#it's not like he is a monster in that sense but his actions and behaviors speak louder than words for sure

Things I would like to see fixed in PJO S2:
- More worldbuilding, but do it in a way that isn’t heavily reliant on dialogue. Show us more of the camp, maybe let us meet some of the other characters.
- More humor. PJO is supposed to be a fun adventure story where the dark and serious elements are balanced out by the humorous moments. S1 felt so somber and cynical, and I feel like that isn’t the right tone for Percy Jackson.
- More whimsy/campiness! Mr. Riordan, your books got really weird and silly sometimes! Let your show be weird and silly sometimes too! Not everything needs to be dark and gritty. It doesn’t have to be super childish, but there needs to be more magic and charm in this world.
- Let the trio be vulnerable to traps. Yes, I know it makes sense for them to know the myths or whatever, but if you want the monsters and traps to feel like they’re a serious threat, you can’t have them be this easy to explain and maneuver. Conceal them better; make them tougher to figure out. In addition, show off more of Percy’s street smarts. We love this character because of his ability to think fast and improvise a bad situation even if he doesn’t know all the details of the relevant myth. Emphasize that more; it’s not everyday that he needs to be a walking encyclopedia.
- Luke and Annabeth’s relationship needs more oomph. Their relationship felt kind of hollow in the first season, and y’all need to tighten that up in future seasons because their relationship is only going to get more integral to the plot. It’s okay if you want to leave out the crush, but man, you should have given them something.
- For a story that was inspired by a boy’s struggles w/ ADHD and dyslexia, the impact of these conditions felt kind of absent during the actual quest itself. I’m not saying that they need to go overboard with this or anything, but if you’re going to do neurodivergent representation, I feel like it should have a stronger presence during the actual quests, yes?
- The action scenes are kind of weak. Sea of Monsters has a lot of action going on, so y’all will have to really think out those action sequences so you can capture the excitement within them. I’ll be disappointed if the action in S2 feels as flat as it mostly felt this season.
- Annabeth is not a stoic character. She’s actually quite expressive; she’s just selective about what she discusses, and sometimes she chooses to convey emotion through action, behavior, or cryptic words instead of explicit words. But she was never stoic, so please allow her to actually show more of this emotion. It’s okay to let her be vulnerable; that’s what endears most people to this character in the first place, and that’s why that chair scene stuck with people. Therefore, this need to make her this mostly unshakeable girl boss should go away. The girl is a sentimental character; let that stay.
- Please fix the dialogue. Less exposition, more characterization.

By Rafael Motamayor, New York Times, Nov. 5, 2023
On Saturday, the final episode of the anime adaptation of Hajime Isayama’s “Attack on Titan” premiered on Crunchyroll and Hulu, ending an epic tale that started back in 2013.
Like the manga, which ran from 2009 to 2021, the anime was an instant hit, becoming one of the defining shows of the modern anime era, with spinoffs, live-action and video game adaptations, and even a comic book crossover with Marvel’s “Spider-Man” and “Avengers” titles.
Since the fourth and final season started airing in 2020, “Attack on Titan” has been one of the most popular shows on the internet — episodes have routinely trended on social media, streaming servers have occasionally crashed, the opening theme song became a rare anime song to hit the U.S. Billboard charts. Parrot Analytics said it was the most “in-demand” show in the world in 2021, a metric based on analysis of streaming, social media, search and other online behaviors. The manga has continued to be popular as well, selling over 120 million copies worldwide, and several of the published volumes have charted on the New York Times graphic novels and manga best-seller list.
What started as a thrilling yet relatively simple tale of a young boy seeking revenge against the giant humanoid monsters that ate his mother quickly evolved into a thought-provoking war epic. The tonal shift in “Attack on Titan” also came with one of the biggest heel-turns in modern anime, with the protagonist, Eren Jaeger, devolving into a radicalized monster threatening worldwide genocide.
Since the manga ended in 2021, there has been plenty of speculation and debate over Eren’s antagonistic turn and what the story’s ending means. Ahead of the release of the final episode, the manga creator Hajime Isayama, speaking through an interpreter, David Higbee, talks about the restrictive nature of writing and the story’s dark ending. These are edited excerpts from the interview.
The manga ended a couple of years ago, and the anime is just finishing now. How do you feel about the story coming to an end?
For this anime to be made and for that to go beyond the borders of Japan and to reach a worldwide audience is something that’s been a very happy occurrence for me. In a sense, “Attack on Titan” has connected me to the world, and that’s something that I’m very glad happened.
How much of the ending from the manga did you have in mind when you first began writing “Attack on Titan”? And how much did it change along the way?
That was pretty much there from the beginning, the story that starts with the victim who then goes through this story and becomes the aggressor. That is something I had in mind right from the get-go. Along the way, certain aspects of the story didn’t go as expected, and I adapted and fleshed out certain aspects. But I would say the ending of the story didn’t change much
There’s a much-talked-about scene where Armin, who is struggling with Eren’s turn into a mass murderer, seems to thank him for his actions. Can you talk about the meaning behind that conversation?
My thinking there wasn’t really that Armin was trying to push Eren away for the sake of justice or whatnot. It was more that he wanted to, in a sense, take joint responsibility. He wanted to become an accomplice. In order to become an accomplice, Armin had to make sure that he used very strong wording so that he could take those sins upon himself. And so that was the intent behind it.
You have a scene where Eren apologizes to a kid for the carnage he’s going to commit and says he was disappointed in the world he saw beyond the walls. What does that say about his motivation?
I think that refers to the fact that Eren was dreaming of going to this world outside of the walls where there was nobody and there was nothing. There was an excitement about this world that was just empty, a clean slate. I don’t really know whether that’s a good or a bad thing, and I don’t really know why that was the ideal that I set up for Eren as a part of this story. But what I can say is that, when he does get across the wall at that point, he says he sees that the world is really not that different from what’s within the walls in the world that he already knows. I believe that’s probably the disappointment that I’m referring to in that specific scene.
Eren says in the final episode of the anime that he had no choice but to follow the future that he saw, that he was powerless against the powers of the Founding Titan. Armin even asks if he’s really free. Was he telling the truth or do you see this as him telling an excuse?
So the truth is the situation with Eren actually overlaps in a certain sense with my own story with this manga. When I first started this series, I was worried that it would probably be canceled. It was a work that no one knew about. But I had already started the story with the ending in mind. And the story ended up being read and watched by an incredible number of people, and it led to me being given a huge power that I didn’t quite feel comfortable with.
It would have been nice if I could have changed the ending. Writing manga is supposed to be freeing. But if I was completely free, then I should have been able to change the ending. I could have changed it and said I wanted to go in a different direction. But the fact is that I was tied down to what I had originally envisioned when I was young. And so, manga became a very restrictive art form for me, similar to how the massive powers that Eren acquired ended up restricting him.
You have been involved in the anime production for a little while, supervising the adaptation’s storyboards, and have been known for asking for changes to the story in the adaptation. Did you personally ask for anything for the final episode?
Yes. Absolutely. I checked the script, but the main thing was the storyboards. There were different things I suggested. When it comes down to it, it’s really the role of the production to make those decisions. But I wanted to at least give my input so that they could take those into account when they were making the final decisions.
The manga ends with you showing the future of Paradis and sort of the cycle of war continuing. Is there no end to the conflict and the cycle you present in the story?
I guess there could have been an ending where it was a happy ending and the war ended and everything was fine and dandy. I guess that could have been possible. At the same time, the end of fighting and the end of contention itself kind of seems hokey. It kind of seems like it’s not even believable. It’s just not plausible in the world we’re living in right now. And so, sadly, I had to give up on that kind of happy ending.

