currently playing genshin rn, farming for father arlecchino🎀
Scaramouche x fem!reader. Smut. Rough sex. Creampie. Slight Yandere Scaramouche.
Thank you for the flowers 🥺 Happy farming and good luck with your pulls. I'm skipping her sadly, but Scara's cons call❤️
If it wasn't one thing, it was another. If it wasn't someone messing up, someone was reporting in late. Scaramouche swore he could've squeezed a stress ball to mush in his hands from frustration. And to top it all off, he had to be away from you.
And he fucking hated that.
Thinking about how your lips lingered against his when he pulled away from his departing kiss this morning led to him thinking how much he wished he could be impaling you on his cock instead of dealing with this shit.
Scaramouche instantly knew you weren't home the moment he walked in the door. Which only frustrated him more. He'd told you to stay home like a good girl. And it didn't help that he was incredibly set in his ways. If he couldn't go with you himself then he liked to send an escort, or guard of sorts (as incompetent as his squad was).
You came through the door as he walked out onto the balcony to look around. "Scara, you are home," You said, smiling at him as you set a few bags down on the counter. "I missed you," You trotted up to him, and started to tilt your head up to kiss him.
He put a finger on your lips to stop you. "You went out?" He asked, glancing at the bags on the counter. The discontent was evident in his eyes. "You didn't tell me."
"Yeah, I just needed a few groceries. And we needed cat food," You narrowed your eyes stubbornly before you said what led to you being bent over the balcony once his hands finished furiously pawing your clothes off while he devoured your mouth in a harsh kiss: "I'm perfectly capable of going down the street on my own."
That wasn't the point. He knew you were strong, but that's exactly why you needed him to protect you.
Scaramouche's arm was wrapped around you, holding you against him as his fingers danced over your throbbing clit. You mewled feeling him pinch and roll your nipple, grinding down needily against his fingers.
"You should've told me," He growled, delivering another pinch to your nipple that sent a sharp jolt right to your swollen clit. Your breath hitched in your throat as his hand suddenly came down across your ass, "If I couldn't have gone with you, I would've sent a guard."
"Scara, I-I--" The pads of his fingers rubbed firmer circles on your clit as you cried out, making your words die in your throat as your pussy started to clench around nothing. He continued to assault your clit, soaking his fingers in your juices, watching the way he you grinded against them.
Your head was fuzzy when Scaramouche took his hand off your clit to take out his cock. You jumped feeling the head smack wet against your clit. "Tell me who you belong to," He hissed, swallowing back a groan as he rubbed the head of his aching cock on your clit, "Say it," He smacked your ass again, soaking up your mewl of pleasure.
Grabbing a hand full of your hair, he pulled your head back. "Who do you belong to?!" He reiterated, smearing his precum on your clit before pushing his cock inside of you.
His cock pulsed as it stretched you apart, your pussy swallowing it as he bottomed out. He let out a shaky moan, pulling out half way so he could bury his cock deeper inside of you. His hips angrily pounded into yours, each thrust made your moans rose in octave as his cock kissed into your sweet spot.
"Yours! I'm yours, Scaramouche!" You cried out, your legs shaking as you pushed back against him, struggling to keep up with his pace. Your whole body trembled nearly limp with bliss as he pounded his cock inside of you.
Your words sounded so sweet in Scaramouche's ears. He kept an arm tightly braced around you, holding you against him. He put a hand on your neck, holding your head and sinking his teeth into your neck. He pulled a fold of skin into his mouth, sucking and grinding his teeth as he moaned muffled into your neck.
"Fuck, you are so tight, kitten," His groaned, his mouth sucking wetly on your neck. He prodded his tongue against the inflamed skin. He was fucking you possessively, getting lost in the pleasure of your walls squeezing around his cock while you moaned and whimpered for him.
You let out a broken sob of pleasure, your body shaking as your orgasm hit you. The only thing you could focus on was him and how good his cock felt dragging along your sensitive walls.
Scaramouche continued to bully his cock inside of you, intent on fucking you dumber through your orgasm. You felt every pulse of his cock as it ribboned cum inside of you, his body shuddering with pleasure as his thrusts turned sloppy.
His cheek nuzzled against your neck as he pulled out of you. "Want me to run you a bath?" He asked softly in your ear.
"Mhm," You murmured tiredly. "And feed the cats to," He chuckled as he turned you around, supporting you as you leaned against him.

Every Baby Needs a Daddy 6
Part 5
Come for the sugar daddy fantasy stay for my everybody-loves-steve agenda
Eddie insisted on helping Steve with his suit the night of the soiree. Steve allowed him into his apartment for the first time, after some extensive cleaning. Eddie was already dressed in his suit, red, no shirt underneath. He took the garment bag from Eddie, kissed his lips, and then went to his bedroom. Eddie got a glimpse of his nest before the door was shut.
"Uhh? Baby?"
"No peeking", Steve said from behind the door.
"Babyyyy", Eddie whined, pressing his face to the wood.
Steve grinned to himself as he listened, getting dressed on his own anyway. "I don't want to be late. And if I let you 'help' that's exactly what will happen."
It wasn't just what Eddie would do. It was what Steve would let him get away with. It would be very easy to let Eddie in and then tumble in his nest. The thought of letting Eddie's scent mix in... Steve wondered if he could get away with sneaking a piece of his clothing away. But Eddie had promised him a fun night out and said he'd be meeting his bandmates as well.
He finished getting dressed and came out. Eddie stumbled, being nearly glued to the door. Steve almost made a joke about falling for him.
"You gonna be this attached to me all night?", he asked instead.
Eddie righted himself and stood up straight. "If I let you out of my sight, the wolves will descend on you Lil Red."
Steve put his hands on Eddie's chest and leaned in. "Good thing I've got a big, strong woodsman to keep me safe~"
Since it was a band event, Eddie had a personal driver this time. That meant he could sit in the backseat and play with Steve the whole way. Eddie's hand was firm on Steve's thigh while the other held his hip. He'd wanted to bury them in Steve's tresses but one firm tap and reprimand 'don't touch the hair' and here they were.
Eddie was nibbling on Steve's neck, wishing he could put something more permanent on him. Let others know who he belonged to. When they arrived, Steve took a moment to get himself together. Eddie thought he looked just as radiant now as he did with sex-tousled hair but he liked seeing his baby primp too.
Eddie led him, arm in arm, into a nightclub. The music was energetic but didn't really seem to fit with Eddie's usual metal scene. Steve had done some research on the band, listened to a few songs, learned the other members names too. So even through the blaring music, he was able to understand when Eddie brought them over to a reserved table where the rest of them awaited.
"So this is the guy?", Jeff asked.
"This must be the guy", Gareth nodded.
"Can't be anyone else but the guy", Grant raised his glass to Steve.
Steve smiled at Eddie. "You've been telling them about me?"
"You're a secret I don't wanna keep, babydoll", Eddie smiled back.
"DJ here is mixing a set around one of our albums", Jeff said. "Kind of a little promotion for us. And when we share the video, he'll get a bump too."
"I thought this was a little out of the box for your sound", Steve said.
"You listen to our music?", Eddie asked.
Steve shrugged, playing it off. "I've dabbled." He leaned into Eddie's space to take a sip from the drink in his hand. "What about you? Do you dabble in this?"
"Not quite my scene, no. I'm an appreciator of most genres though."
"Can we finally break the silence on Eddie's jazz phase?", Gareth said.
"What's wrong with jazz?", Steve asked.
"Music was fine", Grant clarified, "He just got super pretentious about the different subgenres."
"He was insufferable", Gareth added.
"What about you guys, then?", Steve pointed the question to them. "Are you into this kind of music?"
"It's something to dance to", Jeff replied.
"That's exactly what I wanted to hear. Care to dance?", Steve asked.
Jeff gave a look to Eddie, asking permission. Amused, Steve also looked to Eddie for his response. Eddie's arm had been wrapped rather possessively around him for most of the night, so he could feel how antsy Steve was getting. Eddie gave his hip a pat.
"Go have fun."
Steve kissed his cheek and then went down to the dance floor with Jeff. He loved to move and he'd been itching to dance all night, but Eddie didn't seem like a dancer, at least not to this kind of music. And he wasn't about to just go out and dance with someone random in the club. Jeff was the perfect partner, knowing when to be close and when to give him space.
He felt a finger tap his shoulder and when he turned, Grant was there. Following the beat of the music, Steve gave him his attention. He was able to catch Eddie's eyes just once and saw the hunger in his eyes. When Gareth came to dance, he was a little more hesitant to touch Steve until Steve himself pulled Gareth's hands to him.
The way they all touched him was polite but there was an underlying desire. They were showing appreciation, but they weren't going to challenge the pseudo-claim Eddie had on him. He caught Eddie's gaze again and it was darker this time. He began to walk off the dance floor, ignoring a few calls from voices he didn't recognize.
Steve returned to Eddie and straddled his lap. "Sure I can't tempt you to dance?"
"There's not a thing you can't tempt me into, sweetheart. But you'll have to give me something dance-able. Liked seein' you have fun though. My boys take care of you?"
"Mhm, they were very gentlemanly." Steve's hand dipped under Eddie's suit jacket, needing skin to skin contact.
"Music to my ears", Eddie said against Steve's lips before meeting them. He growled against his mouth as he was able to detect the scents of his friends on him. Steve was pack. Steve was his.
Eddie practically dragged him out of the club and back into the car. The door was barely closed before Steve was in his lap again. He was writhing, probably very close to ruining the nice suit pants.
"Come with me", Eddie breathed.
"Yes, Daddy", Steve moaned into his ear.
"No I mean, on tour. Come with me on tour baby."
Steve paused in his humping to look in Eddie's eyes. "You want me along for the ride?"
Eddie nodded, eyes wide and big as if there was ever a chance that Steve would say no. But he also couldn't just say yes.
"For how long?"
Eddie licked his lips. "Two months."
"My job..."
"I'll take care of anything you need", Eddie said quickly.
"My apartment-"
"I'll handle it, baby. Just please say you'll come."
Steve's head tilted to the side. Robin's words echoed in his head. Wasn't this the scenario he'd been running from? An alpha having control over his life? If for even a moment, Eddie changed his mind about him, he'd be out a job and a home. Steve looked back down at him and that was his undoing.
"I'll need a new suitcase, and wardrobe, and-"
"Done, done, and whatever else you can think of, it's done." Eddie kissed him in elation, much sweeter than anything else they'd done all night.
-------------------------
Steve at least tried to sell the whole 'can I bounce for two months and come back later' at his job but obviously that didn't fly. It was fine. It wasn't really the work or even the miniscule paycheck he was attached to. It was simply the comfort of doing the same thing in the same place every day. He could fill out applications on the road and get the same job anywhere.
True to his word, Eddie took him out shopping just a couple of days later.
"I meant to tell you", Eddie said as they walked through the mall. He was dressed very casually in jeans and a t-shirt under a vest with the band's logo on the back. His hair was pulled back in a ponytail and he kept his shades on inside. "That lunch meeting with sushi? Went pretty good. Your advice worked."
"You sound surprised", Steve teased. He was wearing a green sweater and light jeans.
"Not surprised, beautiful. Just in awe." Eddie put an arm around him as he led him into the first store.
Just like at the tailor's Eddie let Steve loose, letting him pick and choose what he wanted. After the third store, Steve was looking at him hesitantly.
"You're really going to spoil me. Going to turn me into a brat and anything."
"What? You? My sweet angel babydoll? Never", Eddie smirked. "You're acting like no one's ever lavished you like this."
Steve shrugged. "Well, not like this but-", then he thought better of it. "Never mind."
"I don't think so, baby. I think I deserve at least one story of past-Steve. You got to google search my life story."
"How do you know I didn't ask Jeeves?"
Eddie put a hand to his heart, then took his hat off like a sign of respect. "RIP to a real one. But you're not gonna distract me, Stevie. I feel like you've been keeping something from me. Not something big, just something you don't think I should know."
Breaking his gaze from Eddie's, Steve spied a restaurant inside the mall. "Let's eat."
Eddie had them get a booth in the back, figuring Steve would want some modicum of privacy for this. He wasn't expecting a bombshell, but he figured it must mean something to Steve.
"So, when you met me, you probably thought I was this... downtrodden, poor omega with nowhere to go." That rainy night seemed so long ago.
"That's not what I thought at all", Eddie said with a shake of his head. "Honestly thought you were waiting for someone. Made no sense to me that you were all alone."
Steve smiled. "Well, I wasn't always alone. Not physically, at least. My parents are Layton and Francesca Harrington. They've got a hand in a lot of things but most of our money comes from apple orchards of all things."
"So you're the heir to a vast apple fortune", Eddie surmised.
"Was the heir to a vast fortune."
"Is there a story behind that?", Eddie asked, watching Steve pick at his food.
"Not an original one", Steve said with a chuckle. "They paraded the alpha sons of their associates. I was also paraded. I was offered a life where all I had to do was look nice and speak little and eventually bring up the next generation of whatever old money family my parents chose for me... It was suffocating."
Eddie's leg stuck out from under the table and rubbed against his. "You got your own place. And your own job. You got out. Why would you keep this from me though? Doesn't sound particularly scandalous."
"I don't know", Steve shook his head. "Maybe I didn't want you to think I was a gold digger, or maybe I didn't want you to think I had super high expectations, or-it just felt like I shouldn't tell you. I'm tired of carrying my parents around."
"They're really that loaded?"
"Didn't you hear me say 'old money'?"
"Is there some scorned ex-fiance I should be worried about?"
"Hmmmnope."
"You sure about that, sweetness?"
"I'm sure. None of them are looking for me. And none of them hold a candle to you."
Eddie could understand wanting to leave the past in the past. After eating, they continued their shopping spree. Eddie paused at a costume shop that showed a few of the outfits on mannequins in the window. Steve followed his line of sight and grinned.
"Gimme your card."
"Sure, what for?", Eddie asked as he handed it over to Steve.
"For a surprise. Go get a pretzel. I'll text you when I'm ready." He kissed Eddie's cheek and then went into the costume shop.
Whipped like cream, Eddie did in fact go get a pretzel, fantasizing about all the little outfits Steve could be buying right now. When they met up, he wasn't allowed to peek. So while he knew there must be a costume of some kind in Steve's wardrobe now, he was oblivious to the lingerie he'd bought as well.

