no but i could write a goddamn essay about all the ways making sophie sge a lesbian could have made those books one hundred thousand times better
#like obvs i get why he didnt do it but srsly everything weird about sophies character arc in the 6th book could be solved by having her end#up w a girl#like i am fully for tedros and agatha (at least in the first 3 we dont talk about what the fuck he did to them in 4-6) they're iconic#whatever etc#but sophie should have gotten a damn gf and ill die on this hill#like. everything about her and the way she thinks about needing 3 be with a prince is sooo. well#lets just say it reeks so dearly of girl who has grown up just extremely surrounding herself in traditionally soo strictly feminine social#roles and etc#trying to convince herself she does like boys she does she is attracted to boys#while developing deep emotional/romantic bonds with none of them and at them same time acting Like That about agatha#(clarifying that i think her and agatha together would be bad even if u ignore that whole magic twins shit. just do not have those vibes#but her friendship w aggie is SO lesbian who cares more about/is weirdly possessive of close female friend than guy she says shes into)#and her whole arc as a metaphor for her figuring out that she actually likes women would ahv been so fucking good#like i was v happy w the end of her book 3 ending on her own yknow? her ending up w a guy makes no sense and as fond as i am of hort#<- wet cat man supreme#it really fucks with her arc and how her relationship with men had been portrayed through the book#*books#like love is such a central theme in her character and i want her to have someone but i also think it being a boy falls flat#like honestly in my ideal world hort was just a girl#like no other change hort is a girl and they kiss#it really does work and also we would ahve gotten sad milk filled webkinz fcuking wet cat werewolf woman representation we all want#anyway#sophie's a lesbian in the same way regina george is a lesbian can anyone hear me#and agatha is bisexual in the same way elle woods is bisexual send post#tedros is also bi but thats like literally canon lmao

