(i looked for a decent Bakugo gif that I hadn’t used that fit this sitch somehow for literally an hour then gave up so i’m sorry)

he acts all tough and detached, but lowkey thinks you’re the cutest thing in the universe.

that being said, he’d sworn to protect you at all costs. all costs.

anyone tries to fuck with you, say something even slightly mean to you, he will explode them into outer space.

still calls you dumbass, extra, idiot, etc., but it’s more affectionate with you.

he loves just listening to you go on and on about movies, games and comic books. could literally listen to you for hours and has.

just loves that look you get in your eye when you start talking about it and how knowledgeable you are in that stuff.

thinks it’s interesting how you seem to understand the motives behind villains, though it kinda irks him a little bit. he’s not one to argue, but he’s a pro hero so to him, villains are villains. there’s no gray.

of course, he’ll listen to you talk about it anyway. and as long as you don’t put yourself in danger, he’ll let you hold that ideal. the second it puts you in danger though, wHALE. let’s just say boom boom.

Kirishima

Honestly, Kirishima doesn’t really mind what you’re into -- he loves you. That includes all the stuff you’re into. The fact that you’re into something so ADORABLE is just a huge plus.

Everytime you geek out over something, he just geeks out over how fucking adorable you are.

I mean, what did you expect? It’s manly to fawn over your significant other!

He thinks it’s super cool that you’re so into this stuff and you know so much. He thinks it’s really useful!

Being as chivalrous as he is, Kirishima appreciates you as a person and that includes you having a soft spot for villains.

It worries him a little -- that maybe a villain will use that soft spot to hurt you, but he figures you’re too smart for that. He hopes so anyway.

He honestly just appreciates that you’re so understanding and compassionate and able to empathize with others!

Kaminari

You’re talking about Kaminari’s LITERAL wet dream here. An S/O who is into games, comic books and shit as much as he is? He would die, his soul would leave his body at the very idea.

Geek? Check. Super hot? Check. His? Check.

He’d literally love you so much and would probs want to spend a lot of time with you.

You’re playing a game? Him too! You’re reading a comic book? Read it to him! Maybe it’s one he hasn’t read yet. Unlikely but still. You’re watching a movie? Guess what?! He’ll bring the popcorn and snacks. You’re binge-watching a new TV series? He has a bed, blankets, and arms to cuddle you with.

Like, Kaminari would love to just chill with you while ya’ll do shit together. Ya’ll would be the chill couple. Most of your time spent together would be cuddling while reading or playing games either together or separately. No one knew how but ya’ll made it work.

The soft side for villains would definitely surprise him a little, but once you explained, he would just love you more. Geeky and soft????? That’s his S/O!!!

Hawks

Honestly, just like the rest on this list, Hawks would think you’re super adorable! But he would also be glad that you have something to do while he’s hero-ing or busy in other cities.

He’d also be reassured about leaving you alone by how smart you are and how much you read and stuff. He’d be like pfft, no one could get one over on my S/O.

When you guys were together, he’d just hella nest with you while you did these things and occasionally do it with you -- like if you were playing a particularly interesting game, he might join or if you’re reading a good book, he’ll read it over your shoulder or ask you to read it to him. And then fall asleep.

Also just like the rest, the soft spot for villains would kinda surprise him and scare him a little -- make him worry that you might let a villain manipulate you, but he’d just keep an extra eye on you.