Bradley held you in the grass for a long time while you clutched that baseball in your hand. He couldn't remember another time he felt so calm as Everett ran around in the grass tossing a ball up in the air and catching it.
"Will you move in now?" you asked, setting your heart covered baseball in the grass and running your fingers along Bradley's mustache and stubble. "Ev and I both really want you to."
"Yeah, Kitten. I'll move in," he promised. "Right after the three of us have a conversation about expectations, okay? It's really important to me that we're all on the same page."
"Oh my god," you groaned, crawling up his body to get better access to his lips. "How are you this perfect?"
"I just needed to get my priorities straight," he said between kisses. "I never meant to hurt you like I did before, you know that, right? I just never in a million years thought that I'd meet anyone like you and Ev and fall in love so hard."
You just whimpered and snuggled up on him again. But once Everett started bugging to play baseball again, you pulled Bradley to his feet. This time Bradley put on the catcher's gear and let Everett pitch to you, which was honestly pretty funny.
"Am I good enough to play on the rec league, too?" you asked as you missed another pitch.
"No," Bradley and Everett replied in unison as you laughed.
"But that's okay, Mommy! Bradley loves you anyway even though you aren't that good at baseball."
"That's true," Bradley replied, removing the mask when they were done playing. "Being good at baseball was not a prerequisite. She just needed to understand and appreciate our love of the Phillies," he added, giving Everett a high five.
"Can we come to your game?" Everett asked, eyes wide as Bradley scooped him up along with his gear bag. You carried the bucket of balls back to the Bronco with your special ball right on the top of the pile.
"Kiddo, you can come to as many games as you want. And later today or tomorrow, we can talk about me moving into your house, okay?"
"Okay!"
"But I'm not going to stay in the extra bedroom," he said seriously. "So we can talk about that too." He wanted Everett to understand that he wasn't going anywhere, and that he was going to marry you as soon as he could. As soon as you wanted to.
Once he got Everett buckled in, he helped you load everything into the back. You had some grass stains on your shirt, and your clothes were all rumpled, and Bradley was so in love with all of it.
"Come here," he whispered with a smile as you slipped into his arms right where you belonged. "Can we get married tomorrow?" You laughed and he buried his face against your neck. "Please, Kitten? I'm dying for it now!"
"Bradley, we've been engaged for an hour."
"That's a pretty long time," he replied, enjoying the feel of your hips in his hands.
"We can talk about this later." You giggled and kissed him until Everett started whining that he was starving for lunch.
---------------------------
The Independence Day party at Maverick's hangar was in full swing by the time the three of you arrived in the Bronco. There was almost nowhere to park, but Bradley found a spot next to Bob's truck.
"Bob came?" you asked, eyeing his truck. "I think Molly's working today. Something about double overtime."
"I don't know why she didn't just take the day off," Bradley mused, killing the engine. "Does she really need the extra pay? It's not like Bob isn't her glorified sugar daddy now."
"What's a sugar daddy?" Everett asked from the backseat.
You glared at Bradley and muttered, "Yeah, Bradley. Try explaining that one to a seven year old."
He had the decency to look a little concerned before turning back to look at your son. "Uh... I think that Bob bought a lot of candy for your Aunt Molly."
"Ohhh," Everett replied. "Yeah, that makes sense, because she likes snacks. Do you think he'd buy some for me, too?"
Bradley cleared his throat and nodded slowly. "I think so. Just as long as you don't call him a sugar daddy," he muttered.
"Ev, why don't you go say hi to Bob and Natasha," you said, pointing out the window. "I see them right there. But don't tell anyone about the baseball ring yet, okay?"
"Okay!" Ev called, and then you and Bradley were alone in the front seat, and you started laughing.
"Really? A sugar daddy?" you asked.
"I'm sorry, Kitten! I'm still new to all this dad stuff."
Your lips parted in a soft smile as you unbuckled your seatbelt and crawled toward your fiance. "But you're already really good at it," you told him when he welcomed you onto his lap. "It's like you were tailor-made for us."
You kissed along Bradley's neck and he pulled you snug against him. "The two of you are perfect for me," he grunted, watching the sunlight catch your diamond ring. "Let's get married soon?"
"Okay," you agreed, your lips teasing his ear.
"Did Danny ever give you a ring?" he asked, unable to help himself.
"No. And I should have never married him. He obviously didn't want to but felt obligated to."
"I hate that guy," Bradley growled. "I'll be so much better."
"You already are," you promised him. "But would you mind if we don't tell anyone we're engaged yet?" you asked, and Bradley pulled away from you. He watched you remove your ring and reach for the glovebox.
"Why not?" he asked, clearly upset as you put the ring inside and closed it.
You quickly placed a dozen little kisses at the corner of his mouth. "I want to tell Molly first. That's all."
"Oh," he replied, nodding as he rubbed his hands along your legs. "Sure, Kitten. We can tell Molly first."
You liked how he said we, like you were all part of a team now.
"I love you, Coach," you whispered, kissing him before you hopped down out of the driver's door and into the hot sunlight. Bradley jumped down behind you with his hand at your back, and he led you toward Everett.
"Mommy! Can we get changed and go play in the splash pad? Please?" he begged just as Nat strolled up and gave Bradley a kiss on the cheek.
"I'll take him over," she said. "I've already got my bathing suit on, and Mav set up some changing stalls."
"Thanks, Nat," you replied, handing Everett his swim bag.
"Kitten," Bradley groaned, wrapping his arms around you. "It's killing me not to tell her we're engaged."
You giggled and tucked your hand up inside his shirt. "You can tell her tomorrow, okay? Just let me tell Molly first."
Bradley just melted into your touch. He had his hands all over you the rest of the day as you ate burgers and chatted with everyone. He even ducked inside the tiny changing tent with you, kissing you all over as you tried to put on your leopard print bathing suit.
"I haven't seen this since the tee ball swim party," he groaned, slipping his index and middle fingers underneath the strap at your shoulder and pulling you closer. "I love it when you dress up like a kitten for me."
You bit your lip. "I did wear this to the pool party just so you'd notice it."
"Mmm," he hummed, letting his fingers stroke your nipple through the fabric. "Oh... I noticed it, Baby."
You let his hands slip lower to your hips. "And now, after you move in, I can dress up for you all the time."
"Fuck," he groaned, his lips finding the pulse point in your neck and sucking gently. "Please, let's get married next week."
You laughed softly and shook your head. "We'll talk about it later, Coach. You need to get changed so we can go splash with Ev." Then you brushed his erection softly with your hand before ducking outside.
When you walked away, you heard him cursing softly, and the smile on your face felt like it was stuck there permanently. You were getting married. A second time. To Bradley. A man who loved your son every bit as much as he loved you. And he wasn't afraid to show it or talk about it. He wasn't afraid to let you know what you meant to him. You had never experienced anything like this before.
"Mommy!" Ev called out, soaking wet and holding up two water balloons.
"Don't you dare!" you told him, but he just held one out to you.
"Let's get Bradley," he whispered, looking past you. When you turned, you saw him heading your way in his swim trunks, pushing his aviators up on his nose.
You nodded at Everett. "Absolutely." And then you watched as your balloon managed to hit Bradley in the shoulder right after Everett's hit him square in the chest.
Bradley looked up in shock. "Oh, it's on," he growled, and you tried to hide behind Everett as Bradley stormed closer with a playfully angry look on his face.
"We need more balloons!" Everett screamed, pulling you toward a large bucket filled with them. Then the two of you launched dozens of water balloons at Bradley. Everett's accuracy was a lot better than yours, and Bradley pretended he was getting more and more wounded with each balloon he took to his body.
"You're too good!" he gasped at Everett, dropping to his knees on the splash pad while Everett laughed. Then he ran over and tackled Bradley with a big hug. You could hear Bradley tell him, "Hey, your pitches are looking great, kiddo," while Everett hugged him around the neck. "So proud of you."
"Thanks, Coach," Everett replied, and Bradley kissed him on the top of his head before scooping him up and standing.
"But I don't know if I can trust the two of you now," Bradley said, squeezing your butt as he walked toward the sprinkler. "Some family you turned out to be. Getting me soaked before I was ready." He walked into the spray of water, and you listened to Everett scream with laughter as Bradley got both of them even more soaked.
Then Nat and Bob joined in, and you wished Molly was here. Because you had to be the one to remind Bob to put on more sunblock in her absence. And you didn't want to text her a picture of your ring, you wanted to tell her in person about it. You wanted her to see it and be excited for you.
If she had the day off tomorrow, you'd try to stop by after work and tell her. But for now you'd just enjoy the rest of the first day of your engagement. You ran toward the sprinkler and wrapped your arms around Bradley.
----------------------------
"That's a familiar sight," Maverick said as the sun was dipping lower in the sky. Bradley gave him a funny look as he held a very sleepy Everett in his arms. "It's just that you look so much like Goose. And Everett looks like he could be your son." The words hit Bradley right in the heart.
"I want him to be," he managed, voice raspy with emotion.
Mav nodded and grinned before looking at the ground. "You picked a good one." Bradley looked where Mav tilted his head and saw you talking to Bob. "Well, both of them."
He held Everett a little tighter as he slept, head on Bradley's shoulder. "Thanks."
Mav patted him on the back as he took Everett to the Bronco where he started to stir. "Where are we going?" he asked in a sleepy little voice that made Bradley smile.
"Home. You can sleep until we get there. Gonna watch fireworks on the back deck and have a snack."
Everett just nodded and then fell back asleep, his head tipped to the side. Bradley buckled him in and waited patiently for you to finish saying goodbye to Bob.
"You think he'll be my brother-in-law someday?" you asked with a laugh as you climbed in next to Bradley and glanced back to check on Everett.
"You know," Bradley said, scratching his chin as he started the engine, "yeah, I do."
"Good," you replied, opening the glove box as Bradley drove down the long drive to the main road and turned toward the sunset. He breathed a sigh of relief as you slid your ring back onto your finger and examined it in the golden light.
"It's so pretty," you whispered, taking Bradley's hand in yours. "Thanks for letting Ev help pick it out."
Bradley scoffed and squeezed your fingers gently. "You think I could have done it without him? Not a chance. I almost texted Molly for final approval."
Your laughter filled the Bronco, and Bradley smiled as he got on the highway toward your house. "She would have ruined the surprise!"
"I figured," he mumbled, kissing your knuckles. "Better to keep it a secret between the boys."
You were quiet for a little while as Bradley drove. Eventually you turned toward him and whispered, "I do think we should get married pretty soon."
"Yes," he agreed. "We're both off on Saturday...."
"Please!" you laughed. "I didn't have a real wedding before. So I'd like to plan something this time. Nothing crazy, but a real wedding would be so nice." Your voice was soft and dreamy.
"Anything you want, Kitten. Anything. I mean it. I'm already getting the things that are most important to me: you and Ev. So whatever and whenever works for me."
When Bradley pulled into your driveway and thought about how he'd be living here soon enough, you unbuckled your seatbelt and climbed into his lap.
"Watch it, Kitten," he whispered as you rubbed yourself against him. "We've got company, Baby."
"I know," you replied softly, kissing his lips. "I just love you so much, and today has been kind of wild, but I want you to know that I can't wait to marry you."
The way your hand slid up to rest over his heart while you kissed him had Bradley ignoring his own caution. He let his lips and mustache trail along your neck as he reached for the button of your shorts.
"Can we go watch fireworks?" Everett asked through a yawn from the backseat. Bradley closed his eyes and sighed, kissing you one more time.
"Yep," he grunted. "It's almost time." Then he carried Everett inside after you unlocked the door. He got both of you settled on the back deck under a blanket, and then he made some popcorn and carried it out just as the first fireworks lit up the sky.
Bradley sat next to Everett who held the bowl of popcorn. "This was a really good day," Everett said, the colors reflecting in his eyes.
"I loved today," you added, turning to look at Bradley as you ate some popcorn.
"Yeah," Bradley said with a deep sigh. "I got to spend it with my family."
-------------------------
Everett was looking a little worse for the wear, snuggled up against Bradley as the fireworks ended.
"Can we all talk for a minute?" Bradley asked when it was just the three of you sitting quietly under the moon glow.
"Okay," you agreed as Everett nodded.
"I just wanted to say," Bradley started before pausing for a beat. "Kiddo, I'm going to move in with you and your mom. If that's okay with you."
"Yeah!" Everett cheered, perking up.
Bradley kissed his forehead. "But I'm not going to move into the extra bedroom, okay? Your mom and I are going to get married, hopefully pretty soon. And I'll move my stuff into her big bedroom."
"Okay," Everertt agreed. "Maybe we can turn the other bedroom into a Phillies room or something."
"Hey, that sounds great," Bradley agreed, laughing as you rolled your eyes.
You ran your fingers along your son's cheek so that he was looking at you. "Ev, Bradley is going to be part of our family. For real."
"I'm not going anywhere, okay?" Bradley asked, and Everett's gaze snapped back to him. "I'll be around all the time. You understand?"
Everett nodded enthusiastically. "Does that mean you'll be my dad soon?"
Bradley met your eyes, and your heart started pounding. His gaze was questioning, but you weren't sure exactly what you wanted to say here. "He'll be your stepdad, Ev."
Everett still looked a little concerned as he wrapped his arms around Bradley's neck. "Can I call you dad?" he asked Bradley, and you felt tears in your eyes. All you wanted was for your son to have everything he deserved. Your mind was filled with thoughts of Danny and child support and Everett's face in tears.
But Bradley held him tight and nodded against his neck. "If you want to. And if it's okay with your mom."
When Everett looked at you, a smile crept along your lips. "Yeah, it's okay with me."
Then you listened to the two of them in quiet conversation before Bradley took Everett inside and carried him up to bed. You followed them up the stairs but went into your bedroom and let them have a few minutes to themselves. You contemplated changing into something cute to wear to bed with your fiance, but you ended up sitting on the bed wiping away your tears instead. And then after a while, Bradley walked in, and you could tell he had been crying as well.
He paused next to the bed and you asked, "Are you okay?"
A nod was all you got right away. Then he rasped, "He called me dad. While I got him ready for bed."
"He loves you."
Bradley looked up at the ceiling. "Listen, I had every intention of walking in here and absolutely ravaging my wife-to-be. I swear. But instead, I think I just want to hold you first."
How could anyone possibly disagree with that? You reached out for his hand and pulled him into bed with you and into your arms. "I love you, Coach."
"Fuck, Kitten," he groaned against your neck as you hugged him. "I didn't think I would end up crying so much the day I got engaged. Actually... I never really thought I'd ever get engaged. Especially not to a mom."
You opened your mouth to say something, but he cut you off with his lips on yours. "But you're right, Kitten. I was tailor-made to be with you. And Everett."
Your fingers tangled in his hair as he kissed all of the words from your lips. You were left softly sighing as he stroked your cheeks with his thumbs, the prickle of his mustache on your skin driving you crazy for him.
"I was going to put on something cute to celebrate with you tonight," you whispered.
"No, no. I love that stuff, you know that. But you're perfect just like this." Bradley kissed you through your grass stained clothing before he started to remove it. "Perfect."
When he took his time like this, it was almost better than when he went wild. Bradley ran his nose along your lace covered breasts, his thumbs grazing your sides, skimming down your ribs. Wordlessly, he moved every bit of your clothing before he pulled his shirt over his head. His skin was hot beneath your hands, and the sound of his heavy breathing filled the space. When his lips met your bare breasts, you whimpered. His big palms were on your hips, holding you in place as you spread your legs wide for him.
His words were too soft, the sound of your whimpering nearly drowning him out as his lips and mustache met the sensitive skin below your belly button.
"Bradley."
His hands left your body, and you heard him work his zipper down. But then his mouth was on your pussy, kissing and licking you as your fingers tangled in his hair. And he would be here every night with you. When he wasn't deployed, he'd be in bed with you, right here, every night.
"Bradley," you whispered again, this time with a little sob. You were going to marry him, and he would always be there with you.
He swiped his tongue slowly up to your clit before kissing you there. "Kitten?"
You pulled him up by his soft hair and wiped away your tears. "I love you." Then his lips were on yours, and you could feel his cock at your entrance. The way your body welcomed every part of him, like you'd been waiting for him, had you wrapping your leg around his waist. He groaned softly against your lips as he sank into you, filling you up. But he didn't move yet. Not for a few minutes. He just stretched you in the most wonderful way while you pulsed around him, and he told you everything he was going to do now that you were engaged.
"I'll move in next weekend, Kitten," he whispered against your neck. "And then I'll start doing your yardwork, because you kind of suck a pulling weeds, Baby."
"Hey," you whined, with a laugh that turned into a moan as he pushed himself deeper inside you.
"I'll pay half the bills. And I'll make breakfast in the mornings. And you can pack my lunch. And I'll play baseball with Ev, because I love him. And then I'll fuck you all night, because I love you."
His words got ragged as he started to thrust. And as soon as he was moving, his rough hairs harsh against your wet clit, you could feel the pressure building inside you. After a few more strokes, you were whining his name, and he was smiling against your lips. Bradley fucked you slow and steady through your orgasm, drawing it out and making your sweat-slick body shiver beneath him. And he went nice and slow until he was grunting and spilling himself inside you.
Your fingers dug into the back of his neck as he kissed you hard. "Please don't make me wait too long to marry you. To be Ev's stepdad for real."
"I won't."
As he panted on top of you, a plan was already forming in your mind. You tried to hold back your grin as you thought about it. Bradley would love it, and so would Ev. If it was even viable. But you'd have Bradley all to yourselves soon enough, and he could help you plan it out.
A little while later, as you were snuggled up with Bradley, nearly asleep, he whispered, "I told Everett I'd take him to the park tomorrow evening. Thanks for sharing your son with me."
You laughed softly, and then you froze up.
"What's wrong?" he asked, stroking up and down your spine with his rough hand.
You propped yourself up to look at him, unsure if you should even say anything.
"Kitten. Did I say something wrong?"
"No," you whispered, shaking your head slightly. "It's just that... I never told you this, but I don't want to have anymore kids, Bradley." You bit down hard on your lip as he studied your face.
He looked a little surprised but not disappointed. "Oh. I mean, I hadn't given it much thought, to be honest. I guess I thought the three of us would be perfect, you know? Happy."
You heaved a sigh of relief and wrapped your arms around him again. "Yeah. The three of us. Happy."
---------------------------
The following day, after work, you put your ring back on and drove to Molly and Bob's condo. Bradley was picking Everett up from summer camp, and you'd have a chance to talk to your sister alone for a few minutes if Bob wasn't back from base yet.
You knocked on their door loudly before using the key they gave you to let yourself inside.
"Come in!" Molly called out, and you found her in the living room, under a blanket, eating chips and watching reality TV. "Hi!"
You laughed and plopped down next to her. She looked tired as you kissed her cheek. "They working you too hard?" you asked, running your hand across her forehead. "Molly, you look exhausted."
She yawned and snuggled into your touch. "I'm so fucking tired. These double shifts are killing me. I thought it would be an easier adjustment to all daylight shifts than this! But they keep asking me to pull extra hours, because we're short staffed."
"That's not good," you whispered with a frown as she yawned again. But she just brushed you off.
"I'll be fine after Bob dicks me down and I get a good night's sleep again tonight for work tomorrow."
"Oh, I didn't really need to know that, but thanks?"
She nodded at you with a serious look in her eyes. "I love him. He's the sweetest man in the world. And he has a big cock. I'll be just fine. Don't worry about me."
As you cleared your throat to try to change the subject, Molly reached for your hand and screamed, "What is that?!" She started pawing at your engagement ring, kicking her blanket to the floor and jumping up. "You're getting married!"
You laughed at your wild eyed sister standing in front of you in a sports bra, boxer shorts and mismatched socks. "I'm getting married!" you confirmed, and she screamed again. "He asked me yesterday."
"Oh my god! Bradley really went all in on the ring, huh?" she asked, pulling it off your finger to examine it. "I mean...damn! He probably thought you'd say no if the ring sucked. Look at the size of this thing!"
"I wouldn't have said no!" you told her, laughing as she pretended to be blinded by the sparkle. "Ev helped him pick it out."
Molly screamed again. "Ev helped?! Okay, Bradley can stay forever, I guess."
The two of you were on the floor laughing and sharing the bag of chips when Bob walked in wearing his khaki uniform.
"Mo, it's uniform time, Honey," he said with a grin, but then he saw you on the floor with some chips halfway to your mouth, and he blushed. "Oh... you're here too... that's great."
"Hey, Bob," you said before shoving the chips in your mouth and standing. "I was actually just leaving, so feel free to have uniform time."
He still looked embarrassed as you patted his cheek. "Oh, um..."
"I just stopped by to tell you both that Bradley and I are getting married. Hopefully pretty soon." You held up your hand, and Bob pulled you in for a hug.
"Ugh," Molly groaned from the floor. "He's going to be my brother-in-law."
"You just told me how happy you were for me!"
"I am," she confirmed. "I just kind of like to pick on him. It's fun. And easy."
You rolled your eyes and hugged Bob tight. "Stay tuned for a wedding date, okay? I just need to make a few phone calls." Then you turned to leave, but Molly followed you after she kissed Bob.
"You can stay for dinner, if you want."
You smiled and put your high heels back on. "Nah, I don't want to interrupt uniform time."
Molly grinned like the devil, but she said, "I ordered some cute shirts for both of us and Ev to wear to the rec league games. But the Bradshaw on the back of yours is going to have a whole new meaning now! Are you going to ditch Danny's last name?"
"God, yes," you groaned. "As long as it's okay with Bradley."
"And what about Ev?"
You puzzled her question in your mind for a moment. You'd been waiting for the child support from Danny to kick in. But you'd probably be waiting a lot longer. He wasn't going to hand it over to you willingly. But you just knew that Everett was going to want a new last name as well, and honestly it made you want to cry.
"I'm not sure," you whispered, forcing a smile and kissing Molly one last time. "Go have fun with Bob. I'll see you soon."
And when you got home, Bradley and Everett were there, eating a pizza they brought back after playing in the park. Bradley jumped up to get a slice ready for you, and you hugged him around his middle while Everett told you about his day.

Some Respect On It | E.M.
Tumblr media
Summary: Diego teases you about Elijah for the last time. 18+.
Author's Note: For my Elijah girlies. Thanks for being so patient.
Voices could be heard from the hallway outside of Elijah's room. The vampire stopped toying with you momentarily. A disappointing whine spilled from your lips. You ignored the voices until you could hear them. One of those voices belong to your ex, Diego. A devilish grin appeared on Elijah's face.
You slowly sat up from the bed to get dressed. There was already enough animosity from the two men. You didn't want more problems between them.
"Where are you going?" He asked while narrowing his eyes as if to search for an answer on your face. "I do believe we should show young Diego just what a thousand year old vampire can still do,"
Butterflies erupted in your stomach. He couldn't possibly mean what you thought he meant. Your core ached at the thought of what he was planning on doing to you. His eyes darkened and your mouth watered. You were in for it now.
"Elijah?"
"Don't you want him to stop commenting on our relationship?" He questioned. You nodded giving him consent to act on all the dirty thoughts in his mind.
His lips peppered your body with kisses until reaching between your legs. He grabbed the bottom of your underwear and pulled dangerously slow. You wiggled your hips to aid his quest
Your eyes were locked on his as you watched him carefully. Within moments, he was buried deep inside of you. The skilled vampire worked his magic going above and beyond to extract moans from you.
You tried to keep quiet at first. Your hand tried to muffle the moans and whimpers being ripped from your body. Everything was going well until his thumb found your clit. The bundle of nerves rejoiced the feeling. Soon you abandoned all hope to keep quiet and Elijah's plan came to action.
Diego's voice was the first to stop as he listened. The familiar sounds of his ex-girlfriend being pleasured coming from her current boyfriend's room. You gripped the sheets under you tightly. He placed your legs above his shoulder for a better angle.
"Right there, Elijah, please," you whined louder than you intended. He loved hearing you beg knowing he was doing everything he can for you. Forever and always.
"Who makes you feel this good?" He asked you between raspy breaths. The bed banged against the wall. Continuous loud thuds could be heard throughout the hallway and room.
"Y-you," you stuttered. Tears rolled down the side of your face. He moved your legs to get a better look each time he impaled you. A sight he would never grow tired of seeing. The way you took him so perfectly.
"I wish you could see how beautiful you look while I unravel you. You were made for only me," he assured her. You nodded unsure if you could even speak right now. Elijah was always sure to please in bed but now he was making a point to ruin you. The voices in the hallway stopped but you knew he was out there listening.
He placed a knee on the bed to steady himself. His thrusts slowed allowing him to reach farther inside you. Each thrust met with a cry from you. His thumb never leaving your clit alone. You tightened around him and his eyes rolled back.
"Go ahead, my little wolf. Let all of New Orleans hear you," he smiled watching you hit your orgasm. Your eyes half closed as he continued his torture on you. The stimulation on your sensitive body almost too much for you. After a few more thrusts his orgasm washed over him.
His landed on his hands while hovering over you. He remained still for a few seconds to catch his breath. He showered you with compliments. Kisses left on your sweat and tear stained face.
"Forgive me, darling. I have one more card up my sleeve,"
He used his vampire speed to dress in his usual suit and tie. Your lover winked at you while ensuring that he was proper. You sat up slowly while watching him. He opened the door to see Diego.
Your ex stared at the floor while his fists were balled up. His breathing ragged as he tried to control himself. There was nothing he could do. The Original vampire could easily kill him before he could blink.
"Ah, Diego," Elijah paused while still standing in the room. "I do hope we weren't too loud,"

Of Nightmares and Memories /four/ Azriel x reader
Series Warnings: Kidnapping. Mistreatment. Cursing. Pining. Violence. Depression. Talks of suicide. Eventual smut
A/N: We're getting closer to her returning to the IC and I'm so happy about that. I also had a lot of fun writing this part, so I hope you enjoy!
Part One Part Two Part Three
Tumblr media
The following days were much the same, watching from a distance as Tamlin worked hard to woo the young Feyre. Your eyes rolled every time he tried to complement her. She didn’t belong here. Just like you didn’t belong here. She was too much of a dreamer to become a High Lord’s wife, or little play thing. Too much of a dreamer to be held down by his endless rules and customs.
She deserved so much more. You deserved more.
Imagines of wings and starlight fill your head every time you close your eyes. You could see all of them, laughing at The House of Wind over dinner, having a grand time without you. They moved on, you know they had. But you couldn’t move on from them, no matter how hard you tried. You yearned for them.
You yearned for Cassian and his brutish humor, the kind that always got him in trouble with your mother, but always made you laugh harder than you should. You yearned for Morrigan and her never ending support when your father was being particularly dastardly. And Azriel….oh how you longed for him. The gentle touches of his shadows, the shy smiles, and rare bouts of laughter. Besides your brother, you missed Azriel most of all.
He was your Az, and yet you had no claim to him. But he seemed to understand that you belonged to one another. Maybe that’s why you made the promises you did.
Where you go I go, but whatever we do we do it together.
You made that promise before you flew for the first time. You were too afraid to fly as a child, but when Azriel came along and had to learn so late in life….well you got over your fear for him. You grasped his scarred hand in your tiny one and led him to the edge of the House of Wind. Why they decided that was the best place to learn to fly, you’ll never quite understand.
But it was then that you looked up at him, tears in your eyes due to fear, that you spoke, “Where you go I go.”
He nodded slowly, hair blowing in the wind, “But we do it together.”
“Together,” You agreed, holding his hand tighter.
And together you leapt from the ledge and let the wind take hold of your wings. Together you wobbled, but still stayed afloat. Together you figured it out, never once letting go of the other. And when you landed back on the roof, you held him so tightly as he laughed. And it was then that you decided that was the most beautiful sound you ever heard. It was then that you decided you would do anything to hear that laugh and see that smile as much as possible.
And it was then that he decided he would always protect you, because you were his just as much as he was yours.
“He’s sending her back,” Lucien’s voice drew you from your thoughts.
“He’s what?”
“Your brother came,” Lucien says, face pale, “Took her mind, threatened to crush it. It isn’t safe for her here anymore, time is almost up. So Tam is sending her back.”
“He’s a damned fool,” you hiss, “She’s in love with him, it’s plain as day to see! All he has to do is get her to admit it, but he can’t do that, can he? He’s giving up, all because my brother decided to come and scare him?”
“You weren’t there.”
“No, I wasn’t, but when does the brutality of the Night Court surprise Tamlin?” You question, “He’s seen it first hand, he knows what we’ll do to him. Why do you think he keeps me full of Faebane? Huh?”
“Y/N-”
“He knows I could shred all of your minds so easily,” You nearly laugh, “I could make Rhys look like child’s play if I really wanted to. You think he is vile and violent? See what happens when I have all of my powers, Lucien. There’ll be nothing left to bury. I could raze the Spring Court to the ground and not feel a thing about it.”
“You don’t mean that.”
“I’m a prisoner here, don’t think that I wouldn’t take the first chance to escape,” You shake your head, “No matter who I have to kill. I might still be a child compared to the rest of you but I’m a child of the Night. Brutality is in my blood.”
“You aren’t like them-”
“Oh? Am I not? Just because I’ve been docile so far doesn’t mean it isn’t inside of me. I am a wolf in sheep's clothing. I always have been, dear Lucien. I am the most dangerous person in this manor, and he’s a fool to forget it.”
His face contorts into something that you aren’t quite able to read. Pride wells in your chest knowing you’re doing your job. You want to feel sick about it, want to feel sick about the role you’re playing. But if it brings you one step closer to your brother then you can’t bring yourself to feel bad about it. All you want is to go home again. You just want Rhys to hold you and tell you everything is going to be alright again.
“Tamlin deserves what's coming to him,” you hiss, “You all do.”
“You don’t mean that.”
“Oh but I do. I hope Rhys enjoys breaking every single one of you. And if he doesn’t, I will,” You take a step closer to Lucien, “By the cauldron I promise you, I will break this court apart piece by piece and I will laugh as I do it. And I won’t stop until he’s the only one left standing, and all he has to claim is rubble.”
It rises up in your chest, and you feel it escaping through your fingertips, the darkness you used to run from long ago. You smile at it, feeling it wrap up your arms and cascade down towards the floor. It took a lot of energy to conjure it. You would be exhausted afterwards. But it would be worth it.
Lucien took a step back, and then another. Head shaking. You knew what you looked like. A vile smile on your face, darkness twirling all around you. You looked like your big brother. You felt the power flowing through your veins, what little you had left of it anyway.
“Don’t underestimate me, Lucien.”
Tamlin sent Feyre back to the human lands the following day. You watched from your window with a scowl on your face as the carriage took her away. Tamlin was giving up and damning all of you in the process. Amerantha would come for him soon enough, and then there would be nothing left for you but to run.
Maybe you could make it to the Night Court, maybe you would be lucky.
“Once she comes, you’re free,” Tamlin spoke over dinner that night.
“Perhaps, You do your best to sound bored.
You had to control your heart, so you didn’t give away how scared you truly were. If she found you, you would be dead in an instant. Or maybe she’d use you as a toy to get Rhys to do her bidding some more. He was already her whore, but perhaps she wanted more. She wanted him on his knees for her. And even you knew that he bowed before no one but his court.
“Maybe I’ll stay here, I’ve grown quite fond of this place.”
“Liar.” Lucien bites out.
One look from you though and he stands down. What he doesn’t know is you slept for almost twelve hours after your little display earlier. It took everything you had, all of your energy and what power you had. But it was worth every second to see the look on Lucien’s face. To know that you were still able to scare him enough.
“Something you add, Lucien?” You question, venom dripping from your words.
His head shakes, swallowing deeply. It only makes you smirk. You were so close to going home, to any semblance of home. Maybe your brother wouldn’t be there, but you’d be free. The Court of Nightmares had to be better than living here.
“You should hide,” Tamlin says slowly, “They’re coming.”
“Now?”
He only nods, and reaches for more wine. He seems too calm. But then again he’s already given up. He gave up the second he sent Feyre back across the wall to her family. You can’t help but scoff as you rise to your feet. You expected him to fight back, maybe even for Lucien to fight. But you didn’t expect them to just lay down and roll over and let Amerantha march her cronies in here and take everyone.
“You’re a coward, Tamlin.”
“So you’ve been saying for hundreds of years.”
“You should have just killed me.”
“Heard that too.”
Your eyes roll, “I hope you have fun as her dog.”
“Enjoy your freedom, Y/N.”
You scoff again, “You best hope I never get the chance to kill you, Tamlin. I won’t make it as quick as my brother made your family's death.”

