Potential Muses - Part One

Because it’s peak brainworm hours, I’ve put some brief bios below for eight muses I might try to write for at some point. If any of these pique your interest, feel free to hit me up for a thread or just to ask questions - I’m always down to gush about my OCs.

Long list below the cut:

Caspian - A mist genasi warlock who came from a family of grave-tenders. A mythical necrotic force killed his parents and possessed his body, forcing him to commit horrible atrocities for years on end, acting as a puppet. Caspian was freed much later by a paladin of a god of fire. He later made a pact with a bonfire spirit, the spirit promising to burn away the residual necrotic corruption within him as he traveled the land to undo all the wrongs he was forced to commit as the face of the Dread Swarm.

Cecil Springthorn - A half-elf warlock who took the hand of a fey and willingly left everything behind to travel through the fey realm and see the sights. He has few attachments and lives fully in the moment.

Cirilla Springthorn - Cecil’s twin sister, the only real connectin he still values. Cirilla is a free-spirited alchemist and inventor with an incredible throwing arm. Her favorite thing is to experiment with new alchemical concoctions, but she doesn’t mind getting her hands dirty in the field to make some money.

Dvorak Aragius Indragnykk - A human born as a slave who ended up becoming a gladiator. After becoming champion and killing one of the only people who had ever shown him kindness, a fellow gladiator, Dvorak earned his freedom and now travels the world grappling with his new reality.

Edward Stormhammer AKA William Heartmourn - A human rogue/fighter who came from a long line of distinguished blacksmiths, known for their master craftsmanship with upper class nobles as their patrons. His family is framed for the assassination of the local Duke’s family, and the only two who escape the plot are Edward and Mara - the daughter of the duke and Edward’s girlfriend. Falsely branded a traitor, Edward takes on a new guise as William Heartmourn, a traveling bard. While searching for the masterminds behind the demise of both families, the forgotten blessing of the Stormhammers begins to manifest in Edward, granting him the magic of a Storm dragon.

Frankie - Frankie. or rather Francine, was a normal bartender who got caught up in an insane vampire plot. She learned self-defense to ensure her own survival, but later discovered she had a real talent for being a rogue - and a knack for shadow magic.

Ipsun Raj - Ipsun Raj was raised in a cult dedicated to the goddess of poison. He was a living “poison jar” who survived many experiments and death trials, coming out the other side as a mutant capable of not only synthesizing his own venom, but also assimilating other toxins and using them to enhance his innate toxins. He later broke free of the cult and was rescued by a druid who allowed him to claim the life he never had, and he now travels seeking to put his toxins to good use.

Kayo Matea - An air genasi privateer and the captain of the Storm Breaker. She is a powerful caster focusing on lightning magic, as well as a free spirit and occasional flirt. Recognized by the government as a “living weapon,” Kayo has yet to find her match on the high seas (whether in combat or in romance... maybe both).

hi hot take but rw designs can be anything?? yall are hating on designs that are. pixelate blobs in the gameplay ... personally i LOVE how different each design is, how some are like the "warrior cat" style and some are BEAST MODE because that just shows how many different PEOPLE are in such a wonderful fandom!! it shows the uniqueness. yes it can be boring?? so what?? they love their designs... you can dislike it, but dont call yourself a hater :( someone out there who makes such cute designs put in some time into it, whether it be 5 minutes or hours. they made those designs in hopes that other people will at least see it and give a thumbs up. pls be kind to one another... we're all human who like different things :) <3

Kayos turned 14 today yay! (living in my head rent-free since april 13th 2009)

Enjoy some lore, perceive the manwhore.

Kayos is the first Shakratu to be created. He was designed to be a vanguard of The Brotherhood's will in matters that could not be solved by usual methods they employed.

He is empowered by elemental Shadow, like all Shakratu are. He has another unique element as a result of a mistake during his creation: a destructive cloud of particles, capable of corroding metal and making organic material rapidly decay.

Kayos preferred to use this power sparingly, instead relying on his physical strength, cunning, and charm. Efficiency and subterfuge would be of secondary concern if he could goad his opponents into a fight, or seduce them. He would toy with his prey, enjoying the thrills of combat or pleasures of flesh, chasing the adrenaline high.

Kayos favors greatswords as his weapons of choice. The one he carries with him allows him to channel his shadow powers into the blade, augmenting the slashes with even more lethality. Despite that, he uses shadow more for stealth and misdirection, as his raw physical strength is enough to contend with most opponents. Even without a weapon, he's a skilled combatant in hand-to-hand, using the environment to his advantage.

Nowadays, Kayos is the current ruler of the land of Karzahni, taking on Karzahni's original responsibilities. He provides refuge and solace for forsaken and outcasts, and mends their broken minds, souls, and bodies, with the help of his court. He is more successful than original Karzahni, and is generally respected and beloved by his subjects.
