Tiday I have a bad news. Government desighted to set LGBTQ+ community as the terrorists. It means that I'm a person who should be shackled and colled.

I already have no hope to live like I whant as a human, cuz no one of doctors will give me diagnose. But now I'm even criminal.

But don't worry, laws works in a strange ways in my country. If no one wants me no harm, I'll be safe. But it all feels like ruin has come to my soul.

For good, Im trying to block all feelings and emotions.

So I did first step of the Olympiad, printed full n ready abstract, conspected 2 lectures.

Tomorrow I'll go to pass it all and clean my flat completely.

Today's I'm going crazy.

I started the new diary and planned alotto tasks and goals.

From the beginning, it could be wrong do not sleep at night. But I'm too full of energy and happiness.

So, to refresh my sustainability, I did beauty self-care and drank coffee.

As planned, my study goal was: 1) Rewrite my scientific research 2) write down minimum 50% of the student graduate work.

Other goals: 1) buy some home need stuff and help mom with general cleaning of the flat.

All of it is done.

And tonight I'm going to be crazy and full of energy!

Oh, almost forgot. I've bought cool book about Barabbas

I want to talking to you about self-rituals and good habits that helps you to love yourself.

To be honest, it's tuff to look at the mirror and see ugly face of yourself. I wanted to scar it, do harm and stab one eye. But it's the symptom of my mental I'll and I must handle it.

To do so, I created routinely rituals - taking care of fase-skin and wash teeth ( rly hate it). That's not pleasant, but I do so, and it's makes my day a lil bit static and normal as it should be.

Then I light up aroma candles. The sense is calming down and I like the glowing.

Then I put nice clothes to look good in eyes of other ppl. It's important, cuz I really scared of others unfriendly thoughts and acting. Sometimes I do makeup, that's kinda of art and I rly enjoy it.

It's working cuz I do it every day through my adult life. Routine is important to feel low ground, see like happy moments of the day and plan stuff.

Sometimes I feel like everything cost nothing.

In my country president do hate speeches about ppl like me. He don't even think that I'm a human too and I have a family. He doesn't even know that he kills my happiness, my dreams and future.

He doesn't understand me and put myself into suffering and Hell. He don't want to see me as a worker, as a citizen or even taxes payer. He wants me to be dead.

From lecture I've got myself drained away. Teacher is just a nasty soulsucker.

Today I did the homework about science methods. It's kinda big (22 pages of Word document).

Unfortunately, I saw that my e-mail didn't send to teacher. I'll take her e-mail address tomorrow and will send it.

But future mark-work about animal physiology takes me sad. I don't want to do it, but I must. This will be enormous and I hope I can handle it.
