Typical Behaviors: Nines are easygoing, agreeable, and often go along with others' preferences. They seek to maintain harmony and may merge with others' opinions.
Wing 8 (9w8): The Referee
Eights bring a stronger assertiveness and a desire for power to Nines. They may be more willing to stand up for themselves and others and may have a stronger sense of individuality.
Wing 1 (9w1): The Dreamer
Ones bring a sense of responsibility and a desire for order to Nines. They may strive for personal improvement and may have higher standards for themselves and their relationships.
Remember that individuals may vary within each type, and the wings offer additional dimensions to their core motivations. The Enneagram system is a tool for self-awareness and personal growth, helping individuals understand their patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving.
Stay tune for Enneagram posts.

CRITICAL ROLE: BELL'S HELLS (2021–) ENNEAGRAM TYPES ★
Imogen – Type 6(w5): The Guardian
Sixes are hard-working, responsible, and trustworthy. They foresee problems and foster cooperation, but can also become anxious, defensive, and evasive. They can be cautious and indecisive, but also defiant, reactive, and rebellious. They typically have problems with self-doubt and suspicion. Sixes are the most loyal to their family and friends. They will hang on to relationships of all kinds far longer than most other types. Sixes are also loyal to beliefs, ideas, and systems – even to the belief that all authorities should be questioned or defied. Enneagram 6w5s are very loyal people who value clarity and honesty. They love to be surrounded by good people, and they appreciate having supportive and trusting relationships that can be their safe space.

decided to play a fun lil game on personality database of “what taylor swift songs are the same personality types as the hargreeves siblings” (it’s actually very easy to find, just search “(your myers briggs and enneagram type) taylor swift” on pdb to find out which taylor swift songs fit your personality type) but luther is actually typed as an isfj 1w2 on there which i mean, i can see it, he’s an isfj fs but his enneagram is more confusing. i can see him as a 1, but the main divide between the votes were between 1w2 and 6w7, which i could also see for him, so i found this article about how to differentiate between a 1 and a 6 and from reading it he is CLEARLY a 6w7, NOT 1w2. anyway right where you left me is an isfj 6w7 song and now i am crying.

Enneagram system
A rewrite/more in depth post of the Enneagram system compared to my last post on it. Not an expert. May change later.
If you like kpop and typology, check out my blog. I do type analysis on idols and typology notes.
___
What is Enneagram?
I mainly took notes from Riso Hudson theory.
A typology system that categorizes personalities into 9 different types. Each type is numbered from 1 - 9.
Each type has a desire and fear that motivates their actions in life.
Core and Wings
Core: Our main type. It is the foundation of our personality and does not change.
Wing: Acts as a complement to our core. Wing can be one of the two types that sit beside core type. E.g a core 2 can have a 1 wing (2w1) or 3 wing (2w3). But is not necessary to use since wings can change and/or can be balanced.
Levels of Development
Summary of healthy - unhealthy levels of personality
- Healthy levels -
Level 1: Liberation
Let go of self image so we are free to express ourselves however we want. Self acceptance of all traits.
Level 2: Pyschological Capacity
Begin to identify with positive qualities in our personalities and learn to improve ourselves with them.
Level 3: Social Value
Still strongly identify with our set self image and make effort to maintain image. Want to share our good talents and abilities to make a positive effect on self and others.
- Average levels -
Level 4: Imbalance/Social roles
Idealization of self image; have a major focus on either good or bad qualities, no in between. Fear is an obstacle here.
Level 5: Interpersonal Control
Insist on self image being accepted by others, which can cause conflict. Can lead to controlling and manipulation.
Level 6: Overcompensation
Overcompensate due to underlying negative feelings. Desperate for others' acceptance.
- Unhealthy levels -
Level 7: Violation
Desperation for acceptance leads to violation of one's self and others. Serious conflict can occur. May victimize themselves to excuse offensive actions.
Level 8: Obsession and Compulsion
May be overly obsessed with an image of who they want to be. Deceives others
Level 9: Pathological Destructiveness
Most unhealthy state, display very toxic traits and behaviours, may have mental breakdown
Disintegration vs Integration
Or basically Stress vs Growth
Disintegration: When under heavy amounts of stress, a type will go into their disintegration type. They will pick up the negative traits of that type and act like the unhealthy version of it.
