JOKE-OGRAPHY: 1. The prophet says God will not ignore the orphan's WAIL (as in "cry for help") but the orphan and orca in the crowd think he said WHALE (as in "a mammal impersonating a fish").  The colloquial name for orcas is "killer whales", so the orphan's whale believes that he's finally being welcomed into God's fold, despite the fact that orcas are actually a type of dolphin. 2. "The Purpose Driven Life" is a famous bible study book that takes readers through a 40-day personal spiritual journey.  Since this orca seems to be on a spiritual journey, I applied the title to his story, but changed "purpose" to "porpoise", because a porpoise is another category of marine mammal similar to dolphins and whales. ___