AU T7S Where Kelso Doesn't Exist on the Show
This turned into an outline/first-draft hybrid of a fanfic I would call One Difference: Michael Kelso Doesn't Exist.
Quite a few twists. Lots of Zen. Plenty for the other characters, too.
Season 1
Jackie joins the basement gang because of Fez. Jackie enjoys his flattery and attention, but she hasn't promised him anything romantic or sexual. She also keeps her time in Eric's basement secret, acting like she doesn't know Fez, Donna, Eric, or Hyde while in school.
Hyde influences Eric to be more delinquent than he otherwise would be. Without Kelso as his partner in crime, Eric fills that role.
Eric gets into more trouble with both his parents because of his shenanigans with Hyde. Donna also finds Eric slightly hotter for his rebelliousness. In canon season seven, she tells Eric she thinks it's hot when he does naughty stuff.
Unfortunately for Eric, his parents don't agree. He doesn't get the Vista Cruiser, as he does in "That '70s Pilot" (1x01). They tell him that unless and until he acts responsible enough to have a car, he's not getting one from them.
Red's opinion about Hyde is also different. Instead of seeing Hyde as a good kid who rough around the edges, he thinks Hyde's a danger to his son and tells Eric Hyde's no longer allowed in the house. He also tells Eric to let Hyde find another dumbass to get into trouble with.
Jackie wants to go to the junior prom so badly that she accepts Fez's invitation. Problem is that she's finding herself attracted to Hyde in spite of herself. Before Red banned him from the basement, regardless of how annoyed he is by Jackie, she's drawn to him.
Hyde is the only one who fights the guy (and his friends) who punched Eric unconscious in "Grandma's Dead" (1x23). Without Kelso there, Fez tries to help but is tossed aside and passes out.
Hyde gets more than a fat lip from that bar fight. He's bruised all over. He's allowed to go to Grandma Forman's funeral to support Eric (because of Kitty).
When Red sees Hyde, he assumes the worst about why Hyde's bruised and swollen. Eric tells Red what Hyde did for him, and that significantly changes Red's mind about Hyde.
Fez is confused as to why Jackie runs hot and cold with him. Hyde and Eric both answer that she's a nutbag and he should look for a girlfriend elsewhere. Donna, though, defends Jackie. They're friends now, and Jackie's helped Donna transition her friendship with Eric into a romance.
Fez decides to fight even harder for Jackie's love, and Hyde and Eric groan.
After Edna abandons Hyde, Red (without knowing yet what happened) lets Hyde join his for dinner three nights in one week. During these dinners, Red starts to understand that Hyde is a good boy who's rough around the edges. Kitty, who always liked Hyde, is grateful for how he stood up for her son.
Once Red and Kitty learn that Hyde's mom abandoned him, he allows Hyde to live with them on probationary status. Hyde has to cut out the nonsense and stop cutting classes.
Hyde excels at following Red's conditions, so much so that Eric becomes jealous. With Hyde no longer doing senseless stupid stunts, Eric decides to do a stunt of his own. He's got way more experience in it since Hyde essentially trained him in the art for eleven years.
Eric, who's earned the Vista Cruiser a third through the season, decides to take his mom's keys to the Toyota and find out how fast and far it can go on one tank of gas. Donna, Hyde, and Fez try to convince him not to.
Jackie is present for this moment, and she encourages Eric to go with his plan. This pisses off Donna and Hyde, but Fez finds it hot (despite not wanting Eric to do it).
Hyde tells Eric if he's gonna do something so stupid, Hyde better go with him.
Eric ends up swerving to avoid another car, but the Toyota's bumper falls off and the left taillight is busted. A good measure of paint has been scraped off.
When Red discovers what happened to his car, Hyde takes responsibility for it. Eric objects and says it's his fault. They fight over it, and Red fights internally with himself whether to blame Hyde and kick him out.
But, unlike Donna and Fez who have run off, Jackie steps in and says it was Eric's idea and that Hyde tried to stop him. She's a witness. She knows Hyde will be homeless if Hyde doesn't let Eric take responsibility, and then she'll lose access to him.
Red is relieved and disappointed. He makes Eric and Hyde work to pay off the car repairs. Rather than being upset by this punishment, Hyde feels more like part of the family.
Season 2
Fez tricks Jackie into a kiss during the movies. Once she realizes what he's doing, she stops him. With no Kelso to slug Fez, Jackie runs out of the theater.
Jackie tells Donna what happened and admits she liked the kiss. She's considering dating Fez in secret.Donna has two problems with this idea: one, Fez tricked her into a kiss, which doesn't set a good precedent for the start of a relationship; and two, Jackie shouldn't date Fez in secret. If Jackie has romantic feelings for him, she should be proud to date him and not let xenophobia -- or fear of others' xenophobia -- dictate how she lives her life.
Jackie says in this conversation that she's never had a boyfriend before and she's getting long in the tooth. It's time for her to start dating already. Fez is a terrible choice. "He worships me. He's great dancer, but ..."
Donna says, "He's foreign."
Jackie says, "No. I mean yes, but you're right that I shouldn't treat him like a dirty little secret. The problem is ... I love kissing, and Fez is good at it, but I'm not sure Fez is the one I want to kiss."
Donna, shocked and intrigued, says, "Is there someone else you want to kiss?"
Jackie becomes cagey, an obvious tell, and Donna calls her out on it: "There is someone you want to kiss! Who is it? Do I know him?"
Jackie, very uncomfortable, escapes the question by escaping the conversation (and Donna).
In the circle with Eric, Hyde, and Fez, Donna does her best to keep her mouth shut about Jackie. But Fez brings up how he kissed Jackie at the movies and that Jackie ran away afterward.
Eric and Hyde rag on Fez (and Jackie): "Why Jackie? I mean ... why Jackie?" "You found the Holy Grail, man -- the secret to gettin' Jackie to disappear."
Donna, unhappy about their burns, says, "Jackie liked the kiss, you jackasses -- " which makes Fez brighten -- "but she wants someone else to kiss her that way."
Fez, Hyde, and Eric: "Who?"
Donna: "I don't know. She wouldn't tell me."
Eric: "Oh, God -- that must mean it's one of us!"
Hyde: "Donna's hot. Wouldn't blame her."
Eric: "Not Donna. Us! You and me!"
Hyde: "No way, Forman. You make her sick, and she makes me sick. She wouldn't go after her best friend's boyfriend anyway."
Donna, Eric, and Fez: "How do you know that?"
Hyde: "Uh ... "
Donna (teasing, singing): "Hyde and Jackie sitting in ... in ... have you two ever sat in anything together?"
Fez (sad): "Only the remains of my heart."
Hyde: "Look, last winter at her ski cabin, she whined to me about wanting this guy Jake Bradley -- "
Eric: "The Jake Bradley? The Vikings quarterback?"
Hyde: "Yeah. But he's dating Kat Peterson, so that's never gonna happen."
Donna (remembering): "Right! And you tried to 'comfort' her by saying Jake wouldn't cheat on Kat with Pam Macy either, so Jackie's in good company.
Hyde (chuckling to himself): "That was a pretty good burn."
Donna: "You were a total jerk that weekend -- and not just to her."
Hyde: "Yup. I was. [Sincerely to Donna] Sorry, man. For all of it. No excuses. Just a reason: head was screwed up from my ma. Wouldn't want anyone to do to me what I did to you, and I'm glad we're still cool though I don't deserve it."
Donna's about to accept his apology, but Eric says, "What did you do to her?"
Fez (morose): "What I did to Jackie."
Eric (pissed and confused, to Hyde): "You kissed her in a movie theater in Alpine Valley?"
Donna and Hyde: "The ski cabin."
Hyde: "And she slapped me good. Too bad it didn't knock sense into my skull."
After this circle, Eric is uneasy about Hyde.
Laurie, bored, finds a sad Fez moping around the Forman driveway. She gets him to open up about Jackie's latest but as-yet unspoken romantic rejection of him. Laurie sees an opportunity to amuse herself.
Laurie: "You're a virgin, right?"
Fez: "Yes -- no! I have done it with many women. Like a stallion."
Laurie: "Mm-hmm. Care to prove it?"
Fez glances around. "Where?"
Laurie holds up the keys to her parents' Toyota and nods her head toward the car.
"B-b-but we could get caught!" Fez says.
"It'll be more fun that way," Laurie says and pulls Fez to the car.
A little later, Hyde goes to the driveway. The garage door is open. The Toyota is rocking. At first Hyde thinks the Formans are having sex, and he back away. Then Laurie screams, "Fez!" in passion (and in an attempt to get caught).
Hyde is more repulsed by the idea of Fez and Laurie screwing than the Formans and flees to The Hub.
At The Hub, Jackie is eating at a table alone. Hyde brings his tray of fries, a hot dog, and a soda to her table.
Jackie (suspicious and intrigued): "What do you want?"
Hyde: "You don't have to worry about Fez anymore."
Jackie: "Huh?"
Hyde: "Look, we all know he's been after you for months, but someone caught him in her web today. He's probably gonna stay there willingly, even if the spider sucks out his insides ... leavin' him a dried husk."
Jackie (annoyed): What are you talking about, Hyde?"
Hyde: "Spotted Laurie and Fez doing the backseat bossa nova."
Jackie: "Is that some kind of dance?"
Hyde (smirking): "Some kind. Doesn't require clothes. [To himself] Hope he's wearin' a condom."
Jackie (understanding): "HE'S HAVING SEX WITH LAURIE?"
Hyde winces at her shout. "You should be happy, man. Now that she's got Fez on his back, he'll get off yours."
Jackie: "I -- well -- who's gonna ... "
Hyde: "What?"
Jackie: "You'll just burn me if I tell you."
Hyde: "Likely. [Gently] You can still tell me."
Jackie: "It's just that ... I don't get a lot of attention at home, okay? And I have no boyfriend to lavish me with the adoration I totally deserve, so now that Fez'll be all over Laurie, I'm gonna be alone."
Hyde: "Not alone. Lonely."
Jackie: "What's the difference?"
Hyde: "Trust me; there's a difference."
Jackie stares at Hyde a moment. Then she says, "I do. I do trust you."
Hyde, realizing he made a big mistake, says, "I'm gonna take the rest of my lunch to-go." He stands up with his tray of food and leaves The Hub while Frank (the manager and cashier) yells at him about it. Hyde says, "I'll bring it back!" and hurries away outside.
Fez, exhilarated and a little scared by what happened between himself and Laurie, looks for someone to confide in. He wants someone who will react helpfully, so Eric's out. Hyde's at The Hub with Jackie, so Fez can't find him. Next door, however, is Donna.
Nervously, Fez relates to Donna that he just lost his virginity to Laurie. Donna's first reaction is disgust and shock, but she recovers and asks if he's okay. "And please tell me you used a condom."
Fez: "I don't know if I'm okay -- but yes, Pépé wore a coat. Laurie said I was all right, which is a synonym for *okay,* but did she really mean it? And the first-first time lasted five seconds. The second first time was eight minutes and -- "
Donna: "Spare me the second-by-second breakdown. Please. I want to know how you feel -- emotionally. Because, y'know, it's Laurie! And how did this even happen?"
Fez (laughing): "Oh, you silly virgins and you're silly questions. Sex-education in this country is very lacking. You see, women have -- "
Donna: "I know how sex works! I mean how did you and Laurie ... *why* did you and Laurie?"
Fez: "Oh. She was bored. I was heartbroken over Jackie, and now Fez is no longer a virgin. But what if Laurie just used me to burn Eric? Or if she'll never have sex with me again? Or if that will be my *only* time having sex? Because I liked it ... about four minutes into the second first time."
Donna wishes Hyde were the one Fez was talking to. She's very uncomfortable. She's also worried about how this situation will affect Fez and Eric. She says, "Laurie is always up to something. Whatever you do, even if it's having sex with her again, don't trust her. And don't mistake sex for love. They're totally not the same thing. And I think you should tell Eric right away. Like now."
Fez: "Wow. This is a lot to think about."
Donna: "I just don't want you or Eric to get hurt."
Donna supports Fez by being present in the basement when Fez tells Eric about Laurie. Eric has a negative reaction, and Donna tries to calm him down. Hyde enters the basement amid this bit of chaos.
Hyde: "So Forman knows Fez and Laurie did it, huh?"
Fez, Donna and Eric: "How do you know about that?"
Hyde: "I was there, man. In the driveway. Saw the Formans' Toyota rattling around. Once I spotted the cause, I was outta there."
Eric, hoping to find an ally, says to Hyde, "So what now? Laurie's not hanging out with us just 'cause she and Fez committed that abominable act."
Hyde (to Fez): "Whatever you do, whoever you do, is your business, man. Just don't make it ours, all right?"
Donna: "I already warned him not to fall in love with her."
Fez grows annoyed at his friends' controlling, unsupportive attitudes. He decides that if Laurie's interested in him, he'll have fun with her as long as it lasts.
Throughout the rest of the season, Fez and Laurie's strange relationship continues. Jackie's disgusted and thankful she'd realized she doesn't have romantic feelings for him early. Red is oblivious, but eagle-eyed Kitty recognizes that Laurie is "playing" with Fez (please excuse the unavoidable double entendre).
Kitty sits Laurie down and has a serious talk with her. Kitty knows Laurie is in no way faithful to Fez and doesn't want her to break Fez's heart. Laurie tries to reassure Kitty, albeit dismissively, that the heart isn't the organ Fez is concerned about.
Dissatisfied, Kitty goes to Red. Big mistake. Red puts the onus on Fez and tries to scare him off Laurie. Fez tells Laurie about this development, which makes her want Fez more.
Jackie tries to befriend Hyde, much to his annoyance. She likes how real he is, especially compared to the guys who are part of her social circle at school. She finds in his personality and demeanor aspects she feels she lacks within herself and is attracted (platonically) by that.
Hyde shows no interest in reciprocating any friendship until he witnesses at school a nasty encounter Jackie has with a very competitive cheer squad teammate, Julie. Julie is gunning for cheer captain for the varsity team next year. She sees Jackie as a threat and uses Jackie's lack of boyfriend as a way to spread rumors about her.
Hyde teaches Jackie his version of Zen so she can protect herself. He also introduces her to the circle in between lessons. Unfortunately, being Zen goes only so far when Jackie Burkhart is a lesbian (remember, 1970s) and other untrue statements about her are written on blackboards and whispered by students whenever Jackie walks into a classroom or a school hallway.
To mitigate these rumors, Jackie starts dating Chip. Hyde is wary of this development and keeps an eye on it.
Before Jackie and Chip's third date, at school Hyde questions Chip -- whom Hyde knows is a year older than Jackie and has bragged about previous sexual "conquests". Chip says what he and Jackie have is quid quo pro. Chip goes on a few dates with her, tolerates the yapping, and on the last date he gets to nail her.
Hyde: "Is tonight gonna be the last date?"
Chip: "Hell yeah. She's a bitch."
Pow!
Hyde lays out Chip with one punch. It's witnessed by a lot of students, including Jackie. Jackie wants to know what happened. Hyde manages to get out, "He said bitch. Last date. Nail you -- "
Unlike the Jackie of T7S Prime, this one is a virgin at this time on the show. She's sexually inexperienced, and she pieces together what Chip intended and why Hyde punched him.
Unfortunately, the school principal arrives. As he hauls Hyde to his office, Jackie shouts that she loves Hyde. Many students witness this moment, too.
The principal suspends Hyde from school for the rest of the year, which only has two weeks left, but it means he can't take his finals. He'll have to attend summer school and anger management classes.
Eric and Donna's stories in season 2 are relatively unaffected by Kelso's absence except as described above.
Season 3
Jackie happy-brags to Donna about what went down and why Hyde has to go to summer school. Donna thinks what Hyde did is noble but that Jackie needs to tell her dad about it since the principal doesn't know.
Jackie thinks Donna's idea is great. She does tell her father, who uses his influence to get Hyde out of anger management and a commendation on his transcript for community spirit-- despite the principal condemning the use of violence to solve issues. Chip is expelled because of Jack's influence (and fury that someone thought to hurt his daughter in such a way).
Hyde remains suspended for one week but is allowed to return to school to take his finals.
Jackie is flustered that Hyde doesn't thank her for her intervention on his behalf. He protected her, and she protected him, so -- to her mind -- they should be really close now.
When Jackie confronts Hyde about his lack of gratitude, he tells her he never would've had to punch the guy (Chip) if Jackie didn't give into social pressure. Although this statement is victim-blaming, Jackie does think hard about how toxic her social circle is and tells Hyde he's right. She'll choose her friends better. In fact, he'll be seeing a lot more of her from now on.
Hyde complains to Eric and Donna about this latest situation. Donna's pissed at Hyde for blaming Jackie for Chip nearly taking advantage of her.
Eric, meanwhile, is still focused on Fez and Laurie's relationship and says he bets Laurie took advantage of Laurie, but no one was around to punch her before she could get to him -- not that a man should punch a lady. But if Donna had been there ...
Donna slaps Eric's shoulder and tells him to pay attention to the matter at hand.
Hyde takes to heart Donna's point about victim-blaming Jackie and wants to make it right. He apologizes to Jackie, in his own way. He says, "I get feelin' pressured, and sometimes it puts us in situations we don't know are dangerous. Chip is a sneaky bastard, and you're not used to sneaky bastards. I am, but you couldn't have seen what he had planned for ya. Even if you could -- "
Jackie: "You're rambling, Steven."
Hyde: "I don't ... yeah, okay, I do. I am. Anyway, I'm sorry for acting like a dillhole after I punched Chip. I kinda punched you, too, with my words."
Jackie: "Yeah, you did. It really hurt ... and not only because I really like you."
Hyde: "You shouldn't -- like me, I mean. I'm no good. But under your abrasive, bossy exterior is someone I can stand to be around."
Jackie (touched): "Aw! Does this mean we're friends?"
Hyde: "I knocked a guy's teeth in 'cause he called you a bitch and planned to do a lot worse, and you had your dad bail me out of goin' to summer school and more. People who hate each other generally don't do things like that, so ... "
Jackie (excitedly, hugging Hyde): "We're friends! Hey, why don't we go to the Sizzler for dinner and celebrate?"
Hyde (uncomfortable): "I'm not sure we -- "
Jackie: "I'll pay."
Hyde (now agreeable): "You've had a rough couple of weeks. Let's go, kid."
Jackie and Hyde's arc in season three is their growing friendship that they manage to conceal from everyone but Mrs. Forman. She keeps it mostly to herself but talks to Red about it. Red approves because of his experience with her in "Career Day" (1x18).
Fez and Laurie's relationship ends when Fez discovers that Laurie's cheating on him. His friends say they all warned him but still display various levels of sympathy.
Donna says, "Why did you like her so much anyway? She was mean to you most of the time."
Fez: *She had sex with me, Donna. Regularly! How could I not love a woman like that?"
Hyde: "Dude, you didn't love her."
Fez: "I loved that she had sex with me. Regularly! And sometimes strangely, which I also enjoyed very much."
To help Fez get over Laurie, Hyde takes Fez "cruising for chicks". It cheers Fez up a little, but he's relatively down the rest of the season.
Eric never gets the idea of getting Donna a promise ring because Kelso doesn't exist to give it to him. Still, Ric and Donna's relationship goes downhill because of h increasing independence and his increasing insecurity.
At the end of the season, Eric has an important conversation with Donna. He says, "When do you think we'll get married? Before college or after college?"
Donna (laughing, thinking he's joking): "Why not tomorrow? We could drive to Vegas, and an Elvis impersonator can officiate."
Eric: "I'm serious. Donna, I can't imagine my life without you."
Donna (stunned): "Are you, like, proposing?"
Eric: "Hypothetically if I were, what would you say?"
Donna: "I'd say, 'We're seventeen and have no idea where our lives will take us.'"
Eric: "But wherever they take us, you see us together ... don't you?"
This question leads to the rest of their breakup scene in "Promise Ring" -- minus the actual ring.
Season 4
Eric's depression proceeds as it does on the show. For the first half of the season, he dates random girls. Donna doesn't date.
The heartbroken Eric and Fez set up the get-Hyde-a-girlfriend party. Jackie invites Rhonda -- not because Jackie's insecure about not being the prettiest girl at the party but doesn't want to find Hyde a potential girlfriend. Fez and Rhonda hit it off.
With no Kelso and no vanity-driven insecurity, Jackie stays at the party and watches Hyde closely but sneakily. She's relieved when he doesn't seem seriously interested in any of the girls.
After a short absence, Hyde returns to the party with Melissa. Jackie recognizes how disrespectful and manipulatively Melissa treats Hyde. Once Melissa leaves, Jackie pulls Hyde aside.
Jackie: "Melissa's really pretty."
Hyde (still dazed by his attraction to Melissa): "Uh-huh ... "
Jackie: "She's also everything you hate about me."
Hyde: "What?"
Jackie: "You clearly didn't pay attention to how she acted. She was bossy, mean, and -- and -- what's that word you taught me, when you described how your mom used to give you the silent treatment whenever you pissed her off by blinking too loud?"
Hyde: "Withholding."
Jackie: "That's it! She's emotionally withholding, and she's gonna use that as a weapon against you if you date her. I can see it already."
Hyde (annoyed): "Jackie, I spent an hour with her. You can't tell all that."
Jackie: "You had one conversation with Chip, and you knew exactly what he had planned for me."
Hyde: "Because he told me!"
Jackie: "And Melissa told me. I might not have your sexual experience or whatever, but I'm an expert in manipulation. ... Just think about what happened between you two tonight before you call her, okay?"
Hyde (mostly because he wants to end the conversation): "... Okay."
But Hyde does as Jackie asks. He flashes back to how his mom treated his dad (Bud) and eventually himself. Melissa did seem to resent him already, and he'd end up resenting her. She might be a great girl -- but not for him. She clearly doesn't think he's enough for her as he is now. Not a great way to start a relationship.
At The Hub a few days later, Donna tells Hyde that Melissa told her he never called. Donna asks why.
Hyde: "You called me whipped after she left the party. That was enough."
Donna: "Oh, come on, Hyde. I was teasing. Melissa's really cool. You're cool. I don't think you should miss out on each other."
Hyde: "And I don't think you and Forman should've broken up. You obviously miss each other, but what can I do about it?"
Hyde hit the target he was aiming for. Donna, emotional and pissed, leaves The Hub.
Jackie arrives at The Hub and passes Donna, who says, "Hyde's being a jackass today. I wouldn't sit with him."
Jackie does sit with Hyde, however, and she gets him to spill about not calling Melissa and his interaction with Donna.
"Thanks, by the way, for lookin' out for me," he says.
Jackie: "That's what friends do even when it might piss their friend off like you did Donna."
Hyde: "She'll get over it. Don't know how she and Forman'll get over each other, though."
"Tornado Prom" (4x15) happens a few episodes earlier in this AU. Jackie really wants to win Snow Queen, but she laments to Hyde that she has no date. Hyde shrugs. Jackie says, "You could take me."
Hyde: "I could, but I won't. Plan on partying in the principal's office."
Jackie: "You can still do that. But if you're my date, the teacher-chaperones won't be as watchful of you."
Hyde: "Huh. ... All right. I owe you for Melissa -- and I hate owing anyone -- but no dancing."
Jackie: "Five dances, and you wear a tuxedo."
Hyde: "No dances, and I wear a shirt and pants."
Jackie: "Steven!"
Hyde: "Whatever. One dance."
Jackie: "Four and a tux. I'll rent it."
Hyde: "Two dances, and I wear the suit Bud left me after he -- well, left me the first time."
Jackie: "That mustard thing? Ew! ... Three dances, a nice suit jacket, pants, dress shirt, and tie I'll buy you, and I distract any teachers who might be eyeing you."
Hyde: "Deal."
During his dances with Jackie at Snow Prom, Hyde begins to realize his romantic, aesthetic, and sexual attraction to Jackie. It scares him. After their third dance, he definitely wants to have his circle in the principal's office. Jackie joins him with Fez and Rhonda.
Jackie falls asleep. Hyde draws a unibrow on her forehead. She wins Snow Queen, and Jake Bradley wins Snow King. Jackie is elated but can't understand why everyone in the gym is laughing at her. Then she sees her face in a mirror and knows Hyde is the culprit.
Jackie is furious, but instead of letting humiliation get the best of her, she goes Zen. Everyone is impressed, including Hyde -- and he knows now he's in big trouble.
After "Tornado Prom," Eric realizes he'll never get over Donna if he doesn't actually try. Without Jackie setting Donna up with Casey Kelso, Eric's able to focus on his own date life. He asks out Shelly ("Eric's Panties" [3x06], who is happy to go out with him.
Donna's emotional spiraling begins again. She doesn't want to date anyone, but she's afraid Eric and Shelly might actually have a chance at a relationship (unlike his previous dates).
Jackie (to Donna): "Oh, my God, you still love him!"
Donna: "Of course I do, but that doesn't mean I can be with him. He tried to control my life."
Jackie: "No, he confessed his undying commitment to you, and you rejected it."
Donna: "Because the second I carved out a little piece of my life just for myself, he freaked!"
Jackie: "Someone who loves you as much as Eric does would be willing to work through that."
Donna: "How do you know? You've never even had a boyfriend."
Jackie: "No, but I understand love and that it takes compromises and work ... and trust."
Donna: "Then I guess I don't trust Eric to work on compromising with me."
Jackie: "He compromised with you all the time!"
Donna: "I compromised with him. Until I was sick of him refusing to respect me enough to do the same."
Jackie: "Have you ever told him that?"
Donna: "I told him to trust me."
Jackie: "That's not the same thing."
Donna: "It should've been enough."
Jackie: "Obviously, it wasn't."
Donna: "Well, that's not my problem."
Jackie (mockingly): "'That's not my problem.'" [She pinches Donna's arm, and Donna cries out in pain and anger.] "Who's problem is it, then? Eric's, someone who Shelly or another girl might give a chance to let him learn from his mistakes and be happy? Or the person so stubborn she'll end up alone and miserable because she's in love with someone who needs more time to understand what he's doing wrong?"
Donna can't absorb Jackie's insight all at once, but the seed is planted.
Jackie's parents find out that Hyde took Jackie to Snow Prom. They think she's dating him, despite her protestations to the contrary: "We're just friends! He'll tell you the same thing!"
Jackie's parents want her to stop hanging out in the Formans' basement. She can go to Donna's house, but if she keeps going to the Formans', her father will cut her off financially.
Jackie has more than Hyde to lose. Despite that Donna doesn't go to the basement as often, especially now that Eric's dating Shelly, Jackie will miss all her friends there.
In the basement, Jackie announces her conundrum without saying that Hyde's the reason for it. She says her dad wants her to spend more of her spare time with her "real" friends from the cheer squad and in her own grade. She's decided, though, to get a job because she knows everyone here will miss her too much.
Eric, Donna, Fez, Rhonda, and Hyde's reactions are unenthusiastic. But in private, Hyde asks Jackie what the actual deal is.
Jackie, to her surprise, admits the truth. Hyde laughs and says, "That's ridiculous. Your folks are ... "
Jackie: "Ridiculous! I know! You'd never like me that way."
Hyde: "Right. Never. And you wouldn't date a poor, lowerclass burnout dirtbag."
Jackie: "Exactly! Not that you're a dirtbag ... or poor in the non-money sense. You're richer in every other way that counts compared to the sons of my parents' upperclass friends."
Hyde (sensing the awkwardness between them): "So you're getting a job, huh?"
Jackie: "I'm going to the mall. Maybe Halverson's is look for someone pretty to model its clothes."
Jackie ends up at the Cheese Palace, hired to hand out cheese samples to potential patrons. She has to take the bus to the mall and back because her dad took away her keys to the Lincoln.
Hyde feels partially responsible for Jackie's situation, so he drives her home from work when his own work schedule allows.
Eric catches Todd "the Cheese Guy" kissing Jackie (Todd had tricked her when she was down about her parents' lack of trust in her and low opinion of Hyde).
Jackie doesn't want Eric telling anyone because she's humiliated that her second real kiss was due to being tricked by another boy. Moved by compassion, Eric keeps her secret.
Except that Jackie feels like she cheated on Hyde in some way.
By the end of the season, Fez doesn't get terrible advice from Casey Kelso, and his relationship with Rhonda is intact.
Donna has grown completely depressed. She refuses to try to break up Eric and Shelly by telling Eric she loves him. She had her chance to work through the toughest part of her relationship with Eric, and they both blew it. She needs to get away for the summer, and she heads to the bus station -- and California -- to stay with her mom.
What Donna doesn't know is that Eric has broken up with Shelly. He's still in love with Donna, and he can accept living in the now with her and leave the future unwritten.
Jackie tells Hyde about what happened with Todd. Hyde says she doesn't need to confess to him. He's no priest.
Jackie: "I do. I feel terrible about it, Steven. He tricked me!"
Hyde (growing protective): "What do you mean by tricked?"
Jackie: "He offered to give !e a sympathetic hug because of my parents, you know? But he turned his face, and his lips pushed against mine, and we were kissing. I was so confused, but I kissed him back! Just like I was confused when Fez tricked me at the movies and kissed me -- and I kissed him back."
Jackie (tearing up): "My teammates are right about me: I'm a naive loser. God, I've never been kissed by a boy I've chosen to kiss. Who I've wanted to kiss. And -- and if you hadn't looked out for me another boy, Chip, might've done a lot worse."
Hyde (consoling): "Hey ... hey, that sucks. But it's not your fault, all right? I didn't get to choose most things about my life, either, but I got to choose my friends. Like you."
Jackie feels a little better, but her first tear falls.
Hyde: "Listen, any guy you choose to kiss someday will be lucky."
Jackie: "Any guy?"
Hyde: "Well, someone who wants to kiss you back."
Jackie: "Would you want to?"
Hyde (flushing a little): "If you kissed me ... it would be cool."
Jackie: "That can mean anything!"
Hyde: "I wouldn't hate it. ... Hell, I'd probably like it."
Jackie places her hand on Hyde's cheek. She kisses him gently. He responds gently -- at first -- then they're making out with each other heavily. Fade to black.
Eric goes to the Pinciottis' house to tell Donna about his breakup and what he's learned about trusting the moment. Unfortunately, Donna's not there. Bob and Joanne don't know where she is. They let Eric wait for her in her room. He waits a long time.
Season 5
Jackie and Hyde's romantic relationship develops over the summer. They keep it a secret because Eric is sad and mopey about Donna. They also want the relationship to be just theirs while in its beginning stages, without their friends' opinions.
Hyde gets Eric the plane ticket (using Eric's Candy Land stash) to go to Donna in California. Hyde and Fez cover for his absence.
Eric and Donna reconcile in California. Without Casey being an issue, and Eric explaining that he dumped Shelly and never had sex with her because he never stopped loving Donna, they actually deal with what broke them up.
When Fez and Rhonda catch Hyde and Jackie in the basement post-kissing -- unlike Fez -- Rhonda recognizes what they walked in on. Hyde decides to act Zen about it. Jackie follows his lead.
Rhonda: "That doesn't work on me. I know love when I see it."
Hyde (laughing nervously): "Love? I don't love, man. I tolerate."
Jackie: "No, no, no. I tolerate. You're so overwhelmed by my beauty that I tolerate making out with you."
Fez (to Rhonda): What are they doing?
Rhonda: "Acting like two in love dorks. Want to see if Mrs. Forman has any peach cobbler left over?"
Fez: "I suppose I could tolerate that."
With Rhonda and Fez gone, Jackie says, "Steven, are we dorks?"
Hyde: "Nope."
Jackie: "Are we ... in love?"
Hyde: "How's about we quit talking and get back to what we were doin'?"
Jackie and Hyde continue to make out but wonder about Jackie's question.
Donna and Eric return from California.
Without Kelso, Jackie and Hyde's arc consists of figuring out just how they feel about each other, supporting each other through life issues (e.g., Jackie's dad going to prison) and not always getting it right the first or second time.
Eric and Donna don't get engaged this season. They're too busy finding the balance between their fears, individual desires, and how all that affects their relationship.
During the senior prank, Eric, Fez, and Hyde are present. Eric tried to get artistic and paint a tribute to Donna. He miscalculated his reach and fell off the water tower. Hyde leaves Fez to check on Eric. Fez is arrested.
Jackie is afraid to admit to Hyde she loves him. Hyde is afraid he's unlovable, but Kitty reassures him and says, "Maybe Jackie has to hear it first."
Hyde: "And if she laughs in my face?"
Kitty: "Steven, you've loved that girl for years. You can deny it all you like, but a mother knows. And if you've chosen someone worthy of your love, which I believe you have, you'll hear the right thing."
Jackie, meanwhile, has gone to Red -- who doesn't want to get involved but does. Jackie says, "When did you first tell Mrs. Forman you love her?"
Red: "Between when I fought in World War II and the Korean War."
Jackie, despite knowing Hyde would never join the military and dislikes conflict of any kind, decides she'll have to take drastic action.
Jackie finds Hyde in the Formans' basement. She says she's declaring war on him.
Hyde, confused since he and Jackie haven't had any serious fights in a while, says, "Before you do that -- whatever that means -- I've got somethin' to tell you."
Jackie wants to speak first, but she's learned that she has a tiny window when Hyde is open and vulnerable enough to say important things to her. She doesn't want him to shut down, so she gestures her assent.
Hyde: "I love you. ... Okay, go declare war."
Jackie, taken a back says, "I -- I ... I admit defeat. I love you, too!"
Hyde (unsure): "You what?"
Jackie: "Mr. Forman went through one war and was about to fight in another when he told Mrs. Forman he loves her. So I thought if I declared war by telling you I love you that either we'd both win or both lose. I just needed a definitive answer."
Hyde (laughing): "You are one freaky, freaky chick. Glad we both won. Medical care for vets in this country, 'specially mental care, sucks. Have you seen that guy on Sherman? He -- "
Jackie quiets him with a kiss. "Another time, Steven. This war is over."
Hyde kisses her back.
Rhonda marries Fez so he can stay in the country. Red doesn't have a heart attack.
Eric, inspired by Fez and Rhonda, proposes to Donna at the end of the season. We don't get her answer.
Season 6
Kitty is devastated that Eric and Hyde are leaving for college. Eric says, "It's in Kenosha. We'll be less than forty-five minutes away."
As in The Middle, we get the characters' college experiences, but they're in Point Place for the majority of episodes.
We learn that Donna said yes to Eric's proposal by seeing the engagement ring on her finger. Their arcs revolve around keeping their engagement secret, accidentally revealing it, and their parents' reactions on top of dealing with college life and sharing a house with Hyde, Fez, and Rhonda off-campus.
With Donna out of the house, Bob spends his fatherly attention on Jackie. It's helpful and annoying, and then her mom returns to town. The conflict this arrival creates is handled more seriously than it is on the show with Kelso.
Hyde struggles in college. He's smart but not academically inclined. His temperament is much better suited to an apprenticeship, learning a craft by doing the craft. He's scared.
During one weekend, Hyde learns Hyde bought Wilson & Son's Muffler Shop. He asks Red if he can work there on the weekends. Red hears the uncertainty in Hyde's voice and gets the truth out of him.
Hyde says he doesn't want to disappoint him or Mrs. Forman after all they've done for him.
Red says part of being an adult is making one's own path. Red will hire Hyde full-time if that's what Hyde wants. Hyde agrees.
Hyde then has to go through the process of telling everyone else. Mrs. Forman is worried but trusts Red to teach Hyde well -- and is happy he'll be moving back into the house.
Jackie is shocked, but she ultimately supports Hyde in his decision. She's also happy he'll be next door instead of forty minutes away.
Eric, Donna, and Fez are not happy, especially Eric. He's afraid Hyde will end up like one of his cousins. But Donna says Red owns a muffler and car repair business, not a gas station. If Hyde's happier, then he needs to make this change for himself.
Once Red and Kitty learn of Donna's engagement, they try to stop it. Shenanigans enue for a few episodes until Eric and Donna finally get the chance to tell them that the marriage won't take place until after college, which they're in.
Rhonda learns she's pregnant at the end of the season.
Hyde receives a letter in the mail from someone who claims to be his sister.
Season 7
Part of Hyde's arc is learning about his biological father and that side of the family. He's been working for Red for eight months, but W.B. works in music, and that's Hyde's true calling. Red lets Hyde go from the muffler shop.
Fez and Rhonda deal with Rhonda's pregnancy while going to college.
Donna gets the opportunity to study abroad in Paris for her junior year. Eric wants to go with her, and he applies for the same opportunity. Odds are against him, but he studies hard, inadvertently distancing himself from Donna she doesn't know why.
Near the end of the season, Eric learns he's accepted. Donna finally understands and wishes he'd told her. He didn't because he didn't want to get either of their hopes up.
Jackie is accepted togoing to NYU in New York City. She's torn because Hyde manages Grooves in Point Place. W.B., though, just happens to be expanding his business into the Northeast. Hyde will run the giant, new flagship store with Angie's help.
Rhonda has the baby. It's a girl, ten pounds, eight ounces. Fez is a proud papa.
Red and Kitty face the fact they'll truly be empty nesters. "Until Eric's senior year," Red says, "when he and Donna will be back in Wisconsin."
The show ends with the Vista Cruiser driving away. We see the license plate, and Hyde shouts (unseen): "Goodbye, Wisconsin!"