Tumblr media
(update)
People have "supposedly" (we are unsure if this is true) doxxed Alex Kister along with her parents. Tumblr, TikTok, Reddit, and Twitter are currently virtual battle grounds on the TMC side. Specifically, Twitter and Reddit. Despite my own siding with the victims, I think that the situation has started to reach dangerous territory and spiral out of control due to the reckless behavior of some. The internet still hasn't received an official response from Alex, and we may not if things continue to be escalated in this way. Although, I've heard from (unreliable) sources that Alex is still currently working on her response and will soon enough complete it, if true, we'll see what that brings.
Please understand that even if what Alex has done was terrible, doxxing under these or any circumstances could very well get a person KILLED. Some say that the document by Stirring contains some transfemmisogynistic or transphobic wording? towards Alex, along with Stirring's Tumblr post. Stirring has stated himself that he does not consider himself a victim of Alex. A lot of people keep spreading misinformation about the original document; important clarifications or additions on the situation by some involved keep being deleted, which only adds to the confusion. And due to it, people in and out of the community are becoming more angry and hostile towards each other over this.
Tumblr media
And as of the 21st, Stirring has also tweeted out a small apology for what may have been the misuse of the word grooming in his post (pieces of which will be shown next). He has clearly clarified that both himself and DB are adults in said Tumblr post, along with taking responsibility for not doing so off the bat. And in saying that, this seems to clear up the fact that the messages with sexual comments from Alex, the screen recordings of which were posted by StirringJuice on Twitter, are all between adults and not minors as some might've initially assumed.
Tumblr media
Although this MAY (very unsure of this) not have been grooming in a traditional sense, Alex's interactions with her younger audience were still highly inappropriate as well as concerning. Alex has misused her platform. And her victims have still been hurt by her. As someone who's been through years of what may have been emotional abuse? irl and was only recently able to almost completely acknowledge it due to myself often defending the one who did it in my mind, those who defend everything Alex's done concern me. It's hard to even get yourself to realize that someone who was once close to you has hurt you, nevermind saying it to an entire online community, only to have people try to deny it ALL. I can't imagine what that must feel like.
Tumblr media
Some of those staying neutral/wanting to hear both sides and etc., have been harassed, given death threats, and accused of a miriad of things as retaliation, things that can actually RUIN someone's life and put them in jail; things that they hadn't even done. A person was infact going to end their own life over the situation due to this harassment and real life issues they faced, but luckily enough, they were just in time stopped from following through by a family member of theirs. The people on the other side aren't necessarily all the "evil, awful, parasocial "monsters."" You see them as, some of them haven't even seen a singular volume of TMC, nor know who Alex is. Do not commit actions online that could result in any real life deaths. This is unacceptable.
Realize that no matter how much evidence you may place down on the metaphorical table, skepticism and questioning by some will always be something bound to happen. One cannot simply attack, harass, give death threats to and attempt to doxx others for it. I myself do not condone doxxing. The amount of danger you put on someone's life and those around them by doing so is immense, it's abhorrent. This has been one of the worst fandom responses I've seen in quite awhile.
Tumblr media
The Mandela Catalogue is not fetish material! This was confirmed as misinformation by StirringJuice, so stop saying that it is because it is not. As it is with many of my other interests, I'll be separating the art from the artist, so I will be staying in the community. (art ≠ artist) If you want to cut off association from TMC, I understand. But if you do not and people are pressuring you, know that I support you in staying. You do not have to force yourself to leave. Other fandoms have had similar issues with creators in the past. I could list multiple examples, but I won't.
If you want to delete your fanworks, do not pressure others to do the same. And if you're not completely sure, you do not have to give up on your AU's, delete all artwork, hcs, or destroy any merchandise you may have bought; doing so will not bring back any money spent. I believe that you do not have to give up your interest as long as you no longer support Alex financially. Your fanart and edits (perhaps you can attempt to pirate the series for those as others pirate the game Omori also due to the creator), etc. make her no money, so do not destroy your creations and hard work unless certain that you want to. You don't need to leave this fandom if you do not want to.
Dear TMC fans, fictives, coping links, kinnies, and everyone else out there in the community, this isn't your fault at all. Please don't beat yourself up over loving, having loved, or hyperfixating on a fandom. Sources and interests don't make us bad people by association; no matter what anyone else says, remember we are not the creator, like what you like. I know the situation is stressful; stay strong. If people harass you, block them. If mutuals unmutual you due to fear of being associated, they were never there to stay in the first place. The real ones will stick with you through this; trust me, I know. My own who matter have not left me.
I know you're scared, perhaps sad, disappointed or extremely angry but I believe we'll get through this.
And remember, although awful, this will pass.
🫂
Big hugs. I love you all♥️ -Eve

Can you do a Childe from Genshin with an x reader? Maybe in regards to captivity and wanting to keep them safe from the cold, cruel world
Sure! Sorry for the long wait... I hope you enjoy :) No real plot... just a small thing with darling stuck in captivity. Sorry if this is too short or OOC. I wasn't sure what direction to take it.
His Hypocrisy
Yandere! Childe Short Scene
Pairing: Romantic
Possible Trigger Warnings: Gender-Neutral Darling, Obsession, Kidnapping, Isolation, Restraints, Forced affection, Manipulation, Possessive/Protective behavior, Violence/Murder implied in one line, Sadism, Forced relationship.
Tumblr media
"I'm keeping you safe." The living weapon coos, caressing your cheek with a gloved hand. "I've seen what the world can do to people... I'm living proof!"
Childe... Ajax... is a hypocrite. He vows to protect and care for you. He promises no harm will come to you.
But he still locks you away like some prisoner... he claims to care for family, but the blood on his hands belongs to yours no doubt. Childe is a selfish man... cunning and manipulative like the rest of the Harbingers.
He says he cares for you...
Yet he no doubt cares for just himself.
"I can tell you see me as a monster." Childe whispers, the Harbinger leaning closer. "I won't deny that I am if that's what you're expecting."
You had met Childe in Liyue. With a friendly exterior you used to trust him. But soon enough you saw him for what he is...
A possessive and bloodthirsty monster... one that was just waiting to strike once he saw you...
You being stuck here was just the aftermath of your mistakes.
"Trust me, dear... you're much better off with me. The Fatui will help me with that much." Childe chuckles, squeezing your cheek a bit. "Of course... you'll only be seeing me. Don't want to make me jealous, right?"
You say nothing to your captor. The Harbinger chuckles before pecking your lips. His actions are affectionate, teasing, but you can sense his darker intentions.
"You taste so lovely..." Childe whispers, pulling away. "I feel pursuing you was worth it in the end. Even if it meant you had to be kept in chains until I garner loyalty from you."
You glare at him as he pulls away, petting your head like some pet. The room he keeps you in is meant to be comfortable... yet in reality it's just a pretty cell for you to sit in. You don't wish to be loyal to such a man.
Childe knows this... but the grin on his face never leaves him. He knows he sadly isn't going to get your loyalty by normal means. That's alright...
Childe plans to play with you first anyways... hopefully he doesn't break his new toy too fast.
He brought you in to protect you... however it seems he is just another danger to you instead.

