What do you think of Chad and the way how Audrey treats him as well as the whole Descendants team and fandom?

I read somewhere that Chad is a character explicitly made to be jerk and i completely agree. His whole arc revolves around the bullying and running after Audrey

They completely ruined his character after the first movie. In d1 we see him as charming, arrogant, sneaky, smart, lazy and manipulative. He’s a popular guy, jock, rich, spoiled, used to girls running after him and using it to his advantage. He had so much potential, could’ve been interesting to watch but the writers turned him into a joke.

In d2 he’s reduced to nothing more than Audrey’s stupid fanboy. He has no role other than being a comic relief. There’s a glimpse of something when he finds out Ben’s been kidnapped. “But if something were to happen, who do you think would be in line to be king?” I NEED MORE OF THAT. That could’ve been his main arc, he could’ve teamed up with Audrey, not because he’s a spineless lapdog but because he’s a sneaky little shit who wants to become king of Auradon.

Audrey treats him as nothing but her rebound and a lapdog, which, in a way, he is. Audrey is just as arrogant as him so it’s not really surprising. Perhaps it’s karma and Audrey treats Chad the way he treated other girls around Auradon prep...

There is no denying that Chad is a jerk and a bully the fandom perceives him as, I just wish writers and us both acknowledged him as a smart manipulator he is, instead of just an idiot and Audrey’s minion.

“I herd Sanctuary had new residents,” Pix announced himself, walking closer to the man tending the white and blue sheep.

Sausage raised his head and smiled at him, but still not stopping feeding the animals. “Hey! Long time no see. Yeah, they’re settling in alright. I’m just, happy to see them again after everything” He made a gesture with his hand, knowing the archeologist would understand.

Pixlriffs took it as an invitation to chat, and took a seat in one of the fences, watching the man work. “Right, you told me you were refugees,” he recalled, and then approached the topic he had came to ask about. “Where did you say you come from, again?”

He had been wanting to ask for a long time, but things always seemed to happen. But it seemed like as good of an opportunity as any, seeing that the other wasn’t extremely occupied.

Sausage stopped what he was doing for a second, shoulders tensing up, before letting out a short, uncomfortable laugh. “I never said,” he answered, his back still to Pix.

It was now or never. “Mythland, perhaps?”

That made him turn around.

His eyes were wide, and Pixlriffs was worried he overstepped. There was fear in them. He opened his mouth once, twice, until the words finally came out. “How- How did you know?”

It was the archeologist’s turn to be uncomfortable now. “I mean, I am an archeologist, and you do have the name of a dead king,” he said. Then, more tense “And, uh,” he pointed at Sausage’s hands with his eyes, completely covered in blue, and then at one of the blue sheep, who had a red spot on his side, that Sausage had apparently missed.

He was quick to cover his mistake, and sooner than latter the sheep was completely blue.

“Right. Not a word about this” he tells him, and Pix has the slight suspicion that it was meant to be a threat. It would probably be, if it weren’t for the shakiness in his voice.

They stay in silence for a while, until Sausage speaks again. “I don’t know how I didn’t see that coming,” he mumbles. “I should’ve changed my name a long time ago”

Pixlriffs frowns at that. “King Mythical Sausage of Mythland did great things. Many would consider carrying his name an honor”

Sausage huffs at that. “He doomed Mythland.” Pix had to admit he had a point there. “You sound like my mother. He might have been a great ruler, or brought peace, or whatever, but he unleashed evil into the land. He deserved to die, and should have stayed so”

“Maybe. But he also worked until his last breath to help solve his mistakes” he tried to tell him in a steady voice.

“He did- horrible things. Unspeakable”

“He was corrupted by the demon”

“The daemon-?” Pix realized his mistake too late, but luckily, Sausage let it go with a shake of his head. “Whatever the evil was. It was him who unleashed it. The Old Empires' Fall was his fault. There’s no redemption for that”

“Sausage-”

“No,” he told him, straightening his posture. “I don’t want to talk about him.” With that, he grabbed the bucket he was using to feed the sheep, and walked away from the archeologist.