Chenford + nucy reveal!
“Nolan?”
She schools her emotions because as much as she wants to laugh, she can’t quite tell if this is actually a ha-ha moment or if he’s upset. He’s just staring back at her in disbelief or maybe confusion? She knows him so well and yet in this moment, not well enough. His nose scrunches in that way she finds absolutely adorable and she can see behind blue eyes how the gears are turning in his mind.
“Nolan.” It’s a statement now like finally worked through it.
“Nolan.” She’s unsure as to why she has to repeat this but she does as if she’s reaffirming to herself that that actually happened. The irony isn’t lost on her, how at the time it seemed like the most serious and important relationship in her life and looking back, it now feels like a memory that belongs to someone else.
“Why?”
She could mess with him, string him along some elaborate ruse and see just how far she can take the joke. Except, she can’t quite bring herself to do this because the question actually makes her think. Why? She’s sure she could have answered it then, in fact, she remembers defending the relationship to Talia though now she’s at a blank.
“It made sense at the time.”
“How?”
“How?”
“Yes.”
Lucy sighs, placing an elbow onto the table and letting her chin rest on her hand as she stares back at him.  He’s not saying much which is unnerving, the one word responses aren’t enough for her to be able to gage what his reaction actually is. “If you remember how to speak in an actual sentence, I’ll tell you.”
“Sure.”
“Tim.”
This causes the emotionless void that had suddenly painted itself over his features to crack as he bursts out laugh. “I’m just trying to process it. You and Nolan? That’s so weird. You’re so you and he’s so … Nolan.”
She sighs because what else can she do? She’s not upset by the question, more than anything she’s trying to buy herself a little more time. He has a point, it doesn’t make much sense.
“We just bonded and it turned into a short lived relationship. We were both in a place in life where it seemed right. He had just gotten out of a twenty year marriage, I had just dropped out of grad school. It was a new chapter in life sort of thing.”
“Mhmm.”
“Seriously?”
“What?”
“If the next thing that comes out of your mouth isn’t a sentence, you’re sleeping on the couch,” she warns. She completely bluffing and there’s no actual bite there despite the deadpan. It’s just weird talking about it, even to Tim. “I’m just trying to process it, Luce. I respect him and all but what’s the attraction? You, Grace, Jessica, and Bailey have all seen something in him that I don’t think the rest of us. He’s not exactly George Clooney.”
This causes her to ease even more as Lucy’s lips twist into an amused smirk. “And you are?” she quips.
“I am a very handsome boy,” he states as a matter of fact.
“Eh.”
The playful arrogance that had surrounded him falls, clearly not expecting that answer from her which only causes her to laugh.
“You’re alright.” “Just alright?”
“Depends on the day.” “Today?”
“Today you’re okay,” she answers in the most nonchalant tone, “Jealousy just isn’t the right shade for you, Bradford.”
“I’m not jealous,” he protests, arms crossing against each other as he all but pouts from the other side of the table. “Really?”
“I’m not,” he shakes his head.
“Then what would you call this?” she asks, brow arched as she challenges him, waving a hand in front of her as she motions to him up and down.
“Not jealous,” he repeats.
“Riiiiight,” she laughs, “Do you want to try that again? Maybe sound a little more convincing this time.”
He stands up a little straighter, chest puffing out as he scowls at her which only causes her to laugh even harder. She’s somewhere in-between wanting to tease him and wanting to jump him because as amused as she is by his reaction, there’s also a part of her that finds it extremely attractive. This is more of a new side to him, little bits and pieces of Tim Bradford she learns about each day. She knows she’s usually been the jealous one. Katie Barnes comes to mind, knowing she’d misinterpreted that situation, again learning something new about Tim that day.
“No,” he huffs with a crooked smile, he looks guilty almost like a child who’d just been caught with their hand in the cookie jar.
“You know, I never thought I’d see the day Tim Bradford was jealous of John Nolan,” she teases as she hops off the stool and walks toward the other side of the kitchen island to where Tim stands. She reaches for him, hands on his arms as she pulls them toward his side to place herself in the space between him. Her arms wrapping lazily around his waist as she looks up at him with an devious glint.
“It’s kind of hot.” There’s a sultriness laced in her tone that she knows will grab his attention.
As if a chain reaction, his hardened jaw softens as he looks down at her, eyes widened as his hands find their way around her body pulling her in closure.
“Is that so?”
“Mhmm.”
“In that case, I’ve never been more jealous,” he jokes as he closes the gap between them as he finds her lips.
Lucy laughs against his lips. Any and all worry of how he’d take the news washing away as she melts into his touch.

Argyle as Steve's bi realization, hear me out.
Steve is used to a certain amount of confusing feelings for people after a lot of close contact, high stress apocalypse stopping. There was the first time with Nancy (and wow Jonathan is actually a pretty cool dude, if he changed his hair a little, maybe stopped taking creep pictures in the woods he could be a really fun to hangout with).
And then there was the second time, and that hurt a little bit more cause Nancy is still just as great. Even when she's moving straight on to Jonathan, who really is just a great dude he's really come into his own and he's got kind eyes even if they are staring at Nancy all the time. It's probably just the residual heartache. Some weird things getting tied up with the only two not children that know about monsters too.
But then there's the third time with Robin. And Steve finally thinks he's figured out what's going on. It's like when you take a girl to a horror movie on the first date, only times a million. Your heart rate is up and your adrenaline is through the roof. Of course he's imprinted on any age appropriate person he's near. He probably did love Nancy, Robin is definitely the platonic love of his life, and that definitely explains all the weird feelings he still sometimes has when he's around Jon for too long. It's all just crossed wires in his traumatized, concussed brain.
By the fourth go around he's got it all figured out. Sure, Eddie is objectively, pretty attractive. Sure, he's great with kids which is like Steve's number one desirable trait he looks for. He's funny, he's got a great smile, he's constantly in Steve's space. But the swoopy feeling in his stomach, the dizzy light headedness. That's all adrenaline and blood loss. Robin isn't an option, he's already done this too many times with Nancy, his brain has found the default all that's left is Eddie Munson. But wow, big boy, that one is… something.
So when all is said and done; and Eddie has claimed to see angels and they all look like Steve Harrington -- he does giggle a little at that, feels the strange urge to kick his feet or twirl his hair. But he's just excited that he's got a new age appropriate friend and that they all made it out mostly unscathed. Any and all blush inducing thoughts and feelings can be easily explained away by the waning stress of a traumatic event and the lingering joy that fuck they really did make it out this time.
But then in the quiet, as the dust settles and they all do their best to find normal again. Jonathan has brought Argyle home to Hawkins.
Argyle who has the nicest hair Steve has ever seen. Whose first words to him are, "Dude, that is a righteous mane you're rocking, do you use oils in your routine cause I really think they'd take you to the next level." Argyle, who manages to convince Dustin 'picky eater' Henderson to try fruit on his pizza. Argyle, who made the best brownies Steve has ever eaten and helped him get high for the first time in nearly a year.
There's no adrenaline to blame this time, no lingering apocalypse.
"Robin, I need to talk to you."
He pulls her away from the rest of the older teen party as quick as he can. Nervous and confused and panicked and excited. For once in their friendship she lets herself be tugged along without complaint, understanding instinctively that this is about to be a bathroom conversation.
"You know how Vickie likes both, guys and girls."
"We do not know that, but I remember your theory."
"Well, she definitely does and I'm pretty sure I do too."
"Oh my god, Steve," she stretches his name out until it echoes, "really, I'm so proud of you. That's so great, wait , who was it? How'd you realize? Oh my gosh was it-"
"-Eddie." "Argyle." they say the names in sync.
"Argyle?" "Eddie?" In sync again even their confusion matches.
"Oh God, Eddie," and with a, mostly, clear head things do start making more sense. Eddie, who is co-parenting the kids with him. Eddie, who always makes sure Steve doesn't neglect his own needs in favor of the rest of the group. Eddie, who watched Steve and Lucas play a pickup game last weekend even though he clearly didn’t get the rules past ball in basket. Eddie, who has been reading Lord of the Rings to him over the phone when the nightmares keep them both awake and they can feel razored teeth and barbed tails clawing at their skin. Eddie, who still hasn't gotten his vest back because the thought of losing it makes something hot and tight clench in Steve's chest. "Robin, Eddie!"
Robin, for her part looks relieved, "Thank God, I did not know how to tell you that I'm pretty sure that Argyle was gonna be another partner Jonathan beat you out for."
And with that name comes another realization, "Oh my god, Robin I had a thing for Byers." He can see the laughter threatening to break through and as the giggles start he actually processes what she said, "wait, Jon and Argyle, really?"
She pushes down her laughter, "Yeah, pretty sure the two of them and Nancy are having a little ménage à trois, if you get my meaning."
"Yeah that French I do know."
Robin let's them sit on the cold tile of his bathroom floor, processing and just sharing each other's company. She let's Steve find just a moments peace before she says, "You know this means you've had a thing for everyone in that room, right?"
He lets her guide him into laughing, just like they laughed together in the Starcourt bathroom. It's easier than getting embarrassed. And anyway she's right, as always, and that feels like a crisis for after he's figured out what to do about his new Eddie problem.

