TDIOBCB challenge - day 1:

holding hands Aegon and Daenaera

One of the prominent nuptials in this succession of matrimonial events, aside from the marriage of Princess Rhaena and Prince Daeron, was the significant union of the adored eldest children, Aegon, colloquially referred to as the Golden Prince - due to the colour of the cloak that he often wore when he was a child - with Lady Daenaera Velaryon, the daughter of the deceased Lady Laena, the dearest companion of the Queen. This auspicious ceremony took place in the year 136 AC and held considerable significance. To mark this extraordinary occasion, the Queen opted to arrange a grandiose Royal ceremony surpassing any previous ones, summoning Lords and nobility from Westeros and other regions to attend the extravagant affair that would span over a week. Amidst the grandeur of the feast, individuals couldn't help but admire the stunning appearance of the newly married couple, who spent the entire event gleefully dancing and smiling, forgetting their surroundings in blissful oblivion. Hey guys. I'm leaving for now. (Vent)

i just feel like I need time for myself to heal and be able to do everything like I hoped for. I want to make fanifics, voice acting, animations, art, etc but I never had the motivation and time for it. Like how I gave up on the mini art event. Like how I didn't post a announcement yet like I hoped....it's just one announcement. It's just that I have a big plan for the future and I just don't know if I'm actually prepared for it as of right now sense I don't have the money or materials like I hoped for. So I'm waiting till I'm finally ready I mean I turn 18 in one year so I should be able to do at least something then like get into a college so I have some materials.

I really really want to make 2 specific projects I have in mind. One for my channel and one for our indie production channel we're still working on. One of the projects I have been working on sense middle school and one I have inspiration from smg4.

I just feel so disassociated from life and it's about time I do something about it.

So for now I'm temporarily leaving YouTube and Tumblr. Well I will still be on tumblr for awnsering questions and stuff like that I just won't post the stuff I usually would from all of this burn out and pain I have been going through. So yeah. I'll see you later doodle makers I gotta split.

P.S. (That's the most cringiest line I said but I'm keeping it)

Weekly Lore 7: The Academies and Schools - Part 1

Bravo has, in total, six grand Academies: the four Academies of Magic, and the Academies of War and of Law. Despite their name, they also have power inside the City's Council, all of the Grand-Maestros with voting power.

Beyond the Academies, there are also smaller schools, most of them focused on other subjects, directly related and supervised by the Academies. From all of them, the Academies of Healing and Necromancy are the oldest, with the Academy of Law being the youngest.

The Academies of Magic are, in general, pretty straightforward: the Academy of Healing focus on healing magic, and so on. They are responsible for the teaching of magic, mainly, but also for organizing and supervising the teaching of basic subjects like writing, reading, history and mathematics to all kids in Bravien territory under the age of thirteen, and then guide and council the non-mage children in finding and starting profession apprenticeships or into following their studies.

The schools are usually about subjects not directly connected to magic, like history, biology, farming, arts and economy, and all of them act as proxies for the basic teaching of children - mainly for a localization issue. As the Academies, they offer specializations about these subjects; since they are open to everyone, it is fairly common for children at the apprenticeship age to study in them alongside adults and elders that decided to specialize later. Some became teachers in the schools, others work in something related, others can use the new knowledge to complement their existing work.

The Vessels, Libraries and the schools of history are taken care of by the Academy of Necromancy. All schools spread throughout the outskirts are supervised and connected to the Academy of Transformation. Schools related to the natural world inside Bravo's walls, like biology and farming, are supervised by the Academy of Healing. The schools of politics and of economy are supervised by the Academy of Law, and all the others are under the wings of the Academy of Control.

This one is the first that I had to divide in two, mainly because the other two Academies have non-teaching and non-magic responsibilities. :D

The Chapter 1 Necromancer Side has, atm, 3400 words, plus 1k more of notes regarding its pacing and necessary information and choice points and so on. These last months, working in the census, walking so much and trying to find people, really took a toll on my mental space and energy for writing, and, being sincere, some weeks I could only manage these Weekly Lores (which, made me really happy that I could write something, even if simpler).

This job is at the end now, and with the end-of-the-year holidays, I hope to have more time to actually write and expand these notes. These last two weeks I already managed some advancement. Pray with me that I manage to finish at least the non-edited one in January???? (Sure, now to find another job, but hopefully it will be one that I have more control of job-time)

Also I'll eventually make a FanIF of The Evil Within, I was unable to run faster than the idea and now as I try to sleep bits and pieces of it constantly go around my mind so I have to at least put the notes down for the future help

the TUA camp counselor au i’ve been thinking of all day

(my only braincell rubbed two sticks together and made a whole idea)

AU/Headcanon where all the Hargreeves siblings (around age 16ish) get to go be counselors at a summer camp. and idk i might write a real fanific about it but whatever ( I did >>> link)

-Reginald has to go do shady alien business out of the country for 2 months, so he wants to sent the kids to a military style training camp

-Mom and Pogo “accidentally” send the kids to be camp counselors at a sleep-away camp so they can be regular teenagers

-the kids at the camp are like 8-12 ish

-all the siblings have different jobs/activities to lead and also have like a cabin group to watch over at night

-they also try to hide their powers and the umbrella academy stuff

-Luther is #stressed because they are disobeying dad, but is kinda excited to be in charge

-he leads a lot of the team sports and makes sure everyone is playing fair

-the little kids like to climb on him because he so strong and can throw them like 20 feet in the air

