I cannot stop thinking about Yamato playing baseball.

My thought was that he was trying to be molded into the star Ace pitcher of the Tobi Roppo team, but he doesn’t even LIKE pitching, he wants to be the star Power Hitter.

He managed to switch to the Kozuki Clan team- much to Kaido’s chagrin- where he is living his best baseball life.

Also, I feel like the KC team would def have more of an Oden palette for their uniforms- but I just wanted to make Yamato’s look like his design :]

✨Millie’s Costume✨

As you can imagine (Actor) Millie was VERY unhappy about the her costume basically being pajamas for the Halloween Special. She immediately went to Wally to complain about it. Of course she’s fussy about it! She’s MILLIE VALENTINE. It’s an INSULT to even suggest she wear pajamas as a costume.

She has very big opinions on this. She’s usually very calm and collected but this is just unacceptable to her! Fortunately Wally fixed it for her 😌

Of course what’s the point of dressing up as a Devil if you’re not gonna be a menace? Throughout the entire work day Millie would interrupt Wally mid conversation or acting to poke him in the butt with her pitchfork (or whatever it’s called-) he got annoyed often but she was having a good time poking him all day.

Now off work is a whole different story. Naturally Millie is still gonna match Wally with their costumes. But this time much more in her taste and style. Gotta be a sexy Devil always! She already always flirts with her dearest but how can she stop herself from flirting even more when he just looks so good? That and she knows how her costume affects him.

Unfortunately for her Wally knew this was gonna happen. So he came prepared! Every time she acts too flirty or suggestive he’ll immediately spray her with “Holy Water”. It doesn’t actually burn her or anything but is very annoying to deal with. Fortunately her makeup is water proof or Wally would have to deal with the consequences of ruining her makeup. At some point she got fed up and poured the water on him 🤣

Og Millie definitely wouldn’t approve of Actors costume though! She finds it extremely embarrassing to see herself wear such a suggestive costume! Both she and Actor look exactly like! Except the dimples and some weight differences but it’s basically copy and paste! Her reaction definitely startled Actor 🤣

Here’s (actor) Millie wearing the Devil onesie because I can! She’s definitely not happy about wearing it but you can’t deny she looks so adorable like this!

Anyways that is all! Finally got these done haha! The majority of my drawings in this post were drawn in Magma and then colored on Procreate! I had Frills join me on Magma so I’m pressured to actually draw these but thanks to that I got that little drawing of Wally adoring her in her onesie XD (also some of these I had to merge into one drawing so all of these fit-)

thanks so much! I don't unfortunately cos it's a lot of work (I paint in Photoshop so no automatic time lapse recording like in Procreate) and i never have the time but i really wanna do it eventually! here's a progress video at least, better than nothing xD

Hehe sure thing! I even recorded some of it, bc for me personally, i learn a lot easier when it's visualized like that, aha.

So first off, we'll start off with our base!

Personally, I like a lot of gradients and color variations to start off with, but these can be solid base colors of you prefer :3. From this, ALL layers are gonna be merged down into one, no separate layers here yet :D

Going forward, I have a video done here kinda showing what I do :DD. I'll explain below the video in more detail what I do

First the base shadiws and highlights — for the shadows I'll usually pick from the color wheel (a darker, more saturated tone, plus I'll also shift the hue some) and draw right on the canvas. For the base highlights, i'll almost always use a bright orange on whatever adjustment layer makes your color nice and bright and glowy (for PTS it's Luminosity, and for CSP and Procreate I usually use an Add layer).

THEN I DO SOME MESSY BLENDING OUT, nothing pretty yet, just getting some of the colors blended out hehe

Afterwards, the drawing usually looks like this :0 very messy lol

NEXT !!! PAINTING TIME !!! As show in the video, it's allllll about color picking and going over what you've already done. For a lot of it I use a softer brush, letting the colors blend together more softly, and then for other portions I'll use a harder pen for where I want more of the color that I picked to show through. Sometimes I'll draw over the line art all together if I don't think it's needed, or i"ll draw the line art back in after painting over it if I want those lines still :0

And there's just a looooot of drawing over and painting over. The 20 seconds you saw of painting and blending usually goes on for like 3-6 hours, depending on the drawing XD.