Crowning My Feral Prince - By Salted Man (8/10)
Tumblr media
This started out as a novel, but the girls in the webtoon look alot more cute. Too cute. The men however are insanely good looking. In my humble opinion these are some of the best male character designs available. There's no harem. There's just a nice variety of attractive men. The humor in this is also above average.
Controversy. How I hate thee. Having a mentally disabled love interest is always a grey area, but thankfully our heroine doesn't see him as a love interest at first.
Tumblr media
The setting of this story takes place in a novel, about a doomed country. Trixie is a stupid noble girl who caused trouble and married a commoner just because he kissed her ass. That commoner just wanted her money. When she got disowned she was abused forever. That was her punishment as a minor villain that bullied the protagonist.
Tumblr media
In this tragic setting the country is doomed because the only legitimate prince is mad. He seems to think he is a dog. He's weirdly strong. He crawls around on all fours. His relatives constantly try to assassinate him, because he's a liability. The power vaccum his mental illness causes is what gives the protagonist and her love interest a chance to shine.
Tumblr media
Trixie becomes that prince's servant to get away from her abusive husband. She reincarnated. She was a Korean dog lover, who was raising an abused shelter dog when she died. She's really good with misbehaving dogs.
Tumblr media
At the beginning we get a hint. It's very kinky. Prince Leone is completely subservient to her, his master. He says he will take care of her forever after she socializes him.
Tumblr media
Submissive yanderes are pretty rare, so I gave this a chance. Trixie and Leone have a good, but highly dependent relationship. Trixie seems to think of herself as a mother figure, but from the start the prince loved her. He hated himself, because he couldn't speak to her or act like the man she deserved.
Tumblr media
He also murders 15 assassins in minutes and gets stabbed to protect Trixie. He is super devoted and super abnormal, but the problem is the mental illness. We don't know why he thinks he's a wolf yet. He had a bad childhood, sure, but the actual truth behind his beastly nature is...not even hinted it. It's been 27 chapters. I love rough looking character designs. I love wiry, wild looking men with glowing eyes. When Leone is in beast mode he looks awesome, but I also kinda wanna know why he didn't learn how to communicate. He has lots of loyal allies. All of them are desperately protecting him from his murderous family.
Tumblr media
Alder, a knight, left his fiancee behind to save Leone when he was a boy. He has guarded the prince ever since, because he loves the Imperial family. The side characters are good, funny, and sweet. There's a weird comedic edge to this. Leona behaves like a dog. When he wants Trixie he tugs on her skirt...with his teeth. He tries to hunt rabbits to get her attention.
....and...
Tumblr media
Trixie brings in an etiquette teacher named Luton. Luton knows Leone loves Trixie. He uses Trixie to motivate Leone. He also uses jealousy to motivate Leone. Again, a lot of this is presented as cute....but Trixie sleeps in a cage with Leone. The yandere vibes are there and his total submission scene in chapter one is really.... hardcore.
Tumblr media
Beast Leone is scary. He really is. Alder has to use money to convince Trixie to stay, but she also does care about the prince. She wants him to earn his throne. She also thinks they are friends, but he thinks about how he can impress her every day. It's been 27 chapters and only Luton knows Leone is in love with her.... because he's so beastly that he refuses to wear shirts...and he howls. I don't blame her but the story is pretty slow. Also the dog training is interesting and...wholesome????

waddles in your inbox and holds out a bowl hello good minty do you have any himeru and/or arashi hcs you have to share pretty please…
hello hello nonnie~ i do !! i havent talked much abt arashi on this blog which is a crime- so imma talk abt my fave transmasc/transfem duo ~
NSFW under cut ~
HiMERU
established very repressed because of maintaining image reasons, but i also think he's just secretly very perverted anyway. like he hard stares whenever someone he's attracted to is wearing anything revealing or tight fitting. public sex is obviously a no, but he often notices when a surface is at a perfect height to rail someone and just... mentally makes note of it...
on the more "vanilla" end of kinky— but still relatively kinky to those who are new or aren't as knowledgeable on the subject. basic restraints, blindfolds, etc. It wouldn't take a lot of convincing for him to try something new though.
that said— he would never ever admit it, but HiMERU's into cuckholding/voyeurism. he has fantasies of his partner being a free use slut, but would never request that of them unless they bring it up first.
btw boy pussy meru with a huge strap and large cis cock meru both apply to these. only difference is that if he has a pussy he would like to sit on your face. prefers fingers over a full cock in him, but isn't opposed so long as there's protection
unless it is the first time he's having sex with his partner or it's an important day (anniversary, birthday, etc), prepare to be sore and marked up by love bites. he has a lot of pent up sexual frustration to dole out
Arashi
arashi has the most sensitive nipples it's so cute to just flick em and watch her squirm. she gets so embarrassed from how hard it makes her that she tends to cover her face.
more fond of semi-clothed sex than naked sex. mostly because she spends time getting herself dolled up if she knows she's getting some that night. appreciate her beauty! she took a long time picking out what lingerie set to wear (she has plenty btw)! arashi also just thinks it's hot that you can't even wait to fully take off her clothes to fuck.
while she can top or bottom depending on who she's with, arashi kind of wants her partner take the reins every now and then. yes, she's a knight who will love her partner to no end, but at heart she also likes to be treated like a princess once in a while 💚✨
big fan of recieving head. not only does it make her feel powerful, she loves watching her partner go down on her. constantly cooes praises at them and lovingly plays with their hair.
pretty vanilla~ but thats not bad~ intimacy is very important to her during sex and, in her eyes, all the extra stuff can get in the way of that. sex is a way for her to express her love and trust, after all. that being said, she would be most open to dom/sub dynamics and orgasm control.

I Wait For You (Its What I Do)
Xavier Thorpe x Female Original Character (Sade Ricci)
Sade Ricci’s fangs just came in two weeks into the school year, so that means a transfer to Nevermore academy. (Does not follow show plot)
1.9k words (part three)
TW: cigarettes, vapes, mention of pills, blood, mentions of making out, falling and becoming unconscious, eating disorder if you squint, weed, smoking
Posting to Ao3 under wonde_rr and Wattpad under SHADYGROVEE
Playlist: it’s in the works
chapter three masterlist
“So, Sade, why don’t you wear glasses like Yoko? I mean, I never really asked why she wears them…have any of us? Yoko’s usually with Divina nowadays…”
Having Ajax as a partner in Thornhill’s class was not Sade’s favorite part of Nevermore, and she doubted it ever would be.
Sade liked Ajax. He was nice, funny even, but sometimes he wouldn’t not stop talking and asking questions. Sade would bet most of her money that he was high right now. Despite that, she hoped they would make good friends now that Xavier convinced her not to remove herself from the group the other day.
That was Monday, which meant it was Friday. Sade couldn’t wait to get out of third period. Staring at the back of Xavier’s and Wednesday’s heads while they worked on the assignment together was making her sick.
“Sade?”
The girl turned to see Ajax staring at her. She smiled slightly.
“Sorry, Ajax, I zoned out.”
The gorgon smiled back at her. “It’s all cool. You’ll have to provide some answers to my questions another time.”
“Oh yeah…” Sade wasn’t sure what to say, she almost felt bad (mostly for the fact she wanted to drain his blood. Only slightly, though).
She quickly scribbled down her phone number in her notebook and ripped out the paper, handing it to Ajax. “Here. Text me later.”
Ajax looked confused for a moment when he picked up the paper, before grinning at her again. “You don’t have snapchat or instagram?”
She just kind of looked at the boy and he laughed. “I’ll take that as a no. Jesus, I’m hungry. Do you think anything in here is edible?”
Sade tuned him slightly out again, focusing more on the assignment than anything else. She was smart, yes, but she knew she couldn’t focus on trying to stab both Wednesday and Xavier with her eyes the whole period. Plus Ajax certainly wasn’t getting much done.
“Is it because you’re like a baby vampire? Y'know, the blood pills and shit?”
The vampire sighed.
——
“…Dude, you’ve never seen How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days?” Ajax had a bewildered look on his face and Xavier wanted to shoot himself.
“No, Jax.” The artist sighed as he watched his best friend take another hit of his blunt.
“Enid made me watch it back when, y’know, she wasn’t out of the closet. It’s actually so good. I should’ve told you about it before so you could’ve used Ben’s sexy tactics to get with Wednesday. Wait, I think she’s dating Enid. Hey, where’s Rowan?”
Xavier sighed again, before inhaling the smoke Ajax was letting out. “I don’t care about Wednesday anymore. Rowan is probably with Sade at this rate.” The boy ended with a sour look on his face, feeling extremely jealous.
Ajax looked at him. “Wait, did you seriously just get over Wednesday like that? I mean Sade is attractive, but we’ve known her for like, not even a week yet.”
Xavier shook his head. “I’ve been getting over Wednesday. She made it obvious she wasn’t interested back in like, sophomore year. Her getting with Enid was the last push I needed.”
The gorgon looked at him skeptically. “You sure it wasn’t Sade?”
“Yes! I’m sure! This isn’t about her, or Wednesday, or Bianca, or Tyler!” Xavier burst up from his seat in the corner of the dorm. He had a hand on his hip and one rubbing his temples.
Ajax put his hands up in defense. “I’m sorry dude, you know I didn’t mean it like that,”
Xavier looked up at the boy before Rowan walked in. Both their heads turned to him, his lips seeming slightly swollen and his hair mussed up. “Hey, guys.”
“Christ, what happened to you?” Ajax questioned.
Rowan flushed as they heard loud music start, flowing in from the window.
All three boys went to look out of it, seeing a window from the girl’s dorms open, and out of it flowing an Italian melody. A sweet voice singing the Italian perfectly started to flow over with the music.
Xavier slammed the window shut and the other two boys flinched. The artist stormed away from it to the other side of the room and started pacing.
It was silent for a moment before Xavier spoke. “So what, Rowan, you were just with her, weren’t you?”
Neither boy had to ask who the taller boy was talking about, it wasn’t even a question.
“…It-it’s nothing serious…just…fun…?” Rowan spoke and it sounded like a question. Sade had made it clear to him that she just wanted to make out. That was it. What Rowan hadn’t expected was a cut along his lip and a small hickey on his upper jaw.
Xavier was fuming and Ajax looked slightly frightened.
“What fun?” He spoke with venom in his voice that felt thick.
“She told me she just wanted to make out, I dunno. I doubt it’ll amount to anything if that’s what you’re worried about, Xavier.” Rowan sighed. “She’s all yours.”
Ajax looked between the two boys before taking another hit of the blunt and texting Enid what was happening. The girl had sent various emojis before responding with actual words.
Enid
this is almost council meeting worthy!!!!!!
Enid
like what do we do about Sade
Enid
i hate to say it but she’s been messing?? things up a little bit. rocking the boat if you will
Ajax
yeah
Ajax
really nice tho
Ajax
we’ve all been in a routine with each other for so long and she’s just altered it yk for better or worse
Enid
EXACTLY!!!!!
Ajax put his phone down to see Rowan had gone into the bathroom and Xavier had sat down again, but he was sulking. Not too unusual.
“Dude, we kind of knew Sade was flirty, I really doubt it’s anything.”
Xavier didn’t say anything for a minute, just sitting with a jealous look on his face.
“I know I can’t control her, but I already really like her. If she’s just running around doing shit with guys for ‘fun’ then how am I supposed to try and get with her anyways?”
“You’re overthinking it! You just gotta try. If she’s not into it then you can’t do anything about it. We just met her, she could be the devil for all we know. Chill out and if it’s meant to be, it’ll be. I’m sure we’ve all made out with people before without it meaning anything…hormones, Dude.” Ajax provided surprisingly good insight and Xavier looked at him.
“You’re right. I can't take this shit out on Rowan…I’m just scared I guess. I’ve already taken this liking to her and I don’t wanna lose what I don't even have yet.” The boy sighed, running his hand through his hair.
Ajax nodded and pat Xavier on the shoulder. “This shits tough man, I get it. Your past romances don’t help. You deserve something good. Let this be good!”
Xavier looked up at his best friend and smiled slightly before looking down to his phone.
——
Saturday came around and Sade found herself in the woods again. Her jeans and sweatshirt weren’t exactly suited for the rain and a damp vampire was not a happy one. Her umbrella would have to suffice.
She was upset because of the rain, itching for a cigarette, her stomach was growling, and she couldn’t find anything to help her thirst for real blood. Sade knew the blood pills would help that over time, that’s what they were meant to do, but she couldn’t be bothered to listen to her Dad anymore.
Her Dad was a vampire and she didn’t know her mother, so she was probably some sort of half-breed, the reason for her not knowing she was a vampire till her fangs came in and her lack of sunglasses so she didn’t go blind. This was her working theory, but she had never asked her Dad. He didn’t like to talk about her mother.
“Christ I need a cigarette…or a vape…something to stop this headache.” Sade muttered, cursing herself for leaving her cigarettes in her dorm.
After finding nothing to drain the blood out of, she stumbled upon Xavier’s shed again. There was no one in it and Sade was desperate.
She picked the lock with a stray bobby pin and started rummaging through anything and everything to find some semblance of nicotine.
Eventually Sade found an old vape, thrown in a drawer with a few crumpled pieces of paper. She hit the vape a few times, which surprisingly wasn’t dead, before she calmed down. What felt like animalistic urges were gone.
The vampire threw the vape back into the drawer, closing it quickly. She stopped for a moment before opening the drawer back up and taking out one of the crumpled up pieces of paper. Sade unfolded the paper, straightening it out on the desk as she saw what was on it.
Fangs, eyes with slight red penciling, lips, and hands with long fingernails. A look of confusion twisted on the girl's face as she took out more of the crumpled papers, seeing similar things on all of them.
Sade looked at the drawings laid out in front of her, biting the fingernail of her thumb before crumpling them all back up and stuffing them in the drawer. She took another hit of the vape before slamming it shut.
The vampire stood there for a moment before spinning around in horror as she heard laughter and footsteps begin to draw closer.
“Merda, merda.” She mumbled under her breath, unsure of what to do.
Her mind seemed to move on autopilot as she quickly took off her shoes and slipped out of the crack in the door, abandoning her umbrella where she left it outside. The voices and footsteps were getting closer and closer. Sade stuck her shoes down the front of her sweatshirt before running to the nearest tree. She climbed it quickly and with skill. Perks of vampirism.
Xavier, Ajax, and Rowan had approached now, confused at the sight of the umbrella and unlocked door. Sade watched from above, not daring to breathe. She seriously didn’t wanna fuck up the already fucked up friendships she had going on with these guys, especially Xavier. She knew he’d be pissed.
“Jesus, things were going well after last night.” Xavier was pissed alright. “Is someone in there?!”
The boy stormed into his shed, Ajax and Rowan looking at each other before following after him.
Sade could hear what was going on inside, another perk of vampirism! There was shuffling, the voices were muffled but she could tell Ajax and Rowan were trying to calm the artist down. She was fairly certain she hadn’t left anything out of place, not touching anything but the door and the drawer with its contents.
Xavier stormed out of the shed, his two best friends right behind him. He started looking around the nearby woods as Ajax and Rowan tried to come up with explanations.
Sade hoped she was occupying the only place they wouldn’t look; up.
The combination of all three boy’s blood almost made her want to jump to the ground and—she needed to focus.
It was hard, though. Last night she had cut open Rowan’s lip ‘on accident’ with her fangs while making out with him. She had tasted exactly what she had been craving, and she would bet her life—not that she really had one, in a literal sense, she was technically dead—that Xavier’s blood tasted even better than sweet Rowan’s.
That was the last thing she thought about before slipping out of the tree and falling to the ground. It was all black.