“Sit down, Simon,” you instructed.
Simon sat on the chair you placed in front of the mirror. You, then, sat on his lap.
“Put your arms around me and make yourself comfortable,” you continued.
Simon put his arms around you from the back, at first around your waist. He buried half his face on your neck, tickling it somehow and making you tip your head to your shoulder as a giggle came out of your lips.
“Tickles,” you said.
“How ‘bout you sit facing the other side?” Simon suggested.
You got off his lap and sat on it again, this time sideways.
“Like this?” you asked.
“Yeah,” Simon confirmed.
With so, Simon locked his arms around you again. One went around your back with the hand resting on your far shoulder. The other went around your waist.
Simon pressed the side of his face against your free shoulder. That way you could put your cheek on his head. You repositioned a few things. Maybe your legs or your arms or Simon’s.
The two of you stayed like that for some time, looking at yourselves in the mirror afterwards.
“That looks good?” you asked, looking at him next to you.
“I think so, yeah,” Simon answered.
“Alright. We’ll be here for a few hours, let me know if your legs are asleep,” you said.
With that, you started sketching your media of drawing or painting of your choice whilst Simon watched.
“Can’t you just take a picture of us like this and draw from the picture?” Simon asked.
“How are we supposed to be spending time together, then?” you asked back.
“That’s your excuse?” Simon challenged. “Well, it’s a good one.”
“I know,” you smiled.
Simon reached his hand into his pocket and took out his phone.
“Put your hand back where it belongs,” you warned.
“Just a second,” Simon said, opening the camera on his phone.
Simon put the phone ahead to the mirror and took a few snap of photos.
“What’s that for?” you asked.
“You don’t wanna take pictures, it’s fine, but I do,” Simon said.
Simon soon put his phone away and returned his hand on you. He went back to watch you do your magic.
You occasionally looked in the mirror, getting back to your pose with Simon before going back into your art.
“You’re pretty good at this,” Simon said. “Very talented.”
“Well, thank you, I’ve practised,” you replied.
“Can’t believe my love is gorgeous as they are talented,” Simon hummed.
You stopped your creation for a second and looked at him with a smile that just showed up on your face.
“If you keep flattering me, I might have to draw you shirtless,” you said.
“You want me to take my shirt off now?” Simon asked.
“Maybe for the next one?” you replied.
“The next one?” Simon repeated.
“You don’t think this is just a one time thing, do you?” you questioned.
“Well, you’re lucky I got plenty of time,” Simon said.
“Good,” you chuckled before continuing your art.

Kit to Ty
Ty,
I need someone to talk to and I don’t want it to be Julian or Emma. Or Jem or Tessa. So it’ll have to be you. Which means I can’t ever send this and you can’t ever read it. I’ll burn it in the garden when I’m done writing it so I’m not tempted to send it.
The gardens here are really excellent, by the way. I guess you know that since you’ve been here. There’s an old Georgian greenhouse, and a little pond with lilies and frogs and benches to watch them, and a walled garden, and it’s just very nice to walk around here with Mina. I never had a sister or brother before, you know that, but being with Mina makes me realize more about how you felt about Livvy. Still feel about Livvy I guess. I’m not saying I forgive you. Just maybe I understand more.
Blackthorn Hall is still being restored, of course, and there are faeries everywhere doing the restorations. They’re brownies, apparently, and even though they aren’t doing anything that interesting—weeding and carrying wheelbarrows of dirt and whatever—I can’t stop watching them. I have hardly seen any faeries at all since—well, since we were in that battle with them. I guess I didn’t realize how strictly I was being kept apart from them. Until now.
I should really stay away from them, because every time I get close enough for them to talk to me, they do something to freak me out. The head builder, this guy Round Tom— he’s not even that round, honestly — anyway the first time Round Tom saw me he did a little thing where he jumped in a circle and made some odd gestures in the air, and then bowed in my direction. I just turned around on my heel and walked off in the other direction like I had just remembered I forgot something.
And then General Winter, like Kieran’s General Winter, was there helping out—Julian says he’s there to keep all the workers in line since they are scared of General Winter but not Round Tom—and he knew I was the First Heir. Like the Riders did.
The Riders whose horses I made disappear. Or something. I don’t know if they ever came back. No one seems to know.
I tried to pretend I didn’t hear General Winter either but we were just out in the open and it would have been way too obvious. So when he addressed me as First Heir all I could think of to say was, “That’s me. Or at least that’s what I’ve been told.”
“If you’ve been told,” he said, “then it is true, since we do not lie.”
I wanted to say buddy, I worked at the Los Angeles Shadow Market for years. Faeries do all kinds of sketchy stuff. Instead I just said, “I don’t really know what I’m supposed to do about it.”
General Winter watched me with this thoughtful look on his face, and said, “You need do nothing about it, yet. Indeed, at this moment that might be the wisest course of action. For things are strange in Faerie.”
“What do you mean?” I said.
“There are disturbances,” he said slowly. “Rumors swirl about the Seelie Court. And Mother Hawthorn walks again.”
BEfore I could ask him what any of that meant, Round Tom came rushing over. “Cousins.” (I had forgotten faeries sometimes addressed each other like that, and it gave me a little shiver, like he was saying, you are one of us.) “I have found something. Please come with me.”
He led us around to one of the big plane trees. A little ways away from the trunk was a huge hole, and then on the other side of the tree were two sawhorses across which balanced a coffin.
At least I think it was a coffin. It was really busted up, half-rotted, cracked everywhere, caked in dirt. It was obviously the thing that had come out of the hole.
“A tomb?” said General Winter as we got closer, but Round Tom was shaking his head.
“We would not have disturbed a tomb,” said Round Tom. “But none lie buried here. Only magic, of a dark and powerful kind.” He stepped back. “Look inside.”
I came closer. There was indeed a bunch of random stuff inside the coffin. It looked like—well, you know how old Egyptian pharaohs were buried with all their belongings? It was like that, I assume for a Shadowhunter, except the belongings were a weird assortment. It was dirty and falling apart and mostly just junk—papers and little jars and bits of fabric and the hilt of a sword with no blade, that kind of thing.
“How old is it?” I said, and Round Tom reached it and fished out a liquor bottle. The label was pretty faded and ripped but it was a printed label, in a Victorian style. I wondered if Jem or Tessa would have any guess whose stuff it could be.
“You said there was magic here?” I said.
“Dark magic,” Round Tom said gravely. “Wild magic.”
“The curse?” said General Winter.
Round Tom’s expression cleared and he shrugged. “Perhaps not. It’s actually much less demonic in nature than the curse on the house. But emanating from the foot of an unremarkable tree it bore exploration. There are two items that might be of further interest.”
He cleared away some of the mess and revealed a scabbard. It was a very nice scabbard. Sorry, that doesn’t really capture it. A very very nice scabbard. It needed some cleaning up, but it was obviously beautiful and, I’m sure, valuable. It was steel but covered in gold inlay all over in the shape of leaves and birds. There were some runes on it, too, so it was definitely a Shadowhunter’s at some point.
“Nice,” I said.
“It is more than ‘nice,’” General Winter said. “It is clearly the work of Lady Melusine herself. See how it has not deteriorated at all?”
Round Tom looked important. “And yet it is the less interesting of the two pieces,” he said. With a great dramatic gesture that he had clearly practiced ahead of time, he pushed all of the junk to one side in the coffin, leaving—
“Is that…a gun?” I said.
“One of those mundane weapons, yes,” said Round Tom. He picked it up as though it might go off, though it was rusty and covered in dirt. It was a revolver. It didn’t look any different than revolvers from a million gangster movies, or Westerns—I guess if I were really sending this to Ty I would have to explain what a Western was.
Anyway the big difference was this gun was covered in etchings and runes and words and was obviously magic af. (Which means . . . oh, never mind what it means.)
“But Shadowhunters don’t use guns,” I said.
“They never have,” General Winter agreed. He picked up the gun with a surprising amount of familiarity, and sighted along it in the direction of a nearby tree. He tried to fire and it just clicked — the cylinder didn’t even turn.
“Rusted shut, probably,” said Tom. General Winter handed it to me to look at. I’m not good enough with runes to know any of the ones that were on it. I pointed it at the same tree, kind of as a joke, kind of just to feel how heavy it was, and pulled the trigger, and there was a huge BANG and a bunch of wood splinters exploded from the tree.
My arm kicked back from the force of the shot. And we all stared. My ears were buzzing, but I thought I heard Round Tom say something to General Winter. I’m pretty sure the words First Heir were in there.
Certainly when I looked at them again, at Round Tom and General Winter, their expressions were guarded. Closed.
“Perhaps we should take this item inside and see if the other Nephilim recognize anything about it,” General Winter said flatly.
“I’m sure it just only works for Shadowhunters,” I told General Winter, but he just gave me kind of a troubled look and said nothing. “Anyway. I’ll bring it in.”
I could feel General Winter and Round Tom watching me as I ran across the lawn and into the house. Jem and Tessa were sitting on a couch in the drawing-room, watching Mina coloring with crayons on some butcher paper.
The moment I came in holding the gun both of them looked utterly shocked. Tessa got to her feet and moved between me and Mina. I told myself she was standing between the gun and Mina, but it still felt rotten.
“What—” said Jem, standing up, but he didn’t finish the sentence. He just stared at me, and the gun.
“Round Tom found it in the garden,” I said. “Is this a gun for Shadowhunters?” I could feel my voice getting tighter. “Shadowhunters don’t use guns.”
“Long ago, Christopher Lightwood tried to create a gun that Shadowhunters could fire,” said Tessa. She was still staring at the gun.
“It was in a coffin,” I said. “With a bunch of other stuff. A broken sword, and a fancy scabbard.”
“I wondered what he did with it,” said Jem. He? Who was he?
Jem and Tessa exchanged a look.  “The gun belonged to my son James,” she said. I felt kind of sick. Tessa hardly ever talked about her children with Will. “He was the only one who could use it. It would not fire in anyone’s hands but his.”
“I fired it,” I said.
They both looked stunned, and not in a good way.
“You are very special, Kit,” Jem said. “You are the First Heir. We don’t yet know the extent of how that power works in you.”
“Or perhaps it is just that he has faerie blood,” said Tessa.
I could have said that it definitely wasn’t just faerie blood because General Winter couldn’t use the gun and he doesn’t only have faerie blood, he has a full faerie body with faerie organs and everything. But I didn’t say anything. I just felt a weird feeling in my stomach. I said I would put the gun away and not use it, and Jem and Tessa seemed to feel that was the best thing I could do, and Mina piped up and said “Gun!” and then I felt like the worst person on earth.
So now it’s late and I’m up writing this letter to you that I am going to burn when I’m done, because I can’t sleep. Because I don’t want to be the only person in the world who can fire a magic gun. I don’t want General Winter to straighten up when I’m nearby like I outrank him. I don’t want any of this. I had five minutes where I got to think, oh neat, I found this cool-looking gun and I bet there’s a story behind it, I wonder if they’ll let me keep it or if it needs to go to a museum or something. And then I fired it and instantly—just another thing that’s weird about me.
Good night, Ty. I’ll never send this, and you’ll never read it.
Kit

“i’m so tired of hanging out with these pathetic losers, you’re so much cooler, pj.” you ask the curly haired girl, lightly grazing your fingers down her arm seductively. hazel knew pj wanted you, and even told you so last week. she’s been jealous ever since, snapping dirty looks at her, because how dare she make a move on her girl. “so, how about we study for mr. gs test tonight, my place?” she gulps in response, nodding. you wink, grabbing your things and sauntering out of the gym.
“pathetic, huh? -goddamn- i’ll show you what pathetic looks like.” hazel grunts, her strap on relentlessly pounding into your walls, no end in sight, her hips harshly clapping into yours. your face buried into her pillow, she laughs sinfully, watching your crumble before her.
“pretty bold for - someone - who’s in this losers bed every night.” she grumbles, your hair clenched in her fist in a ponytail, the other bruising your asscheeks with stinging smacks.
the cries you let out to her are pitiful, just fueling her to pound into you harder, if even possible.
“you think,” she gasps, “that pj could fuck you like this?” you groan into the pillow, sobbing as the tip of her strap grazes your cervix. “no one fucks you like this…like….me.” she pants, obviously exhausted, yet the urge to ruin you overtakes her. “get up.” she commands, leading you to her full length mirror.
fuck.
she positions you with your hands on the wall, on each side of the mirror, and proceeds her unforgiving thrusting, handful of your hair.
“look at yourself.” she orders, yanking your gaze to meet with your mascara stained face in the mirror, tits pressed up against the cool glass. “who do you belong to?” you should be embarrassed, the way your hips are rocking back into hers, desperate for her.
“p-pj…” you stutter out, knowing exactly what you’re doing to her. you know deep down you belong to her, but sometimes you want to see the jealous, mean hazel. of course that’s hard to get out of her, she’s just too sweet for words, but desperate times call for desperate measures. she jostles the strap out of your throbbing cunt, and throws you on the bed.
“oh, pj, huh?” she interrogates, slipping the harness off her hips and kicking it to the side. “now you and i both know that’s a lie.”
“is it?” you pant, caught off guard by hazel pushing you onto the bed, forgetting how strong she’s gotten since fight club started.
“watch your mouth, slut.” she laughs, climbing over your chest, hovering her core just above your trembling lips. “is that what you are, a slut? that why you can’t keep your legs closed, hm? my touch not good enough for you? you- hgnh- want pj? the girl who doesn’t even know where the clit is?” her wetness drips down, drooling onto your lips.
“answer me.”
“n-no!”
“yeah, that’s fucking right.” she proclaims, settling herself onto your face. “you know what to do,” she grumbles, “whore.”
you quickly begin to lap her up, her clit throbbing against your tongue, so sloppy and unrefined, drunk on her taste. her hips snap into you repeatedly, burying the fluffy patch of hair that protects her heat into you. her groans are intoxicating, motivating you to buck your hips up, but finding loneliness every time.
“that’s right.” she coos. “i want you to go to class tomorrow, and when she asks where all these pretty bruises came from, you tell her the truth. understand?” the only sounds that fill the air are of her heavy panting, the bed creaking, and the delicious sound of her drenched pussy coating your tongue. you nod, not pausing once to even verbally respond.
“that’s it, you’re mine. my- my slut.”

astarion reacts to tav being betrayed by a loved one and tav getting injured during the betrayal?
Astarion x Gender Neutral Tav! - Fucking Randy Astarion first person POV - it's alright lol I can't even think of a summary for this...
Tags: More humor than angst, first person pov (Astarion), 500+ words, drabble, poor description of a fight, OOC Astarion
Summary: Honestly, I don't know what Tav saw in that human. A complete jackass, and one that would eventually get them killed.
Read here or on AO3
-------------------
The battle started just as any other. Tav ahead of us, usually sticking their nose where it didn’t belong, insulting strangers without a second thought, or even just punching someone at random for the hell of it. It was one of the things that made me approve of them so quickly. Their… ‘I don’t give a shit’ attitude. I admired it. Loved it, really.
Unfortunately, I wasn’t the only one.
His name was Randy. Yes, Randy, if you can believe it. A human male who was tall and lanky, but not in an unattractive way— again, unfortunately for me. Somehow he had managed to woo Tav before we’d even met. The barbarian was a complete savage, encouraging Tav to make admittedly stupid decisions, drinking past his limit, and taking advantage of Tav’s kindness without them even realizing it.
It came as no surprise when Tav spit straight into the face of someone trying to intimidate our group. Hell, I laughed in response. Watching someone wipe spit from their face in shock is never not funny. Disgusting, obviously, but hilarious nevertheless.
Shadowheart clicked her tongue and readied her weapon, Gale doing much the same but with a heavy sigh, Randy (fucking Randy, really? Seriously? Randy? RANDY?!) revealed his sword and steadied it in his hands, and my lovely self exposed my dangers— each of us ready to destroy those who stood before us.
Tav grinned at their lover, laughing as Randy lunged forward and buried his sword into the spit covered face of the one that stood before them. A dagger would have been a better choice, but who am I to judge? Right? I was only a fucking magistrate.
Fucker.
Soon other’s flooded into the area, the quick murder drawing their attention to our group. Tav and Randy worked their way through the group, the rest of us picking off the rangers that tried to hide.
A quick fight, as it usually was with our group…
But then… something happened.
A shot of fire, heading directly towards Tav and Randy— Shadowheart wasn’t fast enough to shield them and the pair were vulnerable against it. I heard Tav scream as Randy grabbed their shoulders and pushed them in front of himself. I could only watch as the fire flew towards them and exploded against Tav’s chest. They fell to the ground, landing on their side, no longer breathing.
Gale cast a spell in the direction of the killer, but I wasn’t paying attention, I was running to Tav.
They laid on the ground, their eyes open and staring into nothing, mouth hanging open as if they were still screaming from the blow. I dropped to my knees beside them, cradling their head in my lap, my hands tapping on their cheeks, words flying from my mouth but I didn’t even know what I was saying.
“Leave them,” Randy said. “We need to keep moving.”
I flung my dagger into his skull.
Shadowheart began casting spells, anything they could do to bring Tav back—
But they still laid there.
Luckily, all we had to do was carry them back to camp and Withers was able to bring them back from the dead.
Randy we left behind. Because fuck Randy.
And now, tonight, I’ll be making my first move on Tav. They’re still a little hurt from the betrayal, weeks later. And… they also tell us stories of their nightmares and the cool chill of death that lingers and haunts them—
But they blush when they look at me, and that’s good enough for me.

