so here they are slurping on vanilla milkshakes and chewing on a large order of fries. pink and red paper cutouts float all around them. cute hearts and x’s and o’s, placed all over the table. big themed balloons cover the ceiling. and honesty, the night was going so, so well. shuri and riri talk about any and everything. from work and college life to how to eat a milkshake and fries properly.

“no bruh you have to dip the fry in the milkshake” riri reaches to grab the fry from shuri’s hand

“what? why not, it's good!” riri gives up and grabs fries from the basket.

a loud smack is heard throughout the diner. with a blur, riri sees the man’s body fly back. the boy slams into a broken chair. he slumps down on a now broken chair, way pass his original standing point. riri watches and lingers as people gather around the man. slurping pulls her out of the daze, looking over to her right she sees shuri. the royal carries on slurping the vanilla shake.

“ damnit i want the cherry but i can’t get it”

“ bruh you can’t be for real right now”

“shuri them people coming, we gotta go” riri grabs the two bags on the table.

“oh okay i’m talking the milkshake, you want the fries tho?”

“no i don’t want no damn fries! let’s go.”

“ooooo aggressive! wait! wait!” riri walks out of the diner, making shuri jogging a bit to catch up with her. shuri sees the tiny girl in a pink top and loose jeans get closer and closer.

“okay slow down! mama slow down!” shuri breathes out and sucks in long breaths

“man bye, stop acting like your tired! im tired. i need a drink after the shit you be pulling”

shuri thinks it's smart to keep quiet as they walk down the chicago streets, looking for a decent bar. soon the two have two drinks each. watermelon and strawberry margaritas. shuri currently chews on her and riri’s pieces of fruit from their drinks.

“no because? what is wrong with you- like we get it your strong as shit but like all that so unnecessary” riri starts wanting to get to the bottom for why shuri acted like that.

“it’s a problem that i don’t like that bitch”

“stop fucking lying, WHY don’t you like him besides the entire creepy? weirdo? part”

“ …girl? shuri you buzzed a bit?”

at first, minghao thought it was stupid. since, duh... how can a roblox game be that scary? spoiler alert, he overestimated his bravery, and everyone elses.

now here we are, in a room filled with clicking, screaming, and panic.

"KIM FUCKING MINGYU IF YOU DON'T OPEN THE DOOR RIGHT NOW." you started, hearing the monster coming near you.

"OKAY OKAY WAIT OMG" after three more seconds of yelling, you and minghao escaped from the monster.

"i thought you weren't scared, hao" seokmin teased as you looked behind you to see a traumatized minghao.

it took all you had not to laugh at the sight and focus on your computer screen.

"okay, we just have to find one more butterfly spirit.. but i legitimately cant find the other key." you said cutting off the small bickering going on between the 3 other guys you were playing with.

"can we just give up? im up for pizza, ILL PAY." mingyu offered, earning a suspicious look from all of you.

"WHAT" you yelled. seokmin proudly equipped the key as you stared in shock.

"never knew we'd be this determined for a roblox game.." minghao started.

"hao if you dont shut your bitchass rn" mingyu said. finally, you all planned to quickly get the last butterfly spirit.

after a good 15 minutes of screaming, yelling, running, swearing and everything. you all successfully managed to escape that hell hole... slowly realizing theres more.

"PHEW.... wait." seokmin said as you were teleported somewhere else.

the room suddenly filled with pure silence and painful realization.

Where they just casually pull a funny haha prank together on the woman that destroyed yjh's life (<3) but then. She pulls a funny little prank on kdj too cuz she's a sore fucking loser bitch. And instead of him having a normal reaction for once in his useless life he's like "sayonara you weeaboo shits" and goes to fuck off to hell again, by himself, the bitchass motherfucker. After they just!!!!!!! Argued!!!!!!!! About him fucking off to hell!!!!!!!!!! After yjh was willing to sacrifice the heard earned goodwill of his companions in order to stop kdj from fucking off to hell!!!!!!!

So OBVIOUSLY yjh says fuck that and comes along for the ride. Like. We literally JUST talked about this you absolute piece of shit. What did i JUST fucking say. God DAMN it. And so now they're both chilling in hell.

Then kdj starts going on and on and on abt how fucking cool yjh is, how big his dick is, how his life is so inspiring that it can even move the ancient gods into action to fight an impossible war to save ysa. Then they split again. Kdj goes straight to fighting the previously mentioned impossible war, while yjh goes to earth so meet save the parents mom. And he's like fuck shit piss kdj's mom is fucking dying what do i fucking do. (He's gonna pull some star fluid straight out of his fucking ass, that's what he's gonna do, but dw abt it)

But then they do reunite on the impossible war battlefield. And by that i mean that yjh goes ahead and makes the most dramatic and 🥺🥺🥺😭😭😭😭 inducing entrace in the history of the star stream, to the point where it was quoted in their nomination for best chemistry awards. Ykno just casually. And they're fighting for their life but he's STILL worried about kdj and his mom. He is SO careful about how to break the news to him. And he's the reason why she's saved by the end of it.

