It's Valentine! That means... 😏
Snowbaird valentine event!
Thanks to @snowbaird-events and @burntblueberrywaffles and all the snowbaird server for this beautiful event! 😍
There are seven prompts and I decide to write some little short stories all in the same "au". There will be plenty of fluff, silliness and happy ending. Also, this is a fix-it. I will post even on ao3 in the collection and I will link the story at the end.
So, let's start!
Here is the first story
1. Valentine
The first time he heard this he thought he had misunderstood.
"... Valentine..."
He looks up from the newspaper he is reading and sees Lucy Gray and Tigris confabulating on the other side of the living room. They giggle, see that he is looking at them and turn away, covering their mouths with their hands and lowering their voices further.
I wonder what they are up to , thinks Coriolanus. He doesn't give it much thought, even though the male name pinched his ears uncomfortably, since it was Lucy Gray who pronounced it. With a lot of enthusiasm.
Mentally, he shrugs his shoulders. It must be a model from Tigris' new atelier or something. He has nothing to fear anyway.
Right?
***
He seems to hear it everywhere.
This time he went out, with Lucy Gray and Festus and Persephone. A nice double date.
He is coming back from the bathroom when he sees Lucy Gray half lying on the table, leaning towards Persephone and saying something to her with a bright, amused air.
"... Valentine..." it's that name again. His ears perk up and a shiver seizes him and he marches determinedly towards the table.
"What are you talking so cheerfully about?" he asks, smiling quietly.
Persephone chuckles and Lucy Gray returns to sit composed, resting her head on his shoulder.
"Nothing interesting, sweetheart," she replies to him, "Persephone was telling me that her parents will probably give her a cat for her birthday."
A cat named Valentine?
Coriolanus watches her, quiet. Something doesn't add up.
He realizes only later, when he goes with Festus to pay: Lucy Gray was acting. She was not authentic.
She is hiding something from him.
***
Even with Clemmy - even with Clemmy!
Lucy Gray stopped by the university after a morning of errands downtown and he caught her talking under her breath to Clemmy on the threshold of the chemistry room.
"... Valentine..."
Clemensia smiles and giggles, which is quite unusual for her.
"Good morning, girls," Coriolanus greets them, trying to smile but feeling his face get stuck in a paresis. He is starting to get irritated.
He doesn't like the excited glow in Lucy Gray's face.
Who the heck is this Valentine?!
Lucy Gray laughs and is already in his arms. She stands up on her toes and kisses him ardently.
Immediately Coriolanus calms down. Surely it cannot be anyone special if Lucy Gray continues to seek him out in this way, even in public, even when it would be better to avoid it.
***
Then suspicion sets in again when even Festus gets involved.
This time he catches them together. A very stupid thing, at the supermarket. He passed by almost by chance because of an unforeseen gap in university schedule to buy a treat for the evening, because he knows Lucy Gray loves them. And he has seen Lucy Gray and Festus so close that they almost brush against each other as they look at the pastry shelves.
Immediately a burning anger invades him and closes his stomach.
Really? Just what... Four months in the capital and Lucy Gray is already cheating on him with one of his friends? With his best friend?
And then he feels it again, as he is pinned down at the beginning of the lane, unable to advance towards them - and maybe it's just for the best, because right now he just feels pervaded by a murderous rage.
"... For Valentine..."
What is that, a code name? The name Lucy Gray calls Festus by in some moment of passion?!
The idea is so ridiculous that it almost distracts him, and then it is Festus who notices him.
He smiles like it's nothing, approaching him perhaps too quickly, leaving the cart behind.
"Coryo! Don't you have class with Gaul now?"
There it is, the admission of guilt. You wanted me to be busy, didn't you?
"She's absent," he replies, flatly. Lucy Gray emerges from behind his back.
"Isn't that an odd coincidence? I wanted to buy a treat for tonight and ran into Festus instead."
She's acting, too. Again.
Coriolanus merely looks at her and nods, without smiling.
“Then I think I'll go back to the university. I came for the same reason,” he replies, without any inflection in his tone of voice, and turns his back on them and leaves before either of them can retort.
***
It is the fourteenth of February and Coriolanus has spent a sleepless night, pondering in fevered fantasies whether to make a scene to Lucy Gray and leave her, whether to behave stoically and leave her before she can do so and face his own pain alone, or whether to go down on his knees and beg her forgiveness for whatever he may have done and, above all, for the return of his love.
Pathetic.
He gets out of bed because he has nothing else to do and goes through the bathroom to settle down. His expression is terrible. It's been so long since he's sulked with someone that he almost struggles to recognise himself.
Pathetic. And it's all that damn Valentine's fault.
