I think we should appreciate more the fact that Asagiri made canon that drugging Chuuya takes away the use of his ability. Fifteen already did it a bit with the rat poison, but Storm Bringer really reinforced it with Chuuya struggling (and then failing) to deflect the bullets when the poison kicked in in the lab, Chuuya not being able to free himself from his torture, and literally:

The use of his ability is directly linked to his physical health/capacity to focus, and I for one would like to thank Asagiri for putting this juicy bit of material in canon.

Probably one of my fave things about CPC is the fact that Gwen genuinely isn’t conventionally attractive, she’s not just some girl who *gasp* wears glasses and has her hair in a ponytail or something X_X The amount of ”””ugly””” characters I’ve that seen that fall into that trope bruhhh. But as the comic goes on, like Frederick, you get used to her appearance and come to appreciate her as truly beautiful bc of who she is <3

Not mobility aid, but I do have a headcanon that one of the reasons why Sniper is always wearing his aviators and hat is because he's got hypersensitive vision. He gets extremely dizzy and bothered by bright light, so he keeps his glasses on.

Sometimes I project myself onto Scout and have him deal with chronic dehydration and vertigo. I, myself, have both of those. I'm always extremely dehydrated and I have long waves of dizziness that can increase in intensity or decrease as my day goes on. But I'm almost always dealing with dizziness of some kind. My dehydration came from having an eating disorder for so long that my body just kinda.. messed everything up?? One of the things that messed with my guts was drinking nothing but coke cans. Knowing Scout drinks Bonk so often, I'd imagine he picks up the same problems I have. I usually try to drink water through my water filter bottle, but I often turn to Gatorade for a quick help.

Also, I love the idea of Soldier with hearing aids. That just makes sense, y'know?

I've had a lot of people tell me in my inbox about your headcanon with Sniper and his aviators, and honestly, you guys are so real /pos!! As someone who has eyes as weak as shining a flashlight during a sunny day, even just looking at a bright screen gives me massive headaches so my phone brightness is constantly at 10 or 20 percent :'(

I imagine working in a loud, overstimulating battlefield with the bright sun smouldering everything; and having to strain your eyes focusing and unfocusing through the scope must be a stimulation nightmare for Sniper. His aviators probably soften the edge of his headache, and also probably his hat for shade!! Something I personally like to do is doing little eyes "stretches" from time to time, like looking at smth 20ft away for a minute, and then 10 ft, and then 5ft etc... do you think Sniper has to use eyedrops too?? Maybe he doesn't blink enough because he always needs to have his eye peeled for headshots and spies.

I also really like your Scout headcanon because AUGH I also never drink enough!!! But for different reasons, I just never really feel thirsty and only drink when absolutely necessary, so I end up drinking like a cup every two days :( I also like your idea of the dehydration being because of his insane BONK consumption because it makes a lot of sense for him to have that problem, and it seems pretty realistic
