May I please ask for Headcannons for the Scavengers finding a human child reader as a sole surviver damaged abandoned space ship?

(IDW1/MTMTE) Scavengers (Krok, Misfire, & Fulcrum) with a Human Child Reader as the only survivor on a space-ship:

Fulcrum

{He’d accompanied the group when they found a damaged space-ship and decided to take a look around. They didn’t find anything all that useful inside, nor did they find anybody... except you.}

{Fulcrum is actually the one to find you... after already finding a lot of deceased humans that he had to walk past.}

{You notice him pretty quickly, but by then, he’s already leaving to get back to the others—much to Fulcrum’s disgust, you’re following him and grab at him a couple of times—he seems to shiver every time you touch him.}

{The group decides to take you back to the WAP in the end, and Misfire wants to take you—who, is still right by Fulcrum and hugging his leg—despite him trying to move you, you just keep doing it. You don’t react that well to Misfire, and immediately move back to Fulcrum.}

{The decision is made to make Fulcrum over you- mainly since you seem to like him the most, and since it doesn’t seem like you really want to leave him—much to the mech’s horror.}

{He tries to give you anything you need. They don’t just have food on the ship that’s acceptable for humans, so whenever the group stops on a Planet, he has to try and find anything for you.}

{As time goes on, Fulcrum starts to realize that you really aren’t that bad, and does care for you, and enjoys taking care of you with the other Scav’s.}

{He’ll let you watch him work on whatever he may be doing at the moment, and sometimes bring you along for the little jobs he has to do around the ship.}

Misfire

{He wandered off in the abandoned space ship by himself, and immediately found you—in the corner, terrified. Not of him, but of everything else that had happened before the Scavengers showed up.}

{It had been half an hour since the others last saw Misfire—so when Fulcrum shows up to find his friend, he’s unpleasantly surprised to discover that he’s with a live human—which Misfire puts you so up close to him.}

{When the decision is made to keep you/take you, Misfire immediately decides to do it, before already taking you on a tour, and showing you to Grimlock.}

{There’s a lot of talking between the two of you, and bits of chaos that the two of you get into, as-well.}

{He doesn’t know too much about humans- so whenever you need something, like food, he just gathers a bunch with the other Scav’s, hoping that at least something will be edible.}

{You’ve got a caring Jet & his Dinobot buddy to watch over you, as well as the others.}

Krok

{He hears sobbing, and goes to the source—where he finds you, hugging the body of an older human who you sort of resemble—it must be a parent. And... he feels bad.}

{You hear him, and hurry over to him—just wanting somebody. He ends up picking you up and talking to you, while going to find the rest of his crew to get their input.}

{Krok is the mech that you stick with the most/watches over you the most, but you do still get watched over by the others—even if it took a little while for some of them. Krok is probably the best, though.}

{He tries his best to comfort you if you ever start talking about the others who died on the space-ship—he knows what it’s like to lose people close to him.}

{He can be protective over you- especially with how their typical adventures can go.}

{Food & water is a bit of a problem, but he tries to get enough edible stuff for you- and if you ever mention a favorite, he tries to get that.}

But I’m curious about something, how did Ingo react immediately after Akari got banished? I know when I played it I kept running from Cyllene and shouting for Ingo. Lots of Dad!Ingo fics mean you latch on quickly when one roleplays lmao

anyway. he doesn't actually know what happens, other than the sky's gone Bad, until he suddenly comes across Akari curled up in a ball and crying.

but, uh. Once he realizes!! he immediately brings akari to a safe place first and foremost. probably sneasler's den. and once she's asleep he makes his way to Jubilife. chews kamado out. goes back to akari. etc.

he is Very angry. but not angry enough that he doesn't make sure akari is safe, first.

Pre-OT - Cursed Noodle Vaderkin

Summary: After another reckless stunt, the Force is tired of Vader's antics and transforms him into a small dragon. It then put him on Ahsoka's path.

Era: At some point after RotS and Twilight of the Apprentice  

Characters: Darth Vader, Ahsoka Tano

Main tropes: Non consensual animal transformation (listen, i love that one), Kidnapping your fallen jedi master, Force shenanigans

Vader blinked. Or tried to. His current form did not seem to possess eyelids.

It did possess a passable set of lungs as well as six working limbs, which most people would have called an improvement. Vader did not. The sudden assault of smells, colors and heat confused his senses. Every few seconds he had to remind himself to breathe, the habit long lost in profit of going along the suit ventilator.