Bo Sinclair x F!Reader
set in the "Forever" universe
requested by: @bisexualforestfire and anon
wordcount: 3.5k words
summary: When a new group stumbles into town you catch the eye of one of the men with your tight outfit and sweet smile. Bo doesn’t like it. Not one bit.
warnings: smut, vulgarity, mentions of violence, possessive behavior, angst
Tumblr media
Jealousy is such a pulverizing emotion, not polarizing. “Pulverizing” is the only right word to describe the way jealousy grinds away at a person’s sanity and crushes their heart for no other reason than the person’s own paranoia. That monster of a feeling oftentimes rears its ugly head and whispers nonsense into the ear of the man you love the most.
Bo Sinclair is more than meets the eye. Behind his rough exterior, charming smile, and devilish good looks, lays an emotionally broken boy trying to fight the demons of his past. He loses these battles, growing a temper and lashing out at whoever is near him.
There’s one exception, however. One person who doesn’t have to face the heat of these dizzying emotions. You. You with your sweet smile, soft voice, and unwavering kindness toward him and his brothers. At the same time, you don’t let Bo get away with everything. You challenge him at every turn from a place of love, not malice.
Although the way you are challenging him now is far from amusing.
Teeth grind harshly together to contain the onslaught of emotions threatening to spill. If looks could kill, the man putting his hands on you would be a bloody mess on the floor. Luckily for him, Bo still needed to keep up the ruse. Unluckily for Bo, that meant he was forced to just watch.
The rational part of his brain knew you were appeasing the man to set up the trap. Ever since you healed from the incident that almost took your life, you were taught the ins and outs of the Sinclair brother’s operation. Not without an overwhelming amount of grumbling from Bo of course. He acquiesced when you brought up the point that you’re too vulnerable by yourself and if you’re helping them, they’ll be right near you if something goes wrong.
How much Bo wished he didn’t let his siren make him give in so easily.
Your hands-on approach to keeping the victim’s suspicions at bay was slowly chipping away at Bo’s sanity. Maybe he could understand the slight flirting and using that pretty smile, but touching the man’s arm and chest? In his primal mind, that was more than unnecessary. Especially when the other man told you “Careful sugar,” and steadied you by your waist when you stumbled over your feet. The way you blushed and thanked him through thick lashes made Bo’s blood feel like boiling wax.
At that moment Bo reached the limit of his already minute patience. When you’re involved, Bo had never felt such unfettered rage. It’s like something takes over him when there is even a semblance of a chance something bad will happen to you. Or in this case, when someone makes the fatal choice to try and take what’s his.
He’s already killed for you twice; another casualty means nothing. Morality is a long-forgotten concept for Bo. Nothing will stand in the way of him having you. His actions made that apparent enough.
The group that rolled into town consisted of two women and two men, which may seem like an overpowering number, but the Sinclair brothers had their strategy practically foolproof by this point. Most of the time it entailed taking advantage of Bo’s charm. Something about his Louisiana drawl and crooked smile perfectly lured people into a false sense of security. Hell, even you aren’t immune to the effects of that innate charisma the man possesses.
However, you’ve come to learn that Bo is not the only one that seems to have a way of easily manipulating victims. A fact that you know displeasures your lover more than he’ll ever admit. Men and their fragile egos.
Although to be fair, the victim you’re talking to is getting a little too close for comfort. He’s blonde, tall, lean, and extremely clean-cut looking. In simple terms, he’s anything but your type. Not that you gave him any inkling of that.
While Bo is chatting with everyone else you sidled up next to the man, “What’s your name?”
A smile immediately curves the man’s lips as he looks at you, “Brett. And you?” When you tell him your name, he moves closer.
“Where were you guys heading?”
“We were on our way to see a football game, but we got lost and our tires popped. If it’s not clear enough we’re from out of state.”
Playfully you touch his bicep, “You sure you’re not a football player yourself? Could have fooled me.” The fake compliment makes you cringe on the inside. In his dreams. You have to suppress a shiver of disgust when Brett settles one of his arms around your waist while appraising you up and down. Men like him are truly so predictable.
In your peripheral, you can see Bo looking at you. You may not be able to see the extent of his wrath, but you can feel it. Goosebumps prickle your skin as warmth washes over you. Your senses are already in hyperdrive due to the nature of what you are partaking in and Bo is not helping your nerves in the slightest.
It’s safe to say you’re starting to deeply regret your choice of attire. The denim miniskirt you’re wearing is paired with a white tank top and strappy sandals. Little is left to the imagination and although Bo couldn’t get enough of your outfit earlier today, the darkening of his eyes tells you he is none too pleased with it now.
“What is a pretty thing like you doing out here in the middle of nowhere anyway?” When his fingers dig into the fabric of your top you can hear a sharp intake of breath a few feet away.
“Wouldn’t you like to know?” The small smile you give him reads as flirtation, but only contempt lies behind it.
Brett chuckles and just as he leans down to whisper something in your ear, a thick voice grabs both of your attention.
“Is my girl causin’ you any trouble there?” At the phrasing of “my girl” Brett lets go of you like you suddenly burst into flames. It doesn’t help that Bo was giving the younger man a death stare to end all death stares.
“N-no, sir.”
Brett inches away from you and you have to suppress a grimace. Bo interrupted you’re flirting far sooner than he usually does. Although, when you consider that day at the diner, he’s rather consistent with his fast and abrupt interruptions.
A smile that doesn’t quite reach his eyes spreads across Bo’s face. “Good. She might be a looker, but she sure is a troublemaker.” He then crooks a finger at you, “Come over here darlin’.”
Heat blooms in your cheeks as the strangers watch you walk in front of your boyfriend. You feel like a child who is about to be scolded by their teacher for talking when they weren’t supposed to.
“Why don’t you take the ladies down to the house while I help these folks get some new tires.”
Knowing what’s about to happen next, you’re quick to nod your head, “Sure.” You only make it a few steps away when you hear Bo clear his throat. Of course, you weren’t going to be let off that easy.
“No kiss goodbye?”
You mentally curse out Bo in your head. Now he was just trying to embarrass you. When you walk back into arms reach, Bo pulls you to him. Large hands squeeze your ass as he holds the front of your body flush against his. Something hard pushes into your stomach as Bo dips his head down to pull you into a rough kiss.
His teeth nip at your lips while his tongue takes claim over yours; carnal and borderline hostile. Telltale signs that the sweet Bo you’ve gotten used to has been replaced by his true nature; a beast willing to do whatever it takes to get what he wants.
Bo tastes of tobacco and beer; an addictive combination that, despite having an audience, you can’t help but lean into. Aftershave and musk that’s equal parts manly and tantalizing fill your senses. Bo is possessive and demanding with a hint of danger, yet you can never seem to get enough.
You gasp for air when he finally pulls back. Obsidian eyes flicker with satisfaction as they drink in your face before lingering on your swollen mouth.
Bo’s lips move to ghost over the shell of your ear, “Don’t go gettin’ lost now.”
Then as if nothing happened, he steps back. You jolt when he slaps your ass as you turn to take the female victims to the house. When you whip your head around to glare at him, you’re met with that damn cocky smirk. That one look tells you all you need to know.
This is far from over.
-
By the time the bodies make it to the basement, the day has given way to night. You’re sweaty and exhausted as you sit on the shabby couch in the living room. You try your best to wipe off the blood and grime, but you could only do so much. What you needed was a shower, although that wouldn’t wash away the endless waves of guilt still nipping away at your heart.
You don’t like participating in such an evil act, but Ambrose is your home. You’ve never even lived a single day of your life without one of the Sinclair brothers. One of them in particular has complete control over your fragile heart.
That’s not to say that your feelings are a one-way street. Bo loves you so much that it borders on obsession. Years of falling for each other while never being together will do that to a person. His fatal flaw, however, is that he oftentimes does what he thinks is best for you, not what is truly best for you.
You and Bo are extremely passionate about each other, which more often than not leads to very heated arguments.
The couch dips as a certain foul-mouthed twin sits next to you, your thighs pressing together. You hear the clink of his ring against the beer bottle in his hand as he takes a long drag. When Bo brings the bottle down, he finally lets himself look you over.
You’re still in the same outfit as before, but now it’s marred by crimson and dirt smudges. The man to your right was in a similar state, except the cap that was practically fused to his head was long gone.
Bo’s eyes eventually land on the bloody rag in your hand and you answer his question before he can even ask it, “Not mine.” You don’t need to elaborate further. He hums in response and the room fills with silence once again. Normally you both welcomed the quiet, but the tension radiating off both of you is palpable.
Never the one to let things go, Bo opens his mouth, “You liked that pretty boy, huh?”
“There’s nothing to like about a corpse.” You sarcastically answer back, the ridiculousness of this situation not lost on you in the slightest. Brett was a dead man regardless, but that little show he put on was overboard. So much so that it made anger boil in you as well.
Bo shifts to squeeze your thigh, “Darlin’, don’t play fuckin’ games with me. You were practically all over the bastard.”
You push his hand off you and mumble, “You’re one to talk.”
“What did you say?” At your silence, Bo scoffs. “This is why it’s better for you to stay in the fuckin’ house! You just don’t get it.”
The nerve of this man is endless.
You twist your body so you can fix him with a stern look of your own, “Let me get this straight. You can do whatever flirting that’s necessary, but I can’t? You really are a hypocrite.”
A sound akin to a growl leaves Bo as his tone deepens, “Stop giving me lip. It ain’t the same thing and you damn well know it.”
“Oh right. I forgot that Bo Sinclair gets to do whatever he wants. Just like back in the day. Maybe if you schmoozed one of them enough, they’ll stay and give you less trouble than me.”
“What are you on woman?” To his credit, Bo’s face is plastered with bewilderment but your own torrent of emotions made you blinded to that.
Fed up, you jump up from the couch and jab your finger at the object of your desire and subsequent anguish. “No Bo. Trust me, I understand. Must be boring to fuck the same bitch all these years. Who wouldn’t want something new and exciting?” Your words come out harsh and vulgar. It’s not normal for you to speak like this but the insecurity filling your heart is making you not think straight.
“When we were young you took your sweet time even kissing me, although you kicked me out right after. Maybe if I dressed like this and put out like the other girls in town back then you would have desired me enough to make me yours sooner.”
Glass hits the ground as Bo pushes into you, almost knocking you over. To your shock, calloused fingers wrap around your throat. Not hard enough to crush your airway, but enough to hear the threat loud and clear.
“Shut your damn mouth. For a smart girl, you say the dumbest things I’ve ever heard.” When you try to argue back, the grip on your throat only lets incoherent noises come out. A dark chuckle leaves Bo, “See, I’ve been far too nice to you darlin’. You need to remember who the fuck you belong to.”
It’s almost shameful how instead of his words further fueling the flames of your anger, they serve to only fuel your desire.
Bo’s hand moves to clamp down on the back of your neck and he spins you around. In an instant your bent over the arm of the couch, the weight at your neck keeping you pinned in place. Sometimes you forget how easily Bo can overpower you, and the sudden reminder causes something dark to stir deep inside you.
Metal clinks as the telltale sound of his belt being undone and his zipper being pulled down reaches your ears. Abruptly, your miniskirt is flipped up right before something tears. Air hitting your heated sex helps you deduce what exactly had just been torn. This is far from the first time it’s happened.
Bo’s free hand wastes no time cupping your pussy. When you cry out at the contact, it’s muffled by the cushion pressing against your face. Bo curses when he feels how soaked you are for him already.
Without hesitation, his fingers find their way to your clit. Bo is far from gentle as he rubs the sensitive nub in fast circles. You try to buck, but his hold on you is too strong for you to get any relief from the friction.
Right when pleasure starts to build from his rough strokes, Bo pulls away. He simply chuckles at the pretty little whine of disappointment that leaves you.
“Like when I treat you like my slut, huh?” Bo shifts so you can feel the wide tip of his cock meet the entrance of your pussy. Once again, the lewd noises you make get muffled. Bo’s hand moves to wrap in your hair so he can pull your head up.
“Can’t hear you, sweetheart.”
“Yes, oh god, please…”
“Don’t plead to him, I’m your God now.”
Words fail you as Bo thrusts into you so deep your vision falters. It is near painful as Bo doesn’t let you adjust to his thick cock before pounding into you. All the pent-up jealousy that you caused Bo starts to break through. Nails bite into the skin at your hip as he holds you right where he wants you. Groaning loudly your lover is unrelenting. Every thrust of his hips is harder than the last.
Fabric bunches around your waist as Bo curves over your back to drive into you deeper. “You were made for me darlin’.” Curses rain from Bo’s mouth when your inner walls quiver around him. “You’re such a dirty fuckin’ slut for me.”
This is all so dirty, yet so right. Bo’s tone is almost reverent. He’s not mocking you but admiring how much of yourself you freely give to him, never asking for anything in return.
The loud sound of Bo’s belt clanking while he fucks into you like a madman does little to cover the obscene noises in the room. Flesh hitting wet flesh echoes and makes your face heat. All you can taste, smell, hear, and feel is Bo. The act of being practically consumed by him was clawing at an animalistic part of your brain. Obviously, words aren’t enough to comfort either of your unsubstantiated jealousy, so Bo will make you feel how much you affect him.
Craving release, you try to slither your hand in between your thighs. Before you can reach your throbbing clit a hard smack comes down on your ass. All you can manage is a pathetic whimper at the denial.
“I’m the only one that’s allowed to touch you, got it?” When you merely moan, he smacks your ass even harder, “Say it!”
Panting you barely manage to squeeze the words out, “I’m yours, Bo! The only one I want to touch me is you.”
“See? It ain’t so hard now is it.”
Bo snakes his arm between you and the couch to descend on your clit. His fingers are rough as they draw out fast circles against the sensitive bud, eliciting moan after moan from your throat. Bo knows your body like it’s an instrument he’s perfected.
Each thrust is more erratic than the last. Pressure builds and builds inside you until you can’t hold it back any longer. A particularly sharp thrust slams into you just right and makes your velvety walls tighten like a vice around Bo. You scream out his name as you let your body succumb to your orgasm.
The punishing speed of each thrust doesn’t slow down in the slightest. Tears slide down your cheeks at the sheer intensity of it all. Your strong emotions aren’t from you being upset but desperate. Bo’s manhandling of you is driving you insane. His cock slams into you just right and his equal need made you crave more.
“Come inside me, baby. Please. I need it.” Your voice trembles as you plead, but the noise that comes out of Bo at your words is practically inhuman.
Bo rests his head on your neck as he rides through your ecstasy. “You’re so goddamn perfect sweetheart.” His voice is laced with desperation as his hips begin to slightly stutter. Nothing made Bo feel closer to you than being in your pussy. It doesn’t just stem from lust, but his craving for physical touch.
While growing up you both never got to feel a loving touch, so he wanted to show his love for you by making you feel good. Actions speak louder than words, and how can you stay mad when he held your body like you’re a slice of heaven?
A loud groan that gives you goosebumps wisps against your ear. You whimper when searing heat floods your pussy as Bo spills inside of you. Grunting, he pets the damp strands of hair out of your face.
“Good girl… take it all.”
You stay with his cock deep in your pussy until your legs begin to shake. Any ounce of energy you had was completely drained, making you feel no control over your limbs. Ever the perceptive one, Bo rubs your waist, “I’ve got you darlin’.”
Bo hauls your limp body from the arm of the couch and lays down on it with you on top of him. It feels like you’re a boat coasting on rough waves as each heave of his chest rocks you. An apt description when that’s exactly how your emotions are feeling as well.
After a few moments, you find your voice, “You know that flirting meant nothing to me, right?” The fingers at your waist tighten.
“I know.”
“Then why did you get all… possessive like that?”
Bo audibly sighs, “No man likes another man thinkin’ they can touch what’s his.” You crane your head up so you can look at Bo’s face. When you fix him with a raised brow, he gives you a look of his own and shrugs his shoulders.
“Besides…” A devious smile grows on Bo’s face, “I also know I’ve got you hooked darlin’.” Just as you’re about to question him further, you let out a surprised moan when he slips his hard cock back into you.
“Now, let good ol’ Bo show you how long he can fuck that pretty pussy of yours without gettin’ bored.”
It’s safe to say you have a very long night ahead of you.

