okay but how vulnerable did cas feel in that moment? he’s known dean for so long. knows everything about dean, from dean’s secrets to his favorite things to the way he rebuilt dean’s body and his soul in perdition. and cas thinks, maybe there’s a small sliver of a chance that this might possibly be mutual. maybe he’s picked up some of the tiny little hints and signs that dean might feel something too. but this is the one thing he doesn’t know with certainty about dean. doesn’t know if dean feels this too- their connection, their bond, their relationship, the feelings unspoken between them. so cas finally makes it something spoken, something known. he’s an angel, who wasn’t supposed to feel anything at all, and now he’s gone and admitted the most human emotion possible. he’s in love with dean. and maybe dean doesn’t feel it too, but cas has this glimmer of hope that maybe dean does. maybe this whole time the love was real, solid, unwavering, and requited.

THE CONFESSION PART 1:

There are going be three parts to this. Right now it's Kirby's POV next part it's gonna be Fluff's POV.

Kirby & Fluff have a very modern romance. I don't think they'd have a grand gesture... It'd be more of an "AH-HA" moment (and things would take off from there). They were always special to each other... it just took a while to figure it out.

The core of their relationship is understanding one another. Of all the characters Kirby's paired with; Prince Fluff has the most similar framework to him. These two had responsibilities & expectations thrashed upon them since they were kids.

Even though their romantic relationship is after the main story of KBASW their friendship does serve a key role. Both have their own lives and careers to figure out that's why I went with aging the up first before they became a couple.

But they grew up together always having each other in their corner... and that's their greatest strength. Making their relationship meaningful as well as making sense.

And that is why I ship these babies so much...

RANT TIME!

Alright so let’s start this off with- I’m gay and trans and that greatly affects my view of people and the world. I and my community have first AND last say regarding topics surrounding us.

So with that- Jared padalecki is either intentionally or unintentionally homophobic. Constantly speaking over jensen and Misha regarding destiel and their characters and their characters dynamic is completely out of step. Him saying supernatural was never about “gay sex” is correct because it wasn’t. But he says it in a way that undermines destiel and all of the queer viewers.

He always preaches the show was about love. So why can’t dean and cas be apart of that. He’ll say its about love then back track and say “oh but not queer love. Brotherly love. You know MANLY love” and it’s pathetic.

Jared saying the confession wasn’t romantic was completely out of line and just more homophobia. He compared it to everything except exactly what it was- romance.

I used to love Jared- genuinely. Then I started seeing his behaviors. Blaming his mental health for every misstep- doxxing people that annoy him- sending his fans at people- speaking over his fellow actors- and finally painful and blatant homophobia regarding a show he was on for 15 years.

In other words. I’m disappointed in someone I used to see as a hero. I could go on and on about his homophobia and that saddens me

it might be the (ex) catholic in me but the confession and the desecrated host really freak me out in a unique way. especially the 'i prayed for protection but what answered wasn't god'. because the catholicism I grew up in was very big on Demons and Possession and Doing The Right Things and even more importantly Not Doing The Wrong Things. so the idea that you can do everything right, you can be a priest, an exorcist and still end up in a Fucked Up Scenario?? the idea that you can pray for protection and what answers might not be god, but the very thing you're trying to protect yourself from?? the unique helplessness of the situation, being stripped of the only defence that you were always supposed to have, both the prayer itself and, more importantly, your god failing you?? not listening or not being powerful enough or not caring??? fuck men, it's not even that big of a focus of this episode, and like objectively speaking the cannibalism and losing trust in your senses is a Much Bigger Problem, but,,, it's one of this things that just stays with me