He still finds it hard to believe that it's a nickname for Festus - by the way, does he have to say something to Persephone? Maybe she has some idea what's going on? Or is he going to come across as a paranoid lunatic?
(... But, on the other hand, Persephone might also be involved. Festus is too libertine to settle for a monogamous relationship, yet he is so happy with her. Surely there is something going on).
(Ok, now he's definitely losing his mind).
He goes back to his room and gets dressed, elegant as usual. In less than an hour he has to be at the university. He will think about his own heart problems when he gets home, assuming he can stand up all day after the sleepless night.
A delicious smell comes out of the kitchen. Something chocolatey. Perhaps Ma’ might have outdone herself...
When he enters, however, he finds only Lucy Gray and a gorgeous, huge heart-shaped cake on the table.
"Happy Valentine's Day!" she exclaims, jumping in excitement.
Coriolanus's heart sinks and begins to pound at the same instant. What does that mean?
He asks her, almost in despair.
"What does it mean?! "
Lucy Gray rounds the table and throws her arms around his neck. She kisses him and her mouth tastes like chocolate.
"It's a Covey tradition," she explains to him, "An old lost holiday. Valentine's Day, the fourteenth of February, the day of lovers. And it's customary to exchange chocolate treats."
The relief is so great that it almost makes him bend his knees. Coriolanus pulls her close to cling to her.
"So... In these weeks..." he murmurs.
Lucy Gray laughs and kisses him again, this time for longer.
"I was telling everyone about the tradition" she replies to him “I made sure Tigris took Grandma’am away this morning, with an excuse. I explained it to Percy so she could organize something for Festus and I told Clemmy so she would spread the word among the girls, at the university, to bring back the tradition. And finally, I asked Festus what your favorite chocolate dessert was and for help in choosing the ingredients”.
Coriolanus starts giggling, hysterical.
Hell! He was hysterical. All in his mind, as usual.
A celebration! Valentine's Day.
The celebration of lovers.
Only Lucy Gray could come up with something so absurd and romantic at the same time.
"Do you want to eat the cake?" asks Lucy Gray, after his outburst.
Coriolanus tilts his head, observing her.
"You said Tigris and Grandma’am aren't here, right?"
Lucy Gray widens her smile and Coriolanus kisses her again.
"I'll just taste the chocolate like this, for now," he tells her, taking her in his arms and pushing her towards the table, well away from the cake "And then, if there's time left over, we can eat the cake too."
Lucy Gray, in response, grabs him by the hair and pushes him back to her lips, squeezing her legs behind his back and trapping him against her.
Exactly in the one place he wants to stay for the rest of his life.

Moving Forward - Chapter 5
Chapter Five
First stake-out...
—————
She observes the young boy and hummed. She instructed Adrien to try and look around thinking that it might've been misplaced.
'I have a bad feeling about this. It's already bad that it's missing, but if my theory is right that it is in Ladybug's possession, we might be at a disadvantage.'
— previous chapter... —
Marinette was nervous. She doesn't know if she can pull it off.
She was currently crouching on a roof near the Agreste Mansion, waiting for any signal from the kwamis. She was already feeling a strain in her body due to wearing multiple miraculouses at once.
She was wearing the ladybug earrings, black cat ring, fox necklace, horse glasses, mouse pendant necklace. There was a slight change in the plan. She decided to do a stakeout in the middle of the night, that is why she also had a flashlight in hand.
If there are no open windows or any entrance to the atelier straight from the outside, she'll just create a portal. She was currently transformed as Multimouse. While the four kwamis searched around the mansion. After waiting a few minutes the four kwamis came back.
"Sorry bug, but all the windows are closed. And it can't be opened." Plagg said.
"But, the atelier is empty, Natalie is already sleeping and Gabriel as well. Their bedrooms are a bit far from the room." Tikki said.
Marinette thought about it. "Hey, Trixx. You think your illusions, can affect the security cameras inside the room if there is any?"
"Sure Kit. My powers are meant to be useful to you!" Trixx said.
Marinette nodded. She will need to divide into two, one to unify with Trixx for the illusion and another for Kaalki's teleportations.
"I hope this can work..." She mumbled before preparing to activate the mouse's special power.
"Multitude!" She activated the power and waited. She felt a slight change in her when she opened her eyes a copy of her is staring at her. She handed her the glasses.
"Mullo, Kaalki, unify!"
The gray, pink and black bodysuit was changed. The pink accents of her bodysuit were changed into a dark brown colour, while her mask was removed and the glasses act as her mask. Her ribbons in her Odango-style twin buns were changed from pink to dark brown. A horseshoe attached to the back.
"Mullo, Trixx, unify!"