Integration: When maturing/developing positively, a type will go their integration type. They will pick up the positive traits of that type and improve their character.
___
* I will only give short descriptions for the triads. I will explain more in depth in individual posts.*
Centers of Intelligence
There are 3 centers of intelligence. Each center shows how and why we solve issues in life.
Gut/Instinct/Anger (types 1, 8, 9)
Gut center focuses on reacting and taking action immediately. This triad has an issue with control and anger.
1: Often perfectionists who repress their anger in order to remain morally good. They see their anger in a negative light.
8: The most open and comfortable with their anger. Uses it to assert boundaries, especially since this type fears vulnerability.
9: Often a passive type that dismisses or downplays their anger. They fear conflict and may worry being more assertive will cause a negative effect on themselves and others.
Heart/Image/Shame (types 2, 3, 4)
Heart center focuses on self identity and connections. This triad wants love and recognition and do what they believe is best to get that. They struggle with self worth.
2: They want to be needed and helpful to others. Pride themselves on being of service. Wants to receive love and to give love.
3: The most image oriented type. They always try to show their best selves and best efforts in order to seem admirable. Fears being worthless.
4: Wants to create a unique image for themselves, believes being boring will make them unloveable.
Head/Thinking/Fear (types 5, 6, 7)
Head center focuses on ideas, making rational decisions, and gathering info. This triad deals with fear and uncertainty.
5: The most internalized head type. 5's want to gather as much knowledge and resources as possible in order to stay secure and independent.
6: Quite an anxious type who seeks security through relations with others.
7: This type fears pain and suffering and seek out experiences in order to avoid negativity.
___
Other triads
- Harmonic Triads -
How types handle conflict, coping mechanism
Reactive (4, 6, 8)
Reactive types are not afraid to show and speak about their true feelings. They may seem "dramatic" in a way.
4: Melodramatic and self absorbed in negative feelings, drowns in intensity
6: Will argue, stick up for the right thing, moody, anxious
8: Big and loud reactions, can be very fiery
Positive (2, 7, 9)
Positive types dislike negativity and conflict and have their own ways of avoiding such tension. Optimistic during hard times.
2: Actively tries to be a good and kind person, only tries to focus on the good aspects of people
7: Seeks out fun opportunities to make their life exciting (basically distraction)
9: Values harmony and peace, will not risk any type of action that will disturb these values
Competency (1, 3, 5)
Competent types are often perfectionists who want to show their best selves. Objective and rational.
1: Strives to be correct and right, wants to be precise in what they do
3: Represses softer emotions to keep up a certain image, thrives with work/passions so they can be the best at what they do
5: Detached from feelings to remain logical and objective, knowledge seeking
- Hornevian Triads -
Relationships with others, how they get what they want
Assertive (3, 7, 8)
Assertive types go against people to get what they want. Do not back down easily, can seem aggressive and forceful.
3: Pushes through obstacles for achievements, goal oriented
7: Asserts their right to have fun, refuse to be restricted
8: Asserts power and strength, places boundaries
Withdrawn (4, 5, 9)
Withdrawn types are very internalized and do not show their needs openly. Deals with things alone.
4: Feels something is wrong with them internally, feels misunderstood
5: Detached from others as to not drain their own energy, will figure it out themselves
9: Introspective, lets life happen
Compliant (1, 2, 6)
Compliant work with people to get what they want. Builds relationships for security, wants to be helpful to others.
1: Doing the right thing instead of one's own wants
2: Focus on other's needs more instead of self
6: Tries to build a safe and secure environment by getting ppl to work together
- Object Relations -
How we are affected by others, our own affect on others, how we react to personal wounds
Attachment (3, 6, 9)
Seek out bonds and companionships for particular reasons. Individuality vs adaptation.
3: Changes their image to suit whoever they are with in order to meet expectations
6: Creates support systems to help with their self doubt and indecisiveness
9: Adapts to the energy of the environment to keep harmony
Frustration (1, 4, 7)
Triad gets frustrated when their needs aren't met.
1: Has a need to improve every little imperfection they find
4: Dislikes shallowness, longs for depth and complexity
7: Not enjoying experiences, not feeling fulfilled
Rejection (2, 5, 8)
Their own needs feel unimportant to others, so they reject their own needs as well.
2: Rejects the need to receive love and guidance, instead focuses on connecting with others and helping them.
