A/N: no matter what anyone says Rin will always be the omega/bottom, ion give any shits. Also I added a lil smth at the end felt right.

You...were a child.

Still devoloping your childness.

But you were surely...something.

"Imma beat a bitch! I'll do it!" Your hand and fist collided together as you were being held back by your mother- more so father you could call him, Rindō.

"Language! And no, no you won't! God dammit- souya! Come get your son!" Rindō yelled for his husband from the other side of the room.

You were just out of control, which reminded them of a little someone they know.

Your uncle, you had always looked up to him I mean he still is about the same as he was when he was younger, and you absolutley admired him. Hell you wanted to be him!

"Gosh pass him over to me Rin." You were a hard one to handle, couldn't even be picked up without continuasly thrashing around.

You were the different case of any other child. Hell your first word was fuck. Both of your parents couldn't even.

And ever since you knew your uncle existed, I was even crazier. You threw your first punch at the age of three. You "beat a bitch" for the first time at the five. And at the age of six...no we don't wanna go through those years once more.

Now that your seven it's been even more of hell. A normal seven year old could just hold there parents hand and walk to places.

But you??

Dear god, you have to be on a leash at times. A lot of people have reported the fact Rin and Sou keep their child on a leash.

But cops understood very quickly.

Only person you were "calm" around was of course Smiley. But thats only because he's the only one who can sit you the fuck down.

Both Rin and Sou agreed you could go see him on the weekneds.

Mostly for their sake.

"Alright M/n, get in the car please, we have to go to a meeting and we cant leave you here." Crossing your arms and turning your head to the side pouting you disagreed like the little bastard you are.

"Nuh-uh! I don't wanna go to this dumb meeting! And plus I don't wanna see you and mama trying to secretly fuck under the table- ow!" What you said made you get smacked at the back of your head.

"What the hell have in told you about your damn language huh?? Get in the damn car, 'cmon Sou, I'll drive." You roll your eyes climbing in the car, rubbing the back of your head.

"Mama is always so mean." You groan under your breath. "No, mama is mean because you can't control yourself and then he has to take more desperate measures." Souya reassures you while pinching your cheeks.

"Well it's the dumbest way!" Swatting Souya's hand away from your face in anger.

"Jeez, to get you to shut up and sit still, uncle Smiley will be there and you can sit on his lap if you'd like while doing whatever you do on my phone." Rindō says swerving right into the huge building where the meeting will take place.

This made you exited but sit down and still and quit until you would enter the building.

The men standing in the front identified you three, nodded and let you in. The exitment you had in you, you could barely contain yourself once you saw your uncle instantly running up to him the moment his arms opened for you.

"Uncle! Uncle!" A huge smile was plastered on your face simular to his somewhat.

"Hey kiddo! You on your best behavior while I was gone??" Rindō buts in carrying is suit jacket on his shoulder.

"No, he's a damn sailor, won't stop moving, and won't stop beating up people." Souya puts his fingers to the bridge of his nose out of a headache on dealing with you.

"Oi, the hell have I told you about cursing??" He gives you a stern look making a chill go down your spine.

Looking down in guilt you answer him. "Don't curse, toward people, or at all." A finger goes to your chin making you look up at a smiling face.

"Good you remembered, therefore you should follow it, alright kiddo??" You nod at his words as he carries you into the tense meeting room.

"Oh, the little gremlin is here??" You hear your uncle Ran say making you flip him off with both of your hands earning another smack to the back of your head.

"Middle finger included." You stuck your tounge out towards your uncle, while he sits down, sitting you down onto his lap.

And thus, the meeting began.

"Jesus! The stupid meeting is finally over!" Bending your back cracking it while groaning.

"It was quite boring huh?? Hey uh, kiddo 'cmere for a sec." You tilt your head in confusion but following anyway.

He turns around bending to your height, some of his hair covering his face, as he pulls some back.

"How old are you kiddo?? Seven right??" You nod your head.

"Listen to me, I know you stand up to me 'n all...but that doesn't give you a reason to be disrespectful your parents yah??"

"Yea...I guess." His smile was gone and his eyes were slightly open.