『03』 ブルーロック: blue lock recs
Tumblr media
冴糸師: sae itoshi
lost to time by @syriiina
nostalgia. it’s delicate but potent. “nostalgia” literally means “the pain from an old wound” in greek. it’s the twinge in your heart far more powerful than memory alone – a feeling of a place where we ache to go again. but in sae’s case, it’s the painful ache in his chest to return to someone that’s already been buried by the sands of the past; the yearning for someone that’s already been lost to time. notes: this fic emotionally destroyed me; heavy angst paired with audio recordings; basically the most gut-wrenching combination ever; smooth chronological plot development; encapsulates the dichotomous pain and pleasure of love; i felt like my heart was healing and hurting at the same time
merry go round by @syriiina
what if you were given another chance? another chance to say all the things you’ve wanted to say, cry all the tears you couldn’t and hear the voice of the person you’ve cherished all your life? sae itoshi was given that chance. just one more chance for your birthday that he’ll never get to spend with you. just another chance at goodbye. notes: at this point this author needs to pay for my therapy; examining the process of grief; almost dreamy and hallucination-inducing atmosphere; idea of letting go; new beginnings; childhood nostalgia; sequel to first fic
to my first love / to my last love by @by-moonflower
when you agreed to date itoshi sae in mid-october of 1993, you never imagined he'd be your first love—whose presence would continue to linger in your life, hauntingly, even if a year, two, or ten came to pass. notes: high school sweethearts to exes to lovers again; examines insecurities of girlhood; idea of love being a process of trying and trying again; reader discovers herself before she discovers others; happy ending; pre-2000s nostalgia; montage/vignette style
come out and haunt me by @alaboadoa
sae is 13 years old when he moves to madrid. his temporary apartment is old and cheap, and worst of all it's haunted. but he finds your company better than nothing, even if you do tend to knock all of his belongings over. notes: incredibly well-written study of sae’s character especially as a pre-teen; honestly would've never expected a ghost AU; this author has such a beautiful mind; finding commonality in exclusion and lack of belonging; a unique rendition of right person, wrong time; loving someone but still not being enough
hungry hearts by @sanzu-sanzu-sanzu
You are Itoshi Sae’s Manager. Fielder of dumb reporter questions and keeper of his schedule. Among many others. notes: their dynamic reminds me of miguel and lyla from the spiderverse or that one kdrama about secretary kim; sae denying that he is in love yet noticing every little detail about reader; their witty banter is so funny; gradual realization of feelings; honestly i think this is how canon sae would fall in love
find love by @tenjiiku
“Mama?” “Yes, little bunny?” You call her by such a name because when she was a toddler she had somewhat of an obsession with playing leap frog with others. The original pet name had been little frog, but it had caused a rather large tantrum, so you never used such a term with her. Her father suggested it. It was the only thing he made that you still used. notes: i don't even need a rec to tell you how good this is; nuanced portrayal of divorce; honestly hit too close to home; idea of marriage not being endgame; slight hint of second-chance romance; love that never fades; sae being emotionally oblivious; for the hopeless romantics
the hanshin expressway by @tenjiiku
He remembers how sad you had looked — gentle, sweet and kindhearted you. And he remembers feeling the urge to hold you. Because it was the first time he voluntarily felt such a gripping emotion. He recalls the way your nimble fingers trembled around your second mug of jasmine tea, and he looks back on the way you turned to him with a forced smile, as if it was the easiest thing to do — to bear yourself and all of your little idiosyncrasies in front of him, no walls, no windows. Just you and him. You, reprimanded for your selfless displays of kindness. Him, admonished for his lack of expressing his. It was hard not to let himself fall into you. notes: literally even the premise of this fic is not for the weak; amnesia tropes are the death of me; prose is so tender and beautiful; sae being the one who now teaches the reader how to love; role reversal; reliving grief; idea of being unable to equate the past and present versions of the person you love; people change and you are helpless to stop it; being unable to return to what once was
rezkinoff / prelude by @tenjiiku
07.01. It is the first day of my break. I am going to journal both my fitness levels and caloric intake because my nutritionist has told me to. I will also note a daily observation so as to look back on my time with certainty that I have spent it properly and because you have told me to. Today’s observation: the heels of my feet are growing calluses and I found a single strand of white hair, still on my head. I need better shoes and hair dye. Perhaps something is in the water. — Itoshi. S notes: one of the most authentic portrayals of sae’s character; sae being emotionally inept but slowly learning; aging but as a graceful process; daily observations of life; the epistolary style makes it a smooth reading experience; ambiguous enough for interpretation
us, again by @ode2rin
in which: itoshi sae returns to the only place on earth he vows to never set foot again. notes: one of the best second-chance romance fics out there; i still think about this fic at night; just the right balance of hurt and comfort; sae and reader both messing it up and finding each other again; dilemma of both loving and hating a person; has a coffee shop scene and a dramatic airport reunion so what is there not to like
scraps by @itoshiexx
you give him all you have. it's time to collect the scraps before there is nothing left. notes: short but packs the most brutal emotional punch at the end; idea of love not being enough; sae pushing reader away; miscommunication; hurt people hurt people; giving up on someone you love most; falling out of love
conversations by @saerins
he’s back home, and you recall the times you’d spoken to him. all the calls you made, then all the calls he made, and then all the times it went to voicemail. notes: i was having a good day until i read this and started violently sobbing; honestly it's a pretty accurate reflection of fame and the troubles it brings for both you and sae; the voicemails crushed something within me; i was grieving for a relationship that never existed; please read when you want a good cry; thank god for the alternate ending here
do stars return? by @hanyjar
your childhood friend leaves, and you question if he’ll ever come back. notes: the way that i ate this shit up with no crumbs. sae itoshi and star metaphors go hand in hand. picture this: you and sae grow up and then he leaves you and then he comes back again. now amplify that and add childhood angst and a sprinkle of poetic language. you're welcome.
凛糸師: rin itoshi
the first snow by @tenjiiku
It’d take him 3 lonely nights for Rin to admit to himself he wanted to see you again. He wonders if he torments you as much as you do him. notes: two-shot that changed the trajectory of my life; this author absolutely nails the slice of life genre every single time; finding beauty in the mundane; realistic depictions of modern love; somewhat slow-burn; dialogue and internal conscience are beautifully written
riptide by @misssleepless12
Concerned with how things were left after U-20, Isagi goes to visit Rin before the end of break. They address it. Sort of. notes: not necessarily a rinsagi shipper but this fic has a stunningly accurate portrayal of MLM romance; no sense of false idealism or over-romanticization; rin and isagi’s natural dynamic is perfectly captured; strong imagery and cultural setting of kamakura; rin’s sarcasm is on point
カイザ: michael kaiser
five dates and a proposal by @by-moonflower
all it takes is five dates for kaiser to fall in love with you and you in him, much to your surprise. notes: this fic actually made me believe in love; strong female character; fear of love and gradual opening up; basically what it feels like to fall in love with someone you never thought you’d actually love; realistic depiction of insecurities
color me blue by @saekkas
in which you need to wrestle your boyfriend, michael kaiser, out of his bed to fulfill a promise: re-dye his hair. notes: domestic fluff; michael being childishly cute; imperfections as perfections; heart-warming snapshot of established couple life; never fails to make me smile when i reread it

Cause Everything I want, is Everything that's Here
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Leon Kennedy X Wife Reader
Leon returns home after a mission, thankful to return home to his wife and daughter.
(Title taken from the song “This is where I belong” by Bryan Adams)
A/N: Yes, the song is from the horse movie. I just listened to it again recently and literally couldn’t help but think of RE 6 Leon. Like the relief he feels to say he has a family and a home he can always return to and always feel love. Also, I’m a sucker for domestic Leon.
Leon sighs out softly as he walks off the helicopter, the bags under his eyes heavy. He doesn’t really pay attention to other agents around him. Just focused on getting out his gear, to head home. It’s been almost a month since he’s been home. He didn’t want to waste any more time waiting around here or even talking to anyone. Not even the president could get him to stay at the DSO headquarters for a moment longer. Hunngian promised him she’d handle anything, which he greatly appreciated. He just wanted to get to where he wished to be the most.
As he drives his car, he can clearly see the wedding ring on his finger reflect the street lights. A small smile forms on his lips, he can imagine your shock and surprise when he just shows up. It was one of the few reasons he didn’t always mind these long missions, and then he thought how excited and happy your daughter would be. How she’ll jump up and hug him tightly. He can’t fight the smile that forms on his face as he thinks about it. Finally, he pulls into the driveway with only one other car parked there. He gets out and he watches as his breath is visible in the cold air. Snow having fallen recently, there were remnants that the snow had been disturbed in the front yard. He smiles to himself as he notices two snow angels of different sizes. He walks the short path to the front door, pulling his keys from his jacket pocket. As he does he notices lights on in the house, he secretly hopes he isn’t too late for dinner.
“Baby, make sure your hands are clean.” You tell your daughter gently.
“Okay, mommy!” She calls and rushes back past you. Her blond hair is everywhere as she dashes by. She looked a lot like Leon and acted like him too. The only thing that didn’t look like him was her eyes, she had your eyes. You’re setting up the plates for dinner, putting down two plates. You feel some sadness at not being able to set a third plate. When you suddenly hear a squeal. You rush to see what is going on, to make sure your daughter is okay.
“Daddy!” You look to see Leon grab his daughter from the floor.
“My munchkin!” He calls out joyfully as he picks her up, her giggles never stopping.
“I missed you!” She says brightly as he holds her.
“Oh, I missed you too! More than you could ever imagine!” He blows air on her stomach making her laugh more. You’re practically frozen there as you look at Leon, his smile as bright as your daughter’s.
“Mommy look!” Your daughter calls as you finally start to walk closer. Leon puts your daughter down and is quiet for a moment before you hug him tightly.
“I missed you…” You say simply but so much more is said. Your arms are tight around him. So much you want to say but your daughter is here. I’m so glad you’re alive, I’m so happy you came back to me, I don’t ever want you to leave again.
“I know…” He replies softly hugging you back as tight as he can. His face buried in your neck and hair, taking in everything that is you. Small tears well up in your eyes but you quickly brush them away and smile.
“Come on… we were just getting ready to have dinner.” You tell him that with a bright smile, that reminds him. He’s home.
You quickly set another spot for him, and he listens with a smile as your daughter explains her day. Her feet kick under the table and her smile never fades as her dad is home.
You originally meant to make sundaes to distract your daughter from her father's absence, but now they were a celebration of his return home. Your own fond smile never leaves your lips even as your daughter gets ice cream all over her face. Leon only finds it amusing and kisses her cheek.
After cleaning up and making sure no one has any ice cream anywhere. You head to your daughter's room.
"Goodnight sweetie..." Leon kisses your daughter's forehead gently.
"Daddy... are you going to be here tomorrow..?" She asks in a tired tone, looking up at him. Some part of Leon's heart broke when his daughter asked him that question. You could see it in his blue eyes.
"There is nowhere I'd rather be... than here with you and your mom." He says softly. "Just know... even if I have to go, I'll always return..." Your daughter nods, to which she receives another kiss from Leon.
"Goodnight baby..." You add, tucking her in a bit tighter and giving her a quick kiss on the cheek. "Love you..." You add on softly.
It's quiet for a moment in your shared bedroom. Before you hug Leon tightly again. As if you're floating in the sea, and he's your only life raft. Confirmation that he's here, and present. Leon not needing an explanation just hugs you back just as tight.
"I will always come home..." He assures you hugging you a bit tighter. Holding part of his entire world in his arms.

"Crowley, that is not fair!" I whined as he flung me over his shoulder. "It's not my fault. Put me down!"
"What's not your fault? The fact that you can't follow rules?" He growled, arms tight around my thighs, as he settled a swat on the back of my thighs. "That sounds like your fault to me." I kicked my legs out as he carried me upstairs to our shared room. Aziraphale made sure to close the shop as I was carried away, knowing he would be needed afterwards.
I had been caught in the back room, legs spread over the arms of Aziraphale's reading chair, fingers buried inside myself with my head thrown back in pleasure. My eyes had been squeezed closed and I hadn't noticed I'd been caught until Crowley's growl sounded through the room. I was quickly stopped mid-task as he hauled my ass off the chair and warned the Angel of what had happened, luckily nobody was in the shop, and pulled me away. In my defence, he had been teasing me all morning whenever he had the chance and I was getting seriously desperate.
Air was knocked from my lungs as the Demon threw me on the silken sheets and rolled up his shirt sleeves before seating himself on the edge of the bed. My eyes widened slightly as I recognised the glint in his eyes and curled my legs beneath my body in a poor attempt to squeeze my thighs together. His finger curled in a 'come here' gesture and I shivered slightly before crawling over to him. Stopping in front of him, I sat back on my heels rubbing my core against my heel as he glared at me, eyes glittering in the light of the room.
"You just can't help yourself can you?" He chuckled darkly, noticing the slight movement of my hips. "I was only going to give you 10 spanks but now you've earned 20 for being pathetic and touching what doesn't belong to you." I stopped my movement and shook my head, heart pounding in anticipation. My disagreement was ignored as he dragged me over his lap, letting me get comfortable before flipping my skirt up, my underwear being yanked down and palming at the flesh of my ass. Before he could begin, the Angel walked in, book in hand and water bottle in the other, taking a seat in the armchair across the room and opening his pages, ready for when he was needed. The two had an agreement when it came to punishments; Crowley would be the one to hand them out, physically, and Aziraphale would do aftercare and make sure I was settled and taken care of.
"Azira'," I whimpered as my eyes met his. "Please."
"Take your punishment well, then we can cuddle, my dear. You know you've done wrong, be a good girl now." I nodded with a whine, clutching the Demon's trouser leg as I wrapped my arms around his leg in a tight brace.
"I'll keep count, be good." The Demon seemed to have calmed a little but still intended to carry out the punishment. The silence was almost suffocating as Aziraphale switched his focus back to the book and Crowley rested his spare hand over my back to keep me still. Another few seconds passed before his hand came down to smack across my backside with a crack. My body jolted forward in shock as I yelped in response, grip tightening on the Demon's leg. This was going to be a long 20 spanks.
It didn't take long for the tears in my eyes to start dripping down my cheeks as he alternated between each cheek and the flesh where my thigh met my ass so I would feel it when I sat down.
The fifth spank had me gasping at the feeling, holding back cries of pain, scrambling against his jeans as a means to ground myself.
The 15th had me babbling through my broken sobs, tears streaming down my cheeks as I rested my head on his leg, repeating how sorry I was. The hand Crowley had on my back rubbed small circles on my skin but it did nothing to make me feel better.
"Hush now Darling, not long to go now." He tried to soothe but I just whined in discomfort as he brought his hand back down on my red raw ass. Every so often, Aziraphale would look up from his book, eyes on my face first before looking down at my aggravated skin and shifting in his seat. If I wasn't so upset I would be happy that the sight of me being punished had turned him on but the sting in my butt pulled that feeling away.
Sobs racked my body as Crowley's last 4 spanks seemed to last hours, the sound cracking through the room until my skin was on fire from the handprints that now bruised it. As he finished, a soft hand rubbed the small of my back watching as I winced despite not being touched where I was sore. My cries didn't die down even though he had stopped and blurry eyes met Aziraphale's as he knelt in front of me.
"Shh, You're all done now Darling," Crowley lifted me from his lap, pressing a kiss to my head as I rested on his chest.
"All done now." I whimpered against his shirt, burying my face away from their eyes as I tried to slow my cries. "M'sorry, won't do it again." I babbled.
"Come on now Love, Let's get you sorted out." Aziraphale's voice drifted into my ear softly as he took my hand and guided me up from Crowley's lap. The fuzziness in my head clouded everything around me as I stumbled to the Angel's chair. I stood in front of him as he took the seat, patting his lap as a sign for me to sit with him and I sniffled as I complied. With my legs on either side of him, I hiccuped and rubbed the tears from my eyes with balled-up fists. "No baby let's clean your face properly." He tutted as he pulled out a handkerchief and wiped the teary streaks off my face, holding it to my nose as he noticed my sniffling. "Blow your nose, Love." I scrunched my nose up in uncertainty before doing as he said, not wanting to get in trouble again. Not an ounce of disgust flashed across his face and I relaxed a little more at the thought of my disgusting human habits not bothering my Angelic Dom.
"Angel, plenty of this today." Crowley walked past, placing a tub of aloe moisturiser on the arm of the chair, pressing a kiss to my head before leaving our Angel to settle me. "Be good Darling." I nodded before, playing with Aziraphale's bowtie as he popped open the tub.
"Lay forward love, let's get you fixed up." I bit my lip as I did, laying against the Angel, head in the crook of his neck, waiting for the cold cream to make contact with my hot skin. I winced as it came and pressed my body closer to him to get away from it but his spare hand held my hip steady so I couldn't move away. "Hush dear, you'll feel better soon and then you can nap." I whimpered but listened, nibbling my lip as he rubbed my cheeks, pressing the occasional kiss to my head.
It didn't take too long for him to finish but by the time he had, small tears dripped out of my eyes from the feeling but he was right; I did feel better now the gel cooled down my skin and new bruises. He wiped my face once more, wordlessly, before I pushed my lips against his, needing a bit of comfort and sensation other than pain. The Angel didn't hesitate to kiss back and rubbed his thumb over the skin on my hip before holding the water bottle in front of me. He placed a straw in the top before pressing it to my lips and nodding encouragingly. At first, I started with small sips which soon turned to quick gulps as I realised how thirsty I actually was. The hiccuping sobs made it harder to drink but I pushed through it until Aziraphale began to tut at me.
"Slow down, you'll make yourself sick dearest, you don't have to rush. It isn't going anywhere." He reassured me, pulling the straw away and placing the bottle on the table beside him as I gulped at the air instead, out of breath from drinking so fast. We waited until my breathing slowed down, shuddering softly as I calmed down. I whimpered as I recognised the feeling of his bulge beneath me, letting my hips slide over it gently, wanting to make him happy. The Angel took in a sharp breath, grip on my waist tightening as he held me still. "No Love, you need to rest."
"No, need t'make you feel good Azira," I whimpered, trying to loosen his grip without any luck. "Let me make it better, let me help you." My words were slurred as tiredness and subspace set in, quickly fogging my head as they mixed together. The Angel shook his head softly, pulling my head to his chest as I lay on his chest.
"It's okay dear, I know you're too far gone to understand." He cooed, "Don't worry, I feel better when you cuddle me and nap Love." I nodded into his chest, nuzzling against him as he miracled a blanket for me. As the material was wrapped around me, I hummed in contentment, letting my eyes flutter shut and holding onto his shirt as he pulled his book out to read whilst I slept. The headspace I was in helped me fall asleep rather quickly but not before he kissed my cheek, muttering to me.
"Get some sleep now love, good girl."

Note: This is my most popular series on Wattpad and I’m bringing it to Tumblr! This first part was published on Wattpad in February 2021. I don’t even know how to explain this series. It started out with silly little scenarios and turned into an ongoing series of crack humor (sometimes mildly suggestive), fluff, a little romance/soft moments, and vampire tomfoolery. If you haven’t read it yet OH BOY you’re in for a ride. I truly hope it makes you chuckle :)

