong Latina woman.

I'd say her being a closet nerd but isn't that just canon haha. Well it's subtle enough so it can be up for debate I guess. But in my eyes Santana is a nerd who doesn't want to admit she is one so she denies every passionate nerdy debate with Sam and dismisses it every time someone wonders exactly how come she can make so many obscure references. I'm not saying she's the type of fangirl of nerdy media we associate with tumblr for example but she will watch so many things in her free time and she will debate her favourite female characters with gatekeeping lowkey/highkey sexist nerds. Sam cheers her on.

unpopular opinion

I thought about this one for a while because I'm not an unpopular opinion kinda lad but I have three that come to mind, though how unpopular they actually are... I guess I mostly mean that these are things I've seen a lot on reddit and they annoy me because I disagree lol.

Popular fanon that she'll be a lawyer: really? Schue mentions it like once and it's in a totally misguided attempt to project a ~proper~ career onto her, which she rejects. Nah, I don't vibe with it.

On a related note, people taking everything she says at face value: I guess that's why show don't tell is dying because Santana can lie through her teeth when she puts her walls up and act the opposite, but people will still believe the shit she says instead of the shit she does. Example, Santana calling herself heartless and immune to other people's feelings. Sure, hon.

Again on a related note, I do not wish to discuss her character with people who don't believe she at least tries to be better and insist she's just a bitch, or even in the Brittana dynamic that she's the grump who only ever loved Brittany. I really dislike that popular narrative of Santana hating everyone else cause no, she canonically does not.

Conflict in Hazbin Hotel

One thing I've noticed is people have been pissing potential scenarios for fanfics or comics. Such as one where the VVVs (Valentino, Vox, and Velvet) kidnap Charlie and people lost their shit saying they could never get away with that because Charlie is a princess and Lucifer's daughter. Or in shipping scenarios where Alastor would give the hotel complete protection against any threats.

If that's the case, then Hazbin Hotel will be boring.

Good fiction is only as good as its conflict. Conflict is when there is an opposing force or obstacle the character(s) must overcome to achieve their goal. The bigger the conflict, the more wide scale the story and higher the stakes. Below are examples of conflicts I see arising in Hazbin Hotel.

Character vs Character

Most common and regular of conflicts. Black and white example is Good Guy Vs Bad Guy and/or Cop vs Robber. You have two opposing characters wanting the same thing (rivals) or conflicting goals (enemies). Sometimes it's view as the benefit for another character - the grandmother in Coco breaking music loving Miguel's guitar because she sees it as a source of heartbreak.

Examples:

(Aladdin) Aladdin vs Jafar - Jafar wants to marry Princess Jasmine to take over the kingdom while Aladdin who is in love with her, wants to save her.

(Tangle) Rapunzel vs Mother Gothel - Rapunzel wants her freedom while Mother Gothel wants her stashed away inside a towel to access the restorative magic of her hair.

(Superman) Superman vs Lex Luthor - Lex wants to take over the world, but Superman stops him to save the world.

Angel Dust vs Valentino - Angel Dust wants to be free and respected while Valentino wants to continue exploiting him for sex and money.

- How this conflict will play is yet to be determine, but will be very interesting to see when the series is released!

Cherri Bomb vs Izzy* - conflict unknown, but it is framed in such a way to tell me that he is going to cause her grief in the future.

(Not sure if this is his name, but going with it as it was his name when he was a planned character for Zoophobia)

Charlie vs Lucifer - It's made obvious to the viewer that Lucifer doesn't see Charlie's dream of redeeming Sinners in a positive light. Even though he might now do anything to directly oppose her, his disapproval is enough to cause Charlie some inner conflict (which I'll discuss later in this post).

Vox vs Alastor - Rivalry between two Overlords with opposing views of technology and entertainment.

And there are minor conflicts through the pilot with Charlie vs Katie Killjoy and Cherri Bomb vs Sir Pentious, but these are the more prominent ones I believe will become main Character vs Character in Hazbin Hotel.

Character vs Society

This conflict pits the character(s) against a larger foe. Whether it's a corrupt government or police force, or a dystopian world, the character struggles their place in the world or it's laws or ideology.

Examples

(Hunger Games) Katniss Everdeen vs The Capital - Katniss is trying to survive the Hunger Games, a brutal game where the rulers force children into an annual death game.

(The Handmaid's Tale) Offred vs. Gilead - Offred is a woman enslaved by Gilead, a brutal regime who treats women as second class citizens or slaves with draconic rules and punishments.

(Kindred) Dana vs Antebellum South - Dana, a black woman, keeps going back in time to the time of black slavery where she is forced to endure hardship and abuse by her white ancestor.

Charlie vs Hell - This is the biggest conflict in the pilot. When Charlie makes a genuine heart felt speech on live television to resolve the overpopulation crisis peacefully and without the yearly Extermination, she is openly mocked, ridiculed, and humiliated by a disbelieving city.

Most of the conflict I see stemming from this is convincing sinners to give redemption a try while dealing with opposing forces such as Katie Killjoy and others who may want to take advantage of the Hotel and its characters.

Character vs Self

When a character deals with their inner demons, self-doubt, or depression, it's them overcoming their own weaknesses. The 'Self' can take on multitude of different forms. Prejudice, fears, self-esteem, etc.

(Outlander) Claire vs Her Love for Frank and Jaime - Claire who fallen back in time into Scotland 17th century has to deal with her conflicting feelings for warrior Scotsman Jaime when she is married and still in love with her husband Frank in the 19th century.

(Frozen) Elsa vs Her Fear of Harming Others - Elsa is a princess who has the power to control snow and ice, but it's so powerful it harmed her sister and kingdom so she secludes herself into the mountains so she won't be a danger to them.

(Infinity Train) Tulips vs Her struggles with Change - Tulip is a girl whose parents have divorce and the changes have made her withdrawn, angry, and afraid which influences her journey on the Infinity Train.

Angel Dust vs His Persona - In a short, but very telling scene, Angel wanted to comfort Charlie after the disastrous hotel opening. However, he decides against it, likely in a means to save face.

I believe Angel Dust has this 'persona' to safe guard himself from emotional pain. He's a character who has been abused and sexually assaulted on a regular basis by Valentino and putting on a strong and untouchable 'front' is how he safe guards himself, but it also prevents him from opening up emotionally to others which I believe is going to lead him to finding redemption and a wholesome relationship.

Charlie vs Self-Doubt - After the failed tv interview, Charlie is fearful her father was right about being a failure.

This may be Charlie's biggest conflict is with is standing on her own as the Princess of Hell. This may be discussed in another post, but I see Alastor being her mentor and helping her find her feet to stand against the Overlords and her own father. Even though Alastor himself doesn't believe in redemption, having someone as powerful as Alastor backing her might be the support she needs to rise.
