At the end of her latest death loop, Illya ’dies’ in the wagon attack and crow finally finds her again. He finds her lying in a pool of her own blood, far too late to save her again, and again..
She's brought back to the tea party where Soleil and her sister meet, and it all comes flooding back to her. Snippets and pieces of her past lives have become a jumbled mess in her head. Unable to organize her thoughts in time, her trembling hand spills the cup of tea across the table, startling her dear sister and dutiful fiancé.
Soleil is concerned for his fiance. She invited her fragile sister and himself to a tea party to introduce each other. Illya has organized the date and place for such occasion, yet something caused her to react in terrible shock.
For the first time that Illya can recall, Soleil voices out his concerns and looks to her with worried eyes.
‘’Illya, are you not feeling well? Should I escort you back to your room?’’
She stares up at him, wide eyed, bringing her out of her thoughts.
‘’I- I’m sorry, I was just thinking…’’ she left off, looking to the side. Soleil furrowed his brows, confused but not asking further, until he glanced up at Silvia who was looking at her with worried, glassy eyes.
‘’..look at your sister, stop making her so worried for you’’
…
Ah, nothing has changed. He had already fallen in love with her.
my mom loves to lie and like she always swears she was NEVER homophobic or anything to me as a child “i even have a gay work friend” but a really funny memory resurfaced recently where i asked if i could use birthday money i had to buy a rainbow flag when i was like ??? 7?? because i LOVED rainbows. and she said no that means something Evil and god will hate you . so what did i do. but ask my grandmom for a rainbow sweater for christmas and proceed to only wear that sweater for three years when it got cold because i didnt like the idea that god hated colors and i wanted to challenge him
no but it's the way for aziraphale "nothing lasts forever" meant "i'm willing to give up the bookshop if it means i can be with you safely" and for crowley it meant "nothing lasts forever, not the bookshop, not earth, not us"