Lesbian Headcanons Pt. 2: Kagami
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I feel like this is a pretty popular headcanon already. In fact, I’ve already talked about it a bit lol. But truthfully, there’s still so much more to break down. So let’s get into it!
It seems she misconstrued her own feelings towards Adrien
Kagami has shown a lot of comphet type behavior, especially when she was trying to get with Adrien. Lemme explain.
One sign of compulsory heterosexuality is mistaking your platonic relationship with a boy as romantic feelings. In Ikari Gozen, it was proven that Kagami’s mother is so strict that she won’t even let her try to make friends other than Adrien. But even though they’re friends, Tomoe won’t even allow her to have Adrien’s number.
Tumblr media
So, with these strict rules limiting her to just one friendship (at the beginning of her debut in the show), she only has Adrien to see as a friend and potential romantic partner. Seeing as how he’s the sweet and cute guy, it’s easy to mistake this kind, relatable connection + aesthetic attraction as a romantic one. That’s not to say she doesn’t care about Adrien, she clearly does a whole lot. But, notice how once she tries to date him, she’s quick to notice the red flags yet she still forces and convinces herself that she wants to be with him.
Tumblr media
A veil was lifted after dating Adrien
Like I had just mentioned, she got a pretty good idea of Adrien once she started dating him. She chose to ignore his behavior at first and convinced herself that she’s in love with him but was able to quickly break up with him when this behavior kept continuing.
Tumblr media
Kagami is a very smart cookie. I’m glad she noticed that Adrien was being secretive and figured out he wasn’t right for her. Very quickly after their relationship ended, she started encouraging Marinette to confess her feelings to him. She also very quickly believed that Marinette and Adrien are the ones who are right for each other.
What’s interesting is how she’s suddenly completely supportive of Marinette’s feelings for Adrien and Adrien’s feelings for Marinette. Getting over her breakup with him wasn’t hard. She didn’t try to tear the two of them apart; there was no sabotaging nor jealousy involved. So that leaves the question: how did she suddenly become so supportive?
Kagami is a genuinely caring person. She’s also very strong and capable of taking care of herself. But, breakups still aren’t easy for most people. I’m suspicious there’s more reasons as to how she was able to move on so quickly. That ties into my theory that she realized she has romantic feelings for Marinette (which I’ll talk about more in the next section).
OR, she just realized she’s not into men as a whole like she thought she was. Now that she’s been put out into the world by Marinette, she’s able to see and talk to more girls. Having more social interactions with people can easily help determine what attracts her and what doesn’t. She no longer only has Adrien as a friend and potential romantic partner, she has many other possibilities now.
Her behavior around Marinette is different
Kagami was comfortable with Adrien from the start. From the get go, he was more taken aback by her.
However, Kagami was pretty nervous the first time she had one-on-one time with Marinette in Ikari Gozen. Kagami, who’s usually pretty confident and up front, got scared to talk to Marinette.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I have a theory that she has a bit of a crush on Marinette. All of that sudden nervous behavior and struggling so much just to try to make conversation with her is pretty telling. You’d expect someone like Kagami to be fine making conversation with someone, considering she was able to fight and speak to cute super model Adrien Agreste. But nope. Marinette makes her a bit timid, very much as if she has a crush on her.
She wanted to know more about Marinette and to genuinely become her friend. It’s sweet. Obviously it wasn’t good when Marinette didn’t trust her at first. But, it’s good she learned very quickly that Kagami just wants to be accepted and have friends at the very least.
I love their dynamic after that day, too. Marinette really grew to like and care about Kagami. She’s comfortable enough having her number and checking on her (even in person). They have potential to be a great couple if Adrien wasn’t in the picture. But because he’s Marinette’s love, Kagami didn’t want to get in the way. It’s still a o sad, I hope she finds someone. It’d be really cool if she ended up finding a girlfriend.
She was able to click with Marinette easily - just like Zoe was able to
Marinette is shown as a very likable character. She has a lot of friends, especially ones in school.
However, what I loved is that they had specific episodes with a strong focus on her befriending Kagami and Zoe, not just Alya. Like, why would they have episodes with such a heavy focus on these friendships if they didn’t mean a whole lot?
From the beginning, like I had mentioned in my precious section, Kagami was nervous around Marinette like a crush and since then, they’ve developed a very good bond rather quickly. It mirrors Zoe in a sense, not in a way of how Zoe was able to up and give Marinette her number during their very first conversation, but in how their bond became so strong in such a quick amount of time.
Marinette has shown signs of struggling to open up to people, including those in her own friend group. In fact, she doesn’t individually hang out with any of the other girls in her school friend circle besides Alya, and then of course Kagami and Zoe who aren’t even in her class.
So, considering she was so quick to trust Kagami and Zoe - especially as miraculous holders - shows that there’s a different bond there in comparison to the rest of her classmate girl friends.
It was also incredible seeing Marinette prioritize Kagami first when she heard about her and Adrien’s breakup. Kagami was also very quick to deny that she still had any romantic feelings for Adrien.
That situation mirrors Marinette trying to stick by Zoe when she noticed her behavior changed because of Chloe’s influence. Marinette didn’t prioritize trying to sabotage Chloe in any sort of way, she just wanted to be there for Zoe and her new adjustment living in Paris instead of New York.
Another important reason that I compare Zoe and Kagami is that Zoe is canonically queer (as seen in Deflagration), and Kagami’s behavior and relationship with Marinette are similar to hers. Even though Kagami isn’t openly flirtatious with any girls, she still shows some obvious signs that she may not be straight and that she has a strong relationship with Marinette for a reason (ahem, she likes her).
Something else to compare could be how Zoe was originally scared to be more open with people about who she truly is. Despite Kagami being very up front and honest, she hides parts of herself away that she’s slowly becoming more open about, like Zoe did. I’m willing to bet if Tomoe wasn’t a strict mother, Kagami would be able to be more open about herself and find out what she enjoys instead of being very uptight.
She got defensive when she first interacted with Chloe
Ah, yes. My other sapphic girl, Chloe. I had mentioned this interaction in part one of my lesbian headcanon posts. But since this directly relates to Kagami, let’s talk about her again.
Tumblr media
Her and Kagami were only shown speaking in Animaestro, however it’s a very interesting and unusual kind of interaction. Lemme explain.
Chloe is usually very bossy towards just about everyone who she believes is below her (popularity and wealth wise). She didn’t even know Kagami and told her to get out of “her seat.” But Kagami didn’t take any of that.
Kagami instead defended herself right away. Threw the harshness right back in Chloe’s face, enough to scare/intimidate her - someone who’s always the big bad bully. Kagami wasn’t scared of her and instead was the one to scare Chloe off.
Tumblr media
One could argue that this is a stretch because “how is she nervous around her potential crush, Marinette, but not Chloe?” Well, just because she quickly defended herself doesn’t necessarily mean she wasn’t nervous. In fact, if she’s that quick to dish back at Chloe, she’s at least somewhat intimidated having her there and wanted to drive her away.
Think about how Kagami could’ve said, “Look. There’s a chair right over there. Sorry, I’m not moving.” or could’ve just left, letting Chloe take her spot. But she didn’t. She 1) either got bad vibes from Chloe and didn’t want her around, or 2) she was quickly intimidated by her too and didn’t want to have to interact with her for that reason.
Also consider this. Kagami was still in that stage of being completely convinced that she loved Adrien. One could think that anyone else who seemed interested in Adrien needs to be tossed aside. However, she didn’t throw Marinette out of her life just because she liked Adrien. So then what was it that made her so quickly defend herself when Chloe came in? I’m thinking intimidation. She’s this stunning, upper class girl who isn’t afraid to be up front just like Kagami. That could be easily intimidating for someone like Kagami, especially if she’s sapphic. Chloe mirrors her intimidation and comphet behavior.
Conclusion
Holy toledo are there a lot of signs that Kagami is gay. That was a lot to break down but it makes a lot of sense.
Kagami’s behavior, interactions, appearance, etc just give off very closeted lesbian vibes. I sense it.
Now, I’ve said I really like the Lukagami ship too. I still stand by that. However, it would make even more sense if it turns out that she isn’t straight but lesbian.
Kagami still has a lot to figure out about herself. Her being canonically gay and finally realizing this in the show would be an incredible character arc.

Oh it's aro week ! Here's a short Off Colors drabble for the occasion feat. Leo and April
April watched the credits rolling up the screen of her TV. Leo sat on the bed with her, his shell pressed against the wall and her legs rested over his, as usual on movie nights.
"So..." April broke the silence. "That was pretty good, right?"
"I guess?" He shrugged.
"You guess? What's wrong with it?"
"You know." He waved a hand. "Once again we have this intense adventure plot going on and there's some romance involved."
She sighed. "Leo, that doesn't make it bad."
"I know, I know." He tossed his hands up before crossing them and slouching down further in his seat. "It just has to come up every single time. And like, why? Do people really want romance in all their stories that badly?"
"I mean, yeah? Most people do, I guess." She climbed over Leo to reach the remote and turn the TV off. "Though I kind of get it. Like, why does it always have to be a guy and a girl. We need more girls falling in love with girls."
"No offense April, but I'd probably stick my tongue out at that too." As if to emphasize, he did it now.
April lightly kneed him in the stomach as she returned to her usual seat. "You don't have to complain about it that much."
"It's just... frustrating." He mumbled. "You say it's normal. Dad says it's normal. Hueso says it's normal. But I can't wrap my head around it."
She sank into her pillows and put her legs on his lap again. She took a moment to swallow her anger, after all Leo wasn't trying to be rude about it. He probably really didn't get it.
She tilted her head. "And you're certain it's not a find the right person situation?"
The turtle rolled his eyes and held one of his hoodie strings, swinging it around. "Well gee, how would I even know that? What other teenagers do I interact with besides you? Love you, by the way, but not like that."
"Good cause I don't like boys." She lifted a foot and used it to give his head a light shove.
He pushed her leg back down in an instant. "Dad keeps saying I'll get it when I'm older but he's been saying that for years. Like hello, I'm thirteen now. Doesn't it happen to most teenagers sooner than that?"
She shrugged. "I guess. But you're not exactly most teenagers either."
"Quick, google sexual maturity of red eared sliders."
She snorted at that, and was glad to see Leo crack a smile, but it didn't last.
Then, it gave her an idea.
"Actually, hang on." She climbed off her bed to grab her laptop off her desk. "I might have an idea."
"Are you actually going to google it?"
"No." She smiled and sat back down. "But you remember the whole thing with that flag on my pin board yeah?" She pointed to where it probably was behind her.
Leo nodded. "Yup, lesbian flag. Which you lied to me about at first and convinced me it was a country until my dad had to explain it."
She bit her lip to keep herself from laughing at that old joke. "Right, well there's a lot of other flags out there. I did some brief reading on them and I think one might help explain some things." She pulled up her internet browser and began to type.
He moved his legs and crawled over to sit next to her. "You're telling me there's a flag for people who hate romance?"
"Not exactly that but..." April scrolled down the page, glancing at the various lines of colors until she finally saw the one she remembered. "There, that's the one!"
Leo leaned closer to the screen, studying the bars of green, white, grey and black. "Aromantic?"
"Yeah." She clicked on the hyperlink which brought up the full page. "People who feel little to no romantic attraction." With it loaded she slid the computer onto his lap to let him scroll and read for as long as he wanted.
Which turned out to be for a while. April felt awkward with the silence so she climbed off the bed and grabbed all the empty bags of snacks and soda cans. "You want some water?"
Her friend just let out a hum of acknowledgement that she took as a yes. She carried the trash to the kitchen and tossed it in the bin, passing by her mom in the living room.
"Movie done?" Her mom asked, watching her own TV.
"Yeah, just chatting for a bit."
"He can stay the night if he wants, but you both aren't staying up all night."
"I know." April sighed. It wasn't a school night–they never did movie nights on school nights–but her mom was still mad about three weeks ago when the pair of them accidentally stayed up talking until one in the morning.
She pulled a couple of water bottles out of the wrapped plastic next to the fridge and shuffled back to her room, replying to her mom's quick good night.
Leo was still on the laptop when she returned, though now laying on his stomach and staring at the screen like it held the secret to life, love, and everything.
April wouldn't interrupt. She set his bottle on the nightstand and opened her own, taking a few sips and settling back onto the mattress.
"So..." Leo finally spoke up. "Maybe it is normal? That I'm not into romance? If this is apparently enough of a thing to make a group name for it."
She smiled and lightly scraped her nails over his shell. "Yeah! You might be ace too."
"I assume you don't mean that in the sense of 'extremely cool.'"
She snorted and leaned across his back to use the touchpad. She scrolled down to the related links, clicking on asexual.
"Hm, not as crazy about that flag." Leonardo raised a brow. "Prefer the greens." He scanned the page for a second. "Wait, is there a difference between romantic and sexual attraction?"
"Yeah." April tapped her mouth with the lid of her bottle. "I mean, I don't personally get it but it makes sense? After all, ace people aren't sexually into people, at least not always, but they still fall in love?"
"Hmm, yeah I don't think I'm into any of that."
"Then in that case..." April, still laying on his back, scrolled down again and clicked on the aroace page.
"Huh? They have a different flag?"
She laughed. "There's a lot of those."
"I like this one though." She could practically hear the smile in his voice. "It has blue in it. And orange! Doesn't yours have orange?"
"Yeah!"
"We could match! Sort of!"
"Yeah!" She giggled, and Leo responded, and soon both of them were falling into a fit of laughter.
April rolled off him while catching her breath, and then took another sip of water.
Leo got up and grabbed his own bottle. "It's not weird for me to just go with that, right?" He tilted his head as he frowned. "I mean, what if Dad is right? Maybe I'm still not old enough or haven't meant the right person or something."
She shrugged. "You're allowed to change your mind, Leo. I mean, I thought I was bi until I realized my interest in guys was just me trying to match what the girls in class were doing. Helps that my mom has knowledge about this though, I guess."
She kicked her legs. "Anyway, point is, you can go with it and change your mind later."
He smiled and drank some water. "I almost hope I don't. What if our flags stop matching?"
April snorted and tossed an arm around his neck to pull him close. "I'm sure we can find something else to match."
Leo's smile became softer and he turned to pull her into a proper hug. "Thanks, Apes."
She returned it, though she wasn't entirely sure what he was thanking her for. Could be any number of things, and she chose not to ask.
"Of course, Lee."