"No. You should know. I was reckless but I was never rude to my mama 'ya know?? And what if your mom becomes pregnant again huh?? You have to take care of your sibling, you can't be like this all the time alright?? Listen to your parents and get your act together for me please??" Why the hell was he telling you this now?? It was rediculous. Well I mean, he did have a point. You nodded going with your uncle to your parents.

"Alright kiddo, see you this weekned alright??"

"Mhm." The two parents exchange a confused look but leave the building with you anway.

" 'cmon M/n, lets go." Souya let out his hand expecting you to slap it away, or something else but he still gave it a shot. But you just held it softly, nothing hurt or anything and what suprised them even more is that you held Rins hand.

What the hell happned to you??

I mean they did hate it ofcourse.

So many people hate on ff13 and I'm baffled every time there's mentions of terrible writing and awful characters. I see those complaints parroted very often, yet I genuinely cannot comprehend what goes behind those opinions. It's so frustrating. I mean, everyone says the same thing; I can't help but think that maybe I'm the one that's missing something, that maybe the writing is indeed not good or that the characters aren't great either. I genuinely find the story really well crafted, especially when taking into account the depth that the datalogs hold, and the character arcs and relationships that are devoloped throughout the game are personally some of the best I've seen in gaming. I don't mind if ff13 isn't most people's cup of tea, that's fine. I just wish I could find someone that at the very least could explain their point of view in a respectful way instead of just calling the game trash.

I know right 😭 it's one thing if someone were to dislike the characters/story for how they're actually written, but the vast majority of people who I've seen complain are so insanely off the mark that it makes me wonder if they're deliberately missing the point just to have something to bitch about

Like it genuinely irks me just how much ff13 is shat on TO THIS DAY when so many of the complaints are just plain wrong to anyone who actually payed attention to the game!!! Again, personal opinion is fine and all, but the fact that the western ff fanbase has all but ruined 13's reputation over nothing is beyond frustrating to me

The only explanation I have for it is that the people who whine about 13 to that extent either didn't finish the game or didn't bother to pay attention to how the story developed, but even then I'm lost because why wouldn't they give 13 the same chance as any other ff game? Did they not expect much because of its reputation? Was the linearity really that blasphemous to them? Is it because of how differently it handles female characters compared to earlier games? Is it because the game doesn't spoonfeed information to the player outside of the datalogs? Would be great if someone could actually explain it properly for once lol

Silence filled the room as we kept staring in each other's eyes. My eyes glistening in the moonlight as they started back at him with shock. How could I be so stupid. I ruined everything. Way to go Y/n...

Lee Heeseung.

The one and only heartthrob between the ladies and my best friend since childhood. I'd watch him collect girls with only one look their way and then drop them as soon as he wasn't interested anymore. I wasn't a big fan of what he does but I couldn't do anything. Throughout the years, becoming closer and closer I couldn't just not devolop feelings for him.

It really was hard not to. I've always had a crush on Lee Heeseung. He was perfect in every way other than the fact that he was a player.

When his long-term girlfriend broke up with him, so sudden that he wasn't expecting it, nor was I, I was with him through his heartbreak. I was always there for him. I was actually so happy he broke up with her, yeah guilt ate me up but it hurt me seeing him with someone that wasn't me. From that night on our bond got bigger, and that's how I painfully watched Heeseung turn into a player.

And every time he felt like he needed someone, no matter the time or the place, with one call from him I would always be there and every time it happens I fall harder and harder to the point where it just hurts. It hurts so bad knowing after the night he would go back to whoring around with girls, not noticing that there's someone that loves him dearly next to him.

And now, here I am. In the middle of the night, in his room. He called, crying and I didn't waste a second getting my keys and driving to his place. I had a spare key so I got in easily and found him in his room, on his bed, with salty tears running down his beautiful futures. I also didn't think twice before rushing over to him and hugging him tight, holding him close as always. I sigh and hold back tears from falling.

"It's gonna be okay." I cupped his cheeks and looked him in the eyes. His bambi, red, swollen eyes sparking in the moonlight. His lips parted as he was catching his breath from all the crying. The urge to kiss him was building up in me but... was it worth the risk? I didn't want to risk anything with him. Our friendship, the bond between us, but it was hard fighting back. Eyes traveling to his lips and with a soft smile I leaned in, capturing his lips with mine.