cbmthy 5 is so good, you never fail. i'm so happy to see reader fight with eris word for word i just wish she did the same with azriel. if she hit azriel with that "not everyone wants to waste their life being miserable and bitter" he would probably cry lmao. no but he's actually starting to get me mad because he did good in coming to talk to her after the shit show but then i realized he wasn't even going to apologize, it was just to try to know more. are you planning on writing anything from azriel's perspective at all? i just feel like at this point him being so dismissive of her feelings is weird since i feel like in the books azriel is a good listener and he understands other's feelings well (we can tell by how he saw nesta in acosf) so it would make sense that he's not trying to be mean here but just keeps saying the wrong things unintentionally, it would also help him to not come across as irredeemable tbh because right now (and i cant believe im saying this) eris is being better with her than azriel. though i think part of that is that she doesn't like eris like she does azriel so she just doesn't care about what he has to say much.

i think it's also a testament of how azriel jusr doesn't really take notice of her that he thinks she can't comprehend why eris is dangerous or whatever, like he genuinely never paid attention to her to know she's actually smart and since he has shadows and all that to tell him these things, he really just never gave it a thought lol she should slap him like she did eris

i hope we get to see her more with the ic though, like i like the eris thing she has going on and it would be fun to see them more but if the endgame is for her to stay in the night court i hope we get to see her more with them, especially with the last part where she doesn't even like saying they're her family (even if it's partly because of her wanting to sit on azriel's face). i think it would be good to see her ask feyre or even rhys the same question she did eris, or other things she doesn't understand well and i dont know what you're doing with her powers but i wish she'd show them instead of them finding out because i can see how they would feel a little betrayed that eris knows but not them and at some point her not telling them makes it feel like she doesn't trust them and like i said if she's supposed to stay in the night court i hope they're good to her. speaking of powers i can't believe eris' bitchass figured it out and didn't tell her (yes i can, the little asshole) but im so excited to see what they are. she glows like starfall and eris connected the dots when she was talking about the mother 🤔

it's also interesting how you bring up the science being a blasphemy thing into it because i never even thought of it since for us science is the real thing and there's no proof god is real but for them the mother is definitely real so i get that science could rub some people the wrong way. it would be fun to see her with helion since there's so many scholars in day court and it's something she likes but i feel like we're more focused on eris here

With Azriel not really taking notice of her, I suppose it is partly that he was more focused on Elain in the past, but reader definitely has some reclusive tendencies (she really loves her books—though at the expense of social interaction, sometimes😭) that I’m not sure I’ve properly highlighted, so I’ll work on that because it’s an important part :)

Honestly the Az pov is a really good idea, since it would help clarify why he’s acting so strangely in Reader’s pov, so thank you for that!

We’ve already seen in acotar that attitudes toward women differ depending on where you are, so I don’t think it’s unreasonable that in places like the Night and Day Courts that attitudes toward science would be more modern, whereas Autumn’s pretty set in its ways 🍁

What's the funniest coming out story you've got?

oh boy, i don't know if this is funny to anyone else but here we go.

so, at the time, i identified as bisexual and nonbinary. i'd just gotten cheated on and then dumped, so my bitchass meddling older brother and his bitchass meddling girlfriend decided they were going to set me up with a new partner. they asked me who i had a crush on and in a moment of panic i said the first name that came to mind: the name of my close friend from art class.

unfortunately, they both knew said close friend. even more unfortunately, they were bitchass meddlers.

they managed to set us up, and got us dating, and i must say we were a really cute couple. only problem is: roughly a week into our relationship, it occurred to me that i wasn't into guys. i didn't say anything because i figured that would probably break his heart or whatever.

we'd been dating for a couple months when quarantine started, and i admitted to my brother that i might be a lesbian, and he told me to break it off. so, absolutely terrified out of my mind, i messaged the guy.

his response was something along the lines of "damn. glad to hear it tho im gay and was trying to figure out how to break up with you."

he also ended up coming out as nonbinary around the same time i came out as cisgender.

we're now besties and mutuals and hes online as i make this post and will most likely see it. hi nico

Can you explain sadakos backstory to someone who doesn't want to look up the ring backstories because the videos look creepy but who still wants to know because you've been posting about it a lot. blease.

okay so for anyone who Does want to watch ring, there are major spoilers here. beware.

sadako is the daughter of a psychic named shizuko and bitchass professor ikuma (potentially the father is actually a sea demon rather than ikuma but it’s a little mystery) and she has like freaking problems. i only know about her from the specific film ring (1998) but there are multiple films.

basically, sadako is also a psychic but while her mom does fun things like read minds and sense that earthquakes are coming, sadako can kill people. the only person she like onscreen kills when she is alive is a man who is accusing her mother of being a fake psychic. he is yelling and carrying on and trying to demean shizuko in front of like an entire convention of people, and the man just suddenly drops dead.

