Last night, I realized that despite his major role in the first Mario Rabbids game, Bowser Junior got nothing but a passing mention in the second game. So I tried to think of a way to fix that.

Then, it hit me.

Due to the whole fighting Cursa thing, Bowser had not been back to his castle for quite a while. Eventually, a worried Kamek sent a search party of a few of the remaining minions to find Bowser. And Bowser Junior snuck aboard, worried sick that his papa had been possessed again.

When the search party encountered Cursa, they fell to her power almost immediately. But Junior was immune. So, Cursa offered him a deal.

“You’ve always wanted to make your father proud of you, yes? You are tired of being seen as an afterthought. Join me, and you can conquer galaxies- make your father finally see you as the powerful force you are. You can paint a world with you and your father at the top. All you have to do… is join me.”

This is a interesting concept for junior with him wanting to show he can do so much like bowser, I mean he already tried when he kidnap spawny and cause some chaos during it. Let alone he does that too with other games when junior takes control in other side games.

So maybe their is a chance yeah he probably doesn’t trust cursa at first but something about her voice or mayhaps junior being naive and hears about his dad he’s like “I suppose yeah…I wanna be like him in a way”