Gonna be critiquing a bit one piece, but don't mind it,

it's very long but it's light minded, it bother me, sure, but it's not like it gonna make me drop or whatever, it just bother me and i have thought about it as to why.

It's mostly long cause i lose myself in my point and end up repeating a lot

Tldr : it's basically to relation/familly and the theme of freedom

The thing that, according to me, may make pre-time skip more special than post ts,

Is the people making the group.

Pre-timeskip it's honestly just a bunch of random people, sure, luffy is Hero Of The Marine Garp's grandson and usopp is yassop's son

But usopp also is just anyone, he's known to also be who "we would all be" if we were in op, no special power, no amazing and incredible talent that one in a million would have, he's a creative boy who trained his skills because he had a dream and his father was his idol

Other than that, nami is a random kid, sanji was a random kid, cook who was a pirate adopted child , chopper is a reindeer who got excluded for difformity*2, robin sure, she's a bit special but like anyone that would have survived in her stead in ohara, franky is a amazing carpenter's and mermaid adopted child

None of them got really very special connection and family other than luffy and usopp, and maybe robin, brook already had multiple connection to Roger with laboon and straight up having met him

The' post time skip arrive,

Sanji is a king's son and a genetically modified human, alright, fine,

Franky knew roger and all and was straight up invited on the crew, amazing, fun, alright

Zoro is ryuma's descendant ("god of swords") ??? (Not even revealed in story but sbs plz 💀)

Already, the whole "strawhat heads" are full of big name who got strenght in their blood and high name, he's not a big name in the crew, but i remind again usopp is "emperor's (shanks) official sniper" son's

And it's not even limited to in-crew,

O-tama, which other than momo was a big attachement for Luffy to wano (and for his brother too) turns out to be a kurozumi, (half crew) vivi who's already a princess of the people who were there when the wg was founded turns out to be a D.

It honestly makes me afraid for character such as franky /and especially nami/ because "we don't know who their parents are" (and i refuse to think it's not tom and bell-mere. Whoever anyone else are their genitors it don't matter, they are not relevent to them)

The whole first half of one piece was all about liberty, building your own life, "following wills" instead of having a destiny, the whole bond is not blood,

(and it still follow post-ts for a bit with doffy and cora having the exact same origins but having two entirely different life and way of seeing and doing things, and cora and law considering each other as brothers, when corazon doesn't consider doffy his brother but doffy hold very long onto him being his brother and law being his familly still, family is a choice)

Then the second half- just- put everyone in a place that all make them seems it's fated, it's in their blood,

Where does the freedom appear in being the best swordmaster when your grandpa was "the god of swordmaster", the best sniper when your father is also the best sniper, etc etc

I don't know if that's the case, i hope not, but it looks to me that oda did it for sanji, then saw how many fans liked their favorite character having more to their title please their fan, and just, kept going

I'd argue being a random guy and being super high level is more impressive

Anyway, it's fanservice.

I have nothing against character having high relations and thing under their name right from the beggining (especially if that ties with what they're doing/why they join) (vivi princess, robin, Franky w pluto, yams being kaido (emperor) son, brook is albeit a bit unnecessary but logic nonetheless)

But giving them when it does nothing but make them less "special" because they were in fact Special From Somebody Else, is shitty to do in excessiveness, especially when it bring nothing (why does zoro being ryuma descendant is important ??? Especially since that undervalue ryuma giving him shusui ! It could have been a bit better if like, someone saw zoro's face, recognized the damyo who "was known as ryuma's descendant" (even if none of that is said/shown) traits in him and decided to let him keep the shusui it would have been still disappointing but at least it would have built something ! )

Again, the possibility of him going "oh yeah ! Nami has celestian blood that's why she's so good at detecting climate changes and atmosphere in general ! It's also why she can hit luffy (as we were shown innate haki there) !" And then, idk, turning out to be birkan (originaly moon people, same as ener) and in fact it wasn't pirate it was the governement who faked an attack to get rid of her family and bell-mere suspected that a bit and she had in fact illegally run away from the marine and that's also why she lived far from the village and didn't get marine-retirement money and was so poor) is possible.