After ALLLL of that, I get smth like this

AND this was pretty much just working on leo. Now to work on the background elements >:3c same progress, just for the atmosphere and not the character!

YAY NOW THAT'S DONE !! Now all the paintings done soooooo

Color correction and final touches >:3c no more painting, now there's just a bunch of fun glowy layers we add on top of this heheheeh

AND WE DONE >:DDD

I hope that helped some djejwjww. Tbh, the way I learn the most is if an artist im trying to learn from straight up just streams what they’re doing, but I don't rlly know anywhere i could stream or who would be interested ;w; but I hope this helps enough anyway!

No but for real, send me a DM on tumblr or Discord (if we're in contact there already) if you're interested in a portrait of 1 character in any of the types and styles listed above (Sketch, Headshot fully rendered, Pride OC half-body)! This is going to be a "test round" to see if my old prices can still keep up with the risen costs of living here since the last time I did these. So, this might be the last time I'm offering stuff for the prices listed and may switch to a different price model next time around, depending on my findings XD

For the Sketch Portrait and Headshot Portrait you can choose two cel-shading styles:

Photoshop - just a style example, I do these in Photoshop with a clean, fine lineart brush, so the lines are gonna be very crisp and sharp.

Procreate - just a style example, I work in Procreate with a textured brush that makes lines and shadows/shading a bit more sketchy or grainy-looking. Edges and details are sketchier and softer.

The Pride OCs I'm traditionally always doing in Procreate xD

This round of commission is open for OC Portraits - your own or your friends' original characters - and I'd preferrably work on Cyberpunk 2077 or DnD/tabletop characters :3 But all other fandoms I've drawn for before, as well as ones I don't know yet, are obviously welcome too! Just bear in mind my "dos and donts" and my general [Terms of Service] when contacting me for a slot. I reserve the right to refuse any commission request.

hallo!! i have a class where i get to work on a single, big independent project and i’m planning on making a comic. under/source has been one of my favorites for a long time so i was just wondering how you started out making it and the process and any tips etc etc. my teacher said a 22-page series would suffice and i have ibispaint and procreate at my disposal. thanks!! <3<3

The way I started everything was more or less I forced myself to sit down and work on it, cuz I knew if I didn't I would procrastinate it into oblivion and never start it-

First I make sure I have the plot figured out and scripted out so drawing the scenes goes (relatively) smooth, always keep in mind rewrites can be done at ANY stage if needed! If I get stuck somewhere or need to think, often I'll get up and pace around the room just thinking. If I get REALLY stuck then I'll leave the section alone to return to it later and continue writing other scenes.

For the drawing stage, personally I break down the process amongst multiple days, having a schedule to stick to REALLY helps me X'D I use Clip Studio myself so my process may differ a bit.

Day 1: The roughest sketch imaginable, where the pages are planned out in the loosest, stick figured sketches for basic planning

Day 2: Find and place any assets I may need in the pages, like new brushes or objects, models/posing, etc

Day 3: Rough sketch time, where the stick figures actually become something I can turn into line art

Day 4: Line art day, where I usually complete all the line art and some other character details

Day 5: Coloring day, I do ALL the coloring for both the characters and the backgrounds, and finish any other character details

Day 6: Everything else because posting is in a few hours! XD, any background shading/modifications, character shading/modifications, the borders, text, and any other FX or details

Day 7: Day off, either a complete day off or a day 100% reserved for doing any other work (commissions, other comic work/projects, etc)

That's more or less my full process! Some steps can definitely be consolidated into less days but this seems to work best for my brain XD Good luck on your project! 💜

i got to try it out on a friend's ipad wayy back. i think the program is something i could get into but im not a fan of how drawing on an ipad feels XD HOWEVER. that new animation software coming out??? im half tempted

Hello! :D Apologies if this has been asked before- but what brush do you use for your lineart? And what properties does it have? Thank you greatly! ^^

I use the pressured mono line in procreate! Pretty sure the only thing I’ve ever changed was the max and min sizes?? Idk I don’t really mess with brush setting much. Just buy packs and trust that other, more talented arts actually know what they’re doing XD