You stepped into the large mansion, the front door creaking as you kicked it shut with your foot, both arms weighed down with bags of groceries.
"Y/n's home!" Wooyoung shrieked, running towards you at an insanely brisk speed.
"I don't think so." You stepped aside before he could tackle you, completely dodging him.
"Hey! How'd you do that?"
"You're becoming predicable, Woo." You stated as you walked into the kitchen, completely unbothered.
You set the weighty bags onto the kitchen counter and began unpacking everything, placing your items in their rightful places.
"Hey, where were you?" Yunho asked, walking into the kitchen.
"I went out for groceries." You answered.
"You didn't tell us." He pouted.
"You wouldn't have let me leave if I did. You're all too clingy."
"You're our little human though." He stated as he hugged you, his face buried in the crook of your neck.
"Stop that." You waved him off. "I don't belong to any of you."
"I beg to differ." An airy voice came from behind you.
You turned around seeing San perched up on the countertop, a sly grin on his face.
"I'm really not in the mood for your antics." You stated bluntly and exited the kitchen.
You headed up the large cherry wood steps that seemed to stretch for miles. The only thing on your mind was going to your room for a nice and quiet bath. You made it to the top and headed to your bedroom, just as you reached your door, Mingi dropped down in front of you, hanging upside down like the bat he is.
"Boo!" He shouted, laughing loudly.
His laughter quickly died down when he saw the unamused look on you face. You glanced up at him floating upside down in front of you.
"That's not scary anymore." You stated.
He let out a huff, sticking his bottom lip out.
"Sorry." You pouted, pinching his cheek as you stepped into your room.
"But she smells so good." San whined.
"I'm sitting right here." You announced, annoyed.
"Yeah and you smell incredible." San winked.
"Excuse me! We agreed we would not do that." Seonghwa spoke up.
You let out a sigh of relief, thankful that someone around here had some sense.
"Thank y-"
"Besides, if we do that, I am the eldest so I should go first."
Your mouth dropped open. "Are you kidding me right now?"
"I am not."
"None of you are biting me." You pointed to all of them.
"You don't have to worry about me, Y/n." Hongjoong smiled warmly.
"Thank you."
"Please." Jongho scoffed. "I'm the youngest and I have the best control out of all you."
"Well, I have the second best control." Hongjoong announced cockily.
"Everyone knows the eldest has the most control." Seonghwa pushed his hair back.
"That's bull crap." Jongho butted in.
"What on earth are you talking about?"
"You wouldn't know. You don't keep up with the current phrases used in today's time."
"I do not need to."
"Apparently you do because you never know what anyone is talking about." Jongho shot back.
The air went quiet for a moment.
"He's right." Mingi muttered.
"Yeah he is." Mumbled Wooyoung.
Everyone else nodded, muttering in agreement under their breaths.
Seonghwa rushed inside, slamming the door behind him, a drawn out sigh leaving his lips as he closed his umbrella. His heavy footsteps thudded across the floor, making it quite obvious that he was upset.
"I cannot believe the audacity..." He grumbled.
"What is it?" San rolled his eyes, knowing that if no one asked why Seonghwa was in a sour mood, he would continue to sigh and groan until someone said something. It's happened way too many times.
"Yeah, if you're gonna stomp around like that, you might as well just tell us." Jongho said.
"There was an adolescent standing on the sidewalk and he blew a cloud of vapors at me, to which I gave him a swift tongue lashing for, and he said I 'harshed his vibe.'"
You stifled a laugh.
"What does that mean?" Seonghwa asked aloud.
"Harshing someone's vibe means you're a party pooper." Yeosang muttered.
"I did not defecate on his celebration."
"No, Seonghwa it means he was having a good time and you ruined it." You spoke up, trying to clarify.
He let out an offended gasp.
"It's not that big of a deal. People say it all the time." Jongho shrugged. "It's not something to get bent out of shape about."
"I am perfectly upright, Jongho."
"That's not—" Jongho let out a long sigh. "Forget it."
You and the rest of the guys sat around the living room, each of you doing your own thing. You lifted your feet up, resting them on the coffee table as you looked around at everyone who suddenly appeared uneasy. Before you could ask what was wrong, a voice rang out.
"Get your feet off! That is mahogany from the 1800s." Seonghwa ran over, shooing your feet off the furniture.
"Who cares? It's old." You grumbled.
"It is in perfect condition. I do not need you scuffing it up." He huffed, pulling a handkerchief from his suit pocket, buffing the tabletop.
Out of the corner of your eye, just over Seonghwa's shoulder, Wooyoung was about to set a glass onto a side table beside his chair. Just before the bottom of the glass could make contact with the table, Seonghwa, in a split second and without looking back, flung a coaster over, the glass landing right on it.
"How many times to I have to tell you to use a coaster for your refreshments?"
"How did you-" Wooyoung started.
"I sensed it." Whispered Seonghwa.
"So, what kind of music do you guys listen to? I don't ever see you guys listening to any radios or anything."
"I am very fond of classical music." Seonghwa spoke up.
"Of course you are." You muttered.
"I kinda like 90s music." Hongjoong spoke up.
"I haven't listened to much music." San admitted.
"How about I show you guys some new stuff?" You suggested.
"I'm down." Jongho shrugged.
"Great!" You pulled out your phone, scrolling through YouTube, trying to figure out what they might like. "This one."
You tapped on a popular hip hop song, turning the volume up on your phone. As the song played, you watched as some of the boys began to bob their heads to the beat.
"I rather enjoy the rhythm of this music." Seonghwa commented.
"It slaps." Jongho spoke up.
"Pardon? The music did not slap us."
"No, slap is when the beat hits hard."
"That music did not touch me."
"No, idiot. You say something slaps when it's catchy." Jongho explained.
"These are sounds. We cannot catch them."
"You really need to learn some of the terms people use these days." Yeosang sighed.
You huffed as you trudged up the steps of the mansion, heading to Seonghwa's room. You found one of his rings sitting on one of the tables in the living room so you decided to put it in his bedroom. You pushed the door open and stepped inside, Seonghwa's coffin being the first thing you saw. You looked away, shivering a bit. The sight was always a little unnerving to you. He's the only one who still slept in a coffin. All the other guys slept in beds, but Seonghwa was old-fashioned, so you expected that from him.
You managed to bring your attention back to the task at hand and placed the ring inside his jewelry box. Just as you were about to leave, you spotted his closet door slightly ajar and hurried over to close it, but you stopped when something inside caught your eye. Slowly, you pulled the door open, a black cape hanging amongst the ruffled shirts and embellished suit jackets.
"No way." You whispered, reaching out to pull the garment off the hanger.
Sure enough, it was a black cape with maroon lining on the inside, a high collar at the top. An idea popped into your head as a mischievous grin spread across your lips.
You descended the stairs in the most elegant way possible, flipping the collar of the cape up.
"Look at me. I'm Seonghwa!" You announced, striding into the living room.
Jongho stifled a laugh as you sauntered around the room.
"Do not put your tainted feet on my mahogany table! I purchased that in a quaint town in Italy in 1876!" You mocked him, spouting off random dates and locations. "Doth thee not comprehend?"
Wooyoung busted out into a fit of high-pitched laugher, clapping his hands at your imitation of his friend.
"Wait wait wait." Hongjoong spoke up through laughter. "Do— do one of him when he hears a phrase he doesn't understand."
You quickly wiped the grin off your face and got serious.
"Pardon? Lit? If you are referring to the lighting in the room, then yes. It is lit very well."
"HA!" Yunho fell back, clutching his stomach.
Mingi collapsed on top of him, laughing loudly.
"Excuse me. Am I interrupting something?"
You froze upon hearing Seonghwa's voice. You slowly turned your head, almost afraid to face him.
"S-Seonghwa." You laughed nervously. "What are you doing here?"
"Last I recalled, I live here."
"Yeah. You do."
"Were you mocking me?"
"What? Psh. No." You waved your hand dismissively. "Not at all."
"She was just having fun, Seonghwa." Yeosang reasoned gently.
"I haven't laughed that hard in decades." San fell back on the couch, huffing.
Seonghwa looked at you, his eyes lingering on the cape you were sporting.
"Very well, then. I will excuse it, but only because you look rather adorable in my cape." He muttered the last part before hurrying off.
You stood there, knowing exactly what he said but not being able to process it.
"What?"
"Okay. First of all, you can shorten your words. For example, you say cannot but you can say can't."
"I am aware." Seonghwa muttered.
"See? You could have said I'm aware."
"I know."
"Then say it."
"No."
"Seonghwa, c'mon. You need to at least try it out. That way you don't stand out as much when you go out and converse with people."
"I do not wish to fit in. I am content speaking the way I do."
"Will you at least speak normally so I can hear what you would sound like?" You asked.
Seonghwa looked at you, his thick and sharp brows furrowed, wondering why on earth you would want to hear him speak so casually.
"Just this once?" You begged.
"I supposed it would not kill me." He gave in.
"Seonghwa is gonna say something normal?" Mingi shrieked, suddenly making an appearance.
"Really?" Wooyoung and San asked in unison, both of them sticking their heads into the room.
Within mere seconds all eight of the boys were gathered in the living room, their curiosities piqued after overhearing your conversation.
"I suppose this is entertaining to you all?" Seonghwa quirked a brow, looking around.
Everyone nodded their heads.
Seonghwa turned his gaze back to you with a sigh. "What would you like me to say?"
"Hmm." You thought for a moment. "Y/n, you're awesome. I'm so glad you moved in with us. It's been a blast."
"You want me to say that?"
You nodded.
He paused for a moment, clearly regretting his decision. "Y/n, you're awesome. I'm so glad you moved in with us. It's been a blast."
The sentence sounded foreign coming from Seonghwa, but it was a nice change from his usual fancy talk.
"Woah." You muttered. "That was... kind of attractive."
"What?" Shrieked Jongho. "I speak like that all the time and you never told me it was attractive."
Seonghwa chuckled darkly, a smirk pulling at his lips. "Well, my dear, if you enjoyed that so much, perhaps I should speak that way more often."
"Stop flirting with her!" Hongjoong shoved Seonghwa.
"I can do as I please."
"If you get to flirt with her, so do I." Yeosang spoke up.
"What did I get myself into?" You muttered under your breath.
"Y/nnn." Yunho pouted, dragging out your name. "I'm thirsty."
"Do we have any blood bags?" You asked absentmindedly.
"No."
"Well, go out and find someone to drink from."
"I was thinking something else."
You glanced over at him as he scooted closer.
"I know what you're thinking and it's not gonna happen."
"Why not?" He pouted as he began crawling across the couch.
"I don't want you to."
"C'mon, Y/n." He coaxed. "It won't hurt. You'll only feel a pinch. I promise."
His eyes flashed red as he hovered over you.
In a moment of panic, you reached over to the table beside the couch, pulling open the drawer and grabbing the first thing your hands could find.
A flashlight.
You had purchased it less than a week ago since the place was so poorly lit. You placed it in the drawer beside the couch as a temporary home and it seems to have come in handy.
You retrieved the flashlight from its spot, holding it out.
"Don't you dare." You pointed it at Yunho.
"What is that?" He asked, backing off a bit.
"It's portable sunlight." You lied.
Yunho let out a gasp, cowering away.
"Yeah, that's right. It's bright and it burns."
Yunho winced at your words before his face fell flat. "Wait. How do I know you're telling the truth?"
You raised a brow, keeping direct eye contact with him as you pointed the flashlight towards the wall and clicked the on button. Yunho let out a scream, immediately jumping behind the nearest piece of furniture.
"I'll use it on you if you don't stop bothering me. I don't care if you're my friend." You threatened, turning the flashlight off.
"Okay, okay, okay!" Yunho ducked behind the chair. "Please don't use the portable sunlight on me. I won't bother you."
"Good." You huffed, leaning back against the couch.
"Y/n, can I play on your phone?" Wooyoung asked with a pout.
"It needs to charge."
"Aw." He frowned.
"Hey, I have an idea. Why don't you guys get your own cell phones?"
Wooyoung furrowed his brows, blinking a few times. "I never thought about that."
"I have no need for one of these cellular devices you speak of." Seonghwa muttered, flipping through the newspaper.
"You might enjoy it." You told Seonghwa. "You can text the boys and download as much classical music as you want."
"I do not need to text my friends. I live under the same roof as them."
"Okay fine, forget the texting thing."
"Seonghwa, if we get phones you should get one too." Wooyoung said.
"I shall reiterate what I just told Y/n. I do not need one. Writing letters suffices."
"It does not. No one really writes letters anymore." You stated.
"What about bills, though?" Yunho spoke up.
"You guys can all get on family plan, it'll be cheaper." You answered simply.
"Ooh exciting." Mingi grinned. "Let's do it!"
"What do you think, Seonghwa?" Hongjoong inquired, turning to his friend.
"Fine." He sighed. "I suppose I can get one of these phones you speak so highly of."
"This is great! When should we go?" You asked.
"Right now!" Wooyoung stood up. "The sun isn't out much today. I think it'll be safe."
"Okay, then. Who's coming with me?"
"All of us!" San piped up.
"Not me." Seonghwa muttered.
"But you have to be there to choose your phone color." You pointed out.
"I do not care what color the phone is."
"I'm gonna get him a pink one." Yeosang whispered to Hongjoong.
"Alright, I shall join you." Seonghwa spoke quickly, setting his newspaper aside.
All nine of you piled into the black van they had for group outings. San was quick to push everyone aside so he could sit in the passenger's seat beside you, repeatedly calling shotgun as he scrambled into the seat.
You pulled up to the nearest cellphone carrier building and stepped inside. All eyes were on you and your group of friends as you walked through the store. You were sure you all looked like a rather strange group, but you couldn't be bothered by it. An employee came up right away to assist you all in your cellphone endeavors.
It took a while to get out of the store because Wooyoung and Mingi couldn't decide which color phone they wanted and Seonghwa kept stopping the employee every few seconds to ask what gigabyte and data was. Eventually, you pulled him aside and asked that he just let you take care of it. There was also a rather long conversation about wether the boys wanted unlimited data or not.
"Do you have wifi at your house?" The employee asked.
"What is w-" Seonghwa started, only to be discreetly jabbed in the side by Jongho.
"We don't." The youngest answered.
"Okay, then you'll want the unlimited data."
After being in the store for over an hour, you finally made it out, all eight of the boys with brand new cellphones.
"I have my own phone!" Wooyoung squeaked, holding up his newly activated device.
"That was rather expensive." Seonghwa commented.
"Yeah but did you see the look on that guy's face when you dropped all those coins onto the counter?" Jongho laughed.
"It was as if he had never seen money before." Seonghwa remarked.
"That's because no one uses that kind of money anymore. It's like really old and valuable." You spoke up.
"Old?!" Seonghwa shrieked.
"Yeah." You answered bluntly.
"Well, if you think about it, we're all old. We've been vampires since like the mid 1800s." Yeosang pointed out.
"Yeah, but we don't act old." Jongho mentioned. "Seonghwa does, though."
"Oh no." You muttered, knowing there was about to be an argument.
"I do not act old. I am simply being a proper and elegant gentleman."
"Guys please." You sighed. "Argue when we get home."
"What app should I download first?" Yunho asked, seemingly oblivious to what was just happening.
"I got a phone. I got a phone." Mingi sang as he skipped cheerfully through the house, swinging his arms as he did so.
Suddenly, the phone slipped out of his hand, clattering to the floor causing everyone to freeze. The room was dead silent as everyone started at the phone lying face down on the floor.
"Guys." You held your hands out. "It's okay."
You crept towards the phone, slowly picking it off the ground, almost too afraid to look at the screen. You hesitantly flipped it around and glanced at it, letting out a sigh of relief when you saw the screen was still in tact.
"It's okay guys!" You announced, holding the phone up causing the boys to let out a collective sigh of relief.
"You have to be careful with this." You informed him, handing the phone back to Mingi. "It's very delicate. You can't drop it on any hard surfaces and you can't get it wet."
"Okay." He nodded. "Sorry."
"It's okay. Just be careful."
"Mingi!" You called.
"Yes?" He appeared in front of you in an instant.
"I got something for you."
"Ooh! A gift?"
"Sort of." You pulled out a large protective phone case that you had hidden behind your back, handing it to Mingi.
"What's this?" He questioned.
"It's a protective phone case."
"It's kind of bulky."
"That's the point. It'll help protect your phone if you drop it."
He pursed his lips, putting the case on his phone.
"I don't really like it."
"Too bad. You need to get used to having a phone and practice not dropping it. Then you can have a different case."
"Okay." Mingi frowned.
Days went by and Mingi really didn't like his new phone case. It wasn't quite fair to him that he was the only one with an ugly case.
"How come I have to be babied and have a big, bulky phone case?" He whined.
"Because you're the one who dropped your phone first." You told him.
"Don't be upset, Mingi. You're setting an example for us." Jongho said.
"Yeah we're learning from you." Yunho added.
"Really?" Mingi beamed.
They nodded.
He puffed up his chest proudly before sauntering off.
"Y/n!" San called while running up to you. "Look what I did!" He turned his phone around so you could see it.
Your jaw nearly fell to the floor when you saw a Tinder profile on the screen. His Tinder profile. A mirror selfie of San with his index finger on his bottom lip was displayed on the majority of the screen.
"San."
"Yes?"
"You have to delete that."
"What? Why? Is it not sexy?" He asked, looking at the photo.
"No, San, listen to me. You have to take down your profile. Delete the app."
"My date will be upset." He frowned.
"Date?" You gaped, feeling a tinge of jealousy.
"Yeah. Look." He showed you someone's profile, that someone being Billie Eilish.
"San, that's Billie Eilish."
"I know. She told me who she was."
"Do you even know who she is?" You questioned.
"Someone who wants to go on a date with me." He grinned proudly.
"No. She's a famous singer."
"Oh. That's so cool!"
"It's not."
"Why?"
"Because that's not actually her."
"But she's talking to me. How could it not be her? I have our messages."
"There's this thing called catfishing. It's where people pretend to be someone they're not. Usually they're pretending to be celebrities." You informed him.
"What?" He frowned.
"Yeah. I'm sorry."
"It's okay. I guess I should delete my profile." He dropped his head. "Here. Can you do it for me?" He held his phone out.
"Of course." You took it from him, deleting the profile and the app before handing it back.
"Hey. How about we watch a movie or something?"
San still looked upset, his bottom lip stuck out in a pout.
"I'll let you cuddle with me." You nudged him.
His head shot up, eyes sparkling as thoughts of his deleted Tinder profile went out the window.
"What are we waiting for? Let's go!" He picked you up, speeding off to your bedroom which held the only TV in the house, thanks to you.
Not long after the boys got phones, Yunho and San were begging to make a group chat. Seonghwa was absolutely against it, but he got added anyway, much to his distaste.
"We can name it?" Hongjoong exclaimed, his mouth hanging open.
"Yes you can."
"Ooh! Let's name it Vamp Squad." Yunho suggested.
"That's lame." Jongho shot the idea down immediately.
"How about Fang Gang?" Wooyoung suggested while striking a pose.
"Lame." Muttered Jongho.
"I don't know. It's kinda cool." You admitted.
After getting your approval, Wooyoung immediately went to typing on his phone.
Wooyoung changed the group name to Fang Gang
"Awesome." He grinned.
"Let's text right now!" Yeosang suggested, eager to see what being in a group chat was like.
"We are in the same room." Seonghwa pointed out.
"You guys can do that." You smiled, causing everyone, besides Seonghwa, to become excited.
Mingi
Hi
:)
"How did you do that?" Jongho looked up at Mingi with his mouth agape.
"The two dots and the moon shape." Mingi explained with a cute smile.
"Those are called emoticons. You can use semicolons, colons, parentheses, and more to make faces. Watch this."

"Woaahh." The boys marveled at your little emoticon faces.
"You guys have emojis too." You pointed out. "They're like emoticons but with way more detail. Tap the little icon at the bottom of your keypad."
The boys tapped away on their phones, gasping even they saw the abundance of emojis.

That's us :)
"Okay you guys are having way too much fun with this." You shook your head, unable to hold back the fond smile pulling at your lips.
"Yes we are." Jongho nodded.
"I have so many emojis at my disposal." Wooyoung murmured, his eyes gleaming as he scrolled past the different categories.
"There's an emoji for everything!" Yeosang gaped.
"There is." You nodded. "It's actually amazing."
"So what do emojis do?" Hongjoong inquired.
"They help show a bit of emotion through text. Hence the name emoji."
"Ah." Hongjoong nodded. "So if I'm happy I can use the happy face and if I'm angry I can use the angry face."
"Yes."
"Cool." He whispered in amazement, a smile on his face as he looked at the phone.
San
Seonghwa
Seonghwa
Hey
Seonghwa hey
Seonghwa glared across the room at San, his eyes flashing red as a threat. "Stop."
San stuck his tongue out in response.
The group chat continued to blow up throughout the day. Most of the time it was just random emojis and words. You couldn't find it in yourself to be annoyed. In fact, you found it cute how they were all so excited about texting.
Yunho