And in fact it's also possible he doesn't even include it properly in the story but just drop the whole lore in a data book, just like he could bring back ener to give a reason for it.

And all that "family lore bring so much" feel so much, muuuuch saltier considering his answer in an sbs of someone asking why nearly all the mother are killed or unknown being "mother are the antonym of adventure"

Anyway, i feel like oda forgot a lot about freedom as he advanced in one piece

#you can have many character who are High Title #but you gotta stay consistent with your theme #it's logic that as you advance further in the story the less 'casual people' join and more 'high name' do #(because this one story include reputation in it's advancement) for exemple here. carrot could have joined (not high name; even if now she's #queen it doesn't change anything) yamato and momo are highname (though likely no way yam would have joined) and in the same way as momo #kinemon could have joined (saying those three because they were all in the crew for like. 2 arcs (punk hazard. dressrosa. zo. wci. wano) #pedro could have been said too. but i feel like he would have been too similar to jimbe as to his dynamic #one piece #one piece talk #zoro #ryuma #wano #sanji #nami #franky #nico robin #nico olivia #to keep going a bit. the story already place a lot on people ending up being “trouble for the gov” being desendent of “D” #again. something like 'fated' being in their blood etc #even for asl. i'm looking with a death stare for oda to keep sabo like he is. even if there's no hint of him going to pull anything #from anywhere. it seems sure and saved that he's an “anyone could have been” kid

Incredibly specific tf2 headcanons.

1.medic wanted to become an a a labor and delivery doctor before he decided to take people out of this world before bringing them in. Thinks babies and small.animals are adorable. Day Eighteen: Daryl Dixon + Home Alone 2 Lost In New York

The town of Alexndria is thankful to you. You're the only one that's been actiavly piccking up dvd movies from left over stores when you go out to search old buidlings, and stores. It's been just a year into the world ending, but you've managed to get a large collections of dvd movies.

It had started with eanting from your past, but then the urge to collect more started to grow. You had collected up to ten movies before people started to notice. That's when they started to actily ask you to see if you were able tofind certain movies for them. Which oddly you were able to do for them.

Daryl thought it was a rather silly thiing to worry about during the end of the world, you thought differentlt. "It brings humility back to the sad world we live in nowadays." You said asthe two of you search through an old busted up shopping center. Luck had been in your favor that day your backpack was stuffed with a few really good movies. Most in your collection already where action movies, some in their cases and others in paper sleeves."Whatever you say doll. Keep an eye yeah."

Your boyfriend. Your protector. The store is empty the both of you know it, but the zombies around this area are some sneaky bastards. You did has Daryl insitented and kept your ears and eyes opne while you walked around the deserted store. You managed to find a few good movies. Most of them were still in their cases and still sealed.

The town had known about your decent sized collection of movies. All which lined two shelf in your shared home with Daryl. That's when one night you got a knock on your door. Rick, Michonne, and Carol where standing at your door. "Hey Rick." You said the cold bow of the fall air breezing through and into your home.

"What's up?" You asked, Daryl suspision of your absense in bed followed the sound of your voice. He popped uo behind you in a pair of loose sweats and a t-shirt. "Guys? What are you here?" Daryl asked the three of them.

"Well…" Carol started, before looking over to Michonne and then finally to Rick. "We've been hearin' that you've got yourself a might good collection of movies." Rick said, you nodded. "Yeah." Still we were confused as to where the conversation was leading. "What are you gettin' at Rick?" Daryl asked rather straight forward, but that was just the sort of person he was.