He bodysuit turned into Multifox's look, all the pink accents on Multimouse become orange, and she has a white section on her chest similar as a result of the Fox miraculous influence. The pink section of her mask also becomes orange.
Multifox looked in the direction of the mansion, before grabbing the flute from her back and playing a song to activate the power. As short 'Mirage' and the illusions are up. The cameras will only see an empty room, and if the doors are opened they will see a dark empty room.
Multifox nodded to Multimare to open a portal.
"Voyage!"
She activated the power then a portal opened. They went through it to appear in the middle of the dark empty room.
"Mullo, Kaalki, divide." Multimare mumbled, releasing the Horse kwami. Multifox handed a small pouch that has food for the kwamis.
Multimouse is on guard duty, she needs to be on alert, while Multifox, Plagg and Tikki walk up to Mme Agreste's painting. Multifox pulls the painting to reveal a safe behind. She looked at Tikki who nodded before phasing through. Multifox flicked her flashlight 'on' once the safe's door opened.
She saw a picture of Mme Agreste, a book about Tibet, a ticket to Tibet, rolled-up pieces of old paper, and a shiny brooch, that is shaped like a peacock. The brooch has five segments. Its main colour is pale, light grayish blue-violet, while the crystals on the top of each segment are pink. The lower part has a silhouette body of a peacock as a single teardrop.
She had her jaw opened. Hawkmoth just leaves it here?! Wow... What a great keeper. She grabbed the brooch and clutched it in her left hand. Before grabbing the book about Tibet which only has words about their trip and nothing important.
She placed the book back, closed the safe then returned the painting back to normal. She then nodded to Multimouse, who immediately transformed back to Multimare, and opened a portal straight to her bedroom inside the dorm.
Kaalki was divided and handed a sugar cube to eat, before Multimouse and Multifox fused, leaving only Multifox.
"Mullo, divide."
Leaving her in a fox suit. She removed the illusion in M. Agreste's atelier before finally detransforming.
"Trixx, let's rest."
Finally leaving her in her pink athletic leggings and a cropped black shirt. She was still clutching the peacock miraculous in her left hand. She made sure she didn't leave anything. She had the pouch and the flashlight on the floor after getting dropped when Multimouse and Multifox fused back together.
She sat down on her desk chair with the disguised miracle box opened on the side of the table. The other kwamis flew towards her, while She was inspecting the miraculous.
"Tikki, I thought the Peacock Miraculous was broken?" Marinette asked while still inspecting the miraculous.
"Maybe Hawkmoth fixed it? He did have the Master Fu's tablet for a while..." Tikki reasoned out.
Since she basically stole the miraculous from Hawkmoth. She couldn't believe what was happening. One moment, she was alone fighting a magical terrorist that has two miraculouses that transforms themselves as Shadowmoth. Then suddenly, here she was, it was supposedly a stake-out only! Not a stealing stake-out! But... finders keeper, losers weepers!
Marinette sighed before attaching the brooch to her shirt and hoped for the best. the brooch changed into its new camouflage design, it was now rose gold in colour, from the five feather segments when it is charged to eight with pale pink crystals on the top of each segment, there was no design in the middle, leaving the brooch in a simple yet elegant look.
A dark blue ball of light popped out and swirled around her, after the light vanished a peacock-looking kwami appeared.
"Oooh! Hello! Huh?! Why do you have the other kwamis?! Who are you?!"
Some of the kwamis laughed at the new kwami's energetic personality, while Tikki and especially Plagg grumbled about how to keep the kwami in one place.
"Hello, Duusu," Marinette said then smiled at the confused kwami.
"I'm your Guardian, I have retrieved you from Shadowmoth's possession. I am sorry that I didn't get to retrieve Nooroo as well..." Marinette continued.
The peacock kwami gasped before nuzzling on the Guardian's cheek.
"Thank you! Oh if you could've seen him, his outfit was hideous! Poor, Nooroo! Please Guardian, save him as well!" Duusu exclaimed.
Marinette smiled, she removed the brooch to put it back in the Miracle Box. Duusu didn't get sucked into it since she had no intention to relinquish him, after placing it inside the designated area of the peacock miraculously, she opened the middle circle for the kwami once they want to return in the parallel universe inside the miracle box. She let the other kwamis talk to him, while she handles civilian duties.
She opened her website on her computer and replied to a few emails before responding to requested commissions.
Clara Nightingale is commissioning her for a set of four dresses that will be used for her brand new music video, that had a theme of stars, constellations, space etc.
It was a weird concept for her but decided to accept it, thinking it could be a challenge for her. She wrote a reply email then sent it to Clara before closing her computer and climbing up to her bed.
