PONY DOKI!!

Finally able to share this one after days of losing motivation to finish it cuz I'm not used to drawing on PC! I always had an mlp au for the doki's for years now but never really got to draw them so here we are with Yuri! And I got lazy with the cutie marks skakaka not doing those

I have my own headcanons for mlp/fantasy horses in general and a some lore for the doki's in mlp universe so if you're interested in that 👇🏽

I headcanon that pegasi are a little smaller and have small "prey" bird wings (small birds like swallows, parrots, doves, etc.) and it's very rare for one to be born with big "raptor" wings (eagles, hawks) as those are usually reserved for the alicorns. The raptor winged are very strong flyers and generate very strong winds when they fly that they have to learn to control at a young age.

Yuri is a raptor winged. As a filly she was carefully taught and trained to control the air her wings generate. So careful in fact that she's known to be one of the most elegant flyers of clouds dale. Unlike Fluttershy, Yuri actually uses her wings a lot, mostly for flying high to reach bookshelves in libraries. Many ponies would quietly praise her for not stirring up the books everytime, and that her wings would actually dust off the books occasionally so she's a very welcome pony in the library.

She's also pretty tall for a pegasus, close to a unicorn build, because of that, even while walking, she's considered a very elegant mare.

Y’all! The city council for Kansas Missouri just introduced a resolution to make the city a sanctuary city for transgender people! This is fantastic because this could provide legal protection for trans people in Missouri who are receiving trans healthcare!

I know it’s not helpful for the trans people aren’t located near Kansas City, but this will still help protect a lot of transgender people and that’s an amazing first step!

are your rat sons rat sized after their mutation or person sized? somewhere in-between?

an excellent question! heres what im thinking:

so despite being exposed to the mutagen at exactly the same time as Splinter, i think it takes a few years for the boys to develop any physical signs of mutation (ie size or more humanoid proportions). instead they show more signs of mutation in their intelligence, rapidly developing skills in things like verbal (and non verbal) communication, problem-solving, recognition of themselves and the concept of other people, etc etc.

basically they mentally develop like wickedly smart and chaotic little human toddlers, but in only-slightly-bigger-than-average rat bodies, up until theyre about two or so. then they start getting growth spurts. (yes this is largely because drawing tiny rat babies clamoring over an entirely unfazed happy turtle papa fills my heart with endless joy)

around age four ish is when i think theyre approaching like clearly anthropomorphized 'oh that is a child' status. theyre much smaller than a human kid their age would be, and they face a lot of mishaps in which they learn the hard way they can no longer squeeze through every tiny gap in sight (donnie def gets stuck inside serval appliances).

around seven ish they also cant all fit on splinters back at the same time anymore :(

now, while this is very much an Alternate Universe and not really gonna be more than vaguely parallel to the '03 verse, it is born of the 03 verse, and one of my favorite things of '03 is how those boys feel like absolutely massive tanks of turtles that are in fact hilariously miniature whenever on screen next to any average sized human person. in a similar vein, no one in this house is getting even close to 6ft. short kings all around.

so the answer i suppose is, eventually, mostly human sized, just very short human sized!

wow... what a season. it feels weird to say that this little 6-episode side quest, in all of the 19 seasons of d20, is one of my favorites they've ever done but it just is. it had all the stakes and humor and drama that you could possibly want, all balanced with an incredible cast of players. the table chemistry was excellent, the characters were so perfectly themselves, the TROPES were OFF THE CHARTS!

i can't quite remember the last time i finished something and ached so sharply for there to be more. i just know I'm gonna be thinking about this one for a long time

I did it, I'm done!!! I finished what is probably one the coolest projects I have ever done and it turned out SO COOL, I'm so excited!!! Everyone come look at it cause I made a fucking killjoys shirt collection!!!

Everyone of the Fab Four got their own type of shirt that I think fits them and they're all the same concept (logo on the back, name in the front, most of the design in their color plus some smaller detail in another color that's kind of in their pallet (taken from their ray guns), words associated with the character) but the font and placement of the writing changes and all that and I really love that they obviously belong together but still look so different!

Also fun fact it took fucking FOREVER to paint Ghoul cause it's sooo many lines and painting lines takes so much time cause you can't just carefully draw a sharp edge and then quickly fill in the rest (like for example Jet's logo) because basically everything is edge! And the design for Kobra's name? Such a pain in the ass, there's so many sketches that were all scrapped. Like in total it took me maybe one and a half to two hours to come up with all of the designs, except for Kobra's stupid fucking name, I kept going back to it for literal weeks!! But honestly so worth it, it turned out exactly as I wanted and just all in all feels very Kobra to me

(As for the different shades of blue/green on Jet's and Ghoul's shirts... The shirts have been done for a while and were lying around my room without being folded or anything, so that's just folds and light reflections, the colors are actually very even)