"We are wanting to do something for the lot of us." Rick starts, "For the kids." Carol adds. "Okay, and what does this have to do with us?" Daryl asks getting a little hot headed, so you grab his hand and squeeze it gently.

"We were just wondering if we… if you would put on a few movies for us." Michonne is the one to finally ask the question, and all the anger is displaced by Daryl, when he looks down at you. "Would you be okay with sharing like that doll?" He asks you.

It takes a moments of time, not for you to think but for you to look at the three people standing in front of you. Begging you for some sort of normalcy in the ruined and forgetten world. "I don't mind sharin' at all." Rick and the two others leave a with happy smile on their faces, while you and Daryl manage to make it back to bed without any further intrupttions.

The next morning there you are sitting in front of the book shelf organizing and putting certain movies into a pile. With chirstmas on the way you put together a pile of chirstmas movies. Hoping that the few you do have will be enough to get you through the new year. "Baby?" Your boyfriend called from the stairs. You were quick to answer. "Down Here!" You shouted in return.

The loud desending footsteps gave way to Daryl apperence when he was leaning agasint the entrance to the living room. "So I heard over the wakile that Rick might wanna have that movie night hewas talkin' about tonight. Are you alright with that?" Daryls arms are crossed over each other when you look up and he's got a fresh bedhead. You nod and frantically get back to your dvds

It's that night when you manage to gather yourself, two blankets and your movies to the middle of the large field. Since there wasn't any other place to have this movie night at, a few large white sheets were put up to make a screen. Someone esle had found a projecter and another had found a dvd player. The only thing you wouldn't have was noise and that to not attract the xombies on the other side of the wall.

After handing over your dvds, you and Daryl went to find a cozy and comfy spot on the large lawn. Daryl was actually the one to find your spot. Hell he had even brought a few snacks. A batch of those cookies that Carol had made, and some not out of date popcorn.

Your spot was far enough back that nobody else was near you, and close enough to a tree that Daryl was actually able to rest his back upon it. "You've made me go domestic." He whispered in your ear as you leaned back into his chest covering yoursefl up with the secondary blanket you had tucked in your bag. "Hmm, maybe but you love it Daryl." You muttered back. There's cheers when the title scene rolls across the white sheets. "Home alone 2?" You hum at Daryls words. You had managed to find a dvd collection of a few great chirstmas classics. That day you had been very proud of yourself for the find.

It's not until you're about half way through the movie, the part where Kevin is talking to the bird lady, that a rough hands starts to comb through your hair. You feel the snag of your hair and then the smooth detanglemtn of them. You hum in appreations for Daryls movments behind you that one second your eyes are opne and you can feel Daryl calm heartbeat in your back, and the next you feel the fluffy bed beneath you a sweet kiss to your temple, and a low whisper from Daryl. "Thank you for collect a bit of humanity, to bring back with you."

The feeling of electricity coursing through him was terrifying and interesting to him in a way

If it wasnt for the bad wiring in the back of the building, the water that he got soaked in when the man chasing him tried to drown him in a fucking toilet, Vincent wouldnt of died. The shock going through his body wouldnt of happened, and at most hed get electrical burn. Yet, he was stupid. Unlucky. Running from a man wanting him dead for reasons he had no clue, but probably revolved around his possition of wealth.

If it werent for the fact his family had money and he earned some from being a television host of the century, he would of been much more confused, and much more “begging for his life” kinda guy instead of instantly making a run for it. Vincent knew his life wasnt anyway holy, and that gave him strength others didnt get. Using his smile to charm his way out of perdigiments was his specialty at this point.

And yet, he felt his eyes roll to the back of his skull and the numbness and inability to move became clear. Consciousness slipped from his body slower then he wanted it, as it felt like he was being stabbed from inside of his body. Death was coming, and it was coming fast- He felt it desend upon him so quick he was confused. Many described death as slow, like life was flashing through your eyes when you do, but he didnt see anything. He felt his eyes fry, and the darkness was unnerving and yet quick. Like sleep, it only lasted for a moment, and yet it took hours.