Alys Rivers headcanons (Part 1)
Tumblr media
-Was born the middle eldest child of Ser Lyonel Strong. She has two trueborn younger brothers Harwin and Larys, and two younger sisters. Lyonel hid Alys because she was conceived from an affair with Lyonel Strong's wives chambermaid. Lyonel denied any paternity and pretended Alys did not exist.
-Alys's mother came from the North and settled in the Riverlands as a young woman. She went to work at Harrenhal and became a chambermaid. Her name is Agnes, has black hair and deep green eyes. Alys inherited most of her looks except the nose which is Lyonel's. Agnes on the outside looks to be free-spirited and naïve. Only the former is true. While Agnes is a somewhat innocent woman she is far from stupid. She fell in love with Ser Lyonel and they had an affair. When he found out Agnes was pregnant Lyonel tried to convince her to get to drink Moontea. Agnes refused and so Lyonel promised to provide for the baby but would not acknowledge her.
-Because of this Alys is taught to stand on her own two feet from a young age. Agnes does not want her daughter going down the same path. She teaches Alys cunning and patients. "Give your heart to no one. Let no one see your weaknesses." Alys takes these words to heart. She sees how hard her mother looks and wants more.
-Alys is an odd baby. She hardly cries and is mostly well behaved. Born with thick black hair and bright green eyes there is something unchildlike in her appearance. She does not look like the maidens in songs, yet Alys's charisma and spirit attract many to her. In my mind while Alys is good looking, it is her personality that people find appealing. Alys is also quite tall, standing at 5'11.
-Alys is solitary as a child. There are not many other children and the ones that do live there think her strange. Alys finds she can entertain herself just fine. She will not weep or feel sorry for herself in this regard. Sometimes Ser Lyonel Strong gives her odd looks though she does not know why. The early years are spent working in the kitchens, run by an elderly woman with silver/grey hair (no she is not a Targaryen). Gizelda is strict but develops a grudging affection for the child. Over time the two grow a bond.
-Agnes dies during a fever and Alys is alone. At nine Alys is orphaned and has nowhere to go. Thankfully Alys is allowed to stay on. Grizelda takes full jurisdiction over the girl. Hard working and cunning, Grizelda realized that Alys had what it took. Suddenly Alys finds herself being taught to read and write. Eventually Alys finds out that Grizelda is no ordinary woman. She is a witch and will teach Alys all she knows. Alys finds a new power.
-Two years later Lady Strong dies. This doesn't mean much to Alys who hardly knew her. But Lyonel Stong one day summons her and Alys finds out she is his daughter. While he will still not publicly claim her Alys is provided with necessities. Still, Alys feels left out. Her bothers and sisters are acknowledged but she is left behind. Harwin is quick to show distain for her birth. Larys spares her no more than a glance. Alys develops a sort of apathy (and yet there still is anger) and continues with her life.
-One night, when Alys is fifteen Grizelda disappears into the night. Alys goes looking for her but no such luck. As Alys stands alone in those woods she realizes she is utterly alone. For the first time since her mothers death Alys cries.
-She has no guardian now, but Alys is a woman now. She can sustain herself in the material sense. While isolation is normal at times it wears on her soul. Soon her talents are given over to caring for the few small children in Harrenhal. First it is a little boy they place in her care. At first the work is tedious. But as time wares on Alys finds she comes to love him. It does not last and once the boy is old enough he is taken. Yet they give her more children to look after, and each time they are taken. Try as she might to close her heart, a small sliver of pain enters each time.
-Years pass in quiet. But Alys hears things. Her elder brother has supposedly fathered bastards (like father like son). She wonders if Lyonel is so proud of his sons right now. All her family has left for the Red Keep and Alys hears things. It enrages her than Harwin and Larys are given positions yet here she is. This does not mean Alys is helpless. Over time, without Lyonel there, Alys extends her influence over the servants. Position after position she obtains and sends out certain individuals to do her bidding.
-When Alys hears that Harwin is dismissed from the City Watch she is glad. Less so when she hears that they are coming home. Not wishing to see Lyonel being fatherly to his son Alys keeps her distance. She wishes they would die. Alys gets her wish as she smells smoke. It is only when the dust settles that she finds out what has happened. Her father and brother are dead.
-Her younger brother the new lord of Harrenhal does not stay long. As Alys's two sisters are already married off it leaves another stranger to run the place. As Lyonel is dead the residence of Harrenhal see no reason to treat Alys well. Except for the few children who she has grown affection for Alys is alone. Larys even stops the payments, saying that he would not stoop to fund the daughter of a whore. But Alys is cunning. She smiles and says nothing. Their time will come.
I will make a part 2 at some point I just need to sort out my ideas. Might also write a book about Alys at some point. Alys's story unknown but these are my headcanons so far.

Oh my gosh, I just remembered that Aoyama also suggested to Uraraka that she liked Midoriya back during that exam arc.
Check this out though!
Given what we know about Aoyama (if you're a manga reader and you're caught up), him telling her "is it because you like him" is quite the misleading statement.
Now, he could have just meant it like "you admire him, inspired by him" in a way and not "you got a crush".
Again, Aoyama tends to have this habit of being quite cryptic. For all we know, he probably did mean it in a more platonic way and Uraraka was just embarrassed by that. Like "oh, yeah, I am inspired by him, how embarrassing". Think of someone meeting their idol that they're inspired by, kind of embarrassed.
The crush thing wasn't outright stated until Ashido brought it up.
And with Gunhead (someone is bound to bring him up... wonder how he's doing) saying "is it a cute boy" when she finished her call with Midoriya, it was also one of those moments Uraraka gets skittish about Midoriya. However, could that even count as a "She has a crush on him" moment? This happened BEFORE Aoyama and Ashido said anything.
It's another moment, to me, where she is simply reacting how anyone else would. Embarrassed, blushing, getting flustered. Not because "Oh, I like this person romantically". But because "Ooh, awkward", "no, it's not that, it's really not like that".
We gotta remember that turning red doesn't always mean that person is crushing on that other person. It really does mean "I'm sheepish about this situation, I'm embarrassed, not used to this".
NOW I'M BOTHERED!!
How come when Uraraka gets embarrassed and red it's "Oh she has a crush" and only that? Why can't it be interpreted as her being embarrassed, too?
Yet any other time when the male characters get all red faced and embarrassed, it's not "Oh, they have a crush"?
Midoriya has gotten embarrassed before around other people and often people as him being embarrassed. No one was like "Oh, he has a crush on Hatsume or Nejire" when their boobs were in his face. Sato got all red faced when the girls complimented his baking. Hell, the boys got all blushy during the Hot Springs scene and it came off as just an awkward situation!
So why can't that be it for Uraraka? May it be she has a crush, but really again as I said (kinda) in another post, what if that all those times was just her reacting in a way of feeling awkward? What if it was meant to be interpret as something else? Why does it solely have to be her feeling attraction to Midoriya?
It reminds me of how often if someone (more so a girl) gets all shy and backs away from someone else who is trying to flirt with them is misinterpreted as someone being into the flirting when it's them being uncomfortable and feeling awkward. But then that person (the pursued) is turned into the bad one just because they "lead them on" or "they were into it" when again, THEY WERE JUST HAVING A REACTION TO BE IN AN UNCOMFORTABLE SITUATION.
What if that's it for Uraraka? She's that person who is just embarrassed because it's normal to be embarrassed, yet people lead her onto believe "Oh, it's a crush"? Horikoshi may want us to see that. Not saying he does, but what if he wants us to see that Uraraka is just an influenced person, that she often takes to what other people say because it plays into her wanting to make people smile?
She doesn't want to disappoint people so what if subconsciously she says "yes, it's a crush" because she doesn't want anyone, like Ashido, to be like "oooh, pity" and get all pouty? She convinces herself that she has a crush on Midoriya because that what others believe/want and pushed that idea on her? That she neglects to think about what she wants in the matter?

(Diluc ships) Reaction to Diluc wearing glasses.
So let's start with the really funny one.
Tumblr media
Albedo
Albedo would instantly give Diluc an eye exam. He could be so fascinated. And play around taking Diluc's glass on and off and testing his vision, and just trying to figure out how it's possible Diluc looks really good with the glasses.
So he's just silently running all these tests on Diluc. And Diluc is just sitting there lightly sighing. Figuring that his work could wait while he let Albedo play with his glasses.
Al Haitham
This is sort of another case of Diluc getting tested. Because Al Haitham is mostly wondering why Diluc doesn't just carry them around.
"Well, I just don't feel the need."
"But isn't it harder without them?"
"Not all the time. I only really need them when my head starts to hurt. And wearing my glasses tends to draw attention."
"Mmm, Yes. You are naturally quite attractive, and the glasses just bring more attention to that." A moment to think. "Maybe it is better that you not were them out."
"What?"
Ayato
Now we are out of the fucking nerds. We are into the horny boys. Ayato already loves Diluc's eye. He really likes the color. He likes the shape. He likes how Diluc's eyes are so wide and innocent but still piercing and seem to know everything.
So he loves that glasses. How they bring attention to Diluc's eyes. So he is defiantly all over Diluc and the glasses. Very very affectionate and very, very complimentary.
It flusters the shit out of Diluc. And he's already not really equipped to handle Ayato's flirting, and this would just be 10 times worse.
Childe
Childe is much like Ayato and loves Diluc's eyes and loves how the glasses bring attention to it. But he's not quite as flirty and defiantly more a man of action. So he's touching and brushing Diluc's hair out of his face lightly touching the frames.
And he was honestly probably takes them from Diluc at one point and wears them.
"How do I look?"
"I don't know I can't see."
"..."
Eula
Instantly starts plotting her revenge because how dare he look hotter! Looking like a fucking nerd!
Her first plan. Is to wear glasses herself. It is... Not effective. Diluc barely notices them at first. But she quickly remembers that Diluc is not affected by such normal and boring tactics for his attention. You have to be more... forward to getting Diluc's attention.
So are circling back to what I truly love about Euluc and that kabedon. Because it's also Eula pinning Diluc. And it is so super effective against Diluc. Just something about Eula, in particular doing just hits Diluc right in the heart. And with the glasses.
"Seems you have missed something very important, Master Diluc."
"Ah, Captain Eula. The glasses! They look very good."
Itto
Now you know how Childe took Diluc's glass. Yeah, Itto does that and wears them do and does that really annoying thing people tend to do where people go on and on about
"Oh wow, you are so blind! How do you deal?"
That would be Itto, and He's not mean-spirited about it at all. He's just stupid. I can see Diluc getting frustrated and Honestly. diluc's the kind of guy who only has one pair, and he needs them back. So he's probably reaching for them, but Itto's keeping them outta reach, and just like
"I'll give them just give me a moment!"
"Itto!"
There is just a moment when Diluc and Itto's faces are really close together, and Itto, being Itto, tends to forget how handsome Diluc it, and it's just one of those moments where it hits him.
So Diluc gets his glasses back, and Itto is trying to play it cool and not act as flustered as he is while also trying to get himself outta the dog house he put himself into.
Kaveh
Kaveh is honestly the biggest appreciator of Diluc's looks. And when Diluc tells him he wears glasses, he's not convinced that they would suit Diluc.
He is proved instantly wrong the first time he actually sees Diluc wearing them. Kaveh also has a tendency to ramble when he's interested and analyzing something.
So that's how Diluc got trapped in a 30-minute lecture about how well glasses suit him his facial structure, and about all these different frames that Kaveh now wants to see him in.
Thoma
Now unlike the other's Thoma's affection is a lot quieter and more through acts of service. So seeing Diluc with his glasses hard at work, he instantly goes to make Diluc some tea and get him a nice snack. The whole time he's just thinking about how absolutely adorable Diluc looks.
And even when he comes back to get Diluc to take a break and they just start lightly chatting it's all Thoma's thinking about while just softly smiling.
So Diluc is talking about something, and Thoma just has such an affectionate smile watching Diluc talk and over and over in his head. "He is so cute."
Xiao
Xiao is not someone who is very familiar with human medicine and customs. So he hasn't really ever seen someone wearing glasses before, so he's got a few questions.
"You can't see without them?"
"I struggle at times. It depends on the situation."
"What about combat? Do you need them then? If they break, could you be hurt?"
"I don't really need them in a fight. And I suppose they could, but I can't see that happening. Because I never wear them."
"But you could need them?"
"I suppose."
"Wear them. I'll protect you."
Zhongli
Zhongli is much like Thoma, where he sits in silent appreciation. Just quietly admiring Diluc for a bit before
"Do you have a chain for your glasses?"
"Huh. Oh no. I haven't really thought about that."
Next day? Zhongli present Diluc with a pure gold chain for his glasses.
"Zhongli? How much did this cost? Actually more important where did you get the mora?"

Some Baki characters when you admit your romantic feelings and ask them out
Thought I should mention, not only do you like them, but they very much like you too.
Baki
• He'd be pretty shocked that you chose him out of all the boys/girls in the world. He doesn't particularly think he's the most attractive or charming person around. When he caught those feelings for you, he didn't expect for you to ever return them, but he accepted that reality.
• He'd have a goofy look on his face with his eyes kinda wide and his mouth drawn open.
• He'd be like "For real?! Me?!" out of pure shock. When you confirm that, yes, you truly do love him, he'll be really excited about it. He doesn't know why, or how, but you love him back. He's really excited.
• "Well...I like you too Y/N-san! You're going to be the first lover I'll ever have so don't expect me to know all about that dating stuff, ya know? Ahah..."
• He'll pause. "But...I'm happy you like me...just like how I've always liked you."
Jack
• When you said you had something to ask him, he was not expecting this at all.
• He's always pushed away that feeling of butterflies and happiness when he would be near you. He'd attempt to brush it off by training even harder. But even then, he wouldn't be able to get your smile off of his mind.
• He stands there, blankly gazing at you with those sharp eyes, staring holes into you.
• While it seems like he's just staring at you, he's actually lost in deep thought.
• He doesn't know whether he should accept or not, yeah, he does like you of course, he thinks, but you'll just get in the way of his training. He wants to say yes but his head is telling him no.
• The silence lasts for so long you assume he's just rejecting you. Until he lets out one "Sure."
• He convinces himself he's only going out with you to get stronger, not for any other reason at all. But deep inside where even he doesn't notice it, he wants to be around you more and see that smile of yours flash over and over again in front of him.
Kozue
• She'll be overjoyed. She doesn't consider herself as one very deserving of love and appreciation like that, but hearing you say you love her and want to go out with her boosts her spirits and makes her heart flutter in her chest.
• She's liked you for a long time, never being able to admit her true feelings out of embarrassment and the fear of you leaving her side.
• A huge blush will appear across her face and she stands there in shock, trying to take it in and handle her happiness.
• She'll slowly walk a few little steps towards you, fidgeting with her hands and looking as nervous as ever.
• Suddenly her face will scrunch up really cutely and she'll unexpectedly run up and hug you.
• "Oh Y/N...I really really love you too!"
• You both grip onto each other tightly as tears leave her eyes and drip onto your shirt. She's so happy she's found someone to love.
Katou
• He's in utter shock and denial.
• He would think about you while in his dirty apartment, laying in his bed. He'd try to get you to get off of his mind but he couldn't stop thinking of you. He'd attempt to drink the thought of you away to no avail.
• Although he would've never expected someone like you be in love with him of all people. He thinks he's a dense and arrogant karate loser so when you confess your feelings to him, and tell him that you truly love him, he's in absolute shock. He confusingly stares in silence for a while with his eyebrows knitted together.
• "How could they fall in love with a dirty fucking asshole like me?" He'll probably be thinking. He's very well aware he's just a dumpster fire dickhead fighter. But he doesn't care, nor does he have the willingness to change.
• He'll probably jokingly ask if you're sure you really like him, or if you're just misreading your feelings. But if you're confident, then he'll blush even harder than he already has been.
• His usually confident and silly aura drops, and he immediately switches into this nervous timid mode. He starts talking quietly and avoiding eye contact, with his face as red as a tomato.
• Inside, his stomach would feel full of butterflies, not just out of nervousness but out of joy. Deep inside he's happy you like him like he likes you.
• He'll timidly very subtly sneakily say yes. "I guess...maybe...we could, I don't know, hang out and...date...or whatever."
Katsumi
• His heart will be doing flips. He's incredibly joyful.
• He doesn't fall in love a crazy lot, but his love for you went past boundaries. You were all he could ever think about. He'd only ever want to hang out with you and listen to your voice.
• He noticed how that love he had for you distracted him from his intense training, he'd try to get you off his mind to no avail. He'll stay up in bed thinking about you and how much he wants to kiss you. Whenever he thinks of you he gets a silly smile on his face.
• He would get a little saddened though. Not having enough confidence to just go ahead and ask you out. He's a hopeless romantic, sighing at the moonlight (loser) But now, the day has finally come.
• The astonished look on his face quickly changes to a big warm smile.
• "I love you too Y/N! Lets go on tons of dates, alright?" He'll say with a big smile as he comes up and hugs you, pulling you up from off the ground.
• He wishes he could've just manned up and asked you out in a fancy or cute way, since it would've ended well anyway. Hes just a bit afraid of rejection though. But after your confession, he tries his upmost best to be the best boyfriend ever, not being afraid to tell you anything.
Retsu
• He was stunned when he heard your confession. It wasn't something he expected truly hear from you. He needs a second to collect his thoughts in the moment.
• He always contemplated asking you out to dinner or something, but always called it off last minute. He would train to try and get you off his mind, until he realized that even you were a road block in his training. He knows he is in love with you, but doesn't know if he has the ability to truly admit those feelings to you. He deals with the fact that he'll probably never tell you how he really feels.
• When you actually confessed though, he was incredibly surprised. Very quickly, a large blush formed on his stupefied face.
• "I would love...to be in a relationship with you Y/N. I would very much like that." He says as a small warm smile forms on his face.
• You both would enjoy the peaceful silence between you two, staring lovingly into each others eyes, feeling jovial for all of the new memories you will share with the other.
Hector
• Just like everyone else on this list, he is undoubtedly dumbfounded.
• He doesn't know a thing about love outside of media's interpretations of it. He starts to think about how dates work and how you even kiss correctly. But the one thing that really makes a blush spread across his face is the "I love you." you told him.
• He's never once been told those words. At least not that he can ever remember. Those words felt so good. And they felt even better coming out of your mouth.
• He's confused as to why you love someone such a him rather than someone who isn't a cold unloving murderer. He can't wrap his head around the fact you actually "love" and care about him.
• "I think...I am okay with that...being in a relationship with you." He says, looking off to the side, his eyelids gently hooding over his glistening, usually intimidating eyes.
• He struggles understanding what love even means or entails but if what he feels with you is "love" then he never wants to leave your side.