After a while of him not kissing back he pulled me away as he stood up from the bed. Now tears were building up in my eyes as I also stood up after him. How stupid of me. There goes the person I love...

"Hee I'm so sorry, I-I don't know what go into me." The tears had already fell. His eye staring at me in shock, his tears were now dried but his eyes still glistening. The way he was looking at me I really thought this was the end of our friendship. He didn't say anything, just stared back at my crying self. Please say something please...

And as if he could hear the pleads in my mind, his soft voice spoken up.

"Don't do this Y/n... please." he said as he approached me. I shook my head as I looked down. "I can't Heeseung, I can't hide anymore. Do you know how much it hurts me?" I finally said. He sighed, still looking at me. "Y/n you can't." he says soflty. "Why Heeseung? Tell me. What do they have that I don't?" I ask, trying so hard to not let the tears get in the way of me speaking.

He titled his head at me and smiled. Lifting my chin up with his fingers, I once again stared into his eyes. "You have so much that they don't Y/n." his voice a whisper as he continued. "They're nothing compared to you love. Nothing." "Then why Heeseung...?" I wanted answers. I was desperate.

His tired eyes looking back at me while staying silent for a few moments. "I don't wanna risk it Y/n. Not with you. What if I fuck it up all? What if I'm not enough for you? You're too good for me darling and I can't ruin you." Now he was the one fighting tears back. I let out a small laugh, my cheeks still stained with my tears. "You could never. You're perfect no matter what and I can assure you," I grabbed his cheeks once again. "you could do nothing wrong. Just stop hurting me like this." What I meant with that was: I wanted him to stop being with a different girl everyday.

Nodding his head at me he bought me into a sudden kiss, catching me off guard as a gasp left my lips and onto his. I kissed back, of course, his lips were irrasistable. The kiss was slow and passionate and slowly turned into a makeout session as he guided us to his bed. Me laying on it as he was on top. His hands didn't leave my body and his lips were connected with mine. As our breath was getting shorter and shorter we pulled apart.

"It was all a distraction. I wanted to lose these feelings for you but it's so hard." he caresses my cheek softly. "You're hard to resist." Was the last thing said before his lips found their way on mine again and they won't be leaving anytime soon, that I'm sure of.

Redesigning/Reimagining Hazbin's Characters-1 (Charlie)

I tried y'all, I really did, but I didn't have much to work with. Sorry about the cut off, the shoes did not go as planned.

So- How'd I do? Tell me your thoughts!

(I'll go in depth under the cut)

Okay, so, where to begin..

Well, first, I'll start by stating the obvious.

I don't like Charlie's design. If you like it, fair enough, but it's just not working for me.

There's thr usual problem of- you guessed it- Too. Much. Red.

Red eyes, red background, red details, red clothing, red cheeks, red Bang style, red under sleeves (even though the shirt is supposedly White when you look at the chest area, but then you see around her wrist and it's a dark red for no reason. I'm willing to bet that the animators just forgot which color goes where because the color palette is just red, pink, white, and black. Over and over again.

Next: I get that she's supposed to be bubbly, and happy-go-lucky, all that stuff. But to be honest, I feel like it would be more interesting if she actually wasn't that nice.

I feel like one thing that would be fascinating is the idea that she wants to help people, but she's out of touch. She's one of the most powerful things in Hell after all. She doesn't understand the point of the lower class People. Plus, she's never been out of hell, she doesn't know what Earth is like, or what heaven is like.

I feel like a version of her where she is trying to do good, but is ruthless or harsh in the way she does it, could both be entertaining- and provide character devolopement as she learns how nuanced proper care is.

Also, if she's the second / third most powerful thing in hell, she shouldn't be scared of Alastor. I don't mean that he can't be in the series or anything, I feel like there would still be plenty of uses for him. But with her being a high class royal, and as powerful as she is, she shouldn't need to rely on him for his power or his money for that matter.

I understand the idea that maybe Lucifer Cut Her Off from funding because he basically disowned her or whatever, so maybe funding could be an issue, but even so, she should not be afraid of Alastor.

