Day 4: Not able to squeeze in anything between end of shift, funeral visitation, and bedtime.
Day 5: 15 minute walk and light weight usage. Definitely starting to feel it in my back. That's exciting.

You guys 🥹🥹
My first goal in MFP was 139.5lbs because that just puts me at a normal BMI. Grain of salt and all with that stat but still. I’ve lost almost 30lbs you guys. I hit my first big goal. I can’t fucking believe it. I’ve never consistently lost weight beyond like 5-10lbs and now here I am… This is surreal!
The journey does continue too! I know I still want to lose fat and I’m guessing about 120lbs would look & feel good at my height, depending on how much muscle I have and all. That goal weight is much more arbitrary though.
But damn. I fucking did it. I hit a goal!!!!

It's kinda hard to tell but that first 4/16 is from 2022. Basically took a long break from the 2022 holidays until this past summer haha. But then I kept it going!

Day 210: Spirit Tracks Train (Redesigned) (Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks)
Okay, so like I promised a few days ago, I spent a decent chunk of today thinking about how to do the Spirit Tracks train Justice. The thing that bothers me about the original train’s design is the boiler and the wheel arrangement.
It’s charming in it’s own right, but I keep seeing it just tipping on it’s front and grinding the buffer beam into the rails anytime you slow down or go backwards. So I started looking into real life examples of 0-4-0 steam engines that might fit it better. Wales was the country to go to, it seems! I got a few really good examples that I combined together to make this engine! (I put their names in the Alt. text if you’re curious!)

I did 5 minutes with the weighted hula hoop
15 squats
3 reps of 12 for Knee Drivers
and 2 reps of 12 for Monster walks, bc my KNEE
my left knee started twinging and i was already lowkey rushing so i called it
im about to stretch for 15 and then start getting ready for bed
TOMORROW, imma only do hula hoop and squats and try to do the lower body exercises the day after so i can give my knee some time i think

Love your jedi healer au and now I can’t stop laughing at bb!anakin walking into walls because he’s new to the blindfold and not used to using the force to get around yet
(the only other healer anakin au post, but i did make it a tag because im still thinking about it)
baby anakin keeps ripping the blindfold off in anger to frown accusingly up at his new jedi healer master because this SUCKS (he feels so much in the force even as a baby that if he lets himself go, he feels too much of the things around him that it makes it harder to see than it would for a normal jedi)
So basically for a few months his jedi healer master just walks behind him constantly to gently steer him out of the way of oncoming, stationary objects and also keep the blindfold around his eyes
(Bb anakin, thinking he’s being clever and pushing it up so he can see the droid parts in front of him so he can put them together faster: hehehehe

Bb Anakin: oh COME ON!!!! You can’t even see me!!
Vokara Che later in the break room with all the other healers: and then I told him I could see everything and anything he does through the force which guides me, but really he giggles whenever he thinks he’s being sneaky)

no one hates Kevin James as much as he seems to hate himself. the Paul Blart movies are written BY him! they are both just 1.5hrs of belittling his own real, human body! a body that, honestly, is not even that fat. like i wouldn't really give a dude that size a second thought, but Mr. James puts on clothes 1-2 sizes too small and then writes hours of jokes about disgusting and vile he is. that man is not doing well.

Thinking about how my fine motor skills/manual dexterity are fairly good (relatively fast touch typist, ok at many types of art, envied by peers for my onion-dicing abilities) but my gross motor skills & proprioception are less good and feel significantly degraded by joint problems with EDS (historically bad at sports, often knock things over especially when using a cane, was horrible at throwing/catching objects until Something Changed in 2019). World's least graceful artist