You clamped your hand over your mouth to keep yourself from laughing.
"Is that my blanket?" Yeosang asked Wooyoung.
"Yeah."
"You didn't ask to use it."
"I didn't think I needed to." He shrugged.
"Give it back." Yeosang demanded, holding his hand out.
"What? No, I'm using it."
"It's my blanket."
"I don't care."
"Give it back or I'll use the portable sunlight on you." He threatened.
"You won't." Wooyoung chuckled bitterly.
"Alright, bet."
Yeosang snatched the flashlight from the drawer, turning it on before Wooyoung had a chance to react. He let out a hiss, shielding himself. He quickly realized that the light wasn't hot nor was it burning him. At the very least, it was mildly irritating to his eyes.
"What?" Yeosang muttered, crestfallen.
"HA!" Wooyoung laughed, pointing at Yeosang.
"Stop laughing! Do you know what this means?" He asked, clicking off the flashlight.
"What?" Wooyoung questioned, oblivious.
"This isn't actually portable sunlight. Y/n tricked us."
Wooyoung's eyes widened.
You headed down the steps, towards the living room area hearing lots of hushed whispers. As soon as you stepped into the room it went quiet, everyone's eyes on you.
"Why is everyone gathered here?"
"I would like to know the same thing." Seonghwa huffed, looking agitated.
Wooyoung crossed his legs, clasping his hands together and resting them on his knees.
"We need to talk."
"Why are you acting like I'm in trouble?" You chuckled, taking a seat beside Mingi.
"Because you are." Yeosang spoke up.
"Why?"
He held up the flashlight you often used to keep the boys away from you.
"This isn't portable sunlight." He stated.
You eyes widened, knowing they were onto you.
"It's not?" Mingi sat up.
"No. It appears to be some sort of miniature light. It's not sun at all." Yeosang informed the group.
"Are you kidding me?" Yunho exploded.
"It took you this long to figure it out?" Jongho spoke up. "I figured it out already."
"What?" Everyone looked at Jongho angrily.
"And you didn't think to tell us?" Hongjoong asked.
"I enjoyed seeing you all get so scared when Y/n threatened you." He chuckled.
"Y/n, please explain yourself." San crossed his arms.
"Okay. I lied. It's just a flashlight, nothing more. I just needed something to use to keep you guys away from me." You admitted.
"If you wished to have space you should have asked." Seonghwa stated.
"Not everyone listens." You spoke pointedly, eyeing San and Wooyoung.
"We just love you so much." San spoke cutely.
"You have a unique way of showing it."
You walked into the kitchen in search of a snack, needing something to hold you over before dinner. Pulling open the pantry door, you peered inside to see what there was to choose from.
"Whatcha doing?" Yeosang's smooth voice inquired softly.
"Looking for a snack."
"I see a snack right here in front of me."
You spun around to face him. "Excuse me?"
It wasn't often Yeosang made comments like that, so it caught you off guard.
"You heard me." He hummed, his eyes flashing red.
"Yeosang, please." You tried to push him away, but he wouldn't budge. "I am not in the mood for this."
"What do you think you're doing?" Hongjoong's voice rang out.
You snapped your head towards the entrance of the kitchen seeing Hongjoong standing in the doorway. He stomped up to Yeosang and jerked him away.
"I asked you a question." He snapped.
"She smelled nice and I'm thirsty." Yeosang answered plainly.
"Well, go out and find someone to feed off of. You know Y/n is off limits." Hongjoong said as he narrowed his eyes at the blonde.
Before he could respond, Hongjoong grabbed your hand.
"C'mon, Y/n." He muttered, pulling you out of the room and into another where you could be alone. "Are you alright?" He asked, brushing your hair out of your face.
The caring and gentle gesture had your cheeks feeling warm.
"I'm fine." You told him.
"You sure?"
You nodded.
Hongjoong pulled you into a hug.
"I'm sorry about Yeosang." He muttered.
"It's fine. I'm honestly used to it at this point." You chuckled, giving him a pat on the back.
You started to pull away, but Hongjoong held you still.
"Hongjoong-"
"You do smell good." He whispered.
You quickly shoved him away. Hongjoong claimed to have the second best control in the group and he more than likely wasn't going to do anything, but you weren't willing to test that theory.
"Jeez. You too?" You huffed, stalking away.
"Y/n?" Yunho called as you stepped into the living room.
"Hey! I was looking for you." Wooyoung spoke up as he descended the stairs.
San appeared out of nowhere and nearly tackled you in a hug, nuzzling his face against your cheek.
"San, please. I'm really not in the mood." You huffed, wiggling out of his grip. "I'll use the..." You trailed off, realizing you couldn't use the flashlight as a threat anymore.
"Yeah. That's right." Wooyoung chuckled, a smug grin on his face. "You don't have your portable sunlight anymore. How are you gonna get rid of us?"
Without a word, you spun around and immediately started walking towards the front entrance.
"Where are you going?" San asked.
"Out to eat. I was thinking of getting pizza for dinner—with extra garlic."
"How could you?" They gasped.
You smirked, reaching out to open the door only to be stopped.
"I'm sorry." Yunho wailed, dropping to his knees and latching onto your leg.
"Me too!" Wooyoung declared dramatically, following what Yunho did.
"We'll leave you alone. Please don't eat garlic." Yunho cried out.
"You two are the biggest babies." You sighed, ruffling their hair playfully. "I'm not going anywhere."
"Hey do you remember when we first met?" Mingi asked.
"Yes. At a social gathering in 18-" Seonghwa was immediately cut off.
"Not us. Y/n."
"Oh yeah." You chuckled at the memory. "I remember it very well.”
*flashback*
You stood on the cramped bus as it drove down the busy streets of Seoul. You had been staying in a hotel for about three days and your search for a place to live was bearing no results. You thought you had a place lined up, but someone else who was willing to pay more money got it instead. You released a long sigh, your eyes glancing down at a man sitting in one of the seats lining the walls of the bus. You couldn't help but think how lucky he was to have found a seat. Your eyes traveled down to the open newspaper in the man's hands, spotting a small section off to the side labeled: ROOMMATE WANTED in large letters. Your eyes widened upon seeing the announcement, taking a brief glance at the name of the newspaper, making sure to remember it.
You got off at the next stop, searching for the nearest newspaper dispenser, spotting one for the newspaper publisher you were in search of. You hurriedly fished out some coins, dropping them into the coin slots before pulling out one of the papers, hastily flipping through the pages until you found what you were looking for.
ROOMMATE WANTED
Name: Kim Hongjoong
Rooms: 10
Bathrooms: 3
Looking for a roommate who knows how to drive or can provide transportation. Must be able to run errands at any time of the day.
If you are interested please stop by any time.
You furrowed your brows after reading the requirements.
"That's an odd request." You muttered to yourself.
But ten bedrooms? That's crazy. It made you wonder how many people lived there currently.
Less than 30 minutes later you found yourself standing in front of a large mansion. The outside was a bit unkempt and weathered, but nice nonetheless. You reached up and gave a few knocks to the large front door. Moments later, it creaked open, a man with dark hair stood inside. His attire was a bit odd and somewhat Victorian. He had on a dressy shirt with large, ruffled sleeves, a gray and silver vest, and black dress pants.
"Can I help you?" He asked, his voice soft and airy.
"Yes. I'm here about the ad in the paper." You held it up. "Are you Kim Hongjoong?"
"I am. Please, come inside." He stepped aside, allowing you to walk in.
You were immediately rendered speechless at the mansion's interior, marveling at the exquisite and vintage-like decor.
"Who is that?" Someone stuck their head into the room.
"Do we have a guest?" A second person piped up.
"It's just someone who saw our ad in the paper." Hongjoong informed the two.
"A potential roommate?" A third person came hurrying into the room.
"Possibly. Go get the others, please." Hongjoong requested. "You can have a seat over there." He gestured towards a red couch sitting against the wall.
You took a seat, watching as more and more guys entered the room. Five, six, seven.
What did I get myself into? You thought.
"Who is this?" An eighth man with dark hair and similar attire as Hongjoong asked while striding into the room.
The way he carried himself was that of a dignified man, his aura intimidating. It was clear he held some authority, like Hongjoong, but unlike the latter, he didn't have a friendly vibe.
"This is..." Hongjoong trailed off, turning to you.
"Y/n. My name is Y/n." You spoke up, introducing yourself.
"Right, Y/n. She is here about the roommate ad."
The dark-haired guy turned towards Hongjoong, pulling him off to the side. You didn't mean to eavesdrop, but the house was so quiet you couldn't help it.
"We already discussed this. I do not want a human living with us."
What? Did I hear that correctly?
"Seonghwa, be quiet." Hongjoong shushed. "She's right there."
"I explicitly told you not to put that ad in the paper." The one named Seonghwa whispered harshly.
"Just give her a chance." Hongjoong pleaded.
"Very well."
"Alright." Hongjoong approached you, clasping his hands together as he took a seat across from you. "You said you were interested in possibly staying here, correct?"
"Yes. I just moved here less than a week ago and I haven't been very lucky so far."
"How so?" Inquired Hongjoong.
"Well, for starters, the day I got here, the house I was supposed to move into was sold to someone with more money."
"That is quite unfortunate." Muttered a brown-haired guy who seemed to be keeping to himself. He had a rather strong build and you could tell he stayed in shape.
"I wasn't aware there were eight of you here." You mentioned. "I also didn't realize it was all men living here. Are you looking for a male roommate specifically?"
"We don't mind sharing the house with a woman." A man with sharp catlike eyes and dimples smiled, shooting you a wink.
Hongjoong shot him a warning glance before turning back to you.
"Apologies. The ad in the newspaper was my idea which is why only my name was listed."
"I see."
"You seem a bit apprehensive." A long-haired blonde with extremely handsome features commented.
"Just a little, but I'm also pretty desperate to find a place to live."
"You can drive, right?" A tall blonde asked. His features were soft and reminded you of a puppy.
"Yeah." You nodded. "I don't have a car though."
"That's alright. We have a van." He informed you.
"You don't use it?"
"None of us know how to drive."
"Ah."
"Well, Wooyoung tried driving once but he nearly crashed into the house." A brunette with a deep voice spoke up.
"I told you I was sorry." The one named Wooyoung whined.
"If I wasn't already dead, you would have killed me."
"Shut up." The seemingly quiet brown-haired guy elbowed the taller one in the side.
You gave them both an odd glance before looking back at Hongjoong who appeared quite nervous.
"So, what do you think?" He asked suddenly.
"Well..." You trailed off.
"You wouldn't have to pay any rent or anything." He spoke up.
"Seriously?"
"Yes."
You were apprehensive at first, considering there were eight guys staying there, but they all seemed pretty friendly. Plus, this might be your only chance to find a place to live.
"Okay." You nodded.
"You'll move in?" Asked Hongjoong.
"Yes."
"Before you do that," Seonghwa started, stepping past Hongjoong. "There is something you should know about us."
He began circling you, eyeing you up and down before stopping at your side. You glanced over at him as he leaned in, towering over you.
"We are vampires." He spoke lowly.
You let out a loud laugh. "You're pulling my leg, right?"
Seonghwa stepped away, glancing down at your legs. "I did not touch your leg."
"Sorry about him." Wooyoung spoke up. "He's stuck in 1842."
1842?
"I'm sorry, what?" You blinked.
"You guys are making her nervous." Hongjoong hurried over.
"Good." Seonghwa muttered.
"You're not playing a prank on me?"
"No." Answered Seonghwa.
Your gaze moved across the room, taking in the appearance of everyone standing around. All eight of them wore similar outdated, Victorian-style attire. That's when it clicked.
"So, you guys really are vampires?"
They all nodded.
You looked over at Hongjoong who had a guilty expression on his face.
"Okay." You took a step back, holding your hands up. "As long as no one bites me, I'm okay with this."
"What?" Seonghwa exclaimed, clearly upset that you accepted the offer.
"You don't mind?" The tall guy with the deep voice asked, his brown eyes sparkling as his lips stuck out in a pout.
"No. Actually, I think it's pretty cool."
*end of flashback*
"I can't believe Seonghwa didn't want me to move in."
"Apologies. I did not trust humans at the time."
"It's fine. That was two years ago, anyway. Plus, I've grown on you, haven't I?" You grinned. "C'mon. Admit it."
Seonghwa cracked a smile. "I suppose."
You stepped into the large and spacious common room where everyone was gathered. "Hey, guys. I've invited some friends over for dinner. So I'm gonna need you guys to not be weird. Also please stay out of the kitchen."
"What kind of friends are coming over?" Yunho inquired.
"Yeah. Are they guys?" San piped up.
"Yes."
"How many?"
"Two." You answered.
"Do they like you?"
"San, they're just my friends. Please just let me spend time with them, okay?"
They all agreed, nodding their heads in acknowledgment.
You went to the kitchen and started preparing a quick and simple meal, thinking it would be nice to have something made at home for once instead of delivery. You began plating the food just as there was a knock on the front door.
"I got it!" You announced, hurrying out of the dining room and rushing to answer the door before anyone else could. "You all stay right there." You pointed to the boys all sat around the living room.
You cleared your throat and turned towards the door before opening it.
"Jungwoo, Taeyong. Hi."
"Hi, Y/n." Jungwoo gave a warm smile.
"I hope you two are hungry. I made dinner myself."
"I'm starving." Taeyong grinned excitedly.
"Come on in." You stepped aside, allowing them to walk inside.
You glanced over at San who seemed to be glaring at your two acquaintances along with the other boys.
You let Taeyong and Jungwoo walk ahead of you as you made an "I've got my eyes on you." gesture to the group of vampires in the living room.
You already had the dining room set up and the food plated. Taeyong rubbed his hands together in anticipation as he sat down at the table.
"This place is incredible." Jungwoo commented, gazing around at the fancy dining room.
"Thanks."
"Who were those guys in the living room?" Taeyong asked.
"My roommates."
"All of them?"
"Yeah but this house is big enough for all of us."
"You got really lucky." Jungwoo said before taking a bite of pasta. "Seriously. You're living the high life."
"Eh." You shrugged. "Sort of. Some of my roommates are a bit clingy."
As if on cue, San came striding in, pulling out the chair beside you and taking a seat.
"Exhibit A." You gestured to him.
Taeyong and Jungwoo chuckled.
"San. What are you doing?"
"I thought I would have dinner with you all." He grinned cheekily, showing off his dimples.
You chewed on your lip, giving him a hard glare.
San smirked in response, reaching into the basket of freshly-baked bread sitting on the table. He took a bite, clearly not planning on leaving anytime soon.
As he chewed, he furrowed his brows, coughing a few times. San reached up and scratched at his face a bit.
"Why is my face so itchy?" He asked aloud.
Your eyes widened as they trailed down to the piece of bread in his hand.
"What kind of bread is this?" He asked.
"It's garlic bread."
San froze, blinking a few times. "What bread?"
"Garlic bread."
His eyes went wide. He immediately dropped the bread onto the table, pushing himself out of his chair. "Excuse me." He spoke calmly before sprinting out of the room.
"Is he okay?" Taeyong asked, his brows creased with worry.
"He's fine! He's... got a gluten allergy." You lied.
"He didn't know that was bread?" Jungwoo questioned.
"Ah. Well, you see, we buy gluten-free bread for him and he didn't know the difference."
Jungwoo and Taeyong nodded.
"Well, I hope he's alright." Taeyong frowned.
"He's fine." You waved your hand dismissively.
Serves him right.
You were cleaning the living room/common room area of the house, making sure Seonghwa's precious mahogany coffee table was spotless and free of smudges or scuffs. It didn't require much cleaning since Seonghwa did such a good job of buffing it out every single day.
As you were checking the tabletop for any blemishes, you noticed a small notebook sitting on the edge. You picked it up, running your fingers along the cover. It was just slightly bigger than your hand and bound in black leather.
You didn't want to pry, but your curiosity got the best of you. You opened up the notebook to the cover page, the name Park Seonghwa written in perfect calligraphy.
Is this a journal perhaps? You wondered.
You flipped to the next page which was covered in notes of some sort.
Cool - Does not mean cold. It means you are excellent.
Lit - Does not refer to lighting. It means all the rage.
TV - A strange picture box used for entertainment.
Wifi - Helps access the "internet".
Data - Similar to wifi. Can only be used on a cell phone.
Vaping - Something I detest very much. Seriously, I do not understand these adolescents and their electronic nicotine sticks.
You chuckled at his small side note before continuing to read down the list.
Sick - Another word for "cool". When someone says "That's sick!" it does not mean ill.
Dope - Yet another word for "cool" or "sick".
You flipped through a few more pages, seeing that all of them were notes on slang terms. You pulled your bottom lip between your teeth, trying to hold back a smile as you closed the journal, placing it back where you found it and waking away.

little dew? 🙏🙏
cw: age regression, regressed ghouls.
Dew’s off the bus and in Aether’s arms before the bus even came to a stop. He runs straight into him, knowing Aether will catch him, he always does. He jumps into him, wrapping his legs around Aether’s hips and rubs his cheek against Aether’s, a purr already rumbling Through his chest.
“Missed me, firefly?” Aether hums, rubbing his cheek against Dew’s.
“No.” Dew buries his face into Aether’s neck, nosing along his scent gland, inhaling the rich, sweet plum-like scent he’s missed so much.
Aether smiles at him, running a hand through Dew’s hair, letting the strands fall through his fingers like water.
“I missed you too.” He presses a kiss to the side of Dew’s head. “So much, you have no idea.”
Dew feels the edges of his mind start to go fuzzy, the feeling of being safe back in Aether’s arms and the sweet comforting scent of him clouded his brain.
He pulls away from Aether’s neck.  “A-aeth..!” His voice is slow and thick, a look of panic crosses over his face.
Aether knows that voice, know that slight wobble and the look on his face.
“Oh, my baby.” He runs his fingers through Dew’s  hair again. “Are you dropping already?”
He’d expected Dew to drop at some point during their reunion, although he’d thought it would have happened a little later in the day, but he can’t complain about it, anytime he got to spend with Dew he’ll treasure.
“I don’t-I’m sorry, Aeth. I ruined it, I’m sorry.” There are tears already welling in his eyes.
Aether holds Dew closer to him, guiding Dew’s head so it’s resting on his shoulder.  “Oh, babyboy. You haven’t ruined anything, I promise.”
Dew sniffles into his shoulder.  “But-but I wanted- we could-we.” His words start to slur the longer he goes on.
Aether turns and heads towards the ghouls den, towards his room.
“Don’t you worry about that, my darling. You just do what you need to do, I’ve got you. I’ve always got you.”
Dew hums, all fight drained from his body as he allows that fuzzy feeling to take over his brain. He lets Aether carry him through the abbey, clinging to him as he slips his thumb into his mouth.
“That’s it, there we go.” Aether kisses the top of his head. “I think there’s a pacifier and a blankie of yours hidden in my room somewhere.”
“B-blankie?” Dew mumbles around his thumb.
“Yeah that’s right, baby. We’ll get you nice a wrapped up. Nice a snuggly.”
Dew hums, playing with Aether’s hair, twisting a few stands of hair around his finger.
Aether makes it back to his room fast and lays Dew down gently on his bed. Dew gives a little wiggle, getting comfy in Aether’s bed sheets.
Aether rummages around in the bottom of his closet looking for Dew’s collection of little things. He finds the box easily, exactly where he left it last time before Dew went off on tour, and pulls out the things he’ll need. He grimaces a little as he pulls out the blanket, blue with multicoloured fish all over it. That wasn’t Dew’s blanket.
He hold up the blanket for Dew to see.  “Okay, so, it might not be your blankie but I’m sure Rain won’t mind you using his.”
Dew eyes it suspiciously before breaking out into a smile around his thumb and making grabby hands towards the blanket.
“Rainy.” He mumbled.
“Yeah that’s right, it’s Rains.”  Aether feels relief wash over him that Dew didn’t kick off and throw a tantrum over it not being his blanket. He’s very particular with his blankets.
Aether carefully pulls the clothes Dew has been travelling in off and replaces them with a soft fleece hoodie of his -one without a hood because Dew hates the feeling it touching the back of his neck- and some pyjama pants that once belong to Cumulus. They’re a little big on Dew, but they’re his favourite.
“Okay, ready to get all wrapped up? Get nice and snuggly in your blankie.”
Dew doesn’t respond, just suck at his thumb, looking up at Aether with big eyes.
Aether quickly wraps Dew up in the Blanket, pulling his thumb from his mouth and replacing it with his pacifier. He can tell Dew is fighting regressing further, he can see the fight in his eyes and hopes that getting him feeling safe and secure will get him to let go fully.
Once he has Dew fully swaddled and secure he picks him up so he can sit down on his bed where Dew was just laying. He cradles Dew close to him, making sure to support his head on his arm. Dew let’s out a sigh before the tiniest little purr starts to rumble through his chest, kneading biscuits into the inside of the blanket.
At some point Dew must have fallen asleep because the next thing he remembers is waking up still in Aether’s arms. His head is still fuzzy, if not even fuzzier now. He lets out a little whine, rubbing his cheeks against Aether’s chest.
“Oh, hi sleepy boy.” Aether coos down at him, brushing some stray hairs from his face. Dew sucks on the pacifier that’s still in his mouth, looking up at Aether with still sleep heavy eyes.
“Did you have a good sleep, baby? Was that what you needed, hmm?” Aether knows that Dew won’t respond to him, he’s too little for words right now, but not talking to the little ghoul felt wrong.
Dew blinks you at him and stifles a yawn around his pacifier, leaning to rest his head back on Aether’s chest.
Aether chuckles at him, running his thumb on Dew’s chin, wiping away some of the drool that had spilled from Dew’s mouth.
“Oh yeah, that was a good nap, hmm. You were knocked out for nearly two hours, baby.”
As expected Dew doesn’t say anything, the only sound coming from him is the sound of him sucking on the pacifier.
Aether presses a kiss to Dew cheek making the smaller ghoul go crosseyed as he tried to look at Aether when he’s so close to his face.
“I missed this so much, you know? I missed you so much.” He kisses his cheek again. “My bed feels too big and too cold without my little spitfire taking up all the space and keeping me warm.”
Aether sends a quick text off the Mountain, the ding of the notification he gets back immediately makes Dew jump.  “Oh, was that too loud for you, babyboy? I’m sorry darling.”
He flicks his phone on silent, just incase anyone else messages him.  “When you’re big again you can tell me all about your, I can’t wait to hear all your stories.”
Aether wipes more drool from Dew’s chin, wiping it into his own shirt. “I know you got up to all kinds of mischief.”
The door to Aether’s bedroom opens and Mountain shyly ducks his way into the room holding a bottle filled with warm milk.
“Look what Mountain got for you, baby.” Aether gives Dew a gentle nudge and his unfocused eyes skim around the room, setting on Mountain.
Mountain smiles sweetly at him as he takes a seat next to Aether on his bed.  “Hi, little baba.”
He passes the bottle to Aether who takes it from him and shakes it front of Dew.  “You want this, baby? Want to get your little belly nice and full?”
Mountain removes the pacifier from Dew’s mouth Making the smaller ghoul whine and cry out in destress. Mountain rubs at his cheek with his thumb.  “Oh, babyboy, there’s no need for that. Look what Aether has for you.”
Dew cries out again, trying to chase Mountain’s thumb into his mouth. Aether taps the rubber nipple against Dew’s bottom lip letting a few drops of milk drip into his mouth. Dew squeaks, opening his mouth wider to allow the rubber into his mouth.
“There we go, that’s  much better, hmm?” Aether coos him as Dew starts sucking and drinking the milk down.
Mountain rubs at Dew’s belly through the blanket. “That tasty, little one? I put some honey in it for you, I know you like it a little sweeter.”  Dew sighs out of his nose, letting out a contented hum.
“Such a good boy, aren’t you? Drink it all down, get your belly all warm and full.”
Aether tips the bottle back a little further allowing Dew to suckle a little easier.
Dew hums again, purring in between swallows. He gets just over halfway through before he can feel his eyes dropping, the feeling of his belly getting fuller and fuller with each passing second making his eyes feel heavy. The quiet conversation Aether and Mountain are having over him comforts him even more, their hushed voices making the tiredness in his eyes feel even heavier. He falls back asleep just like that, still sucking at the half finished bottle in his mouth while Mountain and Aether coo and fuss over him.

“HAPPY BIRTHDAY OUR MILA, happy birthday to you...”
Mila smiled as a cake was set before her, the flames of the candles flickering slightly with the movement of her members around the table, all watching her with adoration in their eyes. The sounds of their voice in harmony as they sang the birthday song slowly came to silence as they reached the end, and a hand found itself on the back of her head, patting it softly.
“Make a wish,” Kiara said gently, her hand on the phone to record the moment her dongsaeng would become another year older, another year away from the young girl she was when they first met.
Mila looked around the room, taking in the sight of her boyfriend's and their love-filled gazes. Just what did one wish for, when they already had everything they could possible want or need? She felt like there was nothing that could possibly make her happier.
Well, except for one.
Mila shut her eyes, her hands linked in front of her, as she wordlessly recited her wish inside her head.
I wish that— no matter where we are—we'll always find a way to be together.