I like the idea that she intimidated people into going into her hotel so she could "fix" them, not realizing that the fear of her wrath is the only thing keeping people there.

Or maybe the whole hotel thing could be an act of defiance against her father fitting, as "history repeats itself" (referencing Lucifer's defiance of God in biblical lore)

Perhaps she does good things, but isn't all that nice to begin with. But she attempts to be friendly and relatable without understanding how to ACTUALLY relate to or approach others.

How does all of this tie into my design of her?

A few things:

1. Viv said at some point that Charlie was meant to look like a porcelain doll, which... She doesn't look like at all. (I do like her new ponytail. But other than that I don't like the design.)

To me, she just looks like Ellen DeGeneres with long hair and clown makeup.

Don't believe me? Look:

So, I made her more doll-like. But it wasn't enough. It was too simple.

Then, it hit me: in a lot of movies with demons or ghosts, oftentimes a doll gets possessed by said demon/ghost.

I'm not even afraid of dolls personally, but I know a lot of people who are

So What if, Charlie did the same? Maybe her true form is something really scary, so in an attempt to come across as more approachable, she has some sort of doll-like shell? (But, unbeknownst to her, most people are very afraid of dolls. So it does very little to actually help. I think that's some decent comedy potential.

Plus, imagine her having stiff or janky movements, like she doesn't actually fit that well in her body.

2. The horns.

I actually kind of liked her weird demonic form, at least I liked the horns and the moving hair, but since I decided not to give her a crown, I gave her those weird 4 horns with decorative string tied between them, as a way to make it appear *similar* to a crown. Plus as a reference to the whole 'demonic' thing

I kind of used Sofia from "Harmony and Horror" as a reference. (Btw, great analogue horror series on YouTube, highly recommend it)

3. I did make Charlie's hair a bit darker, but just a little. That was in reference to part of Lucifer's lore, which said that when he fell from heaven, not only did his feathery angel wings burn away into bat wings, but his once golden hair burned into a dark red. So I decided that for Charlie, her hair is darker, but since she's trying to do good, it turns lighter.

But yeah, I'm honestly not sure about her outfit, I'm probably going to experiment with that in the future. But overall I'm okay with how this turned out.

Idk why i kinda theorise boboiboy having D.I.D. (dessociative identity disorder) now I KNOW THATS A STRECH BUT HEAR ME OUT D.I.D. usually devolops due to childhood trauma and boboiboy as kid was exposed to set trauma a lot in the series but i think the first system to split was halilintar giving that boboiboy (petir) was TORTURED by adudu and probe during that time, that added with the whole amnesia probly resulted in a lot of trauma and boom first alter split, repeat that with the rest and there boboiboy D.I.D theory/headcanon that would explain why in the og series the og trio didn't have that distinct personality until when around halilintar and the og trio reached tier 2 and why the rest of the elements have they're personality already semented in them (i know boboiboy galaxy kinda debunked it but its still a cool theory none the less)

That is a cool theory!

Especially that thing with the elements only gaining their own distinct personality because boi gained d.i.d.! Thats really cool(yeah despite galaxy debunking it)

Ive only really incorporated d.i.d. boi in a mha crossover(mostly because of that fanfic 'another problem child')

Where if boboiboy and some events were in the mha universe, with boi gaining his first quirk at 5 with Petir then the rest, but they switch abruptly through emotions

So Amato or Ochobot made some support watch to make him be able to switch and split and stuff

Cue existential and identity crisis throughout childhood and feeling of self worth when somebody refers to each of them as their own person and such

Note! Idc this is unrealistic, but you are getting lost amongst some skulls.

It was rare for you to get lost, but finding your way around the catacombs proved more difficult than you initially thought. You were looking around to find a way out when you bumped into a tall man looking for someone called 'Murr'.

When he saw you, he asked you if you saw a cat named Murr. 'I'm sorry, but I haven't seen any cats, only rats.' With that, you heard a meow behind you. Turning around, you saw a white cat with a cute purple bow. The cat looked oddly similar to the man who was now behind you. You walked up to the cat, hearing a loud gasp behind you. You picked up the cat in your arms and asked the man if the cat was his.