5: Ignores and minimizes all their needs, offers knowledge and expertise in some hope of being acknowledged for their intelligence.
8: Rejects by being never putting their guard down, wanting to appear strong and as the protector of others.
___
Subtypes
Claudio Naranjo theory
There are three subtypes/instinctual variants that show our drive in life. There are 27 different subtypes in total.
Self Preservation (Sp)
Focuses on physical safety and security. Our physical health, financial security, obligations, and comforts.
Sexual/One - on - one (Sx)
Wants intensity and deep connections, one on one relationships are preferred.
Social (So)
Prefers to be in a community, wants to create good connections and bonds with others. Socially aware, focus on group goals and contributions.
___
Tritype
Katherine Fauvre theory
A minor but still interesting piece of Enneagram. Tritype is formed of your 3 dominant types from each center. The first number will always be your core, followed by your other 2 dominant types.
E.g 369. 3 = core, heart. 6 = head. 9 = gut.

The Enneagram of Divine Forms — Point 6: The Adventurer
Total lack of faith in themselves, in other human beings, and in God
Thinks they are completely lost and alone in the world
For them it is hard to believe in the goodness of humanity, and also in their own goodness
Profoundly distrustful of God, humankind and even the world, and in a very deep sense, distrustful of the goodness of their own ability
Constant superstition and neurotic paranoia of being persecuted, misled, lied to, and even more
General attitudes of fear and stress, which gives them the outward appearance of being a ‘nervous wreck’
Because of this constant distrust, suspicion and fear, every single event or situation becomes an adventure of major proportions
Ego-delusion: that they are engaging in dangerous and fearful situations in which they are being used and exploited; because they have no faith in themselves, they have a cowardly attitude, think that their ongoing fear and stress become manifested by their suspiciousness and by their hostile outbursts and constant shortcomings, always being insecure and not knowing if they are choosing the best and the right path or situation; cowardice, they see everything across with exaggerated fear
Cynical point of view that everybody is actually moved only by self-interest and self-gratification
Internally very weak without any faith in themselves
Extremely inconsequential, inconsistent and capable of changing positions and points of view without warning
Applying their specific cynicism to their lack of consistency and consequence
Projection of believing they are useless in relation to their siblings or the world, which provokes tension in them
Passion of fear: passionately promote an internal state of fear by being distrustful and by believing they are in constant imminent danger
Striving and pushing on one side, lazy and indifferent on the other
Projection: their primary defense mechanism, by which unacceptable thinking, fears or behavior are rejected in themselves and projected onto another person, group, race or religion, without insight and acknowledgement of their own internal process
Self-defeating attitude
Assert to themselves: ‘I am responsible and relaxed’
Ego-reaction: become a libertine and an outgoing type of person to combat and hide their fear
Ego-justification: calculation, to accommodate their arguments for their own benefit
Uses panic in order to escape from situations that they cannot control
Agreeable on one side and overpowering on the other

Enneagram Types of the PJO original trio
These are the same in the books and the show but I'm going to use the show as evidence because things are more obvious in it (From an Enneagram 8w9, which is what everyone is typing Percy as)
Percy - Enneagram 6 - Desires stability
wants to belong
surrounds himself with people that he trusts (Grover, Sally, Luke)
lashes out at the people he doesn't trust (Annabeth, or even Nancy and Gabe)
a lot of people think he's an 8, but 8s are all about projecting strength, and if he were about that he would've got Annabeth back for using him in Capture the Flag because she made him look SO WEAK. When he chose her for the quest, he kept bringing up how she might betray him, aka she's a threat to his stability. Also, when he gets in trouble for pushing Nancy, he would've argued his way out of expulsion, but he holds back because he doesn't trust the school to understand
Grover - Enneagram 9 - Desires peace
always getting along with everyone
UM THE CONSENSUS SONG
very very empathetic
has wing 8 qualities because he is very protective of his friends
Annabeth - Enneagram 3 - Desires worthiness
"If we call for help, we're basically saying they made a mistake in choosing us." (Percy's response to this is also proof that he isn't an 8 bc he would've told her she was wrong instead of accepting that someone made a mistake)
has waited for a quest FOREVER because she has to prove herself to her mom, who has made her feel like she's unworthy of her attention and her praise, so Annabeth has to do all these things to get it
"the most formidable demigod child", she's worked VERY hard to build that reputation
used Percy to win Capture the Flag, once again proving herself as greater than she really thinks she is
If you need more proof, these numbers are all connected. In stress, 6s take on the negative traits of 3s, so Percy would become competitive ("I was thinking of pushing Nancy in the nearest dumpster."). In stress, 3s take on the negative traits of 9s, so Annabeth would become apathetic, which shows in her reaction to Percy suggesting they leave her hat at Medusa's. It's such a crucial situation and it's very stressful, so she doesn't say anything about it because she's afraid it will steer them away from her goal. In stress, 9s take on the negative traits of 6, so Grover becomes worrisome, which shows when he gets Percy in trouble and when Percy and Annabeth are arguing.