#01. XO KITTY
“THERE’S NO SUN IN THE BUILDING, what’s with these?” Mila swiped the pair of Louis Vuitton sunglasses from Minho’s face using her superior height. She inspected them under the light of the corridor, raising an eyebrow with an impressed hum. “These are pretty cute.”
“Naturally,” Minho replied, crossing his arms over his chest as he leaned against the lockers next to Mila’s. He watched with a smile as she tried the glasses on, looking in the mirror on the inside of her locker door, which was surrounded by Polaroids and cute stickers.
Sharpay Evans, much? were the first words he said about her. He saw her on the first day of KISS Academy, bedazzling her locker with an excessive amount of pink and whispered it under his breath in Korean as he passed by her, not expecting her reaction.
Mila simply turned to him, flipping her long (and enviably silky, though Minho would never admit to out loud) black hair over her shoulder, before giving him a distasteful look from head to toe. And in flawless Korean, she had retorted, Last season Vogue magazine cover, much?
Yeah, Minho had decided, right then and there, despite being stunned into shock. I like this girl.
He had even forgone his usual tradition of pretending not to speak English on the first meeting. (Although, that was because she had an unusual talent for his mother language, despite being from China and supposedly never setting foot on South Korean soil before. To this day, Minho considered her excellency at languages to be an eighth wonder of the world.)
Mila suddenly gasped before hiding behind her locker door, shoving her face so far into the locker one would think she was an ostrich trying to bury her head in sand. Minho raised an eyebrow at her sudden movement. “The police finally caught up to you, have they?” he drawled, ready to list all the felonies she had committed since moving to Korea.
This included, but was not limited to: being way too pretty, way too cute, and way too lovable for her own damn good– not that Minho was keeping track, or anything. That would be ridiculous. He was simply tired of hearing it all the time from his peers.
Mila looked at him with those same wide, doe eyes that had wrapped so many boys and girls around her finger without knowing it. “Worse,” Mila hissed. “It’s them.”
Minho looked up at the end of the hallway, his mouth parting in understanding when he spotted a group of seven familiar boys gathered in a group around the locker of his (self-proclaimed) rival. Minho eyed the Korean-American’s outfit, disdained when he noticed the boy wearing a new pair of shoes that were only just released recently in the new fall collection for Prada. “There’s no way Park Jeongseong is wearing the new shoes I’ve been waiting weeks to order! Oh my god, I’m going to lose it– I’m going to throw up– where’s the bin?”
Mila slapped the boy on the shoulder. “Now’s not the time, Minho! This is a matter of my pride at stake here– I can’t let them see me!”
Minho rubbed his arm, marvelling internally at the amount of strength the girl in front of him held in her body. “Why can’t they see you again?”
“Because they made a total fool of me? And I look like a mess right now– I can’t let them think they’re the reason I’ve been lacking beauty sleep these days.” Mila suddenly got right up to Minho’s face, pulling down his sunglasses from the bridge of her nose. “Have you seen my eyebags recently? They’re horrendous!”
Minho blinked, his face calm as he stared into the abyss known as Mila’s eyes. If he were completely honest, there was nothing in this world that would possibly make Mila unattractive– least of all towards the seven boys she was so scared of making eye contact with. But he didn’t blame her for being insecure. It wasn’t as if they gave her reason to believe that they could feel anything for her… Not when the reason they approached her in the first place and acted so sweetly toward her was because of a bet.
“Why did Kiara and Kitty have to be away today of all days?” Mila whispered under her breath with a pout. “I need girl power, I need validation, I need support– all the things you’re not giving me!”
Minho was affronted when Mila suddenly pointed a manicured finger (My Melody themed acrylics? Really?) at his face. “Hey, it’s not my fault you don’t know how to apply concealer over your dark circles properly.”
Mila shot him a watery glare. “Jerk.”
She aggressively grabbed a bunch of books from her locker, and– Wait, Is that Russian? Minho squinted at one of the titles of the ridiculously thick books in her arms, wondering when Mila had even learnt that language. The eighth wonder, this girl and her brain. I swear.
“If I don’t show up to economics later today, it’s because I buried myself out of humiliation and no longer wish to be on the face of the earth.”
Without another word, Mila scurried her way down the hall like a mouse fleeing before a cat. But she neglected to notice the seven pairs of remorseful eyes following her.
“She’s still avoiding us,” Jungwon noted with a frown, dimples all too prominent in his disappointment. A disappointment reflected across the faces of all seven members of his friend group.
There was an unspoken, lingering regret hanging over them like a guillotine. It had been a week since they were last able to see her smile directed at them, the way her eyes lit up like Seoul at night, galaxies and city lights reflected in the dark depths of her irises. But this was what they deserved. After the way they betrayed her trust, they knew better than to hope that they would be able to be with her like they did before.
To think all of this was because of a stupid bet they made to satisfy their own egos.
Did you hear? Sunoo looked up from his phone to look at the rest of his friends on that fateful night before the beginning of the new school year. They were gathered around a campfire lit in the backyard of Heeseung’s family’s holiday estate, which they spent their summer break in together. Apparently we’re getting a new transfer student this year.
I heard that, Jake said, bringing a bottle of beer to his lips. The daughter of some supermodel from China. My mum keeps talking about how she wished she would model for our agency.
Won’t know until I see her face, Sunghoon replied. It was just like him: Jay always did give him grievances for his lack of awareness when it come to the fashion industry, despite his own stepmother being a designer herself.
To this, Jay turned his phone on before typing something into search. When he was done he held his phone out for his childhood best friend to see the images that appeared. Riki, who was beside Sunghoon, also leaned in to take a closer look. She’s been going viral ever since she went to the Versace anniversary event with her mum.
Riki smiled as he looked at the photo of the young girl, not much older than him. It was a candid shot that captured her delicate features in a soft smile as she observed the models on the runway with her mother whispering something into her ear. He couldn’t help but think she was the one who was most suited to be modelling the clothes, and yet she was simply a spectator.
Pretty, Riki said, before leaning back in his seat. And he wasn’t the only one to think it. I should get her number.
Too bad for you, she doesn’t go for younger guys, Heeseung said with a smirk. She did a Vogue interview, and she said she prefers older guys… So if you think about it, I’m the one with the highest chance of getting close.
That’s what you think, Sunghoon said, his inner competitiveness coming out to play. Wanna bet?
Looking back now, that was the single most foolish thing they’d ever done. To this girl, who treated them with nothing but kindness and genuine care since meeting them, did nothing to deserve being treated like a prize to be won. And yet, that was exactly what they did.
You’re real pieces of work, Mila said, as she stormed into Heeseung’s dorm rooms— the one he had given her access to for less than pure intentions. She didn’t even look angry, nor was she sad: her face was stone cold, nothing at all like the warm girl they came to know her as. I hope you had fun playing me, but too bad for you, none of you are going to win the bet. I won’t be seeing any of you again.
And with that, Mila had thrown the necklace from her neck — the one the seven of them had bought together for her birthday — onto the floor before Sunghoon’s feet, before storming out before any of the boys could make a move to stop her.
“We should have told her sooner,” Riki said, his fist clenching by his side.
Sunoo shook his head. “No. We just shouldn’t have made that stupid bet in the first place.”
They had made the bet to win her heart, thinking it would be all fun and games. But little did they know that like the way, they would be the ones losing their hearts to her — and by the time they realised it, she had already gotten to far for them to reach, leaving them defeated and yearning for something out of reach.
“Do you think she’ll ever forgive us?” Jake asked quietly.
The group fell silent.
“Well don’t you guys look positively miserable.”
Sunghoon rolled his eyes at the familiar voice fork behind him. Minho always did annoy him— but he had to admit, he couldn’t help but be jealous of how close the other boy was to Mila. The fact that he could still tease the girl and see her cute reactions, the same way he used to before everything went south.
“What do you want?” Heeseung asked diplomatically. (He wasn’t fooling anyone, though— everyone could see the way his fist clenched at his side.) “It’s not as if we’re friends.”
Minho smirked. “You’re right. We’re not. But you know who is? Mila and I.”
Jay clenched his jaw, resisting the urge to walk past the cocky male and bump his shoulder, he couldn’t give the other satisfaction at knowing he got on his nerves.
“I can see you still haven’t changed,” Jungwon said, jumping to his friend’s defence.
He narrowed his feline-like eyes, trying to read Minho’s body language. But he genuinely seemed unintimidated by the seven of them, not caring for a second that he was outnumbered. (Because he knew there was nothing the seven of them could do to him, Jungwon’s inner voice reasoned, though he desperately tried to ignore it. Because he knew if they raised a hand against him, Mila would only hate them more.)
“You always did try to one up Jay-hyung at everything,” Jungwon continued. “Too bad you never could.”
“Except when it comes to treating your girl right, you mean?” Minho taunted. At this, Riki lunged towards the male, all too ready to talk with his fists instead. But Sunoo was quick to intervene, holding the younger by the shoulder.
Minho put his hands up in surrender seeing the deadly look in the Japanese male’s eyes. “Hey. No need to get angry. I didn’t come to start a fight, believe it or not.” He fixed his blazer jacket before looking at the eldest of the boys. “Listen… I don’t like you guys, and frankly I don’t think I ever will— especially with that shit you pulled with Mila.”
Minho got closer to Heeseung, causing the latter to cross his arms and raise his chin in defiance. Minho narrowed his eyes.
“But here’s the thing… If you feel sorry at all for breaking her heart, you’re going to make it up to her properly like men instead of hiding like a bunch of cowards. She deserves that much.”
The group was silent as they witnessed the uncharacteristic seriousness of the usually nonchalant boy, and even more so at his words. But before they could say anything, Minho was already stepping away from Heeseung, before getting ready to leave.
“There’s gonna be a party at Kiara’s place later this week for Mila before she flies back home—“
“Mila’s flying back home?!” Sunghoon said in shock, his cold facade melted in place of his heated desperation.
Minho hummed. “She’s going to be leaving for the summer break… But who knows if she’ll be back?” He shrugged. "Anyway, I've done my bit. Whatever you do with that information... Well, that's none of my business."
Minho turned to leave, but was stopped by a hand on his wrist.
“How do we get into the party?” Jake asked desperately. This would be their only chance to meet with Mila if they could pull it off— their last chance to make things right before she left on the plane to China. They couldn't leave things as they were. Not when there were so many thing they had to say.
At that moment, all seven boys were thinking the same thing: They needed to show her that despite the fraudulent circumstances that brought them together, the boys’ feelings for her were true.

#02. JUJUTSU KAISEN
THERE WAS NOTHING NORMAL about two teenagers swinging weapons at each other in the lawn of a high school. But Seoul Jujutsu Technical College was no ordinary institution; nor were their students any ordinary teenagers. For this was the trianing grounds for a generation of future Jujutsu Sorcerers – protectors of society against sentient manifestations of negative emotions known as Curses.
The sound of steel clashing with steel rang throughout the air as Riki and Sunghoon continued to swing at each other, the former wielding dual blades and the latter wielding one. They sparred like they were mirror reflections of a choreographed dance: attacking in time for one of them to deflect, and lunging when the other withdrew. Each blow came in the span of seconds — barely enough time for the average human to register.
But their spectators were anything but average.
“Did your parents mention it already?” Kiara asked her childhood best friend — and only other fourth year at the school — beside her, not once taking her eyes of her sparring juniors. Heeseung wordlessly quirked a brow in response to her question, prompting her to continue. “The main clans in China have been in a mess recently.”
“Ah, that,” Heeseung said, resting his chin on his palm. “The thing about the Bai Clan, right?”
It was a hot topic amongst Jujutsu Sorcerers in South-East Asia, where news between the different countries — especially Japan, China and South Korea, the so-called Big Three of the East for their production of top tier sorcerers — often travelled fast due to their close connections with one another, dating back to ancient wars fought between allied forces of Jujutsu Sorcerers from the respective countries against legendary Curses.
One of the strongest clans in China, the Bai Clan from Shanghai, had a history of powerful sorcerers since the Ming Dynasty. But lately, the Bai clan has been at the centre of controversy: their most dangerous and treasured artefact, the Emperor Jade, had recently gone missing — stolen right beneath their noses.
“Apparently they suspect the Zenin clan… but it seems pretty far-fetched to me.”
Kiara couldn’t care less about the matters of the Bai or Zenin clan. She hated them almost as much they hated each other, as the both of them harboured a tradition of misogynistic treatment of women born in their clans. But this was a matter of safety of innocent lives that could be harmed in the crossfire of their feud if the rumours were true, so she had no choice but to feel concerned.
“It is far-fetched.” Jake leaned forward from his seat on the stair above Heeseung and Kiara, intrigue laced in his voice. “Because I did some sneaking around and overheard my dad talking to someone yesterday… Apparently, it’s here in Korea right now.”
The two eldest students looked up to Jake with curious expressions. “Here?”
They knew they could trust any intel gathered from Jake and his family. Despite being based in Korea, they were also known for having roots planted all over the globe through intermarriage with foreign clans, making them a spider web catching all sorts of information.
Jay, who tuned into their conversation, nodded in agreement. “It makes sense. The Bai clan requested to send out some of their Sorcerers here for a ‘diplomatic’ event — but it seems a little suspicious, especially given the timing. Why would they send their best sorcerers away from their home, when they should be focusing on finding their lost Object first?”
“At any rate, I doubt the thief is gonna get far with it,” Sunoo chimed in from where he sat, on the stair closest to the lawn where Sunghoon and Riki were starting to reach the end of their battle — the younger being backed into a corner.
Heeseung hummed. “I’m more interested in how they stole it— and for what reason.”
“Everyone, gather around.”
The students all stood at attention hearing the sound of their teacher, Rain, who stood at the top of the staircase, overlooking the eight of them below. But what caught their attention wasn’t necessarily the man himself. It was the girl who stood beside him, one they’ve never met before, and who was wearing their uniform: a black military blazer with a pleated skirt and knee high stockings.
“Teach,” Riki greeted. He and the students gathered around the teacher, all curious about the sudden appearance of this stranger.
“Who’s this?” Sunoo asked, eyes scanning the girl up and down.
She was pretty, was the first observation he made. She had long blonde hair (dyed, he concluded) and looked like a princess out of a fairytale, with the way she stood with her hands folded neatly in front of her. The way she carried herself was too poised, too proper to match the average teenager. Sunoo couldn’t put his finger on it, but something about her just seemed… other.
“This is Mila,” Rain introduced, “your new classmate.”
“New classmate?” Jay asked with a quirked brow.
It wasn’t as if he was opposed to the idea, but it was rather sudden. Still, he couldn’t say anything to question the choice before the girl bowed, as if on cue, smiling in a way that had her eyes crinkling endearingly. “Nice to meet you all,” she said. “Please take care of me.”
For as long as Mila survived, anyway.
Mila already knew she wouldn’t be able to last long before her clan finally found her. Running from them was the most reckless choice she could have made. But just once in her life, she wanted to rebel against them — to pay them back for all the times they belittled her, casted her aside simply for the fact that they couldn’t accept the sole heir to their clan after the passing of the previous head was a girl.
Just like the clan took away everything that was precious to her — her freedom, her autonomy, and most of all, her mother — she too had stolen the one thing most precious to them. The green jade ornament that hung from her neck like the yoke of an ox. The Emperor Jade.
She hadn’t expected to be spared by the Korean sorcerers who found her. Instead of releasing her from this mortal life which was both woeful and wonderful, they integrated her in their society and promised to hide her as best as they could from her clan. But she supposed it was only natural: She had a weapon that could be of great use to them, especially with their growing rates of suicide and declining mental health that attributed to their abnormally high levels of Curses on a global scale. It was better to keep her close than to give her away.
Whatever the reason, though, she fully intended on embracing this new chance at life she was given.
“So…”
Jungwon glanced awkwardly at Mila. He was just absolutely adorable, his round face and dimpled cheeks making it nearly impossible for Mila not to reach over and pinch his cheek. His shyer personality only made him all the more endearing to her. And for once, she thought she might be smitten for a boy she just met.
“You’re Rain-seonsangnim’s niece?” the redhead asked.
Mila resisted the urge to frown. It was true in a sense: her aunty, who had left the clan years ago with her older cousin, ended up remarrying, with Jung ‘Rain’ Jihoon as her husband. Still, the man was a stranger to Mila until yesterday. Calling him ‘uncle’ was more difficult than she would like to admit. But she had to, since it was part of her cover story on why she suddenly appeared out of nowhere.
“Yeah,” she said with a small smile. She changed the subject in case anyone asked any questions of why she didn’t go to their school until now. “Uncle Jihoon told me about how you were the new student before I joined… So I guess that makes you my senior.”
“Eyyyy, that can’t be right!” Sunoo denied with a laugh. Mila really liked the sound of it, and the way it wrapped her in a similar warmth to the sun that shone above them. “We’re the same age, so you can’t let the younger ones be casual with you, otherwise they might do the same to me.”
Mila giggled. “Really? Okay. But since I’m not really your senior…” Mila hummed before smiling at Jungwon. “Instead of ‘sunbaenim’, you can call me ‘noona,’ instead.”
Jungwon’s face burned, his face now the same shade of red as his strawberry-coloured hair. “O-okay.”
So cute! Mila internallly cooed.
“How good are you with weapons?” Riki, the youngest student at the school, asked curiously.
He was a cutie too, even if he towered over Mila with his insane height. One would usually use the word ‘cool’ to describe someone like him, but for some reason, Mila had the urge to pat his head — a very odd feeling for her, considering she wasn’t the affectionate type.
“I’m decent,” she said vaguely, not giving the younger the satisfaction of a straightforward answer. “I’m better without them, though.”
Jake, who had the looks and aura of a typical Hollywood heartthrob, flashed a captivating grin. From the moment they met, Mila could tell he was a flirt — and she wouldn’t be lying if she said he was a good one, at that. “Oh, so you’re good with your hands, are you?”
Mila almost choked on her spit. Both because of the comment, and the way the only other female student, Kiara, had slapped the boy on the back of his head with a resounding echo that made the other guys cringe in second-hand pain. (Or was it embarrassment? Judging from the side eye coming from Sunoo, it was probably the latter.)
“Well,” Riki cut in once again. “If you’re that confident, you wouldn’t mind giving us a demo, right?”
Jay sighed, bringing a hand up to massage his forehead. It was amusing that he had such a macho appearance, and yet he was the most well-mannered among the boys as far as Mila could tell. It was unfair how he was just her type: not only was he drop-dead gorgeous, he was a gentleman too.
“She’s literally just started her first day, and you’re already trying to make her a training dummy.”
Mila pouted at the insinuation that she would be lose. “What makes you think he wouldn’t end being my training dummy?”
Beside Jay, Heeseung chuckled, his voice causing Mila to blush despite herself. “That’s not what Jay meant,” Heeseung assured the girl, a warm smile on his face that would melt any girl on the spot. “Riki just has a bad record of starting fights whenever he meets new people.”
Mila laughed when Riki looked affronted. “What? I’m just trying to get to know our new classmate better?” He turned to Sunghoon behind him, who had been standing a bit more distantly from them than the others. “What do you think, hyung?”
Sunghoon crossed his arms over his chest, Mila’s eyes drifting slightly to the way the black shirt he wore for training outlined his muscles perfectly. He cocked his head to the side, a glint in his eyes. “Riki’s right,” he said coolly.
“See!” Riki said with a smug smirk while Sunoo rolled his eyes. “Besides, we have the Goodwill Event coming up with the sister schools in Japan. We need to make sure everyone’s in shape, right?”
“Well you don’t need to worry about me,” Mila said, mirroring Sunghoon’s pose with his arms across his chest. “I’m perfectly in shape, thanks.”
“Definitely,” Jake muttered under his breath after giving her an appreciation once-over, earning yet another slap from Kiara.
Sunghoon smirked, sensing the challenge in Mila’s tone. The girl swallowed thickly, unable to deny his attractiveness. She almost didn’t catch the blade that was being tossed in her direction – but she had spent too much of her childhood learning to evade assassinations and attacks to have missed it.
“If that’s the case,” Sunghoon said, after tossing her the weapon with a cocky grin on his face. “Prove it.”
The air was silent as eight pairs of eyes fell on Mila. She bit back a laugh, the corners of her lips turning up in amusement.
She had a feeling she would like it here.