The response you got was a bundle of 'thank you's in which you had managed to find out the man's name. You returned the favour of exchanging names. 'Do you know the way out by any chance?' You calm demeanour changed into a one which was quite shy and nervous once you asked the question. You were a chasseur, so it wasn't custom of you to get lost, and asking for a way out didn't help. 'I'm also lost.' Noé responded, you could feel your brain screaming 'no' once you heard him say so.

The two of you travelled together to find the exit, learning more about each other in the process. You never expected to see him again, so your conversations were limited but enjoyable nonetheless.

Some time had passed, but somehow, the two of you kept on bumping into each other, time and time again. Whenever you meet, you either say a short hello or induce each other in conversation. You would catch yourself thinking about Noé from time to time, even though you tried not to. Life kept you busy, making it hard for you to focus on your personal life a lot, and so you tried not getting in any relationships.

It was hard, staying away from Noé, you would find yourself hoping to meet him again on the bridge you crossed to say hi to each other. You started noticing Noé acting in a similar way. He would have a cute smile every time he saw you, beaming with excitement.

You soon learnt about Noé being a vampire, that news broke your heart. Your entire life was dedicated to haunting down vampires, but you began to fall in love with one. Killing Noé is something that never came across your mind. You never really thought about death and murding people (and vampires alike), but now, since you were aware of Noé being a vampire, what choice did you have?

Noé and you kept on meeting and decided to spend some time together outside of the short and sweet meetings you had from time to time. One time when you were spending time together, you decided to tell Noé about the life you led.

'Noé, we've been spending more time together lately, and there is something to tell you, well, two things... you see, I'm a chasseur.' A brief silence occupied the space around you, and before Noé could contribute anything you continued. 'But, I'm also in love with you.' You confessed, you couldn't bring yourself to look up at Noé, hoping he would not be angry about your occupation.

'I also love you! I don't care if you're a chasseur, I love you too!' Noé confessed with a pleasant smile on his face. You smiled back, and the two of you continued your night talking about various topics of all kind.

I feel like me and Idia shroud(&Ortho) would get along not because of us both being fandom trash but because we would both nerd out together about actual science shit(and because we're both chronically online hermits) like b!tch I WILL tell you exactly every theory I have because twst isnt just another world- no, its another universe, even dimesndion from our own because the existence of magic is completely incapable with the laws of our universse(technoclogy might be able to replicate the desired effect but magic is natural- not man-made) and image being FIRST-CONTACT with aliens!!!

cuz thats what we are- aliens- an extraterrestial being who came from another planet, no matter how both are humans and share the same biology and no matter how similar the humans of twst are they wouldnt be the same to that level because humans as we are would not be able to wield magic and assuming souls and magic are counted as a part of someones biology, our inherent lack of could possibly cause catastrophic differences- minor examples being treys green hair and yellow eyes

that being said I, personally, would have terrible anxiety because even if somehow there is absolutely no language barrier between us I would act as if there is once I find out that NRC isnt some cult but a school on another planet because what are the chances of another planet in an entirely different universe would devolope language the same way when not even people on the same planet devoloped it the same way? let alone the written language? Idia would f#cking love teachin that sh!t

....I think a good way to get money would be to sign up for (ethical)experiments, I mean in a world filled with magic thats known nothing but how can you differentiate the line between magic and cold, hard scinece? as well as being what is basically the diplomatic representitive of an entire WORLD that would be fire(as in I have no idea how to talk to people and it would be a trainwreck) and if you wanted to go more businessy you could start up some sort of attraction in ramshackle the displays the different cultures and histories of our world!

Recently I did extensive research on the Internet about one particular subject, it was because I could see its tsunami like effect rippling through the entire world. The subject is 'Mental Health or Psychology.'

The results of the search were most disheartening. Official statistics from the World Health Organization to every other scientific institute were saying the same thing: "worldwide rise in mental health crisis." What this translates into is that the world is collectively going crazy.

The questions that arise from such statistics, is what is causing this alarming mental decline or disturbance? How should we deal with sufferers or treat them? And what are the risks of us devoloping a mental disorder or our children, and how can we protect our sanity?

Now to have the best understanding about the human psyche, so that we can have acute awareness, and make informed beneficial decisions, should we have to deal with the mental health crisis in anyway.