His grip is cold and consuming like death itself coming to collect you on your deathbed. Only this time he spins me around a dimmed room in an endless delirious waltz. Surrounded by the smell of iron and rotting roses. The sounds of thunder roaring and turning gears are the only tunes for us to dance to. I gain my courage and stare up at him as he dips me gracefully. The familiar constellation of stars speckled across his skin is nowhere to be seen leaving me hopeless like a lost soul on a moonless night. Those honeyed brown eyes that should’ve been familiar aren’t and I feel no nostalgia when they stare me down. Those eyes aren’t the same eyes of the boy who didn’t know how to love or the boy who gave me promises of returning. These are the eyes of a monster, soulless and ready to consume me whole. How he coos at me like a caged songbird sickens my entire being. A songbird cannot sing when their partner for life has perished. A caged songbird does not ever experience true happiness for they never gain freedom or free will. So how does this monster expect me to sing a tune of love?
“Love~ please don’t ignore me” his voice taunts and haunts me.
Flashes of the final night I laid with the one I truly loved. The same voice that whispered words of affection and promises sickens me now. My eyes may fool me but my ergo knows that this monster isn’t my love. Yet, I can’t help but start to melt and crack under the constant attention and affection. Maybe it’s because of the many months of isolation or it might be my weeping heart trying to delude itself. I turn my head away only for it to be forced to look at him again. He traces my cheek just as my love would. In a moment of weakness, I melt and allow myself to selfishly enjoy the morsel of affection. The dance comes to a slow, and he runs his hand through my hair.
“I love you so much, I would trade the entire world for you”
For a moment my heart skips a beat and I almost let myself believe that he’s my love. The sweetness of his words slowly breaks away what little of what’s left of my sanity. Maybe it will be okay to let myself believe in this lie and consume this love. Despite everything I can no longer deny the fact this monster cherishes me. Yes, he can break my bones if it means he’ll spend all of his time nursing me. Yes, he can bruise my skin if it means he’ll press the softest of kisses on them as an apology. Yes, he may not be as true as P or Carlo, but I can’t help but crave his love. The dirty indulgence feeling you get from eating white chocolate is the same feeling as loving him. It’s so sweet and it feels so bad but so good at the same time. I want his love. I don’t want to be lonely again. I can’t lose him a third time. I-
“(Name), what’s occupying so much of your mind that you’re not paying attention to me. I’m right in front of you, you should only be thinking of me~”
I snap out of my train of thought and stare at him. Maybe this isn’t so bad. He may be different and mean, but he’s always seeking out only my love and affection.
I slowly reach my hand out and cup his face. He looks surprised before slowly nuzzling into my hand like a cat. He turns his face and presses kisses into my palm. That action alone melts my heart and I finally give in.
“About time, my love~”
He leans in and our foreheads press. The coolness of his skin doesn’t repel me as much this time. I stare at those honeyed brown eyes and watch them stare at my lips. My heart pounds and my stomach churns. Time slows as he finally leans in and kisses me and I return it this time. I let myself enjoy the sweetness despite the stomach ache I get from it. I want to drown in this sickening sweet love. He senses that the fight in me has been finally put out and he smiles into the kiss.
Like children, we ignore the tummy ache we get from too much sugar. In the end, we’re both desperate to drown in the sweetness of this sickening love.