"I'm going to sleep, be careful okay? There's food in the other mini fridge for everyone, since someone's food is influencing the other's food." She said while giving a pointed stare at Plagg who had the audacity to look innocently at the young guardian.
"Goodnight, guys!" Marinette said in between her yawns.
A series of 'goodnights' was heard before Marinette finally drifted to sleep.
—————
"Is she asleep?"
"Yes, it's quite rare for her to catch sleep lately, I'm glad that this new change is giving her quite a good impact." Tikki said.
It was currently hard for Tikki's chosen. A Ladybug Miraculous holders are usually the leaders. Those personalities are needed to become a ladybug since they are the only ones who can purify an Akuma, cast a purifying spell, and with Tikki's creations of Lucky Charms, they needed to be a tactician and are aware of responsibilities.
She was proud of Marinette. Such a young child has a strong devotion to protecting the city while risking her life, but now the stakes are high for her. Hawkmoth is aware that the Ladybug heroine is the current Guardian of the Chinese Miracle Box.
If he manages to overthrow Ladybug he can gain access to the box, and the fact that her bug needed to repress her negative emotions down into the deepest voids of her soul after being targeted by countless akumas.
Tikki knew it was taking a toll on the young aspiring designer.
Being a superheroine that needs to battle akumas whenever and wherever is already hard enough. She needed excuses for her various disappearance every time there's an Akuma.
Having an emotional battle of trust and faiths between her and her former classmates, ever since the Liar appeared. It took everything in Tikki to not pop out of the designer's purse and chew the vixen herself.
Her series of achievements through various commissions by famous peoples in society.
And finally, this Guardianship that was handed to her during an unfortunate event. She lost her temporary heroes since their identities were exposed to Hawkmoth, the loss of her Mentor— Master Fu, and now the loss of her partner.
Tikki and even the other kwamis are curious about how she was still standing straight even though she was carrying a lot of responsibilities on her shoulders. The fate of Paris, France, the fate of the world, and the fate of everyone's reality by preventing Hawkmoth from achieving his goal, that can have a massive impact on reality due to how powerful miraculouses are.
"I am proud of your chosen, Tikki."
Wayzz said in a calm voice. "She took in the responsibility of being a heroine exchange for her time in her civilian life, and now, she chose to carry the heavy responsibility of a Guardian even though she can refuse it and pass it to someone else, leaving everything behind."
The other kwamis nodded at the wise turtle kwami's words. Tikki looked at them and smiled.
"I'm proud of my bug. She's a worthy ladybug and had shown how worthy she is despite her flaws. She made mistakes, but she chose to fix them. And now she's healing from the toxicity she had received in that place. Sleep well, Marinette..."

SakuAtsu AU tw // major character death
"Sakusa Kiyoomi, you'll always be my favorite view."
-
Traditional painter Sakusa Kiyoomi who only paints sceneries and cute animals, actually paints a portrait of someone for once. The reason why he didn't paint portraits of people is because he dislikes them (as obvious as it seems; it has also been years since he last painted a portait of someone).
When he found out that Atsumu's birthday is getting near, Sakusa started doing rough sketches of him and drafting. He worked on this piece for a month and finished a week before Atsumu's birthday.
"I guess it's fine to give him his birthday gift a day early..." Sakusa mutters to himself as he looks at his finished piece, happy with the results of the effort he put in for a month; he's excited to give his gift.
Two days before the birthday, Sakusa talks to Atsumu over the phone, telling him they should meet tomorrow for Sakusa's surprise.
"Omi, are ya watchin' the stars right now?"
"Yeah... the skies are clear tonight, so the view's nice."
"Night sceneries are your favorite, aren't they?"
"Mhmm," Sakusa leans on the window-frame, "I love them. They make me feel calm, and nights are more peaceful than the day."
Atsumu chuckles, "I agree with that, but my favorite view is better."
Sakusa raised a brow, "Yeah?"
"You shoyld ask me, Omi-omi!"
Sakusa rolls his eyes but laughs a little, "You're still so childish 'Tsum."
"Just ask me!"
"Fine," a small smile stays on Sakusa's lips, "What's your favorite view then?"
"It's you."
Moments of silence pass, before Sakusa speaks up again, "...You're not kidding?"
"I'm not, I'm serious."
"'Tsumu."
"Are you flustered right now, Omi-kun?"
"No, I'm not," Sakusa says despite the faint tint of pink spreading on his cheeks, "You always like to joke around like this."
"I told you, I'm not joking this time." Astumu's voice was calm, he's not laughing nor sound like he's smiling.
"...'Tsumu," Of course, Sakusa finds it weird, Atsumu being serious isn't an everyday thing, "Is there something wring?" He also finds it weird how silent Atsumu's background in the call is; there's no usual bantering from his twin in between, nor the sound of glasses clinking.