We have to go back in the history of psychology.

We know this much that Neanderthals and Denisovans were innovative thinkers from the primitive tools they made to the cave paintings.

Discoveries have revealed that we are still learning about the cognitive abilities of pre-historic humans, for example a new book 'The Language Puzzle' by archealogist Dr. Steven Mithen, states that language may have been developed 8 times sooner than was previously thought. That is 1.6 million years ago, rather than 200,000 years ago.

The point of this is that we can be certain man was always cognitive and not an ape.

So now let's fastforward from pre-historic times to the time when philosophy was first recorded in ancient Greece.

Greek philosophy is said to be the very early prototype of mental wanderings that were not based on needs of the day.

In the 17th century the idea of dualism was introduced by French Philosopher Rene Descartes, it is significant as it separates the behavior and actions of a person based on stimulations from the body or environment, from the thinking of the mind that stems from consciousness.

These two aspects are the toughest challenge of psychology to this day. Because of how the effects of environment and society could influence a person's thinking as opposed to internal biological causes. Which is causing the mental disorder, and which has a greater affect on the patient's psyche at any given phase.

In the centuries that followed and even after psychology had emerged as a science apart from physiology and philosophy in the mid-1800s.

There was debate about what constituted a mental disorder, what was the pathogenesis (origin of the mental problem)

What form of treatment would be effective, and how to avoid causing the patient unnecessary suffering by trial and error.

It turns out and not surprisingly that the "pathogenesis - Greek: patho 'suffering' genesis 'origin'" of mental health disorders are one of the most elusive to trace, and hence, the proper treatment very difficult to define.

The first time that a mental condition was recorded to have a biological pathogenesis, was in the curious case of the "general paralysis of the insane." The 1897 discovery was made by the neurologist Richard von Kraftt-Ebing and his assistant Josef Adolf Hirschl.

The Boston Medical and Surgical Journal in 1885 had reported a great surge in the insane. It is said that so much as 1 in 5 patients entering asylums had "general paralysis of the insane."

What the neurologist and his assistant had discovered was that this was the later stages of syphilis. A biological ailment that could manifest in dementia and delusions as untreated syphilis can damage the brain.

While this was a formidable stamp on the connection of a mental disorder and a biological cause. It was generally misleading, as it solidified to a great extent the belief that a mental ailment would be the result of physical defects in the brain. Many scientists of the time would examine brains in autopsies and search for imprints of the mental problem the deceased had, but there were none in most of the cases.

As I explained from ancient times up to the mid-1800s scientists were still having so much difficulty in fully distinguishing consciousness from the physical brain. Needless to say this had delayed the progress in the field of psychology.

Sigmund Freud founded the theory of psychoanalysis. Freud and his colleague Pierre Janet were studying patients with hysteria, seizures, and other physical symptoms with mental disorders.

Psychoanalysis was considered the first major step towards the complex study of the human consciousness and as Freud pioneered the 'unconsciousness.' He theorised that the unconsciousness could manifest into dreams and mental disorders, and was the root cause of conscious psychological problems, the dilemmas in the unconscious mind would have to be brought to the conscious mind in order to treat the patient.

In 1904 Sigmund Freud published 'The Psychopathology of Everyday Life' exploring minuscule details of human behavior, which he thought were symptoms of the workings of the psyche.

While this may have been true, but not every detail could be the result of an unhealthy mental condition.

Sigmund Freud's theory had established the study of psychology as a whole new branch of science. We would think brain autopsies and procedures would be considered irrelevant after such dramatic progress in psychology.

It wasn't.

Unfortunately mental disorder patients were going to face their worst era of great torture and downright mutilation of the brain.

The lobotomy was introduced in the late 1800s and picked up pace in 1935 up to the start of the 1950s. It is a grotesque procedure were nerves in parts of the brain believed to be carrying the thoughts causing the mental disorder are severed.

The intention of the procedure was not to restore sanity, but to put patients in a state of calm. Patients that were violent or had symptoms of schizophrenia were the ones mostly subjected to lobotomy.

It had mixed results with some patients becoming calm, but losing interest in life or having any energy. To other patients dying or relapsing.