A thud from him falling onto the ground hurt like a bitch, and he felt the electricity inside of him still. Humming, coursing, and he was quick to scramble as soon as mobility was given to his limbs. He pressed himself against the wall he found behind him, and he had a sense of imbalance aswell as unfamiliarity to his own body, and when he looked around, all he saw where freaks and hellish figures that was unrecognizable and yet slightly human in the red sky that told him this was his punishment for what he did in life.

A hand, his and yet so incredibly wrong anddifferent it confused him, reached to his face, meeting a screen that explained the heaviness of his very own head. A television screen. A reminder of his life, and the energy behind the screen coursing with the same electricity that killed him. Fuck, he barely was breathing- cus what the fuck was happening?

He stood, quicker then he could handle because he almost fell over from the heavy weight of his own head and the electricity that seemed to rush to his brain. Vincent rubbed the weird screen- somehow able to feel everything that touched it as it was his face, and slowly walked out of the alley he had found himself in to take a weary look at the surrounding area.

The streets resembled his time, yet had tidbits of something older, having things he recognized from childhood like the old buildings of chicago mixing in with the newer, with places he didnt entirely expect- Like a very obvious sex hotel that seemed to have more people openly talking about it then the prudes in his hometown did.

He held onto the fedora when he began walking- something he didnt realize had carried over to his afterlife until he instinctively tilted it infront of his face despite it hiding nothing. Walking down the streets was as if he was alive, but he knew he wasnt. Not with the red hue and the blood and corpses that casually splattered across the roads and sidewalk.

As he walked, he listened to the chatter with interest. His keen hearing seemed to amplify in death, and he easily sook out any voice that seemed to speak of the world around him. Most chatter was proper, yet there was too many that felt too old and some felt wrong in how they spoke. A man holding a stack of papers, giving them off to anyone whod pay. He found himself walking to the man, grabbing a paper without a thought and reading through it with interest.

“Hey, ya gotta pay for that bitch.” The man with an.. Wolfish appearance, He was ugly, to say the least. It ticked him off- He was use to many people.. Complying with his ideas. Treating him with the respect he deserved. His smile faltered but he forced it to stay.

“Darling, do you know who i am?” He hissed out between his teeth, the anger seething in his electrical currents bouncing around his body. The man seemed to back up in fear in a way that delighted Vincent so much he cackled, moving forward.

“Oh, you dont know me. Oh, maybe you should guess. Whats my name, brat?”

“I dont-” the wolf gasped

“Guess.” He growled with a smile stretching across his face. “Heres a hint: Starts with a V. ”

It was no surprise Vincent was in hell. Fear was addicting, ruining peoples lives to prove his power was something he’d done many times before. Finding that it was hell- a place without consequence for his evil- oh that was better then anything he would of expected.

He didnt know how he came up with the name Vox. It was a spur of the moment thought, when the man infront of him had to beg for his life. Finding out the hierarchy of hell was a treat, and learning he could gain power so easily- by being his.. Weird self.

So he began working.

Everyone in hell was gonna know his name, and he would take all the power he couldnt get in life, and nobody would stop him. He was going to be powerful enough that nobody would question him- his ability, his strength. He would take the painful electricity under his skin that only reminded him of dying and turn it into his power.

An interesting collection published in 2017 by Pushkin Press, 71-75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ. THE KING IN YELLOW was a volume first printed in 1895 and authored by Robert W. Chambers. No individual tale was called, THE KING IN YELLOW. The stories were complex, vauge and open to interpretation. Certainly Chambers himself was influenced in this work by 2 minor and nebulous tales previously written by Ambrose Bierce. The handsome cover of this particular book is a somewhat stylized and abstract take on the poster Chambers himself created to advertise his own book. The design and cover illustration was by Leo Nicholls. Chambers (1865-1933) attended art school in Paris and himself was a respected painter with more than a few salon exhibits. Chambers, who was American by birth and desended from a well to do New York family, turned to writing rather than art. Though he is best known today as a writer of horror fiction, he would eventually turn to romance-type fiction and became one of the most successful authors of the early twentieth century. Despite the general belief that Chambers' King in Yellow tales held a direct link to HPL's work, that is demonstrably untrue. Nonetheless Lovecraft respected Chambers' horror tales and mentions some of his characters and place names in passing in his own works. The idea that The King in Yellow was in fact Hastur and a standard character in the so-called, Cthulhu Mythos, is all August Derleth and ZERO Lovecraft. (Exhibit 477)