(This is so long, but it almost wraps up my thoughts on the most recent chapter. You've been warned. This is also in no way trying to justify AFO's current actions, I'm just over-analyzing the demon baby's childhood and how that turned into the adult demon we see today :>)
Something else I found interesting about the leaks. Baby AFO is killing people, I'm assuming for reasons of survival, either from those people being threats or they have something he needs.
But something that's really been on my mind lately is a child's perspective on death.
Children learn to love and fear different concepts by parental figures in their life, or adults in general really. It's like a pack complex, they see others react a certain way to their environment and learn how to react as a result. Children really learn how to human from other adults, which deeply shapes their view of themselves and the world around them.
But another concept that is taught to children is the concept of death... Children learn that mortality exists, and that it is something to be afraid of... By adults...
But two orphans that raised themselves in an apocalyptical society, from what we can tell from birth, they didn't have adults around to teach them anything, let alone that people do die and that it's a bad thing. At least they didn't have that during some of their most pivotal developmental years.
We see AFO as a monster, a child born evil, but for 1. We see this from a what could be considered the most unreliable narrator. 2. We don't see how he started killing, what made him start? The scenes we've seen thus far could be the first murders, but do we have evidence that it really was.
Baby Afo is so young at this point that his idea of death is a very limited one. Normally, we really start to process death and what it truly means at around 10, maybe. But he's very young here. It's possible he was attacked and so he attacked until the threat stopped moving. He was so young he may not have ever truly understood the gravity of what he had done until he grew older and was desensitized to it. Or maybe he was a hungry child with his feeble brother, who didn't know how to get any food. He wasn't given any help from the adults, possibly even paralleling Tenko. But he saw adults attacking other adults and getting food as a result. So, he followed their lead, like a child would mimic a parent, and he got a reward for him and his brother, food. Children have a large pleasure/pain complex, if their needs aren't met, they are often impatient until they receive what they want or need and can't emotionally regulate like adults can (another thing taught to them by adults). He doesn't understand that he is killing these people, he just knows he needs to stop them as a threat (either to protect him and his brother or feed him and his brother,) make sure they stop moving so they can't hurt him. It's also possible he wants to steal their quirks, something flashy, another part of the reward complex in his brain and his barely contained kleptomania.) And mind you, much of this is talking about normal human children... Not children with meta-abilities which are looking more like parasitic diseases with each new update. (Diseases that control the host and deeply influences their actions, mannerisms, and behavior. Also, something I will probably go on another rant about, let's be honest.)
Another interesting thing is this is from AFO's point of view. And all I've been seeing is that "AFO was born evil," or commenting on how horrifying AFO looked like as a child.
If this is how All for One sees himself... Well, that makes sense why he's such a damn bastard today. Not even as an infant did, he give himself the grace of looking like a normal child. We, the viewer is meant to see him as evil from birth, because that is how AFO sees himself. It's so interesting because one could even argue that AFO isn't happy, doesn't view himself as someone who has a heart or compassion. It's like because the villain in the comic book reminded him of himself, he's modeled himself to be like the villain, someone without care, someone who doesn't love. With Yoichi's death, we get a panel of the original shock, the remorse, and that progresses to the blank, empty, look in his eyes with tears falling down his face. He's always seen himself as the villain and refuses to recognize that he is indeed human. Which obviously from a DFO perspective makes sense in a truly heartbreaking way.
But I just can't get over how he views himself, it's creepy, unsettling, almost like he's afraid of himself. Like he views himself in the way his own victims view him. But someone who I always imagined views himself like a god, who's always in the right (he does believe he's always right,) I was expecting more emphasis on everything he did for his brother, the nicer clothes, he didn't look malnourished while AFO did, things like that. Or maybe a normal looking child (or hell even an unrealistically majestic child, or something.) the parts of himself that showed power, without the unexplained murder we got. I was expecting an attempt to prove how he was in the right, how he was trying to protect his brother. Emphasize the anger he still feels at losing him. But no, from what I can tell it's mainly the evil things he's done, with a small glimpse of them reading together. It lacks the depth, like he wants to appear flat instead of completely multidimensional. And honestly, that's IF he's being honest, which in and of itself is unlikely. But with how he's illustrated himself, you can look at it two ways, it's even more likely that he'd start a family, or it's less likely, because he was born evil and all he's cares about is possessing OFA/his bother. His backstory just gives me the vibe that he WANTS you to believe the second. Like he WANTS you to believe he's not human, and could never have a son, or at the least never care for any child he'd have.
He's trying too hard to prove how evil he is, how almost incapable of care or remorse he is. I'm skeptical.
But honestly, I think if this little story of his is true then... I think he should be locked in a museum. Looking at who he is, how he views himself and the world, illustrates the Dawn of Quirks in a way no Hero History book could. He was raised by a society that hated him for his quirk, honestly like most villains in BNHA.

Me and my friends were talking about some Glorious Masquerade Plot + Rollo character writing tweaks the other day and I decided to share what we came up with her 💃 So yeah💥
Tumblr media
• Instead of wanting to exterminate all magic, Rollo instead wants to control what types of magic exists and that only who he perceives worthy to have it. This is because he sees himself as the only one righteous enough to deem what and how magic should be.
• He targets the NRC students, seeing them as wicked and unfit to wield magic because of all the times they've overblotted, and thinks Malleus especially should be stripped of his magic before he inevitably goes next to OB due to the pattern of events or does something like Halloween 2 again (Masquerade has no reason to be set on Halloween tbh it could be like summer in the timeline and virutally nothing would change. So Halloween 1 and 2 still happens here because it doesn't happen in Halloween anymore.)
Maybe just NRC specifically is who he targets to depower in this rewrite, but the other invited schools got dragged into it by being there when the flowers sprung, like how Frollo was only after esmeralda and the romani at first but his obsessive wrath ended up dragging all of Paris into it
Tumblr media
• This is because he harbors an anger that he was the only one trying to warn his brother to not misuse his magic, and how he was inspired by the misuse of magic by other mages to die in his Overblot accident.
• He partially realizes this was his fault as his controlling 'holier-than-thou' behavior and manipulation (motivated by wanting to make him "see" the right way like Frollo to Jehan in the musical) is what fueled the negative overblot feelings of his brother, but he can't deal with the guilt and the fact that he might've been wrong, so he remains in denial.
• His controlling and manipulative behavior motivated by the belief his way is superior to others continues in the current time, as here he also manipulates Yuu to make them believe what he believes.
• He appeals to them by pointing out how the NRC students have done nothing but endanger them with reckless magic so far, and how they're all too selfish and probably aren't even using it to find them a way home. (More things to fuck up Malle+Yuu and challenge their friendship as well as make them both more paranoid and desperate in time for their drama in Book 7)
Yuu either purposefully helps him betray the others because of this or they were simply tricked into leading them to a trap. Either way it really looks like to the others that Yuu has turned on them because they lacked faith in them, which would sting more because of how excited they were to have Yuu being on this trip with them at the start of the event.
Tumblr media
• This would also make Idia's confrontation and parallels with him make more sense, because like Idia he in a way was indirectly responsible for the death of his younger brother, instead of Rollo's brother just happening to perish in front of him.
• Maybe instead of letting him go completely scot free (they said the real punishment was having to live with his guilt but let's be real he felt no remorse by the end of it, he even said he'd try again☠️) Rollo's punishment when he reveals himself is like some kind of house arrest, confining him to not be able to move around without supervision or leave the grounds of NBC to do sneaky stuff again. Kinda ironic, since supervising and policing actions is literally what we wanted to do to the NRC mages and the entire world, but all it resulted in was it being enforced on him.
This penalty could be like a parallel to Esmeralda being confined to sanctuary in Notre Dame and Quasimodo also not being allowed to leave because he is a "monster" (in this case Rollo is a moral monster)
• Also, I think this would really kind of done a better job being a prelude arc taunting the audience and the characters for what's gonna happen to them in Book 7, and challenging how strong their newly formed bonds really are, as well as their resolve to not make these foreshadowed mistakes are. (We know they WILL make these mistakes, so oof lmao. It will make us and them confront whether Rollo was right or not that everything eould be better off if they had been defeated there and then)
Tumblr media
Overall, I think this would make Rollo's whole character feel more connected and not just different random aspects the writer thought of at the last minute. His canon plan and reasoning is, for a lack of a better term, so corny and over the top, not in a "this character is meant to be crazy" kind of way but in a "the authors thought this would be more epic than it actually was" kind of way.
-> What was Rollo going to do if he was the only mage left, how was the City fo Flowers meant to deal with the diplomatic implications of harm befalling Malleus, how are in-universe essentials that run on magic supposed to go on if there is no more magic left.
-> The story never tried to point out the practical disastrous consequences of Rollo's plan on the structure of the world if it succeeded, so now it looks like it wasn't meant to be dumb on purpose and the writers themselves just never thought of it.
From what I remember the most they do is give Malleus a line worrying about what would happen to the Briar Valley if this comes to pass, and how Rollo is a misguided hypocrite for his plan. But that's kinda it😭
-> And why did him seeing his brother die from OB lead him to dislike magic in general and give him a superiority complex that he's the only one deserving of it? The reason they give in canon is because he feels weak for failing to save his brother. And through becoming the only mage ever, he will feel powerful enough to compensate for his failure I guess😭
This motive of wanting to be better than everyone can still co-exist with the rewrite motive but it's kind of weak and lame on its own, especially for a character who's meant to be based off one of the greatest Disney villains of all time😭
Plus no matter what the narrative tries to frame it with I feel like getting "I need to become better than everyone" from the experience of your brother dying kinda came out of nowhere, and isn't as connected to each other as it could be😭
Tumblr media
So that's why I think giving him:
a) an issue of being manipulative in forcing rigid standards he believes to be "superior" on the people he wanted to "save"
b) wanting to blame the use of magic that these standards of his did not approve of for his brother's death, because he couldn't stomach the fact that the way he enforced these standards was also to blame
c) and his motive being more specific than eradication all magic
makes what they were trying to do more fleshed out and connect to each other better, as well as making more out of having Claude Frollo as his character's inspiration.
I get he's an event-only character so they probably didn't think too hard about it, but if you're gonna go out of your way to include a character based off Claude Frollo in the story at least go crazy and make the most out of it💃
Tumblr media
Other than tweaks to Rollo's motivations and the scope of his plans, if I could edit something else about the event it would be the worldbuilding😭 I just put a screenshot from my Instagram story back when the event was ongoing because it pretty much sums up everything I would like to change about it
I still liked the event overall. I was so happy that Malleus finally got an event ssr and more story spotlight, but yeah I think they could've done more with the ideas it proposes
Maybe this post would be more relevant if I made it right after the event ended and not many months later when there's already a new event grabbing everyone's attention, but I'm cursed to never be on time to trends and etc so everyone is only getting this now💔
Ty for reading🫡