"'Course I am, Omi! I just miss ya-- since we haven't met in a week now."
Sakusa doesn't fight the smile that shapes his lips, "I miss you, too."
"Geez! Yer makin' my heart flutter too much."
Sakusa laughs softly and Atsumu chuckles, before they fall into silence.
"You should take a rest and sleep, Omi," Atsmu breaks the silence, "We'll see each other tomorrow."
"Okay," Sakusa looks at the waning mooon one last time before walking away from the window, "Good night, 'Tsum. See you tomorrow."
"Good night, Omi," Atsumu says softly, then a long pause before, "...see you."
The next morning comes; Sakusa wakes up to a text from Osamu, telling him that Atsumu can't make it for today's plan and he should come to the address that was attached in the message. What's odd is, Osamu was apologizing. Aside from that, the location attached on the message was a hospital's address.
Sakusa doesn't feel good with this.
The next thing Sakusa knows, he's in a hospital room and someone is crying-- no, not someone else, but he himself is. There's a painful feeling in his chest, certainly his heart stings. The cold tears that that stream down on his cheeks prickle, breath stuck in his throat along with his words.
"Why..." Sakusa turns away from the one who sleeps peacefully for an eternity on the hospital bed, from Atsumu, to face Osamu, "Why didn't any of you tell me?"
His voice trembles and cracks, a harsh breath after. Osamu flinches, seeing how Sakusa looks so hurt, and betrayed.
"How could I?" Osamu snaps, tears form on the corner of his eyes once again, "If you could've seen his face when he asked me not to tell you, how could I?"
Sakusa shuts his mouth, Osamu clenches his fists, "That was what he wanted... to spend the rest of his days ordinarily."
Osamu must be having it worse, Sakusa thought; Watching his own brother spend the rest of his days ordinarily and not being able to do anything-- he can't imagine how painful it must be.
Sakusa looks at Atsumu, who lays on the bed with a peaceful look on his face. Pain grows even more with the thought of not being able to see him smile again, and knowing that they won't ever see Atsumu open his eyes again.
"...Since when?"
"Four years ago," Osamu also looks at his brother.
"And we only met a year ago..."
"He knew you even before that," Osamu wipes his tears with the sleeve of his shirt, "He wouldn't stop talking about how he finds you pretty."
Osamu picks up of what Sakusa thinks a photo album from the table beside, "...He wanted to give this to you."
Sakusa accepts, but he doesn't open the photo albun, afraid of what the contents of it could be; he hugs it close to his chest instead.
"...I'll give you two a moment," Osamu turns to the door, "Just call if you ever need something."
As the door closes with a soft click, Sakusa takes the seat beside the bed, placing the album on his lap as he reacges for Atsumu's hand-- oh how Sakusa hopes to feel the warmth he longs for again --his hands trembling.
Cold. Atsumu's hand is, as Sakusa holds close.
Sakusa brings Atsumu's hand close to his lips, letting out a shaky breath as he looks at the peaceful look on Atsumu's face. Tears gather up again in the corner of his eyes, spilling down continuously onto his cheeks, "'Tsumu..."
He sucks in a sharp breath, there are a lot of things in his mind, questions he wishes to ask but are left unanswered, "Why?"
Sakusa holds onto Atsumu's hand tightly, and swallows a lump in his throat, "When you said we'll see each other today, did you mean it like this?"
Of course, there's no reply; not a teasing "Yer too serious, Omi!" with a laugh at the end-- nothing. Only silence.
That day, Sakusa continues to grieve. Everything seemed to blur, he lets his own feet take him to wherever, and ends up at his atelier.
Vivid memories of the times they spent together in this spacious yet messy room flood in Sakusa's mind; the cozy feeling whenever Astumu visits, the random things they talked about, the sunsets they have watched together, the accidental small touches when their hands or fingers brush each other, the matching mugs that Atsumu brought for them ever since he frequently visited.
It used to be so lonely, until Atsumu persistently welcomed himself here.
But now it's all lonely again, even feels lonelier than before.
-
Two weeks have passed, the burial was done and Sakusa went. He felt numb ever since, he barely went home and spent his nights in his atelier instead. He would find himself spacing out and staring at Atsumu's portrait.
Every time Sakusa realized he was looking, there would be a prickly feeling in his chest, a feeling of wanting to cry yet no tears were shed.
Tonight, Sakusa leans on the window-frame, looking at the night sky that's filled with countless of stars yet none of them shines brighter than Atsumu did.