Anyway, those are just my thoughts :) <3

mbti/enneagram typing for @sevilemar
istp 5w6 sp/so 584
Tumblr media
enneagram: 5w6 sp/so 584
i notice that in most answers about your activities, you almost seem to view them as a "skill" that you collect, rather than something that you do solely for the enjoyment. you're also pretty aware of how these things help you, particularly in the future or in daily life.
for that reason, you likely have a 5 somewhere in your tritype. 5's like to "collect knowledge/information," which seems to match with your intent of collecting "skills." this is also why many 5's main desire is to be "competent" in the world, because they believe it will help them in the future or in life, as you describe.
this is also what differentiates you from a type 3. an enneagram 3 would try to be more "competent" in order to succeed by societal standards, but i don't see you as the type of person to want to climb that ladder. for instance, you say that you find yourself analyzing people bc it helps you with your wants (make life easier, don't hurt you), which seems to me that you don't really care about success, you do it for yourself (5w6 - somewhat focused on security). while it isn't the sole reason, this is why you have a higher valuation on sp than on so or even sx.
you also repeat a couple times that you find yourself pretty interested in self improvement. i don't think this is EXCLUSIVE to type 5's (which would be ironic- since there are people from each type that are interested in enneagram and self improvement), but again, i think your intentions speak a lot more to why you are a type 5.
as for your wing, it seems to me that you have a so6. in questions about leadership and work, you say that you don't like doing things harmful because you don't agree with the intentions to maximize profit. you also say that your leadership style is personal, and you like to get to know the people. plus, you say that you find yourself valuing efficiency in more social/professional settings. i think this description by haiki.es about social 6's puts it well:
"They tend to orient themselves toward duty and doing the right thing. They can be quite efficient and responsible."
your tritype seemed balanced with each type, so it was hard to point out what exact fixes you had. somewhere in there though, i see you might have an 8w7, as i notice with some of your descriptions on anger as well as your emphasize on having new experiences. the 7 is especially present, although i can't repeat it in your tritype (although this makes sense, as your are very thinking prominent). your 4 wasn't too big, but it was more seen than having a 3 or a 2 :p
mbti:
(link for anyone who needs help understanding cognitive functions!! + feel free to ask if confused)
for your mbti, you say that you learn from past, live in present, and are pretty much comfortable with future because it's "unpredictable."
this suggests that you have balanced sensory/intuitive functions, meaning they are placed in your aux/tert placements. the part about being comfortable with the future for the reason that it's unpredictable AND being pretty much comfortable with the past + present suggests to me that you are pretty balanced between si and se, so you are very sensory based.
something that solidified for me why you have ti is when you say that when you learn, you "put everything into [your] own categories and systems," and then "integrate it into what [you] already know." this is pretty much the defintion of ti.
the part about feeling stifled with set times/lists and liking structure, but not TOO much suggests that you have a lot of ti. also about how you disagree with rules, and might even break them if they don't align with your beliefs, means maybe even a slight more ti than you have si.
conclusion: ISTP
you are def very sensory based in general, so your si is mostly equal to your se. for that reason, since you have such a strong ti, i'd go with typing you as an ISTP (ti-se-ni-fe), which is the most likely. this also pretty much fits the vibe of your questoinnaire/answers!
if i type you by a crazier method, i'd say you are an ISTJ (ti-si-ne-fe) by a less commonly accepted/known way to structure mbti functions, since i think that you have higher si than ne. this is an unusual typing, since many think that two functions can't be back-to-back extroverted or introverted. also, this isn't the same as 99% ISTJ descriptions you find online, but i'll link some abt this specific type if it helps:

hiii. so. i'm a little trapped right now as far as writing goes - aka wholly unsure which of my two main projects to work on. and i've decided that after presenting my respective problems, i'm leaving my course of action up to all of you.
please read the propaganda before voting if possible!