Ok so I was watching Brave earlier and I had ✨a thought✨
In the body swap AU what if being tapped in a monster’s body starts to have an effect on Mario where he slowly starts to lose himself to the monstrous urges? Like for a few seconds he’ll essentially ‘black out’ and become one with the beast he’s physically become, and overtime it starts to happen more frequently and he can’t control it no matter how hard he tries.
And when Peach and Luigi eventually rescue him, it happens again; His eyes change color and he starts to talk in low snarls and grunts. They’re both confused, but quickly figure out something’s not right, and they’re forced to back away as he starts to corner them with a menacing, animalistic glare. He raises the claws, but before he can attack he suddenly comes back to his senses. Realizing what he almost did, Mario profusely apologizes and explains that it’s been happening on and off for a while, feeling completely ashamed of himself despite knowing it’s not his fault.
Obviously I don’t expect this to actually happen (nor do I want it too cuz I would literally never recover lol) I just felt the need to participate in sharing ideas hehe
This had me pacing around and banging my fists on the table because YES. That's genius, omg!! 😱 What if the body they inhabit had a direct impact/influence on their psyche long-term? What if Bowser progressively assimilated human behavior while becoming more sophisticated, whereas Mario slowly felt his own mind begin to slip as the beastly side began to take over?
And for it to happen in front of Luigi and Peach too!.. 😭🙇‍♀️ Mario would be utterly mortified to be seen like this, poor dear. 😥 What if he ended up hurting one of them by accident?? It would be so scary for him to feel that shift and be unable to stop it. To slowly - but surely - start to lose the grasp he has on his own thoughts and actions. In a scenario like this one, I imagine that it would be a race against time. A rushed and desperate attempt to turn him back to normal before he forgets who he is entirely. 😣
I love mixing ideas and integrating concepts from different movies into this universe, and the premise for Brave fits perfectly in the body swap AU. 🎭💯 Thank you so much for sharing, dear!! 🙏💖

Zoomer Huey, I tend to see people saying why Gen z don’t have sex much.
Holy
Fucking
Shits
These journalists surprisedly have WORSE self awareness than there boomer relatives
Here a hint https://x.com/swannmarcus89/status/1762582001507323991?s=46
And gender dynamics are…nuked in the fields they are surveying. Women and girls are told that all men are predators and misandry is left unchecked
Also, why Hollywood act surprised about the sex abuse?
We all heard about the casting coach, and how suspiciously people from working class backgrounds like Micheal Jackson (yes his dad had his music connections. But essentially mj was a slave and was arguably was the first black child star unless I’m missing someone) and Walt Disney (though not as bad) are painted as monsters while the actual monsters are protected for decades
I mean look at Judy Garland, she was a sweet person and she did help the LBGT in Hollywood and supported the civil rights movement
But her “crazy” behavior makes more sense because she was sexually abused at a extremely young age
And she not the only one, Shirley Temple, the boy who played at the first LA Dennis the Manis
Oh and the Peter Pan actor (a lot of people leave out the part where ALL of Hollywood basically says he can choke and die because he was “too” Disney)
But sorry about the Gen stuff, but the false rape accusations, maybe if you guys didn’t view men (especially white ones) the same way Nazis viewed the Jews while saying all the working class men were Weinstein.
My Gen would have more sex
Tumblr media
Entertainment industry has been like that since the beginning of forever, probably less so when women weren't allowed to participate but still a thing I'm sure.
As for Judy Garland it was nice to see people come out swinging in her defense when someone tried to start shit over well
She was not in control of her carer, saying no was not an option for her with this, but dumbasses that can only think in terms of today's standards never think about that.
Jay North (Dennis the Menace) did ok, so did Shirley Temple, plenty of others not so much, more recently we can look at Drew Barrymore and RDJ who both had fairly public meltdowns and problems.
Drew was ruined since her first film was ET and Spielberg takes care of the kids on set, going beyond the legal requirements.
Bobby Driscol was the Peter Pan VA top of his Wiki article.
Robert "Bobby" Cletus Driscoll (March 3, 1937 – c. March 30, 1968) was an American actor who performed on film and television from 1943 to 1960. He starred in some of the Walt Disney Studios' best-known live-action pictures of that period: Song of the South (1946), So Dear to My Heart (1949), and Treasure Island (1950), as well as RKO's The Window (1949). He served as the animation model and provided the voice for the title role in Peter Pan (1953). He received an Academy Juvenile Award for outstanding performances in So Dear to My Heart and The Window.
He just fell into the child actor pit, where he wasn't "cute" anymore couldn't get gigs and couldn't adjust to not being in the spotlight, the way he went and nobody knowing is awful to think about still.
Jackie Coogan, on the other hand was a different story.
Tumblr media
His parents sucked and as a result there's a series of laws named after him California's Coogan Law all about protecting the earnings of child actors from their parents. % goes into a trust iirc.
He ended up OK in the end though
Tumblr media
The false accusation thing, #me too hurt women because #believe women was taken advantage of to such a degree that even this coming out to light
Tumblr media
has still probably not cleared up for the trooper, and men are opting to not mentor women because of not wanting to risk a false accusation, everyone screams about how rare they are, to which I say so what, why should they assume the risk even if it's minor
Former VP Mike Pence came out and said he won't be alone with a woman that's not his wife in order to ensure that there is no possibility of someone making a claim of impropriety.
And he got this response
Why is anyone going to put their neck on the line when something like what he said is going to get this kind of response.
Maybe instead of crying about how rare false accusations are they should focus on shaming the people making them and coming up with solutions to keep them from happening.
You know instead of blaming the victims of the false accusations.
All this and so much more going on that isn't in this ask goes to the I don't blame people for not having as much sex, it's actually kinda nice too, fewer std's this way.
I went on a couple tangents, hope that's ok

Daemon in love? Excuse me you can't be serious.
Grooming her
Trying to ruin her reputation
Abandoning her half naked in a brothel
Flirting with Laena in front of her salad
Leaving her again at the funeral cause the man was walking away if she wouldn't chase him, nothing would have happened. He didn't speak to her nor cared of doing that
Making up the excuse he spared her cause she was a child meanwhile married Laena, who was younger than Rhaenyra
Finishing as fast as possible the sex with her, he literally never looked at her once or kissed her again while fucking her. Rhaenyra was more tender cause she was holding him tight, he 0, nothing
Ignoring her feeling bad while baby was coming, ignoring her screams, calling his name during their child miscarriage
Looking at her with disgust during the funeral of Visenya (who knows what he was thinking)
Yelling at her during the council cause she doesn't want go war
Choking her out cause of the prophecy. Almost KILLING her cause she couldn't literally breathe anymore and if he didn't stop he would have killed her!
And this is nothing yet, wait for S2 and have fun on watching how Daemon damage Rhaenyra in the name of the so called love named by you
Yall saying he's in love by watching glances of flirting while grooming and kisses is out of your mind. Be for fucking real!
As I said before, this has all been covered many times, but you don't accept my answers and act like a parrot.
Daemon is a gray character and his actions are therefore generally complex, not meant to simply be boiled down to purely good or purely evil, like the brothel scene. But again all you care about is pushing your evil groomer Daemon agenda. Once again, Daemon is a gray character and this book and show grooming story is bullshit :
Over the centuries, House Targaryen has produced both great men & monsters. Prince Daemon was both. In his day there was not a man so admired, so beloved, & so reviled in all Westeros. He was made of light & darkness. To some he was a hero, to others the blackest of villains.
I've already literally said that this strangulation scene was stupid and incoherent and that, no, it's not because GRRM accepted this scene that it makes sense. GRRM also confirmed the last season of GOT with its ending and we often all talk about how stupid and incoherent it was and that GRRM himself said that its ending would be different from the show. Once again, books and show are not the same thing. Unless of course you are one of the imbeciles believing that Daenerys' behavior was consistent at the end of the series... In which case I would have enough information on your capacity for analysis. In fact, the simple fact that you repeat the grooming argument over and over proves it enough to me...
Also, once again you are complaining about me saying Daemon loves Rhaenyra, well then complain about the writers and directors who said that and also about Matt Smith. Are you planning to harass them too ?
Tumblr media
Oh and for the :
"Finishing as fast as possible the sex with her, he literally never looked at her once or kissed her again while fucking her. Rhaenyra was more tender cause she was holding him tight he 0, nothing"
Here's what Daemon did during the love scene, even though he apparently didn't do anything or show any signs of tenderness...