The wind blows softly, Sakusa closed his eyes, and for a second he could've sworn he heard a gentle whisper of "Omi," or maybe it was from the memories he's holding onto.
Sakus opens his eyes slowly, he couldn't help but hope even just a little that he could see Atsumu again, but the first thing he saw was the photo album.
The photo album that he was given to, sits on Sakusa's wooden easel, the ray of moonlight shining down on it. He still hasn't opened it, he couldn't bring himself to.
"I guess it's time to open it, huh..." Sakusa whispers to himself as he reaches out to get the item, then placing it down on his lap and takes a deep breath.
When he opens the album, Sakusa starts to sniffle. As expected, they were photographs that Atsumu took with Sakusa. Most of the photos had something written (with Atsumu's messy penmanship) below them, the dates of when were the photos taken and short messages and notes.
Even though there were tears, Sakusa couldn't help but laugh at some of the photos and messages. There were random photos, like a fluffy stray cat glaring at Atsumu with a note below, "This cat still doesn't like me.... :(( so I only took a photo of it!"
Sakusa continues to look at the photos and read the notes under them, page by page, until there were only a few pages left. Those few pages were stuffed with Atsumu's unsent love letters for Sakusa.
He skims through the remaining pages, to check if those letters were the only ones left to look at. Sakusa's heart tinged with pain as he reaches the last page.
On the last page, was a photo of Sakusa smiling, and the note below it was written: "It's a shame, I can't admire your beauty until our hair turns gray. But,"
Sakusa doesn't feel numb anymore, emotions surge through his chest as he lets out a sob when he reads the last line:
"Sakusa Kiyoomi, you'll always be my favorite view."
--End.

CHAPTER 3
Author's POV
The sunny day was now a lukewarm summer evening, the first stars and especially the bright planets Venus and Jupiter were already shining in the evening sky. Small sparkles were visible in Diona's blue eyes as she looked up where you could see the brightest stars like Sirius.
Besides Greek and Roman mythology, she was just as interested in astrology. Every time, she found something that fascinated her all over again. No wonder that in many of the paintings she had drawn so far you could mostly see planets or the universe.
With her arms crossed,   she stood in her little garden when suddenly a cold breeze touched her body. She stroked her forearms a few times before going back into her atelie.
"Pretty cold, huh?"
She looked behind her when her father glanced at her with a huge smile. He put the tray on her  table and took a glass of water to hand it to her. Diona smiled back as she took it, as well as the medicine which he gave next. She took her  medicine, but hated that feeling.
"Dad, I don't want this anymore" ,she said with pinched brows after breaking the tablet in her   mouth and swallowing it. She couldn't take them any other way.
"I  know, my princess, I know." He stroked her head, kissing her forehead after which he pointed to the plate with noodles on the table.
"You're the best, thanks, Dad."
He  tried to wink at her, which just didn't work. They both started laughing when there was silence again after he had left. She hungrily  licked over her lips and immediately grabbed the fork on the table.
"Hmm" ,she nodded and stuffed more of the food into her mouth.
The Gorgone Medusa and Diona stared at each other as she stood in front of the painting with her brush in her hand and examined everything. Never before had her own work scared her as much as this one. She took a few  steps backwards and looked more closely at the canvas so that she could see better whether the proportions were right. She was very picky about her art commissions for the university. Everything had to be perfect, if it wasn't, she started it all over again, which Jongsuk could never understand, because he found it too bad after so much effort.
Beep.
The message made her music quieter for a brief moment. She ran towards the speakers and checked her display.
from kookie-monster95
Diona let out a loud sigh. There was something weird about this customer. She thought she was just getting screwed. That's why she hadn't read the first message completely yet. Unplugging the cable and her phone, she sat down at her desk to eat all the food. As she filled her empty stomach, she tapped on the received mail.
All right, I'll buy it for $2000. But I won't go any higher. Are you okay with that? Otherwise I'm looking for other artists.
The noodles got stuck in her throat, causing her to cough. Trying to breathe again, she immediately grabbed the sprite can and took three sips.
"TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS?!" ,was the first thing that came to her mind at that moment and that was exactly what she wrote back.
from diona7
Two thousand dollars??? This is a joke right?!
Sending it, she pulled down the tab each second to update the page. She noticed that this was the first time she had written so informally with somebody, although he or she only wanted to get a painting, like everyone else before.
But the person had actually replied.
from kookie-monster95
???
I  mean I know how extremely good looking the people are who should be painted and no money in the world can be enough for these beauties
and also that your works are among the best I've ever come across
but..
HOW CAN TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS NOT BE ENOUGH FOR YOU?
She slapped her own forehead.
from diona7
I didn't mean it that way. Isn't it a little too much? I'm not just doing it for money you know..
from kookie-monster95
Ah I see. You haven't read my first message completely or looked at the individual photos, have you?
