first post - okok, so this is basically some character information. Just.. just thought it would be nice to know who this blog is about ♡

fair warning, this is a decently long post 👌🏽 

╭── ⋅ ⋅ ── ✩ ── ⋅ ⋅ ──╮ Rhys Sylke - the ghost ! (OC by me) Rhys is a 20 year old librarian and ceramicist. They're nonbinary and go strictly by they/them pronouns. They're demi & pan (both in terms of sexuality and romantically), meaning they don't feel attraction with a person unless there's already a platonic basis and they're attracted to anyone, regardless of gender. They're 5'11". In terms of their upbringing they were raised in Columbia; sent to an orphanage at the age of three, bouncing through four homes, and finally finding solace at age seven adopted by their two fathers, Hesekiel and Erik (these names may be familiar....).

Tevinous Knowles - the skeleton ! (OC by @aiiikitty) Tevin is a 20 year old Pro Hero & Assistant Teacher to Class-1A. He's a cis-male that goes strictly by he/him pronouns. He's sapioromantic, finding attraction to people based on intelligence rather than physical features. He's 6'8". In terms of upbringing he was raised in Kyoto, born to middle-class parents. He was diagnosed with ASD at a young age, causing him to go semi to completely non-verbal at certain periods. His mother died when he was a teenager, something he took harshly and dealt with by overworking himself; something he only started pulling away from when he graduated UA. This led to a depressive period in his life that he, once again, staunched through taking up work; becoming an assistant teacher in the same school he graduated from. ╰── ⋅ ⋅ ── ✩ ── ⋅ ⋅ ──╯

This blog for them is mostly gonna be reposts, screenshots, memes, art pieces, and generally just things that remind me of my favourite happy couple. You can come for the ride if you want, but it's gonna be a mainly OC based thing!! (and yes.. there will be some vaguely nsfw posts on here every once in a while)

This is another take on chapter 1:

It was a perfect day to be out on the water. The sea was calm, the wind the barest puff of air, and the blue sky was studded with white, fluffy clouds. Jiang Cheng took them out to a tiny rocky outcrop for lunch, black stones jutting up out of the sea... There was an abandoned lighthouse there with an old cement dock to tie the boat up to. He had packed a picnic lunch for the two of them, and he led Jin Ling to a sheltered spot on the rocks that had a good view of the coast... Jin Ling excitedly pointed out the birds circling over them — clearly waiting for them to finish eating, although fortunately the birds were polite enough not to try and swoop down.

The seal... settled itself on a rocky shelf and turned its face towards them, clearly keeping an eye on them....

He kept an eye on the seal as he pointed out small creatures and delicate plants in the tide pool to Jin Ling

More detail about the island from later in the chapter:

...the nearest [shape] resolved itself into a large, familiar rock that looked vaguely like the prow of a ship, with a lump at the top that he had always imagined to be some sort of figurehead. He was out on the island they’d had lunch on

Reference for the lighthouse is Ned's Point Lighthouse in Massachusetts.
