Spell to Forget an Old Lover

You’ll Need:

Salt

Dried angelica leaves or root

A small bottle of water

When we can't forget the loves of our past, it's often difficult to move on and allow ourselves new love in the present. If the recollection of an old leather is creating baggage for you, and it is affecting your current relationships, do this spell to help put those memories behind you.

Add the salt and angelica to the bottle of water. Swirl it vigorously in a clockwise direction to mix up the contents, saying “No more baggage, no more pain, no more trips down memory lane. I release myself so your memory is gone. I give myself permission, it's time to move on.”

Repeat this each night for the next seven nights, continuing to swirl bottle clockwise. On the morning of the 8th day, pour the water down the drain and throw away the empty bottle.