EXPLANATIONS/PROPAGANDA.
terras town is about a girl, lev alvarez, who falls into a parallel world layered right under hers, and who needs to find a way back home before she brings her world crashing down alongside. however, lev's life back home is not going too well right now, and this goal rapidly starts to vanish as she deteriorates more and more into escapism in a world that carries no consequences for her.
pros of me working on this: this has been my main project since i was 15, i have it completely outlined and the characters are fully fleshed out and everything, i know how it all fits together and i'd kind of really love for it to be the first project i complete properly
cons of me working on this: structurally it's a bit fucked - it drags on in the same way for far too long, it has too much introspective activity and not enough external action, and the mc is totally severed from the wider plot surrounding her; thus risking a large part of the story not making sense until book 2 or (like i said) feeling repetitive as she simply does not engage with it. also it's a little cringe
good intentions is about the first academy in the saints-square built with the aim of anchoring cores (people who possess raw, explosive, very dangerous magic) to mages (an artificially created class of people who can siphon cores' magic into 'usable' forms), and more specifically about the experience of two girls (hess tiamaret & juve mizani) in the process. hess flat out refuses to become some rich girl's magical battery, and juve is very much keen on making her buckle and accept her 'help.' they're also both really fucking crazy and there's more to them but i'm still learning how to summarize their deal.
pros of me working on this: i think it runs a lot smoother than tt structurally, with a good balance of internal and external action; it's multiple person pov which is just v fun and also helps keep everyone involved in the wider plot, it has a more polished sense of character voice, juve is a low empathy love interest which ive always wanted to explore (i have a low empathy character in tt too but shes more of a minor character), if you like gideon the ninth vote this one
cons of me working on this: since it's a new wip i'm still not done plotting it, there's big worldbuilding gaps, and i have no idea how a lot of stuff ties together just yet (and potentially for a long while) so it'll take much longer to do. also everyone really does love tt, me included, so it feels a bit like a sell out.
some excerpts to help sway your mind either which way:

Frozen Enneagram
Anna - 2w1
Tumblr media
Anna cares a lot for the people around her, going out of her way to make others happy. Because of her two core, she is always seen interacting with others, she is always seen saving the day in one form or another. We often see this in her interactions with Elsa and her interactions with her kingdom- she is consistently seen wanting to make sure others are safe, sometimes at her own detriment. Her one wing gives her the strong desire to do what’s right, protecting Elsa, getting Kristoff a new sled, after losing his old one. Doing the “Next Right Thing” and destroying the dam, after discovering its origins. Because of Anna’s kind and helpful nature, however, others (Hans) sometimes try to take advantage of this for their own personal gain.
Elsa - 9w1
Tumblr media
Elsa, more than anything, wants peace with everyone, including herself. She struggles with confrontation, and runs away at the first sign of conflict, and struggles with this throughout the first movie- which is very typical of type 9s. Even in the second movie, she continues to struggle with confrontation, pushing Anna off on a boat, when she tries to present arguments. She does, however, seem better at this, and seems to face problems head on, instead of running away from them. Like her sister, she has a one wing, she wants to do the right thing, but to her, the right thing is separating herself from her environment, to protect them from her.
Kristoff - 6w5
Tumblr media
Until he meets Anna, Kristoff doesn’t have a lot of faith in the outside world- which makes sense. In his song, “Reindeers are Better than People”, he describes how untrustworthy people are, and how he only really trusts himself. He is self-reliant, not really trusting of Anna’s judgment (rightfully so), and struggles to come out of his shell. In the second movie, he is much healthier, and instead, sometimes questions his relationship with Anna, but still remains very loyal to her.
Olaf - 7w6
Tumblr media
Olaf wants nothing more than happiness, whether it’s through experiencing summer, or exploring new knowledge, he does everything to do so. He is trustworthy and optimistic, encapsulating all of Anna and Elsa’s best traits, and doesn’t like missing out on important things (like summer). Because of this, he often comes off as naive, and unable to read the room, but more often than not, means well.
