i think one of my main quibbles with a lot of sansa takes i see is the one that goes "she thinks that she's a character in a story, but this is real life, and she's fucked" when what's so interesting to me is the fact that she is doomed to be a character in a story!! just not the story she thought she would be in. she thought she was in an epic poem, and instead she's in a gritty high fantasy series that doesn't reward goodness in the same manner as a a bard's song. poor sansa is trapped!! she's trapped, and she's trapped in other people's stories. she spends so much of her time as a pawn of the tale. cersei's pawn, petyr's pawn. petyr literally renames her, turns her into a character within a character, fucks with her identity so hard that the physical structure of the story we're reading changes (her chapter headings). i realize i'm conflating sansa being grrm's character and sansa being other characters' character, but to me they intertwine. it's fiction all the way down

I watched Avengers: Age of Ultron (apart from I skipped some overly long action sequences) and I am not sure so can someone tell me whether or not Tony Stark was the baddy in that film? Because about halfway through I was sure he was but then it was maybe just an evil robot after all and I am confused because either this film was surprisingly subversive or it was about robots hitting each other.

#I CANT STAND THE CONFUSION IN MY MIND #also i get why people wrote wanda/sylvie. they should go on a wholesome chick-flick revenge-quest together. and also they should kiss.#also i am now only *half* joking about thor being in love with mjolnir #it kept doing Christianity Bits which was quite awks.#not sure why it used the bit about building the church on a rock for some metal i mean wasn't jesus making a pun there? about peter?#i think Vision might be Jesus? or else he's Dr Manhattan who's done a first year philosophy course. could go either way on that tbh.#BUT TONY WAS THE BADDY RIGHT? WAS HE? WAS TONY THE BADDY OR NOT????#with the homocidal glitches in what he thinks is his winning personality?#and all the weapons he's made and is in fact still making but now he only sells them to The Good Guys?#except look how easily they fall out with each other and also don't a lot of innocent bystanders die in their overly long action scenes?#also i need to write fic about whether mjolnir does in fact obey some unknown code that can be cracked if you set your mind to it #she does like Robot Jesus so apparently we can rely on her to make the major decisions from now on #the ending's a bit ominous - apparently someone's collecting those TVA paperweights to do... something? Oh no! :O #yeah i watched the MCU in the wrong order shut up this was inevitable and Marvisney should just embrace that at this point #(i know 'Marvisney' will never catch on but that will not stop me using it)#the loki series ending is but the latest installment of “unlimited power with no oversight is fine as long as the Good people have it”#UNLESS TONY WAS ACTUALLY THE BADDY. Justice (Vance Astrovik) has a bad day when he realizes that he's not only ambushed by Orchis' Stark Sentinels, he also sees his ex-fiancee Firestar (Angelica Jones) is working for Orchis and she is out to apprehend him. The whole collapsing bridge was actually set up by Orchis to trap Vance Astrovik even though he is not affiliated with the X-Men. Firestar was sent out to capture her ex-fiance by Judas Traveller of Orchis to test her loyalty. However, unknown to Vance, Firestar is working as a double agent for the X-Men to spy on Orchis.

Also, the dreaded Outlawed storyline is mentioned by Firestar too. Though it's not only Vance who worked for C.R.A.D.L.E, it is implied that Firestar and the rest of the elder New Warriors (except Richard Rider) were working for C.R.A.D.L.E in the unreleased New Warriors mini-series. It is implied that Vance, Firestar and the elder New Warriors may have been brainwashed or tricked by C.R.A.D.L.E. and kept in the dark about Roxxon backing them.

so steve historically has always had his own override code for tony's armor but the fact that tony has an emergency command specifically for him and he takes off the chest plate to restart steve's heart. also they switch and steve gives him his shield which tony throws like an absolute pro
