“Issue #14: The Rotten Stench of Blood”

Nice to finally draw Asphodelpaw again! I’m getting more and more fond of her design despite its complexity. To the nature of what this issue means, I will not speak but instead leave you all to speculate about it. Just know I’ve been very excited to finally get to this one. 

This is the first time “friendly-friendly�� has appeared in comic. What does it mean? Pretty much what it sounds like; an agreement between animals to not harm each other. It’ll be expanded upon more in future issues.

OK THIS PART GOES HARD AS FUCK

I remember reading this for the first time and the line "I could carpet bomb him (sonic) any day" hit my like like a ton of fucking bricks.

but thats not the most noteworthy point here, it's the explanation as to why he doesn't. While generally this comic focuses on why sonic hasn't just killed eggman yet, this goes into why eggman hasn't just killed sonic yet, a question I very much feel needs an answer more then the former,

I think this is the first time we've really gotten insight as to why eggman operates the way he does with sonic, actually addressing why he hasn't just killed sonic in his sleep. This is on some level to eggman a game for him to win. He can't just kill sonic he has to do it his way or it's not a real victory.

Sure this could be inferred through some of his actions in games but it's nice to see it properly addressed