The Watsonian reason as to why Inigo, Severa, and Owain were chosen to get sent to fates by Anankos is so funny to me. Like the Doyelist reason is that they were the most popular Gen 2 kids, not including Lucina. But the reason Anakos chose those three is that he thought they would be able to blend into Fateslandia the best. Like he saw Inigo, Severa, and Owain and went "ah yes, the normal ones." The worst part is, Anankos isn't wrong, with the exception of Laurent, Kjelle, and maybe Noire (she's not any weirder then anyone else), they are the most normal of Gen 2.

Of course, this begs the question of who the worst options would be for Anankos to send to fates.

Characters who could easily replace the gang: The aforementioned Laurent, Kjelle, and Noire. Laurent collects useless tomes, Kjelle is an honorable knight, and Noire has mood swings. Nothing that would cause them to stand out too much.

Characters who could, but have a mount: Gerome and Cynthia. Gerome and Cynthia are in the same boat as the previous three, but they also have their mounts. Gerome, especially since Minerva is shown to be rather expressive. Outside of their mounts, Cynthia and Gerome would actually be quite solid picks for Anankos.

Only if scarifices are made: Lucina and Brady. If Lucina ditched Falchien, she could easily fly under the radar. Of course, she would never do that, so she would be running around Nohr with dragon slaying sword that is missing the batteries, and only she can use. Brady is a priest to Naga, a deity who doesn't exist in fates. If he stopped being a priest, he would have a few problems on account of his attitude, but nothing major.

They're going to need a damn good cover story: Yarne and Nah. A Taguel and a Manakette. I think Nah might have an easier time as no one ever questions Corrin about their Dragon heritage. Yarne, however, would have to explain why no records of rabbit-like beastkin exist. His cowardice is not doing him any favors.

Absolutely not: Morgan. Oh, my silly amnesiac child. At base, they are an amnesiac who was manipulated by an evil dragon who was also their parent. Depending on their parents, they can also be a Manakette like Nah or a Taguel like Yarne. They can also be Valmese, Yeilssian, or Plegian royalty. They can even be the desendant of Ike. Considering what allows the other royals to use dragon veins, Morgan could probably use them, no matter who their parents are. They are also one of the densest beings in Fire Emblem. They might be my baby, but in fates, they are a liability.

Bakers Dozen: Canon Ships I want to see in Star Trek Online

I love Star Trek Online, and one of my favorite features is the sheer number of ships you can fly from in the shows. From the 22nd century to the 32nd century, there are literally hundreds of choices. But there are still many canon starships I’ve have not had the chance to make poor finacial decisions for. So what better choice for the first round of Baker’s Dozen.

Here’s 12 canon Starships (and one honorable mention) I want in Star Trek Online.

Lets start with the Honorable mention:

The Consitution III Class

Picard Season III’s hero ship, the affectionatly dubbed NeoConnie bears the distiction of being both the Titan A and Enteprise G. Those who read my Enteprise F headcanon also encountered the USS Riptide, an early command of my Captain. Why then is she only an honorable mention? Because the developers have already announced they are working on her. *sighs* shes gonna be a promo ships isn’t she?

