Time and Meaning

So many people keep saying "what's the point of doing anything? all will be forgotten and destroyed in the end anyway"

I disagree so strongly with this

Just because something gets forgotten eventually doesn't mean or make it as if it never happened

It's like a page in a book. Just because you are not reading a particular page doesn't mean it's not there. It's still right there, right now, with the exact same words on it as when you read it

Same goes for time. Your life, how you lived it, the memories you made, the experiences you had, the things you created, the people you loved will always be there, forever written on your page of time in the grand book of the story of this universe. Remembered or not doesn't really matter, it was and is real regardless, forever

'24.4.14 東大寺 二月堂裏参道にて

３つ前の投稿からの続き。おかっぱ桜を撮った後、桜散る前に行っとかなきゃと裏参道へ。葉桜っぽい木も多いですがまだまだ綺麗ｗ

いつもは「桜のち新緑」な感じで木々は移ろっていくのですが、今年は桜が少し遅れたので「桜＆新緑」というシチュエーションが多く見られたシーズンでした。
