Tcf is just one big family feud ...

that poor cale got dragged into....

Oh and the guy from the choi family that started the barrow line ( coz dragon slayers were supposed to be a bloodline i think? I’m convinced there’s nothing out there better than the feeling of sitting with your own heartbeat after exercise. Out of breath and lightheaded. The distinct, intoxicatingly fast pulse in your chest and in your throat. The pounding in your ear. It makes everything feel simultaneously so dream-like and so very real, even if just for a few moments.

Hot take, but I wish Eddie could have had things like Joy Division in his line up. Sure, they’re not heavy metal, but if anyone’s ever listened to their music, they’re dark. They’re angry. Just as much, if not more than Metallica. A lack of English music can easily be waved away as Hawkins not having anything that’s easily accessible, but other places must. Eddie can’t be a dark music fan without pieces like joy division, hell, even Black Sabbath are english. (AC/DC is Australian!) So, also, are Led Zeppelin. So. To all of you historically accurate playlist peeps out there, put things like the Sex Pistols onto your playlists. Billy idol works too. White wedding? A classic.

Just imagine it - Eddie blasting Police on my back through his speakers in his room in the trailer park. Wayne comes in from a double shift and finds Eddie just dancing around his room, completely lost to the high energy tune and bass. He’s banging his head and doing a great air guitar. His uncle cocks his head to one side, and just listens. As the song ends, the next to start up is London Calling, and Wayne is shocked as Eddie throws his head back and sings:

“London calling to the faraway towns; now war is declared and battle come down,”

{- for those of you who don’t listen to the clash (a shame) it’s about nuclear winter. What happens and what so many thought would happen to england in the case of nuclear missiles hitting the city. }