Ronancetober Day 15: Heaven and Hell
what if Nancy was an angel but she wanted to do evil instead? what if Robin was a demon but she actually wanted to do good? what if they kept running into each because they're supposed to influence Max, El, and Erica? but what if they fell in love with each other??? haha just kidding!! unless...... 👀
“Hey.”
“Shit,” Nancy flinched away and then turned around sharply to stare at the demon standing behind her. “Robin, what the hell are you doing here?”
Robin raised the palms of her hands in surrender, and her red tail curled at her feet at the sight of the beautiful angel frowning at her. “It’s okay! I come in peace,” she said, and saw Nancy roll her eyes and her white wings flutter impatiently. “It’s not my intention to keep running into you, Wheeler. I got sent here. For the same reasons that you did, I bet.”
“Right,” Nancy sighed and looked away quickly. She couldn’t let even Robin herself notice that she wasn’t actually bothered by the lovely demon always appearing in the same places where Nancy was supposed to fulfill a holy mission. “Max Mayfield,” Nancy said, pointing at a redheaded girl skating along with many other kids, “She’s about to crash into an older boy and get in a fight with him. Which… she shouldn’t do… I guess.”
“She shouldn’t,” Robin said emphatically, “It’s only going to bring trouble for both of them.”
“The guy deserved it though,” Nancy shrugged.
“You’re terrible at your job, angel,” Robin laughed.
Nancy looked away to hide her smile, but she couldn’t help the way she was drawn to look back at Robin and say, “So are you, demon.”
--
The next time they met, they were standing completely unnoticed in a corner of a roller skating rink.
“Finally you take me out on a proper date, angel,” Robin said, appearing right beside Nancy.
“Shut up, Buckley,” Nancy rolled her eyes, but she leaned in closer to the demon, chuckling under her breath at the way Robin squirmed, tickled by the feathers of Nancy’s wings. “Do you know your mission for today?” she asked.
“I do, actually. I’m very professional, thank you very much,” Robin replied, and reached out to flick Nancy’s halo, which trembled a little a few inches above Nancy’s frowning face. “I’m here to make sure that a certain El Hopper breaks some other girl’s nose,” Robin announced with a wince.
“Nice,” Nancy smiled, looking out at the kids skating obliviously around her.
“You’re supposed to try to stop me and change El’s mind, convince her to do the right thing, be a good girl, choose good over evil, etcetera,” Robin whispered in a playfully condescending tone.
Nancy shoved the demon’s shoulders and watched the way Robin’s little red horns twinkled under the lights of the place. “Do you want me to stop you?” Nancy asked her, meeting Robin’s fiery red eyes fearlessly.
“I want a lot of things, angel,” Robin admitted, albeit a little sadly. But then she looked Nancy up and down, admiring the white suit, the wings, the halo, all a very attractive deal. Still, her favorite part was just Nancy. “And I think you don’t want to stop me, am I right?”
Nancy knew the answer, but she knew she couldn’t say it out loud, not yet. Instead, she followed her heart. Not her duty as an angel, the very human heart that she still could feel. “Let’s dance, demon,” Nancy said. She grabbed the lapels of Robin’s black leather jacket and led her to the middle of the skating rink as the two of them laughed, and held each other close.
--
“What do you think you’re doing, demon?” Nancy asked. Words that should’ve been a threat were spoken in a seductive whisper as she pushed Robin against the wall at the back of the mall.
“Just doing my job, angel,” Robin whispered back at her, unable to contain her smile. “There’s a kid in the mall, and she’s like super smart, and she’s about to do something super bad, and I have to make sure she does it.”
“You did not pay attention to your mission brief, did you?” Nancy teased her. She thought about Erica Sinclair and whatever morally questionable but probably justified act she was committing inside the mall, and silently cheered her own. The girls could go wild, Nancy had something a little more urgent to do. Her hands traced the front of Robin’s mostly unbuttoned black shirt, her fingertips grazed the skin of her neck, and finally one of her hands tangled in Robin’s hair. Her other hand continued its journey up toward Robin’s little red horns, one of which she playfully tugged back just to see Robin’s breathless reaction.
“I just wanted to see you, okay? My wicked angel,” Robin said softly, her red eyes pleading to Nancy’s sky-blue eyes.
“My heavenly demon,” Nancy replied, finally closing the distance and claiming Robin’s mouth with her own, careless of the smoke and sparks that came off as their bodies tangled together, Robin’s tail wrapping around Nancy’s ankle, her wings enveloping them both in their own secret world.

The truth always comes out, chapter 35
Cora brushed the tears away, but they kept coming. They did not stop. She was in a cab on her way back to London. She did not want to go on the train in this state. Luckily, the driver wanted to drive her all the way up to London. She looked at the envelope next to her. The papers inside were signed with two signatures. But against her expectations, it had not gone smoothly. Her visit to Downton ended in Robert shouting and her holding back, tears and frustration.
It started with the part that Cora did not want his financial support. She was not married to him for his money, and she did not want to lean on him financially after their divorce. But as Robert pointed out, it was simply her right because of their marriage. There had been some other minor things, but they agreed in the end and signed the papers.
To Cora’s relief, everything had gone in a civil way, and Robert did not try to get her back. Of course, she saw the look in her eyes when he thought she was not watching, but she was convinced she had that same look herself. Robert was incredibly attractive, and her body still longed for him.
Robert asked if she would stay for dinner, and Cora agreed. Mary, Edith, and Sybil would be home too, and it was a good opportunity to see them all together.
Mary had been mocking at the dinner table, Cora tried to get her to talk just before dessert was served. She felt a tension between Mary and Robert. It was their when she arrived earlier at Downton, and Mary greeted her. Something was off.
"Mary? Can I help you?" She asked as soft as she could.
"Mary does not need us!" Robert said.
Cora looked at Robert, surprised he sounded angry. "Mary? Robert? What is going on?"
"That is not what I said, Papa, and you know that."
Cora saw frustration on both their faces. Sybil and Edith stayed quiet at the other end of the table. "Can one of you explain what is going on?"
"As if you care? You do not live here. You did not want to be part of this family anymore." Robert threw in front of her.
Cora felt an iron fist around her heart. What did Robert just say? "You know that that is not the reason I left. This is not fair." She had to fight not to cry.
"Papa?" Sybil's voice sounded. "Can we please not fight, not tonight?"
Robert's eyes shot towards Sybil, and the way he looked at her scared Cora. "Did you tell your mother what happened with you and that chauffeur boy."
"His name is Tom. And yes, Mama knows."
"Let me guess, you support them two? Do you not?" Robert turned towards Cora again.
"We cannot change what happened. Sybil and Tom got married and will have a baby. Is there something wrong with Matthew, too? You always spoke to highly of him and was looking forward to embracing him in the running of the estate." Cora said.
Robert snorted. "That boy wants to take over the whole thing. He knows no boundaries."
Cora had to take a minute before she could react. Now Matthew was also downgraded as a boy. What had happened, she needed to know to understand the situation. She saw how hurt Robert was, and although she did not like his temper at the moment, she understood where he was coming from. He was scared, she realised he was simply scared. "Girls." Cora scraped her throat. "Can you three leave your dad and me alone for a minute?"
Mary and Sybil left without saying anything, Edith walked past Cora and whispered: "Are you sure?"
Cora padded her hand and smiled. She waited for Edith to leave the dining room before she got up and sat closer to Robert. "Are you scared; Matthew will do better than you?"
Robert did not react.
"Are you scared?" Cora stretched out her hand and touched Robert’s hand. This had an effect, but not the one she had hoped for.
Robert jerked back. "Everything is a mess. Everything."
"I am sorry." Cora started.
"Are you? Are you sorry? You leaving us did not help at all. Sybil is now pregnant and married. Matthew is stepping in my place, and they are not even married yet."
"Do you blame this on me?"
"You left. Cora, you left! You took the easy way out and left."
Cora had walked out after these words and waited outside for the cab.
Robert was hurt she knew she was part of that. But he did cheat, and he betrayed her trust. How dared he blaming it all on her.
+++
Robert sat in the big chair in Cora’s old bedroom. Why did he do that. He had hurt Cora with his words. He knew he did hurt her immensely. Again. He rested his head in his hands. Oh, why did he do that. Cora did not deserve this. She did not. If there had been a change, she would come back to him. He had now ruined that. He let out a deep sigh. He was messing everything up. Was Tom really that bad for Sybil? And was Matthew overstepping?
He looked at the vanity mirror. There were still some things that belonged to Cora on the table. He should send them to her, but she probably did not miss them since she never asked for them. He picked up the small bottle with hand lotion, opened the lid, and smelled it. Cora always had subtle fragrances, never too much, just enough to make him turn his head when she approached him from the back. Or leaving a hint of smell behind in the room she just was in.
A soft knock on the door made him put the bottle back. Edith stepped inside.
"Papa? Are you all right?"
Robert straightened his back, but he let his shoulders drop the same minute. "I am not sure." He admitted. https://www.fanfiction.net/s/14247899/35/The-truth-always-comes-out