She scratched the back of her head. What is he talking about? So she clicked on the e-mail from this morning and read it carefully.
It shouldn't be a normal painting, which only has to be copied from a photo. It should be a completely new painting made up from the beginning. Therefore I uploaded seven files. A concept should be invented, in which these seven figures should be. How they stand or sit is up to the artist. They should be drawn one hundred percent true to nature, their appearance just like in reality. No alienation.
The desired measurements and the files of which the person had spoken before had been given down below.
Well, the job sounded pretty heavy to her, according to the person's wishes. But drawing, painting, just art itself, was the one thing she would never fail in. For her, her artistic talent was the only gift that could help her achieve her goals. She knew she was never the best at school and had no self confidence, so she always distracted herself with her hobby.
The hd files were now downloaded and ready to be opened. She tapped on the first one.
Actually, she had thought that they would be female figures, because she still thought that "kookie-monster" was an old rich pedophile who was into hot women in short rabbit costumes.
But seeing that this was not the case, she licked her full lips without noticing as her brows went up. "Wow" ,she spoke in a soft voice and zoomed in more on the strange male face. "If the first person looks that good... what do the rest look like then?"
The boy was standing sideways to the camera, his chest a little visible, wearing a V-shaped top. Diona's eyes wandered along the chain he was wearing and stopped at his jawline. He had a very oval face with a pointy chin, his upper lips heart-shaped. His mouth was slightly open so that she could see his big teeth. Even if he was looking at her with a serious expression, you could still see a hint of a smile on his face. As if he could do that the best. He had a pointy nose, which looked so perfect in her eyes that you might think it was fake. He had a dark eye make-up, wearing dark grey contact lenses. Besides his pretty short eyelashes, he had thick and round eyebrows covered by his black hair, with a shine of purple in them. In conclusion; he looked like a little sunshine.
Impatiently, she opened the next one.
"Whoa."
The first thing that caught her attention was the unusual hair color. She started to smile as she mustered his whole face. The turquoise-blue straight hair of his pony was covering his entire right eye. A small part of his forehead was visible as well with his thin black eyebrows. The boy was a little thinner in the face than the first one, the cheekbones stood out more, this boy had a much more angular face shape. Under the tip of his nose she recognized a birthmark. While he was smiling, you could see his square mouth and small teeth. She found it adorable that he had such big ears and wore Gucci earrings. But the most beautiful thing on his face was his cat-shaped eyes. They reminded Diona of the eyes of a predatory cat. To be more precise, he had the same as from a desert lynx, as he had very dark and dense lower lashes, just like a eyeliner.
Without hesitation, she examined the third boy.
Obviously, she began to compare each of them and realized that he had a much lighter skin. Even if he smiled, it looked like a forced one. His purple colored hair covered his eyebrows, even his very small eyes. He wore an undercut and just looked like a gangster to her. But then, those full cheeks that she really wanted to squeeze them? He definitely was a mixture of sweet and dangerous. A rather big nose, but perfectly fitting to his face, thick lower lips and small teeth that were unbelievably white. All in all, she could tell from this boy's eyes how exhausted and listless he was.
Sliding with her finger to the right, she blinked at the next one.
So far, he was the tallest of them all. With his broad shoulders, he was standing in front of the camera, going through his gray stepped hair. Black eyebrows that were getting thicker outwards. As he smiled wide, his chubby cheeks and corners of his mouth became visible. Diona had to grin to herself while she looked at him. Quite full lips, the upper lip sticking out. In contrast to the previous ones, his big eyes were a little reddened, the drooping eyelids very strong. She didn't know what made her feel that way, but something inside her was saying that this man could wrap any girl in the world around his finger with a little rose between his lips and his flirtatious look.
" Ooh, okay?" ,Diona whispered as soon as she saw the next tall one. His appearance reminded her of that of a president. He had a very proud attitude, was as tall as the person before him. A white-beige jacket with black buttons, underneath a tight white T-shirt.  With his big hand, he ran through his platinum blonde mane. Pair of strands of his gelled hair fell on his forehead, giving him a sex appeal. He had wide nostrils and who would have thought it, pretty full lips too. A very dark eye make-up, his brown eyebrows perfectly plucked. If you took a closer look, you could see his little dimples, which already appeared with such a light smile.
"I've never seen anyone look so good with a side parting before!"
