the fact that I need comfort and bonten mikey comes to mind makes a lot of sense for me personally.

like yes, the one guy with the most deadpanned look imaginable. If we're close enough, I will surely probably try to hug him....I'm brave enough I think??

would he hug me? no

but if I let go, I'd just sit close to him. I'd lean against him and most likely he would stay.

the fact that he could protect me also makes his presence comforting.

AU where Leo is trapped in the Prison Dimension for months instead of minutes and the only way he gets by with his sanity intact is through recording himself talking to his wrist comm.

When they finally manage to get Leo back and make him rest up to heal, Donnie can’t help but listen to the recordings left behind.

He’s not sure what exactly he’s expecting, only that his subconscious is screaming at him that it has to be heartbreaking, that it has to be torturous.

Instead, what Donnie is subject to is a full thousand hours’ worth of Jupiter Jim and Lou Jitsu crossover fanfiction. More than one part in the series. Spanning well over a million words.

(The worst part is that it’s actually good.)

03 Mikey + Arm Injuries + Don's SAINW trauma

I actually had these sketched out several months ago cuz I was inspired by something a buddy said about Don not reacting well to his bros receiving injuries similar to the ones their SAINW counterparts have, but I decided to clean them up a bit cuz I have a fic titled Ramifications where I explore the potential consequences of things that happen in 03 and these two episodes are part of that. GUYS IM GONNA CRY. I have auditory sensory issues so manila mikeys voice never registered in my head as his voice...it just sounded like a deep voice.

But then I got noise cancelling headphones and I heard him and I could tell that it was mikey...could tell that how he spoke was still similar to how he used to speak

bitch I cried cuz I heard my favourite baby's voice properly