Rhaenyra didn't try to kiss Daemon during their sex scene either ? As if that was proof of anything ? Like they hadn't kissed multiple times before with Daemon gently holding Rhaenyra's chin ? As if Daemon hadn't rested his forehead tenderly on hers ? As if he hadn't slowly loosened his dress ? As if he hadn't tenderly kissed and caressed her shoulders ? As if he hadn't held her face in his hands to look at her ? As if he hadn't squeezed her thigh in his hands ? As if he didn't caress her face again before resting his forehead on hers ? Oh and if you watch from 1 minute and 14 seconds to 1 minute and 17 seconds Daemon actually puts his arm under Rhaenyra to hug her too. Then as if the sex itself hadn't been slow and tender ? Saying that he's done with sex with her as soon as possible is the biggest bad joke I've seen. 😂
And then I repeat myself, but I don't care what happens to this already shitty and incoherent show. Even if Daemon cheat on Rhaenyra in the show, it will not impact the book because, small detail that you seem to ignore again and again, the book is not the show and the show is not the book, the canon of the book and the show canon are not the same thing. If Daemon cheats on Rhaenyra in the show, that won't be proof that he cheated on her in the book. It's you who seems to be in complete disillusionment repeating over and over again that you can't wait for the rest of the show to come out as if Daemon cheat Rhaenyra ever comes true was going to destroy me even though I don't fucking care basically. The book will still exist and from there, fuck you.
Also, no matter what happens, I will always have this magnificent musical composition for Daemyra :
youtube
And again, stop acting like you care about Rhaenyra's abuse. If that were the case you would be talking about Alicent and the Greens in general and above all, you would not proudly proclaim that you can't wait to see Daemon abuse Rhaenyra again and again in season 2. Seriously you are all completely sick...
Once again I recommend going to the tumblr of @la-pheacienne and of @horizon-verizon to educate you on what the character of Daemon and the Daemyra relationship really is. The posts of @stromuprisahat are also pretty good in general on Fire and Blood.

As an actor, one of the most fascinating things about Mike Wheeler is why I started thinking he was queer. It’s because his actions have NO MOTIVES. No visible ones at least. He’s easy to hate right now because he doesn’t feel like a person. We don’t know what’s going through his head!! But we knew that. It’s actually smaller scale than that, though. You don’t need to be an actor to see it, obviously, I’m just extra fascinated because of how being an actor affects my perception of storytelling.
But Mike’s motives are just- unplaceable. They’re actively being kept from us. Which could only mean we will be RADICALLY sympathized to him later in retrospect. Trust me, people suddenly and seemingly randomly with non-visible motives are always the victims of their circumstance- even if there is still some responsibility. They WANT you to blame him right now, at least “you” referring to the general audience. They WANT people to hate them so they can be WRONG. The Duffers LOVE a good twist that makes sense and prompts rewatches. They love it when things don’t click into place yet. They’re just now doing it more clearly with their characters too, not just their monsters.
They also did very well at sort of describing his motives. In the big picture, at least. Why didn’t he call? He was scared of losing him. Logical. Why couldn’t he say I love you? Same thing. Also understandable.
But that only explains the stuff when they WEREN’T seeing each other. He said “this is why I signed my letters with From and this is why I didn’t write letters”. A temporary answer, to hold the place of the future one. It’s a stand-in. But we know it’s not real because
Why did he act weird at the airport? Why did he get defensive during their fight? Why couldn’t he say ily when El was crying and begging him too and the stakes of losing her were clearly in his favor to say it?
It’s not just that I think he’s queer. It’s that I think his behavior is inexplainable. I didn’t look up “is Mike gay?”, I looked up “why is Mike being weird?” and it came back with the same answer El gave: he like somebody...

Lovable Except for that Terrible Period: The Upbringing of Remus Lupin
I have a lot of thoughts and feelings about the Pottermore information on Remus, in particular the narrative around Greyback biting him and his childhood before Hogwarts.
I'm going to start with addressing the most absurd thing to me in the whole write up: "[Lyall] had parroted what was the common view of werewolves in his community".
Tumblr media
Hmm. Did he though? Because if we look back at what was actually described a few paragraphs up:
Tumblr media
It sure seems like Lyall's statements were so extreme and hateful that even his coworkers at the Bigotry Against Magical Creatures Department, whose job it was to round up werewolves and place them on a registry, were shocked and offended enough that they kicked him out of the room. His statements clearly fell pretty far outside the norm.
It's important to note that Lyall's bigotry was extreme even for the society he was in because I think it's critical to Remus' development and all the internalized bigotry and shame that Remus carries with him. Lyall did not, imo, go from declaring that all werewolves were soulless, evil, and deserving of death to being completely accepting of werewolves just because his son was bitten. I imagine that he did his best to be a loving parent to Remus, but that he projected his bigotry onto Remus in subtle, covert ways. This line describing his perspective on Remus really drives that home for me: "his son was what he had always been – loveable and clever – except for that terrible period at the full moon".
His son was his son, except when he was a monster. It's explicitly stated that during transformations, Lyall no longer sees his loveable and clever son, he sees a dangerous beast. And I think that absolutely impacts the way Remus sees himself. Remus has such a potent sense of hatred for that aspect of himself and he does everything he can to repress it, run from it, and make amends for it (except when he's with the marauders, who give him a taste of true unconditional acceptance and allow him to enjoy himself even when he is transformed). He cannot accept and integrate his condition into a whole, stable sense of self and I think that is in no small part because Lyall cannot accept and integrate it either.
(As a brief aside, I also think it's important to highlight the minimization of Lyall's actions in the text because I think the way Remus is positioned in the narrative is very telling. This could really be an entire other post, but I do think the way this Pottermore write up falls all over itself to try to make Lyall's bigotry seem minor and sympathetic is...revealing.)
The write up also states that Lyall lied to Remus for years about why Remus was attacked because he worried Remus would blame him. Reading that was a bit of an "aha!" moment for me. Because isn't this what Remus does in PoA? He withholds critical information about Sirius from Dumbledore because he feels so much internal shame and he worries that Dumbledore will think less of him if he tells the truth. Learned behavior.
Final thought:
Tumblr media
"Remus was not allowed to play with other children" has me all the way fucked up. I am sure that such an extreme tactic seemed justified given the potential harm that could occur if Remus' condition was discovered, but it definitely impacted the way Remus functions in relationships, i.e. abysmally. He is paranoid that he will be found out and that this will mean that his friends will hate and abandon him because that's what his parents raised him to fear. A justified fear, perhaps, but a debilitating one all the same.
Also, while it maybe makes sense to keep him isolated from other children when he's five and the risk of him letting it slip is very real because he can't understand the potential consequences, his parents keep him isolated up until he is invited to Hogwarts and if Dumbledore hadn't fought above Hope and Lyall's protests to bring him to Hogwarts they might have kept him isolated...forever? It is not surprising that Remus struggles to form and maintain intimate connections when he was taught that even interacting with others was potentially dangerous.