1. The Federation Class 

First appearing in Franz Joseph's Technical Manual, this design first appeared on screen as background display’s in The Wrath of Khan and The Search for Spock. More recently, Star Trek Picard saw model’s of this legendary starship in Ten Forward, alonside ships such as voyager and Enterprise D. Considering my flagship is a Gal-X, this would be a wonderful predecessor. Plus TOS ships are always welsome

2. The Romulan Bomber

In Picard Season 1 we were introduced to the Romulan ships with this beauty. An elegant design with blade like wings, it instantly caught my heart. Instantly recogniable as a Romulan vessel while being a new and distinctive shape, it was a perfect evolution of what came before.More Romulan rep is always appreciated. C-Store? Please?

3.The Niagra Class

One of my favorite ships in all of Star Trek, the Niagra class is a three nacelled cruiser blending elements of the ambassador and galaxy lines. Perhaps uniquely, the third nacelle is underslung. She has only appeared as wreckage, most notably the USS Princeton, lost at the Battle of Wolf 359, nut several other STO ships have the same origin. The Cheyenne and New Orleans both come from the same boneyard fleet. Also a updated Princeton Class to match the Lafeyette and Andromeda would be gorgeous.

4. Lower Decks BackGround Ship

This unamed Ship class from Lower Decks is beggin for someone to realize her full potential, maybe a desendant of the Crossfeild Class? I loved her from the moment I saw her, and desperatly want to know more.

5.The Yeager Class

No this is not a meme, its one of my favorite background ships. She has an isane amount of screentime, as shes in stock footage used alot in DS9. She served throughout the Dominion War. Why the weird hull? In my headcanon, she was built as a proof of concept for a tactical sister class to the Intrepid. (This will eventually be a full headcanon post). Once she proved succesful (for what she was), the go ahead was given to desgin a production version with a properly designed secondary hull. The outbreak of hostilities saw the Yeagar pushed into service, as she was a fully combat capable vessel. Also, the amazing Pundus already designed the 2412 variant. 

6.The Mayflower class

A ship from the Kelvin timeline, the namesake of this ADORABLE starship was lost at the Battle of Vulcan in 2258. We need more Kelvin ships, and it is a crime this sweet gal isn’t in game already.

7.The Duderstadt class

You knew. I knew. The Pakleds knew. A modified Bill Krause design, much like the Titan/Enterprise herself, the USS Intrepid made a daring, intimidating, and awe inpiring debut in Star Trek Picard Season 3. Its rare to see a new ship so univserally loved today. But she deserves it. The only bad thing is she’s prolly gonna be the lockbox ships.

8.Jupp Class

This Gal appears waaayyy in the back of a DS9 episode according to the art deparment. Good enough for me. Shes a clear member of the refit family, and is an obvious choice to add to the Miranda/Clarke/Light Cruiser Frame. Always could use TMP rep

9. The Intrepid Type

Really? This isn’t in game already? How?!? Please? Enterpise Era Rep? I haven’t even watched Enterprise yet (oops) and I know this ship!

10.Springfeild Class

Another ship lost at Wolf 359, common, pretty small science ship? Complete the fleet? It could literally be the Chekov class.

11.Curry Class

This class appears in Deep Space 9, and features tow variants with different Nacelles arrangements. TMP Carrier anyone?

12. Block 2 Constitution Class (Kelvin Timeline)

I just want to talk. Its been 7 years since this beautiful ships arrived, and theres no offical models, and no STO Release...WWWHWHHHHYYYYY????

I love this ship. Its my favorite lettered Enteprise. I need her. Shes the only canon Enterprise besides the G not in game, and they’re working on the G. Best design in the Kelvin Timeline, and we don’t have her. I would totally spend stupid money on her, but I can’t.

