@thesilverandjetsystem sent: Jake reverse pickpockets different small items into David's jackets throughout the week. Includes: Dreidel D20s and gelt stuffed in a plastic fill-able Dreidel, an Alf keychain, a magnet from Gena's Diner, and a stim toy. At the Chanukah party, he hands over a blue bag. "From all of us." There's a book of Yiddish poetry (English translations included), a blue flat cap, and an art book. To round it out is David's own menorah rescued from ebay. "Chag Chanukah, David."

Jake is stupidly thoughtful. More thoughtful than David suspects he is given credit for. At first David hadn’t thought much of the little toys and gifts, but there’s no way to deny who they’ve come from, and he knows it’s more meaningful than probably anything that he could do.

“This is...Thank you,” David isn’t sure he’s been given something so thoughtful despite all the things he’s given. “I’m not sure I should take the fashion advice,” He joked putting the flat cap on. “But I don’t know that I deserve all you’ve done this week either.”

I made two new stim toys today,and I made two more things with some beads(which i will reblog with pictures of in a moment)

I made the autism/nd rainbow infinity symbol out of pony beads and some string,and I made a chanukah sensory jar out of assorted beads,and three rubber bands with some glitter sprinkled in for good measure. Container is just an old dice storage bottle that I emptied out specifically for this project.

The bottle has chanukah color beads and glitter,and some letter beads that spell out chanukah,I really enjoy this one! I think it turned out really well. (Blue,white,gold,and silver are the typical chanukah colors, fyi) I didn't have any gold stars;so I just used yellow instead lol. Close enough Haha.. I want to use some chanukah confetti once I get some too!