He had been walking in circles trying to get back to Coruscant after his last mission, only for the universe to try to stop him. First, his life support had broken under his opponent’s lightsaber blow. Then, the Jedi he had been chasing had escaped, helped by some rebels Vader had made sure would not come back. To top it all, as Vader wondered if he would die, the ventilator unable to provide crucial oxygen to his lungs, the Force had bent and twisted until it made him into this.

His reflection in water had not been much help determining his species. A porg-sized lizard of some kind, although it seemed to have wings. Vader barely attempted to move them. The additional limbs felt foreign in his mind.

Vader made another step, snarling at the branch who tripped him.

This place was filled with nothing but rats and porgs and banthas. That, and the ship he had seen landing in the distance. Vader was certain he could slither in and steal it. His current form may not have a thumb, but it would not be the first time he used the Force to pilote.

A convor dove at him, its claws scratching at Vader’s armor-scales. His wings raised by instinct as he hissed. The bird should have known better than to challenge a Sith Lord. Vader threw the Dark at it, intending to crush the impudent bird, only for his control to slip and the blow to overshoot. As it happened, all the convor felt was a breeze slightly disturbing its flight. It dove again.

Vader cursed as he slipped under a crevice. Something was wrong with the Force. He could feel it just fine, but his control was barely better than a youngling. It was as if all the midichlorians in his body had shifted. Which, looking at the paws clawing at the sandy earth of the crevice, wasn’t that far away from the truth.

“Morai?” a humanoid called.

Vader perked up. He knew that voice.

“Is anyone here?”

Memories of a young togruta laughing flashed in his mind.

Could it be…?

The convor dove again as soon as it saw Vader muzzle out of his hidhole. Vader scrambled back. That person was dead. It must have been his imagination.

Vader focused on the arrogant creature that dared make him his prey. It felt rather weird for a convor, the Light bending too unnaturally around the bird’s presence for it to not be Force Sensitive. Whenever Vader Force-pushed it, the blow dissipated before it ever reached the convor. His low control wasn’t enough to explain it.

Several seconds passed without the bird diving back at Vader’s crevice. Perhaps the accursed being had finally given up and chosen an easier meal. Tentatively, Vader dared one paw out. Boots blocked his way.

“Morai. What did you find?”

Vader scrambled back, only for fiery skin to descend on him. He definitely did not yelp as warm fingers slid beneath his belly to lift him up in the air. He bit the offending arm, but the stranger's hands held him strong.

“Ouch. You are quite a wild little one, aren’t you?” Ahsoka chuckled.

Vader stilled. His scales flattened as he bared his teeth against the truth. This sight should not be possible.

 Anakin Skywalker’s Apprentice was dead.

And yet, the buzzing bond between them whispered another true as two tattered threads reached for each other to mend. He hurried to pull back his side of the bond, but it slipped away from his grasp. Worse, their skin touching only strengthens the bond’s mending. Vader felt the moment they connected. A shiver ran down his skin as Light burned his inside. Simultaneously, Ahsoka’s eyes widened in recognition.

She held him up to her face level, lekkus twitching as she stared into what he knew must be golden eyes.

“Anakin?”

Plot Description:

The Force did not wish for its Son to suffer. It waited and waited, but Anakin stayed miserable under the Emperor’s thumb, barely attempting to escape. After Vader brushes with death, borderline voluntarily, the Force has enough. It calls to the rather Eldritch part within Anakin to transform him. Dragon-Vader is on the rather small side. He can be easily lifted and put on shoulders. As a Force-being, Vaderkin is very young, almost a baby. The dragon’s shape reflects that. Would it have been billions of years later, he would have been huge enough to wrap around a planet.

As per the Force terms, Vader cannot go back into human shape until he touches the light side or learns to balance properly the multiple facets of the Force. Dark and Light. Even then, he will never fully be human again, keeping draconic traits such as scales and wings. This might be of great interest to various pirates and slavers, or even to Palpatine whose apprentice suddenly became quite a bit more useful. 

Ahsoka is all too happy to see the crucial blow to the Empire through Vader’s disappearance, as well as to maybe, maybe get her Jedi-Master-turned-Sith-turned-small-dragon back. Now if only she can coax him onto the road of balance.

WRITING IN GENERAL (For those who don't want to die like Stormtroopers)

SlickWrite: Completely free; online. Checks grammar, punctuation, flow, and writing style according to different settings (including fiction writing).

