a bit of a hot take i guess but the photography club is so damn annoying

like not their routine or anything. but their existence. like why didn’t yandev just. make new characters. was it that hard

he pulls all these rip-offs out of his ass and then everyone praises him and takes these characters seriously like no in fact sukubi and inkyu would not make a good couple and beruma and kuu would be best friends

so like i KNOW they are characters and people will acknowledge them no matter what but. to me they simply. do not exist

Yarichin B Life dream

Okay, I have no idea HOW I got this dream. The only thing I did was consume some cheese (they say it helps you sleep longer) and I had some fruit juice that had some apples in it (they say that apples give you crazy dreams. With that set in mind...

So, it started off as a decent-looking "Slice of Life" type of anime (due to the art style). The characters in it look familiar, despite looking a bit older. They invited the new guy to this convenience store that has a "special sale" on ice cream; "Ice Cream Cone For 45 cents..." The rest of it was too faded to read due to the ink from the marker running dry.

By the time they got into the building, they noticed a few familiar faces (and some one-night stands). The new guy noticed some loud moaning coming from the back room. When asked about it, he was told "Don't worry about it" and "Just enjoy some ice cream".

When he did, he noticed two different prices for the ice cream but assumed that it was for different age groups. So, he paid the 45 cents. That's when the moaning stopped eventually and one guy said "Okay, who's next to get their cherry popped?"

After some confusion, it turns out that the guy who asked that question was none other than Takashi Toono (but with the same scary, yet loyal personality of Yui Tamura due to being older). And the whole "45 cents for an ice cream cone" was the "Yarichin Bitch/Photography Club members/clients only" and the other "regular non-sexual" price was $1. Apparently, the new guy kept his "cherry" to be unpopped (for now). But, since he knows of the "Yarichin secret", he's an official member!

i can't tell if this is a cross-cultural thing or if this is kind of a trash take even in japan, but MAN it is wild that yagami and the MRC get involved in a case where a teacher is getting blackmailed over an affair they're having WITH A STUDENT and the entire case is about how terrible the *blackmailer* is.

like, yeah, blackmail is bad, but uh also that teacher should probably get turbo fired? and not allowed to teach ever again?