An invasive approach is still taken in the case of patients with severe mental disorders, and where other treatments failed. The procedure is called 'Psychosurgery'.

Electric Shock Therapy or Electric Convulsive Therapy (ECT) was first developed in the late 1930s, like the lobotomy it was a severe approach to vulnerable patients who had lost their sanity partially or completely. ECT causes an induced controlled seizure.

I read reports that there were cases where ECT was administered to patients without their consent because they were considered unable to give consent.

Prior to ECT induced seizures for treating mental disorders were caused by oral administration of medication.

Scientists don't know exactly how ECT works, but it is believed to give relief to patients suffering from psychosis, mania, catatonia, schizophrenia, and is still in practice.

A new study published on 27 March in the Nature journal, states that a very strong electrical current in the brain hits the cells and their DNA snaps, and is then repaired, this according to the study is observed when long term memories are made. It could be that when the DNA are repaired, the process encodes information about the electrical current and this forms the memory.

So perhaps the ECT causes relief by damaging DNA in the brain that stores the memory responsible for the mental disorder.

As researchers made discoveries scientists learned about brain chemistry, and then medications were developed to treat mental disorders by pharmaceuticals

There is talk therapy which is what psychologists are qualified for, and then there is psychiatry in which medication could be prescribed. Prevention is better than cure in either case.

We as adults that have had a good, cultured, ethical, and educational upbringing usually are mentally stable, even if we suffer emotional distress or anxiety.

The risks could be to adolescents and teenagers who are still developing and get exposed to negative influence or traumatic experiences at home, school, or social media. OCD (impulsive-compulsive disorder) and PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder) along with intrusive thoughts could be the lethal triggers of psychosis, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder (maniac depression.)

Intrusive thoughts are common and happen almost to everyone. People who don't have mental disorders know to dismiss these thoughts and not focuse on them. Sufferers of OCD and PTSD or patients with dementia, Parkinson's disease, or Alzheimer's may not be able to avoid the Intrusive thoughts that could amplify their trauma, anxiety, fears, phobias, eventually leading to complete detachment from reality and the various severe manifestations of mental disorders. In cases like these talk therapy would probably fail, and medication, ECT, and invasive treatments like psychsurgery could be required.

So the influence the next generation gets could entirely define their mental health and their future. The news and statistics I'm reading are not encouraging as mental crisis is on the rise like never before.

as for saying kata/ang had more chemistry/cemistry, i really have to ask what you were on. i suppose it is all up to interpretation, but the foundation of ka is that you don't know if katara has feelings for him or not. if there's chemistry between them, it should follow them and we should see a fairly linear change in development in their relationship, but we don't.

on top of that, i personally fail to see how a boy expecting the girl to fall for him simply bc he deserves her and is the hero. that's gross. it's a sexist trope and it genuinely makes me uncomfortable.

as far as zukka goes, i personally don't like as much but they're a fun pair. they didn't have any romantic chemistry in the show as far as i saw and a lot would have to be reworked to make them feel grounded within the show. zukka is a lovely ship, but it's a fanon ship. unfortunately, we weren't lucky enough to get that kind of representation within the show. zutara is technically a fanon ship as well. both have basis in canon, but are only alive because of fanon.

You know what's killing me about last ep? ROME, FUCKING ROME. Because losing your dad is painful for all of them no matter how angry they were or how awful he was, but shiv and ken got to stand up to him, and to bring this big hero to the ground to the point to where Logan was their dad, as an adult would view their dad, but not Roman, and the saddest part is HE WAS SO FUCKING CLOSE, so close to face probably a lot of pain, but pain that would allow him to grow. But now he is just stuck there, knowing on some degree dad was not good but at the same time not being able to fully demolish the hero figure, and to top it all with the idea that he might have been choosen by his dad right before passing (not manipulated like his siblings know they have been, but choosen). And ALSO, with the last bridge to an actual human connection burned to the ground.

If youve asked me at ep 1 i would have said Rome was the one who had the chance to scape, the one who was still devoloping and the one who could actually turn out to be a normal person, but now ? FUCK NO. We all know it deep down, he is the one turning into Logan, because logan is still a good thing to be in his head. He might win the succession but he really lost his shot with this shit.