-he does not tolerate any bullying and can put the older kids in their place

- Diego thinks it’s stupid and doesn’t want to go, but he does like disobeying dad

- gets in trouble immediately for bringing like 10 knives to a children’s camp

- people think he’s cool tho, all the tween girls have a crush on him

- leads a lot of the independent sports, like archery and rock climbing

- Luther and Diego have the same cabin group of boys, which makes them argue a lot

-Luther takes the kids stargazing everynight

- Diego tries to start a secret fight club of 12 year old boys

- the camp owners daughter is kinda crazy and keeps trying to get diego to sneak out with her

-Allison is stoked to go to camp and talk to people who aren’t her siblings

-her cabin group of little girls thinks she the prettiest girl in the whole world

- she also shares her cabin group with the quiet girl who likes to read a lot

-they have girls night and do hair and paint each other’s nails

- she is in charge during wreck time and mostly just lets the kids do whatever

- when the kids act up she rumors them into chilling the fuck out

- the hiking counselor is a really nice boy and asks her to take a walk with him after dinner

- when they’re together Allison feels like a regular girl

- Luther isn’t sad about it

- Klaus is here to party

- all the movies say that summer camp is where you get fucked up

- he brings a shit ton of weed

- he gets put in charge of the art/craft table and he makes soooo many friendship bracelets (and burns himself with the hot glue gun, like a billion times)

- he teaches the little kids cuss words

-he also ditches a lot to go smoke/drink in the woods

- one of the lifeguards is really cute and giving off the vibes, so Klaus pretends to not know how to swim and starts fake drowning

- hunky lifeguard boy comes to save him and offers to give klaus one-on-one swimming lessons

- ....they don’t spend much time swimming

-Ben is ambivalent about camp because he doesn’t want anyone to see his stomach monster, but anything is better than staying at the academy all summer

- he forgot to bring extra clothes but he brought a whole duffel bag of books

- he doesn’t talk much and lets the kids do whatever while he reads on the sidelines

- the only time he raises his voice is when he enforces quiet time

- wears all of klaus’ rejected friendship bracelets

- has a massive crush on Allison’s cabinmate but is too shy to talk to her (until the last day)

- Klaus and Ben share a cabin group of boys

- they are the cool counselors who don’t care how late the kids stay up

- also they prank Luther and Diego’s cabin

- they are also the teens that the kids come to when they have personal problems

-at night Ben is in charge because Klaus keeps sneaking out for “swim lessons”

-Five would actually rather stay home than go to camp (as long as Reginald isn’t there)

-also Five is here because i say so (but he looks younger because a glandular problem or something)

- he gets a sunburn immediately and it never goes away

- he gets to be an admin assistant for the camp owner

- that means he gets to yell at people and he has a whistle, also he has access to the only coffee maker on camp

- basically he just runs around doing errands and telling his siblings to control their kids

- the other camp counselors sometimes mistake him for a camper and he goes off on them

- the kids are actually scared of Five (as they should be)

-Vanya’s just happy to be included guys

- but camp is #intimidating

- she has a couple different jobs but always gets steamrolled by the kids

- finally they make her equipment manager and she just has to sit by the equipment shed with a clip board all day

-Five comes to visit her and give her updates about their dumb ass siblings

-this other counselor is kinda a weird dude who keeps trying to hang out with her

- Five offers to beat him up for being creepy. Vanya says no, but then all the other siblings find out and offer to beat him up too.

-She shares a cabin group of girls with this girl from Texas who has horses back home

-Vanya is a horse girl so they hit it off like right away

-sometimes at night they hold hands and Vanya has some feelings about that

-Two months of camp go by and this place is falling apart at the seams

- the hargreeves’ are just too chaotic

- the boss lady of the camp is pissed

-it’s really sad when they have to go home

-but it’s the best summer they’ve ever had

-Reginald doesn’t find out for a while until the kids all start getting weird letters in the mail from other teens and kids

Been hella busy with real life these days, so I've decided to go through some old folders that are filled to the brim with equally old art. Really I was just browsing through them in order to find something to post since it's been so long and to prove I'm alive. That is until I came across a WIP that I had started at the beginning of this year depicting Yang holding a Maine Coon Cat. The story behind this is that I have been writing fanfiction on my down time (what little downtime I have these days anyway, it's been slow going with everything going on) just to save my sanity and give me something to do that wasn't related to work or... Work. Yeah that's all I seem to be doing these days. ugh... Anyway, Long story short, the fanific I'm writing is called The Cat Ate My Fries, (it's on AO3 if you're bored/curious) a quirky story of Yang finding cat at a Wendy's restaurant late at night that she named Wendel and the progression of how that led her to meet Blake. Well, Wendel (as if you can't tell already) is a Maine Coon and I initially started this WIP to show how big he would get once fully grown. Then as you can imagine, stuff happened and I ultimately shelved the project until it collected cobwebs and was nearly forgotten until I went folder diving looking for something to post. I'm happy to say that I found the sudden inspiration to pick up my drawing tablet and decided to finish it. :) In record time too which shocked me considering how long it's been since I've sat down and just drew. Needless to say I'm happy with how this turned out. Especially Wendel's squishy looking face even though my cat glared at me every time I mentioned it. I think he was just jealous I wasn't drawing him lol. I'll have to fix that I guess... Maybe tomorrow... I forgotten how good it feels to bring an idea to life. Take care everyone!
