Started watching Ginny and Georgia and I…I don’t even know what to say. It is such an amazing show but I swear I’m split on the whole Ginny train. I’ve heard things before about how a lot of people don’t like her because she is a spoiled brat who doesn’t appreciate anything (from what I’ve heard.), which I kinda agree to an extent, but y’all have to remember she’s also a teenager going through all this shit.

There’s just a lot of miscommunication on both sides—shared blame. I def think she says some shitty things to Georgia. Even if they are true it doesn’t have to be said how she says them; words hurt, you can see that on her mother’s face. You can’t completely blame her for freaking out though and wanting a normal life like other kids.

But it’s hard to completely blame Georgia for her parenting style and what she does, because we as the viewers know what her life was like and that she stepped up and tried the absolute best she could to give her kids the life she never got because she loves them to death. So in that aspect, yes, Ginny doesn’t get it because she never had to worry about what her mother has since she’s been protected and cared for her entire life. I think that’s why I gravitate towards Georgia more because I understand, coming from a life where you have to struggle to make ends meet. I mean I would have killed for a life like Ginny’s as a teen. I do think sometimes she doesn’t quite appreciate what she has, even without all the lies and stuff. We also have to remember tho that Ginny doesn’t know the whole story either which complicates everything, and again, she’s just a kid.

Idk, it’s like this whole messy situation with blame on both sides. Ginny has made me mad a lot, I can’t lie. I’m just out of my teens, like by almost 2 years, so I think I’m stuck in that inbetween area of understanding how Ginny feels but also getting Georgia too. I also am like the complete opposite of Ginny, even as a teen, so I think I’m also liking Georgia more in the way of thinking I would’ve been way more likely to be friends with her as a teen then with her daughter. (I didn’t have those wild party friends nor the boy drama. And I def don’t mess with cheating.)

Just my thoughts on season one. I am about to start season two, but I just needed to vent.

Harry and Ginny Potters first born.

Freddy Sirius Potter. 

Freddy to be named after Fred but since there's already a Fred Weasley II and Ginny canonly looked up to the twins so of course shes gonna name a kid after him. Sirius for the same reason as canon.

Next the middle child: 

I hate the name Albus Severus Potter with every fiber of my being. So his name is going to be Leo Harry Potter. 

Leo becuase Sirius is named after a star and I think they'd want to get Regulus in there as well and Leo is the Lion star so it would honour their house as well. And then to carry on the tradition, the father's name as the middle name. Since the Potters come from a long line of purebloods, the canon ones are James Flemont Potter and Harry James Potter so it would make sense that way. 

And finally (my personal favourite). 

The youngest potter sibling. 

Jasmine Minerva Potter. If you didn't know Ginny is a type of flower and so is Ginerva. And also since in the Evans family it's tradition to be named after a flower I think Harry did it for his wife and since Narcissa, who saved his life twice, and lilly, who is litterly the reason he's the chosen one in the first place, and then his wife so obviously. I think Ginny picked this one out since it just had her energy. And Minerva since....everything. 

And there we have it the Potter children and what there names should be.

"Fuck?" Angelina completed her thought and they all laughed, Hermione also shushing her and looking around to make sure they were alone.

"Alright." You took a deep breath and tried to sound as nonchalant as you possibly could. "I guess Fred is kind of cute."

"Aw dude, are you serious?" Ginny's disappointment was so clear in her face that the three other girls bursted out laughing.

"Shhh, guys, I don't wanna get kicked out." Hermioned said between giggles.

"Sorry, babe, but this was too good not to laugh at." Angelina responded, still chuckling.

"Too good? All my friends wanna fuck my brothers."

And you all fell into laughter again.

It had been a week since Fred discovered that spot of yours to hang out. Whenever you and the girls disappeared from his sight, he would get anxious, wondering where you might be.

Until the day he was looking for a potions book, but found something far better: you.

He managed to hide in the corridor next to the one where the group of girls would sit on the floor and chit chat. Usually he took no interest in the conversations you would have. But not that day. Throughout the whole week he listened to each silly subject the girls brought up, only paying attention to the sound of your angelic voice when you made a comment. That day it was different. Once the tables turned from homework to guys you fancied, Fred felt his heart skip a beat.

He was nervous, his palms becoming sweaty as each of the girls rambled about one boy after the other. He barely listened to the guys his sister brought up, nor to the mentions of his brothers. What mattered most to him was what you were going to say. He was so afraid of hearing another man's name fall out of your pretty lips; so afraid you would confess to feeling attracted to someone else.

But he was also infatuated with the possibility of his name being the one in your mind. You quietly listened to what your friends had to say, too scared to say something yourself, Fred saw that in your expression as he tried to eye your figure from the place where he was hiding. Just thinking about it, being him the person you kept yourself from mentioning, made his trousers feel a bit too tight. His hand travelled down to his growing bulge, but he didn't move it, he didn't want to risk not hearing you.

and just as he expected and lowkey feared, his siblings starts to mooch on the TV. the younger ones, at least. Bill's busy being husband and father and Charlie hightailed back to Romania cause he misses his baby dragons.

and since this is end of 1990s and early 2000s, there is a slight civil war between his siblings about which channel is the best and yes, they're all cartoon-related.

Ron and Ginny likes Nickelodeon while Fred and George favors Cartoon Network.

Percy likes Disney Channel (and he's a big sucker for spanish telenovelas), tho, and successfully ropes in the others cause there's some good content.