Please STO, show mercy.

idea for a story i had i cant quite get out my mind bear with me this is long

it revolves mainly around a group of cavers sent to explore a very deep cave by local authorities, the man that is said to oversee the expedition (from the official side) is young and overworked, desperate to prove himself as fit for the position his father placed him in

he meets with the group of cavers, between them he bonds specifically with the leader, a man in his mid thirties who really saw how tired and anxious he was and who spent what little time they had in private telling him wonderfull stories about previous dives like fairytales. the young man is really touched by his passion and is determined to help him from his side as much as possible.

the group was large, but only one other person caught the mans attention, a man only slightly older than himself that seemed really close with the captain, he heard one of the other men in the group whisper that he was the newest addition to the group and that this would be his first big mission

the other young man was nervous but exited and he clings to the olders arm when possible.

he sees them desend into the darkness togheter as the first ones of the group.

the story would follow 2 pov, out og office boy and the caver boy going one day at a time.

very quickly communication with the team below becomes difficult, the setting in my mind is not truly modern, i imagine theyll be doing their best to set up cables from the entrance to the cave to get direct communication.

during the office boy (he doesnt have a name sorry) segments hed be stressing over the whole thing, the consensus on the surface is that the expedition should be called off. what little information they get from below paints an incresitly worrying picture and office boy becomes very quickly overwhelmed by it all, his father presures him quite a bit too.

every time he goes to sleep the story switches povs.

the cavers seem to be doing fine actually! sure the issues w comunication are a bummer but theyre making good progress and everyones chilling! here we would get to see the relationship betwen cave boy and the captian, a sortan mentor/student bond, almost like father and son.

most of the worrying things said trhough comms seem like horible misundersteandings here. "we're runnning low on food' cut out right before they could explain how they found lots of edible mushrooms growing in the walls.

meanwhile in the surface, after comms cut out completly, the team below is presumed dead by everyone but office boy whos very clearly hanging all his self worth on this going right and seems to belive he knows every man on that team better than everyone else.

he talks with the mens families, particularly the captains. his wife doesnt seem to fond of him and neither do his children, the man they describe is far from the one that so sweetly told office boy all the wonderfull things about his life and his team, far too from the loving man we've seen from cave boys povs

that same night the divers find fresh water on a stream below the ground, they eat while laughing and joking with each other, not tired from thier jurney at all.

he talks with cave boys family next, his brother seems to not like him too much either, he talks about the captain with disgust too, calling him a cheater and a horrible influence, and implies a lot of things that office boy actively ignores

as he finds out more about these men, their issues with each other and the other people in their lives and how they really where beyond the smile they showed him (their superior mind you) things in the cave seem to get better and better before it becomes abuntantly clear to the audience that we never saw the pov of the cavers, and all that storyline was office boys daydreams based completely in the embelished stories the captain told him before going

he never knew cave boy, but he placed himself in his shoes anyways. he saw a split second of what he thought was a mentor/student dinamic and ran with it, HE wished he could have simply gone down into the cave instead of dealing w his current life, HE wished he could be guided by a man as seemingly patient and loving as the captain

so he ignored all the sppl telling stories of him having been cruel to his team members, negletfull towards his children, unloving towards his wife.

he wanted to be cave boy, who carried himself with confidence despite his busted shoes, who so casually talked to the captain like knew each other as more than just coworkers, he wanted to be that guy that would look just like him if you where to iron his shirt and comb his hair

he still lies to himself about this for a while longer, he argues with his peers about this all being true like he himself was there to know. it becomes clear to everyone around him,specially his father, that hes lost his mind.

meanwhile in "the cave" the teams finds everything they conviniently would ever need, the dreams becoming shameless self indulgence for a man whose life is falling apart

finally cave boys brother one day shares with him ( who has been obssesibly calling him as mcuh as he can) that he suspected his brother was having an afair with the captain. this of course makes out insane office boy really mad, he tries to argues about the lives of strangers hes never truly met with someone that shared a house wiht one of them. the brother refuses to talk to him after that

the team at the cave sleep in comfortable beds made of soft moss in a spacious cave softly illuminated by undiscovered mushrooms while office boy falls asleep at his desk

he gets fired,of couse and in my head this ends with him killinh himself but idk about that i think itll make sense but idlkkk
