Darkthrone is a Norwegian extreme metal band from Kolbotn, Akershus. Formed in 1986 as a death metal band named Black Death, in 1991 Darkthrone embraced a black metal style influenced by Bathory and Celtic Frost and became one of the leading bands in the Norwegian black metal scene.

So much posting about why Shiv made the choice she did, but the way I see it...

Shiv couldn't crown Kendall for the same reason she could never crown Kendall. That fighting dog instinct. Roman stopped caring enough to hold his objection in his grief spiral, but Shiv never did. Being mad about Mencken, saying Kendall couldn't do it, even bringing up the dead kid? All just her trying to justify that instinctual refusal. Shiv was just as trapped in the cycle as the other two.

But maybe - maybe! - she thought for a moment she could bite the bullet to kill Matsson after his sudden but inevitable betrayal... Until she found out it was Tom. Because the thing is, Shiv can barely admit to herself much less anyone else that she loves her husband and doesn't want to lose him, but damn was she trying. And yeah, she can tell herself it was a move, pretend that there's power she can scrape together in the "CEO's wife and baby momma" role despite being her mother's daughter, but in reality?

Shiv wasn't gonna have it, and she couldn't trust Kendall or Tom to include her. But if she knifed Kendall, she could have Tom.

Update: I have my answer. More retaliation on behalf of Tom Cruise and the Church of Scientology. They've as good as told us that not only are they deeply involved over at Warner Bros, but that they DID sabotage Ezra Miller and The Flash and represent Zack Snyder. Also, there is a link to Musk.

part 24! still the same chapter, and still not done, but what did you expect? it's my lovelies.

to be honest i've always thought this seemed very... inconsistent. it's three high ranking adult soldiers that have been extensively trained ever since they were absolutely tiny children, are experts not only in using cursed gear but also both hiiragi and ichinose spellcraft, have worked together in a team for nine years and should be absolutely in sync vs. a bunch of recently thrown together, uncoordinated fifteen-year-olds, three of which barely know how their gear works and probably nothing about spells and mindfuckery.

was this detection ability ever brought up again? it's gotta be pretty neat for illusions! a whole weapon built around decoys is a little disadvantageous though, isn't it. as soon as they've got it figured out you're done.

but also... how do you take down bullets? like once again, they're bullets. how is anyone going to react to that? i know they can, we've seen it, but WHY. shinya's special skill confirmed: shooting in slowmotion

i do kind of get it though, because as seen in catastrophe he does kill humans with both the bullets themselves and the tigers they spawn. i'd imagine he wouldn't aim to kill them but instead also cause more of a decoy situation? it did make them break formation in the anime but i don't remember if it was the same in the manga.

on a serious note though, do we think mitsuba and shinoa could beat mito? with preparation, maybe, but i still doubt it with her physical enhancement, experience and the spellcraft.

not sure about kimizuki and yuu vs. guren though, because in melee raw power is pretty important, and they do have that. they would probably also be a little nervous though so there's that