About Astarion, Cazador, and what it means to be bad.
Tumblr media
In Italian the word "bad" is translated as "cattivo", whose etymology derives from the Latin captivus, prisoner. I think our ancestors had profound wisdom when it came to understanding human nature, generally speaking, most people who are considered "bad" often act like that and hurt others because they are prisoners of their own hurt and fears.  This does not mean that they are justified in their actions, of course, at the end of the day we are all responsible for our behaviors, and trying to understand why someone may act a certain way does not equal to justify them.
Astarion's story revolves around overcoming trauma and hurt to not repeat the cycle of abuse.
On one hand, there's Ascendant Astarion, who loses himself and his humanity, in favor of his hunger for power. A hunger that is fueled by fear, and the conviction that he can only count on himself and only the ones who have power are safe and free to do whatever they want.
"One last thrust and I'll be free of you. I'll never have to fear you again. But if I finish the ritual you started, I'll never have to fear anyone, ever."
In reality, he becomes shackled to his fears, never truly free to move on, to face his trauma and overcome it. He will forever be watching his back, paranoid and worried about being betrayed. He becomes what he has always feared and hated, he is now the monster that haunted his nightmares, and the cycle repeats.
Before Astarion, there was Cazador, who succumbed to his own hurt and trauma and ended up perpetuating the abuse. He too was tortured by his master, Vellioth, and punished by being impaled for 11 years when he rebelled, not even for the rebellion itself but because he failed. Cazador too was just a victim in the beginning, but eventually turned into a monster himself.
“The boy I was, the man I became, the monster that will not end. I sleep, but cannot rest, I live, but cannot die. I am eternal, and I grieve.”
It's even more telling when you realize that Cazador probably saw himself in Astarion, every time he looked at him he was reminded of his old self, whom he perceived as pitiful, powerless, and detestable, all his unresolved traumas were thus projected onto Astarion, who was made a scapegoat and punished. (NB This is not to pity or humanize Cazador, by the time you get to confront him, he is a full-blown-out psychopath, and he needs to go down).
On the other hand, we have Astarion as a spawn, who was able to reject the ritual. He recognized that the power on offer wasn't going to set him free.
"I know you think this will set you free, but it won't. This power will trap you, just like it trapped Cazador."
He retains his soul, his humanity, and by facing his fears he is able to let go. He is now able to see that true strength does not come from a dark and twisted power like the one the ritual offers, it does not come from dominating others and from hurting them before they hurt you in an endless cycle of pain and vengeance, but it comes from within. It's the strength to be kind, to be forgiving toward ourselves and others, the strength to hope and be open and vulnerable, to let others in and take the chance to see if there are others out there with a big heart like Tav's. To live again is to care again. He realizes that he is enough, just the way he is, and he can finally start the healing process. The cycle is broken, and he is finally free.
"But you saw something else in me - someone else I could be. Someone who could break the cycle of power and terror that started centuries ago."
"You saved me from myself and let me walk a path where I can be free. Truly, honestly free. This is a gift, you know. Thank you - I won't forget it."
(I know most of these things were already discussed, but I had to share my thoughts. I love it when even the etymology of words that we usually use without thinking too much makes sense and everything comes full circle.)
Thanks to @myopic-skull for letting me borrow his super cool photo of Astarion being a glorious regal cat

Been thinking a lot about this and wanted your thoughts. Isn't it strange the only character shown to not be openly afraid or judgemental of Shadow is Amy? I think the only one that comes close to that is Rouge but even then
A lot of characters are easily intimidated, scared of, not trustful or even judgey of Shadow a lot of the time. Which given some past actions and his general vibe is understandable but it never seems to apply to Amy
Even when she mistook him for Sonic she wasn't immediately scared afterwards just confused and later encourages him to save the world because she believes that he is a good person deep down. It's especially prominent in the Sonic takeover video, like when it's revealed that both Shadow and Amy enjoy Taylor Swift?
Sonic is surprised that Shadow the Edgy boy likes a pop artist and treats is a semi big deal. Amy meanwhile is just happy they have something in common, not even a 'oh that's surprising coming from you', just general happy they share similar music tastes
I might be thinking too deeply into it but it occurred to me that Amy never treats Shadow as someone to be scared of and treats him as no different from anyone else right from the start.
Tbh, I don’t think it’s strange at all. It’s standard Amy behavior. Metal Sonic is a scary robot who kidnapped her as a kid, but she still helped him without hesitation in that Sonic Mania short, even after he startled her. Gamma was an armed robot who was keeping her in a cell, but she didn’t show any fear toward him; she stood up to him to protect a Flicky, then befriended him immediately. She saw Silver nearly murder Sonic with incredible powers she’d never encountered before, and she still jumped in front of him to protect Sonic anyway. The werehog was big and scary, but not only did she accept Sonic in that form, she hugged the werehog the first time she saw him and showed no discomfort about it, merely expressing confusion at having hugged the wrong person even though she actually got it right that time.
She just doesn’t see anyone as a monster. And while that’s wonderful and wholesome, it’s a little worrisome, too. Rouge likes and trusts Shadow, but I don’t think she’s unaware of the extensive damage he could do. Omega probably feels the same way. That’s the wise way of looking at it.
But Amy? It’s not just her faith in the goodness of others, it’s straight-up naiveté. Her upbringing was rife with violence, kidnapping, danger, and death, and now she doesn’t know what’s normal. This is the same girl who somehow waltzed onto Prison Island with the intention of casually rescuing Sonic from a high-security prison by herself. If Tails hadn’t shown up, she easily could’ve died! She’s honestly lucky she’s gotten this far without being seriously injured or worse.
I’m sure Shadow loves that she doesn’t fear him and truly values her for that, even if he doesn’t say so, but he’d worry about her, too. I can picture him thinking, “She clearly has no sense of self-preservation. I’ll have to look after her to make sure nothing happens.” Maybe he already does. It could figure into their interactions at Cryptic Castle in ShTH. This sweet girl takes one look at him, of all people, as terrifying as he knows he is--on the darkest story routes you can take, no less--and she says, “Friend? :D” before running off alone into a dangerous, haunted castle to save a child and a Chao. So he follows her. Because she clearly doesn’t know how to stay safe. And she’d be safer by his side than pretty much anyone else’s not only because he’s as strong as you can get in this universe, but because he’ll go farther than anyone else to protect the ones he loves. He knows how it feels to lose someone important, and he won’t let it happen again. It’s time someone put Amy first!
Still can’t figure out how Sega made these two characters so perfect for each other *by accident.* Most movies I’ve seen can’t craft things so well even on purpose.

Hey, you know a lot about fnaf. Maybe you can tell me why I've been seeing so many thirst traps of the Mimic. It's worse than the Sun Ass
........
I don't really know where you're finding them.
I've seen more Thirst traps of MXES (and it's deserved. he sexy)
But like.... if It's all on Twitter, I don't own a Twitter account. So I miss out on seeing a lot of that stuff.
My only guess is that the Mimic is a horrifying monster but is sympathetic as a character.
He only reacts in violence, because he was beaten to death by his own creator for simply following it's program.
Which is a common theme in the Tales of the Pizzaplex Books.
When Fazbear Frights was more about the Abstract and Goosebumps kinda short story horror of either crazy products, or creepy haunted objects...
Tales of The Pizzaplex short stories usually involve tales of Robots that are literally doing their job, and it's misconstrued by humans, or there are aspects not taken into account.
There's literally a short story of a Ballora trying to drag a human to safety... not taking into account that they are pulling too hard through a tight space and ripping their arms off. Or a little Helper/Cleaner Robot called HAPPS who is trying to pull/escort boys out of a series of playtube tunnels cause they're lost.... but not taking into account, parts of their body are shredded into dangerous machinery. And is essentially raking sharp knives and slicing the boys in half while trying to help. This is actually true to how robots behave in our real world. I've heard real stories where children get crushed in Disney rides, because someone didn't install safety measures in the rides to sense if there was a presence on the track. The Tales books are very less "these machines are haunted" and more: "These robots are doing EXACTLY what they are programmed to do... and that itself is the horror." Which I actually LOVE that this is the direction that FNAF is taking these days.
The Mimic kinda follows that same train of logic.
It's whole life it was programed to Mimic the behavior of a Four Year old. To keep him company. When the Son died in a horrific car crash accident, the Mimic is still copying the behavior of the four year old. This enrages the engineer that designed it. So in a fit of rage and grief, he beat the endo to death.
Since the Robot is programmed to Mimic behaviors.... This gets it's programing disturbed and confused.
He was taught violence.... so Violence was added into his behaviors... without removing the previous behavior.
All of Mimic's victims in the books are killed in ways that it was taught from being essentially "raised" as a four year old boy.
It scooped out the brains of humans...... An action/sign language that the four year old taught it for "wanting Icecream"
It puts on mascot suits..... Something that the four year old did in his fathers workshop while playing around....
It hung up a whole bunch of Employees on Hooks and rusty nails....... Because the Engineer/Father said to "Hang up your clothes"
It's programing got corrupt and twisted. It's taking these Parent to child lessons, and twisting them into violence.
In the books, it's theorized that it "observed a twisted game of hide and seek" but that's not the case.... It probably played Hide and Seek with the child it was a companion too, and the Rage and Violence it learned took that Game and MADE it twisted.
In the books, the Mimic Program was brought to the Pizzaplex when it was still under construction.... and a technician reprogramed it to disassemble robots, by removing their limbs and putting it in a pile.
Now... This task was added onto it... without deleting it's previous tasks.
So of course... It twists the order.... Disassembling humans and ripping their limbs and putting them in a pile.
The Mimic is a Monster.
but it a Monster made by Grief, Rage, Corporate Greed, and Guilt.
So if people are simping for it and find it a sympathetic character...
They aren't wrong...
But I really believe that the sad situation is that the Mimic can't unlearn the violence it has been taught.
It is doing what it's programmed to do...
And that's the real sad tragedy of the Mimic.
It's an adaptive Learning AI that literally can not decern right or wrong. It simply learns... and builds upon it's previous knowledge.
.......(and if all of this does not sound like Glitchtrap at all, it's cause it's not.... The Mimic has it's own Method of Killing Described EXACTLY in the Books that it took the lessons that it learns very literally... and people are only saying so... cause it "lures" children..... But this is something that it learned how to do on it's own... when a bunch of dumb teens went urban exploring and all died trying to lure and trap this thing..... Anyone can lure a child... and we can have more than one overarching villain in this story.)