She tried to calm down, her heart couldn't take any more hot men like them, but she was way too curious. She stood up and went outside again. She made herself comfortable on her Hollywood swing by putting a pillow under her head and a blanket over her body. With her left foot, she stepped briefly on the floor to get momentum whereupon she also put her leg on the swing. She immediately unlocked her phone and stared first at two big dark brown button eyes. He was tilting his head to the right, crossing his thumb with his index finger with his right hand. It looked like a heart to Diona, but she wasn't quite sure. Between his thin upper lip and full lower lip, big white teeth that Diona zoomed into. She recognized his front teeth and had to think of those of bunnys.
His delightful smile painted one on her face as well. A giant "Awww", escaped her lips while she still couldn't get over that sweet face. Even less was she able to do it when she took a closer look at his hairstyle, which was called a bowl cut. She grinned wider and wider, zooming in on the black straight hair and his pony, which gave him this appeal of innocence.
"Oh, you little coconut head."
Diona pressed her fingers laterally between her teeth to gradually put an end to the stupid smile. But no chance as long as she watched him. Her gaze landed on the smile lines on his eyes and nose, which were conspicuous and perfectly matched his angular face.
Beep.
Her phone fell out of her hand and crashed to the ground after reading the sender's name. Wobbly, she got up to lift it up and hurriedly clicked on the message.
from kookie-monster95
So..what's the situation? ( ◠‿◠ )
from diona7
I'll do it, but it'll take a little longer for this one..
She played with the ends of her light brown hair as she waited for an answer. A habit of hers that reflected her nervousness. She walked in circles, checking her screen every second. The person usually answered so fast?
She was sure that they would answer her until she had cleaned up the atelier and packed all her stuff. Last but not least, she blew out the candles and was already in the house within a few seconds. Exhausted, she threw herself on her big round bed. She pulled the pillow away from under her belly and threw it to the ground in annoyance. She hoped her parents were already asleep before she reached for something under her bed. She felt the little bottle and grabbed it right in her hand, opening the lid of the champagne. After a few sips, her eyes closed against her will before she was trapped in her dream world.
5:55 a.m.
It was about time. Only one more glass was needed,
until his body, his heart, his soul were again possessed by rush, insanity and ecstasy.
The glasses were filled with wine, moving on the glass table with each bass, one of them already vibrating at the edge and about to fall down.
The electric guitars from the song boomed into his ears, followed by the drums, which fit together perfectly.
It wasn't long before the climax of the song arrived, the tension in his body growing every second.
His inner palm was now exactly where he would catch it, when ashort pause set in, the bass line suddenly stopped blasting.
And all of a sudden the music returned in fully - he caught the glass, threwing it against his dark grey wall.
He himself was the only one who could hear his sick laugh as he looked at the shards of glass spread throughout the room. As energetic as never before, he jumped back and forth, shook his head to match the beat as he danced in an incomparably way.
His spatial imagination deteriorated every second, but that was exactly what he loved.
With his burning tongue, he licked over his extremely full and wet lips, in front of his dark eyes stood a few glasses to be finished. Surely, only by him.
He took the deciding sip -
and entering from one moment to the next,
a sensation of hysteria and excitement arose within him, his abnormally fast beating heart becoming the only thing he could hear, not even the music anymore.
His previously raven-black hair.. now a shimmering silver-gray, incredibly shiny. His dark brown eyes.. discoloured to light blue. His beautiful, flawless face sparkled like a diamond.
The black pants and black leather jacket he was wearing had disappeared and been replaced.
In a loose white shirt, covering his naked torso, and fine beige trousers, he walked barefoot towards the round bed in front of him when his white aura illuminated every place he entered.
Apart from his urge for euphoria and agitation, his lust for fertility was now much stronger.
He blinked with his long eyelashes, watching the person lying in front of him. Long golden wavy hair, long thin legs, dainty upper body, the skin as light as his. Very gently, he turned her over so that her hidden face would become visible. When he saw those heavenly lips, you could hear a very loud tremor in the room. Immediately, the woman opened her eyes. The second he saw that turquoise colour, another loud quake followed. This time she cried out and abruptly held him by the collar.
"What's happening here? Where's that sound coming from?" ,she yelled into his face.
Roughly, he grabbed her by the wrist and put her hand on his left bare chest. "Those are my heartbeats."
When she looked away from her hand which touched his heated skin, and their eyes met again, it quaked again into her ears. So indescribably loud and strong, that every time it felt like everything was breaking down.
"Never before have I seen anything as breathtaking as you. Who are you?"
The woman took her hand away again. She had the feeling that if she had touched him a little longer, her skin would go up in flames.
She pointed at the plate next to him and hinted at the grapes in it. Deliberately, she licked her pink lips and waited impatiently.
The other heavenly beauty in front of her took a grape and held it close to her mouth. Before he placed the fruit between her lips and she licked his fingers, she whispered
                       "My name is Diona."