#03. AVENGERS
ALMOST A YEAR NOW. That was how long Mila spent wandering the globe with her head low, her guard up against any enemies who may one day attack her when she least expected it. Or so that was how she justified it.
Mila stopped before the television screens in the display window of the media store, her eyes trained on nine familiar figures being portrayed in the news. Her eyes traced over each and every one of them, blocking out the words of the news reporters. All she heard were the words: ‘Avengers,’ ‘missing,’ and the name she was given when she made her first appearance in public wrapped in the embrace of red magic. ‘Scarlet Witch.’
She missed them so much it physically hurt. But this was for them. The whole reason she ran from them in the first place, without so much as a word except a letter she wrote in a haste to get away.
It was selfish. She knew this. But she wasn’t a hero like they were – she was just a lab experiment who lost everything she ever loved, before they came into her life and gave her another chance at life. She wasn’t selfless, wasn’t humble, and she definitely wasn’t good. But if protecting the people she loved was a bad thing… then she would accept the role of a villain, if she had to.
“Long time no see.”
Mila gasped as she whipped around, long strands of hair whipping around in the wind. Her eyes widened at the familiar face staring back at her.
“Eonnie,” she breathed out in shock.
Black Widow smiled, that same maternal look in her eyes as when Mila last saw her. “It’s been a while.”
Mila gaped, her eyes blinked as she looked around the street. They were alone. She let out a breath she didn’t know she was holding. At least it wasn’t one of the boys. Kiara, at least, could be reasoned with – but she knew she wouldn’t be so fortunate if it was anyone else who found her tonight.
“I thought we agreed to keep in contact,” Kiara said with a scolding tone as she pulled Mila into a nearby alleyway.
Mila sighed. The night she decided to run away, she coincidentally ran straight into Kiara, who immediately connected the dots seeing the bag on Mila’s shoulder and the cap covering her head. A single call to SHIELD would have had every agent on sight, ready to stop Mila from taking even one step out of their sight. But Kiara let her go. And Mila owed her for that.
“I know,” Mila said. “But I’ve been getting visions, and—!”
“Visions?” Kiara repeated incredulously. “That’s even more reason for you to keep in contact! You said the Mind Stone was fine the last time we spoke— which was a month ago.”
Mila lowered her head, looking like a wet puppy in the rain. “I know… And I’m sorry but I just— I just didn’t want to worry you…”
Kiara sighed before bringing a hand up to her head. “Well I am worried, okay? Worried because even though I agreed to let you do this, that doesn’t mean I like it. Every day I wonder if I did the right thing by letting you go that night…”
Mila gasped. A feeling of dread pooled in the pit of her stomach. “Eonnie… Please.”
Kiara shook her head. “I’m sorry Mila, but I can’t let you do this alone anymore.”
Shit.
Mila needed to get out of here. Fast.
Without letting Kiara say another word, she wrapped herself in a cocoon of crimson light, her eyes glowing the same shade of red as she took to the air, ready to flee the sight as soon as she could. But it was too late. Before she could turn — somewhere, anywhere — she was stopped by a wall of iron. A startled gasp left her lips as a familiar suit of armour rushed towards her in a flurry of red and gold.
In her shock, she didn’t even register that she had been swept right out of the air and into a pair of arms.
“Jay?!” Mila blurted. She stared wide-eyed at his mask as if she could see his face through it — his angular features, contrasted by the soft look on his eyes. She wondered what expression he was wearing now, if he hated her for what she did to keep him and the others safe.
He carried bridal style as he flew through the air at the speed of a fighter jet plane, her hair whipping around in all directions as she grasped onto him for dear life. She could push him away, if she wanted to. She could overpower him easily with her powers and fly away to a corner of a world where no one could ever find her.
But she didn’t. She missed him too much — she missed them too much — to stay away when they were near. And they took full advantage of it to corner her and bring her right back, using Kiara as bait.
“Wait, where are you going?!” Mila asked, her voice muffled as a hand pressed her head closer to his neck, where her arms had wrapped around subconsciously. “Let’s talk about this, okay?! Just stop for a second—?”
“I can’t do that, Angel.” Mila froze at the familiar pet name, a warmth filling her stomach at the sound of his tone. Even though his mask, it held so much emotion in it, amplified only by the desperation with which he held her. “I’m not giving you another chance to get away. Never again.”
Mila’s breath caught in her chest. Damn it. They really were her weakness… For better or for worse.
Mila didn’t even register when she was on solid ground again. But before she knew it, she found herself on the landing platform of SHIELD base in the middle of the Yellow Sea, held to Jay’s chest as he landed in the middle of rows of airships.
Mila bit her lip as Iron Man’s mask retreated, allowing Mila to see the face she so missed seeing when she woke up in the morning. She swallowed thickly at the intense look in his eyes as they traced her every feature, so full of love she didn’t even know if she alone was enough to hold it all.
“You can put me down now,” Mila whispered weakly.
“And if I don’t?” Jay asked, his voice low.
“Then I’ll make you.”
Mila and Jay both turned in the direction of the new voice. Mila’s lips parted as Sunoo came into view from the shadows, a quiver of bows strapped to his back and black uniform shrouding his figure like a phantom as he appeared before Mila. His hair was a new shade of wine red that she hadn’t seen on him before, making his foxy features even more harsh as he stared at her without emotion.
Mila felt cold as Jay reluctantly let her down from his hold, her legs weak as she stood on her own two feet.
“You have a lot of guts walking away with the Mind Stone like that,” Sunoo said with narrowed eyes. “If you were anyone else… I would have shot you down without a second thought.”
Mila pursed her lips. Of course. She knew as well as anyone that even if he didn’t have any powers, Sunoo was not one to be underestimated. His arrows could hit an apple from a mile away — least of all a 5’8 girl walking away without soaring a single look over her shoulder.
She deserved his coldness, she thought. She didn’t deserve the smiles he would share with her and they visited her favourite cafe, trying all the sweets to see which one was the best. She didn’t deserve his warmth, or his loving smiles. But that didn’t mean it didn’t hurt.
“Cut it out, Sunoo.” Mila’s wide eyes turned to look behind her. His mechanic falcon wings were spread out behind him as he landed behind Jay. He spared a nod to the man before his eyes landed on Mila, a conflicted look on his face. He clenched his jaw, which Mila could remember tracing loving kisses along whenever he would fly up to her apartment window in the middle of the night. “So you’re back now…”
Mila swallowed the lump in her throat. “Yeah.”
Jake nodded, his eyes slowly trailing down her body, as if trying to figure out whether or not she was real. If it was actually her in front of him. “Yeah?” he asked uncertainly.
Mila nodded. And before she could say a word, she was being pulled away from Jay’s protective hand on her waist, and right into Jake’s chest, his head burying itself into her neck and his hands holding her lower back and her head to him, trying to feel her as closely as possible.
“I missed you so fucking much,” he whispered into her ear. She raised her hands to return his embrace, just in time to hear his next words, which burned themselves into her skin. “But you’re in so much trouble when we’re alone, you hear me?”
Mila didn’t even have time to register the Falcon’s words before she was pulling away by the hips. One second she was looking at Jake’s annoyed expression, and the next she was staring straight into Riki’s eyes before his lips crashed into hers.
“Brat,” Sunoo said from behind the tall boy, his foxy eyes narrowing on him.
But Mila barely heard a thing. She was shutting her eyes and letting herself fall into the familiar pattern of her lips moving against his, their chests pressed against each other. The feeling of her hands threading their way through his hair in a desperate act to keep his mouth on hers. Just like the first time they kissed, that day he thought he lost her for good when she fell from the top of the Tokyo tower.
“You better not do that ever again,” Riki said as he leaned her forehead against hers, his breath heavy as he stared into her eyes with a sense of desperation just like that day. And Mila felt guilt eat away again for making him relive that same fear again. “I’ll never forgive you.”
“And neither will I.”
There was a flash of green before Jungwon appeared before them, the Time Stone hanging around his neck and his sentient cape lifting a corner and giving a small wave at Mila’s direction. Mila smiled. It reminded her of all the times Mila would pretend to run from his kisses, only for his cape to chase her and pull her right back into his arms again.
The only time Mila escaped its grasp was the night she ran away…
“Jungwon.” Mila sighed as the younger looked down at her, his eyes firm in their disapproval.
“I have a lot to say to you,” Jungown said. “But that can wait until later. We have more important things to do.” Mila cringed internally, but didn’t disagree. “Heeseung is probably waiting for you in his office… I trust you have the Mind Stone with you?”
Mila lowered her head. “I do.”
“Good.” Jungwon turned on his heels without another word. The corner of his cape lifting to look back and forth between Jungwon’s leaving figure and Mila’s crestfallen expression, before expressing a sigh.
A flash of lighting appeared in the night sky, and Mila shivered. She looked up towards the sky. “Where’s Sunghoon?”
“Don’t know.” Sunoo shrugged. “He hasn’t been here for a while.”
Mila sighed. Riki lay a hand on Mila’s back. “Come on,” he said. “You can’t delay it any longer.”
Like that, Mila walked into Heeseung’s office to see him leaning against his desk with hands in his pockets. The space felt crowded as Mila and her men (were they still hers, though?) gathered in the room.
“It’s been a while,” Heeseung lulled, his expression not betraying a single thought. His eyes scanned her in a similar way to Jake. “You look well.”
Surely not, Mila thought. She felt anything but well.
Heeseung looked towards the others. “You guys can leave now.”
They exchanged looks. But none of them disobeyed the orders given to them, and they slowly exited the room one by one, some of them giving her pecks before they left, and others not sparing a single glance. But in the end, Heeseung was the only thing on Mila’s mind. Especially when he marched up to her the second the door closed, before lifting her like she weighed nothing and placing her on the tabling in the middle of the room, his lips devouring hers like they were her last meal on Earth.
Mila gasped as he pushed her down onto the table, her back laying on scattered paperwork as he hovered over her, his figure cocooning her like he was trying to hide his favourite doll form the world, to keep anyone from seeing or ever going near her. And really? Mila liked it. She always did. She loved the fact that she was the only one who could make him snap like this, lose all his composure.
She didn’t know how long she was lying like that before Heeseung was pulling away, his silver hair shining under the light of the full moon.
“Do you remember?” Heeseung asked all of a sudden, not even giving Mila a chance to catch her breath.
“Remember what?”
“Remember when I told you, I wouldn’t let anyone take you away from me.” Mila bit her lip, nodding at the declaration he had made when he and the others first rescued her from the scientists experimenting on ner. “If I knew you were the one that would make you leave…”
“I’m sorry,” Mila whispered.
Heeseung closed his eyes before leaning his chin on Mila’s shoulder. “You should be. I missed you so much, baby…” He brushed a kiss to her cheek, before nipping at her earlobe, causing Mila to whine. “Don’t ever leave me like that again. Whatever the reason for it was, we’ll figure it out.” He moved away and brushed a strand from Mila’s face. “That being said, we have to talk about—”
Before Heeseung could even finish his sentence, there was a series of shouts from the other side of the door. Neither Mila or Heeseung had time to register what was happening before the door flew open to reveal an absolutely pissed Sunghoon.
All of a sudden, Mila was reminded of the first time they got into an argument, and Mila ended up giving him the cold shoulder for a week before he blew it and dragged her back to her place where he sat her down and stared at her for five seconds straight with those piercing eyes of his before she crumbled and gave in. Those same eyes landed on Mila and Heeseung now, before narrowing on the former. Mila blushed at the fact she was caught in this position, but realised that there were more important things to worry about.
Heeseung lifted himself off of Mila to address the man. “Sunghoon.”
He didn't get a reply. Instead of greeting him back, Sunghoon was brushing past Heeseung and storming straight towards Mila before grabbing her arm and hauling her off the desk, wrapping an arm around her waist to bring him to his firm chest.
“Wait, Sunghoon,” Heeseung said placating as he realised what was happening. “Let’s talk about this.”
Mila’s eyes widened when Sunghoon began to swing his hammer in his hand. “Stay out of it,” Sunghoon said. “I need to talk to my girlfriend.”
“Wait, wait, wait,” Mila protested, “I don’t want to hurt you, Oppa, so let’s talk this ou— Agh!”
Heeseung was left to stand there with a tired expression as Sunghoon’s hammer carried him out the window, breaking the glass as he escaped into the horizon with his girlfriend in his arms. Heeseung dropped his head when the rest of the boys flooded into the room, all in equal disbelief.
“We just got her back, and already she’s been kidnapped?!” Riki asked.
Heeseung sighed. They didn’t have time for this. Thanos was on his search for the infinity stones, and he wasn’t going to let his girlfriend get away alone with one of them ever again — not if it meant leaving her vulnerable. And the others agreed on the same thing. For just ws much as she wanted to keep them safe from leaving them, they wanted to keep her safe by keeping her by her side.
So it went without saying, they as soon as Kiara caught up with them, he was suiting up, ready to lead the mission to retrieve his — their — girl from Sunghoon.
“Avengers… Assemble.”

#04. HARRY POTTER
AMORTENTIA. The potion of love.
Mila didn’t think she would ever need such a thing — nor did she want it, either. It was a fact that the effects caused by Amortentia were closer to lust or obsession more than anything else, and for that, Mila wished to stay well away from it. But as it happened, today’s Potions class happened to be brewing that exact potion.
Hooray, Mila mentally noted as she stirred a pot of pink boiling liquid, being sure to stand at arm’s length, with a hand on her nose, least her yellow Hufflepuff robes would smell of a very interesting combination of mint chocolate, bungeoppang, tiramisu, ramyeon, corn and… strawberries with chocolate?
Mila tilted her head at the scent profile. What was that about? She knew that the scent of Amortentia changed according to who smelled it, and served as an indication of the person one felt attracted to… But wasn’t this combination a bit too odd?
“If you lean back any further, your hair is going to become another ingredient in my potion.” Mila whipped her head around to stare blankly at the Slytherin behind her. She gathered her hair and threw it over her shoulder with a glare. “Happy?”
Park Sunghoon rolled his eyes, before looking down at his potion again. Mila didn’t know when it started, but for as long as she could remember, she and Sunghoon had always been at each other’s throats — exchanging short and clipped remarks, bumping into each other’s shoulders when they passed each other in the hallway, and glaring whenever they made eye contact.
She really didn’t know why he disliked her so much. But well, it wasn’t as if she cared…
Sunghoon took a sniff, before his thick eyebrows furrowed in confusion. Mila didn’t bother to ask about it, before turning to face his potion again. It was none of her business what it smelt like — everyone knew what type of girl he liked, anyway. A pretty, popular girl like Jang Wonyoung, who seemed to be the only one he ever smiled at.
Not that Mila was keeping track, or anything. But Mila pouted at the thought. Because, seriously, why did he hate her so much? (But perhaps, if she didn’t turn away so quickly, she would be able to see the way Sunghoon’s eyes lingered on her back after smelling his potion.)
“How’s your potion going?” Mila snapped to attention when Jake, her seatmate, leaned over to check her cauldron. Briefly, Mila could catch the scent of grass and rain, attributed to the fact that the boy was on the Hufflepuff Quidditch team.
“It’s going okay?” Mila asked. “I mean… it does smell pretty funny, though.”
Jake tilted his head, looking like a confused puppy. “What do you mean?”
Mila laughed, shaking her head. “That the person I’m attracted to has a lot of different tastes in food.”
Jake laughed. “Yeah?” His smile softened as he watched Mila stir the cauldron, eyes holding an unbridled amount of affection that everyone except her seemed to see. “Well mine happens to really like chocolate — Lindt, specifically.”
Mila hummed pleasantly. “Really? What a coincidence! So do I!”
Internally, Mila despaired. She couldn’t tell why, but it really bothered her to know about the girl who stole his heart. It wasn’t her right to be, and yet she couldn’t control her feeling of disappointment. He had been telling her for a while now about a girl that he had his eyes set on, since the first day of school. And Mila didn’t know how to react when she found out, because she could have sworn that he seemed so much more affectionate around her than others, with the way he always had a hand around her shoulder or how he would lean closer to her when they were speaking…
But maybe she was imagining it.
Jake laughed, shaking his head in fond exasperation. It made more sense the more he knew her, the reason she wasn’t in Ravenclaw — as smart as she was, she missed some of the most obvious signs around her. And yet, it only made her more endearing to him…
“I think I need some more flasks,” Mila said, as she looked at her bench. “I’ll be right back.”
Mila skipped towards the table at the back of the room to grab a glass flask before turning to head back to her desk… only to bump straight into a firm chest. Startled, Mila jumped backwards, only for an arm to grab her by the bicep to steady her before she fell over. She looked up in bewilderment, to meet Jay’s concerned eyes.
She couldn’t say anything except, “Oh.”
Because no way the Park Jongseong was holding her by the arm right now, his face only centimetres away from her. Her face flushed a similar pink as her love potion, before she cleared her throat and stapled away from the boy’s touch, despite her body screaming not to.
She always had somewhat of a puppy crush on Jay since they first met. She was lost and couldn’t find her next class, and he, being a Prefect for Slytherin, offered to help her find her find her way.
“Sorry,” she apologised.
Jay chuckled. “It’s okay.” The boy resumed grabbing his ingredients from the table, allowing Mila to turn around and calm her beating heart. All of a sudden, it started racing again when Jay called her again. “By the way… Your potion…”
Mila blinked at the handsome boy. “Yeah?”
“Just wondering how it smelled, that’s all,” Jay said. Contrary to his usual mannerisms, he wasn’t facing her, his back instead turned as he checked the labels of several bottles on the table. Mila spotted a twinge of red on his ears, and wondered if he usually got embarrassed when talking about affairs of the heart.
Mila smiled. “Hmmm… There was quite a few distinct scents… But I do remember there being something like corn in there? Which was really random.”
Jay froze, his back rigid like stone. “Really?”
Mila hummed. “Yep! So I guess I have to give my future boyfriend some corn when I ask him out, huh?”
Jay didn’t say anything afterwards, so Mila took it as a cue to end the conversation there. She bid the boy farewell before making her way back to her desk. She was completely obvious to the crisis he had put him in with her words, as Jay stood there for the next five minutes replaying what she said to him like a broken record.
Shit, Jay cursed mentally, when he couldn’t contain the smile on his face. I’m down bad…
But to be fair, he wasn’t the only one.
When class finished and it was time to go, Mila found herself walking side by side with her best friend Sunoo who, as always, took the books from her arms and carried them in her own, looking like the textbook Ravenclaw that he was.
It was strange. When they first met, he was a library part-timer scolding her for folding the spine of her books while she looked like a child who had just been caught doing something they shouldn’t have. Who would have guessed that from that day onwards, they would form a lasting friendship?
How did your potion go?”
Mila hummed. “It was okay. Don’t know how well it would work… but it had a interesting smell.”
“Like what?” Sunoo asked, a little too eager. Since they didn’t sit at the table together (because of assigned seat mates) they didn’t know what the other was up to in class.
“Yeah, like what?”
Mila jumped in surprise when an arm flung itself over her shoulder. She looked up and groaned when she made eye contact with Riki, the resident prankster. To this day, she still hadn’t forgiven him for putting pink hair dye into her shampoo, thinking it belonged to her roommate — who also happened to be Riki’s sister.
At that moment she noticed who was beside him and smiled brightly. “Wonie! How are you?”
The younger boy smiled, his dimples poking from his cheeks. And it was so hard to believe that he — a Prefect for Gryffindoor — would be friends with a troublemaker Slytherin like Riki.
“You didn’t answer the question,” Sunoo said impatiently.
“Oh right,” Mila said. “Hmmm, well, it smelled like a lot of different things…”
Sunoo pouted at the vague answer but didn’t get to press the girl before Riki was steering her towards the Mess Hall and changing the subject. “Let’s have lunch together today.”
“We’re in different houses,” Mila pointed out. “We sit at different tables, remember?”
Riki shrugged. “So? We can just sit with you — it’s not like you have any friends.”
Jungwon discretely elbowed Riki in the ribs. He for one wouldn’t let the tall boy get away with teasing Mila too much. Riki cringed in pain, before glaring at the boy, but neither Mila nor Sunoo noticed it had happened — after all, who would expect sweet and adorable Jungwon of doing any harm. As Mila said when Riki accused the boy, “That’s funny. Your best joke yet.”
Riki pouted as he followed the girl to her seat, despite his protests, planted himself beside her. Sunoo followed his example and took the next seat over, while Jungwon sat across from the girl so that he would be able to look at her when they spoke. People around them began to stare at the combination of colours before happening along each other, causing Mila to giggle.
“I can’t believe you guys are actually sitting here,” she muttered. She then looked at Jungwon. “Are you really approving this?”
Jungwon shrugged. “There are no rules saying we can’t sit at another house’s table.”
Mila shook her head. At that moment she felt a hand on her head. She looked up in surprise, when she saw Heeseung staining above her, his handsome face smiling warmly at her. She then noticed Jay, Sunghoon, and Jake with him, and remembered that they were close friends with each other
“Then in that case, it should be alright if we join you, right?” Heeseung asked.
Riki glared. Why were there so many boys around Mila? “Actually—”
Before Riki could say anything, Mila delivered a elbow right into the same spot that Jungwon had. “Of course you can!” Mila said eagerly.
The older boy was actually one of the first that Mila got to meet here at Hogwarts. It was on the very first day of school, when she saw him charming origami paper cranes in the courtyard. She complimented him with sincere awe, and he gifted her one of them in return. Somehow, Mila always found herself smiling at him whenever they crossed paths.
Heeseung smiled, patting the girl’s head. “Thank you.”
Jungwon scrunched his nose at the adoration in the older boy’s tone because was he seriously baby-talking her? Sunoo had the same thought, and eyed him with disdain as he took a seat next to Riki, while Jay sat next to Sunoo, and Sunghoon and Jake joined Jungwon.
The eight of them became the centre of attention as whispers began to float among the Mess Hall, scandalised by the prospect of students from different houses sitting together. But Mila couldn’t care less. She found that being with them, she was more at ease than she ever was alone.
“Hey, hey, what’s going on over here?” Mila watched as Kiara, her older sister figure, appeared with a glint in her eye. “Is this a Mila’s fan club meeting or something?”
Mila didn’t know why, but she was shooting out of her chair like a rocket, her face a bright pink as she shushed the Slytherin girl. “What do you mean? We’re just hanging out.”
Riki smirked at her reaction. “Then what has you so flustered then?”
Mila looked around the table and saw the same amused looks on all the boys’ faces. She cleared her throat before slowly sitting back down again. “I don’t know what you’re talking about…”
And yet, Mila’s heart skipped a bit when the boys laughed at her expense. The sound of their laughs overlapping each other, bouncing off the walls of the Mess Hall like a chorus in a church… It was nice. Being with them was nice.
And when Kiara found herself joking later on that Mila must have caught a few crushes during lunch that day… She didn’t deny her.
She didn’t know what it was, but something about them together felt right — and somehow, she had a feeling that they felt the same way too.

Sirius x animagus!Reader where after not hearing from him all summer she uses her animagus form to sneak into Grimmauld Place and check up on him. Up to you if Walburga catches them or not
Hii, ty for the request! I actually had to Google who tf is Walburga🤦‍♀️🤭but I hope this is okay. Warnings: angst, fluff, use of pet names, use of y/n (1k)
Sirius hasn't been answering your letters basically since the start of the summer, so you've decided in the middle of it, that you've had enough.
You know that sneaking into Black's house is not the best idea, but you need to find out what is up with Sirius, before you go mad over it.
It is a good thing that you were around when the boys were learning how to turn into an animagus. And even better thing is that, your animagus is a dove.
So it doesn't take you long to locate the window, that you know belongs to Sirius's room. It's already late at night, so you are surprised to see some light coming from his room.
You easily slip inside, through the cracked open window.
You find Sirius laying on his bed, reading a book with his wand creating the light.
When you turn back to your normal form, Sirius almost has a heart attack, immediately sitting up.
"What the fuc-" he yelps, but as he suddenly realises that he knows who is standing in front of him, he whispers,"y...-y/n?" His voice breaks as he says your name.
You don't wait another second and throw yourself into his arms, almost knocking both of you to the ground. You feel like crying and you're not surprised to feel your cheeks getting wet.
What catches you of guard is feeling some wetness through the fabric of your shirt. To your shock, Sirius is also crying, he holds you so tight in his arms, his face buried in your neck. You just let him, you are standing between his legs as his sits on his bed, running your hands through his hair in a way, you hope is soothing.
It takes you both quite some time to let go of each other, no words being passed between you. But you don't mind one bit, you are so relieved to see him alive and okay.
"H-how did you get here?" Sirius speaks with a groggy voice after what feels like hours. His eyes are all red, but gentle as they look all over your face.
"I used the animagus," you answer and because you can't wait any longer, you ask, "Siri, what happened? We all thought, that-that you got hurt or something. The boys were about to loose their minds, so was I."
"W-what do you mean? I thought something happened to you all, you didn't respond to any of my letters," he says and he sounds just as confused as you feel.
"What? We never got any of your letters, but we wrote to you everyday," you perplex, "how did this happen, Siri?"
Sirius looks absolutely heartbroken upon learning of this information, but also angry.
"I can't fucking believe this," he mutters madly under his breath.
"What?"
"It's definitely my mother's doing," he sighs, "I suspected, that she'd learnt about you and me, and wanted to put an end to it. She hardly tolerated the boys, she couldn't accept, they aren't on the dark side. So i think, her learning about you was finaly enough for her." You want to ask why would she do such a thing, but then you remember how different his family is to yours and how unpleasant his mother is.
"And I was stupid enough to think, that you and the boys finally came to your senses and ended our relationships. I'm not exactly the person you should be with, i mean look at my family, they are horrible people. S-so i probably am the same, they tell me i am."
His last sentence makes you want to cry some more, because you can't even imagine why would he think such a thing.
"Never, Sirius. You hear me? I nor the boys would ever do that. You can't get rid us of, rid of me that easily," you poke him in the chest playfully, even though your words are serious, " you aren't like your family and that's why we love you. You are anything, but bad Siri. Yeah?"
You stroke his cheek lovingly, hoping he gets, that you are all in, in this. And that he doesn't get to just say mean and untrue things about himself. And if he does, you'll be there every time to reassure him, that he is very very wrong.
"I love you, dove. So much," he expresses instead of answering your question. And his stare is so intense, so full of love, that you almost cry (happy tears), again.
"I love you more," you profess and quickly, you kiss him. It's not a long kiss, but it is long enough to express everything you both feel. Love. Relief. Desperation. And even tiny bit of anxiety.
You put your forehead against his, a small smile on your lips filled with nerves, "Siri, y-you need to get away from here."
"I know, sweetheart, I know, b-but where would I go? This is the only place I know as a home-"
"James's said, that I should insist to drag you away from here when I find you and to tell you, that there's a room waiting for you in his house," you assure him," and if there wasn't a place for you in Potters's home, there would definitely be one in mine."
Sirius looks a bit taken aback by this and you completely understand, he's only known this place a his 'home' for most of his life and leaving like this can't be easy.
But he nods his head slowly, surely, " okay."
"Yeah?"
"Yes, I want to leave this place and never ever come back here," he says, feeling very certain about the decision.
"Good," you give him a tight hug," the boys are waiting for us a few streets away from here, let's get out of here."
And you do. You quickly pack all the things Sirius wants to take with him, which isn't a lot, and sneak out of there.
You can see the moment, you get away from the house, Sirius's whole posture and mood change. He walks with a light breeze and a smile, that gets bigger and bigger as you get farther away from there.
Though, his smile grows the biggest when he notices his best friends waiting for him. He takes off running towards them, while dragging you along.
The reunion is all happy tears and loud laughs, which is all you hoped for.