ProWritingAid: [RECOMMENDED] One of the most thorough online proofreader I've ever used. Although when using a free account gives extremely thorough feedback, with +20 different in-depth reports, for only the first 500 words. However, you can earn a premium account license (for a year or for life) if you get 10 or 20 new users signing up for free; (if you wouldn't mind doing so using the link above and help me earn mine, please). The settings allow you to check your writing according to your needs, from general to formal to creative. It has a bonus that you can check depending on the genre you're writing. For example, in creative, you can choose romance or sci-fiction (there are 14 sub-genre in total). And just like google docs, you can share a document, and people can view, comment or edit it too.

LanguageTool: [RECOMMENDED] Another excellent proofreader. It also has a word limit in free accounts, but if you use the add-on for Google Docs, it counts each page as a new document, so hitting the word limit is nearly impossible. It helps you to rewrite a sentence (3 a day), even if it doesn't raise any flags; it's very useful for when your sentence is grammatically correct, but it doesn't feel quite right.

Grammarly, Hemingway Editor: No so great, but they do the basic job.

So I have a 3 monitor set up and decided I really wanted to make a Kallus-themed background. Originally it was going to have a more vaporwave, hand-drawn window pop-up feel, but ultimately I decided to make the fake UI elements fit more in line with the displays shown in canon

When aligned properly it goes (left to right);

Star destroyer + Ezra/Fulcrum's radio tower

Atollon-head Kallus + Fulcrum's broadcast device + the rock formation where Zeb and Kallus first duel

Aurora + Jedi Temple on Lothal

Why does Kallus have a fungi head? Because I love the Bendu. The Bendu is balance and the god of Enbies and I've got a lot of HCs that connect Kallus to him and 'walking in the middle'. It's also a nod to the tragedy that he ultimately gives Thrawn all he needs to find and destroy the rebel base on Atollon.

He has a love-hate relationship with Buddy’s powers.

Ratchet has seen plenty of humans in his time on Earth, but nothing compares to Buddy’s powers. He gets used to the web fluids rather quickly. It’s just another part of Buddy’s confusing anatomy that he has to remember that it exists.

“Buddy! What did I say about webbing things in the med bay?”--Ratchet

“Not to do it.”--Buddy

“And what did you do?”--Ratchet

“I webbed in the med bay. But in my defense I was left unsupervised.”--Buddy

“Hmm… and what do you have to say about this?”--Ratchet

“I was also left unsupervised?”--Drift

Ratchet doesn’t mind Buddy swinging from place to place. Saves everyone having to watch their step in the halls. But he has to have a talk to Buddy about the sudden drops and trick they like to do in the air. Too many mechs are coming to him and Rung about this.

“Buddy, you need to keep the stunts down for a bit.”

“Aww, c’mon Ratchet I’m watching where I’m going and I have my Spidey sense and reaction time to tell if there’s danger around.”--Buddy

“First of all, don’t rely on that ���Spidey sense’ all the time, use your eyes. Second, this is the fourth time this week that Tailgate’s gone to the med bay after seeing your little stunts.”--Ratchet

The first time Buddy showed him their webs, they had webbed a wrench 3 times their size and handed it him like it weighed nothing that was also how he found out about their strength.

Misfire

Misfire loves Buddy and their weird little ways!

He loves seeing Buddy swing around the WAP. Constantly egging them to do more complicated stunts and tricks. At first he found the web fluid gross, all for a couple of seconds. The first time he saw Buddy swinging he thought it was so cool and funny.

“Ready?”--Misfire

“Ready!”--Buddy

“Misfire did you drink my—”--Krok

Misfire has thrown Buddy at Fulcrum.

Fulcrum hates it. He reacts to Buddy the same way a cat reacts to cucumbers, even after getting used to Buddy on the ship, old habits die hard.

“Hey Fulcrum! Catch!”--Misfire

Krok and Spinister have to ban him from throwing Buddy after The Web Ball Incident.

We don’t talk about that one…

Misfire found out about Buddy’s strength the hard way.

The Wap had crash landed on a deserted planet.

Everything had been moved.

“Everyone okay?”--Krok

“Urgh…”--Crankcase

“Still here.”--Spinister

“Same with me, Grimsy, and Bud—wait where’s Buddy?”--Misfire

Grimlock getting lift a bit from the ground.

“Grimlock sorry in advance!”--Buddy

Buddy tossing Grimlock aside.

“I’m here!”--Buddy

“…”—all the Scavengers

“I didn’t know organics were that strong…”--Spinister

“Nah, that’s just how I am.”--Buddy

Misfire tried arm wrestling Buddy, but Krok has banned that after Misfire accidentally launched Buddy into the wall again.

And they just finished fixing that wall too…

He tries to train Buddy’s Spidey sense to sense when Krok was coming. So far, no luck, the training continues!

He loves lightly pressing on Buddy’s hands to see their claws show up like a cat.