after this encounter, although idk if it was directly after, shizuko kills herself and sadako is left with her (possible) father ikuma. he keeps her hidden from the world before eventually he attacks her and throws her down a well. she did not die from being struck or the fall and was stuck down in that well trying desperately to get out before she eventually starved to death.

bc of her powers, she managed to like manifest a tape that when someone watches it, 7 days later they die. it’s pretty short and very creepy, the ending scene being on a well. the only way to stop yourself from dying (though it is not really advertised) is to show the tape to someone else, giving them the curse instead, and so the cycle goes.

there is also an american version of this film where the little girl is named samara and her backstory is quite different if you want to hear that too i can tell you in a couple days bc im planning on rewatching the american version on wednesday (i remember most of it but it’s been like five years) but i love both of them so much they are just. they are at their cores little girls who love their mommies and no one can understand the way they love bc it is wrong and scary and they are wrong and scary and everyone tries to fix them but no one tries to help them. if that makes sense. i love them so much

i always imagine Bucky caving and buying some headphones, where he would strictly listen to podcasts about the most random things. You know, because the randomness of it all, just a couple girls and guys talking about weird fetishes or the nice things they'd do during Christmas. But sometimes he'll decide to cook and plug in some Taylor Swift, because Sam definitely told him about her because Sam enjoys all genres of music.

But Bucky listens in order. He'll listen to Peter and refuse Debut and Reputation because they're not re-recorded yet, and start with Fearless (TV). Not his cup of tea, but he doesn't give up yet. He'll give Taylor another shot.

Speak Now (TV). "Dear John", "Back to December", "Innocent", and "Timeless" are the ones that got him. He's obsessed now. He listens to Back to December in the damn shower and bursts his throat when singing "I MISS YOUR TAN SKIN, YOUR SWEET SMILE---"

Red (TV). Bucky lays on the floor listening to that rollercoaster. "Begin Again", "Come Back, Be Here", and "All Too Well-10 minute version". He breaks his own heart. He stays inside for a week after that, just him and Alpine. Sam knocks from the outside of his bedroom window, laughing when Bucky throws his lamp and shatters it.

1989 (TV). His guilty pleasure is Style. It's everyone's guilty pleasure. Out of the Woods is on repeat as he runs on the treadmill. Bad Blood ft. Kendrick Lamar plays when he boxes. "This Love", though... Fuck, he's back in depressive mode. He gets to "Clean"... just like "All Too Well", it reminds him of Steve. And Hydra. He shoves his phone in his jacket, covers his airbuds with a beanie, and listens to it on repeat in the pouring rain. When it's done, he's smiling. He goes home and... shoves all the whiskey into a box and throws it all away. Then "Say Don't Go" comes on and he... still smiles. It hits him in the gut, but it made him oddly nostalgic.

He skips Reputation like Peter told him to... Lies. He listened to the full version of "Don't Blame Me" because it's all over TikTok and no one could stop him. He apologizes to Taylor as he hits replay for the 67th time.

"Lover" has him calling Sarah and bullying her for that being her favorite album. He won't admit "The Archer" made him yell "FUCK!" with a knife in his hand (he was cutting some carrots) and accidentally swipe his own finger in the process. or that "Lover" is yet another guilty pleasure.

He made the grandest mistake of listening to Folklore during the Christmas season. All that progress he made in accepting himself and Steve's loss, comes flooding back and Sam has to stay the week with him. Apologizing profusely, "Dude, you should have told me you were on that shit. I was planning on bringing some ice cream, a gun, and a target sheet for that bitchass album." When that episode eases, "mad woman", "hoax", "exile", and "cardigan" are his favorites. "This Is Me Trying" was a one-time listen and he will revisit it once he's truly healed.

Evermore sealed those wounds, "Coney Island" opened one stitch. Champagne Problems is his next shower song, if you can believe that. He's yelling it. In his car, too.

Midnights pulls him back in. "Bejeweled", "Midnight Rain", "Dear Reader", and "High Infidelity" are his faves. Clint squints his eyes super fucking hard at Bucky whenever he hears the small yell of "NICE!" in Bucky's headphones at the compound gym. He knows better than to question the past assassin, though. Clint's got "Karma" on his gym playlist, soooooo... Kate wrapped him up in Taylor Swift magic as well.

All in all, Bucky's a massive Taylor Swift and will defend her against the outlandish slander that seems to drip into conversations at bars, game nights, and online. Bucky's been visited by agents once or twice because of his comments made to haters online. He just smiles and tells them his head is in the right place. For now.

He can't wait for Reputation to drop. He knows he's going to love it, that there is such a thing for the Winter Soldier to be in his "Reputation Era" again, even if the 1900s was basically that for him. But he has control over it. When he plunges a knife in someone's neck modern-day, he wouldn't mind the bass of Taylor Swift's most transformative and astounding album to play in the background.

I went deep into this. MCU Bucky needs a fanfic where he dives deep into these songs and each of his favorite songs from each album is a different chapter. Just him and his earbuds, and maybe a corny Taylor cameo in the end lmaoooooooo