i loved you first
part one: tell me what you see in him
Tumblr media
In which Peter desperately wants MJ, his best friend, but she’s taken. When he finds out that Harry’s never made her cum, he takes matters into his own hands… literally.
Rated E
For a senior in college, Peter sure does have a lot in common with Nicholas Sparks heroines. And boy, would his storyline make any romance author absolutely foam at the mouth.
He knows it’s a cliché, but it’s not even his fault. MJ is the best person in his life and what’s he supposed to do with that? Not want her to himself? Preposterous.
He’d met Michelle Jones-Watson during their freshman year at ESU, and they’d instantly become close friends. Peter had admired her dry humour especially when directed at a particularly lame professor they’d had that semester. She’s probably been cool since birth and he loves spending time with her.
Apart from being a wonderful person, she’s also incredibly hot. Always has been. And on top of adoring the person that she is, he’s always been immensely attracted to her, even before he’d developed an actual crush on her.
Romantic feelings didn’t occur for him until last December, when adoration had struck him in the face like it was calling him an idiot for not realising it sooner. She’d been helping May cook their annual Christmas Eve dinner and he’d been watching subtly from the living room, trying desperately to understand why the sight of her giggling with his aunt over boiled potatoes was making his stomach do a round of backflips.
Ever since, he’s been enthralled by his best friend, cursing himself out every day for not figuring it out earlier.
Because if he had, they might’ve had a chance. They could’ve been together before developing too close of a friendship – one that he’s terrified to jeopardise.
And then finally, when he’d decided to risk it all and was this close to telling her how he felt, she’d started dating his roommate. At first, he’d had hope that it was one of those dumb college flings, and c’mon, they’d only met a month before making it official. Michelle seemed happy and infatuated and astonishingly, so did her macho, fratboy boyfriend.
It was the sign Peter had needed to hang up his feelings for her and try to move on. He’s still convinced of that, especially now that MJ and Harry have been together for six months.
It’s a rainy afternoon in April and he’s almost finished with the bibliography that’s due in a week. God, I can’t wait to graduate , he sighs to himself.
His best friend has perfect timing, honestly, because a few seconds after he closes his laptop, she’s barging into his flat with a smile.
“Peter!” MJ wraps her arms around him from behind his seat on the living room chair. “Missed you.”
He hugs her back best he can from the weird angle, chuckling. “I missed you loads, but I was only gone for three days.”
“Too long,” she mumbles, the sound muffled from her face buried in his shoulder. When she pulls back, she meets his eyes, and he prays she doesn’t notice the conflict and struggle in them. “Let’s go to Moe’s this week.”
“We haven’t been there in months,” he adds. “So I’m obviously up for it. I’ve missed those martinis.”
“That’s right, shit, when did we go there last?”
Of course he knows when it was. But that would sound weird. “Um, like, the beginning of the school year, I think?”
  That sounded casual, right?
“Oh yeah , we stopped right after I started dating–"
The douchebag you’re way too good for?
“—Hey, baby.” The smooth interruption surprises them both, and they turn to see Harry Osborn in sweats and open arms. Peter watches as MJ folds herself in them, giving him a peck.
Yeah, it sucks, but it’s not anything he’s not used to.
“How was work today?” She asks, still holding onto him.
 “Long.”
Peter stops stealing bitter glances at the pair and finally averts his eyes towards his phone.
 “Yeah? Are you hungry?”
“Actually, you know what? Remember that pesto pasta you made last week? I’ve been craving it since Wednesday.”
“Duh. Best pasta ever. You want some, Pete?” Shit, she’s talking to him.
“Uh, I’m good, actually. Got a lot of, you know, deadlines coming up. Next time, ‘Chelle.”
He grips his laptop and heads straight for his room, trying not to look avoidant.
An hour later, he’s on his phone with the bedroom door shut and unintentionally rolling his eyes every time he hears Harry and MJ in the kitchen. It’s punishment for two reasons: one, Harry’s not funny enough for her to be cracking up after each dim-witted line, and two, the smell of the pesto pasta – which he knows is amazing because Michelle’s the best chef in the world – is making his mouth water. But he doesn’t really feel like going back in the kitchen until they disappear into Harry’s room, like they do every weekend.
He doesn’t understand why she’s dating him. Harry’s nice enough, he supposes, but when he first introduced him to MJ, he’d figured that MJ wouldn’t even want to associate with him. Harry’s the type of kid she used to complain about all the time. Rich, spoiled, cocky as shit: a real frat-type. He’s her perfect opposite.
To be fair, though, Peter and MJ are extremely different as well. But, like, c’mon. That’s different, right? They’ve been best friends for years and get on like a house on fire. Except not, you know, in a sexual way. A strictly platonic house fire. Yes.
Peter’s relieved when he hears Harry’s door close and their voices muffle from distance. He jumps up to go grab food, and it’s a shame that he had to miss out on her brilliant pasta, because –
  God .
Of course Michelle’s left a bowl out for him; a mouth-watering serving with a piece of paper next to it that he focuses on first. Her loopy scribbles make him smile involuntarily.
  EAT >:(
She’s his favourite person. Sue him.
Later, after he’s eaten the pasta and headed back to his room to finish a few assignments, he hears Harry raise his voice across the flat.
 “I don’t care , Michelle! I don’t fucking like it.”
They’re trying to keep their voices down, he can tell, but he still hears every word. He’s not eavesdropping if they’re making it impossible to tune them out, right?
“But I’ve told you over and over again that it’s literally nothing!” MJ hisses. “You’re always so dramatic about this.”
“Dramatic?” Harry seethes. There’s a beat before he speaks again, as if he waits for her to nod in confirmation. “You’d feel the exact same way if I spent more time with Gwen than with you. Right?”
“Gwen’s your best friend and I’ve never, ever said anything about it. Because I know it’s not a big deal! It’s the same fucking situation!”
“My point,” Harry snaps, “is that for you, he’s the priority. Not me. I’m the boyfriend. What’s that about?”
Fuck. They’re talking about him. They’re fighting about him.
“He’s been my best friend for more than three years, Harry. You and I met in September.”
“So it’s fine that he’s more of a boyfriend to you than I am.”
“What the fuck are you even on about?”
“Actually, you know what? I can’t do this right now.” The bickering gets louder when Harry’s door opens. It’s obvious that he’s on his way out, but Peter doesn’t hear Michelle try to stop him.
  What the fuck?
What is he supposed to do now? Does he go and comfort MJ after overhearing an argument she just had with her boyfriend about their friendship? That feels weird, but he wants to make sure she’s okay.
Does he pretend to not know anything? Or would that seem ridiculous since there’s no way he wouldn’t have heard them? Is she embarrassed about it? Would him approaching her make things worse?
After about fifteen minutes without any noise from the other side of the flat, he decides that he has to make sure she’s okay. His nerves shouldn’t matter when someone he cares about this much is upset.
A few taps on Harry’s door go unanswered. “Em?” He calls softly.
There’s a sniff and finally he hears a quiet “I’m fine, Peter.”
He slowly opens the door, spotting MJ with her back to him on the bed. She’s sitting with her knees tucked into her chest, staring out the shitty window that doesn’t even have a view because it’s yards away from another dorm hall.
“Em,” he repeats, shuffling toward her. “I’m, uh, I’m not gonna pretend that I didn’t hear that, but I just had to check up on you.” He sits next to her, finally glancing at her face. His heart breaks at the redness of her eyes.
She doesn’t look at him yet but rolls her eyes and says, “I’m so sorry about that. I’m…honestly, I’m embarrassed.”
“It’s fine, I promise.” He really wants to hug her, because that’s what he always does when she’s upset. Sometimes he holds her for ages, and on a few occasions, he’s held her against him in bed as she falls asleep.
Right now, though, doing that feels like the opposite of helpful. Especially after her boyfriend had just criticised their friendship.
He keeps his hands to himself (it’s really difficult), only adding, “Do you want to talk about it?”
Peter’s relieved when she chuckles through her tears. “I’m not sure you’re the person to talk to about this.”
“Come on. You know I don’t care about that.”
She sighs, brushing a few tears away that he’d had the urge to take care of himself. “He doesn’t like that you and I are so close.”
“I got that from the…” he trails off; point already made. They share a brief chuckle.
“Yeah. He’s brought it up a few times, but I didn’t know how upset he really was until today.”
 “What even happened?”
“We came in here to, um…” She hesitates.
 “Got it. Yep.”
“Yeah, so he goes to take off my socks and mentions that he hasn’t seen them before.” MJ points to her wool-covered feet, and Peter’s heart stutters when he sees the socks that she’d stolen from his dresser a week ago when they’d had a Jordan Peele movie night. They’re his best pair.
“And I tell him that they’re yours, but I made sure to tell him that it was just because they’re comfy , you know? But he brought up the time that I was wearing your shirt—”
“What, when we were all painting your kitchen?”
“Yeah, and I didn’t have a shirt I could ruin. But I guess he’s convinced we, like, secretly share wardrobes or some shit. And he feels like I’ve been dating you and not him.”
 Peter swallows. “That’s ridiculous.”
“I know. And I’ve tried so hard to make him happy – given up so much – and it’s never fucking enough for him.”
They sit in silence for a few seconds. Then, with caution, he asks: “Is that why we haven’t been to Moe’s since you met him?”
He watches her gulp and stare at her (his) socks. The silence is an answer in itself and she scrubs at her tears, frustrated and angry but most of all, he bets, she’s exhausted. Relationships shouldn’t feel exhausting, or burdening, and Peter has to physically stop himself from telling her that.
“I meant what I said, earlier,” MJ offers. “Let’s go back this week. I miss it and I miss you . Not just for the past few days.”
He nods. It goes without saying that he’s missed her just as much, if not more.
“Can we go to your room?” Her question surprises him.
 “I- yeah , but isn’t that—”
 “I don’t care.”
He meets her eyes and can tell that she means it. “Yeah. Yeah, okay.”
When they reach Peter’s bedroom, MJ sinks onto the bed. There’s a shyness to her now that he rarely sees when she murmurs, “Hold me.”
There’s a small part of Peter that wants to protest. The logical part of him. It’s the opposite of a solution but he’s never ever gonna turn down the chance to feel her against him. So he just nods.
After a moment, they’re positioned comfortably on his bed. He’s on his back with his eyes trained on the ceiling, albeit the glances he steals at her when he can. MJ’s on her side, tucked into his body with her head resting on his chest. It’s peaceful and he’s stupid for thinking it but it feels right to hold her this close. Yet she’s not his and she never will be.
 --
Later that week, just as planned, Peter’s on his way to Moe’s to meet up with MJ. Moe’s has been their favourite bar in the city for years, meaning that what was once a twice-weekly visit has brought them a friendship with the managers.
When he enters the rundown bar, he immediately spots MJ at their usual table in the far corner. She sees him at the same time and waves him over.
Two hours later, they’re both drunk. Empty glasses in front of them had once consisted of his usual gin and lemonade and her usual old-fashioned. God, he’d missed this.
“ God, I missed this.” MJ sighs, gazing at him with something he can’t read from across the old table.
He finds himself matching her expression. “Me too.”
She grins and scoots over clumsily from the opposite side of the circular booth until she’s sat next to him, swinging her legs to rest over his knees. They’re both drunk and he swallows hard as her dress slips up her thighs at the movement.
Fuck, he wants her. MJ is – objectively – sexy as hell. Anyone with eyes fucking knows that.
 So sue him.
With how they’re sitting now, MJ’s legs resting on his and her head dropping to his shoulder every time she laughs, an outsider would assume that he was the one dating her. They look like lovers, and it doesn’t help that his arm has somehow found its way around her and his entire form is turned into hers.
Of course, with this closeness, his pants are tight and through the haziness of the alcohol, he’s internally screaming at his semi to, well, remain a semi. Anything more and she’ll definitely notice. Which would be a disaster.
His cock is stubborn though and refuses to heed his wishes. After a few seconds, he gives up, moving to untangle their limbs and make some lame excuse.
MJ grabs his bicep with a giggle. “No, stay!”
 “Em, I have to—”
“Nuh-uh,” she shakes her head adamantly. “I’m comfy.”
He gives her a pointed look, not wanting to tell her the truth about why he has to get arms’ length away from her right now . She returns his expression with pleading eyes and fuck now he has a prominent fucking boner and there’s no way she doesn’t feel it. He sees the second she realises what the issue is. Her cheeks flush even further than they already were from the alcohol, but she doesn’t move away in the slightest.
Actually, she does the opposite. There’s a hesitant pause from the both of them before she moves impossible closer to him, one hand reaching to tangle a few fingers in his hair. His hand was already near her curls too so he subconsciously does the same, tugging them in some kind of desperate warning. He’s not sure if he wants her to continue or stop. Probably both.
He's shocked when the tug pulls a breathy moan from the back of her throat. “Em,” he grunts in response.
If he was shocked by that, her next movement – lifting one leg so she can straddle him in the corner of their favourite bar – makes him absolutely speechless. She’s on his lap and her panties are warm against the crotch of his jeans and it takes everything in him not to grip her hips and rut against her like an animal.
“Em, we can’t—” he tries. Sober Peter would be better at this. “Harry.”
She doesn’t move off his lap, but her smile fades as she watches him hesitate. “ Harry , for the record, hasn’t once made me cum.”
  Huh?
“But you’ve been dating for, like…”
“Six months,” she finishes, sighing. “Six months . He’s had dozens of fucking chances and still doesn’t even ask if I got there after he’s done. He just goes to sleep.”
“Has he not…gone down on you?”
“No, he does sometimes, but it’s only to get me…”
 “Got it.”
They just look at each other for a minute, saying everything they can’t out loud with their eyes alone. MJ’s the first to speak after a minute as he finally reaches to hold onto her hips.
It’s a needy whisper, barely audible, but her lips are inches away from his and he can hear every word.
 "Please, I need to cum.”
He supposes that Harry being a selfish douchebag in bed is what makes him feel okay with touching someone else’s girlfriend. Someone who isn’t his but should be. It feels wrong but it doesn’t feel wrong enough to stop him from giving in. Because truly, who is he to deny her when she’s against him and practically begging? Harry?
  Absolutely not .
His hands move from her hips to just below the hem of her dress, teasing her unintentionally by fiddling with the fabric as he tries to comprehend his surroundings.
MJ just watches him, and he guesses she’s in disbelief just as he is.
Slowly, his hands slip under her dress and move upwards. He holds her eye contact and finds that he really doesn’t ever want to look away. He’d be perfectly content staring into the hazel abyss for eternity.
It’s a cringe worthy thought to have whilst touching her like this but he’s too drunk to care.
Her legs go on forever so he’s genuinely surprised when his fingers hit the fabric of her panties on her hips, earning a small gasp from her. Two of his fingers eagerly shift towards her core and boldly stroke her covered cunt from her entrance to her clit. What he finds makes his cock throb almost painfully.
The cotton is soaked completely through.
She gasps again, whimpering as her eyes finally leave his and scan the bar behind them frantically, as if she’s making sure that no one’s looking at them.
His eyes automatically move to where her dress covers the explicitness underneath. He strokes her again, and then again once more with greed. His thumb finds the swollen of her clit and flicks it. She gasps then and buries her face in his neck, moaning when he keeps doing it. “ Peter .” Her tone is panicked and desperate.
He shakes his head, moving the hand that isn’t occupied up to the side of her neck to pull her back up. “Nope. I’m gonna watch you.”
One of the straps of her dress falls off her shoulder and that paired with her dazed, needy expression as he rubs her through her underwear is so erotic it makes his dick physically ache. He wants to push the fabric to the side and undo his jeans so that he can slide inside her and watch her struggle to stretch around him. He wants so badly to fuck up into her as he holds onto her hips, not giving a fuck if they’re making a scene and giving a free show to the good number of patrons in the bar. Why would he give a fuck about them when she’d finally be taking his cock like he’s been dreaming about since they were 18?
But he’s not gonna fuck her for the first time in a bar, even if that bar is Moe’s and they’re as comfortable here as they are in their own homes.
He’s not gonna fuck her here, not the first time, but hell if he’s not gonna make her cum with his fingers alone like her boyfriend hasn’t been able at all.
This is why he finally slips his fingers underneath her panties and swipes through the wetness there with ease. They both groan at the action, and Peter quickly turns his head to make sure the booth is discreet enough before groping her tits with his other hand through the dress.
He tweaks one of her nipples mercilessly, finally slipping two fingers inside her. She drops her head down and moans helplessly. “Fuck, Peter,”
“You’re so pretty like this,” he can’t help but mutter privately. “Wet and wanting and wrecked on my lap. And nobody,” he cocks his head towards the rest of the bar, “nobody but me knows that you’re dripping down your legs.”
“ God , how am I so close already?” She’s breathless and the image of her right now – her long curls falling prettily past her shoulders and both straps having fallen with them as he feels up her chest and hears her gasp and moan – is one he wants to remember perfectly for as long as he lives.
He’s not being gentle anymore, instead fucking her with his fingers animalistically and curling them to torture the spot that he’s convinced Harry doesn’t even know about. “You gonna cum for me?” He asks gutturally. “Gonna sob my name and not his? Right here in our booth?” His words, he can tell, drive her mad. “You’ve done so well, baby. Such a good girl for me. You hear that? Just for me.”
“For you,” she stutters over her panting breaths and sighs and moans. “Jus’ you.”
He knows they’re both absolutely wasted so he can’t help the primal satisfaction he feels at her words.
 “That’s my girl.”
She’s right on the edge and he can literally feel it, feel her clenching tightly around his fingers as he adds a third.
“Peter,” her tone is pleading and frantic. “Peter, Peter , I’m gonna cum,”
“Do it. All over my fingers. Look at me,” he waits, stilled, until she does as he says. His fingers resume at a faster pace, and they watch each other as her inner muscles clench in final warning.
He quickly pulls his fingers out and a panicked “ What— ” is ripped from MJ, only interrupted by his fingers attacking her pussy by moving side to side quickly across her clit.
She’s fast to bury her face next to his ear, gripping his curls and then she’s there , sobbing his name just like he said she would as she cums on top of him. Her hips twitch involuntarily and if her panties were wet before, they’re absolutely drenched now. “So fucking good,” he mutters into her ear. “Took it so well. You’re so pretty when you cum.” It earns another whimper from her as she starts to slowly recover.
An onlooker would assume they were a couple of drunk kids making out in a bar, and whilst the former few details are definitely true, the discreet action is their secret to keep.
It takes a minute to collect themselves enough to go to different restrooms to freshen up. Peter can’t help but relieve the tension that’s been building for the last hour but also the last three years. He drunkenly enters a stall and pulls his cock out, pumping it carelessly and it takes literally thirty seconds before he’s spilling into a handful of tissue he’d grabbed at the last second. All that it takes is the very recent recollection of how insanely fucking hot she was when she came for him.
He quickly cleans up, washing his hands in a daze. He knows that tomorrow, the guilt will set in, but at the moment he’s still riding the high of making her cum whilst her boyfriend couldn’t. Peter knows it’s a gross caveman feeling but he can’t help it: he feels on top of the fucking world.
He exits the bathroom and isn’t surprised to see that he beat MJ to it, so he sits back down at their booth to wait for her.
And that’s when he sees him .
Harry Osborn stands at the entrance of the bar, glaringly scanning the room for what Peter knows is his girlfriend. The one Peter just fingered in a booth.
Suddenly, with the worst timing, the door to the women’s restroom swings open and MJ walks out. Harry spots her at the same time she spots him and Peter watches her whisper exactly what he’s thinking.
  Oh, fuck.
