delusions, by definition, cannot be explained by things like cultural background - such as having a belief constantly reinforced by intentional attempts to rationalize it for the sake of maintaining power over minorities. yes, someone can be both delusional and a bigot, and yes conspiracy theories can feed into delusions, but the two are not fucking synonymous.

“trans men don’t have any real safety concerns to worry about” i can’t wear a mask when i go into public bathrooms even though i’m higher risk and bathrooms are some of the easiest places to get sick because i don’t reliably pass when my facial hair is covered and i can’t risk not passing when i use the men’s room, but i also can’t just use the women’s room for safety anymore because i don’t reliably pass as either binary gender anymore. so my only options are to risk getting sick, take my chances with the consequences of not passing, or just never use the bathroom in public (which has its own health risks).

and today, it almost didn’t even matter that i was putting myself in danger to ensure that i passed because, thanks to a faulty lock and a man who didn’t think to knock, i came very close to having my half-naked body exposed to a bathroom full of cis men. if i hadn’t been holding my coat on my lap because there was nowhere in the stall to put it, every single guy waiting in the (very crowded) bathroom would’ve seen that i didn’t have a dick. how well do you think that would’ve gone for me? my money’s on Not Well At All.

I don't know anon, my home country Malaysia doesn't legally support LGBTQA+ people and discriminates against women too... The logic / gotcha you're trying to imply from your question falls apart for anyone who lives in a socially conservative country (which is the majority of the world btw). Just because a country has a better position on some social rights doesn't mean it is absolved or excused from performing war crimes and other human right violations. Even though I am not American, I am still a woman who want to support other women no matter where in the world they are!

For the love of God, please keep those laws out of women and people who can reproduce! Many lives are being put on risk without legal abortion, and making that illegal is nothing but cruel and disgusting. Many will now go through illegal abortions, which will risk jail time and unhygenic surgeries which can lead to other medical problems. Men should not be in a position where they can make literal laws that will put peoples lives in danger, they should not be allowed to have a say in what a woman should and can't do with her body. A person who can reproduce should not have to be forced to give birth if they are pregnant, especially not if they have become pregnant without their will. They should not have to be put in position where they are forced to give birth to a child, where the father is a fucking rapist. That can cause a lifetime of trauma for the person who is pregnant. There is also no doubt that the amount of people who will take their own life, will become more, that is because they have not found another solution. So please, let people have their rights, and let women have their right to abortion back!!

I am not a person with a big following at all, not even slightly, but if you are someone who agrees with that the right to take abortion should be allowed, please say something, it is better than saying nothing at all.
