entering day 3 of no weaver. this is the end times
fellow weavers rise up: we must come together
rise, my elementalist comrades; let us reclaim our glass cannon throne. we shall leash the dogs of tyranny with one hand and raise our silly little flamey swords with the other, and we WILL become tanks again like our fallen brethren, sistren, and siblingseren before us. join me my fellow sword swingers, my blade bearers, rapier rattlers, my foil foilers,

Imagine if Venti accidentally reveals his powers to the real world and ruined a landmark or something
“Venti, what did you do to Mt Rushmore!?”
There he goes, slicing mountains again, smh
Old habits die hard I guess
Hopefully it's just taken as some freak natural disaster or something, I mean winds at high enough speeds have certainly been known to do some damage
Otherwise he's gonna learn about the legal system first hand, and rather quickly—
Guess my next work should be titled "How to break your boyfriend out of jail after he (accidentally) destroyed a national monument"
Maybe it's about time you bring Yanfei, or at least Zhongli over to help out with doing it legally

"Two female journalists sentenced to prison for reporting on the killing of Jina Amini"
"Elaha Mohammadi and Nilofar Hamidi, two journalists, have collectively been sentenced to a total of 25 years in prison [...] Nilofar Hamidi initially published photographs of Jina Amini in the hospital in the “Sharq” newspaper. In Saqqez, Elaha Mohammadi prepared and published a report on the death of Jina Amini. Both journalists were arrested at the onset of the (Jin, Jiyan, Azadi) Women, Life, Freedom movement last year and have remained in Evin prison since."

losing my Mind over Jack De Sena’s “out of context” S5 spoiler being Chains (related but also opposed to something more on the nose, like strings or puppet, which is how the possession has been referred to) amid remembering the symbolism I gave Rayllum in my more general Tarot and TDP analysis back in Sept 2022 because the Devil card is Lucifer overlooking a male and female captive (Adam and Eve) in chains and the Layers here?? are Insane

HELP SAVE REZA RASAEI!
Tumblr media
This man's name is Reza Rasaei.
He was an activist with the Women, Life, Freedom movement.
He's about to be executed by the government of Iran, allegedly for murder of a government official...
...which he confessed to under torture.
Note also that, according to Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, "Rasaei was deprived of basic human rights throughout his detention, including access to legal representation and visitation."
This man deserves more than this. He deserves a second chance, he deserves someone who can stand up for him and make sure his side of the story is told without the haze and pressure of torture.
For now, the only resource I'm aware of is social media and a letter template created by Amnesty International which I have linked below. I'll try to find more resources, but for now, please share this information around using the hashtag #reza rasaei. Please.
Here's the letter template composed by Amnesty International:
Here's an article on him from Iran International:
And here's the article from Hengaw:
Thank you so much for reading. I'll try to collect more on this subject, and I'll house it on this blog under the tag #reza rasaei. Until then, I love y'all!

Many teachers get very upset and angry when I speak of schools being in the jail business. They say, as I would once have said myself, that they personally are not in the jail business. They don't feel like jailers, and they are not running a jail. Perhaps not. But the facts remains that if their students did not go to school, and within that school to their class and even their desk or seat - if they did not do that they would go to jail. This, as Herndon and Dennison point out, is what compulsory school attendance laws mean. They do not mean that society says to young people, we would like you to please go to school. Society says, if you don't go to school, we are going to put you in jail - a real jail with bars in it. For most children, school is the better choice. Most, not all - The New York Times once told about some boys in South Carolina who, offered by a judge a choice of going back to school or going to jail, unhesitatingly chose jail. But these are still exceptions, still a minority, though a rapidly growing one.

“I don’t blame any one for not believing my history. If I had not experienced what I have, I would not have believed it myself.” - Joseph Smith
This sounds so much like a trans thing, honestly. But even if people don’t believe trans people or understand who we are, they can still act with courtesy and respect. They can let us have autonomy in our lives and respect the agency of parents, doctors and ourselves when we make decisions about our bodies.
It certainly seems better than using the law to cast us into prison, take away our rights and privileges, and beat us or even just let us die in the metaphorical Carthage where you’ve locked us up.
‘If we had been in the days of our fathers, we would not have been partakers with them in the blood of the prophets’ Wherefore ye be witnesses unto yourselves, that ye are the children of them which killed the prophets. Fill ye up then the measure of your fathers. Matthew 23:30-32
